I promise not all of these are gonna be Disney themed lol I'm just a Muriel simp (if you couldn't tell) and when I originally came up with the Disney princess idea Muriel as Hercules started rotting a hole through my brain so here we are! Also, we're gonna get some side character/familiar action here as well, yay!

Let's face it bro is the villain in every route but his own and the cynical, "better than thou" personality that they both share just fits so well

Plus this version of Hades is a Satan analog who makes binding deals with others for his own benefit, and doesn't that sound like a certain devil we all know?

Not to mention both of them are trying to escape the realms they've been assigned & make themselves god king of everything

Morga - Phil

And now we get to the fun characters outside the M6

I will admit, Phil is a lot nicer than Morga, but jaded older mentor figure trying to make up for failed prodigies fits

Plus, Morga was Muriel's mentor in his route

I feel like both also fit into the role of proud parent figure by the end of their respective stories

And both are disapproving of their pupil's romances lol

Inanna - Pegasus

Admittedly Inanna is a bit more no-nonsense than Pegasus is, but she can still be goofy and fun when she wants to

Incredibly supportive of their human companions, important assets in battle, their appearance started the main character on a path for a better and more fulfilling life

Not much else to say here it just works

Vlastomil and Volta - Pain & Panic

Honestly idk if I can fit Vulgora and Valdemar into the Hercules narrative, but at least I could get these two in here

Vlastomil is Pain and Volta is Panic; I realize both could probably fit into Panic's role as they are the more timid and mild mannered courtiers, but I've chosen things this way because Volta is a little bit more flighty and afraid to commit crimes like Panic, where as Vlastomil is a bit more bold (when he's allowed to be) and better fits Pain

There's also the whole shape shifting deal they can all do

Khamgalai - Zeus

This one.....is a bit weird ngl, I'm still not quite sure about it

Honestly this is the ONLY time I will conflate someone so near & dear to my heart with Zeus

Mostly this all fits into the "detached/secret family member" archetype

And....I mean Zeus in this narrative at least is actually very kind & caring, as well as a proud dad which is similar enough to Khamgalai to work ok

Plus they both act as a guide for the main character when they're trying to find/drifting away from the plot a little bit

That's like asking me if I think it's stupid for people to bash character simps for liking a fictional evil character/villain. OF COURSE I think it's dumb lmao. People should be able to enjoy a piece of media the way they want to enjoy it, regardless of their age.

Like, I don't like interacting with most comship content because I don't like how a lot of creators romanticize or “woobify” the relationships they're trying to portray (those relationships are abusive/toxic and I don't like content where they're not portrayed as such), but at the end of the day, I recognize that that content just wasn't made for me, so I just hit “not interested” and move on. I'll only really have a problem with it if they do a poor job of keeping that sort of content out of reach of kids—like, say, not putting appropriate warnings on artwork and stories depicting that sort of thing, talking about those topics with minors (because that could accidentally give them the wrong idea about what relationships SHOULD be normalized irl), etc.

But at the same time, I do understand being made uncomfortable by that content to the point of choosing to block the person creating it, even if they don’t hate the person they're blocking. People’s internet experience is curated by them. If they don't want to see someone talking about their favorite media in a way that makes them upset, they have every right to block them to make sure that content doesn't show up on their feed.

I only think it turns into a problem when those people go into the spaces of those who make the content they don't like and begin harassing them for said content, or begin making their own content that's basically like “any depictions of x, y, z are bad, and anyone who makes content like that is a bad person.”

THAT’S when it turns stupid.

If you're gonna hate somebody, at least have a good reason for it instead of “the way they choose to like fiction gives me the yucks.”

Like, hate someone for creeping on kids, or for being racist, or supporting genocide, or just being an overall sack of shit, now THOSE are valid reasons for hating someone.

AAAHHHHH I WOKE UP LIKE AN HOUR AGO AND WATCHED THE TRAILER FOR THE LIVE ACTION YEEEEEEE

I cannot tell you how excited I am I've been waiting and following the cast on IG for ages, they're great and well suited especially Taz. The trailer has it's moments that make me a little worried, but overall I think it looks really well done for a live action! I can't wait I'm so happy!

Also I wanted to address two criticisms I saw online which was:

1) it doesn't feel like One Piece/isn't the same

2) Buggy's first look

For my first point I wanted to say that, I never expected it to be the same and if you did then I guess that's a little unrealistic. With the budget they have, the time and trying to make this as natural as possible the cast and crew for filming have done a fantastic job making something this huge for such a large audience.

