Headcanons? Yeah lets talk headcanons
Natsu's attention is hard to hold onto in a convo sometimes. He can be easily distracted by any new sound or smell that he might notice and it just splits his attention between the conversation and the new thing. Anyone outside of the guild thinks he's being rude because of this but he just can't help it.
It's an absolute rarity to see Erza fight bare handed. Sure she trains often to keep her hand to hand combat skills sharp but she almost never foregoes a weapon in a fight.
Evergreen is a big lover of the arts and is probably one of Reedus' most frequent commissioners. Everyone thinks she just commissions self portraits (i mean she does, but its not all the time), but most of the stuff Reedus does for her is nature scenery.
If Gajeel zones out while eating, there's a good chance he'll start eating his utensils too.
Juvia scarcely goes anywhere without an umbrella regardless of the weather. She doesn't use it half the time but she spent so long carrying one over the years it feels odd to not have one on her person.
Droy never brings this up but he is like, one of the best plant wizards in fiore and has helped on several projects to revive and maintain ancient plant breeds. He just never says anything because its not that big of a deal to him.
Pantherlily @ Happy & Lector- 'Young men I beg of you, please wear some pants.'
Gildarts and Macao are really close friends and always hang out whenever Gildarts is in town. Gildarts and Wakaba however, not so much (they're ok with each other lmao. Not really close to dislike in any sense, just casual acquaintances who happen to share a best friend.)
Jellal still works with the council but as a sort of off the books consultant. He's still a wealth of knowledge and knows how to work through the confusion of politics so Mest with reach out from time to time to pick his brain on certain things.
Out of the 3 siblings, Lisanna has the most variety when it comes onto transformations. She has more animal takeovers than Elfman does beasts or Mira with demons and she is always swapping out and changing what takeovers she has so she has an air of unpredictability to her with an ever changing roster of animal takeovers.

Do you have any hcs abt the natsu, erza, gray trio?
I AM SO SORRY I HAD A BAD CASE OF WRITERS BLOCK AND MY BRAIN ISNT BRAINING, ITS KINDA BLAND BUT HERES UR LONG AWAITED LIST🙏🙏
* literally so fucking close, siblings im telling you
* they are a trio full of contradictions, cant assume anything with them
* they argue so much. all of them.
* Showing up at each others places with zero forewarning just to sleep or raid their fridge is an average night for them
* Its a common occurrence to see Erza walking calmly with them under her arms or over her shoulders
* Every new guild member with fail has a crush on one of them
* Natsu and Gray bring out the dumabass in Erza, according to her it’s contagious
* Natsu and Gray taught themselves morse code for the soul purpose of arguing when Erzas around
* Gray frequently blocks Natsu on every media platform he has, even email with no explanation for days
* Erza holds both Gray and Natsus ‘leashes’ and Gray holds Natsus and Natsu thinks hes free
* Theres never a dull moment with them
* “This is a safe space” *says literally anything* “This is no longer a safe space!”
* Erza is the designated bug killer between them
* They, as a trio, are black-listed from over half the establishments in Magnolia. individually or just two of them or with just one more person they’re completely fine. But not just them.
* Natsus the type to collect the most embarrassing photos of people and send them to his victims years later
* Erza genuinely had to sit down and stare at the wall for an hour after receiving one of these photos
* Natsu participates in cathartic screaming. Which means he lets out blood curdling screams at random times and scares the shit out of everyone around him
* Sent Erza and Gray into near panic attack the first time, now Gray joins in and Erza referees it like a competition
* Erza is a covert MENACE to them. Straight up psychological warfares on them
* Erza, whispering: you just lost the game
* Gray: im going to kill us both please just let me live—
* Gray knows random laws off the top of his head and will call the other two out for the stupidest ones
* sometimes he lies tho just to fuck with them
* They 100% share clothes and pack extra for each other while going on jobs
* Gray owns many hawaiian shirts and they definitely bully him for it but keep getting him more
* On many occasions, Erza has subtly instigated things that she knows would end up with Natsu and Gray fighting for her own entertainment
* They all have a constant need to prove people wrong and have issues with authority, they hate doing what people tell them to
* “try not to die” “fuck off no” “?? the hell you mean ‘no’????”
Golden retriever, Calico cat, and Black cat friends
yeah thats all i got for rn, but here are more quotes as a treat, free of charge!
Erza: Gray? What are you doing here?
Gray, wearing a hawaiian shirt, sunglasses and holding a gatorade: My best.
Natsu: If you listen closely you can hear the sound of my brain sizzling
Erza: Ah yes, the sweet melody of insanity
Gray: Its just the wii music but sped up and off key
Erza: Do you guys ever have a civilized conversation that doesn't require insulting each other every time you get a chance?
