Fairy Tale Ninja AU (Snippet{Ver. 1})
In a beautiful green forest, small and fluffy creatures are eating the food given by mother nature. Their peaceful dining for lunch was soon coming to an end as some sort of vortex appeared above under the leaves of the tall trees. “AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!”, screams were coming from the ninja as they fell from the vortex. They groan in pain as they land on the grassy ground. “Owww… What the heck happened?” Jay asked as he slowly sits up. The rest do the same, they soon realize that they each are out of their ninja gi and wearing completely different clothing. The blink for a few more moments as they stand on their feet. Cole seems to be a werewolf with a black sleeveless, buttoned shirt and dark brown leather pants. His black soft hair grew about 2 inches longer and is barefoot. Nya was wearing a white shirt under a light pink tuxedo, thin black pants and fancy black shoes. Her hair tied into a bun with a golden accessory over her bun. Lloyd was wearing all green leathered clothing, with a green hat with a red feather stuck on it. Zane was wearing a white shirt under a dark brown tuxedo and pants with black fancy shoes. He was also disguised as a human but still a nindroid, just unable to show it. Jay was dressed like a pirate with a striped white and blue shirt with dark blue pants. And finally Kai, who wore a short red dress with long sleeves but cut around the shoulders. A small red hood was over his head and has snow white stockings with clean black shoes.
The others snickered as they see Kai in a short dress, except for Cole, who was blushing madly at the view. As for Kai he blushes in embarrassment, “Why is everyone looking at me?!” Nya giggles along with Jay. Zane looks around the forest and then turns back to his friends, “I believe Kai is right. We should be focusing more about where we are instead of what he is wearing.” Lloyd nods in agreement. “But what about what WE are wearing?” Jay asks. Then, they all look at their own clothing while Kai calms himself. “Hm. Whatever we’re wearing shouldn’t be a problem. But why would the villain we were facing send us to this specific place?” Nya questions with many thoughts in her head. “Maybe there’s some place nearby with people. We can ask them where we are!” Cole replies. Zane nods, “Scanning for any villages or towns nearby…”
He turns his whole body, scanning for what he’s searching for. Zane soon stops and points in front of him, “I sense a path. That should lead us to a town, if not, a village.” “Then let's get moving. We don’t know if this place has a time difference than in Ninjago.”, Lloyd states. They all nod and begin to walk in the direction Zane pointed them to.
They finally reach the path that should lead to a village. “So where do you think we are?” Cole asks slowly. The others shrug as an answer. The, costume party, ninjas continue to walk silently wandering around the beautiful, lush green forest.

More for the au!
The basics, Gods, Demigods, Devil Fruits, all exist.
World Gov + Marines try and keep the whole concept of gods and demigods under wraps. Because I'm working with "D's" carry divinity. And having a good chunk of them outright despise the government isn't a great look.
Luffy is a god while Garp and Dragon are demigods. Luffy can shift between physical and 'divine' form whereas demigods don't have that ability.
Luffy is the successor/inheritor of his predecessor's will and own divinity. But not through reincarnation necessarily. One in the same but they are very much so different. His devil fruit and promise to Shanks cemented his place as the successor to the sun and freedom. When gods and demigods start out, there isn't a wholly set future for what will they will have, or the ideals they will embody. Luffy has always had his cloudy/intangible form.
Imagine Garp's surprise when his grandson, who was supposed to join him in the marines, is set to embody freedom and the sun. He was pissed for a solid week about that. Garp also had to deal with questioning where Dragon had even gotten Luffy from, he still doesn't know.
Ace and Sabo were very adamant that Luffy not show off his divine form to everyone, especially if he wanted to become a pirate. He can't be a pirate if the government tracks him down and hides him away at the ripe age of like, 8. Also because having a full god is pretty uncommon, Sabo has heard horror story after horror story of what nobles and those in higher society would do to a god. Sabo is the most vocal about Luffy being careful about that.
Luffy meets Koby, and does an absolutely terrible job at keeping his form hidden. It's harder to control which form he's in when he's excited. Koby was a human with no divinity and big dreams that Luffy adored. So, already excited with a new friend, and the two on their way to Shells town, Luffy sneezed and immediately sold himself out. Koby is a terrible liar and so just elects to never speak on this topic ever. If anyone asks why he has so much knowledge on gods, specifically sun gods, he just doesn't answer. Helmeppo thinks it's funny and immediately pieced together why, because Koby cannot keep anything from him. And Garp has to respect how hard that kid is trying to not completely sell out his grandson, even if the brat kind of deserves it for being a pirate.
