Hey gamers, recently there have been a number of scam blogs on tumblr claiming to be Gazan victims. They've been making a number of iterations of the exact same blog and story but with different names and sometimes different PayPal links.

Thus far, the content of these scams are being stolen from 2 real fundraisers. Please lend your aid to these people who need help instead of the disgusting scam farm

Donation scams on tumblr are extremely common and anyone who has a tumblr account will encounter them at some point. You have likely encountered them before and not realized it. They throw together a brand new blog with a story of needing aid, then use bots to go through follow lists and post notes to send messages to random users. Scambusting blogs like kyra45 do a lot of work to track and call out these scams when they surface.

Scam Spotting Tips

They send an ask often accompanied with a follow despite having never interacted with you before. Ask yourself: How did you find your blog? These interactions usually come out of nowhere when you have no original posts or interests they could've found you through, because they're just going down the lists of random blogs.

They reblog just enough posts to make you think that their blog is in-use when it is actually only a day or a few old. Enable timestamps and try find the blog's oldest post; if a blog seems old but still seems suspicious, be wary of post backdating

They often disable or delete comments on their donation post to hide comments that call them out. Open the notes and see if it says "some replies have been hidden, blocked or removed." Blocked/hidden comments sometimes still appear in reblogs of a post but not the original, so open a random reblog and see if telling comments appear there.

It isn't unusual for the story and the ask to either be exact copy-pastes of each other, or otherwise have very telling suspicious details, such as: using different names, having different goal amounts, contrasting story details, etc. Pay attention to and trust the suspicion of details that stand out as odd.

Like many of the above examples, they often use an automatically generated username consisting of random words

Reverse image searching can be a helpful giveaway if it works, but don't trust it entirely - scammers often steal images from private Facebook groups/profiles or alter the images so that people don't find the source. An image not having a source should also be suspicious, as you should wonder why this person's social media presence is exclusively a 3 day old tumblr blog

When you receive an ask from a blog like this, reporting them for spam or phishing and reporting the PayPal account for fraudulent activity does help get these accounts taken down.

How many scams are on tumblr? A lot, actually! Much like other social media platforms, tumblr is also home to accounts who only joined to get money off people via stealing content from other websites. This can range from various sources sometimes even private ones that are not as easy to locate! Even when trying to locate the real fundraising post that they took from, you don’t often easily find it if it wasn’t publicly posted. These accounts usually try their best to look like a regular tumblr user but there are a few easy ways to tell somthing isn’t right. I’ll explain them below under the readmore.

For short version, a brand new blog asking you for money should be treated with caution since it’s highly unlikely they are a real person needing mutual aid. If they sent you ask after you shared a certain post, it’s probably just a scam. If you are needing mutual aid, please don’t spam asks to users all at once.

For example, these scam accounts often share a few popular trending posts or a few popular tagged posts they find when browsing the ‘For You’ page. These are often accounts who regularly post content that gets several thousand notes in a short span. Usually these posts are constantly then shared by scammers who use them to populate their account with posts of a certain theme or topic that is relevant to what may be going on at a certain time. Occasionally the posts may just be random posts to mix it up a little.

Additionally, the accounts who scam people will have a relatively new account with their first few posts only being a few hours old at best or even a week old otherwise. Keep in mind some accounts may backdate their posts to look older then they really are. For example, a reblog may be dated April 24,2021 but when you use timestamps and check the notes it’s actually dated April 20, 2024. This is a way for scammers to make their posts seem much older than they should be. While this may have a legitimate purpose for writers, it doesn’t really have much of a use outside of that even if someone does it to be funny. If someone catches you backdating posts, it’s better to come clean instead of ignoring the evidence.

At times, these scam accounts also take images off legitimate fundraisers and use them as their own even if a watermark on the image shows it’s been stolen from somewhere else. Scammers will edit these images to make sure locating the original is difficult and then get evasive if you show them the source they got it from. They may even claim that the source stole it from them and that your being mean to them when all you did was provide proof that they don’t own the image their posting and claiming is theirs. These images may range from a veterinarian bill to a hospital bill or images took from news sources about assorted issues going on at that point in time.

Usually, these scam accounts also claim the links they’re using is something it’s not. Or say the link is to a fundraiser, but it’s to something entirely different. Occasionally the link may be made using multiple colors for no real reason so don’t do that of you had the idea to. This isn’t a common thing among scam accounts! But it’s been seen across a few here and there.

