Haikyuu Boys X Fem! Volleyball Player Reader.
a/n : I've always imagined y/n joining Karasuno's team as a female player.. and the general dynamics between her and teammates <3
Pure fluff 🍰
Characters: Kageyama - Nishinoya - Oikawa - Kuroo.
Tumblr media
PLOT: Y/n transferred to karasuno High school as a second year student. She couldn't find a girls volleyball team in Karasuno, so she did everything she could to join the boys volleyball team. Proving her skills and abilities, she's now the only female Wing Spiker in Karasuno's boys volleyball team.
Kageyama Tobio:
Basically you're like fire and ice, constantly bickering.
Would find a difficulty to adjust to you at first concerning his tosses.
Both of you would fight a lot.
You always end up getting scolded by Daichi.
When the two of you are angry with each other he refuses to toss the ball to you and toss it to the others instead.
Tsukki always calls Kageyma king of the court and he calls you queen of the court, in am offensive way of course.
“It's not that high y/n, you're just short”
“Ugh boke y/n boke”
“KAGYEMA I'M YOUR SENPAI”.
It makes you fuel with anger, you would hit him with a ball.
When you finally perfected your harmony on the court, you became a powerful duo, unbeatable literally beating the shit out of your opponents.
Enjoying the art of playing together. Spending a lot of time practicing together he developed a subtle crush on you.
But hell no he won't admit it.
The tsundere in him fiercely guarded his actions towards you.
He couldn't help the small cute gestures towards you, leaking his feelings out.
He enjoys drinking milk so so he would buy you some before or after practice.
Makes sure you're eating well when the coach treats you to lunch/ dinner.
“Eat more rice y/n”.
Everyone else in your team noticed his shift in action towards you, and how he softens when he talks to you.
When one of your opponents hits on you he'd give them his famous death glare.
Scares them away with his strong, terrifying aura.
Watches you with a smirk and heart eyes when you jump in the air and forcefully hit the ball over the net.
Would look at you proudly, whenever you score, he's always secretly admired your volleyball skills.
Would attempt to compliment you “nn-nff-nice”.
Starts a fight with Oikawa if he flirts with you, getting a lot of teasing in return.
Nishinoya Yū:
Aside from being teammates, both of you are classmates as well.
You have the best dynamics in the whole team.
Always sitting next to each other in class.
You end up in detention because you can't shut up in class and always has something to laugh or talk about.
Treats you to ice cream every single day after practice turning you into a sweet tooth.
Bestfriends for life, literally inseparable.
Teaches you the Rolling Thunder move.
Helps you master your receives, if you help him with school work.
Your number one supporter, literally in everything.
Comes over to your house a lot, mainly because he's struggling with homework or exam revision.
You joke around a lot, and laugh really loudly, Daichi gets mad at you all the time.
Hypes you up the most on court when you score.
“THATS MY BESTIE”.
Offers a lot of high fives and big hugs to celebrate your victory.
Very protective over you, especially during tournaments.
Along side with Ryu, they would literally jump on anyone who tries to get your number or flirts with you.
Him and Ryu are your protectors, personal bodyguards.
Has all of your secrets ( knows about the crush you have on Kags).
He's the type to be very obvious when your crush is around.
He's the type to look at person in the eyes right after you said “don't look”.
Oikawa Tooru:
The moment he saw you walking his direction he thought you were one of his obsessed fangirls.
Puts on a flirty expression
“Wanna take a picture with me cutie? wanna take my sign- huh?”.
But you'd walk past him, totally ignoring him.
“come on don't be shy.. are you a fan of the best setter in the world?”
“Yeah right, I'm a fan of Sugawara- senpai and Kageyama”.
Boy's face would drop, you did not just casually mention that Kageyama is the best setter in front of Oikawa Tooru.
In court, he would be left dumbfounded when he saw you in Karasuno's uniform.
Couldn't believe his eyes when he saw you're the only girl in Karasuno's boys team.
“YOU?”
His eyes would be glued on you the whole game and even between sets.
Shows off his strong serves
“This is for you y/n!”
You'd totally crush his ego when you perfectly received his powerful serve.
Would praise you shamelessly “Sugoi”.
Astonished when the ball passed inches away from his head but he couldn't stop it, too stunned by your spike.
“I won't lose next time y/n, put that in mind” .
A tension grows between him and Kageyama over you.
Seeing you a power duo with Kageyama stirred jealousy inside him.
Very flirty at any given opportunity resulting in him getting smacked by Iwaizumi.
“I'll teach you how to serve, even though you're already serving- Ack! what the hell Iwa-chan?!”.
Tries to analyze all the techniques and moves you use while playing.
You impress him every time.
Kuroo Tetsuroo:
He saw you for the first time when Karasuno went to Tokyo for the practice match against Nekoma.
He thought you were a manager so he didn't give it any importance.
He's not the type to go crazy over a girl.
Would say hi to your team, including you.
He would be extremely polite and welcoming.
Chuckles to himself when you and Noya screamed “IS THAT SKYTREE?!” to a normal power transmitter.
He thought it was funny, cute and adorable how you're all excited and happy to be in Tokyo.
The moment he saw you in the court in Karasuno's shirt and shorts, stretching before the match his jaw would drop.
His coach told him that you're a wing spiker and it hooked him up.
“A w-wing spiker?”
His surprise would quickly shift into respect, on how being the only girl in a boys' team didn't stop you or bother you as long as you're achieving your dream.
He became very curious as he watched your tricks and the quicks you did with Kageyama.
“Impressive!!”.
Your agility, accuracy and strategic plays made him take an interest in you.
During breaks, between sets he acknowledges your skills in front of his team.
Warning his teammates and pointing out that you're a formidable opponent and they should watch your moves.
Loves challenges, he would ask you for another practice match just to get to play against you again.
When you have time, he would practice spikes and blocks with you and Bokuto.
“Damn, you're really good at spiking”.
You would become good friends quickly and even exchange phone numbers so you can text each other when you go back to Miyagi.
Would introduce you to Kenma, his bestfriend.
Would surprise you and take you to Skytree and spoils you for the rest of the day.
Since he's the captain he would give you a lot of advice.

