Steven - he has the vibes that he knows how to Link summon so let's give him G Golem Invalid Dolmen as his ace

Wallace - lowkey I think he'd have a similar deck to Ryoga and Rio, tho I'm leaning more on Rio's deck bc it fits his vibes so his ace would be Ice Princess Zereort or Number 94: Crystalzero

Cynthia - I want her ace to be Draco Berserker of Tenyi idk it fits the vibes bc it's like Garchomp, really strong but one Ice Beam would probs kill it lmfao

Iris - okay I know she'd have a full Dragon deck I just know it and her ace would be Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon. And ofc she's gonna be the main charac here and what yugioh mc hasn't gone through their bastardization arc amirite so she's also gonna have Number 62: Galaxy Eyes Prime Photon Dragon

Diantha - look w the pendant she has I want her to use Pendulum summoning okay she would, I want her to have both Abyss Actor and Solfachord decks, I picture her using Solfachord when out in public bc I see her as someone who'd be a dueltainer, and her ace in her Solfachord deck is ofc DoSolfachord Coolia. In her Abyss Actor deck she'd have Abyss Actor Superstar as her ace, and I picture her using this deck out of the public eye or maybe under a persona bc ofc, no one would expect the elegant shining actress of Kalos to use fiend type monsters, but she loves her Abyss Actors y'know, they're theatre kids like her lmfaooo

Hau - lowkey I see him having the Yosenju deck,, or like,, the Destiny Hero deck, but also the Elemental Hero deck fits him too. But I'm kinda leaning more on the Destiny Heroes one bc that deck plays heavily around the graveyard, and smth smth connection to Decidueye being a Ghost type and all that. Plus it'd be interesting ofc since like the Destiny Heroes deck are said to be based on vigilantes/anti heroes, and it'd be dope to see that while Hau is like, this really carefree guy, he has this side that's like, if you fuck around you're really gonna find out y'know what I'm saying hahah but yeah his ace is Destiny HERO Plasma and like, as a treat he'd also get Destiny HERO Dominance

Leon - okay this one I legit see him having the Odd Eyes deck, he'd also Pendulum summon, I want him and Dia to be dueltainers but Leon's really more on the entertaining side while Dia's there fucking everyone up w her Abyss Actors. It'd be dope too if he snaps he'd summon out Odd Eyes Raging Dragon, but yeah, his ace would be Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon. Tho, normal Odd Eyes and then Odd Eyes Advance also low-key fits his vibes

Geeta - okay Geeta I'd wanna give her the Six Samurai deck, mainly bc of Kingambit,,, and yeah hahah it'd be dope ig bc apparently there wasn't much?? Abt the Six Samurais until they added Legendary Six Samurai Shi En, so yeah that's gonna be Geeta's ace monster hahah I wanna say she's have that and Shadow of the Six Samurai Shien

So after a bit of thinking and some nice comments in my ask box, I decided I wanted to take a crack at exploring cookie run fusions! Or at least Octo and Seafoam's fusion, since I liked how the sketch came out- XDD

I've been thinking about this concept for a while. Thinking it would be cool to try and mix my cookies together Steven Universe style and see what I can come up with! And while I love the coat I designed, this fusion kiiind'a feels like Seafoam running on Octo software XDD But that's alright! This is only the first pass, I can make changes later-

But yes. Cookie fusions.. I had all these ideas about close characters like Seafoam and Octo making a very stable and healthy fusion. One that almost looks and acts like its own complete person.. While fusions like Coco and Tuna would just look like you stapled them together- no harmony, no real blending of their themes or ideals. Its a lot to experiment with but it could be fun! :D

But back to the main two-- I thought that despite how stable this fusion is, he is rarely formed.. And its becuase fusion is a very personal and vulnerable thing for Octo. Its not something he wants everyone to gawk at. So he only really fuses in battle if absolutely necessary, or if he's in a secluded location. He also only feels comfortable fusing with Seafoam, so that just adds to the rarity of it.

Or at least.. that's what Octo would like everyone to think. Probably the biggest reason why he doesn't fuse often is becuase it takes a lot of energy to maintain a fusion. And it would be pretty embarrassing if their fusion fell apart in front of everyone only for Octo to be noticeably weak/exhausted..

