To preface I would never pretend to be any sort of expert on child abuse and trauma nor on healing from that trauma etc. but I also think the "Jamie wasn't forgiving his father, he was releasing his father's control over his life" viewpoint, while not necessarily wrong, is also...too simplistic? First of all Ted DOES frame it as "forgiveness." The phrase he uses literally is "just forgive him." So that's the message the show is sending regardless of whether that's how we personally make sense of Jamie's actions or not. Secondly, you don't just flick a switch from being terrified of your father and dictated by that fear one day to being totally free of his grip on you AND in a healthy and mentally stable enough place to reach out to him the next (let alone in the span of like, two hours, in the middle of a football match and immediately afterwards. Right after starting to emerge from a depressive episode!!).

I can definitely understand why Jamie may have texted his father in that moment, given the enormously high stress + bad mental health combo he'd been living under for days (weeks?), on top of Ted's (imo ill-fated) advice. But I can't for the life of me make sense of that being a "healthy" choice for him (which I think is how the show would like us to view it). The text alone may have not been inviting his father back into his life, but we see him going to visit his dad in the very next episode. I mean??? we skipped about 1200 steps to get there in an actually healthy way, I think, and talking to an actual therapist about the matter is top of the list.

If Jamie is working to free himself from his father's hold on him, that's a complicated and slow process that I'm not convinced is going to be helped by getting more involved in his father's life and potentially, given the rehab situation, care. I mean we know Jamie's character and I don't think it's really his personality to visit once for peace of mind and then drop this. It's much more likely he extends time and help to his dad and ends up more invested, rather than "free." That could be something that ends well for everyone, if his dad really is putting in the work and is in fact deserving of a ~second chance~ (or third, or fourth...we literally don't even know if he's tried and failed to get sober and Be Better before, but it's very possible), but it is also something that could go very very poorly and result in new devastation and instability for Jamie all over again. At the time Ted was giving Jamie his little speech about it (which he based on an extremely different situation with his own mother in his own life, mind you), he was completely unaware James Sr was even in rehab, and it was actually dangerous (imo) to Jamie, mentally and physically, for him to have given the advice that he did.

Basically, I think Ted's words were well meaning but ultimately very misguided, the actions we see Jamie taking as a result do make sense for the character's state of mind but not necessarily for his well being, and if Jamie would like to give his father another chance it is fully his decision and right to do so. But the storyline wasn't given the time nor care nor complexity that sort of story absolutely requires in order to be done well. And the fact that Jamie leaps in full-force on it without onscreen evidence of him getting any input on the matter from anyone in his life apart from one (questionable) conversation with Ted does not exactly instill confidence in me that the situation ends happily tied up in the bow of father-son reconciliation the show surface-level portrays it to be.

# 1 Prismo's face glitch

This one is pretty self explanatory. for a frame prismos face glitches for no reason. I cant think of something we have seen that would explain this.

#2 After credits apple

After the credits there is a short animation of two shapes morphing into an apple. I thought this was a logo or something unrelated at first so I reversed image searched the apple but I couldn't find anything. So if its not related to a company it should be related to the show right? The shapes and bow for sure remind me of golbetty and apples have appeared multiple times (mostly use to shrink in size) This probably is important.

The image on the left is a promotional poster for the show. On the bottom it gives the date episodes will start airing. Notice the lack of "Season One" near the top. The image on the right Is for the show's soundtrack which was released yesterday. All im gonna say is if I were producing a 10 episode miniseries I wouldn't want to specifically label it as season one if there was only one season.. And I definitely wouldn't only put that on promotional materials AFTER the season was done airing. I bet $72 there will be a season 2.

In The Comet finn witnesses several of his reincarnations. The two shown are a comet and a butterfly.

Now IF the bus is saying golbettys destination is "comet" this HEAVILY implies reincarnation as comets are directly tied to this in adventure time. Also notice how the electricity golbetty is using is THE EXACT SAME FUCKING COLOR AS THE COMET. And what does simon wake up to after seeing golbetty do that.

I think what happened is by Simon and Betty both moving on from their toxic yuri relationship Betty's wish to keep simon safe was realized. Because tbh the thing that was mostly likely to hurt Simon was his own indifference to life and tendency to self sacrifice. I mean, he was completely ready to say goodbye to his sanity multiple times JUST that episode.

This allowed Betty to separate from golb because she no longer needed its power. She gave simon and kiss, and then fucked off to do butterfly shit.

Even if im wrong this show was so beautiful TvT I really needed it. I totally understand if yall are disappointed because simon and betty didn't get a happy ending together but. They really needed to move on. And who knows.. maybe we'll get a season two ;) bye

Oh and the scarab fight scene was way too long and bringing jay and little destiny back was weird and forced.

I love this moment between Omega and Echo and honestly I wish we got more of them. Echo saying why they joined, how this was where they fit and where they were needed. I'm such a fucking sap that I need wherever the batch ends up to still be where Echo fits, I just want everyone to be together and happy my god.

I love the camera angle of Riyo looking at everyone and then sharply down to see Omega. "Hello!!!"

There's something I want you to see and it's the dead clone. Omega looked so excited up until that exact moment.

"Help's hard to come by these days" and Echo clearly makes their decision right there. It's the way that they didn't come here expecting to split from the batch but they hear that they're Needed and have such a hard time staying away at that point, especially when it's coming from Rex.

this might be like a weird ask, but i've seen you post a lot about the legend of korra, so.

do you think it's worth watching the show? i've been avoiding it for a while now simply because i'm afraid it's gonna disappoint. i know it is a separate narrative with entirely new characters, but from the few scenes i've seen it just looks sooooo different from the gaang's story that i'm just afraid they've butchered the original universe. plus, my favorite character from atla is aang, and i do not know if any character from korra will have that same kind of charm.

on the other hand, i know it attracts a lot of fans. what do you think?:)

Hi anon! :) This isn't a weird ask at all, I'd be happy to help!

