Morning humidity quick sweatfest in the new barn gym. 5 rounds of 1000m rowing with 20 box jumps. Split the 5 rounds with 10x deadlifts ascending from 135 to 185 to 205 for three rounds and then close out the last two rounds with 10x double kettlebell cleans. Today was chest & back focus with minimal rest so your cardio is up at the same time. The workout ends with a core focused segment which I love. .