"“Why do you not say how things will be operated under Anarchism?” is a question I have had to meet thousands of times. Because I believe that Anarchism can not consistently impose an iron-clad program or method on the future. The things every new generation has to fight, and which it can least overcome, are the burdens of the past, which holds us all as in a net. Anarchism, at least as I understand it, leaves posterity free to develop its own particular systems, in harmony with its needs. Our most vivid imagination can not foresee the potentialities of a race set free from external restraints. How, then, can any one assume to map out a line of conduct for those to come? We, who pay dearly for every breath of pure, fresh air, must guard against the tendency to fetter the future. If we succeed in clearing the soil from the rubbish of the past and present, we will leave to posterity the greatest and safest heritage of all ages." - Emma Goldman, preface to Anarchism and other essays

It's me again, I'm throwing my two cents in and asking. What are your thoughts on the competitive side of Pokémon caring. or more accurately, Pokémon battles? Especially the gym challenge and the champions themselves? Have you ever tried the gym challange before prof?
While in my youth I did the gym challenges, it all seemed rather staged for me, and i quickly figured out that the gym circuit is built for children, by adults to instil some form of confidence and independance in the youngsters who partake. I swiftly lost interest before completing any of them, but I think my old badges are somewhere, probably rusty by now. The whole organised gym system region to region is a well funded training scheme. Youngsters travel around with pokemon to get to grips with their teams, their independence, and their skills. Gyms offer a challenge to those who never much dipped their toes into the battling world, and many don't partake or bother with it for a whole host of reasons that are all equally valid. It is not a necessity to be a great trainer, nor is it required if you simply dont wish to do it. For most, its a fun challenge, but it does hold relative weight when applying for some job types as an adult, as it proves you can independently shift around and complete a set of tasks of your own volition, using critical problem solving skills on the fly. It has a whole host of benefits, and if you enjoy it and your pokemon enjoy it, then its a great way to earn some cash and blow off some steam!
BUT, that being said, the gym circuit is a tame version of reality. It is a low level set of tasks built to help those not as confident or well versed in battles. Even the more difficult leaders and gyms are playing a role, and while they may have their pokemon trained to a skilled, practiced adults capacity, for the most part they dumb down the fights and make sure they arent impossible for opponents to face. It is meant to be a challenge, not a slaughter, so to speak.
In the real world, people dont always get this safe space to learn how to handle a battle, there is blood, there are injuries, there can be deaths, but in a gym trial, that is harshly reduced, and fatalities are rarely encountered thankfully. With this in mind, I do believe the gym trials are a vital part of some peoples journey, but once you get past them and interact with the real world, where bad guys arent pulling punches like gym leaders do, you realise that you partook in a system that was all soft edges.
the champions and various elietes you encounter are HEAVILY trained guides for peoples journeys, and while some have been dubious, perhaps they slipped through the net, or paid their way into the position, most do the job of training new generations well, and with great precision. It takes a lot to train pokemon to the level they do, and teach with every move. It's a good job, much like any educator, and provides ample reward to see trainers come and go all the more confident and prepared for the real world. The skills it takes to be a gym leader are quite high, as your pokemon have to know when to stop, and how to hit hard, but not TOO hard that you injure opponents. Its a fine line and they walk it well for the most part.
As for the higher tiers of the gym circuits, well, they prove somewhat challenging to anyone on this path, but they too are simply adults hired to do a job, should they show the right aptitude. they get paid, they go home, and most of the time it is simply another form of the education sector.
I personally dont care for it much, but i have a bias others do not, and if i step away from it, its very clear to see that the gyms and the challenges they pose have great benefits for many people and pokemon, and often they offer help and support during times of disaster, such as fires or influx of pests on crops, and the likes. It goes to show they teach people more than how to fight, Alola in particular has a very harmonious balance within its practices, encouraging trainers to do what they can to help the community, without harming too many mons in the process, and to think outside the box when problem solving. Some of the finest trainers come from alola, thanks to their highly adaptive teaching methods.
overall i'd say if you want to partake, go for it! its certainly a safe way to train, but it does not mean you wont be great with pokemon or in a battle if you dont. I certainly never finished them, i know many who never did a single one, and are fantastic trainers. It's a great aid, but not the only way to succeed. So long as you treat your team with care, you research before you get new partners, and you take into consideration their wants FIRST, as their guardians, then youre on the right track. I could go on, but overall everythin gi ever preach comes back to mutual consent and being honest and open with pokemon. They put their faith in us to help them and be their trainers, so we can only try to do our best. If they dont want to fight, pushing them is immoral.