So the short answer is: yes, I think it's worth watching! I know exactly how you feel - Aang is also my favorite AtLA character, so I was also very apprehensive when LoK was first announced way back in like 2011. But my apprehension didn't stop me from looking forward to and eventually enjoying it, mainly because AtLA was/still is my strongest and longest running hyperfixation to date, and I (especially at that time) was willing to consume any scrap of media related to it lol. We were very starved for content in the olden days :')

I'll go ahead and give you a spoiler-free breakdown of the four LoK seasons - this might help you decide:

Book 1: Air is definitely is quite a bit different from AtLA (which was done on purpose by the creators to differentiate it so it wouldn't just feel like the exact same show). Book 1 is still my least favorite of the LoK seasons for this reason (as well as for questionable writing decisions), but there are still some great moments. You may notice that Book 1 ends very "neatly" - this is because LoK was originally supposed to be a miniseries before Nickelodeon picked it up for 3 more seasons (which I think was a large part of why the writing suffers a lot in the first half of the show as a whole).

Book 2: Spirits also starts out pretty rough (with more questionable writing decisions), but it picks up about halfway through. Some people say this is their least favorite season, but I've always enjoyed it overall a ton more than Book 1. While some of the additions to the lore of the Avatar and the Spirit World are polarizing amongst the fandom (and there are some things I wish they'd done differently), I still ate that shit up when it first aired lol.

Book 3: Change is where, in my and many others' opinions, the show suddenly rises to the same level of quality as AtLA. There's a lot of traveling, we get to see some familiar faces and several classic AtLA locations from Book 2: Earth, the villains are the best villains in any Avatar media, and the plot and emotional core of the season are just so, so good. I can't say any more because I don't want to spoil even a little bit of it. I personally think LoK is worth watching just for this season alone.

Book 4: Balance is not as good as Book 3, but I enjoyed it a lot more than Book 1 and Book 2. It does a really good job of exploring trauma/PTSD and the relevance of the role of the Avatar in a modernizing world, and is a decent followup to Book 3. What happens at the end of Book 4 is also SO culturally impactful (not sure if you know why, but I won't say anything specific), especially for queer AtLA fans such as myself.

While LoK definitely isn't perfect, I still accept it as canon for the world of Avatar, and it's still a show I've rewatched several times (though I tend to skip a lot of Book 1 and the first half of Book 2 when I do lmao). If you decide to watch it, go in with an open mind knowing that it is not going to be exactly like AtLA. Even in the not-as-good seasons, there's still some gems to behold. And what's also nice about LoK is that each season is about 12ish episodes, so you'll get to the really good stuff (Book 3) pretty quickly if you binge lol.

ATLA Live Action Review

I will preface this by saying that largely I enjoyed watching ATLA and I would watch a season 2, would even look forward to a season 2.

However, I did have a lot of issues with this series, issues which I don't feel can be solved by saying "well it's a different series it shouldn't be an exact copy paste of the original". If their changes are worse than the original then that is a failing, and there was a lot which was objectively worse. I'll begin with:

Dialogue Are these things written by AI now or something? The dialogue was giving me "I forced an AI to watch x hours of halmark movies and write one for me" but for your standard adventure series. Listen, we have had this already in 100s of other series and films. ATLA is so unique, could we not have kept the dialogue to that style instead of the expositiony "It's my responsibility" style basic adventure hero stuff? At best it was dull, at worst it was actively cringy. I felt that Zuko and Iroh's dialogue was better and most engaging, no real issues there, but only on a couple of occasions did I experience the Gaang's characteristics and dynamic that I was hoping for from the dialogue.

Music Would have very much liked to have heard some East-Asian instruments and music style. The bog-standard western orchestra did the same as mentioned above: it's dull, it's predictable, it didn't bring me into the world it took me out of it. I was metaphorically taking a shot every time the orchestra swelled at a dramatic or poignant moment. The exception was the little Leaves from the Vine motif they dotted in around Iroh, that was wonderful. Could have done with more of that for Aang's emotional moments.

Exposition So much exposition. Imo they shouldn't have shown the air nomads being attacked. We should have seen Aang fly off and then seen the fire nation making its way up the mountain ominously (on foot!! why do the firebenders have bending jet packs now??? this defeats the later plot??? why can everyone fly now????) before cutting to black. If they really wanted to show it it could have been in quick flashbacks as Aang makes his way through the air temple, which I think would have made it feel more personal to Aang and more devastating. As it was I was just reminded of Star Wars through the whole thing (so many Star Wars vibes at the air temple it really threw me off). Dialogue exposition also awful. If they had spent less time explaining every single plot point to the audience like we're stupid and more on the relationship between the characters and character development we might have actually felt like we progressed from episode 1 to 8. Which leads me to:

Characterisation I'm considering making an entirely different post for this honestly, but here it is in brief. I think we really lost something in this series, and for that I blame the 8 episode thing Netflix is obsessed with. The actors did a good job I felt, particularly with a script that was more rote phrases and platitudes than wise words and attitudes. We didn't really get to see friendships developing, they were just there. We didn't see the characters grow, and the issues which they faced and overcame in the series (which worked perfectly well!!!) have been changed for no reason. Sokka's dad was disappointed in him?? Why???? We already have Zuko whose dad is disappointed in him. I love Sokka's original character, I love seeing him getting over his mysogyny. You know what might have been helpful, in 2024 where all studies show that young men who spend time online become more conservative and sexism is rife?? Maybe showing that it's ok to change your views, that it's ok to work with and respect women, that people will still love you, and that it's not always your fault when you're taught stupid shit. That would have been useful. Taking away that aspect of his character meant changing Katara's and Sukis, and not for the better!!!! Like jesus Suki, my poor Suki. She's such a cool character in the animation. She has responsibility, she is competent and cool and knows her place in the world, but is also open to the idea of change. Why did they make her so awkward (original Suki is fun and funny as well) and unsure? And more parent drama?? Again??? Do they only have one plot?

I also felt that by missing key episodes like the Northern Air Temple we really missed out on Aang's character from the animation, and the emotional weight those scenes could have brought. This Aang doesn't goof off, he's already learned his lesson. This Aang doesn't struggle to balance his beliefs as an airbender (the last airbender, the only one who can continue them) with his job as the avatar, he's just 100% up for the fighting with no conflict. This is a huge part of his character's original internal struggle (and a massive plot point later on) and it feels like we lost something by taking it out.

Final Thoughts Once again, I did enjoy the series. I got super emotional at some parts, I particularly enjoyed the first 4 episodes. Overall I liked the casting and I think the actors did a pretty good job and I'm excited to see where this will go in season 2.

