Purple Ninja

Chapter 4 First Encounter

Days passed and it was now Saturday, Martha was sleeping in as she had a wonderful time with Taylor last night. It was rather late in the night when she got back home to the apartment. By the time she woke up it was already well into the late hours of the morning. Martha looked at her bedroom clock and saw that it was 10 in the morning.

So she sat up and stretched her arms and leg before reaching to the side of her bed and putting her prosthetic on. Once she made sure it was fixed on properly Martha got up and changed into her regular clothes for the day.

"Ah, now let's see what dad's baking in the bakery, and what my cousin and aunt are up to." Martha said to herself.

She left her room and went down to the bakery to see what her dad was up to this morning. When she got there she saw her dad was mixing up a fresh batch of cream for another pastry that she assumed was in the oven based on the smell wafting through the room.

"Morning dad, how are you doing?" Martha asked, getting her fathers attention.

Her dad looked over to her and saw her standing in the kitchen's entrance. He smiled seeing his daughter awake and he paused what he was doing to come over and give her a big hug.

"Martha, it's good to see you up. And I'm doing well this morning, thank you for asking." Her dad responded.

Martha smiled back and hugged her dad back, that lasted till the timer for the oven went off. Martha's dad let his daughter go and went up to the timer to turn it off before getting a pair of oven mitts on, opening the oven. He pulled out some freshly baked puffs that he would soon fill up with cream once they cooled down.

"Hey! Mr. Morgan! We've got an order for a wedding cake!" One of the bakery's employees called out.

"Alright! Write down the details and lets get to work!" Morgan called out.

"Yes sir!" The employee responded and went to get the recommended details.

"Hey Martha, if you're looking for Natalie, she went to central park to do some sketching, and your aunt is at work right now." Morgan explained.

"Okay dad, and if you need any help with that wedding cake let me know." Martha said before leaving the bakery.

She walked down to the park as it wasn't that far away from her apartment. Once she got there she saw that as usual it was full of people who were walking around on their own, with a partner, or with their pet animal. She looked around and soon spotted Natalie sitting on a bench with her notebook in her hand and sketching something in it.

Martha walked up to Natalie and sat down next to her cousin and tapped her lightly on the shoulder. Natalie looked to her side and saw Martha sitting next to her with a smile on her face.

"Hey cous, what's up?" Martha asked.

"Not much, I'm just chilling here drawing the fountain." Natalie explained. Martha looked at the sketch and saw that it looked great and very realistic with the amount of details and shade put into it.

"Wow, your art skills are amazing." Martha complemented.

"Hehe, thanks I've been doing this for a long time... hey I know this is out of the blue, but have you heard a word form Eri since that day of the field trip?" Natalie asked.

"Not really, I wonder where she could be? And I have lots of questions to ask her about the charms. Don't get me wrong it's awesome to turn into a ninja with powers and awesome weapons. I have been transforming a lot to see what I got stored in my suit. But I am very curious about everything and I wanna know who this Judas guy is." Martha explained.

"Yeah me too, whoever he is and wherever he is I have a feeling that it won't be good once he strikes again on the city. I just hope it won't be my mom or your dad as the last thing I want is my friends and family getting hurt. That and I can't bear losing my mom after my dad died." Natalie explained.

"Yeah I bet, I can't even imagine how you'd feel if you lost your mum a few weeks after losing your dad." Martha stated as she leaned back.

The two cousins sat there for a while thinking over all the events and the questions they had. Even when Natalie went back to her drawing she wasn't really paying that much attention to it anymore.

"Oh look who it is, the disabled girl and her ugly and stupid cousin." The two heard a snarky voice say. They looked up and both internally groaned when they saw Carol and her minion Stella standing in front of them.

"Ugh, what do you two want?" Martha asked, annoyed to see the spoiled girl.

"Oh nothing, just wanted to know what you two are doing in my bench getting your poor and ugly germs all over it." Carol replied.

"Since when was this your bench Missy? Last time I recall this was a public park and this bench is also public as well!" Martha explained while getting up and facing her.

"Hey watch it, you don't want to break your fake prosthetic do you?" Carol asked in a mocking way while pointing at Martha's fake leg.

"It's made of titanium you idiot, so unless a professional bodybuilder grabs it and bends it then it won't break!" Martha exclaimed while getting up in Carol's face.

"Hey! Back off do you even know who we are?" Stella asked as she pushed Martha away.

"What? A bunch of spoiled brats who don't know what 2 + 2 equals?" Martha asked in a sarcastic tone.

"No! Carol is the Purple Ninja! And I'm her sidekick the Yellow Ninja!" Stella explained.

When the two cousins heard that they both froze on the spot, as they both knew that wasn't true. However Martha wasn't to shocked that Carol and her minion had said something like that. She knew the two would tell any kind of lie just to be more popular, and from what she saw on the news both her and Natalie had gotten pretty famous as their Ninja personas.

"W-What, you two?" Natalie asked, shocked.

"Yeah I know right? It's pretty cool, now why don't you two move aside?" Carol asked as she waved her hand at them.

"Um no! This is a public park and so anyone can sit anywhere they want! If you want a bench of your own why don't ask your incompetent daddy to buy you one!" Martha angrily stated in the same sarcastic tone.