Man, all the angst that could come from this, its too good! XD I'll have to experiment some more-

Anyways-- now what would this guys name be? Is he a whole different flavor of cookie now? What about.. deep seafoam.. nah, maybee.. purple octopus!.. I'll have to think of the fusion name- <XDD

Simon wonders if you know how intoxicating you are.

He will fall to his knees if you chant praises, watching your plump lips move, tongue darts out and give it a swipe, like coating sugar to already juicy cherries.

He’s falling, deep and deeper, to this unknown abyss. Is it a honey trap? Is it worth him to become human? He has no idea.

Will he stop this expedition? No chance.

There’s no map leading him to your heart, so he just watches you from afar, observing how your lips open, take a bite at the strawberry.

If he takes you in his arms right now, and presses his chapped lips to your soft ones, will it taste as sweet as the strawberry? can he derive a hint of the sweetness when his tongue dances with yours?

The smile you wear on your lips, why is it so irresistible? The slight curl at the corner, he wants to caress it with his calloused thumb, hoping that won’t ruin the perfection. The shape of your lips is prettier than any model he sees on those lipstick posters.

He never dreams of reciprocating from you. The one side feeling will last forever, till he sees another man claim those lips that should be his.

“You should quit staring, LT.” Simon hears you chuckles, eyes meeting his through the mirror.

“Curious about how to put on lip balm?”

“Just a bit.”

“Well” With the lip balm in your hand, you stand up and raise an eyebrow at him. “How about you try it yourself?”

His eyes stick on your figure as you sway towards him. Every click of your heels only makes his heart pound harder against his chest.

Taking over the lip balm, and looking back at you, eyes closed and pouting a bit for him to spread the ointment on you.

Not now. Simon restrains the urge as he cradles your face in his palm, and carefully starts his mission.

“Not bad.” You take a glimpse at your pocket mirror.

“Thanks I guess.”

“Don’t you want to learn more?”

“About what?” He’s reading the tag on the lip balm as you ask.

“I’m sure you will be curious about the flavor of it, Sir.”

Snapping his head up in a blink of an eye, he is able to recognize it. The smirk spreading across your glistening lips, just few inches from his masked one.

Without a second thought, he shoves his mask above his nose, and pulls you into a passionate kiss.

He smashes his lips with yours, opening his mouth when you lick at his bottom lip to demand an entrance. Two famished people, finally get the things that are theirs since the start, avariciously drink in each other's essence, absorbing the nutrients deprived for too long.

If there are no barriers between the bodies, it won’t end until the fusion of both hearts.

Pulling back and panting, his spit provides a new layer of protection for your lips.

“How’s the taste, Ghost?”

“Need one more time to make sure.”

Lips touching again, moving at a tender pace this time, Simon realizes why there’s no map indicating the path to your love.

Because he’s already at the location hoarding the treasure.

Kingdom Key D and Sora's Heart

Gonna paste some thoughts about Kingdom Key D that struck me last night:

Ok so on the topic of KKD being Sora’s true keyblade aka the one made from his heart (as KKL is made from Riku’s) it just struck me that in kh3 Mickey tells Yen Sid that his keyblade-kkd- was damaged in the realm of darkness along with Way to Dawn breaking in half.

Now we already know the theory that Way to Dawn actually broke during Riku’s sacrifice in the first unseen timeline, lining up with the “drop point” when Riku gets swallowed up by the demon tide in the RoD… but if kkd is made of Sora’s heart and what I suspect about Sora’s heart breaking or being damaged in some way during Riku’s sacrifice in the first timeline…That would perfectly explain why kkd randomly gets “damaged” despite them not even showing it to us and quickly glossing over it!

Think about it. Before kh3 we never even knew keyblades getting broken or damaged was a possibility- because keyblades are extensions of a person’s heart not a truly “physical” object. The only other time we’ve seen a keyblade actually be broken was in recoded when Maleficent breaks data Sora’s keyblade. And the ONLY reason she is able to do this, as explained, is because that keyblade was just a data imitation, it wasn’t tied to a real heart. Until Data Sora gets a heart of his own.

Keyblades don’t just break or get damaged because they get hit by a strong heartless. Sora and Riku have faced stronger enemies that small demon tide plenty of times. No. Keyblades only become damaged if the heart they are extension of become damaged. That has to be it.

