I've been struggling with my weight si ce I was 8. However, it went worst when I got pregnant with my first baby boy. From there my body will change. I'll have do many up and down in a fight to keep my self esteem. . . I haven't had the knowledge I've got already and I'll fall into so many diets wasting so much money. . . Finally, #getingpregnant for the second time would trigger my alarm. How the heak I'll keep my weight steady? I thought. . . I kept buying all those pills and #quickfix #diet. I even ended in a hospital twice for pills poisoning.. . I started my path in fitness having great results, but my busy life and long drives to the gym made it impossible to continue. .. .. .Finally I found the way to kerp my weight in line without stopping eating, dinning out and even without doing exercises. I'm weighing same as when I was 27..