Natsu: No.
Gray: No.
Erza: Didn't think so.

Erza Scarlet x reader
Sitting in your normal seat in the guild hall you did what you always did. Stare at Erza in all her beauty. She and Team Natsu just got back from a quest and you watched as she told Levy all about it, though, you assume her version of how the quest went is different than Lucy’s judging by the face she was making. Well, you were lost in thought and you failed to notice the man approaching you.
“Hey, Y/n, you’re looking as good as always.” glancing at the man talking, you had seen him around the guild but had yet to learn his name. “Thanks” you mumble toward him. “I’ve heard you’re pretty strong,” he says while he moves his body closer to you. “I am,” you say simply, you continue to talk to him while he flirts poorly with you. The whole conversation was rather one-sided as you have no interest in the man.
“Excuse you, can you not see that Y/n is clearly not interested in you?” Erza’s voice booms. “What are you talking about, why wouldn’t she be interested? We are having a pleasant conversation, aren’t we Y/n?” he looks at you as he finishes. “Please, Y/n can do way better than you,” Erza says as she grabs his collar and tosses him out of the booth.
“Wow, do you mind grabbing me like that?” you jokingly ask her. Erza’s face quickly flushes red. “I-i, you want..” laughing, you cut her off. “It was only a joke Erza, but… I am curious. Why did you stop that man from flirting with me?” Erza’s face stays red as she responds “Well, you were clearly uninterested in him, so…” She looks down. “Is there another reason you stopped him?” Erza looked up quickly, then looked around. “Actually, there is something I have been meaning to talk to you about,” smiling at her “Well, you have my undivided attention,” you answer simply. Erza’s face reddens more, “Uhm, could we step out of the guild hall," she asks nervously, without responding you stand up from the booth.
The walk outside was quick, which was good because your nerves were consuming. Trying to appear calm on the outside, “So, what was it you wanted to talk to me about?” Erza sighs, “I… well,” she sighs again, trying to gain her composure. You can’t remember a time you’ve seen her like this. “I like you Y/n” she blurts out, finally looking up at you, “ I like you a lot, Y/n, you’re funny, smart, and undeniably attractive. Everything about you is amazing and I would love for a chance to call you mine,” Erza looks at you with her pleading brown eyes. “How could I ever say no to you? I would love nothing more than to be your woman Erza,” you watch the excitement radiate off of Erza’s face, “really? Can we get strawberry cake?” she asks excitedly. You smile at her, “Of course, I can even make you some if you would like,” Erza smiles, pulling you into a hug, your head hitting her armor with a loud clunk. Although it didn’t feel nice, you wouldn’t change this for the world.
I wasn’t sure if you wanted an established relationship or not so I wrote it as if they aren’t yet together
Feel free to request as much as you like ❤️❤️

Hello! Can i request ror characters react to erza reader vs 100 monsters or titans? Maybe before the tournament started, zeus decided to try and scare the humans by suggesting a game before the actual tournament. Basically, both the human fighters and the gods fighters draw numbers or turns to fight the monsters/titans. But this backfired when erza reader draw the first turn and challenge all 100 monsters or titans and won. I think both sides are either shocked of reader, terrified, curious or just falling in love with erza reader.
-It was a chance Zeus was willing to give humanity, dealing with two problems at once, letting humanity face off against demons before the tournament would begin.
-There was an overabundance of demons, and this was a way to, hopefully, get rid of some, with humanity also proving themselves.
-Zeus explained the rules, that there was a total of 100 demons of varying strengths, and humanity would choose three fighters to fight as many as they wanted in 3 rounds. However, the numbers of demons they chose to fight and defeat, then the number of rounds in Ragnarok would lower, giving the fighters less of a chance to perish, as only the strongest would fight.
-Zeus, having an inflated ego, then boasted, “And if all 100 demons are killed, then we, the gods, will call off this tournament, and humanity will be spared, and as an added bonus, we will start doing what we are supposed to, and manage the humans properly this time.”
-Many were annoyed at Zeus’ stipulations, as this seemed like an impossible task for humanity, but many more were annoyed, if humanity managed to succeed, then they would have to own up to their own mistakes in failing to properly manage humanity and handle the problem without violence and cruelty this time.
-Brunnhilde approached the three fighters she chose for this test, and you were the one selected to go first. Many were jeering, seeing a woman, telling the men to fight for you instead, but you weren’t bothered.
-Zeus was impressed with your focused and determined look, “Well then Y/N, please state how many demons you would like to face.”
-Your eyes were firm and sharp, “I would like to face… all one hundred!”