The way Mickey says this and it’s just completely glossed over. Why would they even bother having KKD getting damaged and replaced when it’s an iconic keyblade and they don’t even SHOW the damage. It makes no sense... unless it’s planting a seed. Something to come back to with new context. Rather than getting a full replacement Mickey seemingly fuses KKD with Star Seeker, his bbs keyblade, in order to repair it.

This is also the first time we’ve seen this type of fusion of keyblades, again with zero explanation or showing it happening on screen. Star Seeker also happens to be the keyblade Sora gets with his first drive form, Valor form…

The fusion keyblade is called Star Cluster, and also apparently in jp it is “Kingdom Key W” (what does the W stand for??) The Star/Galaxy aesthetic also reminds me of that starry space in ReMind where Sora connects constellations…

Other things:

Apparently in Japanese the letter W is very commonly used as an idiogram for "Double" or "Two". This would make sense for a fusion keyblade like Kingdom Key W. Other ideas that were suggested: W for Waking, W for the "Win" timeline (as the previous timeline was fated to be lost to darkness). It's possible it has multiple meanings.

2. “Only King Mickey can open a door to the realm of darkness. It’s because he has a special Keyblade of Darkness. He figured out how to make it open the way.”

As stated in the kh3 glossary there are only three ways to enter the realm of darkness voluntarily: Beings of darkness have the power to open paths to it, a special keyblade of darkness (of which I believe KKD is the only known example- Nomura has explained that it doesn't mean that the keyblade's nature is dark or evil, only that it's a key that works on doors to/from the RoD), and the power of waking (which Sora uses to reach Riku).

I just think it's interesting if KKD is made from Sora's heart it just so happens to be this special keyblade of darkness. It's a complete mystery as to why KKD was just sitting there on the dark side of Destiny Islands. Mickey seems to know that it's a counterpart to KKL and that it would appear where KKL appeared....but how did he know that? What does it mean? Another interesting connection- during the fall of Destiny Islands notice how the door from Sora's dive to the heart appears in front of the Secret Place, and how the door within the cave only blasts wide open when Sora gets near.

Anyway, I've always thought KKD getting damaged was wierd and suspected it had something to do with what happened in the first timeline but assumed it had to do with Mickey's heart getting damaged somehow. But this makes so much more sense to me- after all we know KKD isn't made from Mickey's heart, it was just a keyblade he found. For both Way to Dawn and KKD to have become damaged as a result of Riku's sacrifice, due to whatever happened to Sora and Riku's hearts....it just makes sense. Sora's heart was damaged, so of course the keyblade made from him would be too.

how do I put this. Even those who actually track our blogs and are interested in our Aus can get a little confused about what's going on here. but I'll try to explain anyway

we already mentioned the crossover between Anarchists and Tandem and even DRAWED them once, back when Tandem was in development (and by the way, this crossover is canonical for both AUs). Now this story has been continued >:D

Here's some context: It so happened that the Colibri wanted to see what alternative timelines looked like and ran into the king and the jester. Phil was delighted with Colibri and wanted to flirt with them. Jester Collie was categorically against it. so he immediately possessed Phill and tried to fight Tandem. he didn’t succeed because his fusion with Phil is extremely unstable. and here we are

Initially, @angstyhikka and I just drew these three pages, but then @lasymit supported the idea and made a drabble which she allowed me to add to the post :3

"Let go, bitch! I'm not done with you yet!"

The savage creature desperately squirmed in Philip’s hands. It grabbed onto him, trying to either break free or, on the contrary, rush closer, glaring furiously and baring its shark teeth.

He held the clumsy, collapsing fusion at arm's length and looked at it with slight disgust. His tandem with the Collector was a strange but harmonious union. And what was writhing in front of them right now was the direct antipode of the word harmony.

“Well, I am,” he said distantly.

And with his other hand he grabbed the one sitting inside the demon’s body. Under the flesh soaked in titan blood, he felt a soft essence, like rubber or hot wax. The Collector from this universe felt completely different to the touch.

He stretched them, pulling them away from each other, disentangling them from each other. Paradoxically, bodies that should repel each other by the nature of their forces, like unipolar magnets, clung to each other very stubbornly. But Philip was still stronger with the power of the Collector in his hands, power which he clearly used better than the local... king of demons...

