Had a funny idea, Lupgang HC’s for the reader getting kidnapped, them going to rescue Reader only to run into the reader breaking out as they are breaking in. Not cause they didn’t think they would be rescued, just the kidnappers left them the perfect window to escape and why wait?

This took so many rewrites, so I hope this version does your ask justice!

Lupin:

-Lupin has gotten kidnapped himself more times than he can probably count.

-So when you get kidnapped he already knows the signs to look for.

-He's an attentive partner, and always has a hand around you, if he's not directly holding your hand.

-Lupin notices instantly if you're gone.

-Of course he's on top of things, tailing your kidnappers, and planning to reign hell down upon them if they even consider touching a single hair on your head.

-When he sees you climbing out a window two stories up, he can't help but smile.

-Lupin meets you halfway down the building, he needs to make sure that you're alright.

-When you've landed safely on the fire escape that he's standing on, he'll look you over for any injuries before pulling you into his chest.

-"Are you hurt? I swear, if they even touched a hair on your head I'll -"

-"Lupin, I'm fine. They were idiots, they didn't even know how to tie rope. They left me in a room with an open window."

-Once he's sure you're alright, he'll lead the way down to the ground, offering his hand to you along the way.

-For the next week straight, he is peppering you with kisses and showering you with gifts. Anything to help you get your mind off of your kidnapping, even if your snatchers sucked.

-Your kidnappers will have found an empty room and then received a note from Lupin, containing a thinly veiled threat.

Jigen:

-Jigen is fiercely protective of you, after all you're his lover.

-Once he's made aware that you've been kidnapped, either by you just missing, or a ransom note; he will raise hell to get you back safe.

-He's tracked your location down to a building and is prepared to go in, guns blazing, when he sees you calmly walking out of the building.

-At first he's confused, why would they let you walk right out?

-He pulls you into an alley as you pass, intending to ask you how you managed to walk right out; your fist in his face is the greeting he gets.

-When you realize it's Jigen who pulled you aside, you start apologizing profusely for punching him.

-"Are you okay, my love?"

-"I should be the one asking you that."

-"Oh. Yeah, their security was shit, they clearly did not know how to tie someone up."

-Jigen, sure that his nose is okay, brings you into his chest, hugging you tightly.

-"I was worried about you." He admits it so quietly, but you hear it anyway.

-"I'm okay. Honestly I was able to walk right out, one of their guards was sleeping. Seriously, they should consider a new profession. They suck."

-He chuckled at that, wrapping his arm around you tightly, guiding you to the car.

-"Anywhere you want to go, my treat."

-He will spoil you for the next week; Jigen will be silently by your side even more than usual.

Goemon:

-When he finds out that you've been kidnapped he is beyond pissed.

-He is tracking your kidnappers down even before they can think to send a ransom note.

-Goemon is prepared to do anything to get you back safe and sound.

-He has infiltrated the building that you're being kept in when you run into him, quite literally.

-His face is a sea of emotion, going from anger, to shock, to relief.

-He sheathed his Zantetsuken before bringing you into a tight hug.

-"Are you alright? They didn't hurt you, did they?"

-"I'm okay, I promise."

-As soon as Goemon is sure that you are unharmed, he'll lead you out of the building, Zantetsuken drawn just in case.

-When you are far away from the building, he asks, "How did you manage to get away?"

-"They only tied my hands and feet and left me unguarded. Not very smart of them."

-Goemon will stay close by your side until you both return to the hotel or safe house.

-While he's not generally openly affectionate, he will link his arm with yours or hold your hand afterwards. Anything to make sure you aren't going anywhere.

-"I am glad you are unharmed, I was worried for your safety."

-Goemon will take you up to the mountains as a way to distract and distance the both of you from what happened.

Gang trying not to wake you up

[Not me still being alive and all that jazz.]

[This is them getting into a shared bed if you’re already asleep.]

Lupin- While he wouldn’t wake you up on purpose (or so he says) he’s also not going to complain if you do wake up, especially if he’s just getting in from a job. It’s been so long since he’s seen you! He’s missed you! Probably will put as many kisses as he can all over your face. Regardless if he’s trying to wake you or not, he just sort of flops into bed. He’s going to land where he lands and sometimes that includes on top of you.

Jigen- He’ll do his best not to make too much noise or movement. Not only does he not want to bother you, but also when this man is ready to sleep, the only thing that he wants to do is sleep. So, to keep you from wanting to talk to him until the morning he’ll do his best to keep you asleep. Once the morning’s there, he’s more than happy to see you, but until then you both need your rest. Half of the time he ends up waking you up anyway because he can’t help wanting to hold you, and that goatee bristling against your neck is rather startling.

Goemon- You won’t even know that he had gotten back until you woke up in the morning. If he doesn’t want you to know that he’s there then you won’t. Well, it’s not so much that he doesn’t want you to know as much as he feels awful if he wakes you up. He likes to make himself stay awake for just a while longer just so he can see how peaceful you are. This has resulted in many unnerving times for you waking up and feeling someone staring at you. He doesn’t mean to be threatening, quite the opposite actually, he just doesn’t always know how to portray it. He spent his life studying the blade, not relationship etiquette.

Fujiko- She’s pretty good at not waking you up most of the time; being sure to take heels off so they don’t click on the floor, making sure to have the bathroom door closed while she’s taking her make-up off so the light doesn’t shine on you, gets into bed gently, all that stuff. However, much like Lupin, if she hasn’t seen you in a while, she’s going to wake you up at least to say. “Hi.” Tries not to often though, as she knows she hates being woken up in the middle of the night herself. The only other reason she might wake you a bit is to get you to hold her, but as soon as that happens, you’ll both be back asleep pretty quickly.

Zenigata- He would try his best to not wake you up, he really would. But, he’s so tired and would trip over three things and knock over four others on his way to the room. If by some miracle you didn’t wake up through all that, he would actually get in bed without waking you. Until about ten minutes later. Don’t be alarmed; a wild bear did not just break into your room. That’s just your overworked partner finally asleep for once in his life; his snores are a reminder that he sleeps as loudly as he does everything else in his life. Settles in and quiets down a bit if you snuggle up next to him. Apologizes for it the next morning; you didn’t have to say anything, he just knows.