It can't be like the original because that's animation, it brings out magic you can't replicate on screen. But in it's own way the live action has managed to look interesting and funny, it's different and I like that. We're introduced to a whole new way of telling the story and I'm hopeful.

Now about Buggy's look...

I think it's perfect for a first introduction because we know Buggy's not necessarily so scary, but the public and new viewers don't know that! To them, he looks like the big bad and I think when they see him for what he is, they'll become more hyped for future villains. Because if you think Buggy is bad, then oh boy it's going to make Mihawks introduction as an actual powerhouse ten times better.

But don't worry, if the series gets support then we might get to Impel Down arc and see handsome Buggy. So hold your head high Buggy simps, I'm one of you too, it's just a waiting game now.

11 - on a personality level*, yes. We'd cheer for each other and support each other through stuff. Problems in communication though cuz we both bottle up a lot 💀

18 - It has to be Willow's friendship with Gus. They're each other's ride or die while still being able to say "this is a terrible idea, don't do it". There's a lot of respect and cameraderie there.

25 - at first I thought Willow was a sweet, fun character, but I didn't think much of her. I was excited to see her confidence grow, and loved to see how they blurred the lines of character tropes with her. She's a very cool character overall and I believe she brings a lot to the story, even though I don't often talk about or write her

Darius

11 - again, on a personality level*, yes. Again, masters of bottling up, but I'm a good listener too. I feel like Darius would be able to teach me to freaking relax every now and then 😂

18 - I really love the bond between him and Eberwolf! There's so much packed in the few minutes they're on screen together, the familiarity, the complicity, knowing the other inside out and still being surprised by them, the unspeakable care they have for each other... aaaah I'm soft

25 - when Darius was first properly introduced in Eda's Requiem, my reaction was "oh fuck, he's powerful", and I was worried about how the good guys were gonna get past him in the eventual final fight. I was also very "NO Cass you can't simp for another villain, you have too many already!", so I was delighted to find out he was not a villain after all. And now... now he's my favorite character in the franchise and I could and have written essays about him and I aspire to ever write a character as good as Darius.

*I said based on personality because, alas, they are both out of my age range

2 - my favorite canon thing about Della is that she is totally like Donald. They could've made her more suave and "feminine", instead she has all the same flaws as her twin and that's never portrayed negatively! I really enjoyed her anger outbursts and her impulsiveness, it was refreshing to see

7 - I am entirely out of the Ducktales fandom because I only binged all of it the past two months. So I am blissfully ignorant to every and any fandom drama and I'm not itching to end my peace

Idk if we're on the boat or not, but I remember reading an essay about how some female characters are excused for their bad behaviour because people simp for them and they get reduced to the bare minimum of their traits and I wanted to know if you agreed or not

Personally, I believe that's mainly a thing that happens in fandoms dense with cishet men such as various video game series and anime but I'd say it's kinda the opposite in fandoms dense with girls. I mean let's just talk about this fandom, the way that Wendy has been villanized and OOCed in every single popular comic in this fandom is insane. I could name names but like, literally I'd be here for hours. Take one popular creator in this whole fandom and they've probably made her a mean bitchy cheerleader. Or sheila being made to be homophobic in every half baked cringey style fanfic even though she's canonically supportive of queerness all around. Or Henrietta or Bebe or -insert any and all female characters in this show-. This fandom is obsessed with making their female characters villains and it's honestly weird and gross. I do think, just as men sexualizing them, that the people in this fandom also reduce them to bare traits and even worse traits they don't even showcase. I've seen Wendy and Sheila be villains in this fandom more times than Cartman. This fandom loves hating female characters and they're stuff in the same 2014 fujoshi thought train of this girl stands in between my smol bean uwu cinnamon roll gay ship so she's Satan herself. It's gross, it's weird, stop doing that. So much of this fandom has turned the characters just into OCs. I mean just look at the most popular versions of Kyle, he's literally just become Wendy but while being a guy. And incredibly feminized and OOC guy at all although he canonically doesnt like feminine and over the top styles and aesthetics but that's a topic for another time. Tldr; this fandom hates girls but it's still to heteronormative not to inherently make one of the characters in their gay ships basically a girl.