"Why you little-" Carol was saying before she was interrupted by another voice.

"Um Miss Carol and Miss Stella, are you two really the Purple and Yellow Ninja?" A male voice asked. The girls looked and sat Steve from school standing not too far away from them with a camera and notebook in his hands.

"Why yes, why do you ask?" Stella asked.

"Well I'm making a report for my blog on the Yellow and Purple Ninja's and I wanted to try and find out their secret identity. If you two really are the two Ninja's then would you both like to go somewhere and answer some questions?" Steve asked.

"Oh why yes, are you going to be broadcasting it live?" Carol asked.

"If that's what the purple ninja wants then yes." Steve replied.

"Then let's go, come on Stella. Fame awaits the two of us." Carol said.

Stella nodded and the two followed Steven out of the park, but not before Stella turned around and stuck her tongue out at Martha and Natalie. When they were out of sight Marhta sighed and sat down again, she was totally done with those two.

"Ugh! I hate those two so much! Sometimes I wish I just let them fall and get hurt on the field trip. However, because of my heart and Ninja code, we defend the defenseless." Martha explained.

"Yeah but what do we do about the two of them? They both lied about being the purple and yellow Ninja's when that's us!" Natalie explained, shocked and angry at the two of them.

"Oh don't worry, I've got a plan to teach them a lesson about lying to become popular. I became popular in school by being honest and kind and not through lies as a lie will always be exposed. And we're going to teach them that kind of lesson the hard way, so follow me cous and I'll tell you my plan." Martha explained as she got up and gave her hand to Natalie.

Natalie grabbed Martha's hand and got up, the two then walked out of the park to plan their way of exposing the two liars. However what none of them had noticed was a dark figure hiding in the shadows of the park. The figure had only heard Carol and Stella lying about them being the purple and yellow Ninja.

They called up someone on the phone and said "Hello I believe I found the Purple and Yellow Ninja's... well if they are lying then I guess we'll have to kill them for wasting our time and leading us on a wild goose chase." The figure then ended the call and got up to chase after Carol and Stella to capture them for their evil plan with their buddies.

After sometime Steve, Carol, and Stella were in an expensive cafe where Steve was recording live his Q&A with the two girls.

"Hey everyone we're live at Monica Cafe with the Purple and Yellow Ninja's AKA Carol and Stella." Steve explained starting the video.

"Oh why hello out there to all my adoring fans." Carol said.

"And a big hello from me as well for you yellow Ninja fans!" Stella exclaimed.

Outside the cafe Martha and Natalie were watching the live steam on Martha's phone. Martha smiled as she thought about the looks on their faces when she and Natalie taught them a lesson about identity theft and fraud.

"Okay so you remember the plan right?" Martha asked.

"Yes once there are enough people watching the live stream enough you'll give me the signal and we'll transform and go in with smoke bombs. Once we're in we'll show everyone watching the stream that Carol and Stella are lying, and to make it convincing we'll show off our powers." Natalie explained.

"Exactly! Now we just sit back and watch." Martha said as she sat back against the walk.

"So Carol, Stella, how long have you two been the Purple and Yellow Ninjas?" Steve asked.

"Oh like since forever, we've only ever used our awesome powers when it's needed. And-" Before Carol could get another word in a window was head breaking off screen.

Steve shifted the camera to where the nose came from and to everyone's horror what looked like a bomb had been thrown into the cafe. However before anyone could get up and run the strange looking bomb opened up and a gas leaked out and filled up the whole cafe. In seconds everyone who inhaled the gas passed out onto the floor or the tables.

Martha and Natalie watched in horror as the camera fell to the ground and three or more figures walked into the cafe. Two went up to Carol and Stella and picked them up, while another one walked up to the camera and picked it up.

"I'm sorry but the live stream has to be cut short. Our master wants us to bring the two Ninjas to him and find the other color Ninja charms. So now that we have the Yellow and Purple Ninja's it's only a matter of time before our master Judas breaks free from his prison to spread his greatness and you all will become his loyal servants." The strange figure explained before breaking the camera forcing the live stream to end.

Martha and Natalie stood there staring at the phone in shock before they ran up to the entrance of the alleyway they were in and took a look around the corner with Natalie's mirror. The two saw the strangers leaving the cafe with both Stella and Carol unconscious. The strangers then got into a strange van with tinted windows. That was enough to tell Natalie and Martha that it was time to save the day, even if neither of them liked the two bullies.

So Natalie called out "Purple Ninja, it's time to Purify!" while Martha called out "Yellow Ninja! Let's Shed Some Light!" and both of them transformed into their colored ninja persona.

Once fully transformed the two followed the van from the rooftops, making sure to keep it in their line of sight so they wouldn't lose it. Soon they arrived at the docs of the city where shipments bringing stuff from across the sea would drop off and pick up their deliveries. The Purple and Yellow Ninja's both watched from atop of the shipment crates and waited for the perfect moment to strike.

As they sat there and watched they saw as the strange figures came out of the van with Carol and Stella still unconscious. They then tied the girls wrists and ankles up with zip ties and made sure they were tight enough so they couldn't move.

One figure then said to another one, "alright wake them up."