But, I do think that we are allowed to criticise and compare things. I'm seeing a lot of people on here being like stop over-analysing things!! No, lol. Firstly, this is tumblr, the over-analysing website. If you want a superficial review go to tiktok. Secondly, if I had one thing to place the blame on for my issues with this series it's that it is more generic and dumbed down than a cartoon made for kids almost 20 years ago. I am not alone in thinking that media is becoming very basic and sanitised (while at the same time becoming more explicit and violent? It's like no we can't have nuance or complex issues but we will show you explicit sex scenes and awful violence) and also it all feels the same. And I do think we should be wary of the homogenisation of media.

Hi there! Hope you're doing awesome! Quick question,I know we're only 2 episodes into Volume 9,but what's your take on the whole Penny situation? I was crushed when she first died in Volume 3,then excited to see her again in 7,then crushed again to see her die just 1 volume later,as I'm sure everyone was. I'm hopeful about 9 though,it's looking good,but one of my friends has been turned off by all the gut punches with Penny & everything else,& I'm watching the series through with another friend & I don't want them to get turned off the same way. I'm hoping for something but not sure what at this point.

I totally understand if one of your friends got turned off with what had happened to her character so far--- because two years ago I was in the exact same position lol. In fact I came to watch the first ep of V9 without any expectations nor as much interest as I did with V8. I was mostly curious as to what direction they'd be pushing the story into.

And hooo boy was I surprised! And I mean, the kind of "Oh shit I'm caught off-guard by all that Nuts and Dolts moments because it's so in-the-face what thE HELL". Exactly like V8 lmao. I know I'm now speaking about the ship but jfdfdskfj I also do mean Penny content. I caught up with RWBY V6 and V7 during the 2020 / V7 hiatus, and when the Penny content was suddenly given the spotlight, that gut-punched me too.

And yeah that's exactly what I'm seeing with V9. Two years of grieving not really having much canon material to speculate about Penny's direction as a character and the premiere of V9 gave me new hopes actually! From a better perspective, I'm a little more positive that the theories / suspicions that had been floating around the Nuts and Dolts / Penny fandom (since V8) are in the right direction. I'll be bold now when I say it, now that I have moved past the pains of V8 lol: Nuts and Dolts is a living ship, and I have 95% confidence when I say it's actually a canon pair now. The first two episodes especially emphasized this, and I trust CRWBY knows what they're doing with the implications of it. And because they're less likely to bury gays, aside from an entire thesis (no kidding lol) from the Nuts and Dolts nation on why Penny would come back, looking at what the show might be bringing (hopepunk, wlw, LGBTQIA+ reps) gives me a positive view of Penny's general direction as a character.

One of my friends / mutuals said it aptly when they mentioned that RWBY doesn't benefit much from being watched while airing, because as a fan of the show who painstakingly waits between hiatuses it might sometimes feel underwhelming when you've been expecting something big for so long. I've been here since 2013, but it gets better when you rewatch volumes at once especially before a new season premiere! If one gets the hints given by CRWBY right, there is a pay-off there (I had my moment here with Pietro in V8). So I guess technically that means it's better off changing one's mindset that whatever they do with characters / the story usually has a reason forward, but then it would take a while to really get there.

The way that Max is acting this season is extremely out of character. He would hate Helen nor would he bail on speaking to her one last time. Not after falling in love with Helen. It just didn’t make sense. To be honest, I have no beef with Wyler and Max getting together. My issue is that Sharpwin took 3 seasons to finally get together. The writers showed us that there was chemistry. They didn’t just tell us. Max was never apprehensive about getting together with Helen. Max’s new relationship with Wyler is strange. Their first kiss seemed forced.

I would have nothing to say about that ship if it was developed properly and Max didn’t have so much animosity towards Helen. I had to stop watching the show after episode two aired because of that animosity issue. On Tuesday, I binged watched eight episodes before episode 11 aired. I wish I hadn’t.  I’m so happy that the series is taking a two week break before airing the final two episodes. And the ratings are down and a new negative sector of the fan base has flooded the hashtag on Twitter. Their tweets are filled with micro aggressions and shade towards Helen. It’s a mess!

I literally haven't watched a single episode since last year's finale. I KNEW they were going to shit the bed. I knew that they weren't even going to attempt to handle anything maturely anymore. Not after the way Iggy was written, not after the way Lauren was written, and they lost me on Floyd a LONG time ago. Helen was the final straw. I could stomach that this show was about Max. It was supposed to be based on a real man's journey as director of the hospital and it cast STELLAR stars. The addition of Wilder was honestly one of my favorites and I'm actually sad that she showed up so close to the end of the show because I wanted more of her. He did have apprehension about being with Helen because his feelings for her started before his wife even died. His grief and guilt kept them apart longer than it needed to. His anger and heartbreak should be doing the same right now. To be completely honest I saw chemistry between Wilder and Max and you're right it could've been believable if it had been developed. The real question we need to be asking is why they felt the need to rush and pair them up at all?

Black women and black mixed race women show up and are ready to give great performances, often stealing the show and pulling the story line in ways that aren't predicted by the creators. Sure, they cast them, they had screen tests and they knew they were right for the part but they consistently and CONSTANTLY misjudge how many watched the show for those women characters and how many fans literally tap out in frustration when their roles get reduced or when they are sidelined. If I read one more press release that says;

"Thank you so much for your support but I think I've taken this character as far as they could go, thank you all who supported BLANK and their stories and thank you so much for the opportunity and chance to play this amazing character."

Which translates to,

"Every week I am handed a script where I'm confused as to where or what my character should be doing because it is either the EXACT same thing that happened last week and it seemed as though they would be moving on or addressing it or, I've noticed I have almost no lines, I'm barely invited on press junkets anymore on top of the fact that no one can or is willing to do my hair and make-up and I've noticed a disturbing uptick of rabid fans who hate me for something every other character on the show has done. But I can't burn any bridges or tell the truth about it because it's still Hollywood and Black women BARELY get work as it is."

They didn't plan on their chemistry, and if they didn't want it to be that way they could have asked their directors to DIRECT Ryan and Freema to behave more platonically. They are actors and they capable because they are both GOOD at their jobs.

I know that fans who turned into stans in recent years have gotten downright ugly towards creators who didn't write what they wanted but sometimes it was just literal garbage. There's also a certain segment of the fan population who you HAVE to pay homage to if you have an interracial ship with a white male lead and you're seeing them lob microaggressions and pretty soon it'll be flat out racist attacks because for the UPTEENTH time showrunners chose to make the black woman a dart board. And BTW they have always been there, the amount of people especially in the comment section of TVLine had their fingers crossed Helen would die in the season one finale. Sharpwin fans have just been louder and bigger for so long it was easy to drown them out.