Fire Emblem Engage 21 - 23

Spoilers for FE Engage beneath the cut. This game doesn't have the deepest cast, but all of them are pretty enjoyable and there's less that are just a single gimmick like in the old days.

And, like, I buy Mauvier's behavior because we had a lead up to it. But Marni's been nothing but an unrepentant killer. Having a hard time caring at all about any of this. I want Alfred, Ivy, and the other rulers back.

Alfred and Veyle's C support was hilarious. Mostly because of Alfred. Also, don't give him spicy food lol.

OMG, that was really cute. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Alfred essentially says he wants to be more than friends and gives Alear an embroidery piece that's basically a Firene royal engagement rite. Alear says she's felt that way about him since she first saw him. She puts the ring on his finger, and he straight up says "I love you." Kinda annoyed Veyle replaced the royals, ngl. She's probably the only character I dislike, meanwhile Ivy and Alfred are my two favorites and Diamant and Timerra are both solid.

So the Hounds ARE finally dying. Finally. But why is Zephia helping us? Telling us about other shards? Also, why is Madonna/whore complex the character talking more than Alear now?

This last minute throw at sympathy for these two is wasted. Like, they were one-note evil before this, lamo. Even the game is like "this makes no sense, please ignore it" with Zephia's dialogue. I'd rather hear Amber talk more about alpacas.

Lamo, Alfred is surrounded by lava and he's like "look, a flower, isn't that amazing!" I love him.

More time wasted on the 2 hounds, though Griss faking dead so he can enjoy the pain is on point. Not even Timerra got this much dialogue.

so true though, ive been a ghost user since I joined and that was like 2020 I totally saw the rise and the fandom of the superwholock era but I never really joined in on it as I haven't watched those shows so Tumblr was like an app that was there but I wasn't using it every hour of the day as I am now, it has now become my favourite escape from reality other than sleeping (and even that could use some improvement like lucid dreaming or maybe even shifting) >_< so ive just been a consumer on here until I see like blogs that drop posts within a minute and the next day it has more than like 10,000 notes (WHICH they soo deserve bc damn they write so majestically) and I was like man I would die if even one person liked my posts and liked what I wrote, I cant even imagine how I would react to 100 let alone 10,000. like I think I would sob. and the way blogs write their posts, you can tell they put their whole mind and soul and everything into it, its so beautiful. so this community really ignited my previously dead passion for writing and I love it for that.

I have no experience in working but I think I might have to start soon since my situation sort of demands it so I have no idea what its like but I can only imagine changing 100% of a campaign is more than stressful, I hope it goes well for you and you get more free time to yourself.

Han, my dear, if it wasn't for you, then none of us would give much attention to Heidegger (at least I know it would be my case). He was a character I remember from the OG and which I thought was nicely designed in the FFVIIR and... I stopped there. 'Nice, they kept his laugh', I thought when the trailer got out.

And then I met you and - honestly, I cannot stress this enough - you have essentially removed this veil from my eyes and I saw Heidegger for the first time as you do: a multi-layered individual with deep-rooted issues, fiercely loyal to company & country and with so many other traumas and details that make him only human (and not a monster).

I am always in awe at all the sources of inspiration you have for him, at how insanely credible your thoughts his PTSD and other war-related issues are, the way he was brought up, came to marry and then divorce - honestly, for me, your Heidegger portrayal is THE Heidegger portrayal. I don't mean this to dunk on anyone else (or even SE), but because the way you have put him together makes so much _sense_ in my mind that I have a hard time disconnecting your Heidegger from canon.

As far as I'm concerned - his first name is Magnar, he comes from Junon, he has a rivalry with Godo, a behemoth gave him the trademark scar, he has two daughters and a divorce wife. I love everything about your timeline for him and always will. If anything, SE should give you royalties for the superb work. <3

but honestly, ive said it before - i'll say it again. i wouldn't be writing him without the support from yourself and others. like, i always talk about how hard it is writing a hated character. he isn't a villain in the same sense as sephi/roth / the turks. they're 'likable'. everything they do is okay because they're young & hot. i know they're more complex than that and personally, i like them a lot too! but it's difficult fighting the battle of there being zero fanart for the character. zero fanfics (aside from ooc / fetish fics). it's tough seeing people make jokes constantly about the character that you like & when i say jokes, i don't mean 'lol seph is a cat' i mean 'lmao could you imagine if him and shinra were GAY lol GROSS' (it's so immature it makes my eyeballs strain).

i know that was a mini rant then, but it always makes me feel a little embarrassed to have such a fixation on such a generally disliked character. makes me feel weird & unwelcome in the fandom haha.