Hey, I don’t know if you’re still doing this but could I possibly get a reaction to how the Lupin Gang would deal with a crush who joined the gang recently who is small and petite in typical situations. Like the first time they really notice how small, crush was handcuffed to something, they were just sitting there politely not trying to escape, next moment they have no handcuffs and escaped. Their hands slipped right through the handcuffs even on smallest level. If someone asks about that “Did you lock pick?” Crush is like “no. I’m very small” while holding their hand up to emphasise what they mean. They can fit through spaces the men (and Fujiko) can’t get through (can fit through jail cell bars and through holes in walls) ? Flip side: they can’t reach the ceiling or the top shelf. Needs step ladder.?

Lupin III

The darkness in the small room makes it hard to know where anything is, all you know is your stuck in a crate with Lupin and handcuffed the the wall. The way the metal tugs against your skin rubs your skin raw and red making it hard to adjust any.

"What a chance this must be to be locked here with you." He says with a smile pulling at his lips. Scoffing you push against your thumb with your other hand. "Sure. You're just horny." You claim. He blinks at you before sighing quiet and extending his legs. The room is so small that his feet touch the wall on either side of you. Annoyed, you grunt. A small pop filters through the air and your cuffs clatter to the floor.

Lupin's eyes widen at the sound of your cuffs hitting the floor. Taking your hands from behind you and sitting up you climb into Lupin's lap and begin working away at his cuffs. Your hot breath fans his face as you lean over to get a closer look. "Did you pick the lock?" He questions as he tries to hold his breath to keep his heart beat in check. You hum under your breath.

"No, I didn't." Hearing you say that, Lupin's eyes widen. "Seriously?" He asks.

You nod. The tight sharp feeling on his wrist suddenly falls to the side, cuffs clattering to the floor. A grin tugs at his lips. "I dislocated my thumb and slipped out." You admitted as you say back to find a way out. Just before you could pull any farther away from him Lupin pulls you back by your hips. "You'll have to show me sometime."

Heat blooms across your face in embarrassment. Lifting your hand you slap him before swatting his hands off of you. "Hush slut puppy."

JIGEN

The house is unusually quiet, it's just Jigen, Goemon, and you. Lupin left hours ago to do something, which left the three of you to yourselves for now. With this moment of relaxation, Jigen took the opportunity to lean back in bed and open up a good book. He never gets the opportunity to really sit back and enjoy the moment when lupin's around, he gets to finally let his restless leg relax while he lets his mind wander. He savors moments like these though he never truly relaxes he does get to breathe.

Although Jigen isn't usually the jumpy type, his name being called loudly from somewhere in the house makes him jolt in surprise. It sounded like you, the one person he tried to avoid. He had nothing against you, no. It's just hard for him to function when your around, you make him flustered.

"Yeah?" He sits up calling back out to you and setting his book to the side. He can feel his heart pounding in his chest just hearing your voice. "Can you come here real quick please?" You call back.

Jigen grumbles quietly to himself as he scoots off the bed leaving his book behind and strides into the livingroom. There in direct sight of him, is you standing on a step ladder stretching to reach a box of cereal on the top shelf. He can feel his pride swell in his chest as he sighs, looking down to try and hide his obvious smile. "Need help?" He asks and walks up to you with his hands in his pockets.

You stop trying to reach the box and look down at him with a nod. He finally looks at you from underneath the brim of his hat and lifts his hand to you. "Why don't you step down first?" He offers. You blush at his offer, softly taking his calloused hand into your own and gently stepping off the ladder. Once your off his hand slips from yours and he moves forward grabbing the box with ease. As he turns to hand you the box you smile brightly, he can't help the warm feeling the spreads all over his skin at the sight of your smile.

"Thank you." Stepping forward you lean up onto your tip toes and place a soft kiss on his cheek before walking towards the cabinets. Jigen could have swore he felt his heart stop the moment your skin touched his.

GOEMON

After a long planning period, Lupin decided to use you and Goemon as bait for the cops. Very sadly it worked. Thankfully the others got away without issues but here you say next to the long haired samurai with your back against the cold cement wall. Neither of you spoke for hours, just basking in the silence. This wasn't his or your first time in jail, as a matter of fact you got arrested a lot. This was normal. What wasn't normal was being picked up together.

Goemon wasn't particularly interested in what you were doing, which was pacing the cell and stopping every so often in front of the bars. But something in the way you were eyeing it was irking him, so he watched you.

After a few moments your hands met the cold metal and your turned to the side, slipping right to the outside. Goemon could feel his mouth fall agape. Involuntarily standing he moved towars the bars where he quietly watched you slip away. For a moment he thought you would leave him there before he saw you round the corner with keys in hand.

"You look like you saw a ghost? You okay Goemon?" You ask as you unlink the door you slide it open. Closing his mouth properly he shakes his head and looks away. It seems he doesn't want to say anything.

FUJIKO

Fujiko isn't very surprised that you can squeeze into small spaces and slip from handcuffs, she can too. But what surprised her the most wasn't you're intellect, or your patience, it was your determination to pursue the finished product. You never left without giving something a shot. The most surprised she had ever been was the day you got locked inside of a falled down home.

She and you were trapped in the basement of a collapsed home, of course neither were injured but no one else knew of your predicament. She and you were utterly alone. Sadly without the right equipment the debris couldn't be moved, and you couldn't even get that without a call for help.

She had decided that he's wasn't going to try and escape, claiming that quote "At least I'm dying with the face of someone undeniably gorgeous." Your heart fluttered at her words as she was beautiful herself but you still looked for a way out. There had to be a way. Before the collapse you remember seeing very small windows at the top of the basement walls. Light shine through them giving proof to the outside world. If you could just climb up there, you could get out and call for help.

So you turn to Fujiko. "Will you come over here and hold me on your shoulders?"