“Ouuuuch ouuuuch,” a boy in the robes of a jester, painted in red and black, shrank on the ground, wrapping his arms around his own chest.

He was not at all like his Collector. Philip had never seen his friend's material body before. But he knew he looked different. For some reason he knew this for sure.

"Who pulls a guy out like that!? Fuck!!", the now-green demon yelled nearby. And he clutched his head painfully.

What Idiots. They vomited three times while chasing him. Philip did them a favor by stopping this outrage.

Now these two were lying helplessly at his feet, groaning and gasping, trying to catch their breath and come to their senses. Now they are separated.

"What were you trying to achieve?" His question was almost rhetorical.

"It wasn’t me, it was all him!" like a child, pointing a sharp, protruding finger towards the Collector, the demon yelled. "I didn’t want to fight at all!"—here he gazed up at Philip with some strange look and batted his eyelashes expressively—"I wanted something else– something more interesting."

"Ohh fuck off, Maggie! You traitor!" came the shout from the red Collector. Philip silently decided to call him the Jester and the demon, by analogy, the King. Philip had already guessed his name. But he couldn’t bring himself to call this savage by that name. Not even in his mind.

He ignored the King's vague attempts to take a tempting pose while still lying on the ground and grinding his teeth from the headache. He turned to the Jester.

"So you're in charge?"

Judging by King's behavior, it would indeed be reckless to put him in charge. But, having always been the decision-maker when paired with the Collector, by right of being the adult, Philip is accustomed to his friend almost never taking the leading role unless circumstances require it. Like a couple of years ago...

“Nuh-uh,” the Jester raised himself up on his elbow and rubbed his chest, inhaling deeply, greedily. "We're bros! Equal rights and stuff."

And he twirled his funny yellow gloved hand in the air.

Something in the Jester’s words pricked Philip. He didn't fully understand what exactly.. Until the King said, in a dramatic whisper:

"I no longer have a brother. You’re dead to me!"

And Philip stood there, trying to remember that the air was not hard, dense lumps, that it did not clog in the throat and did not press in the chest with a dull phantom pain. Meanwhile these two idiots, after a couple moments of aggressive looks, laughed out loud.

“Yes, I would strangle such a brother,” the King squeezed out, wheezing and squinting through laughter, “with my own-"

And he bent over, swallowing the end of the sentence with a cough as the toe of a boot hit him in the stomach.

"Philip! Philip... They've had enough... He doesn't know what he's talking about."

Philip's cheek twitched.

"Ouch... bro, save me!" the King squeaked hoarsely.

And this completely infuriated Philip. He swung his foot again, this time at the face. But he was met by an elastic wall. And the ground under Colibri’s feet, along with all the space, suddenly curved.

If it weren't for years with the Collector in his head, he wouldn't have realized what happened. But now he clearly saw how a couple of dimensions were distorted, folding space into a loop. He suddenly found himself not between the King and the Jester, but at a considerable distance. And these two were already close together. The boy helped his “brother” get up from the ground; King was now leaning on Jester’s shoulders, clutching his stomach. Perhaps Philip miscalculated his strength a little. This happens sometimes... Especially when it comes to emotions.

“Hey! Hitting people who are down is against the rules,” the Jester frowned. "Give us a timeout!"

Philip felt his jaw tighten. How the nodules rolled across his face. But the flaring rage, as it often happened to him, went away as easily as it filled the air in his chest, leaving reddish streaks before his eyes and pulsating power in his fingertips.

“Get out of the way,” he let his hands glow slightly.

"Ohhhh, what about a last kiss, star boy?" the King whined, clinging to the Jester and trying to straighten up next to him, as if hoping to reach Philip from a distance of ten steps and still get the coveted—

A kiss? Seriously, what the hell? Philip directed a confused, irritated look that bore all these unspoken questions at the Jester. He awkwardly shrugged his sharp shoulders, caught in the King’s grip.

"Don’t be mad... Philip, right? Don't be mad at him, Philip. His Majesty has a reason to be an idiot. And he didn’t mean it out of malice about the ‘brother’ thing.”

Philip looked at the Jester more carefully. The collector in his head was silent. But Philip sensed something from him. Philip also noticed the King’s uncomprehending expression.