Lastly, these scams accounts may pretend to be part of a minority in order to get more sympathy from those who see their accounts. They will also pretend to have some kind of health issue such as claiming they need medicine to stop their lungs from collapsing or medicine to stop their nose from freezing. Usually not much of a common scam attempt, but you’ll usually spot the issue with their claims. Most commonly these scams relate to saying they can’t afford insulin and ask for prices that ,while plausible, can be made cheaper with available resources.

As a bonus point, scammers may yell at you if you call them out so please make sure to take proper care to ensure they can’t do that.

Sorry to be putting this on this account but it's better for a lot of people to see right off the bat than to post it on my mun account because this is very important...

Be on the lookout for scammers on Tumblr, I just had somebody put an ask and this is what they sent;

They were hoping that I would answer and be "oh gosh golly gee, you poor poor thing I'll spread the word!"

🤓 yeah I'm going to spread the word, please do not fall for something like this. I went on to their page and happened to find this;

Do understand that most people would have a donation pool opened up for something like this with photos and evidence of their illness as if they tried to do something like that for profit they will end up getting in trouble. No person who is sick is going to just open up a PayPal and ask "please donate as I am sick"...

Just for a quick word of advice unless I know you personally; my asks are only open for questioning my characters, not for you to come in and put a pity party in my lap. I would rather you DM me about possibly helping to boost your illness and problems...

And before you all go "well maybe the PayPal is the only way in which they can get money... Yha jerk!" Keep in mind I'm not the only one they asked...

These are all basically the same ask to multiple people, not asking a question or other statement... Just stating that they have cancer they've been sick a few weeks and that they need money ASAP... And before you jump to conclusions this was the first thing I found when I put the whole ask in the search bar...

Yeah, my point. I don't want to spread this by answering their ass so I'm just deleting and blocking them. If you get an ask like this please delete and block the asker because they are nothing but scammers especially if you see that they have a PayPal open instead of a donation pool... If I cannot read the basic story for the information and judge myself whether you deserve my money or not, then I'm not even going to bother answering the ask.

I asked a friend of mine and they mentioned that there is a Tumblr user on here that can teach you to look out for scammers like this; @kyra45

My friend stated that they were very helpful in helping to find scammers and I hope that they can help you and to prevent from being scammed. There's only a few people in which I will donate to here on Tumblr and if you are a complete stranger I will not donate to you, I WILL BLOCK YOU!

I advise all of you to do the same as I don't want you donating to a scammer who's just going to turn around and not use your money for what they claim they're using it for. To be perfectly honest I don't know a rich person on Tumblr to begin with 😂 don't know about y'all but I'm poor as dirt 🤣

If you wish to reblog so let other people know that is perfectly fine with me, I just wanted to let y'all know that I would just got this ask and I didn't want anybody to donate to this person... Like I said there's only a few people I already know here on Tumblr who need my money more than this bitch...

Cancer or not, they literally have health plans and coverages for people who have cancer and or other diseases to which you are able to get help and assistance...

why do people act as though questions even most licensed professionals likely don’t have concrete answers to can be solved by random traumatised tumblr/twitter/instagram user

i really hate to answer like this but it really feels like people completely reducing the experience of ramcoa down to an internet phenomenon. there ARE academic resources about this, resources that will answer a lot of questions that you have, resources that will help you come to your own conclusions, and people instead ask random users on tumblr. this isn't even really the fault of the people asking in some cases, as i've seen blogs commonly encourage this ("i'll answer any questions people have!" you have done no research please stop), which just speeds up the misinformation process. most of the people who are asking for and willingly providing this information and setting themselves up as arbiters of info are both entirely uninformed.

ramcoa, the acronym, was not invented online. programming was not invented online. tbmc was not invented online. osdd-2 was not invented online. there are real, concrete resources and study for each of these concepts, and yet people will ask very simple questions about each of these things to random tumblr users. lo and behold, they get the wrong answers, and the process continues.

we've even seen this with "coining" and claiming terms related to tbmc, completely twisting the definition to make it fit other kinds of abuse unrelated to the ramcoa. there's ways to find words for your experiences that don't include encroaching on pre-existing terminology and twisting its definition, and yet this still occurs. can we not "coin" terms for kinds of torture and abuse if we're not experienced professionals.