She looked up at you bewildered. "What? Why?" You spoke without ever saying another word. Your eyes fell upon the very small windows at the top and her gaze followed yours. Seeing what you were asking she reluctantly made her way over to you.

As you climbed into her shoulders she groaned. "Are you sure you can even fit through that?" She could hear the window being tampered with before you pushed it open. "I mean even I'm not small enough-" she was cut short in surprise, watching your slender body slip through the window and outside.

"Hey don't forget me!" She called out. Peeking back through the window you claimed to get help and disappeared leaving her to think about your exit. She was thoroughly impressed.

You were just writing up a parking ticket... for his car...

He wanted to yell, but at the same time, was he? He just watched you do it.

You were barely doin' squat aside from writing a ticket and he already had his mind in the gutter (but that's normal Lupin behavior)

He does walk up to you before you could walk away, and despite YOU JUST WROTE HIM A PARKING TICKET, he asked you out to dinner...

If you say no, he just goes back to the hotel and sulks cause he lost the person of his dreams he didn't even know about... and he has a parking ticket.

If you say yes, he takes you to the BEST restaurant in the city and tells you to order whatever you'd like. He's gonna spoil you SO MUCH.

Don't even TRY to order something relatively cheap or else he's just gonna pick for you, after all, it's hard work being a cop that is also a good person, he says you deserve a night out.

He is such a gentleman the entire time, he makes a few flirty jokes, and a couple risqué remarks here and there.

He also orders desert for the both of you to share if there is a desert you are able to eat. He will feed you a bite then take a bite himself

He's REALLY laying it on thick for you... which, originally, this was all to ask if he REALLY had to pay the parking ticket, but then again, he was starting to grow feelings for you.

After dinner, he takes you to a nice hotel and tries to push the night a little further, but you tell him you've got work in the morning and he just pouts

But then, you turn around and give him your phone number... chances are, he's not gonna call again cause by tomorrow, Jigen is probably calling him a nutcase for going on a date with a cop when THEY'RE ALL CRIMINALS... then again... maybe he'll call?

Jigen

While Jigen isn't much of a fan of cops, while he was undercover as a cop, he met you.

You were one of those cops who'd go out of their way to make someone's day a bit better. Like the ones who are called for a noise complaint on children playing and drawing with chalk on the sidewalk in the middle of the day and they play with them because screw those guys.

In this case, you were called because some kids had put up a lemonade stand. You dragged Jigen along with you cause you thought he was a coworker.

The car ride is awkward for Jigen, cause if he blows his cover in a cop car, THAT would be embarrassing.

Once you guys get there, these kids are no older than 7 or 8, in other words, why the hell would a grown adult want to rain on some child's day and WHY did the station think you of all people would shut it down?

You walk up to the stand, the kids are already a bit nervous cause not all cops are good cops.

You lean down, look at the price, and say "2 cups of lemonade please" then turn to Jigen with a smirk and ask "what about you, buddy?"

Jigen passes at first, but a while later, he changes his mind... thankfully, you bought 2, you didn't even know he'd do that, but something inside of you told you that he would do something like that.

Later, the two of you are chilling in the park during your lunch break, Jigen is SEVERELY laye for a heist, but he kinda liked hanging out with you that day... even though he was on edge the entire time.

"You know I'm single, right?" You say to him misinterpreting his anxiety as a small crush.

He just gets a but red in the face and looks away, but at the same time... you don't seem all that bad. A date sounds ok... so the two of you go on a date the next day. It's a very simple date. Just a talk at the cafe, a trip to the movies, and a stroll in the park at sunset.

You invite him to stay the night, but Jigen knows he has to leave the country tomorrow with the rest of the gang, so he gives you his phone number and tells you "maybe another day, but not tonight."

Goemon

He didn't realize you were a cop at first cause he first met you on your day off.

He was at a grocery store, buying stuff for his own dinner sing Lupin, Jigen, and Fujiko were going out to eat at a place he didn't really like.

Just as he was checking out, that was a bad time to realize he had forgot his money at the hotel. He almost considered just stealing it, when your arm reaches past him as you use your debit card to pay for his groceries.

He looks at you as though you are crazy, but his expression softens and he thanks you... he sort of expected you to tell him something like "you owe me" but you didn't... And it messed with him for half the day.

He ran into you again, this time he had money on him and he offered to take you somewhere nice. After all, his groceries weren't cheap.

You were flattered that he was willing to take you somewhere, but you could practically hear his stomach growling.

"You know, you can save money and just invite me over to your place for dinner" you tell him, assuming he didn't really have much money... but then he took you to the nice hotel he's staying at

You help him cook and before you know it, the two of you are enjoying a candle lit dinner.

You would've stayed the night if you could, but between Goemon telling you that his friends would be back soon and that you telling him that you have work in the morning, you just couldn't stay

Before you left he asked where you work, totally not because he wanted to check in on you to see if you wanted to do something after work because he feels as though he hasn't properly returned the favor, when you told him you were a cop, he got a bit tense, but you assured him that your not the same kind that's going out of their way to make someone's day worse.

While that was assuring, now he wasn't sure if it was gonna work out between the two of you... but something about you... he can't stop thinking about you. He knows you may very well turn him in if you find out he's a criminal... but I guess that's half the thrill, the other half being trying to repay you for your selfless act.

Fujiko

Her ride was pulled over and charged with a dui. Without a ride and the fact that the hotel she's staying at is on the other side of the city, she was desperate and asked you to take her back to the hotel after dropping the drunk taxi driver off at the police station.

Of course you weren't going to leave a beautiful woman in high heels and an outfit like her's to walk to the other side of the city at this hour, so you agreed.

Ater dropping off the Taxi driver, the two of you made casual conversation... which evolved into Fujiko asking if you're dating anyone, which causes your face to feel like it's burning.

You knew where this was going, and you were still on the clock, so was it really right to flirt with the woman your helping? Probably not... however, she did flirt first, and her words are like that of a siren's song, plucking at your heart, finding what you desire and use it against you as a lure.

Eventually you cave and give her your number and tell her to text whenever you feel like talking again.