This answer is getting long because I could go ON and ON about this particular subject and how so many shows reinforce and have this trope to placate certain fans. I should call it White Woman First Trope. EVERY show goes to hell because of it.

Personally, I love that we have episodes like "Air turtle" to show what an absolute little shit (affectionate) Leo can be.

This episode does such an amazing job at highlighting Leo's strength as a strategist, but also highlights his main flaws, such as "don't let your brothers in on your actual plan" and "needing to win, no matter what"

In the beginning of the episode Leo is being his usual, sore winner self, and uses Donnie('s face) to score the winning goal for himself, and we end the episode thinking that Leo has learned his lesson only for him to do the almost exact same thing.

We also get introduced to his "lucky rock" which he says represents changing his strategy to "winning at all costs" and when playing a game, that is all he needs to focus on, which is slightly important at the end of the episode.

Then when the brothers have to compete against the Daves, they don't want to include Leo, because of his attitude. He responds to this with a dramatic, over the top apology, which if the "turtle-scouts" episode taught us anything, are one of his specialties.

For the most part, Leo works with his team pretty well, until its time to take the winning shot. He not only bamboozles the Daves but also his own brothers with his winning strategy. They immediately suggest that Leo will want to take the winning shot, which Leo denies saying that the other team will be expecting that (which is a good point) and the says his "actual plan" is to have Donnie take the last shot, doesn't give a specific reason why he pick Donnie over anyone else and just says its because "he believes in him"

The actual reason Leo picks Donnie is because, not only does Donnie always miss, but he always hits the headboard. So, with everyone focused on Donnie, and then the ball, nobody notices when Leo runs up to the hoop, and when Donnie inevitably misses leaving the ball in the perfect position for Leo to jump up, grab it, and dunk it in.

After the game is won and the Daves turn back to normal Raph asks Leo; "Did you know he would miss?" to which Leo responds "Just because I'm a team player doesn't mean Donnie's magically good at basketball." This whole episode shows how Leo is really good at altering the field to his own favor, but he's really got to let his brothers in on his plans since this is what contributes the most towards Leo's brothers not trusting him during fatal missions.

The episode ends with Leo tossing his rock up and down singing "lucky rock" to himself as he walks away. Basically just another way of saying that this boy didn't learn a DAMN THING this episode. He's still got that whole "win at all costs attitude"

I have issues with things ending. Like it's actually kind of a problem.

When I was a kid I watched reruns of Full House for an entire school year and when I learned it ended years ago I wrote a letter to try and get it back on the air (cause little me was like five or some shit and I didn't realize it ended in the 90s) and my mom must've been having a really bad day because she just screamed at me that is was over and never coming back on. I burst into tears.

I remember the time period iCarly ended. I cried for weeks when I saw those promos and watching that final episode was. So. Painful. Nothing could make me feel better. I was just in a bad mood for a while.

I mourned those shows.

And I fucking despised Unus Annus. I kept getting unnecessarily angry about it getting deleted in the year. I watched the videos and I loved them and I like Markiplier and Ethan but I felt so angry and upset at Unus Annus.

I was so upset when those really cool Hamilton animatics were deleted off youtube.

I was upset when people stopped writing their fanfiction suddenly for one reason or another.

I was upset when that Ronarry fanart disapeared.

And now I'm upset that almost everyone I kinda idolized and took inspiration from in the Harry Potter fandom has seemingly disapeared when I was at my lowest.

Unlike with iCarly and with Full House, I never properly mourned all that stuff. Mostly cause I'm not in a space where I can just cry freely.

I never mourned all my friends leaving me on the exact same day I started really getting into Harry Potter TUMBLR either. I just....distracted myself with Harry Potter Tumblr and never really put much thought into being left by my friends. I may take things too seriously sometimes but I think this goes deeper than missing some YouTube videos and fanart and some people deciding to not be in Harry Potter fandom anymore. Maybe I'm projecting my feelings about other things onto things that may be sillier to be upset over.

People leaving the fandom was basically like my friends deciding I was too whiny to be around in my mind.

I don't know it's just a thought. I wanted to say something since some people might have been put on edge by my upset at being the only one left.

I had quit spn like early s12 at the hitler episode then I finished it after the ending because I figured I owed it to them after watching the finale live as it aired so... it was something but going in order

I actually greatly enjoyed s12-15 up to the end and I was pleasurably surprised - like okay it was the usual crazy shit half of the time and it def had gone on too long but 12-15 were eons better than the slug that was 9-11 and I had a lot of genuine fun when watching them and like they actually look/are extremely coherent for spn standards so I mostly have positive stuff on the topic like the apocalypse universe was cool, the ketch redemption arc was cool, tombstone and the tarantino episode were a masterpiece (and the 80s rock episode too sdlgkjd same as the scooby doo crossover) and I loved chuck as the villain and how meta that was

concerning deancas and the love confession: I mean as the resident idiot who had written her first deancas fic after 4x03 aired I always thought that they didn't know what they had been doing until like s5 when they realized what they were doing (sorry no one convinces that 5x03 wasn't written by someone who didn't have the deancas agenda in mind in spades) but like I generally thought that if it went somewhere it was gonna end with sam retiring and being a man of letters or smth like that and deancas going off to fight monsters in a way where you could frame it as THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS™ in places where them being gay would be frowned upon

I also thought that if anything happened whether like... either canonization or adjacent-canonization it was gonna be the last five minutes of the series finale because otherwise some parts of fandom wouldn't have let anyone involved with that show live which is why I was pleasurably shocked the confession was in ep 18 and not 20

now: I think the network authorized it and then chickened out when covid hit because the way the entire thing is structured... like sorry but this story starts with cas rescuing dean from hell, in 18 cas ends up in the empty from which he can obviously be rescued, in 19 every single plotline gets wrapped except that one in an episode that can work as a finale-finale if you leave it at that and I'm supposed to think that the og plan for ep 20 didn't include a reverse thing where dean got him out and they made out? sorry at this point bite me I'mma put my money on that esp given that...

