I used to genuinely think that Ezra was Hera’s boy, but the more I watch this dumb ass show, the more I realize:

Ezra might have been Hera’s in the beginning, but realistically, I /know/ Kanan loved him so much more than she ever could.

Kanan didn’t originally come back for Hera. No, Kanan came back because //Ezra// needed him. Kanan regained his ‘sight’ and faced his fear head on because unlike Hera, Ezra didn’t know how to do this without him.