Kismet Harmony Part 5
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5 (You are here!)
I’m sorry this is so late! I am leaving my country in an hour and I have been scrambling to get everything done before hand and am just now finding time to write and post this. I’m going to try to write more parts while I’m gone but if I managed to they won’t be posted until I return.
• Branch was the first one to get the letter, stating that Hype had been kidnapped and needed a rescue.
• Ablaze, Boom, Hype and Trickee each got a letter as well saying that someone else was kidnapped. Example Hype’s letter said Trickee was kidnapped, Boom’s said Ablaze was, the problem was they were all neighbors and after knocking on the others pods realized, they were in fact not kidnapped. For reference they don’t live in Pop village.
• Branch took Cloud Guy’s caterpillar bus to Mount Rageous, and only tried to kill Cloud Guy 3 times (wormholes were involved).
• Branch goes through the vents into Velvet and Veener’s bedroom, (they’re not famous yet! No troll to steal from me as no fame) and went towards the perfume bottle believing Hype was in it, only to find a fake.
• Branch manages to dodge the net that springs to capture him, and even manages to dodge Velvet’s grab but Veener manages to grab him.
• Branch shows that he is 100% willing to bite. Veener drops him, only for Velvet to catch and squeeze him. Not hard enough to kill him but hard enough that Branch is most definitely bruised.
• Next week both teens go to an audition, kill it, and start to quickly become famous.
• About a month later the rest of Kismet gets there letters.
Back to Kismet and John Dory after they explain what they know
• "Soooo, got any stories about Branch as a baby?" Hype asked.
• John stilled in the driver seat before slowly turning around, a wide smile slowly spreading across his face. "Stories? I have pictures."

The Secret Idol
Pairing: idol!Jeongin x reader Summary: It was a great feeling to know that he felt comfortable enough to share his biggest secret with you. WC: 1.3k Genre: fluff Nets: @blossomnet

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You strolled through the park, your mind lost in a tangle of thoughts and worries. The gentle breeze whispered through the trees, carrying with it the scent of freshly cut grass and the distant murmur of laughter. But amidst the tranquility of the park, a soft melody drifted through the air, beckoning her closer.
Intrigued, you followed the sound until you came upon a secluded bench nestled beneath the shade of a towering oak tree. There, you found a young man with a guitar cradled in his arms, his fingers dancing across the strings with practiced ease. His voice, soft and soulful, filled the air with an enchanting allure, drawing you in like a moth to a flame.
Mesmerized, you approached cautiously, not wanting to disrupt the serene atmosphere that surrounded him. You settled onto an adjacent bench, content to simply listen and absorb the music that seemed to emanate from his very soul.
As the melody continued to weave its spell, the young man glanced up, his eyes meeting yours with a warm, inviting gaze. Without a word, he continued to play, his voice joining the guitar in perfect harmony. His lyrics were like poetry, painting vivid pictures in your mind and stirring emotions you had long kept buried.
Time seemed to stand still as you sat there, lost in the music and the moment. The worries that had weighed so heavily on your mind melted away, replaced by a sense of peace and contentment you hadn't felt in ages.
Eventually, the song came to an end, the final notes hanging in the air like a lingering echo. You found yourself holding your breath, not wanting to break the spell that had enveloped you both.
The young man set aside his guitar and turned to face you fully, a small smile playing at the corners of his lips. "I hope you enjoyed the music," he said, his voice soft and gentle.
You nodded, unable to find your voice just yet. You was still caught up in the magic of the moment, the music still echoing in your ears and your heart.
"I'm glad," the young man replied, his smile widening. "It's not often I find someone who appreciates the beauty of a melody as much as you seem to."
You finally found your voice, though it was little more than a whisper. "Thank you," you said, your words carrying a depth of emotion you hadn't realized was there. "Your music…it touched something deep inside me."
The young man's smile grew even brighter, and he reached out a hand, offering it to you. "I'm glad I could bring a little joy into your day," he said. "My name's Jeongin, by the way."
You took his hand, the warmth of his touch sending a shiver down your spine. "I'm Y/N," you replied, returning his smile with one of your own.
For a moment, you both simply sat there, hands clasped and smiles shared, the world around you fading into the background. It was as if you were the only two people in the park, cocooned in your own little bubble of music and magic.
But eventually, the spell had to be broken. With a reluctant sigh, you pulled your hand away, though you couldn't bring yourself to tear your gaze away from Jeongin's.
"I should probably be going," you said, your voice tinged with regret.
Jeongin nodded, though his smile never faltered. "I understand," he said. "But perhaps we'll meet again someday."
You nodded, a flicker of hope sparking in your chest. "I'd like that," you said, rising from the bench and gathering your things. As you turned to leave, you glanced back at Jeongin one last time, committing the memory of him and his music to your heart.
And as you walked away, the gentle melody of his guitar followed you, a reminder of the fleeting but beautiful encounter you had shared with the mysterious young man in the park.
Days turned into weeks, and you found yourself returning to the park more often than you ever had before. Each time, you hoped to catch another glimpse of Jeongin and his mesmerizing music. And more often than not, your wish was granted.
Your encounters became more frequent, and before long, you were spending countless hours together, sharing laughter, secrets, and dreams. You discovered that Jeongin was not just a talented musician, but also a kind-hearted soul with a passion for life.
You talked about everything and nothing, your conversations flowing effortlessly from one topic to the next. From your favorite books and movies to your hopes and aspirations, there was no subject too trivial or too profound for you to explore together.
As you grew closer, you couldn't help but admire Jeongin's gentle nature, his intelligence, and his unwavering determination. He had a way of seeing the beauty in the world, even in the darkest of times, and his optimism was infectious.
One evening, as you sat beneath the twinkling stars, Jeongin turned to you with a hesitant smile. "There's something I need to tell you," he said, his voice tinged with nervousness.
Your heart skipped a beat, sensing the weight of his words before he even spoke them. "What is it?" you asked, your voice barely above a whisper.
Jeongin took a deep breath, his gaze fixed on the ground. "My name isn't actually Jeongin," he confessed. "It's…It's I.N."
Your brow furrowed in confusion. "I.N?" you repeated, trying to make sense of the sudden revelation.
Jeongin nodded, his eyes shining with vulnerability. "Yeah," he said quietly. "It's…a nickname. It's what everyone calls me."
Realization dawned on you, and you felt a rush of understanding flood through you. "Wait," you said, your eyes widening in surprise. "Are you…are you a member of Stray Kids?"
Jeongin's eyes widened in shock, his gaze darting up to meet yours. "How did you…?" he began, but his voice trailed off as he realized the truth was already written on your face.
You couldn't help but smile at his reaction, though you could sense the underlying tension in the air. "I'm a fan," you admitted, feeling a flush of embarrassment color your cheeks. "I've followed your group since your debut."
Jeongin seemed to relax slightly at your confession, though the tension didn't completely dissipate. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner," he said, his voice tinged with regret. "I wanted to, but…I couldn't risk it."
You reached out a comforting hand, gently squeezing his shoulder. "It's okay," you said softly. "I understand. Your safety comes first."
Jeongin nodded, a grateful smile spreading across his face. "Thank you," he said, his voice filled with sincerity. "It means a lot to me that you're so understanding."
You sat in companionable silence for a moment, the weight of the revelation hanging in the air between you both. You couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the realization that the young musician you had encountered in the park was actually a member of one of the biggest idol groups in the industry.
Eventually, Jeongin broke the silence, his voice hesitant but determined. "I wanted to tell you because…I trust you," he said, his gaze meeting your with unwavering sincerity. "And it feels good to finally be able to share this part of my life with someone outside of my group."
You felt a surge of warmth fill your chest at his words, touched by the depth of trust he was placing in you. "I'm honored," you said, your voice barely above a whisper. "Truly."
As you both sat there, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, you couldn't help but marvel at the twist of fate that had brought you together. What had started as a chance encounter in the park had blossomed into something far more meaningful—a bond forged through music, trust, and shared secrets.
And as you sat there, lost in conversation and the quiet beauty of the park, You couldn't help but feel grateful for the serendipitous moment that had brought I.N into your life.