Luffy is going to be the Pirate King, divine or not. His crew quickly find out about his side quirk/form in varying ways. Zoro woke up one day with a cloudy demon from hell cutting off his airways. Nami was trying to explain clouds to Luffy and that 'no, they cannot just spawn on your person, that's stupid,' and so Luffy shows her that he is in fact, correct.
Usopp got jumpscared early in the morning, before the sun had risen, when Luffy just appeared behind him and asked if he wanted to watch the sunrise. Sanji was cooking dinner and Luffy got so excited he phased out of his physical body.
Chopper found out while asking Luffy if he had any medical conditions he should know about, he thought it was kinda cool that Luffy can change forms. And is only a little jealous that Luffy has a fully human form. Luffy always makes sure to tell Chopper he's exactly who he needs to be.
Robin found out after talking about 'Nika,' who is thought to be long dead, but is not. And is the captain of the crew she is now apart of. Luffy knows the name is important and it has a certain weight when it's said. He physically feels when someone says his name around him. Robin thinks this is very fascinating. (Also can add some context into poneglyphs, that there is a lot to it, even if Robin doesn't yet know and Luffy wasn't alive/doesn't have that knowledge)
Franky was showing off cool shit he could do with his robotic body, and Luffy was like 'me too!!!'
Brook found out when Luffy fell asleep listening to him play a song, and Luffy slipped back into his resting form of cloudiness.
While both forms have their uses and limitations, Luffy is most comfortable in his intangible form, even if his physical one is the default. He cannot access his divine form after a certain point of exhaustion hits.
Im going to end that there before I have an entire novel in this. But that's the general thought throw up I'm smacking down right now.
Sorry if this is incoherent and not easy to understand lol. I will flesh it out more later and when I have actually thought more about it. Might change things later too. Then I'll probably make a good post about it with actual wellish made context and lore.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Belongs to previously mentioned unamed au
He’s a witch (like Virgil)
He has a pretty high amount of magic, but his raw magic is linked with Romans (they basically share the same magic battery) so that can be an issue sometimes. He is fairly skilled with his magic, he may not know a lot of normal spells, but he gets creative with it.
He is constantly fighting the urge to get more piercings, but his current facial piercings are: right eyebrow, bridge, nose, septum, smiley, snake bites, labret, and dimples. (All but one are ones my sister has/had) And he got 13 ear piercings

Sneak Peek of I'm With You
Tumblr media
This is a sneak peek of the part two, to I Feel A Sin Coming On (HERE). It's basically a Fem! Student! & Soulmate! X Damian Wayne/Robin and likeeee the angst has called to me so why not 😈
You were six when you decided to loathe soulmates. Six when you swore on your very soul- your existence that you would never love your soulmate. You swore to live in misery of your own making rather than fates. No matter who they were, you would hate them.
But fate... well fate hated to be tested. So, fate did the worst thing it could. It made you fall for the one person you swore never to.
Your soulmate.
Your very own soulmate who seemed like the only light in the dark and suddenly you began questioning whether or not these feelings- these emotions you had thought were your own and genuine- were actually yours. Or if they were just fate pulling its strings and making you dance and dance and dance.
To say you were upset was an understatement and... well let's just say fate might be prideful, but you were twice as petty.
At age thirteen you shoved the emotions you had so dearly cherished so deep in your chest they seemed like nothing more than echoes of naive mind. You distanced yourself from him and only let yourself feel in your loneliest of moments.
Four years, it had nearly been four years since you had begun your battle against fate. And- and and fate was getting stronger... as you have been told. The older you get- the closer you are to your soulmate, the stronger the bond is.
Those moments... those lonely moments happened more often, and those stupid annoying emotions rose up with the beating of your traitorous heart.
Which is exactly how you ended up in the last place you ever wanted to be. Face to face with your soulmate... with them recognizing you and what you were to them.
"I'm your soulmate." Damian Fucking Wayne said his eyes locked on you as you felt your heart jump to your throat and all the color drain from your face.
"Fucking shit, " You whispered, unable to break his gaze.