Af course, Fujiko had other things in mind. Because whenever she'd text you, it was always something flirty and provocative. Some instances make you regret opening your inbox in public.

Eventually, the two of you do start going out to have fancy dinners and romantic evenings, and you've grown used to it... but all good things come to an end as she informs you she's "moving" out of the country.

The relationship keeps going on as a long distant one of course, but you always look forward to when she'd visit your city again...

Lupin: -He is always charming, nothing can change that

-He would take his s/o to a fancy restaurant, buy their favorite meal

-After that he would take them on a night walk around the town, he found a beautiful place before and shows it to his s/o

-Inside is kinda nervous about their response but you live once and he can’t hold it back anymore

Lupin iii gang & Inspector Zenigata Angst

𓆩♡𓆪 Lupin III  𓆩♡𓆪

I feel like lupin sort of shuts down when he is heart broken. He is known for hiding his true emotions and thoughts from others, so that’s exactly what he’ll do. He won’t push to seem like is normal perky self, but he wont mope about. Lupin will just go silent, stone faced and continue marching on. 

No quips to pops,  no joking with Jigen and Goemon, not flirting with Fujiko

Lupin isn’t someone who falls easy, despite his more depraved habits when looking for a partner to keep cozy with at night.

That’s all it was really, just some one to squeeze until he found his next score and then off he went, a trail of hearts left in his wake. 

You, on the other hand, could never just be something to hold his fancy until some new painting, gem or priceless artifact. No, you were so much more. 

The two of you had crossed paths when he came crashing into your life, quite literally. He landed on top of your gardening shed and put an impromptu sky-light in the roof from his fall. Sure, it scared the living shit out of you, and sure, you also might have knocked him upside the head with a shovel from said shed, but after some first aid and apologies, the two of you had an unmistakable spark from the beginning.

You weren't a thief, or anything like the people he’s come across as he’s traveled the world, but you captivated more than anything or any one. It was like a pull he could never full describe, a pull that put him at your door step after every escape from the police or heist plastered over national news. No matter the distance, he would always have 2 feet on your door mat in the end. 

Lupin was a work in progress, he wasn’t someone that would just open up after a few hugs and kisses. It was a slow and gradual process, like a flower struggling to bloom but once it did, it was something miraculous that you couldn’t take your eyes away. 

Never in his life, from the first acts as Lupin III to his long years spent alone, had he ever imagined considering the idea of having a life with someone. At first he was elated! Spending the rest of his days with you, talking for hours, laughing so hard he struggled to breath, listening to you talk on and on about anything and everything, his heart would soar at the very thought. 

Ring displays in fancy stores and museums began to catch his eye as days go on until finally he made up his mind, he wanted you apart of his life now and forever. You deserved the best, so he was going to give it to you! For hours, he would spend researching the perfect ring, it couldn’t be just any ring either, it needed to be perfect.  Finally he decided on the engagement ring that Napoléon had used to propose to Josephine Bonaparte.

Everything was set, the card announcement card was sent, the route was planned, Jigen was in place, and you were none the wiser. Almost everything went perfectly, almost. This heist was a little too close for comfort, seeing as the authorities were more than willing to shoot at him and less than hesitant to aim for the head. Along side this, Inspector Zenigata was nowhere to be seen, which made Lupin more than uneasy. He pushed aside the strange feeling of uncertainty and focused, he had a proposal to do. 

Quickly, he evaded the authorities and once they were off his tail, he made his way over to you, parking a little ways from your home so that he could move undetected, hoping to surprise you. Only, he was the one to be surprised. Rather than your quiet block, usually still as stone in the night was light up with the flashing colors of the police. His first thoughts were of concern for your safety, slowly reaching into his chest holster inside his jacket. He creeps forward, ready to make his way over to your home, only to stop dead in his tracks at the site of Inspector Zenigata. So this is where he’s been.

Zenigata moves to the side, revealing your distressed frame. Lupin can hear the old man shout his name, pressing and interrogating you further. Every time pops insists, you deny harder ever knowing the thief. 

From the shadows, Lupin looks at you, frightened at this encounter and nearly in tears. Something inside Lupin clicked, something he secretly buried deep so that no one, not even himself would realize, and the weight of the ring in his pocket felt uncomfortably heavy. 

Quietly he turned, returning the way he came and climbed into his car. Turning off the radio and his phone, Lupin drove in silence. He drove, and he drove, and he drove until he faced the ocean at the end of a pier. Pulling out the ring and looking at it in his hand, he thought of all the memories he’s made with you, only for the image of your face in tears before the inspector overshadowed everything. 

Without another thought, he clutched the ring and cast it into the sea, praying it would sink to the bottom with what remained of his heart. In that moment he wanted to feel nothing, he wanted to feel nothing for a long, long time. after all, you deserved the best...so he was going to give it to you.

𓆩♡𓆪  Jigen  𓆩♡𓆪

For Jigen, he was more in denial than anything. The thought of loving someone was too much of a hassle, especially in his line of work. 

What he didn’t account for, is that his heart tends not to listen to his head. Which is what placed you in his hands.

Meeting was a coincidence, having met when you found his look out point while looking for a place to smoke. He threatened you, not wanting to risk someone exposing him to the authorities, only for you to shrug and ask if he had a light.

Jigen was taken aback by this and let out a sharp laugh in shock, but obliged and lit your cigarette before lighting his own. You stood there and talked with him while he waited for his signal. Not once did you ask what he was doing, hiding out on a rooftop with a scope and a gun, which he found strange but funny all the same. 

“I’m just some one who mind’s their business.” 

The more you spoke the more engrossed he got in your conversation, almost missing the light reflected at him from a casino Lupin was currently robbing blind. 

“Looks like that’s my signal too.” Jigen looks over to you from his scope, finger on the trigger as you shrug your jacket off and pull out a gun of your own. A grappling hook gun. 

Wordlessly, you shot the hook, shot him a wink, and swung yourself into a window to break through to the casino. 