“What’s wrong with ‘brother’?” The King sounded surprised.

And then Philip understood. And his face froze.

Yes... yes, what need is there to remember such things? He himself tried to forget for a long time... If he succeeded, would he be the same now as the king in front of him?

Looking at this wretched shell of a “King” who’d forgotten everything important about himself and the loyal “Jester” still standing steadily at his side, the Collector in Philip’s head began to sob. They both, it seems, had the same thought. It’s scary to look at the reflection of a future that never happened.

The jester smiled at him guiltily- at both of them. And then he confidently and widely showed about fifty teeth to his King.

"People don’t like such familiarity, you fool! You can’t just kiss someone the first time you meet."

"But it's okay to fight them when you first meet?" Philip was indignant...

Yes, it's Philip. He cannot refuse to call this man by his own name. Philip himself could one day become such a “king.”

"I thought “The collector in his head sobbed” needed more context for people who aren’t as tightly wrapped up in these AUs as we all are. To understand why Collie’s crying, you need to point out how Tandem Collie sees himself in the Jester. They’re both caring for a Philip who is forgetting himself and the people closest to him. Jester is living out Tandem Collie’s worst fear: what will happen when Philip can’t remember anything anymore? What will become of their friendship? And it’s bittersweet because the King and the Jester are still friends, even though the Jester basically had to start over from the beginning. Jester Collie is quietly carrying all of those memories inside his heart of a friend who has basically disappeared while still learning about and loving the brand new person his friend has become. It’s so sweet and so sad.😭"

that's pretty much all for now It’s hard to return to drawing after the holidays. and this is not even a new art you see, but last year’s. therefore this comic cannot be considered the first work of this year sadly

I caved in and decided to make a trollsona, which slowly just turned into creating a new genre of trolls. Based off my spotify top genre, I give you some of my Vocaloid Troll concepts. I imagined them to be a fusion of the pop, techno and rock designs even though I am aware that vocaloid itself isnt really a genre 😭

I like to imagine they live in some sort of Electri-City where the main vocaloids are like the city council or something and they all travel via cable :D Not quite sure if it’ll stay that way but so far its been funny to think that they’d all be 2D in a 3D world, for the sake of visual gags and what not lmao

Also ignore the hypnagogic notes, I was trying to think of a fusion genre for my oc/sona but I scrapped for solely vocaloid 💔 Ended up mostly thinking about Miku

thinking about it in hindsight. the way fyodor was hyping up sigma to dazai during the sky casino arc was so ridiculous. dazai is here trying to make conversation with another lunatic like "i don't see why sigma is the key to your master plan here" and fyodor is just shaking his head with a small smile on his face like "fufufu... you don't get it at all. he is the strongest among any of us" and then it just pans to sigma having a mental breakdown over the management of his casino hotel fusion because he forgot what customer 3789 in room D-567 had for breakfast that morning. fyodor fr said "you will acknowledge this little guy that i created or i'm blowing this whole place up"

Sometimes does DL Moon sing when the two are alone together, just for Sun? What's Sun's favorite song to hear Moon sing, and what is Moon's favorite to perform? Does he sing to comfort Sun? Or himself? Has he ever accidentally made Sun emotional with whatever song he's singing? Has he ever gotten emotional himself while singing?

MWAHAHAHA! Oooh I've waited for this so long thank you! Moon's main genre is electronicore, which is a fusion of metalcore and some various genres. So he's shouty and loud XD My personal favorite and most relatebale to this AU is Electric Callboys, and the track Neon is just absolutely Moon after Sun breaks his heart :')) my poor baby- aaaand I love Spaceman it's a really Moon one too! :3

He and DJ play this genre at club gigs and wild nights when Dusk Lounge really kicks into gear. On lighter evenings, they sing electroswing, but most commonly, Moon just plays the piano and perform something softer, smooth stuff.

Moon often sing lullabies and love songs for Sun, but honestly, when Moon acts like THIS on the stage, he turns on the moment. :D He won't admit it if you ask him, but he does. And yes, sometimes Moon gets emotional, like that scene when he was unable to talk, only playing on the piano, hoping that someone will understand it. It happens often when he lose his voice, but he doesn't panic anymore, just waits to let be end.