Recently been learning that's what they did with the games' writing. First, that nonsensical Lysithea/El Support. I recently remembered how us Ryuji fans criticized Persona 5 for bad, inconsistent, or nonsensical writing. More and more i see Intelligent Systems is capable of the same.😮‍💨 "Some people accused us of being selective about which canon characterization to accept, but the truth was that Atlus did some bad writing and it wasn’t wrong for us to call them out on it." [2] If the story establishes a certain characterization for a character, through specific motivations, demeanors, and patterns of thinking, then later writes them to act in an opposite way, that contradicts all that established character, then that just does not make sense. And we don't have to pretend it's good writing anymore. "That type of contradictory characterization, though canon, was BAD WRITING."[2] I thought I could forget about these types of fandom discussions with Atlus, but I guess Intelligent Systems is proving that you never have to feel safe from inconsistent character writing…and then fans arguing from canon quotes/actions that don't make sense to the characters. Our only hope is that a FE3H anime would allow the writing to diverge a lot from the games. Like what Production I.G. did with Sengoku Basara (2009-2011 version). They rewrote that whole thing, so that the focus character could become someone else---Date Masamune, even though the games were trying to keep the perspective evenly across all characters, and at the time, were more heavily marketing Ishida Mitsunari vs Tokugawa Ieyasu---and focus on an overarching theme. Which coincidentally, I still say is very similar to FE3H. "Every group has their own reasons for going to war, their own reasons for what's right and who/what to protect, but generally, if a warlord ingores the toll of their dreams onto the people around them, especially subservient to them, here and now, then they're the villain, no matter how much they thing they're doing Justice." It's like Takeda said, "A man who is careless in small matters cannot be trusted with the larger."…something like that. All the definitive villains in Basara 2009, were defined by not caring about the toll their battles took on bystanders, civilians, the land resources they needed to live, and even the quality of life of the soldiers under their power. Oda burned everything to the ground. Mori treated all his soldiers as disposible pawns (because his idea of protecting his nation was only protecting his literal land territory, because it was sacred or blessed or something). And Toyotomi was creating, as Masamune described it, "a world where only soldiers could live". A world where only the strong would survive. One of the smalller but important points of his season, was that he was conscripting EVERYONE into his military, forcing EVERYONE to become soldiers, which was in direct conflict with what his former best friend Maeda Keiji advocated for during all of the previous season: People who die on the battle field could have had different lives, where they would be free to pursue their own happiness, become scholars, artists, repay their families, and be there for their loved ones; not die needlessly on the battlefield. One of the ending montage shots of Basara season 2 was of Toyotomi's conscripted soldiers, finally able to return home to their villages and take off the armor they were forced to wear for Toyotomi's world conquest. It's really important to me that Basara 2009 took the time to name and characterize their "common soldiers" and think about thier plight. Despite how much I love to suspend disbelief and watch bodies go flying at exploding attacks, during the same series, merely so rival generals can settle their rivalries, I also love how the series really emphasized the weight of war taking people's lives, instead of reducing humanity to disposable for lofty goals (that end up actually rooted in the villain generals' insecurities over their unresolved past traumas). Also, that scene, where Keiji threw away his sword to continue trying to talk Toyotomi out of continuing his war. Even after Keiji was revealed to be one of the strongest fighters. He knew that fighting wars wasn't as important as living simple lives.

How did this FE3H rant turn into reminiscing about Sengoku Basara 2009? omg… I love that anime adaptation. It's so good, I can barely play the games without wishing I was watching the anime instead. lol

I'm sorry you see it that way, but I didn't intend to portray her as a villain, and I don't think her actions are villainous in the least, she loves him , she cares about him but she made a mistake. She got overwhelmed and dealt with it in a poor way. Now I'll describe what she did wrong purely from a reader's perspective and not from the writer's (Calling myself one makes me cringe but let's go with it 😂) perspective.

She wanted him to get therapy. Good girlfriend, that's what any of us would do ✅

Now this could have gone two ways,she could have let it go and she could have talked to him about it later when he was not reliving the trauma in his head. Because imagine you just shared a traumatic incident with someone you trusts, and they're like "Man you should get some therapy" I don't know about you but I would absolutely not want to talk about therapy right after I shared how I was assaulted..but he asked her to let it go and she did right. Good, she should have waited a few days to talk to him about it again, maybe when he was a little vulnerable and more open to discussing it.. but what she did?