Sunday HSR Analysis
“People often forget that when the first bird took flight, the entire world envisioned a future where… No more fledglings would ever crash to their death.”
Hsr 2.2 spoilers 👇
I think Sunday values security and safety above all. Robin tells him he doesn’t need to do everything and not relax and we also see how much he does. He’s kind of like a pastor (or preacher idk the difference) hearing ppls confessions. Sunday is definitely seen as the perfect person. A responsibile, talented, brother than handles everything. Sunday’s main internal conflict is him not being sure he’s doing the right thing. He’s trying to persuade himself that he’s just trying protect people (but mainly Robin ig). And as Aventurine’s Future says something along the lines of:
“To deceive others, you must first deceive yourself.”
I think there are multiple parallels between the two. They both value security (or a false sense of it), deceive others, and in a way, gamble. Sunday’s plan of teaming up with Ratio and getting the “aventurine” stone. His questions with the Trailblazer, Himeko, March, and Firefly were pretty risky if you ask me. And like Aventurine, has questionable ways of achieving their goals. He believes he’s doing the right, and more importantly, necessary things to keep Penacony up and running. His drive isn’t principle like he suggests at the beginning, but need.
When Welt, Sunday, and Robin talk to the Dreammaster, he speculates that they do not worship the Harmony but the Order and Sunday confirms this. He says:
“We were never the children of the Harmony… Within the foundation of law, humanity establishes civilization. And through Harmony, we obtain Order.”
This makes a lot of sense. Sunday’s truth spell doesn’t match the belief of the Harmony very well. It’s very forceful as we can see with Aventurine’s interrogation. Since we now know it’s the Order, his power matches that path perfectly. I mean, he’s a control freak like Ena the Order.
Furthermore, he keeps bringing up the bird story and it dying. When he tells Himeko, March, Firefly, and the Trailblazer the story, he asks them:
“…build a nest with a soft net where the Charmony Dove fell? Or build a cage for it, and feed it, giving it the utmost care from within the warmth of a home?”
March chooses to build a cage and protect it
Himeko chooses to build a cage and protect it
Firefly chooses to build a cage and protect it
The Trailblazer chooses to build a nest.
He then asks another question, the Trailblazer chooses the opposite of what Sunday chose.
Sunday then asked the third and final question.
“Would you still support Robin’s journey on the path of Harmony?”
The Trailblazer says yes.
Let me ask you this: How much can you blame Sunday? He wants protection, for himself and others. That’s why he follows the Order. He believes that you need force to have preace. Sunday wants to unite people under the Order.
But every planet that followed the Order shined bright but burned just as quickly.
He thinks his sister is naïve for following the Harmony and getting that bullet injury, but I would argue Sunday is just as naïve as her. None of the planets that worshipped Ena the Order succeeded in the long term. But the thing about Sunday that makes his naïveté worse than Robin’s, who is less naïve and more idealistic, is his arrogance and ignorance. Sunday is constantly reassuring himself he is a follower of the Order for the sake of Penacony and the Dreamscape.
I think Sunday’s view on humanity is pessimistic (as put in the hsr wiki) bc he detaches himself from. When he talks about, well anything in 2.2 it gives very “i’m a god and you pitiful humans are doomed.” However, he still genuinely wants to help people. I think this god-like stance is a bluff, a facade. We know from the Robin and Sunday cutscene that Sunday believes he has the be the one person that protects everyone, the person who suffers for everyone else. He has to put on a face that says “dw I got it.” Sunday thinks that he has and always will be the reliable one. He emotionally distances himself from everyone else to “see the big picture.”
When Sunday asks why does life slumber, the Trailblazer answers:
“Because someday…we will wake up from our dreams.”
This shocks Sunday. And if i’m being perfectly honest. I don’t really know exactly why. Maybe because he realizes that people (and himself) need to stop indulging into escapism. He may also be reminded he’s human. He isn’t perfect and his ideals aren’t the right solution for humanity.
And he replies:
“The night is still…too short…”
Sunday still wants to dream of something (or reminisce the past?). I’m not sure we gotta wait for him to be playable.
Before that Robin says:
“Even if that star… must hang in a perpetual night of solitude”
So that might also mean he thinks he deserves being alone or doing everything :((( this is a stretch tho
Robin also says:
“Brother… the weakness of humanity cannot be redeemed by others. Stop it… You want to achieve the paradise we promised but the Order is not the only choice! True happiness and the meaning life lie in defying Nihility and embracing all that life offers!”
Sunday wants to solve other peoples problems and humanity’s weakness
He might be nihilistic :((
He’s lonely :(
To close, Sunday doesn’t have bad motives but his execution is pretty questionable. The Order is more about control than anything (Ena and Sunday are both control freaks).
I love Sunday sm <333

