The book highlights how much he resembles The Lord Ruler so I wanted to show that but make sure they still looked like different characters. And I wanted him to almost glow and inspire the army to follow him. I don’t think the book ever says he’s wearing a white mist cloak. It’s just something I made up. I didn’t like the beard I drew so I removed it. I don’t like how many fanarts age him. I feel like people forget he’s still a young man in book 3

And he would totally ride the most beautiful horse. I wanted the curls to almost blend with the cloak