Shaking- shaking you nervously laughed before looking at your bare wrist and you began gathering your things.
"Oh- oh would you look at the time!" You stammered shoving everything into your bag, "I need to get going."
Your book lay just in front of Damian and your eyes darted towards the book then him. With your heart hammering in your chest, you lunged for it. Fingers brushing its cover only for a hand to clasp around your wrist pulling you back towards the table. Damian- he- had had grabbed you. Half looking towards him you curled your fingers into your palm away from the book with had led you into this trap.
"I'm your soulmate," He said again as you avoided eye contact, "and you are mine."
Soulmate- god why did you have to care about him. Why- why-
WHY COULDN'T FATE JUST LEAVE YOU THE FUCK ALONE????
Petty- you were so violently petty and prideful- oh even fate knew this yet- it still tried... this- you wouldn't let this stand.
Forcing a breath out you bit your lip. Trembling, you raised your chin as your eyes burned, finally meeting his gaze and feeling his grip lighten.
"I don't have a soulmate... I won't have one. Not you- not any one... I don't believe in them."
His hand slid off of your wrist as his brow furrowed, you gave him a bitter smile as something warm spilled down your cheeks and you pulled yourself away from him.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get going."

I had a burst of drawing power that made me wanna draw ponies. So why not draw ponies of my current obsession? XD Ig you can say this is a au? I've thought of pony names for them? Belle's Serene Sky , Justin's "Prince" Radiance, and Lawrence's Valiant Heart. Idk if Ryuu needs a name. I'll try to think of one lol.
There's another drawing but it's gonna be below cuz it consists of Justin and blood.
Tumblr media
This is what I thought would happen after Justin gets defeated. The gem on his head breaks and he loses his magic. (I just wanted to draw Justin in pain lol 😗)

Shen Yuan shixiong AU - Part 24
New Roots
Ming Fan woke up to the sound of loud voices followed by a terrible screeching sound. He rubbed his eyes and clicked his tongue, annoyed that his rest was interrupted by a bunch of idiots who couldn’t keep it down after curfew.
“Shizun, we need to find an open area! The qi is hurting everyone!”
Hearing the familiar voice, Ming Fan instantly woke up, jumped out of bed, and ran to the door barefooted. He opened it, only to be washed over with an overwhelming unstable spiritual energy that made him weak in the knees. A group of people had stopped in front of his room, discussing urgently in loud voices to cover the terrible screeching coming from who knows where.
“Shen shixiong!”
One of the figures froze and turned to him with a pair of round eyes. It was Shen Yuan shixiong. He was finally back! Shen Yuan was about to open his mouth to answer when their shizun, who was accompanying him along with a varied group of people, cut right in.
“Ming Fan, stay here and make sure that nobody follows us. A-Yuan, follow me.”
Ming Fan, sensing like the situation truly was urgent, acknowledged the order with a nod and went to grab his boots by the bed in a hurry. As soon as he stepped outside, the group left immediately, leaving the space in front of the dormitory empty except for one person.
“Shimei?”
Ning Yingying smiled weakly as she watched the group disappear in the bamboo forest. Ming Fan noticed how paled she looked and went to offer his help. His shimei didn’t refuse, grabbing his arm with what little strength she had left. Some younger disciples came out of their rooms, confused and curious about what had happened. Ming Fan barked a few orders, sending them back inside, before sitting Ning Yingying on a stone bench by the moon gate at the entrance of the dormitories.
“Shixiong, don’t worry about me. I just need to catch my breath.”
Ming Fan squatted in front of her, studying her face with worry.
“What happened? What were you doing with shixiong’s group? And why are you…? Yingying, did you exchange patrol nights with someone again?”
Ning Yingying pressed a few of her chest acupoints with a frown. She gestured to give her a minute to recover before opening her mouth to explain.
“I’m sorry, shixiong. I did. I just… I missed Shen shixiong and Luo shidi so much. I wanted to be the first to greet them at the gate. And I couldn’t sleep anyway when I learned they were on their way back.”
“Yingying, that’s a whole week of patrol you just imposed on your body. How many hours did you sleep this week?”
“…Not as much as I should’ve.”
Ming Fan sighed, rubbing his eyes in exasperation.
“Shixiong, this shimei is sorry. But I promise I was fine! I was starting to feel a little tired, but nothing serious. It’s… this unstable qi. It was so strong. Even shizun didn’t look too good when he got closer to Noodle.”