-The crowd instantly was roaring, either with cheers or in shock by your bold claim, and while your fellow fighters for humanity were shocked, Brunnhilde wasn’t, as her arms were folded across her chest, looking amused.
-You activated your ability, changing your armor and equipment as Zeus chuckled, thinking you were too cocky, and this would humble you, but he allowed it and started the tournament.
-Ten minutes later, Zeus, along with most everyone in the arena, were gawking as you sliced through your 70th demon, easily dodging another- you were making this look so easy!!
-Most of the demons you cut down were on the weaker side, but for normal people, ones who were not warriors, they would have seemed strong.
-Zeus was impressed by your strength, he had no idea that humans were so strong, and many of the gods were the same. Shiva was cheering for you, impressed by your ability, and Thor couldn’t help but feel a swell in his chest, proud of what you’ve been capable of doing.
-Lu Bu and Leonidas, who had been the other two who would have had a chance to fight demons, had you not taken them all, were also cheering, both impressed with your ability and skills.
-By the time you were down to your final demon, the gods were stunned, many were cheering for you, not wanting someone like you to perish, while humanity had never stopped, and now that you were facing off against the strongest one, they were even louder than before.
-You lowered your sword as your current requip faded and many were worried you were out of juice, as you were panting heavily, from the workout, and you were a bit banged up, but nothing serious.
-Your ear twitched as Zeus made fun of you, “Quitting already Y/N? you’re only one away from saving humanity~ but if you can’t do it-”
-You turned, a dark aura surrounding you, making you look like a demon yourself as Zeus squeaked in fear, terrified as you turned back to the demon as you inhaled deeply and your body began to glow, another set of armor beginning to form.
-You shouted out, “Heaven’s Wheel Armor!” and as the light faded, you looked almost like a Valkyrie yourself, wearing armor that came with a set of steel wings, holding a sword in each hand.
-More and more swords appeared, surrounding you until over two hundred swords were around you like a halo, making everyone freeze, their jaws dropping and eyes bulging as you launched the assault, easily taking care of the demon.
-As you were announced the winner, the crowd was deafening as your armor faded, leaving you in your normal clothes as you looked around, smiling softly.
-You caught Brunnhilde and Goll as they leapt into your arms, cheering for you as you smiled, sagging into the embrace as you sighed softly, happy that you had been able to do this.
-Several of the gods were very impressed, it made them curious on how strong humanity was; part of them wanted the tournament to continue, but that wouldn’t have been very honorable, but that didn’t mean they couldn’t have sparring matches~
-You were happy that you were being celebrated, but you were just happy to have a slice of strawberry cake in your hand as you sat around the other warriors who were all celebrating your hard-earned victory.
-It was well worth the effort you put in fighting now that humanity didn’t have to fight for survival.

It is. Mainly because I don't know of any otger Tower of Heaven. That and the Fairy Tail one stuck out. Majorly. Also I imagine that if anyone tries and says they can go destroy the Tower for Yuu's peace of mind they might actually stop them, not only out of fear for the person's LIFE, but also out of fear that the cultists would use the slaves as living meat shields.
Glad that was confirmed :) Anyways, no, I can see them storming the tower for Erza!Yuu to destroy the tower. Yuu is just like: N-No?? Please don't, they're going to use my friends and family there against us.
I'm sure that most of them would understand, but the more empathetic ones (Lilia, Kalim, Deuce, etc.) would still feel uncomfortable about leaving innocent people stuck in the tower.
But it’s not like they’re not planning to attack the tower. At least, not yet.
For you see, Lilia is a general :) and he knows his way around hostage situations. Also his connections would probably make it easier
They’re villains, right? So they’re going to use everything in their powers to plan and prepare for the onslaught. Maybe even team up with Yuu's guild to increase their chances of saving the people from within.
But at the end of the day, they're just trying to help Yuu, and make the world a better place. It'll be worth it, to save innocent people. And trust me, they're going to be planning for anything that'll go wrong.
