𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝#𝟏𝟑 Se c’è una cosa che conta realmente affinché si possano ottenere grandi risultati con l’allenamento non sono la quantità degl esercizi che si fanno in una palestra ma qualità di quest ultimi. Non sono la quantità di attrezzi in una sessione ma la priorità che viene data ai fondamentali che sono e resteranno sempre gli stessi. Senza andare troppo lontano, io posso dire tranquillamente e senza alcun problema che soltanto con bilancieri, manubri e una macchina multifunzione sono arrivato a questi risultati .. non male vero? Beh alla fine è molto più semplice di quanto possiate pensare, quello che cambia davvero è la voglia di impegnarsi perché se non c’è quella potrete allenarvi nella palestra più grande del mondo ma io in uno stanzino di 20mtq sarò sempre meglio di voi. My Dungeon, My Home. I always wanted a place just for me where I can enjoy hours of heavy workout sessions without having anybody bothering me or asking “how many sets you have left bro” waiting for my turn. I can put the music I like, some day is classic rock, some others is metalcore but it doesn’t matter, it’s always me to decide what the f*** the tune’s gonna be. When I workout I like switch off lights, use just natural sun rays and a tiny Himalayan lamp to keep the environment warm like in a cave, a dragon’s cave.. in this way, I can only concentrate on lifting without any distractions. Behind me there’s wrapped a new bench and the foldable rack by @lacertosus_equipment , an elegant and extremely useful squat rack. My room is not ready yet but it is my fav place already where I can become physically stronger but also mentally. I’m a serious and professional trainer, I take this sport with discipline and constant dedication and because of that everything around me has to be perfect. Home2.0: Olympic Bar 220cm/20kg by @lacertosus_equipment . Da un anno a questa parte, con la chiusura delle palestre e la richiesta sempre più alta di attrezzature per sopperire alla necessità di chi vuole comunque potersi allenare a casa o nei garage, molte aziende hanno pensato bene di farsi furbi ed entrare nel mercato del fitness/bodybuilding e iniziare a vendere attrezzature di dubbia qualità. Molte (anzi moltissime) persone che sconoscono cosa significhi la parola qualità e non potendosi ovviamente accontentare di allenarsi solo con elastici e trx, hanno deciso di acquistare oggetti che non oserei chiamare attrezzi da palestra ma veri e propri giocattoli, fatti con materiali scadenti e di scarsa affidabilità... e quando parliamo di affidabilità in questo sport parliamo anche del rischio direttamente proporzionale di potersi infortunare utilizzandoli... e non è poco! Ma questo Lacertosus lo sa benissimo e a loro non interessa affatto rimanere “competitivi” o scendere a compromessi per buttarsi nella mischia, e questo bilancere ne è la prova tangibile. Curato nei minimi dettagli, perfetto per lavorare sui fondamentali su panca più squat e deadlift, non presenta parti in plastica, ha un ottimo coefficiente p.s.i., cuscinetti solidi e stabili ed è interamente fatto in acciaio, of course. The Holy Trinity 🌟 ▪️Olympic 220cm/20kg Barbell ▪️Olympic 150cm/11.5kg Barbell ▪️Olympic EZ 9.5kg Barbell Powered by @lacertosus_equipment These are my fav bars 🙌🏽 Each one has a different use, but all of them extremely necessary to fulfill all my needs in my HomeGym. If I’m bench pressing, squat, rowing or deadlift I use the big guy on the right and with its 220cm length and 2.8cm grip it gives me solidity and great control. It’s the best companion for the essential movements. For complementary movement such behind the neck press or hip thrusts I prefer the 150cm bar... it’s very versatile plus more “handy” for girls and beginners. Last the EZ bar.. extremely useful for biceps curls, front raise, french presses and upright rows.