Ming Fan blinked.
“Noodle?”
“Mn. Remember the last letter shixiong and A-Luo sent me? Noodle didn’t just get hurt.”
“Then, what’s happening?”
Ning Yingying looked in the direction the group had disappear.
“He’s about to become a dragon.”
--
“Over here!”
Shen Qingqiu had brought them to a big clearing deep in the bamboo forest, away from any form of human life. Shen Yuan ran to the middle, cradling the dusu snake that kept twisting in pain in his arms.
“Shh- It’s ok, you’re ok, you’re fine.”
Truthfully, Shen Yuan was trying to convince himself more than the poor dusu snake. He reached the middle of the soft grass field in a few long strides and knelt there. Luo Binghe followed closely, settling himself in front of him before using his spiritual energy to soothe the creature as much as he could.
The situation didn’t look promising. Shen Yuan’s sleeves were covered in small iridescent scales… and blood. He had studied dusu snakes for years without coming across any cases like this one. Very few among their species became dragons to begin with and it was near impossible to obtain a specimen about to transform. Shen Yuan felt powerless. He thought back on their trip and something finally clicked in his mind.
Noodle had cultivated too fast. They had fought so much and went to so many places full of spiritual energy…
Shen Yuan’s vision turned blurry. He wanted to apologize, but Noodle probably couldn’t hear him now. He pulled the dusu snake closer, hugging him to his chest. The latter’s current body wasn’t strong enough to undergo a dragon transformation and… he might…
Noodle suddenly went completely still. Shen Yuan looked down in panic, only to see a pair of now colorful eyes staring right back at him with complete trust. A small pitiful cry came from the creature, rooting his master to the place he had knelt.
Shen Yuan lifted his gaze to Luo Binghe who simply smiled at him calmly.
Standing at the edge of the open space, Shen Qingqiu’s patience was wearing thin. Why didn’t those two leave the snake? He himself couldn’t get close, the unstable qi made him nauseous and feel like he was going to faint. How strong did his disciples become to bear such a powerful unstable qi without flinching? Or was A-Yuan simply being unreasonable, forcing himself to stay with his pet?
“A-Yuan, you can’t stay there! A-Yuan!”
But Shen Qingqiu’s voice didn’t reach his prized disciple. The ground had started to shake, and wind enveloped the trio, creating a strong spiritual barrier in the middle of the forest glade. From it, Luo Binghe locked eyes with his shizun. Shen Qingqiu felt familiar and powerful emotions assaulting his senses, leaving a bitter taste in his mouth. He hated this. Why couldn’t he get close? Why was he still so weak after all those years? Leaving him weaker than this- this Luo Binghe… Why?!
Noodle’s cries suddenly turned even more heartbreaking. Shen Yuan kept him close, tears streaming down his face as he repeated words of comfort to the dusu snake. It… wasn’t going well. He could feel Noodle’s life essence rapidly going out, slipping between his fingers. But if it was to be his old and first friend last moments, he wanted to accompany him to the end. He suddenly felt a pair of strong, youthful arms encircling him. Shen Yuan smiled despite the tears. His shidi didn’t have to accompany him to this extent. But he did. And he was immensely grateful for it. A gentle warmth spread from his heart, gently soothing his mind.
“A-YUAN!”
Still sitting in the middle of the forest glade, both disciples closed their eyes in unison as a harsh white light enveloped them. The gigantic amount of unstable qi was completely washed away in an instant, leaving only a strange electric atmosphere as the light blinded everyone at the scene.
A short moment passed before the light slowly receded, absorbed by something unknown. Soon after, the palpable charged energy followed.
Shen Yuan felt the weight in his arms disappear, ripping a whimper of desperation from his throat. He opened his eyes, intending to search for Noodle. As he did so, his retina was instantly drowned in an ocean of soft iridescent colors. For a moment, everything seemed to sit completely still, and only the gentle reflections of light dancing in the air like charming little pieces of crystal created an ocean of moving colors. Amidst the different waves, a pair of large reptilian eyes greeted his own calmly, the corner lifting in fondness when Shen Yuan stared back in surprise.
“…Noodle?”
The system’s voice, which he hadn’t heard for a long time, suddenly resonated in his head.