She started her sentence with "I can't do this, I can't do us" ❌

In her mind she's thinking that she needs few days off from him, but she started her sentence as if she wanted to stop seeing him altogether? 🤦‍♀️

In most cases when you venture into an anti's profile after they've spewed some nonsense about how shipping fictional characters is supporting ab*se and gr*oming, they're a teenager and you're like well, at least this poor child's brain hasn't fully developped yet so that's something, but when in some cases it says 22 yo or 23 yo on there and you want to fling yourself into the sun, this new wave American centralized puritanism is gonna send back to the 1800s, this time by the hands of women.

As someone who's been in and out of this fandom since 2015, the shifting landscape of the fanbase has been fascinating to watch.

After the trilogy was published, Darklina was the most popular ship (called 'Alarkling' back then and I honestly have no idea why we picked such an unwieldy ship name lmao). Tumblr was much more active because this was before the Infamous Purge of 2018 and most of the fanbase was concentrated here instead of spread out across multiple platforms like it is today.

Mal hate was rampant. After Darklina, the most popular ship was Nikolina (this being before the duology paired him with Zoya) and/or shipping Alina with nobody. There were like max 4 people unironically shipping Mal with Alina, and usually those people were multi-shippers who shipped Alina with everybody. Most fanfics would either pretend he didn't even exist or would include him just to shit on him or kill him off. People would go and edit his wiki page on the Grishaverse wiki to remind people what an asshat he was and I'd be lying if I said this didn't have me in tears of laughter.

The amount of fan art, fanfic, fan edits, fan content about Mal x Alina was embarrassingly low. You could be forgiven for not even realizing he was supposed to be the main love interest based on fandom engagement alone.

The fact that the vast majority of the fandom hated Mal because of how much he reminded us of your run-of-the-mill garden variety toxic fuckboy (at best) was incredibly validating. We didn't fall for the author's failed attempts of excusing his bullshit. We kind of just made our own fanon and ran with it.

Six of Crows got published and while their fandom was much larger than Shadow & Bone, there wasn't a whole lot of overlap in the fanbase. A lot of SoC fans didn't even realize S&B existed at the time since it wasn't prerequisite reading to enter the Grishaverse. Also, SoC was obviously better written and tightly plotted so anyone who went back to read the original trilogy was going to be in for a surprise with the massive drop in writing quality.

Then the Tumblr purge happened and the fandom just kind of died off. This wasn't just something that affected S&B, however. A lot of users migrated to Twitter or just left Tumblr for good. I actually don't even know too much about the fandom history from 2018-2020 because I also left around this time (for other unrelated reasons).

Someone else might be able to fill in the details here but what I *imagine* happened is that the Darklina fandom kind of died off post-Tumblr purge as did a lot of fandoms at the time. Leigh published KoS in which she created a parody cult of Darklina fans and used her heroes as mouthpieces for her anti-Darklina agenda because she was pissed 3/4 of the fandom hated M*l and were shipping Alina with the villain out of pure spite and her terrible writing choices.

A new generation of fans entered the fandom through either Tumblr, Twitter, BookTube or TikTok and saw the chaotic mess of rampant Darkling simping and indiscriminate Mal hate that we left in our wake and then reacted to that. So now new fans starting unironically shipping Alina with Mal out of spite for the original fans who blatantly didn't and probably felt emboldened by the author herself immaturely reacting to her own fanbase and painting us as stupid cult members who read her book wrong.

And thus began the era of the Darkling antis (a phrase that 2016 would have absolutely clowned at) who, like the author, think anyone who ships Alina with the Darkling is an abuse apologist and is somehow too stupid to see his ~evil~ villainy and need to be reminded via anon hate about how dumb we are 🤡

Is it also a coincidence that people are turning around and claiming any critique of the sexist ending of R&R is now itself sexist? Is it a coincidence that new fans are willing take the author's excuses for Mal's shitty behavior? Is it a coincidence that antis are running around and calling Darklina shippers "racist" because...the Netflix adaptation racelifted the characters and they will jump on any half-baked excuse to harass shippers? ☕

All the characters are getting HEAs. Whether Elain turns evil or not, she's getting her HEA in the end. So whoever makes a theory about Elain being suspicious or evil isn't being "anti", its just drawing out the possibilities of where her journey will go because whether they like it or not, the lack of her presence in most of ACOSF is suspicious. The narrative makes us be wary and suspicious of her through Cassian's suspicions about it and some of her actions in certain scenes.