Even if Mal has to become a dragon to drag the cultists out :)

Nalu wedding head cannons????? Please I love you 🥺
haha oops. i did very publicly say i would posts some but they've just been sat in my drafts for like a month sorry lol. but i hope u enjoy and i hope you're looking forward to the eventual fic this gets turned into
natsu couldn’t care less where or how they get married, they could do it in a barn for all he cares, and honestly so would lucy, but she’s been dreaming about her wedding day for yeaaarrrs and she’s not about to give up on that dream
lucy’s bridal party is levy (moh), erza, and wendy & natsu’s groomsmen/women/cat are happy (best man? cat?), gray, and lisanna
natsu considered asking erza to be one of his groomsmen but she assigned himself as one of the bridesmaids before he even got the chance to ask
not that lucy is that mad; she was also thinking about it and erza is an excellent planner and she wants that on her side
unfortunately for happy and lisanna, that means that they’re in charge of making sure natsu and gray don’t kill each other
gray sees natsu like a beloved brother and he wants to support him on his big day, but god he’s a fucking idiot and he has to let him know
lisanna threatens to sic erza on them if they get up to no good, but honestly on that day they’re both more afraid of lucy because she will kill them if either of them fuck up the wedding
natsu has so much pent up excess energy the WHOLE morning leading up to the ceremony and he can’t exactly fight anyone on his wedding day, so he literally goes for a jog around magnolia in his suit, and then spends the rest of the morning arm wrestling with gray
all of the bridesmaids absolutely sob hysterically when they see lucy in her dress for the first time since she
they’re all blissfully unaware that gray lost his pants two hours ago and the groomsmen still haven’t found them
everyone is required to show up sober and stay sober through the ceremony, but it definitely does not stay that way
both of them are agonising over their vows, but for different reasons
natsu knows that he is never going to compare to lucy when it comes to putting his thoughts into words, and he doesn’t quite have the words to describe just how much she means to him, but he doesn’t want to look like an idiot in front of her and the rest of the guild
lucy on the other hand, knows everyone has really high expectations for her and she doesn’t want to let everyone down with lame, boring vows
natsu memorises his vows so he can look in lucy’s eyes while he says them
she gets all weepy and teary eyed that she’s sobbing through her vows
she gently scolds him for making her cry before she got to hers
forehead touch vows, yes? yes.
PLUE IS THE RING BEARER AND HE DROPS THE RINGS AND GETS ALL EMBARRASSED BUT EVERYONE ELSE THINKS IT’S SO CUTE
makarov officiates the wedding obviously
he gives a really heartfelt speech about the days he first met the both of them and how he's watched natsu (and lucy too, to an extent) grow up into the people they are today
he definitely jokes about how lucy has made natsu a much more tolerable person, followed by murmurs of agreement throughout the room (particularly from gray) and how he's matured so much over the course of their friendship/relationship
then finally he turns to lucy and is like. "now are you sure about this? he's a fucking moron, you know that right?" which natsu is not happy about but it at least makes lucy laugh
they kiss, everyone cheers and they all go get bonkers drunk at the reception

Yandere Gray Fullbuster
Honestly these may sound bland, but this is one of those characters that unless I write out a scenario/drabble, he won’t sound that intriguing. If that makes sense....? Anyways, please enjoy!
These are my interpretations of his/her/their persona and none of these are 100% accurate. I don't condone any of these actions in real life and all of this is purely fictional and should be taken as such!
Overprotective, stalker, and possessive. I truly am afraid I will butcher and misinterpret his character, but these are the vibes I get. Unlike Natsu who is a lot more childlike and tends to joke a lot, Gray sticks to a more serious behavior. Now mind you, I did read the manga and finished it but that was back in middle school. . .so I may get a few things wrong, feel free to correct me if needed! Spoilers for the most recent season I think? I completely forgot why he did it, but he infiltrated that villain group and just outright left Juvia. Yeah, it was a shitty thing to do, but he did it with the idea of protecting her (but also at Erza’s request). He’s the type to do things himself and keep you in the dark.
Definitely overprotective. Gray cares for his guildmates (seen plenty of times) and truly wants the best for them. Despite the occasional trash talk, for his guild he’ll sacrifice everything. With his S/O, I like to think he’ll do the same. Not afraid to stand up for them in public, but prefers a more secluded way of helping. If you ever go on a job, he’ll offer to accompany you but if you choose to decline he’ll respect that. He will also follow you and stay hidden, possibly dealing with villains in the background ensuring your mission goes smoothly. The type to offer to walk you home, “I walk by that way anyways, it’s not trouble at all.” He’ll never admit that he already secretly follows you to make sure nobody comes after you!
Tying in with his stalking abilities, he acts like your shadow. It’s more of a precaution, but he can’t help following you around. When you leave the guild after work and start making your way home, he’s there ready to make sure you get there safely. On your way to hang out with someone? He’ll follow you around as well! If by any chance you manage to catch him, he’ll simply brush it off and say that he’s following a lead on a job and walk away from you. This ties in with his possessiveness, if he ever needs a person to go on a job with, he’ll ask you. If Natsu ever were to flirt with you (not like this man can flirt) or anyone (Loke tbh) for that matter, he’d initiate the fight. You’re his and he’s not afraid to claim. I know these headcanons sound very plain but he’s not a scary yandere. I’d say a 6/10.