... episode 20 is the most useless finale i've ever seen in the sense that literally nothing happens in it, the show itself had fillers where more shit happened like honestly I've never seen 40 minutes of a show that were more... a waste of time and resources and effort as that one, it looked like they told the writers they needed to have dean and sam be bros™ one of them had to die and they met in heaven again and they did that but just that X°D like sorry but the vampire porn diaries had the exact same finale template - one brother dies the other lives a happy normal life and they meet again in heaven -, s8 of tvd was vastly worsely written than spn s15 like i'm not even arguing that, but if you look at tvd finale actually shit happens in it and when you watch it it actually looks decent/wraps things up/makes you feel stuff, the spn finale is just stupid but I can't even be angry at it because imvho it's obvious they did it on purpose X°D but like tldr if the og plans hadn't been scrapped whatever they were they would have had an ep 20 where shit actually happened and that wasn't the drag it was, and like if it had come at the end of a badly written season (like tvd) I'd have just shrugged and whatever but... it came after an actually well-written season that was actually coherent with the previous four ones so I can't believe that was the real endgame content really XD

anyway: the confession was imvho absolutely ic and coherent with the entire thing starting from s4 because like sorry cas being in love with dean since then is just blatantly making sense, I never thought once it was baiting or teasing because only ppl who never watched the show would think the delivery was bad or that either misha or jensen were cringing while saying their lines, cas saying exactly the stuff he said made absolute sense in context, dean's reaction (as much as I'm sure they cut stuff) was absolutely sensed as well and no one tells me he didn't reciprocate bc the entire thing was built so that he'd admit it to himself at the very end and I mean anon my friend my comrade when I watched that episode I cried for twenty minutes straight after I finished it so X°D

like okay yeah part of it was the SEE WE WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG FUCK THE DENIERS but most of it was that I honestly was moved and I found that entire speech extremely heartfelt, meaningful and a whole lot of things I'm not sharing on main because I don't want people deciding stuff based on it but like I have zero negative things to say about that confession, I'm glad it happened and I don't regret catching up also because it happened as it really felt like the natural reaching point of cas's whole arc, I'm just sad that whatever the fuck went on with the cw they didn't let dean have a decent ending bc honestly what the fuck was that thing and they deserved to be happy without presuming they met offscreen in heaven or whatever the fuck but honestly all my issues with spn's ending are with the cw obviously getting cold feet concerning episode 20

tldr: the ending-ending sucked but up until 15x19 I thoroughly enjoyed most of what I saw nonsensical or not because at that point spn was the kinda thing you watched bc you liked it with all the faults it has, I 100% believe that the last episode sucked on purpose because I've never seen a finale done with so little effort after four seasons full of effort ever like not even penny dreadful whose finale imvho sucked on purpose sucked this much but like getting there was worth it and deancas being canon in itself was smth I never thought we'd get this explicitly and I'm very very very happy it happened, peace

technology. the fact that you can just break a box that's hooked up to fireworks and the fireworks go off is actually so funny to me. i really love in shows when ppl use breaking something technical as shorthand for making to do something, when in reality it would. not work. in fact, for a box that's hooked up to a bunch of dangerous flammable objects that shoot into the sky, i would sure hope the fail safe would be for them to not go off.

marinette without tikki. i remember this episode. mostly bc i remember ppl talking about how it demonstrated that marinette was still ladybug without tikki. and while i agree that she was resourceful and that's why she's a good ladybug, not the other way round, the whole premise of her losing tikki really irked me. i can't remember my exact thoughts bc they're so fleeting when i watch the show (i should really be writing my thoughts down as i watch), but it just feels like the writers are using it as some kind of excuse to punish marinette and "teach her a lesson" when she doesn't really need it? idk smth smth the writers are bad at their job.

speaking of, chat noir and his cataclysm. again, i think that the writers treat both marinette and adrien (tho, more like chat noir) really badly in the show, but in opposite directions. but it, again, speaks to how badly they were at writing. the fact that half the time the only way they can come up with chat noir to use his cataclysm is usually bc he's been hypnotized or turned against ladybug is bad writing. they're not being creative enough and the show is suffering for it!

this was also one of those episodes that felt sped up.

*i just think there's something to be said about the fact that the creator was obsessed with chinese mysticism. which, i should not need to say, is just so extremely racist. like i can and can't believe no one ever talked about it while the fandom was active (that i saw, anyway, but then again, maybe there weren't a lot of asian fans in this fandom, despite knowing that it aired in korea around the same time it aired in france and the u.s. that or i just didn't find them/they were few and far between/they were driven out. and yes i know korea is not china, i'm just saying there had to have been asian fans, in general.)

like it's fine to use the chinese zodiac and mythology, but if you decide to do that, don't veil it in "chinese mysticism" and vague hand-wavey shit. do your due diligence. do research! get sensitivity readers and/or hire asian, but specifically chinese, writers! like i know france is Like That, but surely they could've found some chinese disapora in france! this is not to mention, if the creator really did love chinese culture and mythology so much, you would've thought he'd have done more research on his own. no surprise, but it turns out he's just racist.

and the fact that not only did he hand-wave a lot of shit in lieu of doing actual research, he just added a bunch of random animals to the supposed chinese zodiac??? and like to what end? does it serve the narrative to have more? why not just make your own zodiac and say that! the ladybug is certainly not part of the zodiac, and the cat, if we're going off the chinese and japanese zodiac, is very deliberately not in it for differing reasons based on which story you read. moth? peacock? where is he getting this? he should've just made his own zodiac, which would've been fine! then he wouldn't have had to also rely on "chinese mysticism" either.

like for a show about magical girls and superheros, it would make perfect sense for him to create his own zodiac. ppl would very much buy into this being just a little left of our real world--only based on it. where yeah, sure, paris, france still exists, i guess.

Y'know, it's strange how Vicky and Glam obviously love and respect each other but at the same time don't tell each other a lot of shit. Including things that you'd kind of expected to be kept as common knowledge in a marriage.

In episode 8, when Vicky reveals to Heavy that she and Bug were scamming the Beavers, he asks why she'd do that. Vicky tells him that she has bills- fines, bail, a carburetor that isn't going pay for itself. The club members have money to spare if they can gamble, Vicky assures Heavy flatly. And she doesn't.

But that's WEIRD to me, because we've seen their house, we've seen their things, we've seen that Dee and Heavy have whatever electronics they want for fun and school... like, I'm definitely making some assumptions here, but it doesn't look like they're hard up for money. Plus, we've seen DEE get Vicky out of legal trouble before, if he can manage it, I can't imagine it'd be difficult for Glam.

...unless he doesn't know.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Vicky told him about any of this. They as a couple, as a unit, might have money to spare- but maybe Vicky on her own does not and would still rather use up her own savings than bring Glam into it.