The only reason they're turning Gwyn evil is to get her out of the way of their ship. The only reason they're pushing the Lightsinger theory is because they know there was romantic coding for Azriel and Gwyn in the bonus chapter which is supported by the other scenes in ACOSF.

I very much dislike fanon Elain. They do make her out to be this Mary Sue and Azriel a simping lovestruck fool which both characters are not. At least, Elain used to be a Mary Sue. I'm gonna like Elain more when her imperfections start showing because that'll give her character more depth. All we constantly read about is her "beauty" and how she's the most beautiful out of the sisters.

I assure 100% Gwyn will not be the villain in the great "Elriel romance" because 1. It's likely not happening, and 2. ACOSF is building up the relationship between Gwyn and Azriel.

No matter what, Elain's book is confirmed and she will get a happy ending. Whether she turns evil or not won't change that.

They're immediately ready to throw slurs and accuse someone of misogyny when it comes to Elain because they're gateskeeping her. They don't want anyone else to come up with theories that could ruin their canon Elain.

If Azriel/Gwyn are the confirmed couple for his book, watch them say because Gwynriels were loud and made Sarah and Bloomsbury change her mind. Bloomsbury doesn't interfere with how Sarah writes her stories and Sarah doesn't pay attention to fandom drama. Whatever she writes was her plan all along.

like look, i get why the other kids got left behind, since they're neither deku the mc with the op power nor the top heroes with sometimes decades more experience, and the way horikoshi has been scaling their powers it's usually only deku who gets to have the bamf explosion of power moments outside of training (the other kids do help out for sure, but usually it involves careful planning like the put gigantomachia to sleep thing, and generally they're not allowed huge displays of power, so that makes u feel like they can't keep up with deku) but like... it rubs me the wrong way. what we're doing now is grooming deku to be the sole pillar (a concept proven shitty and unstable) while the other kids aren't granted the chance to have all might or whoever pay extra special attention to them. like all might sucks as a teacher tbh. even in 284 he has the other kids take time from their own training regiments to help deku instead of like... making up an exercise that benefits the whole class and deku. he left behind 39+ kids who looked up to him and needed guidance (basically implying they're not worth his time, are not gonna be able to make a difference) at a time when the world around them is falling apart.

and like... i get it, deku is the mc, he's gonna get special attention, he's gonna get the cool powers and the bonus training or whatever. im absolutely not mad about that. i'm also not expecting all the kids to get equal relevance or whatever. you could argue that we've got no time to waste on training the other kids and their feelings. but i can't help but be a bit frustrated that horikoshi created so many cool characters with so much potential only to have it seem like they'll end up sidelined. like it feels atp like the tertiary protagonist is endeavor not shouto.

and ig what im asking for is the other kids rising to the occasion. even if they don't have guidance from the symbol of peace or full support from the top three heroes, even if they don't have the generations passed down power, even if they're not the chosed one, even if they're left out of plans and treated like they're secondary, id like to see them defy expectations. I'd like to see a scenario where the old heroes won't cut it and where the kids take charge to bring about some genuine change in both the world and the hero system. i want to see a scenario where the current plan fails and they need to be bailed out by the kids (+everyone else). i'd like to see the other kids grow out of both a desire to be great heroes and spite lmaoo

1. Let’s start with the fact that I’m not a Deku hater. Yes I make jokes, yes the sole focus on him makes me bitter bc we all have our favorites and want them to shine, yes I’m dying to see tdbk team up, bite me. That doesn’t mean that me, you or any other person wishing to get smth more is a “die Deku die!” enthusiast.

2. Your opinion is valid and understandable. Honestly, I get it. More so I think that’s gonna be the case bc come on, you can’t tell me that this dream team is gonna just kick a couple of asses, scream “plus ultra” and restore the whole country back to normal. I call bullshit. I’ve heard the guess that it may be a mirror to Katsuki’s kidnapping during the forest arc. (Would be cool bc the whole class could come to the picture and save him, plus Deku realizing he’s not alone etc etc)

3. About Deku being op and others being in his shadow.