and when he goes to put the little to bed the little is jumping on the bed so he tickles them some more but he eventually feeds them a bottle and sings them five little ducks?
sorry if that’s confusing

ducks and baths

wc: 780 words
warnings: lee carries reader, mentions of wearing a diaper, lee gives you a bath, written on my phone while very sleepy
a/n: not confusing at all! ive never written for babyspace before, this was fun to try! please leave any feedback you may have. i would love to get better at this
pairing: lee bodecker x gn!little!reader
summary: Lee’s little is in babyspace. he plays with you before giving you a bath and a bottle.
⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 ゚☾ ゚。⋆ ⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 ゚☾ ゚。⋆ ⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 ゚☾ ゚。⋆
Lee ate his dinner while you played on the floor by his feet. He liked it better when you were in your play area with the cushioned mat and nets to keep you in, but you needed to be close to your daddy.
You would cry whenever he set you down and walked away. Finally, he put a blanket down on the kitchen floor with some toys and let you knock down blocks as he watched. Occasionally, he would reach down and make a really tall block tower for you to knock down. He loved hearing your giggles when the colorful wood squares came tumbling down on the fleece-covered linoleum.
You’d already had a bottle, because Lee insisted on feeding you before himself. Even if he spent all day at the station, he’d make sure his baby was taken care of before he even thought about himself. He finished his chicken pot pie and washed the dishes before coming to sit on the floor and play with you for a bit.
He kept making block towers and acting shocked when you knocked them over. He made so many silly faces and gave you a little kiss whenever you laughed, he just couldn’t help himself.
Before Lee knew it, it was getting late.
“C’mon, button. ‘S time for yer bath.” He held out his hands, expecting you to raise your arms so he could pick you up. “Arms up, sugar.”
You looked at your daddy and held out a block.
“No bath, huh? My baby doesn’t want a bath?”
You giggled.
“Well that jus’ won’t do.” Lee tickled you under your chin, making you laugh and squirm. “Stinky babies get tickled, you still wanna be stinky, huh? Still wanna refuse tha bath?”
While being tickled, you managed to say “Baaa.”
Lee stopped tickling you and held your chin in his hands. “What’s that? Ya wanna take a bath now?” He used his hold on your chin to make you nod. “Alright, let’s getcha clean.”
This time, you let Lee pick you up.

The water was perfectly warm and bubbly by the time Lee placed you in the tub. He tossed in your rubber duckies, grinning at your excited squeals.
Both of you loved bath toys. You loved playing with them and seeing the toys bob up and down in the water. It was especially fun bringing a duck to the very bottom of the tub and watching it rush to the top. Lee would also put bubbles on the ducks to make them look like they had beards or tall hair.
Lee loved the toys because it kept you entertained while he washed your skin and hair. Toys were also a fun way to bond with your little self. Lee would make an absolute fool of himself just to make sure you laugh and have fond memories of playing with him.
“What’s a duckie say, baby?”
“Wah!”
“That’s right, they say quack.”
You giggled.
“Ya think that’s funny? Quack quack.” Lee grabbed a few of your duckies and made them quack at each other. He ended the “duck fight” by dunking them in the water so they could calm down. Then, he traded the situation for a more peaceful playtime with the ducks swimming in harmony.

The water got cold and bath time was over. Lee patted you dry with a fluffy towel and put lotion and an overnight diaper on you before topping it off with a lightweight onesie. It was still summer in Knockemstiff, so he didn’t want anything that was too warm for you. You usually preferred onesies at night; the compression helped you to sleep and Lee would just change you in the morning when it got hotter.
Lee took a quick shower while you sat on the couch. He rarely let you watch TV, but he turned on the cartoon channel to make sure you didn’t go anywhere. You weren’t catching much of the screen anyway with how sleepy you were getting.
A few too many slow blinks left you leaned on the armrest with the corner of a blanket in your mouth. Lee finished his shower and chuckled to himself when he saw you chewing on the fabric. He gently removed it from your mouth and picked you up, carrying you to the rocking chair.
Lee ensured you were comfortable and reached for the bedtime bottle he prepared after his shower.
“Open up, baby. There ya go,” he whispered.
Lee softly kissed your forehead and rocked the chair as you drank. You fell asleep in your daddy’s arms while he hummed a tune.