My problem is not that people hate Jess. I don't care how you feel about Jess. I don't have a strong opinion on Jess, I just respect her as the partner of one of my heroes. I don't feel the need to dive into every aspect of her life and past like apparently some others do. But hey, that's your prerogative if you want to. Have fun. My problem is with how certain people behave and interact with others in their dislike of Jess. My problem is with how certain people treat others, citing only your highly speculative thoughts as reasoning. There's no respect for a difference of opinion. Their MO is to just be defensive, deflect, and attack. Even attacking people who have never interacted with them (we'll circle back to this) And for what? Why so nasty and hostile if it's only a matter of opinion? That's my problem with them.

The second anyone tries to even respectfully disagree and explain why, they always just resort to the same “oh you’re just a crazy Jess stan, you don’t have a real argument, you know what I say is the truth and are just trying to deny it because you’re a pathetic Jess ass kisser” spiel. Then they ask a million follow up questions that demand answers, saying “I won’t hold my breath, you probably can’t answer.” Instead of being receptive and offering to hold a real discussion on why they disagree. Nothing is ever "good enough" for them to engage with, and they are just brushed off with superiority. Or when they’re not feeling feisty, they just ignore it, delete it from their inbox, and claim they never got one. (this has happened with multiple people, more times than a "tumblr glitch" could explain)

Again, I understand what they talk about is mostly their opinion on what they've looked at, and that's valid. They can have that opinion and speak freely about it. I'm not bothered by that in itself. It's predominantly their behavior towards others who don’t share that opinion, and their almost immediate willingness to be so rude to others based on how they feel about Jess. I mean, in the beginning, they reblogged at least three random peoples' posts saying nice things about Jess, calling the bloggers names and belittling them over it. Recently, they posted screenshots of a bunch of comments from users on Instagram expressing adoration for Jess, just to talk down on them. It's shit like that that's not cool, at all. Like, if you're going to call me a bully, look in the mirror first.

I'm also bothered by the fact that they seem to place so much emphasis on social media, treating it like the end all be all of these people's lives. No matter how much someone used to or currently posts, that does not mean that they have to or will post every little, or even big, thing in their lives on Instagram. Like, people in a relationship, who live together, they might not post every single important thing on their story tagging them, or comment on their post. Sometimes they will, absolutely. But other times, they can literally walk into the other room to say it. Same with family. They can just call or drive over to them. Real life does not happen exclusively and continuously on social media, there will be gaps. Their intense scrutiny, analysis, and conclusions drawn for Jamie and Jess’s personal relationships through the lens of Instagram is mind blowing to me.

And most importantly, maybe their theories (the whole fake pregnancy discussion, or Jess having an eating disorder, for instance) go too far? Just maybe?

The constant stream of these outlandish theories in the Jamie tag spread nothing but negativity and needless fearmongering, while also promoting division in the fandom between the "correct" side who criticize Jess, and the "wrong" side who don't.

I don't know the person behind the blog personally. I just don't like how they treat others and how they conduct themselves online based on this woman who truly means nothing to them.

the day full-time tumblr users stop treating online bullying as some otherworldly phenomenon that can only be found on other sites and that they’re above because “tumblr is peaceful you can vibe in fan spaces on tumblr unlike twitter unlike… [etc.]” and accept that many, many people on this platform in fan spaces are also amongst some of the most judgemental, vile individuals in fandom, is the day i find peace.

because it’s genuinely so tiring trying to find a nice space for fan content of my hyperfixations online, getting tumblr users gush about how the tumblr fandom is so superior for being “peaceful”, being excited to check it out and then being let down by some of the first things i see. like this has happened on three separate occasions now, and it’s getting beyond annoying. because many of these people’s definition of “peace” is just no arguments because they’re bullying people behind their backs instead of to their face, but i’m supposed to believe “peace” exists here solely because we don’t speak about things that people speak about on twitter or instagram sometimes bc that’s them drama (which disappointingly enough often takes the form of important things that maybe we should be talking about).

for example, the most recent occasion of this is just nosying through the recent tags of one thing i’m interested in. somebody’s posted a screenshot of a tweet made by someone on twitter’s side of the fanbase and captioned it making fun of the contents of this tweet and of course adding the cherry on top being that what’s so bad about this tweet is somehow typical of the twitter fanbase. i kid you not, there was nothing wrong with the tweet and i have absolutely no clue how anybody could reach the conclusion that there was. it was just like.. such a random, throwaway, everyday normal tweet that wasn’t really saying anything??? with no level of understanding or misunderstanding, there was nothing about it that was stupid, that could possibly serve as an argument against any opinion on anything, nothing about it that instilled harm on anything or anyone - it was just the tweet you’d normally scroll past because it has no value and no justification to make anyone happy nor sad nor angry it’s just. normal. like someone’s first random tweet of the day. and, of course, after looking up the person who tweeted this, they’re a teenager and the person posting their tweet on tumblr tags is grown. nobody pointed out to this person that what they were posting was wrong, supposedly to keep the “peace”, nobody even questioned them why they were mad about the tweet and what was wrong with it. in fact, many people gave this post likes and reblogs, there were even two comments backing up the mockery.