Why? I don't know. But I can't help wondering if it might somehow be related to that one frustrated 'Why does everything come so EASY for Glam?' while she tried and failed to do something nobody else seemed to have any trouble with.

And then on the other side of secret-keeping we have Glam himself, who subscribes so much to the philosophy of Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind that he apparently sees no reason why his wife of fifteen or so years would need to know anything about his horror show of a childhood. It happened, it's over, why dwell? Sure, he has the occasional flashback while Vicky repeatedly says his name and asks what's wrong, why is he just standing there staring into thin air like that, hello, can he hear her?- but it's no biggie. Yes, he accidentally channeled his bastard of a father so hard while trying to teach his own son music that he ended up looming over Dee and saying the exact same things Gustav used to say to him until Dee snapped him out of it with a 'Dad, what the fuck are you DOING?'- but accidents happen! He apologized, it's over, it won't happen again. He's fine. It's FINE.

Like, they love each other very much, but they've both got some unresolved issues that I can't help thinking might end up affecting their relationship sooner or later.

"Stories change when that many links contribute." You scoffed, sitting back in your chair and reaching for your juice box on the table, taking a huge slurp, which you knew would annoy Sohee.

"You don't believe me? Guess we gotta ask a link closer to the source then." Sohee stood up from her chair, and you looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"Park Jimin, get your ass over here will ya?" She nearly shouted across the cafeteria, and now all looks were pointed at you two, and you felt the urge to just slip down the cracks of the floor tiles and hide there forever grow stronger for each nanosecond.

You sunk further down on your tacky, orange chair, but you could still see Jimin's black locks sway a little over the crowd as he walked over to the table you were sitting at.

"What's up sugar?" Jimin smirked at Sohee, and Sohee didn't even budge, and you had no idea how she did it. He was stupidly attractive and could make any girl drop her pants with a comment like that.

"Jimin my dearest, a little birdie told me that Taehyung likes my sweet Y/N, could you confirm?" She batted her long lashes and smiled prettily at Jimin.

He looked to the left, sucked his teeth, and said, "I can't, I'm sorry." You realized you had grown a little too hopeful, and your heart sunk quite a bit when he spoke.

"Does he think I'm pretty at least?" You spoke up, eyes shining when you looked up towards the standing Jimin, the harsh lights in the cafeteria reflecting in them.

"He hasn't mentioned you much, to be quite honest." He shrugged, walking back to his table, where Taehyung and the rest of his friends sat.

Your heart thumped when he met your eyes, and you looked away in panic. The rest of lunch was just Sohee apologizing and you avoiding eye contact with any of the students at the nearby tables.

Jimin mentioned you and Sohee's name several times, he was a loud speaker, and you were so scared of what he was saying you could probably die right then and there.

Saved by the bell, you picked up your stuff and got ready to start running to your classroom, praying you wouldn't meet any of Taehyung's friends, and especially not Taehyung as you ran Usain Bolt style.

You looked down while running, not thinking twice about leaving your best friend behind, you suddenly fell to the ground with a thud. This was surely not one of your glory days.

When you looked up, you wanted to cry. It was none other than Kim Taehyung, and he didn't look pleased. You gathered your things and muttered "Sorry." under your breath probably about 10 times, and he just watched, disappointingly.

"You're a klutz. Why were you running?" He spoke, and your knees turned into jelly when you tried to stand up, you nearly fell and dropped all your stuff again, but he caught you by the arm, straightening you up like it was nothing.

"Uh... Uhm... Err..." you mumbled, and he rolled his eyes, and not in a joking manner. "Fuck that, why are you going around telling people I like you?"

Your breath hitched, and he stared at you coldly. "I didn't! Gosh, my friend Sohee told me someone had told her that you liked me, and- uh... We asked Jimin, and-" He put his hand over your mouth, making you shut up.

"I don't want you two to go around making up baseless rumors about me, it's incredibly annoying for me to go around correcting people who assume shit just because your little friend speaks louder than a bunch of hyenas at a tea party." Taehyung nearly spat, and you took a step back.

You noticed that people were listening in, their stares burning holes in your back. He was livid, and you didn't understand why, you just smiled, praying to god that this would end soon.

"I just thought you liked me-" You began, and he interrupted you, "You thought I was gonna like someone like you? Get over yourself and enter the real world."

The hallway went silent, your lips trembled as hot tears raced down your face, and like the track star you were, you fled the scene and passed the finish line into the bathrooms.

You stayed till the school day ended, not knowing what was unraveling outside the four walls of the stall.

Sohee always knew when to leave you alone, so she did, partially. You usually shut off your phone when you're upset, but she still sends you texts to update you whenever you turn it back on.

This time, it was quite dramatic, and you rushed out of the icky stall and ran (again) to reach Sohee to get the full story, and as you expected, it was interesting.

"Basically, Doyoung punched Taehyung and Taehyung was a little too OP, so he failed to initiate a fight, so it just turned into Taehyung being an ass to Doyoung for defending you." She shrugged, adjusting the straps of her leather backpack as you walked home.

"Taehyung's rep is so tainted right now, I don't know how he's gonna fix this my dear Y/N, so I guess he got his karma. He's an idiot and I'm glad other people are starting to see."

You nodded yes, pushing out a fake chuckle, while silently you prayed that everything would soon be back to normal and that Taehyung would forgive you for the mess you caused.

Being in love with Taehyung for a year had taken a toll on you, and your best friend since freshman year had noticed too. You were different.

You used to be so independent and optimistic, but now you would strive for validation, and you had turned into one of the most insecure people Sohee had ever met.

Sohee tried to pull you away from him, but to her demise, it only got worse when you tried to meet other guys. She figured that the only way for you to disconnect from him was if you had your go with him, or if he treated you like a complete idiot.

You waved goodbye to Sohee as you entered your house, kicking off your shoes and throwing yourself down on the couch. You wanted to scream, but you saw your brother's and another guy's shoes in your hallway, so you kept it inside.

After having watched an episode of Seinfeld, you could hear the floorboards creak, and your gaze found its way to the hallway, where your brother, Yoongi stood, peeking out from his door.

"Ah, Y/N, you're the one who's home?" He smiled brightly, eyes turning into small crescents, which made you awe at the sight.

"Yuppers." You said and sat back again, pressing play to start the next episode. "Who's your guest?" And as you uttered your last word, another head peeked out from the door, and you couldn't help but feel the happiness brew inside you.