I’ve been thinking about how big reason SJ had so many problems after joining the sect is because he refused to become dependent on anyone else ever again. There are several points where we can see that the other Peak Lords had wanted to get closer to SQQ but his reactions from trauma meant everyone but YQY had given up. Had he been able to confide and find comfort in an equal I think he would have been able to build the safety net he wanted. We see that the peak lords are quick to defend each other once SY has spent sometime with them, they like being a unit. Ugh, if only SJ lived in a world where therapy wasn’t a good dicking.
the thing is, because of the way he grew up, he's always been competing with his peers, with the exception of yqy. he's of the mentality that because that being a (former) slave makes him inferior to everyone else, so he has to fight for everything: fight to keep his spot, and fight whoever threats his standing. ever since his cultivation base was ruined because of the abuse he suffered, he's become even more protective of that. his cultivation was the only real thing he had, that was truly his, the one power that no one could take away from him... and it was taken, broken. then he goes to the number one sect and he has to compete to get to the top. he wants power. he doesn't want to be under anyone else's power ever again. he wants to be the one ruling others. he wants to have the power to have how many luxuries he wants, everything he didn't get but wished for when he was young.
there's not a moment in his life where shen jiu ever learned to make friends, socialize... his most important relationships are mostly dysfunctional: qiu jianluo was his master and abuser; qiu haitang was fond of him but was naive, she's the second (since there was a slave jiejie who got sold but he remembers sleeping next to her) of the women he'll find comfort with later on; yue qingyuan is his childhood friend but they are not exactly harmonious after they reunite; ning yingying is just another qiu haitang for him while he plays the part of the master, reenacting the qiu household dynamics with lbh as the abused disciple; the other slaves he didn't like and would terrorize and compete with them if they didn't behave how he wanted, and yue qi always had to intervene for him.
sj never gets along with his peers, because in his mind they are his enemies; they want to take something from him, always. he never learns how to socialize, doesn't see value in it, and his relationship with yqy has taught him that the other person should be the one to put up with him, not the other way around.
the things he learned, he learned from leaving in the streets and later in qiu manor and for a brief period of time with wu yanzi. he didn't have a natural predisposition to be friendly and no one taught him how to make friends and the benefits of having them.
sy did, because he grew up in a loving family and had normal relationships with his peers; sy is a social butterfly, he gets along with anyone he meets unless they are an enemy. sj didn't have the benefit of such an upbringing

vulnerable jealousy — jongho/gn!reader drabble wc: 712 | genre: suggestive | @k-hotchoisan @eyeryis @sinnarols @aaasia111 @sunshineangel-reads @hwallazia @dazzlingstarrs net: @cromernet
The click of the lock echoed through the supply room, sealing you and Jongho within the confined space. The air cracked with unspoken tension, Jongho’s erratic breathing setting you slightly on edge, and it certainly did not get better when you felt his waist press against yours, his firm cock pressing into your back, making you brutally aware of its presence.
Jongho turned you around and pinned you against the shelves, his waist now pressing into your waist, the firmness only getting more apparent. You looked into his eyes and saw them burn with an intensity you had never witnessed before; a possessiveness you had barely witnessed on stage or in the studio now simmered just beneath the surface, threatening to erupt.
“Mine,” he growled, his usual melodic voice gone and replaced with a hard tone of steel.
Without giving you a second to prepare yourself, his lips claimed yours, his kiss raw and demanding, his hands cupping your face as if he was going to devour you whole. You melted into him, your body succumbing to the lust and desire. You could taste the urgency on his lips, and you could feel the slight fear in his embrace.
“Say it,” Jongho rasped against your lips as he ran his fingers through your hair and held onto the roots tightly. “Say you’re mine.”
“I’m yours,” you immediately whispered, a light gasp escaping at the end of your statement when you felt Jongho run his hands along your waist and grip tightly.
His kisses deepened as he pressed you against the shelves, his body caging you in. The passion and possession only grew when his hand cupped the underside of your thigh, your leg wrapping around his waist, his hips grinding all the more closer to yours, your gasps blending with his grunts in a sweet harmony.
“I don’t like seeing Wooyoung with you,” he confessed, his breath hot against your collarbones as he dropped his head to your neck. “I don’t like seeing him near you, I don’t like the way he looks at you, I don’t like how familiarly he touches you, I don’t like when he tries to get you to be alone with him— I don’t like it at all.”
Your heart lurched hearing the vulnerability in his tone. You had never seen Jongho so openly affected before—  to see that your bare interactions with Wooyoung got him all riled up with complete and utter jealousy and fear was an incredible sight to behold.
Jongho trusted you. He knew you would never hurt him, never betray him, but he was still afraid. He was afraid that Wooyoung was somehow going to whisk you away from him with his silver tongue and boyish charm. And he was jealous. He didn’t like how easily Wooyoung made you laugh with his dumb jokes, and then he only got more upset when he found himself laughing at the same jokes. He didn’t want to feel this way, but he reached his limit that night; and he didn’t mean to completely catch you off guard and claim you as his with such demand, but he needed you to know.
And you were grateful to know.
“I don’t want him, teddy bear,” you breathed out. Jongho let out a slight sigh of relief before leaving dark purple marks along the side of your neck. “I only want you.”
The words sparked a new wave of lust within him. He lifted you onto a sturdy shelf, his lips tracing a burning path down your exposed chest. His hands roamed beneath your shirt, igniting a feverish symphony of intimate contact and erotic gasps.
“Say it again,” Jongho demanded, his voice rough with need.
“I only want you, Jongho,” you repeated, your voice nearly shrilling as his hands slipped past the waistband of your pants and grabbed your bare ass tightly. You leaned away from him and cupped his face as your eyes locked with his and added, “I’m only yours.”
The supply room filled with echoes of your shared desire, of whispered confessions and fevered touches, of airy moans and gasps. Unbeknownst to them, staff members and other ATEEZ members passed by the secret, stolen moments between you and the man you loved.
“You are only mine.”