Lupin was shouting at Jigen through his ear piece, asking for ‘a little assistance, please!’ After the botched casino heist and a grilling from Lupin about paying attention to his ques, Jigen began to come across you more frequently. From scoping out scenes, to coffee shops, to even on the street. In reality, rather than running into you more often, he subconsciously began seeking you out. 

Your alure was something he couldn’t fight no matter how hard he tried. From finding himself joining you when he see’s you, to finding himself helping you in heists, to eventually finding himself in your bed. Never again did want to pull away from you, or the comfort you brought. 

There was no label to what you two had, but that worked for you both. It was a balance that neither of you dared to break, well, at least he didn’t. You, on the other hands, had other plans. 

This balance you and him had so delicately crafted was shattered as you held a gun to the back of Lupin’s head, gently pulling an ancient scroll from the thief’s hands. Your eyes though, weren’t on Lupin, no, they were on Jigen. Watching, waiting. 

You hadn’t planned for things to turn out like this, really, you wanted to keep what you had with Jigen but the life of a thief is a lonely one. You couldn’t give up this score no matter what, the amount of cash it would bring in would set you up for life. You could even leave this life behind, make something of yourself. However, Jigen didn’t have any plans of being in that picture. 

Before he could even think on it, Jigen had drawn and pulled the trigger. The gun once pushed against the back of Lupin’s head, now clattered loudly to the floor along side your body. Never had he thought he would have to make this decision, and yet here he is. Neither he or Lupin said a word as Jigen made his way over to you, quietly collapsing onto his knees and pulling your body close to his own. He could feel the warmth he once knew so well fade from you along side any love he had left to give. 

Jigen was never quite the same after that night. He denies the change in behavior, brushing off any concern. He denies every caring over ‘some broad’. He denies the empty bottles of liquor by his bedside table, the long nights of aching in ways he didn’t know he could, and the tear stained picture he holds to his heart of you laying with him in bed, where he now sits alone.

𓆩♡𓆪 Goemon 𓆩♡𓆪

Finding your shop was like finding an oasis in the desert. After pushing the door open to your little tea shop, Goemon practically fell for you at first sight. 

Goemon is someone who fall quickly; gives his heart away without saying a word. He is the kind of person who loves from afar and you were no different. 

You captivated him, talking on an on about all the teas in your shop, things that would happen with customers, random or shared interests. He wanted to hear all of it, so he would sit silently at the counter nursing his cup, taking only small sips to make it last as long as he could. 

You would ask him about himself but he would fumble over his words, your attention flustering him. He could never give you the full truth in his answers but still told some

“What do you do for a living?” “I help my friends with various jobs.” “Why do you carry around that sword?” “I can’t bear to part with it.”

The more time he spent with you, the harder it was to leave after every visit. Some days, he considers stopping in more than once, but anxious thoughts quicky talk him out of it. 

With you, he felt a way he could never put into words. Just seeing you put him at peace, a calm that he craves like no other. At almost every moment of the day, up until he walks through your shop doors, he is thinking of you.

Though as the days passed, his time with you dwindled. Lupin’s heist plans were coming to fruition and he knew after things went down he would need to leave along side his friends. He felt conflicted, sure he cared for his friends and the life he had built but the thought of no longer being able to see you left a weird feeling in his stomach. 

He thought long and hard about what he should do. He can’t risk staying in fear of the authorities, much worse, involving you with them while he is still wanted by the local authorities. 

Ultimately, Goemon made the decision to leave. One robbery later and there was a note attached to the front of your store doors. Inside, the samurai detailed who he was, why you wouldn’t see him and a single request.

“Wait for me.”

Goemon doesn’t stop thinking about you, not once,  and that love for you bloomed even apart from you. When he did finally return, he wasn’t greeted with your smile, the chiming of the bell from the front door, or the tea displayed in the front window. Instead he was greeted with a cold, empty building. No sign of you anywhere to be seen.

He was in denial at first. You wouldn’t leave without saying anything, you would have left some note, right? Or, what if something had happened to you! Goemon would go to the nearby shops and ask about you, which always lead to the same answer, “She closed down shop.”

Goemon would still visit your shop, standing outside the old building and starring into the window, longing for you to walk behind the counter from the back and wave at him to come in. Except that wasn’t going to happen, you were gone, and nothing is really going to bring you back. 

Once more, the samurai had fallen for someone, giving away his heart without having said a word. He would eventually come to terms with things, but for now, he will mourn what was never really there. 

𓆩♡𓆪Fujiko 𓆩♡𓆪

Fujiko Mine is the kind of woman to never let her true feelings be known, not ever to herself sometimes.

She’ll whisper sweet nothing to you, trail her fingers up your spine with an unmatched raw intimacy, then leave you penniless by sunrise. It was nothing short of an art form in her beautiful hands

When she had met you, Fujiko was enamored by your presence. Originally, she was planning to nab the man on your arm, an heir to some company but plans quickly changed when you entered her world. 

First it was just basic compliments and pleasantries, the things you would expect from these fancy parties, then it went to witty back and forth banter to her even telling you about her exploits. It felt so natural to talk with you, to move with you, to exist with you. 

Sure, Fujiko was eyeing the nice pearl earrings you wore with necklace to match, she found herself thinking of what would suit you better than if they would suit her. 

After that party, she would seek you out regularly. She would find herself wanting to treat you to nice meals, pretty outfits she would like to take off you, even stealing precious things to see your eyes shimmer with wonder and astonishment. She wanted to see you smile at no one but her.

When you would find her on the job at parties you would attend, it would become a sort of game of cat and mouse. She’s target some treasure, you would try and distract her, and then you both would have your fun. 

The thrill you both had once sought from your relationship had never really faded, rather, it changed into something more. Rushed kisses in the shadows became soft and shared in the new light of the morning, Desperate touches became gentle caresses as you both would lay next to one another at night. Extravagant meals at fancy restraints became burnt eggs and bacon with waffles made just the way she liked. Though different, it was still all the same.

The longer this went on, the more Fujiko wanted more of you. When she had time alone with her thoughts, she would find her mind drifting to you...but she could never figure out why. Yes, she enjoyed being around you more than she could have ever imagined but its something more, she can’t place her finger on it.  