once again, i’m confident i was not misunderstanding a thing when i say there was nothing wrong or amiss with it from any perspective anyone could look at it. and, if these people despised the twitter side of the fandom so much, and despised this particular teen it seems, why were they lurking in the first place - it couldn’t’ve even been something they accidentally stumbled across - there was no relevant words that could’ve landed it as a recommended tweet on their timeline, no relevant words they could’ve searched to find and single out that tweet, and when i found it it didn’t have enough traction to have ever appeared on this person’s timeline - so had they literally been stalking this teenager’s profile? and picked out the most random of tweets to rag on them behind their back on tumblr and justify it by claiming you’re ragging on the entire twitter fanbase by extension? for what? there was nothing amiss. is that how “peaceful” tumblr fandoms get internet points? i thought they were so high and mighty above such a concept? that’s what i’d consistently been told, anyway. i had been observing this fandom as a whole for long enough to know the contexts of what people could get upset about and why, but the only conclusion i could reach about this post about this tweet and its responses, is that these people were being mean just to be mean. literal grown bullies frolicking around on a fandom platform full of people who claims themselves to be peaceful and superior than anyone else in the fandom because of their peaceful nature at that. i don’t care if you’re nasty, if that’s what you mean when you say your side of the fandom just “vibes”, just admit to it. admit to being as nasty as anyone in fandom on any other platform and stop lying about the state of your tumblr fandom when some of the accounts with the most traction find excuses to be toxic twice a day and their followers encourage it. it’s just disappointing.

Do you know anything about reality shifting?

Hello Anon, thank you for the interesting ask. So to make sure I have things straight with what you're asking, it sounds to me like you're more or less talking about either the so called "many worlds theory" pointing to parallel universes with all possible timelines occurring in each of them as is described here or about essentially "shifting" to somewhere else while meditating perhaps as is said here, am I correct? I also assume you chose to send me this ask because of the spiritual and metaphysical nature of some of my posts. A brief definition of reality shifting states "Reality shifting is the practice of shifting your subconscious to an alternate reality and is largely based on the Multiverse Theory." Instead of quoting this entire article, I am going to focus more on some of the comments I read in response to this article even one from the original author who has a PHD.

One user asked because I too like to have things laid out in normal terms (not a physicist here afterall and most people here on Tumblr aren't either):

"I am not a physicist or mathematician but am trying to grasp the arguments. Are you saying that, actually, 'universe' is a synonym for 'mentality'? It is a scientific fact that we different mentalities and we see the world and universe through our own personal bias. That is perfectly acceptable to me."

The author responded to this comment with:

"Not exactly. A universe is really a set of observations that you or I make about reality. In quantum many worlds, we believe that each possible observation of a quantum experiment, which as random outcomes, have their own universe. So, if I flip a (quantum) coin, there is a heads universe and a tails universe. Each one has a copy of me in it, one of me observing heads, the other observing tails. It doesn't have to do with bias so much as how we slice and dice what we observe (which could be biased). I say a coin has heads or tails but that is an interpretation of that coin that I have made. Even if other people agree with me, the coin doesn't know that it has heads or tails. Therefore, there cannot be a heads universe and a tails universe."

Anon, I chose to highlight the last tidbit of the author's response here and also the first part of it because this implies to me the many worlds theory is in fact more of how we interpret the universe as opposed to literal universes, which is what a commenter on this post was refering to as "new age wizards". The full comment I talk about here is stated as such:

"Well, lets see: Yuri reminds us that relativity allows observers to disagree on the simultaneity of two events. It’s useful to keep this in mind, for this is still compatible with an objective reality. I don’t think you are justified in saying it isn’t on the basis of the experiment with qubits. This is an imprecise statement; poetry, not science. Physicist learned a lesson when they used the term “measurement” instead of the term “interaction” which precisely fits the phenomenon. “Measurement” smuggles “consciousness” into the discussion, and this empowered a flood of new age wizards claiming to have been vindicated by science. I’ve noticed physicists like Sean Carroll have recently become much more careful about the way they explain these things. Your explanation of this experiment I suggest makes a similar error. It is not objective reality that is being proven wrong. It is that our understanding of what objective reality actually is, is once again being expanded to include observed facts that we’ve never observed before. Reality is no less objective, it’s just not quite the way we thought it was. Our understanding of it has become more sophisticated again, just as Newton’s understanding of it became a special case within the greater and more accurate Einsteinian model. It has been stated here ultimately that we "live" in many universes based on the understanding of how we perceive things but share one objective universe. Now, if you would like to know what my guides have said from a divination standpoint before I even delved more into the many worlds theory just today (did a little bit of research years ago), they have told me that it is "New Age bullshit" (namely, with their view being literal parallel universes existing side by side). Now there are divine blueprints, which are variations of the divine plans with said milestone events but things happening at slightly different times and sometimes even friends and lovers can change in this sense based on the small decisions we make every day. These do exist in the astral/spirit planes and can't be accessed from the physical but literal universes of every possible outcome happening side by side is not a thing. Sorry if this disappoints anyone reading this.

As for whether time travel is possible or not, my guides also also said no which this article here implies is the case coming from a theoretical physicist. Hermes one time said to me "should anyone attempt to go time traveling, they will end up in the astral planes and remain there". He also said the 2002 movie "The Time Machine" holds a lot of accurate truths about what would really happen should someone attempt to time travel. The ending where Alex is "side by side" Philby in "different times" in the same place as seen in the clip below is really Alex in the astral plane and Philby being in the physicals plane. Someone I went to high school with was talking about time traveling in the sense of doing so mentally, I believe looking he was talking about "reality shifting" via meditation or doing so via dreams as well. He did get caught skipping class a few times in high school meditating by the trees and even one time was seen feeding a squirrel. Oh the people I made friends with in school...

Based on the view of reality shifting being more or less about mindfulness meditation and essentially picturing yourself and your senses being elsewhere, I think that it sort of can be perceived by the senses but not nearly the same as actually being there. According to this Forbes article, it states the following 3 traits are most common amongst those who partake in "reality shifting" in this sense:

"Absorption refers to an individual’s capacity to become deeply immersed in sensory experiences, fantasies or imaginative activities. Individuals with high capacities for absorption tend to have vivid imaginations, a heightened ability to concentrate and a propensity for intense emotional and sensory experiences."

"Dissociation is a psychological phenomenon characterized by a disconnection between thoughts, identity, consciousness and memory. It can manifest in various forms, ranging from mild detachment or spacing out to more severe experiences of depersonalization and derealization, where individuals feel disconnected from themselves or their surroundings."

"Fantasy-proneness is characterized by a heightened tendency to have intense and vivid fantasies, daydreams or imaginary experiences. Individuals who are fantasy-prone often find it easy to immerse themselves in imaginative worlds, sometimes to the extent that they have difficulty distinguishing between fantasy and reality. Fantasy-prone individuals typically have a rich and detailed imagination, allowing them to conjure elaborate mental images and scenarios."

In this sense, when I first heard the term I was thinking it may have to do with something like this. I don't partake in reality shifting so much but I have had experiences of being in the astral planes physically. I also have posted about things like dreamwalking and other places I have visited while doing so. While I of course believe this is my reality and what I've experienced in the past including all of my physical senses being truly present (and not imagining things), I think that reality shifting is more or less vividly believing you're somewhere else. I think things like virtual reality gaming is becoming more of a thing (the Oculus was very popular this past Christmas season for example). It's also interesting that in past years 3D movies were more popular but less 3D movies are made today. It seems this goes back some to the fact that many 3D movies were made as 2D and simply converted to become 3D. it seems also the glasses were uncomfortable to wear for some people and the simple fact it's more expensive to make 3D than it is so called 2D. I wonder if this reality shifting trend going on with namely teens and younger adults yo speak of Anon is going to make 3D be more in demand one day.

