okay!!!! i'll do a little guide on what i have / use haha

i've included links for yesstyle/oliveyoung global, but i got all of mine either in store, via olive young korea, or directly from the brand websites.

1 - flynn lightcatcher liquid glitter

These are my go-to liquid glitters, I use them all the time. You might recognise them because shade 01 is the glitter that was used during Jungkooks photofolio shoot!! I tend to use shade 02 mostly - it's a pink base with cooler toned glitter. I'm quite literally wearing it today lol

2 - dasique starlit glitter powder

I have the smoothie berry collection, but the one i use most frequently is from the newer collection (the one with the peachy tone). it's part of my daily makeup look atm!!

3 - 3CE mini palette

the first glitter i acquired in SK that led to.... all of this lmao. I rarely use it these days, just because pressed glitters arent my favourite (liquid glitters are my go-to). still gorgeous! and a nice variety of shades/consistencies

4 - about_tone glitter (02 my fairy)

honestly i should have gotten the other colour story because i already have so many light / pink toned glitters but i am a creature of habit! I really like this one - there's 3 super fine shimmers and 3 chunkier glitters. It's the pressed palette i use the most!!

5 - unleashia glitterpedia palette

these have a really nice feel to them - super creamy and easy to use. some of them feel almost like balm, so if you hate the feeling of glitter but want a little staying power, i'd recommend these!

6 - etude house tear liner

a nice lil shimmer - i dont use it as a liner, it's quite sheer so sometimes I'll use it as a base on my lid!! it's not something i reach for often, but it's cheap and pretty!!

7 - holika holika spang-glitter

when i first came to korea i was sooo loyal to these!! they also do shimmers (called metal glitter). there's a shade called mirrorball parts, and i'd recommend it to all of our bd girlies he he he

8 - mude dreamy glitter

i got this cause it was on sale for like 3,000 won and holy shit i LOVE it. used it religiously for weeks!!

9 - lilybyred glitter zone - shower

i believe this is discontinued now which is a huge shame, but you can still find it online in some stockists!! it's just never on the lilybyred stands in store. the liquid glitters are called 'shower', and the pressed glitter is called 'fog'. I've used both, but shower is definitely my fave! my tube is pretty much empty, i loved it.

10, 11 - not available online

so 10 is the twinkle pop x daiso collection, 11 is the chocholab x daiso collection. they're super cheap, and super good - if you're ever in SK, you'll no doubt fall in love with daiso, so look out for their makeup section!!!

12 - luna lighting up pot

i love this!!!! the glitter is chunky, varies in tone, is just ugh dreamy. I use this for nights out!! shade 05 gleam on is my go-to!!

now this looks GORGEOUS on, but it's the only one I've found to irritate my eyes at all :(

3CE eye switch

i use the shade throbbing - honestly i only got it cause the name makes my laugh, but its gorgeous on!!

tbh the only mascara that work for me are from East Asian brands bc I have very straight eyelashes even when I curl them (I got super straight hair in general). Hate western mascaras too. Don’t know what ur looking for exactly but I like this one from etude house (forgot what it’s called sorry but I’ve tried a couple and I like all of em tbh)

ur right tho because the east asian brands really are A+ on the makeup game, ive tried a few things from yesstyle and theyre life changing even though i cant justify waiting so fucking long for them to arrive sometimes lmfao

Hi. Thank you for your question! My absolute favorite moisturizer is the Etude House - Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream. I am already on my 5th bottle of this cream haha. It is really moisturizing and it makes my skin feel so soft. You can buy it on Amazon, Yesstyle, Stylevana, or the Etude House website.

I also really like the Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun : Rice + Probiotic SPF50+ PA++++ sunscreen. I bought it on Stylevana after seeing so many great reviews. I talk about it in my sunscreen post. It is my new favorite sunscreen.

cerave hydrating cleanser — to replace my simple refreshing gel which is on its last leg; i wanted to try something different. (skin.pt)

medik8 crystal retinal 3 — giving retinol a second try after my misguided first attempt; this has very good reviews and is considered gentle/beginner-friendly. (cult beauty)

cosrx AC collection acne patch — i need these in my life at all times. i’m running low and that makes me nervous; i ordered 2 packs. (yesstyle)

etude house AC clean up pink powder spot — i’ve tried eradikate, i’ve tried neogen, now i want to see how this one measures up. (yesstyle)

patchology mood patch chill mode — i couldn’t care less about eye patches or CBD, but i needed something to reach free shipping and this was the cheapest option that didn’t sound wholly awful. (cult beauty)

cosrx propolis synergy toner — this won a korean consumer award in the toner category in korea last year; i don’t need it, but i’ve been wanting to give propolis a try. (yesstyle)

la roche-posay shaka fluid SPF50+ non-perfumed — since reading up on SPFgate, a lot of sunscreen brands’ effectiveness has been put into doubt (both asian and western); LRP consistently passes third-party tests, though, and they have a lot of filters plus a good PPD, so right now i feel like this is the safest option.