Even in the heat of the moment, as she hold you, asking you to come with her, she still can’t tell you what it is. No matter how much you beg her, saying if she wants you, she needs to tell you but she can’t. Fujiko Mine is the kind of woman to never let her true feelings be known, not even to herself.

You’ve never asked anything from her, but she would give everything to you if you wanted. Yet, despite this, she could never say the one thing you wanted to your face. 

𓆩♡𓆪Zenigata 𓆩♡𓆪

The inspector has never been the sharpest knife in the pencil box when it came to love, much less how to handle heart break. 

When Zenigata and you fell in love, it was long before his chase for Lupin began. He was a pretty well respected officer that had a heart of gold, something you had always admired. 

Koichi loved you with every bit of himself, so much so that sometimes he would find himself considering a different career just to stay beside you more often

His hours were long and hard with his job, not to mention dangerous. The both of you would be stressing about one another through out the day only to be finally reunited when you both came home. 

Your life with him wasn’t easy but it was something the two of you built together, it was yours

That was until the inspector’s encounter with Lupin after an over seas trip to the US. It began a change in him that you’d never seen before. He was passionate about his job, sure, but this was something completely different. Zenigata came home rambling on about the ICPO and his chance to apply. 

You wanted to support the person you loved in all that he did but this... it meant that he would be away for months on end.

Zenigata, in all his excitement and passion, failed to notice that your smile wasn’t quite all there. Nonetheless, he would hug and kiss you all the same, declaring his love for you and all the support you’ve given him. 

This job opportunity wasn’t without thought, he took a lot of deliberation and came to the conclusion that this was truly his calling. 

Thus, the journey toward catching the world renowned thief began. No matter where in the world he was, he would always find time to call you, even if he needed to stay up late or get up early to make up the time difference. He would always tell you about all the things he’s seeing in the world, gently thumbing a picture he had of you in his wallet. 

As time went on though, those phone calls became shorter and mre infrequent. Your home was now just yours alone, now absent of the boisterous man you had once loved. You knew deep down that if you asked him to come home, asked him to quit his pursuit, he would without question but you couldn’t bring yourself to do it. You loved him too much to ask him to give all that up. 

Instead, it would be you that would give him up. It broke your heart and his, more than you would ever know. After your last phone call with him, he sat in his hotel room in disbelief, the phone line had long since gone dead. A sob tore from him as he felt an ache like no other, a hole where you once were. 

For a while, Zenigata couldn’t even put his heart into his work, everything felt wrong. He felt sick looking at himself in the mirror, seeing the man who couldn’t even put his loved one before his career, too blinded by ambition. 

No more! He was tired of this shell he has become, Koichi will bring Lupin to justice, he will return home, and he’ll show you that you mean more than anything to him!

Hello! Thank you for the ask, I apologize this took me so long to get to. Also I hope this isn't too out of character. Enjoy!

Lupin:

Lupin is either intentionally walking in on you or is doing it by complete accident

If he walks in on purpose, it's obvious that's what he's doing. He'll wiggle his eyebrows at you, asking if he can join you.

If you immediately set the boundary with him that you're not comfortable with that, he'll take an immediate step back. He's a perv, but he's also a gentleman and respects your bodily autonomy.

If he walks in on you and it's by accident, he's most likely actually not paying that much attention.

It'll take Lupin to realize where he is and where you are for it to click. He is just surprised at first, before he sends a flirt your way.

If you shoo him away, he'll leave with an apology for walking in, but not for the view.

If you invite him to join you he's either falling flat on his face in surprise, or is scratching the back of his neck nervously.

He weighs his options before joining you in the shower or the bath:

if Pre-relationship:

Lupin might decline if he's still caught up with Fujiko, he will still be loyal to his current partner.

If Lupin isn't actively pursuing Fujiko, then he's more likely to join you, sending flirtations your way, testing the waters.

If you're in a relationship, Lupin will never hesitate to join you when you ask.

Jigen:

Jigen is not going to intentionally walk in on you if you're in the bathroom.

He'll fight you for the use of the bathroom before he walks in on purpose.

Jigen's face will flush and he'll pull his hat low over his eyes, trying to hide his red cheeks at the sight of you.

Pre-relationship Jigen will avoid eye contact after the incident, having his hat pulled down slightly more.

In a relationship, Jigen will comment on the beautiful view before leaving, holding it over your head later in the day, a flirtation.

Jigen is less likely to join you in the bath or shower, finding an excuse to not join you. Sometimes he will join you generally with a "what the hell," preceding it.

Goemon:

Goemon will be the one to walk in on you completely by accident.

He is the most respectful of your space.

He will go extremely red upon realizing what he's done. He's squeezing his eyes shut and bowing deeply as he apologizes, to show how profusely sorry he is for walking in on you.

Goemon cannot look you in the eye for a while after that; and everytime you're near him or are mentioned to him, he's blushing again, looking away from you shly.

Hey so how do you think the Lupin gang would deal with a s/o appears like a peaceful and graceful sleeper, but if you sleep next to them and you’re on the side that isn’t against the wall, s/o tends to roll over in their sleep and pushes whoever is there out of the bed roughly and still sleeps through the bang that happens and looks so comfortable while they probably just ruined their boyfriend or girlfriends whole night and if the partner does not get revenge instantly, s/o has no idea what happened and is like “I slept great! :)”. Flip side, if the gang Are sleeping at the wall, s/o rolls over and now they’re a cuddle bug and both get their comfortable sleep. “I haven’t slept that good in ages :)”. if there is no wall and both sides are empty space, good luck 😂. S/o is just very cuddly in sleep, but is a bit rough in trying to cuddle unlike when they’re awake so they end up throwing the person out of bed instead of getting the cuddles. How would the group deal with this? Do they feel dread at the thought of a no wall leaning bed when they see it?