What Happened at Wyvern Rock? (2020, I think) feels like a companion to Other Magic. Perhaps that’s just because I bought them at the same time as part of the same collection. Perhaps because they are both illustrated with lovely woodcuts (though with very different styles). But I think thematically, too. Where Other Magick imports folk magic to RPGs, the stated intention of Wyvern Rock is to bring Strangeness to D&D.

Drew Meger defines Strangeness as an experience or encounter that seems to challenge or defy our underlying understanding of the real world. That seems a touch broad to me, but in practice, Meger is essentially talking about the specific sense of strangeness attached to UFO sightings, cryptids and the fog of mystical and quasi-scientific oddness that tends to surround both. UFOs and Grey Aliens and the Moth Man are concepts that feel very much rooted in the 20th century, but in a weird way, they work extremely well in the context of D&D.

The zine is mostly interested in the Greys and in portraying these aliens and building adventures around them, I can’t help but be reminded of Delta Green, where they, and the Fungi from Yuggoth that control them, work in a similar way. I would not have thought that recontextualizing alien abduction folkore into D&D would work so well, but then I was kind of dubious about Call of Cthulhu meets X-Files, and I love that game now, so really, what do I know?

The main zine is accompanied by a bit of fiction called On Tattered Wings. It’s a fun little bit of cryptids meet D&D cotton candy with some fantastic art. I love Meger’s fusion of UFOs, Lovecraftiana and D&D imagery generally, but it really comes together for me in the fiction zine.

Core Fusion AU

The people that live in the Infinite Realms are able to fuse like gems in Steven Universe. Why you may ask? It's because their body is made up of ectoplasm that comes from their core, which is very similar to how a gem's form is made up of light and comes from their gem itself.

Fusions occur when two or more ghosts share a similar strong emotion or obsession, such as protection, love or hate. The fusion is a state where the occupants share thoughts and work together to operate a single body, so a lot of trust needs to be present or a singular goal in both minds.

Core Fusions also merge unique powers together to strengthen or link them together more.

Due to this, core fusions are typically seen as a way to show trust in any form or bond between ghosts, and as a way to strengthen forces and power.

Danny is probably able to fuse with ghosts and humans but was never told that it was possible for him bc he's half-human.

Now, this could work for both Dp x Dc and Dp x BNHA.

Dp x Dc

Danny can fuse with people who have been touched by death or have been dead and came back (like Jason).

The fusion would be a physical form that mixes both or more appearances while their cores (pseudo or not) appear as jewellery they wear as the fusion, which changes depending on the fusion.

Since I'm fixated on the dead on main ship right now, let's say that Jason is the one to core fuse with Danny first, and there can be an in depth backstory on how they meet and leads up to the core fusion, and it helps with the pit rage. Danny takes them to either Frostbite or Clockwork to figure out what is going on and they learn about core fusion and how it works.

-possible plot idea ahead-

In Gotham, Red Hood has been MIA for several months from both being a vigilante and a crime boas, and the rest of the batfam are freaking out about it; especially since a new crime boss has come into play going by "The Monarch" or "JD Fent" (The Monarch plays into Danny being either Ghost King or an adjacent role in the Infinite realms, and the JD Fent is a mix of their names bc I think it's cool :D).

Meanwhile, Jason and Danny have been chilling together using core fusion to keep away from the batfam and have been improving Crime Alley with Danny's inherited chaotic mad scientist gene being used to harness ectoplasm as a renewable energy since Gotham has a large quantity of it (bonus points if the ectoplasm can be re-filtered to be safely used again for power).

The GIW or another ghost could show up in Gotham to hunt down JD and the batfam accidentally get captured since a lot of them have died (I think??).

Cue a garnet-style reunion and a "stronger than you" scene before escaping and telling the rest of the batfam the truth.

Dp x BNHA

Similar to the other one, but quirks count as mini-cores and that's how people gain their powers. Quirkless people don't have cores and therefore don't have powers.

Danny could be able to fuse with the previous OFA users and just pull them out of Izuku or they could just fuse by Danny grabbing onto Izuku when using his quirk in a fight.

And I'm just imagining during one of the fights Danny grabs onto Izuku and a flash of light shoots out and once the light clears, Danny is gone and a person with three sets of arms with an appearance similar to Danny's and the other OFA users mixed into one before battling it out with the LOV.