It was Kim Seokjin in all his glory, and this time, he looked even hotter. It had been about two years since you last saw him because he moved to Germany to study medicine.

Seokjin had been your neighbor since you were born, and you pretty much grew up with two older brothers who always took care of you.

No one dared to mess with you, because Seokjin and Yoongi always got to them first. That way, you grew up without a care in the world, protected from all evil.

You had no idea when you fell in love with him. It was somewhere during puberty, where your interest in Brad Pitt and Kim Soohyun from Dream High had grown stronger.

You remember Seokjin was scouted for modeling, acting, and even idol groups all through your childhood. He did a few ads, photoshoots, a popular teenage drama called Double Trouble, and even managed to get his own Wikipedia page.

There was no doubt that Seokjin was an attractive man, and in the two years he had been gone, his face fat was completely gone, and he had defined cheekbones, a slimmer and tighter figure, and you thought he couldn't be any more perfect.

"None other than God himself," Seokjin said smugly, opening his arms to greet you with a hug, and you threw your blanket you were covered into the side as you bolted into Seokjin's arms, legs wrapped around his waist.

He slowly put you down so your feet touched the parquet, and you felt a kind of euphoria as he smiled at you again, the same smile he had flashed you as long as you could remember.

Everything about Seokjin had matured and changed, but his smile remained the same. "What are you doing back?" You sniffled, holding back the happy tears that were forming in your eyes.

"Hey, don't get me wrong, I love Germany, but it's a little bland. I miss ahjumnas complimenting me on the subway and the bomb ass food here in SK." Seokjin grinned as he wiped a tear that fell down your face.

Yoongi was leaning against the door frame, smiling at the grand reunion. You knew he liked seeing you two together, and you had a small suspicion about him shipping you guys.

"Please don't ever leave again." You gripped onto his shirt, digging your face down in his chest, and he said, "I swear to god if you're wearing makeup right now-"

You laughed as you pushed him away, placing your hands below your chin and batting your eyelashes dramatically, "I'm all-natural."

"Naturally pretty." Seokjin leaned forward and whispered in your ear, and your heart did a little somersault.

Seokjin's always been a charmer.

You woke up in your room, pink sheets draped over your half-naked body as tons of messages poured in on your phone, vibrating so much it nearly fell off the edge of your nightstand.

You grab it while rubbing your eyes, and you're shocked to see the messages that had exploded on your lock screen.

Hey, it's Kim Taehyung.

Look, I'm sorry for the shit I said to you and I would love to make it up to you in some kind of way.

Maybe I could take you out?

Your heart was palpitating, and when you pressed your phone up to your chest, you could feel your body heat up from your scalp to your toes.

Maybe Kim Taehyung had no interest in you right now, but he sure would after tonight. You were gonna make him love you, soon enough,

Running to the shower a few hours of Seinfeld later, you scrubbed with all your might with your newest strawberry scrub, did your makeup, curled your hair, and sat down on the couch, outfit draped over the armrest of the chair.

It was an hour till you were leaving, so for the time being you sat with hair rollers in your hair, dressed in pink sweats. Seokjin and Yoongi had been awake all night, you had heard them laugh and play Mario Cart all night, it reminded you of old times.

Old times where you went to bed crying because Yoongi and Seokjin's bedtime was later than yours at sleepovers. Thinking back, your parents made a pretty rational decision, but you resented them for it.

When Seokjin left for school in Germany, during your Sophomore year you cried again. You thought it was so unfair that you had to be two years younger, why couldn't you come with him?

You were painfully in love with him, and you had been probably since you were. A few months after he moved, your feelings faded. You were love-free, only to fall stupidly in love again with Taehyung just a year later.

You were forced to snap out of your train of thought because you heard the floorboards creak again. When you looked over at the dark hallway, you saw a tired, yet familiar face smile at you.

Seokjin looked quite disoriented, hair ruffled and eyes puffy, yet he looked like a Greek god. Sculpted to perfection, he smiled at you like he did yesterday and all the times before.

"Morning." He grunted out, his morning voice prominent. You chuckled when you looked at the time, feeling kind of bad for Seokjin who had slept away the majority of his day, which you knew he didn't like.

"It's 5 pm, cutie. Mom said you guys could order takeout, cause she's working late." You stood up, and Seokjin gave you a good look up and down, and then diverted his gaze to the lavender ruffle skirt and white long-sleeve blouse you had neatly hung over the armchair.

"What's the occasion?" He nodded over at the clothes and then your hair rollers and full-face makeup-covered face. He threw a few walnuts from the little bowl on the coffee table into his mouth.

"It's none of your business, but I have a date tonight," you said smugly, and a walnut flew out of Seokjin's mouth in shock.

"A date? Like a real one?" He frantically asked, and you nodded as you walked away with your outfit in hand.

You came back out minutes later, and Seokjin had to hold his mouth shut so it wouldn't drop to the floor. You had matured so well, a white blouse adorning your waist, and the lavender skirt hugged your curves nicely.

You had decorated your neck and ears with golden jewelry, and you had a pair of Air forces dangling from your left hand. You were beautiful, hair let free from the hair rollers, curls swaying as you did a twirl.

"It's alright, I guess." He pretended not to care, and your proud grin morphed into a frown pretty quickly, and he noticed.

He stood up and walked towards you, standing very close. His tall figure was hovering over you. Seokjin leaned forward towards your ear, not whispering this time,

"You're gorgeous." He pushed your curls behind your shoulder, adjusting your golden necklace as he returned to Yoongi's bedroom.

You were screwed.

The time on your phone showed 6:06 pm. You recall him saying ‘don’t be late’. What a hypocrite. It had started to pour down, so you were squeezed up against the brick wall of the restaurant so the ledge above you would shield you from the rain.

You were shaking from the cold, legs exposed because of your skirt. Sighing deeply, you reached down into your purse to text Taehyung, but when you looked up, you saw him running over to you.

He was holding a bouquet of pink delphinium and peonies. You’d always been interested in flowers, and this small gesture made you all fuzzy inside.

“I apologize for my late arrival m’lady. The flower shop was about to close down for the day, and I had to beg the cashier to let me in, promising to buy a huge bouquet if she did.” He smiled as he stood in front of you.

“No worries sir, I haven’t been waiting for long.” You chuckled, as you accepted the bouquet. His eyes scanned every inch of your body, and he said, “You’re shivering. Let’s go inside.”