In the end, you matter to him. Your happiness matters as well as your safety, he truly does care for you. If you were to ask him for help, who is he to deny? Gray is a man of morals but I believe he’s willing to toss some aside to ensure your safety. If you already were in a relationship with him, he’s attached by the hip. He’s always there, he’s not too big on PDA but having an arm around your waist is something up his style. The type to ruffle your head, the type to flick your forehead when you say something stupid, the type to smile at you before leaving after he said something cheesy. It will make sense when I write him I swear.

Just caught up on Fairy Tail lore. For reference: I clocked out during the Grand Magic Games and kept up a bit during the time they were fighting that dark guild; the one with Gray’s Dad in it. Let’s get into some things:
1. I need anime to start giving their characters better motives. Zeref doing all that to get Natsu back? Acnologia becoming a dracocidal(LMAO) maniac because of an isolated event and the death of one child? Please be serious. This is like Obito deciding to stop suffering by starting a world war and killing billions of creatures. Anime logic is soooooo
2. Zeref and Mavis were both cursed by some God to be immortal for interfering with natural order? What happened to good ole “a life for a life”? And then having an old ass son that Zeref didn’t know was his? Also, Zeref ruling a whole kingdom and - I’m assuming - no one was aware?! They been talking about the ancient and legendary dark wizard Zeref since day 1 and he been a hop and a skip over
3. 400 years ago is not “ancient”
4. They’re not making dragonization seem like that much of an issue. I get that it’s hard to shift back to human but Zeref was able to do it with like a wave of his hand. And Zeref being so powerful and so much more skilled than someone like Irene doesn’t really make sense to me.
5. The power difference between Irene and Acnologia makes no sense to me either. She the Original Model, so why is he so much more powerful. Which dragon gave him their magic anyway? I get he eats magic(I’m assuming the same way the other slayers eat their specific magic), but it’s just not giving. And if Zeref is so powerful why he ain’t just handle this forever ago.
6. Why didn’t Belserion just jump into Irene’s soul like the other 5 did to their children? Irene had no reason to abandon Erza. She was human again and Erza would’ve been way safer with her than growing up in Rosemary Village.
7. Erza used to be so badass, but she hasn’t really had a power upgrade since damn near the beginning of the series(My memory fuzzy tho. it’s been over a decade). And her not being a dragon slayer or somewhat dragon doesn’t make sense. Irene was transforming when she was pregnant, was a dragon while the pregnancy was halted, and gave birth whilst a dragon - just in human form. Her “DNA” was definitely draconic when Erza was developing. Why did Erza’s dad do that to Irene? They had dragons on their side. Dragons giving them Dragon Slayer magic was how they were able to not be annihilated. Also, the being nice to the point of your detriment shit is so tired. She could’ve easily subdued those guards and her husband. She didn’t even have to kill them.
8. It took y’all 400 years to do this? Why?
9. Mavis. Is she dead? Is she alive? She died but yet was preserved in the Lacrima? I’m guessing Makarov’s father did something. Still a mess Her and Zeref fucked or is it some “Mother Mavis” and “August Christ” type shit?
10. Zeref and Acnologia’s power just make no sense to me. I’m so sick of the “genius” excuse. It’s giving bad fanfiction.
11. This 100 years war thing? God. What now? Someone’s coming from 100 years in the past? There’s 5 “Dragon Gods” who ran from Acnologia out of fear, but somehow became more powerful than him…? One of them is Natsu’s brother who has never been mentioned by anyone beforehand. And is he a human by birth or a dragon by birth? Let’s wrap it up please.💀
12. Also, if they really wanted to gag the live, they would’ve gave Lucy the Spirit King’s Key. She should not be going to fight Brandish thinking she can’t win. Erza shouldn’t have been fighting Irene with no chance of winning. Where’s the skill? The innovation? That’s the issue. Only Mavis and Zeref made new shit. Everyone else only used what was already available.

SHIPPING INFO // ANSWER THE FOLLOWING FOR YOUR MUSE(S) SO PEOPLE KNOW HOW SHIPPING WORKS ON YOUR BLOG.
tagged by: @celestiialnotes tagging: YOU READING THIS. :D go for it!
WHAT IS YOUR OTP FOR YOUR CHARACTER(S)? gosh. there are so many muses on here!! uhhh. i guess i can just list the more active muses that i have? however, in doing so, that doesn't mean i am not ever down to try new ones or even rare ships! rare ships are some of my favs, tbh!!
ochako: kacchako, izuocha, kirichako, shinchako, todochako, monochako, iidachako. joke: eraserjoke, micjoke, mightjoke. lucy: graylu, lolu, gajlu, nalu, laxlu, stinglu, freelu. erza: jerza, grayza, mirza. emma: drakemma. takemichi: akkutake, maitake, fuyutake, mistutake. ( i am honestly still developing him / reading the manga more so that's all i've got right now!! ) lumine: chilumi, xiaolumi - just two faves but she obvs works with so many hahah
HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE? for a lot of the b.nha student muses that i have and even tr characters, i mean.. a couple years? like one to two years apart, max? i mean they are younger characters and in some cases teens, there's no way i am comfy having them date someone way older. as for the more adult muses: fairy tail, etc. --- i mean, not too much older also? the same concept applies. the most i'd say is about a 5 year difference but no more than 7ish or so.
HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED NSFW? when you know, you know. it's pretty obvious. a lot of the characters i write tend to be younger and for that i mean, nsfw is pretty non existent. but in the rare chance that it is written here it's with a mun i trust and am comfortable with wholeheartedly. the same can be said for the muses: the ship would have to be pretty well developed: chemistry, built on trust, etc.
ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING? yes and no? i mean, if you'd like to ship our muses and our interested in doing so, please let me know! however, i also have to keep the muse in mind / and categorize things in my brain to not make things complicated. i tend to work off a mains system so as to not have 10 ships with the same character. so, as an example: ochako has a very established ship with @ofdetonation's bakugou, so i'd be very selective in shipping her with another. i hope that makes sense? but in all honestly, i am very open to lots of things!
WHO ARE OTHER CHARACTERS YOU SHIP YOUR CHARACTER WITH? ahhh! gosh it'd bee too much to name them all. but, as mentioned: - ochako is with cam's bakugou, and his izuku over at @starvirescent. also for izuocha: @starshinc & @roguesenses. monochako is shipped with @galaxythixf & @beastincidents. - lucy is shipped with @ofsavior's gray and loke. as well as @celestiialnotes's gajeel and soon to be @diablescharmants's freed! - joke is shipped with @spllledwlne's shota and @spydcddy's loid! (yor is also shipped with juice's loid). jean is shipped with @resolutepath's diluc! ** there are so many more things i am sure i cannot think of at this moment! & a lot more developing that i am very excited for!
DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU? it would be much appreciated! i am ALWAYS open to it!! it just helps me to know that you're interested in doing so! everything with my muses is based off of chemistry! but if we've talked forever and you just wanna ship our muses or try something out? let's chat, plot, and see what can happen!
ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS? hmmm--- i'd say, ship-more-or-less! i am here for my characters, and in some instances, that's the last thing that's on their minds! however: ME, DANDI-- HEAR ME RAWR-- i mean, ahem--- me? i, myself, am a shipaholic, and i'll be the first to admit that! a lot of my characters tend to have like.. main character energy? so! they're very ship-able! & even if they're not a main character, i also love all the random like side stuff or rare ships! i am always up for making an interaction happen!
my only ask is that we've written a few times and that the mun and i have spoken! but trust me, once we ship? it's over for you, and your muse. muahahaha!! .. in a good way!!! :) it will consume me and just: happy sighs.
ARE YOU MULTISHIP? oh! yes! very much so! the only two characters i am sort of sensitive when it comes to multi-shipping in certain ships are ochako and lucy! and that's simply because, as stated, they're the two that have been around the longest and in some ships, they are very well along and established! but that's not to say, depending on what happens, that it won't work out! it just means, i am slightly more selective with both of their muses & may only have a few of each individual ship.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM? if i answered that for every character on this blog we'd be here even longer!! i will just say, at points, kacchako, izuocha, monochako, eraserjoke, matchablossom, graylu, grayza, nalu, jerza, grayza, chilumi, drakemma, & zutara have consumed my soul. honestly? a lot of ships do! i am also really hung up on the tr brainrot and holy hell, i am just :eyes: at so many ships!
FINALLY, HOW DOES ONE SHIP WITH YOU? talk me me. slap me with the ship, art, send an ask, or a meme! i am really open to just so many things and i would love, love, love to start writing & shipping! with so many more of you! <3

Story Below the Cut! Thank you so much for reading!
Erza Knightwalker had been called many things in her life, but scared was not one of them. If anything, people had been scared of her—but of course that had been ages ago now, in what almost felt like another life. In some ways, perhaps it had been another life—after all, this was her second chance at life or maybe even her third, fourth or fifth given how many times she had almost perished given her particular line of work. Still, her king had offered her a chance to start over, and even she could admit he was kindhearted despite her belief that he was far too apt to forgive people who didn’t deserve it, people like her. When he had chosen to commute her sentence from the banishment or execution she likely deserved to working with him in rebuilding the kingdom that she had nearly pushed to the brink of destruction, she had thought the newly-crowned monarch was either totally naïve or completely out of his mind. When he had appointed her as his personal bodyguard, she was sure he must be a little of both, particularly after he had been genuinely surprised the first time she had taken a serious injury in his place.