Sky iceberg tier 3: Revival ult
Tumblr media
Full iceberg
Sky: The Two Embers: In August of 2023, a trailer was released for a TV show for Sky about two early skykids before the downfall and the King. It’s speculated that it will be very lore-heavy and show what life was like both before and after the war and the corruption, but it could also just be a story about two skykids. Not much is known.
Ancestors: The term used for now-spirits before they died, or in other words, the people of the kingdom before the downfall.
Eden crystal explosion: It’s a popular theory that at some point, possibly due to darkstone, the real final nail in the coffin for Sky’s kingdom was the Eden crystal exploding, causing all or most of the ancestors (spirits when they were alive) to die, Eden becoming what it is today, the dark creatures becoming dark, and generally causing the way the world is now.
Beta cape: This was a gift given to people who participated in the Sky beta before the live release, and it gave access to the Office the same way the office cape does now. The two capes looked nearly identical, except the office cape has a black interior while the beta cape’s was white. Given how long ago the beta was, the cape is near obsolete today.
Cat hair controversy: In the beta version of Days of Mischief 2022, the cat hair was originally an IGC cosmetic, but during an update was switched to be an IAP. Beta testers really loved this cosmetic and interpreted this change to be TGC trying to make more money off them, and got OUTRAGED. They then switched it back to IGC because of all of it, where it remained into live release.
Second performance quest: During the second Season of Performance quest, you are tasked to tell a story through selecting multiple choice questions. All the options lead to different outcomes and endings depending on what you choose, most of which seem to be based around lore in some way (particularly the silent child routes). Here’s the flowchart of all the results you can get:
Tumblr media
Notably, the ending at the bottom of the right side seems to be referring to the King/Prince.
Color lights: In early seasons, there seemed to be an emphasis on color lights. Enchantment had you restoring the ark with them, and Prophecy had murals on the wall featuring what appeared to be some of the same lights.
Eden elder can’t be saved anymore: Speaks for itself.
Manta poaching: During the concert, specifically Warrior, you fly through memories of mantas being captured in nets and cages. After containment, they might be transported to the Citadel for manta racing (as seen in Aurora quest 3 and the backflipping champion’s memory), or to what’s now Treasure reef to be used in the creation of darkstone.
Mass migration: Particularly in Isle, there are signs that point to at one point there being a mass migration of the ancestors. The pointing candlemaker’s memory, the boats lodged in the ground, and Runaway during the the first Aurora quest and the concert are examples of this. The why is unknown.
999 heart cape: In the beta version of Sky, one of the elder gifts (the kind you get when you finish a constellation and go to Orbit) is an invisible cape that costs 999 hearts.
Old opening: Open game: As of now, in the first part of Isle, there are some candles that, when lit, reveal some murals and a couple basics of Sky lore. The text used to be slightly different though, and used to only show right when you opened the game for the first time. And before that, in Light Awaits, it was different: “In the darkness, lays a kingdom covered in clouds where, from ages long past, dwelt the spirits of light. Back then, light and dark lived in harmony, but as time went by, a kingdom prospered and had fallen. The prophecy promised its children would return to restore the light. For those were the days of winged travelers…”

Miss Earth Namibia 2023 National Costume
The leaves are made of silk organza which is a sustainable fabric, and recycled tulle fabric and green plastic leaves from recycled plastic bags. As for the glitter beaded part, these are recycled beads that have been hand glued onto mesh net. The hat is made of cardboard and covered by the beaded fabric. Now, the aloe plant, with its ability to thrive in harsh conditions of the Namibian climate, embodies the spirit of survival and adaptation that is deeply rooted in our culture. It stands tall in the face of adversity, just as the people of Namibia have for generations. When everything seems barren and desolate, the aloe blooms with vibrant, healing properties, mirroring the optimism and potential for growth that resides within us all. Aloes are not only emblematic of hope; they are also a source of sustenance and healing. For centuries, our people have turned to the aloe for its medicinal properties. Its gel, extracted from the fleshy leaves, soothes and heals, providing a remedy for the ailments of both body and soul. It symbolizes our ancestral knowledge, our respect for nature's gifts, and our commitment to sustainable living in harmony with the Earth. Choosing the Aloe Plant as a representation of Namibia is a testament to our connection with the environment, a reminder that we are the stewards of this remarkable land.

I know it's a weird line for me to draw, but I could suggest probably ten writers who could do a 10x better job writing these topics. I prefer writing Gender Neutral, so I like to keep things this way wherever possible.
I currently also have quite the pile of requests, so while my requests are open, please note it may take me quite some time to get to yours. (I work oldest > newest with the occasional non-requested fic here and there)