"Of course it would be my pleasure to." The other figure responded.

They then pulled out a flask that had a strange blue liquid in it and wafted the scent of it under the two girls' noises. The strong smell of the strange substance jolted both Carol and Stella awake and when they saw where they were and that they were tied up, both were visibly scared.

"Hey! What on earth do you think you are doing?! Do you know the amount of lawyers that my dad knows! He will have you all sent right to jail for this!" Carol screamed as she struggled against her bounds.

However her words didn't phase the strange figures in the slightest and even slapped her on the face.

"We believe that with the power we have your father is nothing but a speck in the line of our power." One of the figures said.

"What's going on?! Who are you people? What do you want from us? Don't you know that we're the Purple and Yellow Ninja?" Stella asked, trying to sound intimidating but failed miserably.

"Why do you think we brought you here?" A loud bombing, strong voice asked in the distance.

The other figures all stepped aside as another one walked up into view from the shadows. This one had a black cloak just like the other ones, but this one had gold silk sewn in around the edges.

"W-What do you mean? Are you all like one of those creepy fans who stalk their idols?" Carol asked.

"Oh no, we are something much more. We are the Judas, Ninja Cult!" The figure with the golden threads exclaimed. Then all the other figures threw away their own cloaks and the girls saw that they all had Ninja suits covering their whole body and faces.

"And we serve our master and founder Judas who is locked away in an acarsaid limbo prison! However he has tasked us with finding the colored Ninja charms. And as you two clam to be the Purple and Yellow Ninja's we want you both to give us your charms. If you do we will allow you both to live." The cults top ninja (who was the figure with the gold threads) explained threatening the two of them.

"Um, Yellow, I think we should go in now!" Purple stated as she saw things were getting serious.

"Agreed! Alright I'll take the ones on my side, the left, Purple, you take the ones on the right." Yellow explained quickly.

"On it!" Purple exclaimed.

The two then split to the two sides and ran to where their sides were, quickly before the cult did anything to Carol and Stella. Once they were at their two sides they two threw their smoke bombs. As soon as the smoke was released the two ninjas jumped down and got into fighting positions. The cultists turned around and the sudden colored smoke appeared around them.

Once the smoke cleared the cultists saw the Purple and Yellow Ninjas, they also realized that Carol and Stella were in the same place at the same time as them. So it didn't take a genius for them to put the pieces together and realized that the two of them had lied.

"They Lied to us and everyone!" One cultist angrily screamed.

"Sir what do we do with these two liars?" Another one asked.

"Take them to the ocean, they can't swim when tied up, but to make sure, go on and tie some cinder blocks to their feet. It'll teach them a lesson for making a bunch of fools out of us." The top ninja explained in a dark tone.

When the girls heard that they felt their stomachs drop out of their bodies. However Purple and Yellow Ninja quickly composed themselves as they had to act fast if they didn't want the two girls to be killed.

Before any of the cult Ninja's could grab the girls, Yellow threw her scarf out and wrapped up two of them in it before bashing them into other cultists. Purple meanwhile ran up to the cultits on her side and punched the first one she saw before kicking another one that tried to attack her. She then copied what Yellow did with her scarf and threw it at one of the cultists before bashing them into others.

"Alright you sorry excuses for ninjas! Time for my Yellow Ninja Sticky Bombs!" Yellow Ninja called out before throwing some yellow balls at some cultits who were charging at her to attack.

The balls managed to hit the cultists and once they did they exploded into a yellow sticky mass that looked similar to honey; however Yellow knew that it wasn't honey as she did taste it to see and found out that it wasn't.

"Okay, well let's see what I'm packing!" Purple exclaimed and reached into her suit to see what it had in store.

Some Ninja cultists ran up to her and she threw out some black and purple balls when they could. Once they made contact with the cultists they exploded into purple glitter that had coated all of them.

"What! What's that meant for?! Party tricks?!" Purple asked angrily after seeing what those bombs did.

"Ahh! Why are my hands fish!" One of the ninja's screamed when they looked down at their hands, that seemed to be normal.

"W-what's going on?! Why is everything made of jelly beans, candy canes, and other candy?!" Another one asked as they looked around the environment.

"AHH! BEARS! BEARS! BEARS!" Another one screamed in fear. When Yellow saw what was going on she busted out laughing her head off as she saw what was going on.

"OMG! HA! LOOKS LIKE THOSE CAUSES HALLUCINATIONS! LIKE THEIR TRIPPING BALLS! HA!" Yellow laughed at the scene of insanity in front of her

"Okay, I'm gonna have to practice more later and see what else I got before the next battle hits." Purple commented as she saw this and felt slightly bad for them, but not entirely considering what they were about to do.

"Ugh! All of them are useless, if you want something done right, you do it yourself." The top ninja stated as he pulled out a sword he had in his sword container.

The two Ninja's looked and saw the top Ninja with a big and strong looking sword out. At first they wanted to fight, but quickly remembered that they haven't trained much in sword fighting. Plus he potentially had way more experience than them as he was the top ninja of the cult and that told them he must have had the most training to get that position. So they quickly ran up to Carol and Stella, grabbed them, and took out their smoke bombs.