“I never thought you liked me very much,” he had said, and Erza had merely blinked at him. King Jellal was far too smart to be this stupid.
When she had asked him, as respectfully as she could manage, why he had seen fit to make her his bodyguard then, he had twitched his mouth just barely in the corners and said, “Well I needed to think of some kind of punishment for you.”
She hadn’t realized then that this was his dry sense of humor talking, but humor or not it was a concerning sentiment. “It’s not much of a punishment,” she had insisted.
To which he had replied, “You believe you should have been banished with my father.” It hadn’t been a question.
“It would have been a just sentence.”
His smile had widened then for just a split second, and the expression of his face had softened, “You and I have very different ideas of justice then, Captain Knightwalker.”
He should have listened to her all those years ago. She was not so arrogant as to doubt the king only...if he had listened to her and sent her away, he probably wouldn’t be lying on what very well could be his deathbed with a gaping stab wound in his stomach that had been meant for her, and she wouldn’t be standing guard quietly in the corner as her insides coiled and twisted. She wouldn't be contemplating if for once in her life she knew what it was to be truly and utterly scared… Something panged in her chest, and her eyes burned, quickly growing misty.
“Captain…are you crying?” asked a hoarse, strained voice. Erza turned immediately towards the king who was lying weak, pale, and languid in bed as would be expected from someone who was so critically injured. As she rushed to his bedside, her only concern was stopping him from straining himself. In truth, what he had actually said had barely registered until he repeated, “Why are you crying, Captain?”
Erza’s brow furrowed. Crying? Surely, she wasn’t…
Erza’s jaw fell a bit slack as she pressed her fingers against her face and felt the damp trail on her cheek left by an unbidden and unwanted tear that had somehow struggled free. Her cheeks grew hot though she was certain she blushed even more when His Majesty asked, “Are you okay?”
Ezra was far too respectful of her king to roll her eyes, but a sigh did escape her mouth. He was unbelievable—absolutely unbelievable—mortally wounded and worried about her of all people. No wonder his subjects adored him. He truly deserved to be considered “the king of the people.” The difference between him and his father, King Faust, was almost night and day. “I’m fine, Your Majesty,” she assured him hurriedly. “Are you alright? Do you want me to fetch the doctor?”
The royal physician had only just recently stepped out for the first time since he had sutured and bandaged the king’s wounds. Erza was certain he hadn’t gone far. She could likely even catch up with him if she ran fast enough, but His Majesty said, “No, thank you. I’m alright. Please let poor Dr. Sequen have a bit of a rest.”
Erza quirked an eyebrow at him and his bold-faced lie, not to mention his concern for his royal physician, a scrawny old man who had, naturally, been running himself ragged over the last several hours trying to save the young king’s life, but that was his job and one he was more than happy to do, she might add. If anything, he might be upset that he wasn’t summoned immediately when His Majesty had woken up.
“Captain, you could use a rest too,” he said before Erza could begin to insist His Majesty send for medical attention. She shook her head briskly, and King Jellal sighed. “Would you at least sit down, then?”
With a sigh, Erza decided it was probably best to oblige his request before he hurt himself on her account, again, so she quietly took a seat in a chair at the bedside. After several moments of silence, she decided to give her report, “They’ve apprehended the assailant, and he and his accomplice are awaiting trial. The…the attack was intended for me, not you, Your Majesty.”
King Jellal nodded. “I figured as much.”
Which is exactly the reason you shouldn’t have made me your bodyguard, Erza mentally continued. There were surely countless people who wanted to hurt her, who wanted vengeance for the horrible things she had done under the reign of King Faust. It wasn’t fair for King Jellal who put an end to his father’s tyranny and ushered in an era of peace for Edolas to have to pay for her misdeeds. Even this de facto assassin seemed to think so since, as she had heard from some of her men, he had crumbled into a sniveling, apologetic mess when he realized he had stabbed the king in her stead. In his defense, she supposed, he had no way of knowing that King Jellal would jump directly in front of the swing of his sword and push her out of the way—no one did, least of all Erza herself.
“I’ve failed in my duty to protect you, Your Majesty.”
She hung her head but could hear King Jellal hum thoughtfully. “I suppose that is one way of looking at it.”
“With all due respect, Your Majesty, what other way is there?” she questioned, glancing up at him again with a slight tilt of her head.
The corners of his mouth twitched just barely with that thoughtful, almost imperceptible smile she had come to recognize after years as his most trusted bodyguard. In many ways it seemed saved only for her and those moments when she was far more frank with him than a servant should be with their king. “That I succeeded in my duty to protect you.”