Games for one? Most of my experience is with dnd 5e but getting groups together is always a pain.
THEME: Solo Games
Hello friend! I see you've given me plenty of license to go wild with the recommendations, so I hope you like a nice little selection of different genres!!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Space Jellyfish Overhead, by Spring Villager.
This is an ancient place, known only as Land. The people of Land seek to live in harmony with the sea and the sky. Once a generation, a bloom of giant jellyfish fills the skies above. The Visitors descend, stay a few days, and then leave for many years. Nobody knows why they come or where they go, but the Elders teach that they are messengers from the stars.
A select few possess an innate ability to communicate with the jellyfish. Known as Jelly Watchers, these individuals journey through wild places in search of signs heralding the Visitors’ impending arrival. They listen to the jellyfish songs, learn their secrets, and share their wisdom with the people of Land.
Players journey through wild areas, seeking signs of the Visitors' arrival. The game blends introspective journaling with deep time. Players uncover lost truths, assess threats and chart a path forward for their community—all influenced by the strange space jellyfish above.
I love the premise of this game. It’s 2 pages long: rthe first page gives you play instructions and some basic setup, while the second page is an oracle that you can use by drawing cards from a playing card deck. The game occurs over four acts: Searching, Arrival, Jelly Days and Departure. You roll dice until your character finds Jellysign; then you determine what the Jellyfish looks like. Jelly Days uses the oracles on the second page to determine truths, threats and tasks conveyed through messages; you then take time to decide how your visions convey these messages. The final stage details your departure from the meeting withe the Jellyfish, as you decide how your messages are received.
Overall, if you love eerie settings and deciphering prompts in the process of creation, you’ll like this game.
Gunslinger, by KLN Games.
You’ve arrived on a strange swamp planet. A powerful curse threatens the land, and you are the only hope to stop it.
Gunslinger is a scifi-fantasy journaling TTRPG with Flintlock pistol combat. Can be finished in 2 to 3 hours. You play as a Gunslinger, a sort of freelance hunter who has been recruited to help bring an end to the decaying state of the world.
This is another game that feels more akin to a dungeon delve than an interpretive experience. You will build a character with stats and attacks, and you are given a swamp map to explore with various locations and NPCs that may help you or give you quests. The brochure itself has a very definitive style that I really like: it’s simple, but communicates the feeling of the setting.
Escape from Charybdis Station, by Kaid Brenen Sacander.
You are a Myrmidon, an elite servant of the queen of the Attala Star Empire. You stole the secret weakness of the enemy’s star-eating superweapon, and must return it home for any chance to save your people.
While fleeing your pursuers, you were caught in the FTL-disabling zone of Charybdis Station, a massive, ancient Precursor relic that has ensnared generations of careless star travelers in its net.
If there is any hope to save your home, your people, your queen, you must traverse the myriad depths of the station, battle or avoid the perilous Custodians, locate and disable the FTL dampeners, and Escape from Charybdis Station!
This is a solo game using the Firelights SRD, which is a system inspired by metroidvania video games. The game itself fits on a double-sided brochure, but it fits a lot on there. You have three approaches and a fatigue meter. As you move throughout the world, you pull from a deck of cards to determine where you are, and use them to build a map that your character will be able to explore. You also have a task that you need to fulfill: in this case, Disabling the FTL Dampeners. You will roll for events, but also to determine whether your character succeeds or fails at certain tasks. If you like a game that is less procedural and more suited for dungeon delving, this is the game for you.
The Familiar’s Rebellion, by ToriBee.
In The Familiar's Rebellion, you play the role of a magical creature bound in service to a formidable witch. Aided by a deck of tarot cards and a Jenga tower, your destiny is literally in your hands. The Major Arcana cards shape your tasks, handed down by your master, while the Minor Arcana cards weave intricate tales of your everyday life and relationships with other magical beings.
The suits of the Minor Arcana - Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles - guide your actions and choices. Navigate the demands of your servitude (Wands), manage the ebb and flow of your emotions (Cups), carefully plot your rebellion (Swords), and handle the inevitable consequences of your actions (Pentacles). Each decision you make influences the game world and determines your path towards freedom.
But the stakes are high. Pull a block from the Jenga tower each time you face a consequence and should the tower fall, your rebellion has been discovered. It's a delicate dance between obedience and defiance, comfort and risk, servitude and freedom. As a Moth, a Raven, or another mystical creature, will you gather your strength, outwit your captor, and finally taste the sweet air of liberation? Dive into this solo RPG and create your own tale of magic, cunning, and freedom.
This game might require you to acquire a tarot deck (and a Jenga tower) if you don’t currently own one, but I appreciate the way the Jenga tower can keep you in suspense. The game also looks really pretty.
In Service of the Fey, by Christina Evans.
You are in the service of the Fey. You have survived until now. You have four seasons left in their service before you will be released.
This is your story of your last year in Faerie.
In Service of the Fey is a deck and dice based storytelling game for solo play. Using a standard deck of cards and single six-sided dice, you tell the story of your year in service to the Fey and the Fey who change you for better or worse.
A short journaling game, this is a great setting for fans of high fantasy. Your character will navigate four seasons in the service of the Fae, after which they will return home. This is a pretty short game, so it’s great for folks who just want a chance to experience something interpretive to see how they feel about it.
The Hands of Gods, by KMST.
Mechs are a common sight in many stories, but where do they come from? This solo journaling game has you chronicle the lives and work of those who are responsible for making the massively complex mechs that we take for granted. To play, all you will need is a regular deck of 52 playing cards, and a way to chronicle your story.
The game consists of three phases. In Setup, you decide on the background, context, and theme of the mech and your character, as well as your playstyle. In Construction, you draw from the deck to determine what events happen as you make progress on the mech, and in Journey, you take a wider view and see how your mech fares as it goes off to battle, and what becomes of it.
Created for the MechJam of 2023, this is pretty substantial for a solo game - 18 pages long! I especially appreciate the worldbuilding tool that helps you set up exactly what kind of setting this mech game takes place in. It doesn’t assume that you want a space game - you can play fantasy, post-apocalypse, whatever your heart desires. This game is more guided than other interpretive games, asking you plenty of questions about your character’s beliefs and workplace before giving you various oracles to fuel your journal entries.