"We'd love to take you out, but unfortunately that will have to wait." Yellow stated.

"Yes, we're still new and we're not stupid to fight someone more experienced than us in sword fighting. Especially if they are willing to kill and hurt others." Purple stated with a ferm look on her face.

The two then smashed their smoke bombs to the ground, creating a window of opportunity to escape before anything else happened. The top ninja growled at this, but internally swore that they will fight one day.

Soon the two ninja's had returned Carol and Stella to the Cafe and when they got their police and some adults who are believed to be their parents were outside. Purple cleared her throat, which got the attention of the parents and authorities. When the parents saw their daughters they were overwhelmed with so much relief and joy that they ran up to the two girls.

"Oh Carol! You're safe! I'm so relieved." Carol's dad said.

"And Stella, you're okay too! I'm so glad!" Stellas Mom exclaimed.

"Yeah, we're fine." Stella said.

"Yeah, and we had to help them out as they told a lie that caused them to be kidnapped in the first place." Yellow explained as she and Purple used their daggers to cut off the zipties that they neglected to take care of.

"Wait, a lie? What lie?" Stella's mom asked.

"They claimed to be us, and that caused a big problem, as some psychos had kidnapped them." Purple explained.

"WHAT! THEY LIED!'' Everyone heard Steve yell.

The parents, Carol, Stella, and the two ninjas looked and saw Steve standing there with his phone in his hand. Based on the look on his face they all could tell he heard everything.

"Yes, they did, and I hope that this will be a lesson on identity theft and lying!" Yellow stated both angry and firmly.

Stella and Carol both sunk into their clothes when they heard what Yellow had said.

"Yellow, Purple, please accept my apologies! Carol's mother spoils her all the time and she turned out like this. I'll try and do my best to set her on the right path and straighten her attitude!" Carol's father explained.

"Same here! I'm dreadfully sorry for my daughter's behavior as well! And the lie she had told!" Stella's mother apologies as well.

"All is forgiven, just make sure they never do this again! Now we gotta go, it's getting late and we're tired." Purple explained. She and Yellow then left to detransform and go home to rest up.

"Well thanks for wasting my time!" Steve angrily said before storming off.

Later in the day Natalie and Martha were in the living room watching TV and eating some leftovers. Martha's dad was already asleep from the tiring day at the bakery, and Natalie's mom was working overtime because of some other employees getting sick. The two girls were exhausted from the day they had so they wanted to just rest and chill out.

"OMG! I didnt expect that Juda's guy to have a cult following. Now I'm left with who knows how many questions!" Martha exclaimed.

"Me to... but I'm worried about when we'll have to fight them again." Natalie explained.

"Hey cous, don't worry, as long as we both train and test out our gear and powers, then those creeps won't stand a chance against us!" Natalie exclaimed with confidence.

"Hmm... your right cous, hey your dads going out tomorrow right? To do some cake deliveries?" Natalie asked.

"Yeah, why's that?" Martha asked.

"Well when my mom leaves for work tomorrow we can practice in our rooms, we just need to avoid making an unexplainable mess." Natalie explained.

"Well I have already figured out what does and doesn't explode for most of my things... sure why not!" Martha exclaimed.

Natalie smiled at this and went back to watching TV, excited to test out her ninja gear, and still worried about the next time she and Martha will have to fight the cult again.

Purple Ninja

Chapter 3 First Fight

After visiting the principal's office Natalie and Martha were now heading to her new locker. The two stopped right outside a room that had ninja posters, stars, and swords posters on the door.

"Wow, what's that room?" Natalie asked when she saw what was on the door.

"Oh that, that's the ninja fanclub room. I'm the vice president of the club and we meet up their three days a week after school." Martha explained.

"Really? What do you all do in their?" Natalie asked.

"Well we practice ninja fighting techniques, study the history of the art of ninjutsu, and practice with fake versions of ninja weapons used throughout history. Basically anything that involves a ninja we do." Martha explained.

"Wow you and the other members of the club must be super fans." Natalie commented after hearing what Martha does in her club.

"Hehe, well that's why it has the name. You know I've always dreamed of becoming a ninja myself, and even if I lost one of my legs, I'm still determined to do it. I'm not going to let anything or anyone stop me from my dreams!" Martha declared.

"I bet, knowing you, you'll do anything you put your mind to and no one can convince you otherwise." Natalie pointed out.

"Yeah, anyway let's get your things in the locker and I'll show you around the school." Martha said.

Natalie nodded and she looked into her locker, nothing about it was out of the ordinary as she hadn't decorated it yet. Nothing was inside it, but she planned to decorate it as soon as possible.

"Alright, I can make this look much nicer than it is." Natalie said as she observed the locker.

"I know you will, and I can't wait to see what you'll do with it." Martha said.

With the locker out of the way Martha started showing Natalie around the school. As the two were walking around the place they heard some girls laughing, however it wasn't a laugh of enjoyment, it was more of mockery. Martha and Natalie ran to the source of the laughs and when they reached said source the two couldn't believe what they saw.

A girl with red hair, freckles, an animal printed sweater, brown pants, and brown shoes was on the floor crying. There were two other girls who both had fancy and expensive clothes standing over the poor girl laughing at her. One of the girls who had blond hair then poured a bottle of water over the girl and laughed at her.