“Carapace ability : 50% damage reduction successful! Applied to user and their companions!” “Qing Jing Peak’s favor +50pts!” “Noodle’s favor +500pts!” “Noodle’s favor [ BONUS ] +???points to •••••••” “Protagonist’s halo compatibility with [*Noodle*] successful. +1000 ally points +0 shielding points!” “Completion of master-level quest +1500pts!” “New skills now available on the user skill tree!” “Congratulations! Please continue to work hard!”
But Shen Yuan wasn’t listening. His body refused to move, remaining frozen in face of the unfamiliar creature. A dragon.
Noodle released a short and sharp breath, ruffling his master’s hair from a distance. Shen Yuan jumped, not expecting the playful attitude from Noodle right after successfully cheating death. He swallowed with difficulty, his emotions still bouncing wildly around in his exhausted mind, and raised a trembling hand, reaching for Noodle’s new fluffy tail hovering above his head. “You’re… so big now.” Shen Yuan’s voice broke on the last syllable. Fat tears quickly filled his eyes, escaping in two seemingly never-ending streams which quickly drenched the collar of his clothes. “Y-You’re- You’re alive…!” He quickly let go of the tail to stand on his knees, throwing himself at Noodle who welcomed him in his embrace. The latter leaned on his master’s sobbing form with a soothing noise, something close to both purring and a low growl. Shen Yuan hid his face on the dragon’s body, both relieved that Noodle somehow survived the painful experience of turning into a dragon and embarrassed at how little he was able to restrain his emotions. Unbeknownst to him, Noddle met another pair of eyes. Luo Binghe silently stared back. Noodle then closed his eyes, bending his neck in a graceful arch as if he was bowing to the young man. Luo Binghe’s eyebrows shot up in shock when he heard two clear words echoing in his mind. “Thank you.”

Pete watches on in amusement as Macau totally fails to shimmy himself into the skintight layer of his pilot suit.
“Hey, it’s because I’m swole now, okay, I lift,” Macau says petulantly as he finally manages to roll the suit past his hips.
Pete finishes zipping up his own suit. “Mhmm.”
“This is a super old suit,” Macau complains, “they took my new suit for repairs, and let’s be honest, I was basically a stick back then–”
“Until you became hot,” Pete says, having heard this spiel only about twenty times before. He moves to help Macau squeeze his arms through the suit.
“Until I became hot!” Macau grins at Pete. “See, you get it. Hey, I bet my biceps look real good in this–”
“The kaiju will definitely be blown away by your biceps.”
“They sure fucking will.” Macau looks inordinately pleased with himself. “The final, secret weapon that will save humanity.”
Pete rolls his eyes. “Okay,” he says, “hold your breath – good,” as he yanks Macau’s zipper all the way up. He pats Macau on the back. “Let’s go.”
Once they’ve made their way to the jaeger cockpit, the technicians start encasing Pete and Macau in their protective armor, along with all of the hook-ups that give them control over the various limbs and weapon attachments on the jaeger.
“Helmets,” one technician says, and Pete swiftly pulls on his head sock, making sure his bangs are securely tucked under the cloth before slipping on his helmet as well. He hears the familiar hiss of the hydraulics as the technician locks in a large attachment to the back of his helmet – the critical cabling that enables the pilots’ neural link.
“Step back,” the technician says, and Pete does. The exoskeleton clicks into place around him. “Preparations complete.”
“Testing comms,” a voice says, directly into Pete’s ear.
“Menace-L, copy,” Pete responds.
“Menace-R, copy,” Macau follows. “‘Sup, Hia.”
“Brat,” Vegas says placidly. “Operations confirmed that the kaiju is a Cat-3, and it’s headed for the Philippines. You’ll be in-flight for a little over 2 hours before the drop.”
“Yeah, right,” Macau mutters.
Pete snorts. After that one time they were stuck waiting to drop for over 12 hours, Pete doesn’t blame him for his skepticism.
“Tell yourself 4 hours, and then maybe you won’t be so cranky when the estimate isn’t spot on.” Vegas says. “The shelf on that side of the island falls off pretty quickly. Luckily, we don’t think you’ll have to wait until the kaiju makes it to the shallows. He doesn’t look like a swimmer.”
“A runner?” Macau says, a hint of glee in his tone.
“Yep. Four-legged. You should be able to fight him along the sea bed.”