This was a side of Taehyung you had barely seen before, caring and warm. This was also the side of him that initially made you fall for him.

The memories of him reading stories for children at the hospital was heartwarming. Whenever you went to visit your brother, who has now passed, you would see him read stories for all the unlucky kids.

Your brother, who was only 7 years old talked about Taehyung like a superhero, and it seemed as if Taehyung’s stories were the highlight of his days at the hospital.

Daejung wasn’t a kid you would pity. In his last months in the hospital he never once cried. You believed that Taehyung was a big part of the reason.

That’s why you fell in love with him. He hadn’t been a superhero in the form of saving lives, but he definitely made a whole lot of sick kids happier.

How could you ever repay him?

Taehyung rested a hand on your shoulder and lead you inside the door, and there stood a beautiful tall woman, black hair to her waist, almond-shaped eyes, and full lips.

She was beautiful. You looked up to see Taehyung’s reaction, and he wasn’t looking at her, he was looking at you. His eyes met yours, and you could’ve sword the whole world stopped.

“Excuse me?” An unfamiliar voice spoke up, and it kicked you right back into reality. It was the pretty woman speaking, an even prettier voice to match her.

“Do you have a reservation?” She questioned, smiling so genuinely from ear to ear. “Yes. It’s on Kim.” Taehyung spoke so confidently.

“Ah, for two. I’ll be your server tonight.” She waved for you to follow her, and before she turned around, you saw her name tag.

Bae Eunmi. A pretty name for a pretty person. Of course, she had to be pretty. Your confidence sunk even lower, and your insecurities grew.

“I’m not interested in her, by the way. I’ve talked to her before. She’s all beauty and no brains. Not for me.” Taehyung whispered into your ear, possibly to reassure you.

You sat down at the table and ordered a huge plate of different types of sushi, maki, nigiri, uramaki, and even sashimi.

This restaurant was fancy, nearly too fancy for your liking. It was huge and flashy, and it made you doubt your outfit choice completely.

The restaurant fell silent since there weren’t many guests here this early. The silence wasn’t awkward between you guys. It was just, too silent, and you decided to break it.

“Do you still write stories?” Taehyung’s face froze. How did you know about the stories he wrote? Had you been stalking him? Was this when everyone would find out how weak he truly is?

“How did you find out... About them?” He asked hesitantly, fidgeting with a small woven basket with bread placed on your table.

“When sun and moon met, moon felt bad. When the moon was alone at night, he cried, because he wanted to shine just like the sun.” You quote his story word by word, it was your favorite paragraph.

He looked at you with a confused look and his eyes told you that he wondered why you knew the story so well.

Before he could speak up, you said, “My brother's name was Daejung. He looked up to you and constantly told me about how he wanted to be like you when he grew up.” You placed your hands on top of his over the table.

Taehyung was speechless. He sat there, body completely frozen as he processed what you just said. The little boy he had mourned for many months was the same flesh and blood as you.

“Daejung told me how he wanted me to marry you because he thought no one else deserved me.” Letting go of his hands, he continued sitting completely still.

First, he felt disappointed in himself. Disappointed of the way he had treated you, how sad Daejung would be if he knew.

Second, he could see him in your traits. Your button nose matched his completely, and your eyes sparkled just the way his eyes did.

Third, he realized he had to take care of you. Fall in love with you, for Daejung. Taehyung had promised the little boy to take care of his friends and family when he has at his worst.

His expression completely changed. It softened, and his eyes looked at you like you were godsent. He believed you were too. It was fate.

I'm thinking that maybe when more episodes are released it will gain more viewers because let's be real so far its still at its beginnings and altho I think it's already an absolute masterpiece and they have already talked about so many important issues and pointed out so many messed up things that I haven't seen in any other bl show and I think it's a shame people aren't talking about it more. And altho I'm mad more people aren't talking about it now when they're still filming maybe I would be even more scared if they did because I would worry even more about the show being banned. Maybe it will be safer when more episodes are released? But I think it's getting more and more exposure with each episode, the show trended on tumblr as well when episode 3 was released, it made me so happy!

But truthfully? The hypocrisy of some fans just frustrates me. I've been reading posts about bl fans 'being done w engineer and uni plots and wanting something fresh with interesting plot' for at least two years now but when you serve it to them they just??? don't care? they're screaming over some kinn and porshe upcoming bl (and I'm not saying it's bad to be excited about some upcoming bl, don't get me wrong but it's not even airing rn and won't be for next few months) but when they have something this extraordinary airing right now they just... don't care. I find this very frustrating.

okay, so much to unpack here anon bc I agree with everything you said! firstly, I do have some hope that not me will get bigger as more eps are released & bad buddy finishes airing so it can be the biggest bl airing atm. I also know that bl fans tend to gravitate towards shows that have very explicit make out scenes & sex scenes, and since I already know it's gonna be the case for not me I'm hoping that people's obsession with those kinds of scenes are gonna be useful for once & make the show go viral on social media. also about being scared it'll be banned, I can relate tbh bc that thought went through my mind a couple of times, but I don't think a gmmtv show with offgun could get banned & people would be okay with it. honestly if it was banned people would riot, not just bc it's a bl show & it has offgun, but bc censoring it only validates what the thai protests have been saying for literal years. as for hypocrisy of fans to say they don't want engineer & uni plots only for those exact shows to ALWAYS be the biggest bl shows of the year??? preach, I've been thinking the same way. I think most people DO want new plots, but they still want it to be mostly romance focused, which not me doesn't do (I mean it's still hella gay imo but anyways) so people aren't as happy than seeing two engineers make out for 12 eps straight. and I think it's why kinnporsche has received more hype (ngl I'm pretty excited for it too, but in no way is a mafia bl gonna be as life-changing as what not me is accomplishing), bc it has a new dark interesting plot but it's WAY more romance-focused. which I find dumb bc let's be honest if not me was a straight netflix show with the same exact plot but remove the romance, that shit would be one of the biggest shows of the year. here they combined some action political thriller which most people love, with gay romance which most people love as well. it's just the perfect balance of both worlds & if it doesn't BLOW UP before the end of the series, I will be forever bitter about it. my biggest wish is for ais play to allow gmmtv to put the show on netflix bc sadly nowadays it's kind of the only way that broader audiences can discover & fall in love with a show. let's hope the hype only gets bigger from now bc if there's ONE (1) show that deserves it on earth, it's definitely that one.