[Hi there! First wanted to start this off by saying thank you for waiting on this! I had a few larger things to finish on some of my other blogs, so it took me a bit to get back to this one. Also thanks for the ask, it was a fun idea to work with :) ]

Lupin- Listen, he might complain about it a little bit, but not too much. He’s almost as bad as you are. This man is almost always bouncing off the wall, and that includes when he’s asleep. So, between the two of you it’s like a kickboxing match every night. However, if there is a night where you both finally couldn’t knock each other off the bed, then he sleeps like a rock and loves waking so close to you.

Jigen- He’s not going to take this lying down. Well, he is because it happens while he’s asleep. But, he will do something back. We all know how grouchy he is most of the time, so imagine how he is when he’s just been woken up by falling off the bed. If the bed is against the wall, he’s going to shove you over so he can lay there and avoid getting knocked off again. If it’s open on both sides he’ll push you off the other side as payback. Either way, if he ends up on the floor then so will you. But, the nights where you do get sleep feel all the more delightful.

Goemon- Here’s the thing, his reflexes are too good, even while he’s asleep, that he just blocks all of the movements that would have knock him off of the bed. Though he never falls off or wakes up completely, he still wakes up exhausted from having to parry the whole night. However, he’s found a way for you both to sleep well even if there isn’t a wall for him to fortify himself against. If he gets you in a bearhug then you can’t move as much and therefore cannot kick him off of the bed. That has the added bonus of already being snuggled up next to you as well.

Fujiko- She might not do anything the night that she falls off the bed, but you better believe that you’ll get it in the morning. Her favorite payback is setting an alarm for about an hour before you’re supposed to be up for the day and then put it right next to your head. You can bet there would be a greater effort on your part to work out a way to not do that again. She’s not totally mean though, and realizes that you can’t really always help moving around so much, and gives you some slack. She does love to sleep close to you, so she makes sure to have the bed against the wall so it can be a pleasant sleep for both of you.

Zenigata- He won’t even realize what happened until the next morning. He sleeps so hard that he won’t even notice hitting the floor. Of course though, his poor back is going to be screaming at him for sleeping in such an odd position on the floor, and he’s going to be miserable. He won’t say anything to you about it though as he wouldn’t want you to think he was upset with you (even if he sort of was). The problem comes with the fact that he feels too boxed in if he sleeps by a wall, so that’s not an option. The best choice is to get a futon so if you do bumb into him it just rolls him over instead of knocking him to land in a weird position. This also means that he can roll back over to hold you a bit easier as well.

A/n: I did some research and it was just enough to get the jist of how some of the traditions worked. I hope to the gods that this turned out in a way that is somewhat religiously accurate.

Life's small moments like these have always been exceptional, even if you're just sitting by a pond and existing, it's with him that makes it enjoyable.

The water rippled across the surface as the wind blew past it, you looked down at the head in your lap. Your fingers were entangled in his dark hair, his eyes were shut and a smile lingered on his lips.

"This is nice." You muttered, staring back out at the water.

Goemon hummed, shifting in your lap. His arms came up from his stomach and wrapped around your waist as he turned on his side. You smiled as you looked down on him, this was the most comfortable you'd ever seen him. You couldn't help but smile as you watched him nuzzle his face into your stomach, craving the warmth from your body.

Today unlike usual, was calm. There were no distractions, no bombs, no stealing, just a moment to close your eyes and relax. Being with Lupin and his gang, you felt as if you hardly had any time to focus on yourself and Goemon.  

With your fingers still in his hair, you let yourself lay on your back and close your eyes.  He shifted to get more comfortable with the position you were now laying in, soon staring up at you in a loving way from where his head now rest on your stomach.

Reopening your eyes you stare straight above into the sky, watching the clouds float over head. You can't help but interpret them as it's been a long time since you were last able to, that told you just how calm the day was going to be. That made you smile which caught Goemon's attention, curious as he was he asked you about it.

"What are you doing?" He held a playful tone. Sitting up he moved up and laid beside you so he could see what you were smiling about.

"I'm observing the clouds." You stated simply.

Goemon raised a brow in question, you smiled at that. His curiosity was probably your favorite thing about him as he was always questioning the small things.

"It's considered divination, basically I'm foretelling future events in a way." You glanced over at him before continuing. "There's many ways to do it and it's not just the druids who do it either, the Irish pagans do it." You explained.

Goemon nodded his head to show that he was listening. "So you can't tell what's gonna happen just by looking at the clouds?" He questioned. Turning on your side to face him you began to play with his hand.

"Well, not quite. It doesn't tell me every little thing that's going to happen but it does tell me that today is going to be good and that personal connections will be strengthened." It wasn't quite the explanation you wanted to say but it was put it the simplist way you could put it.

Goemon understood, a short him coming from him before he spoke. "So in other words, we get to spend time together."

You smiled, chortling before clinging to his arm. You spoke with a smile on your face.

"Yes."

He smiled at you, moving closer to press a kiss on your head. You were lucky to have someone who was so open to learning new things.

Don't mess with our dad

The great general Furfur was attacked. Somehow, winding up in the hospital with several cuts, a concussion, 3 broken ribs, his left kneecap broken, and a dislocated jaw. The large demon pouting about whatever had occurred.

A nurse walked in and smiled. "Look, general! Someone sent you a "get" well gift!" Showing him the large boutique of flowers that she arranged in the vase next to his bed. As well as a small card. For a demon like Furfur, who understood the meaning of several plants for research purposes that was anything but a gift.

13 types of flowers hidden away in disguised present. 13 flowers, basically screaming at him the same message. It was actually kinda cute how passive-aggressive the warning in it came.

Yellow carnations, meaning rejection. Columbine stood for foolishness, and the Geranium empathized that by adding folly and stupidity to the mix. Hydrangea showed signs of heartless or frigid affection. The lavender indicates deep signals of mistrust.

Orange Lily screams out hatred with its loud coloration. Marigold showed off grief and jealousy, but considering there were also Yellow Roses added, also implying jealousy and infidelity, he knew which way the message leaned. Then came the Peonies for bashfulness and shame.

The Poppies were a consolation of sorts as the Snapdragons spoke of deception and grace. The Zinnia were absent in affection while the Lotus tried to offer enlightenment and rebirth. Something along the lines of... 'Get lost, you jealous pig. I wouldn't even trust you in the next life.'