"Aww, did I do that? Sorry but I couldn't help it. I thought it'd make you smell better as you sink like an animal. Then again what do I expect from a girl who works in a filthy animal shelter." The blondie mocked.

When the two cousins saw this they both were filled with anger as they hated seeing others get bullies. Martha and Natalie got up and marched over to the two bullies.

"Hey! How dare you speak to her that way!" Natalie stated angrily. The two girls looked over at the cousins and glared at them angry.

"What did you just say to me?" The blond girl asked in a snarky way.

"I said! How dare you speak to her that way, you disgusting excuse of a human being!" Natalie stated in a firm angry tone.

"I was just stating what was true, she smells!" The blond girl said.

"No she doesn't! Now I want you to go away now! After all I can get you both into detention for bullying!" Martha explained angrily.

Once the girls saw Martha was involved they backed away as she was very intimidating. It didn't help that she could indeed get them sent to detention as she was on good terms with the principal and most teachers in the school. So she just had to say the right words and they'd be busted and in big trouble.

"Ugh, whatever Martha, come on Stella, let's go before their lameness rubs off on us." the blond girl said to her minion. Stella nodded and followed the blond girl as the two walked away and to who knows where now.

Once they were gone Martha and Natalie helped up the girl the two were bullying backup on her feet. "Hey, Shara you good?" Martha asked.

"Y-Yeah thanks Martha, and um... who's this?" Shara asked as she noticed Natalie standing next to her.

"Oh this is my cousin Natalie, she just transferred and I was just showing her around before we left for our field trip." Martha explained.

"Really? Well nice to meet you Natalie, I'm Shara, and if you need any answers to any animal questions then just come to me. I'm a genius at the topic so I can answer any question you have regarding animals." Shara explained.

"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind." Natalie said.

"Well we gotta go now, my clock tells me that the bus is about to arrive so we better head outside." Martha explained.

"Oh right it is that time. I just need to grab something out of my locker as I'll need them on the field trip." Shara explained.

"Alright, we'll see you around Shara, let's go Natalie, you're going to love where we're going." Martha explained.

Natalie nodded and followed her cousin to the front of the school. After some time the bus had arrived and all the students who were going on the field trip were loaded onto the bus in an orderly fashion. All the students were paired up while on the bus, Natalie hoped to be paired up with her cousin as she felt more comfortable around her. However to her dismay her and Martha were not paired up and Martha ended up with someone called Cris.

Soon Natalie's partner was given to her and she blushed when she saw who it was once they sat next to her. Her partner was David and she didn't know what to say to him to create some kind of conversation. Soon the bus started moving and Natalie was nervous about being sat next to David. The two sat next to each other without saying a word to each other, so the whole way there was spent in an awkward silence.

After an hour the bus arrived at its location and Natalie looked outside the window she was sitting next to and saw where they had arrived. The place was an old ninja temple that was just on the outskirts of the city. There were no other buildings for miles and the place was surrounded by forest for miles to come.

The students then all filed out of the bus and stood in line as their teacher did a head count. Once she made sure that she had all students on the list she told the bus driver he could go and come pick them up in about two hours. The bus driver nodded and drove away, once he was out of sight the teacher started explaining the plans for the trip.

"Alright students you all are allowed to explore around the temple for the first half of the trip. Then we'll all head out to the center room for a lesson regarding this temple and its history. And remember you're only able to go to certain areas of this place, go into a restricted area then you'll be getting detention for two months." The teacher explained.

Everyone nodded and she dismissed them, which allowed them to go out and explore the temple as much as they wanted. "Hey cous I wanna show you some of my favorite spots around here!" Martha exclaimed.

"Alright! I've never been here before so I'd like to see what it's got." Natalie said.

Martha squealed and grabbed Natalie by the wrist and dragged her to her favorite spot. As they ran they passed by an old lady who was working on the sand garden. When they ran past her she looked up at them and in that moment she saw the ring that Natalie had on her hand. Once that ring went into her line of sight she continued to stare at it in shock till the girls were no longer in sight. With Natalie and Martha out of sight the old lady stood there for several seconds that felt like hours as time slowed down to her.

Five more seconds had passed before she whispered to herself "She has the charm. So it's true that he's gone, oh Chris, I wish I could've helped you but I'm too old. Thankfully it did what it always does and found its way to its new wearer. I better keep an eye on her and make sure to tell her what she needs to do in case something happens. I just hope she'll be able to keep her identity a secret from everyone and those dark cults. Hmm and that other girl, I can sense the same thing from her as I did with you Chris. I'll need to see if she's worthy of holding a charm as well."

The old lady then finished up the garden as quickly as she could before putting the tool away. She then followed in the same direction that Martha and Natalie went in to keep her eye on them. Meanwhile Shara was at the temple's fish pond, watching the cute little fishes swim around in the lake. She threw some fish food that one of the temple keepers gave to her, and watched as the fish ate the food. She smiled at the sight, enjoying herself very much on this trip. Watching the fish swim around and eat was very relaxing.

