the backyard gang playing mario kart:

ferb: silently in first place. doesn't even need to use items because he's just that good. probably has all the racer and kart stats memorized.

isabella: just behind ferb, and furiously focused on trying to beat him for once. also having a silent battle with buford, shoving him whenever it looks like he's going to pass her.

phineas: middle of the pack and completely content. talks through the whole round about how they could go about building real versions of the karts and the tracks.

buford: near the bottom because isabella keeps shoving him, and also because whenever he gets a shell, he sends it backwards to hit baljeet instead of using it in a way that makes sense.

baljeet: if it is possible to fall off the track, he is falling. if it is possible to get turned around and go backward, he is going backward. if it is possible to run into obstacles, he is running into them. honestly, it is impressive that he still agrees to play at all.