On the card, there was the entire misfit class, and several of them were holding a "get" well soon banner. It was rather sweet until he spotted his two trainees holding a sign over their heads. In big bold letters, it said. 'DON'T PICK ON DAD AGAIN!'.

Even that was somewhat amusing... until he remembered how he ended up here in the first place. A shudder rushed down his spine cause a brief grunt to escape as it pasted his ribs. Maybe he should wait a bit before he ever decides to visit again.

**the day before**

It was just an average weekend spent at home. All the kids were over and causing mischief. Balam currently had an energetic Clara on his shoulders whilst Iruma and Lied clung to his legs.

Kamui was sitting with Kerori and Elizabetta currently having tea. Alice and Sabro were fighting again, but they weren't destroying anything, so you chalked that up for a win. Picero was taking a nap on his cloud while Goemon, Allocer, and Jazz seemed to be playing some kind of card game.

Which left Soi, who was currently trying to sneak up on Balam with one of your freshly made flower crowns. You giggled as you watched the two of them playfully participate in a game of now you see me. Every time Balam-San would turn to acknowledge the little demon, he would disappear.

Overall, it was a lovely day. Too bad something had to ruin it. A shadow loomed over you, and you glanced up recognizing your uninvited guest. "Hiya cutie, did ya miss me?" General Furfur.

You gave him a blank stare in return. "What are you doing here?" The disinterest in you tone making the answer to his question very clear. "Aw, don't be so cold. Didn't we have fun last time?" That slick smirk stretching across his face.

"I believe I told you already. I don't waste my time with people who don't raise my interest. You had it, but you lost it just as quickly. It's not my fault if you can't maintain something." You shrug before turning back to watch your kids.

Somehow, Soi had either snuck up a tree without Balam-San noticing or the demon had let the boy think that. Either way, he hung precariously above the gargoyles head, shushing a giggling Clara as he dropped the laurel on top of their dad's head.

Shichirou, for his part, blinked and pretended to be surprised when he reached up to touch his head. "What do you even see in him?" You heard the frustration in his voice, and you stiffened.

"I mean, he's so weird, I heard he constantly carried creepy books around as a student, and he is constantly mumbling strange nonsense. So what's there to even like?" You could feel your nails digging into your flesh, your teeth clenching together like a steel trap.

"And you know even if he is strong, he's more of a pacifist, not very demon like if you ask me." Every word seemed to grate on your skin. How dare he?!? How dare he scoff at your husband/mate/whatever this relationship had escalated to.

Standing up, you were ready to send him flying through the garden wall. Only.... someone beat you to it? Well, more like two demon's cause it seemed Alice and Sabro had heard the red demon trash talking their master.

It seems all of your children had heard to actually as they proceeded to gang up on the large general before he could stand. Kicking punching scratching, you even saw iruma bitting him!! Balam cautiously approached you and wrapped an arm around your waist.

"Are you alright?" He whispers softly in your ear, brushing his woven feathers behind your ear as he does. You glance over to him. Seeing your present still firmly in place wrapped by strong vines around his neck. The pretty stone sort of winking in the light.

Reaching up, you wiped your shocked tears off of your face in surprise. Oh! You hadn't realized you were crying. "Yeah, it's just..." looking back in time to see Clara and Sabro holding a large hammer and smashing it on one of Furfurs legs.

"I'm just so proud!" The tears of shock quickly turning into one's of joy. "Look at my babies fighting to defend you! Oh, where's my camera?!" You quickly grabbed your phone and started taking pictures.

The gargoyle shifted somewhere between nervous but also proud. "Shouldn't we stop them?" You waved off his concern. "It will be fine as long as they don't kill him."

After that, he took off his hat more. He loved that warm feeling he gets when he sees y/n just cutly observe his beautiful facial features and smile warmly.

He found this very sweet... To give a little revenge for the cute attack he would compliment you and just loves seeing you blush.

He was shocked but really happy inside.

He never was complimented in that way. He always heard others around him call him a scary emotionless samurai. Because of those words he never thought he mattered.

But after meeting you and falling in love, he felt himself. He felt loved.

So, you calling him handsome meant the world.

He tried to respond but he didn't know exactly how... So he looked at you warmly and smiled.

The smile felt different. It felt as if spring the came...

She has been called ''beautiful'' more than the stars could count. Because of the word ''beautiful', she never felt any meaning to it.

She was confused by what ''beautiful'' meant. What is it?

She has been confessed/asked out many times. But whenever she asked why, they all just said it was because she is beautiful...never because of ''her'' Nobody saw her as a human being with personality, and feelings.

When she met you things changed. Her eyes to the world change. She felt really loved being with you. It was a feeling she never felt before. You saw her as a person and always cared for her.

So when you said she was beautiful she felt special. It was different from everybody else's words. It felt real.

"Is that so?" You reply, unable to hide your distaste.

How long until someone realizes that you are perfectly fine without additional security? You have been trained, learned to protect yourself in case there is nobody else to do it. In your line of work, it only made sense for you to be taught this. There are constant attacks, kidnapping attempts for ransom, not to mention the amount of times you have had the barrel of a gun pressed against your head since you were a kid.

The samurai doesn't answer you, although he acknowledges the scowl in your face. "Your rivals are growing relentless in their pursuits. They will hunt you down until there is no more of them to do so."

"Tell me something I didn't know," you scoff. Just the other day, they had spotted you in public — saw right through your disguise — and attempted to assassinate you right there. The police was right there, and they were not going to let that change anything.

"You don't care," Goemon says, frowning.

"Yes," you tilt your head. "You are completely correct. I don't care. I've been doing this for years, ever since I was a little girl. You expect me to start getting scared now?" The samurai remains unresponsive, and you slam your book down, standing up from the couch. "I'm tired of everyone underestimating me."

"I'm not."

That gaze pins you down for a second, and you slowly walk up to him, watching him as he observes every single step you take. There is something dangerous in him, but you don't know it yet. An idea crosses your mind, and your eyes darken.