However this joyful moment was cut short once she felt someone grab onto her and throw her into the lake. The fish swam away in a panic as Shara was thrown into the water. Shara pushed herself above the water and coughed as some water got into her mouth and nose. She then heard laughing behind her and she looked to see Stella, and the blond girl named Carol pointing at her while laughing.

"AHAHAHA! Look a smelly fish where it belongs!" Carol laughed.

"HA! Yeah she should learn where she belongs, and that's with her own kind. A smelly animal with other smelly animals HA!" Stella laughed.

Hearing their awful words Shara began to tear up before bursting into tears and running out of the lake and into the nearby forest. The two bullies continued laughing as Shara ran into the forest till she could no longer hear them.

Once their laughter was gone Shara sumped to the ground resting her back on a large and old oak tree. She wrapped her arms around her legs and cried into her knees as the current events replayed in her mind.

Meanwhile in a dark place a deep black figure opened his blood red eyes as they sensed something.

"Ah what's this now? Shame, humiliation? Haha, a perfect prey for my corruption." The figure siad.

They looked into a mirror that showed earth and managed to find the person who they were talking about. They found Shara and smiled evilly when they saw and felt the despair she was currently feeling. They raised their hand and a black gooey substance dropped out of the palm of their hand.

"Go my corruptor and coat her heart in black so I can turn her to my name." The figure said as she blob sunk into the mirror and entered earth.

It landed next to Shara who was still crying her eyes out, it slithered up to her without her noticing and saw a bear shaped pin on her sweater. It leaped up and merged into the pin, once it had merged into her pin Shara stopped crying and looked up with an angry expression on her face.

Her eyes turned completely black and she heard a voice say "Hello Beast Pouncer, I'm Judas and I can help you get revenge on all those who mock you. I'm giving you the power of every animal on earth and you can control an animal's actions too. All I ask is that you find me all of the colored Ninja charms in return. Do we have an agreement?" Judas asked.

"Hehe, yes we do my lord. I'll show everyone who mocks me the true power of animals and I'll find the charms for you as well." Beast Pouncer said as she got up and a black haze had surrounded her whole body.

Meanwhile Natalie and Martha were looking at ninja weapons and posters. Natalie was impressed by how this place had so much history regarding ninjas.

"Wow okay this place is impressive. I'm so happy I can see it, it's awesome, I can see why you love it cous." Natalie said.

"Yeah, Ah I feel at home here, surrounded by the cutler and art of ninjutsu." Martha explained.

"I wonder what else this place has in store for us?" Natalie asked.

After she said that the two heard a loud crash of something breaking and not a moment later all the other students' screams were heard. Concerned Natalie and Martha ran outside to see what was going on, when they got outside they saw that the thing that was broken was a pot. They then saw what had thrown it in the first place, a creature that had the head of a lion, the belly of a crocodile, tail of a dog, gills of a fish, wings of a bird, and legs of a cheetah.

"Raaww! You all shall tremble in fear of Beast Poncer! I shall show you all the true power of animals Raww!" Beast Pouncer roared loudly before grabbing another pot and throwing it again.

This time it was close to the entrance that Natalie and Martha were close to. The two cousins quickly took cover inside as the pot crashed into the entrance.

"Wow! Okay what on earth was that?!" Natalie asked, surprised by what she had just seen.

"I have no clue, but it would be cool if that thing wasn't attacking everything!" Martha explained as she sat up.

"It's one of Judas' dark super servants. It looks like he corrupted one of your classmates and turned them into one of his minions." An old weak voice explained.

The two girls turned around and they saw the same old lady who was working in the garden earlier.

"Wow wow! Who are you?! And how do you know what's going on?!" Martha asked, confused and surprised by the old lady's knowledge of what's going on.

"My name is Eri and I'm the guardian of the color Ninja charms. I've seen Judas doing this since I was a little girl. He prays on those who are feeling down and uses his darkmagic to corrupt them and turn them into his servants." Eri explained.

"What?! You're joking right?! There's no way that's possible?!" Martha explained not believing what this lady was saying.

"I'm sorry to say but It's nothing but the truth, however there is a way that it can be fixed. We will need the purple ninja and with their powers they will be able to reverse everything." Eri explained.

"Well where are they then!?" Natalie blurted out as she was getting incredibly tense from what was happening.

"Oh my dear, it's you, you have the purple ninja charm on your finger right now." Eri explained.

Natalie froze for a moment before she looked down at her hand that the ring was still on.

"If you don't believe me then just repeat these words and you'll see. Purple Ninja, it's time to Purify!" Eri explained.

"Um... Purple Ninja, it's time to Purify?" Natalie said not sure what else to do because of the shock.

As soon as those words came out of her mouth Natalie was surrounded by a purple light and her ring glowed purple as well. "Wowow! What's happening?!" Natalie asked in shock and fear as her apparel started to change.

A purple mask was formed on her head with her hair being put up into a ponytail and it went through a hole in the mask. The mask was mostly purple with the trims around her hair, eyes, and jaw were black. Purple ribbons then wrapped around her chest and they transformed into a ninja top. The main part was purple while the clothing around her neck, waist, and around her arms were black. The same ribbons then wrapped around her arms all the way down to her finger tips. They then transformed into sleeves for the suit and the bicep parts were purple while the triceps and fingers were both black. Finally the ribbons wrapped around her legs and feet transforming into pants and boots. The soles of the boots were black while the rest were purple, the shins of the pants were purple while the thighs were black till it hit the waist where a purple scarf wrapped around her waist and then to her neck.