Overall, I would chop up reality shifting as being more or less about having a vivid imagination is what it boils down to. Tbh I know it’s just dumb internet shit but like the stuff that’s been going on with radblr for the past several months genuinely has me really upset. I’m so sick and tired of all the shit talk straight women constantly get on radblr and I hate not being allowed to talk about it with being falsely accused of total bullshit. I hate how saying literally anything at all that might even allude to me having sexual interests invites harassment. I hate being accused of having a “victim mentality” for being upset about the misogynistic harassment I’ve gotten from so-called “radfems”. I hate how sexual the harassment always is. Having random women talk and gossip constantly about straight women’s sex lives is really upsetting. I hate how even on radblr I am defined entirely by my sexuality and whether or not I’ve ever had contact with a dick. I hate being actively pushed out of feminist spaces because my experience with misogyny is “too heterosexual”. I hate how literally all of radblr acts like the misogyny I face isn’t real and doesn’t matter entirely because I’m straight. I hate not being able to talk about it because I don’t want to be labeled a homophobe for doing literally nothing. Like I can’t even say that what they are saying is degrading or violating or hurtful because I’m “playing into lesbophobic stereotypes by calling lesbians mean or perverted” or whatever they want to claim even though I’m literally not doing that! I’m saying that the actions of certain users is disgusting and idc what their sexuality is, this behavior is wildly inappropriate! I hate feeling emotionally violated like this all the time. And I know this is just internet bs but I don’t have any real life feminist groups to go to. They do not exist where I live. Like why are the vast majority of women not allowed to exist in feminism?? And then they complain about that too! Saying nonsense like “het women think that being straight is required for being a woman” when literally the only thing anyone said was that it’s gross to exclude like 90% of all women from feminism and it’s gross to not let us talk about our problems. They act like straight women don’t experience misogyny.

Like this isn’t feminist anymore and I wish they’d all just fuck off already. It’d be a whole lot less miserable and a ton more productive without judgmental women like that. Idk I’m just really hurt and angry. Especially since this all kicked up again with roe getting repealed. It feels like their rubbing salt in the wound you know? I don’t believe them when they say that they’re trying to “help”. I think that it’s intended to be malicious and harmful. They know that no one can call them out on it though. I'm not interacting with so called 'radblr' so much also because of what I've read these last 4-5 years. They succeeded at pushing out a lot of women by creating their little toxic echo chamber, and by the number of silent followers I get + several people who sent me asks asking to not publish if it wasn't anonymous, it's obvious something is seriously wrong.

They also tend to periodically forget that not everyone lives in the USA, and that some women here live in countries/places where they can't have these discussions, or are already living in places where abortion is forbidden. And from that angle, this debate is borderline indecent.

Part of it I can understand. We got out of Pride Month, why have another month to celebrate for another group? I would also think people that claim to have disabilities, mostly mental, are not diagnosed by an actual doctor. It's often by the person themselves wanting attention or just being a lazy fucktard. Just look at Tumblr and Twitter where people are putting their disabilities out in the open. Isn't that stuff suppose to be personal and shit? I think those disabled don't mind others saying retard or other insults like autistic. It's just another way to express anger. There's a chance we used it too, jokingly or with fury. Why not also question why does it prioritize the LGBT first before the physical and mentally disabled? Many states and cities are doing more for LGBT. More rainbow colored roads and less ramps for buildings and subways to be accessible for wheelchair users. Do you bitch at able bodied people who use the large, disabled toilet stall when there is none left? Are you guilty of using it one time because you had a bad piss and shit? Why isn't there more vehicles that can help with wheelchairs in stuff like Ubers, Lyfts, and the like? What if the person wants to use that service instead of the bus? There are not many that can cater to this. Not by the people and certainly not by the company themselves. Disabled people are not waving some random color pastel flag for attention. They aren't asking for more books about disabled people or rep for media like anime, video games, cartoons, etc. They just want to live their damn life. But LGBT get rewarded for screaming and wearing bondage gear in front of children during parades. Why can't there be more people like Jimmy in South Park? Doesn't mind if others say retard, he uses retard as well, trying to live his life as a kid, works to become a standup comedian that can say jokes that are mature, so why the fuck should people be hyper sensitive about it? Also, it's YouTube. You can blame Google to some extent as well. It always has faults. From e-girls showing off their boobs and copyrighting an original song because it coincidentally sounds like another one. They celebrate Pride Month and people still loved them for it. You don't hear them going on about disabled YTers or the company giving money to places to help them. Also, it's more easy to spot a LGBT-phobic person than someone insulting someone who can't walk or mentally not able to process certain things.

In Supersons we see a couple of kids that are implied to be Damian and Jon's children and the boy has laser eyes and can fly, so I asume he's not adopted. The girl, who calls Bruce grandpa, can also fly, btw. So it's canon (probably by accident) that Jon can have kids and he must have married one of Bruce's kids.
