Even with the lacerations on his arms, he brought them around you, bringing you closer to his person and the warmth from each of you seeped to the other in an even exchange.

Wakatoshi kissed you once below your collarbone.

And he kissed you a third time, slow and unhurried, as if your father’s guards weren’t on their way to these exact chambers on your worried, red lips.