Once the transformation was complete Natalie took a look at herself. When she saw what had happened she screamed as she had become a totally different person.

"W-WHAT THE HECK!? WHAT'S THIS?! H-HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!" Natalie asked in shock as she looked at the ninja suit and pulled at it to see if she could remove it.

However the suit wasn't coming off as if it was stuck to her and this freaked her out even more.

"Wow! What in the world! Hey Lady! What the Hell happened to my cousin!" Martha asked as she watched her cousin become a ninja.

"She's now the purple Ninja, and now she can use her new powers to defend the city from Judas and his evil plans." Eri explained.

"W-What?! Does that mean what I think it means?!" Natalie asked with worry as she started putting the pieces together.

"Yes, that means you'll need to fight that creature and find the object that became the source of corruption." Eri explained.

"Oh NO! No I-I can't fight against that thing! I-I've never been in a fight before in my life I-I cant! I-" Natalie was saying till she felt Martha's gentle hand on her shoulder. She looked at her cousin and saw she had a look of confidence and reassurance on her face.

"You can do this course, because I'm gonna help you." Martha explained.

"W-What?!" Natalie asked, confused and surprised.

"You heard me, I'm gonna help, I've been dreaming about becoming a ninja my whole life and this is a chance for me to use my skills. And we both know it's better to have help rather than trying to do something that's too big for you to do alone." Martha explained.

Natalie smiled at this and gave Martha a big hug, happy that her cousin was going to help her in battle.

"I was hoping you would say that, so Miss, Martha, I have something to help you in battle." The old lady said.

"What's that?" Martha asked as she looked at Eri with confusion as she said that. Eri then pulled out a bracelet with a yellow gem in the center of it and a white chain.

"Martha I'm proud to entrust you with the Yellow Ninja charm. You shall be its new holder and use it for the greater good. However once you transform you will become a part of Natalie's mission to fight against this evil. Are you willing to risk your life and safety for this?" Eri asked, letting Martha know what she was getting into.

Martha's face became firm and she nodded as she was willing to risk it all for her cousin. Eri smiled and allowed Martha to take the charm out of her hand. Once Martha had put it on, the gem's yellow color disappeared and she waited for Eri to tell her what she had to do.

"Now all you need to say is, Yellow Ninja Lets Shed Some Light!" Eri exclaimed.

"On it! Yellow Ninja! Let's Shed Some Light!" Martha called out and the gem glowed yellow and Martha was surrounded by a yellow light.

A mask was formed over her eyes where the eyes were white. Her hair turned yellow and was braided up in the back of the mask, so it wouldn't get in her way. Her body was then wrapped up in yellow ribbons and once formed into the outfit the belt, midsection, neck, and shoulders were white while the rest was yellow. Yellow ribbons then formed on her arms, the hands were white while the rest was yellow. Finally her legs and feet were wrapped in the yellow ribbon, once they formed into the clothes, the soles of her feet were white along with her knees, and waist, while the rest was yellow.

Once the transformation was complete Martha was impressed, she loved the suit, especially the mask as it reminded her of the ninja turtles masks, of course her eyes were covered up with a white see thru fabric.

"HA! This is gonna be awesome! Come on cous! Let's go fight this thing and save everyone!" The Yellow Ninja declared.

"Alright! Let's do this!" The Purple Ninja said, now feeling more confident with help by her side.

The two ninjas then reached into their pockets to see if there was something in them, and to their delight there was. The two both pulled out smoke bombs that matched the color they were, they threw the smoke bombs down to the ground and a yellow and purple smoke filled the area, which allowed them to exit the building without being seen.

Meanwhile outside students and employees were screaming and running away from Beast Pouncer as she destroyed the area.

"What in the world is that thing?" Stella asked.

"I-I don't know, but it is hideous, although not as hideous as that Shara Haha!" Carol laughed, however she didn't realize that her laughter had attracted Beast Pouncer's attention and when she saw them her fury became even stronger.

She pounced over to the two girls, which caused them to scream and try to run away; unfortunately they weren't fast enough and Beast Pouncer had caught them.

"You! It's time you understand how I had felt for so long!" Beast Pounder Roared in their faces.

"W-What are you talking about?!" Stella asked as she struggled in her grip.

"Yeah, we didn't do anything to you Beast Pouncer!" Carol said hoping that would get her to let them go.

However this had the opposite effect as Beast Pouncer only got more angry and roared again at them. "It's me! Shara! You both had called me a number of names and hurt me in many different ways! Well now it's time I finally let you both know how I've felt for all these years!" Beast Pouncer declared.

She then tightened her grip on the two girls, threatening to kill them when she felt something being thrown at her.

"Hey! You leave them alone, Beast Pouncer!" A voice called out.

"Yeah! Even if they are bullies, we'll still protect them as it's what heroes do!" Another voice called out. Beast Pouncer looked back and saw two ninja's standing on top of the temple's roof. One was in a purple suit while the other was in a yellow suit.

