Never underestimate the importance of the dumbbell shrugs. This exercise can be extremely useful for thousands of reasons and not only to show off bigger upper traps through your shirt. First off, this exercise can help to relieve muscle tension in your neck by activating all the synergies between delts and upper back to control better the movement of the shoulder blades.. when these muscles are strengthened through exercise, you will have an easier time maintaining proper posture. A strong trapezius pulls your shoulders back and helps stabilize your neck and upper back. Everyday movement are more efficient and safer when the trapezius is toned and strong and it also help you with other lifting exercise, such as Deadlift. 3 exercises, 3 supersets, 3 killer bodyweight movement’s that will destroy your triceps. Who said that you always need dumbbells and barbells for everything you do in the gym to achieve results? Of course this is not my complete triceps routine and what I always like to do is to finish my arm workout with some bodyweight exercises so I feel a great pump at the end and I will empty the tank of glycogen. ⁣ 3 different tools for 3 different purposes, a bench, a dip machine and a trx is what you need. You go between each one of them without resting in between but only at the end of the round. The idea is to go to complete failure everytime so is not really necessary to count each rep as long as you feel exhausted and sore at the end so it’s totally ok to stop after few reps.