“Phi,” Macau says. “Phi. Can we wrestle him, please–”
“Absolutely not,” Vegas starts.
“Sure,” Pete says.
Macau whoops. “Fuck yeah! Underwater wrestling, baby, let’s fucking go–”
Vegas sighs. “If HQ asks for Menace’s damages bill again, I’ll make sure you’re the one taking that call. You can be the one to explain exactly how critical it is to account for underwater wrestling in the budget–”
“We’ve, like, improved,” Macau says. “We’re good at it now. Tell you what – I’ll make you a bet. External damage only. No dents in the framework this time.”
“Deal,” Vegas says immediately.
“Here we go again,” Pete says under his breath.
“We’re ready for the neural link, sir,” another voice interrupts. “Are we cleared?”
“One moment,” Vegas says. “Yes, you’re cleared.”
“Neural link for Apocalyptic Menace going live in sixty,” the voice says.
“Copy.”
Pete exhales, leans back into the exoskeleton. The jolt of the neural link is always nauseating, but thankfully it’s short-lived. Pete is very used to it, though. And the drift itself is wonderful.
He hears a faint click, and an indicator pops up on his helmet’s interface that he’s been switched over to a private line.
There is a long silence.
“Wish I could come with you,” Vegas says quietly.
Pete smiles, fond. “You’ll just have to wish harder for a Cat-4. For next time.”
Vegas’s injury means that he’s not allowed to be on a standard pilot rotation, not like the rest of them. But he’s so damn good that HQ can’t bring themselves to bench him, either. So he gets sent out with Pete on the really tough drops, the category 4 and 5 kaijus, and Macau subs in on all the rest.
They’re lucky that all three of them are drift compatible with each other. Otherwise, HQ would force Vegas into the cockpit far more frequently. And then Vegas would re-injure himself, probably, and Pete would have to go kill someone over it.
“Next time,” Vegas says. Then, firm, “You’ll come back.”
“I always do,” Pete says, voice soft.
Vegas hums. “And bring my idiot brother back intact, please. Keep the wrestling to a minimum.”
“Can’t believe you’d throw a bet like that,” Pete says, amused.
Vegas scoffs. “It’s a win-win for me. Less repairs, and HQ doesn’t come for my head... or, Macau does laundry for a month.”
Pete shudders. “Maybe not laundry this time? He’s not very, um. Good at it.”
“How else is he going to learn, Pete,” Vegas says pleasantly, “if we don’t give him the opportunity to improve himself.”
“Uh-huh. And it’s a total coincidence that you hate laundry.”
“Like I said,” Vegas says, “win-win. Oh, wait. Macau is speaking.” And Pete hears another click.
“Phi,” Macau says, very seriously.
“Nong.”
“Friendly reminder,” Macau says, “to not think about Hia.”
Pete laughs.
“No thoughts!” Macau screeches. “None! Not a single one, or I swear to god, I’ll break the neural link and jump into the ocean.”
“That was one time,” Pete says. Plus, it wasn’t like it had been Pete’s fault. Vegas shouldn’t have given him horny thoughts from 2000 kilometers away.
“Once,” Macau says, “was plenty.”
“Link in three,” the technician’s voice counts down, “two, one–”
And as the neural link kicks in, Pete’s vision whites out, and the pain is sharp and bright right behind his eyes – until, suddenly, it settles.
Hey, bro, he hears. Ready to rumble?
Pete grins. Macau’s emotions are infectious, all excitement and anticipation and dogged determination. And in the far corner of his mind, a tiny hint of nervousness.
It’s good for Macau to have that. Keeps him from being reckless.
Let’s do this, Pete thinks. And then, just for a brief moment, he pulls up a memory from this morning – Vegas standing in the bathroom doorway while brushing his teeth, shirtless, ratty sweatpants riding low on his hips–
Oh my fucking god. Why would you do this to me. Why would you make me suffer like this.
Pete laughs, harder this time.
“Drift is stable,” the technician says. “Cleared for lift-off.”
“Copy,” Vegas says. There’s some murmuring from his end of the line. “Operations says you’re good to go. Good luck. Remember to cut down on the snarking this time. Maybe it’ll improve your kill time average.”
“Maybe I’ll stop snarking,” Macau says pointedly, “once Phi is done inflicting mind crimes on me–”