"Beast Pouncer! Those two had two of the charms I'm looking for! Attack them and take their charms!" Judas commanded.

"Understood sir!" Beast Pouncer replied and threw the two girls aside like rag dolls and jumped at the two ninja's. Purple Ninja jumped out of the way while Yellow Ninja jumped towards the two girls and grabbed onto them.

Once on the ground Yellow Ninja put them down and said, "You two get to safety! Me and Purple Ninja will Handle this!"

Yellow Ninja then jumped back into the fight. Purple Ninja meanwhile was running away from Beast Pouncer, however it was harder than it seemed as she had the speed of a cheetah.

"Oh crap, Oh crap, oh crap! What am I meant to do?!" Purple Ninja asked as she realized she had no idea what she was doing.

Beast Pouncer then jumped up and tried to grab on Purple Ninja, however a yellow scarf wrapped around her legs and yanked her back harshly. She growled and looked back to see that it was Yellow Ninja who had pulled her back.

"Raw! Your charm shall belong to Judas!" Beast Pouncer roared as she started charging at Yellow Ninja.

Yellow Ninja braced herself when a light flashed in her eye. She looked and saw Eri hiding in the trees using a mirror to shine some light towards her in order to get her attention.

Eri then pulled out a sign that read "Say Blinding Light! It'll allow you to temporarily blind your opponent, but be careful though, you can only use it once before you have ten minutes before you transform back."

After quickly reading it Yellow Ninja nodded and faced Beast Pouncer again. "Let's do this! Blinding Light!" Yellow Ninja called out and a bright light appeared on her hands.

She then threw the light directly into her face, this indeed caused Beast Pouncer to go blind for a while. She screamed in pain as she covered her eyes trying to get them to revolver. As she stood up Yellow Ninja noticed a black pin on her chest, so she believed that's where the corruption was.

"Yellow! You alright?!" Yellow Ninja heard Purple Ninja ask. She looked behind Beast Pouncer and saw Purple Ninja standing behind her with a worried look on her face.

"Yeah! On the Pin! It's black and I think that's where this corruption thing is!" Yellow called out while pointing to the pin. Purple Ninja looked and saw the pin, once she saw that it was indeed black she had to believe that's where it was, however she didn't know how to undo it without hurting Shara.

Then a flash of light was caught in her eye, and when she looked she saw Eri hiding in the tree line. She had another sign with her and it read "Call out Purife Bloom and aim it at the pin, it can destroy the corruption and return your friend back to normal."

After reading it Purple Ninja nodded and faced Beast Pouncer again with a determined look on her face. She then called out "Purify Bloom!" and took aim right at the pin. A purple blast was instantly shot out of her hand and once it made contact with the pin, the blackness around it was surrounded with a purple haze. The haze was then turned into blooming flowers and the pin was restored to normal, that wasn't all that was restored to normal as a black haze surrounded Beast Pouncer and she turned back into Shara.

"Ugh, W-what happened?" Shara asked as her senses came back.

"It's alright, you're alright." Purple Ninja said as she walked up to Shara and helped her up. Shara looked at Purple ninja and was shocked by what she was seeing; Yellow ninja then came into her line of sight which made her even more shocked.

"Wow! Who are you two?" Shara asked.

"We're um... I'm Purple Ninja, and this is Yellow Ninja!" Purple Ninja explained.

"Wow, you two are awesome." Shara said, shocked by what she was seeing.

"That's not even scratching the surface!" The three heard a voice call out. They looked and saw that the other student and the teacher had all ran to the area and they all looked amazed.

"What we just saw now was so incredible that awesome isn't enough!" A boy exclaimed with his eyes sparkling.

"Why thank you, we're just doing our jobs and protecting the innocent." Yellow Ninja explained.

"Hey I'm Steve and I'm a part of our school's report club, can you spare some time and answer a few questions?" Steve asked.

"Um, we'd love to, but we gotta go! Come on Yellow! Maybe we can answer your questions later!" Purple Ninja blurted out before her and Yellow split, leaving behind a disappointed Steve.

Ten minutes later Martha and Natalie had transformed back and were now making their way back to the temple as they went a little way into the woods. Thankfully they both knew the way back so they weren't worried about getting lost. As they were walking Martha looked to Natalie who was looking at her ring with a worried look on her face.

"Hey cous, you alright?" Martha asked.

"I-I don't know, I-I don't even know if I can process all of this. My dad was murdered, mom and I moved here, and now we both have charms that turn us into ninjas with magical powers... It's a lot to take in." Natalie explained unloading the dump truck of everything that just changed in her life.

"Yeah I bet it's a lot to take in, but hey I'm not gonna let you go through this alone. I'll be with you every step of the way, and in every fight that comes our way." Martha explained, reassuring Natalie.

"Really? Thanks Martha I'm lucky to have a cousin like you in my life." Natalie said grateful for Martha's words.

"Anything for my cousin, now come on let's go! I believe that Miss Mason is looking for us by now so let's hurry before she starts worrying." Martha explained.

Natalie nodded and the two raced back to the temple before their teacher began to worry about them. As they ran they both felt like that this was the start of an amazing journey for them. They also felt that all of this is just the beginning of something big and intense for them and possibly the whole world.