“Your Majesty, if you are the one protecting me, I have no right to call myself your bodyguard. It is almost nonsensical. When your subjects learn I have allowed you to be injured in my place, they will insist I be stripped of my rank of Captain in your Royal Army and perhaps even imprisoned or banished for treason.”
As something almost affectionate passed over his eyes, King Jellal tilted his head. “I think they will understand.”
“Your Majesty, your people are not as forgiving as you.” Erza sighed. “Though they are good people, they are also reasonable ones. They will never understand why their king would risk his life to protect his bodyguard.”
“Perhaps,” King Jellal admitted quietly; however, his expression softened. “But I can only hope they will understand why their king would risk his life to protect the woman he loves.”
Erza’s face grew suddenly warm, and she was sure her cheeks must be swiftly turning as red as her hair as her heart began to race. She shook her head slightly. Surely, she had misheard him…or perhaps infection was setting in and he was becoming delirious with fever. His Majesty, however, merely bit his lip as the faintest tint of pink flushed in his cheeks.
“I apologize. That was not how I intended to tell you. I’m not sure I intended to tell you at all, but I do think you should know…” He swallowed hard. “I do care for you—more than life itself it would seem.”
There was something so sincere in his dark eyes that Erza found she could only blink at him. Had she been any less helpless, she would likely have thought it was almost pathetic in a way—the former Great Fairy Hunter of Edolas rendered completely speechless, empty-headed, and useless by a few ardent words, even if they were utterly unexpected. As Erza continued to blink blankly at him, King Jellal sighed and averted his gaze from her, but he continued, “I suppose in a way it was unfair that I kept it from you. I hope you’ll forgive my selfishness in concealing my true intentions.”
“Your…your what?” she finally but barely choked in a somewhat garbled whisper as her cheeks flamed red.
“Nothing improprietous I assure you. It’s only…my affection for you is much deeper than merely a king for his bodyguard, and it always has been. And earlier today, when I saw that swordsman coming right at you and…your back was turned already fighting with another one, I…I realized that I couldn’t bear the thought of losing you. I’m sorry.”
Erza shivered under the intensity of his gaze, but there was something so kind and so gentle in his eyes. She swallowed hard. It dawned on her that for the second time in her life she had absolutely no idea what she was doing with herself thanks to a completely outlandish declaration from King Jellal. She should have probably come to expect it by now, but this was not a pardon. This was not a commuted sentence. This was a…a…she could scarcely bring herself to even think it. Could this really be a declaration of…of love?
“There’s no reason for you to apologize, Your Majesty,” she stumbled. “But…uh…um…” Her voice hitched, and she stopped abruptly, mentally kicking herself for sounding so wavering.
“I’m afraid this is yet another time we will have to respectfully disagree, Captain. I have put you on the spot and made you uncomfortable, and for this I am very sorry.”
“No, uh—” she began to say she wasn’t entirely sure what, and, as much as she would never admit it, she was actually somewhat relieved when His Majesty interrupted her.
“Please don’t feel obligated to say anything just because I am your king,” he gently insisted. “If anything, I hope you have grown to see me as not only your king but also your friend.”
As Erza somehow managed a brisk nod, King Jellal smiled. “Then as your friend, I humbly ask for your forgiveness for being so forward and for making you cry.”
Erza touched her cheek, checking for yet another unbidden tear, but it was dry. His Majesty must still be referring to before.
“I’m the one who should ask for your forgiveness. It was completely inappropriate for me to…”
“Please, Captain. I know it’s selfish of me to ask but…”—His face flushed a rosy pink— “if you would just, please, consider indulging me and allowing me to believe that perhaps you were crying for me and for yourself.” The blush of his face deepened to a flaming red so crimson that it resembled her hair and clashed terribly with his. He buried his face in his hands. “That sounded…horribly wrong. I’m sorry. I don’t want you to cry, of course, ever, for any reason, but when I woke up and saw those tears in your eyes, I…I didn’t know what to think. I guess I thought that perhaps…perhaps it was possible that…that it was something deeper than just duty. That maybe you weren’t just mourning what had happened to your king, but…” His voice trailed, and Erza’s own cheeks flushed rose.
After a long heavy pause, she took a deep breath. “It was. It was more than that…” Erza confessed at last though she couldn’t bring herself to meet his eyes. “I…I didn’t want to lose you, Your Majesty, especially not because I couldn’t protect you. I don’t think…I could live with myself if you died to save me.”
“I don’t think I could live with myself if you died to save me either, so I’m afraid we’re at a bit of an impasse, Captain Knightwalker.”
A breathy chuckle escaped Erza’s mouth. “Once again.”
His Majesty chuckled a bit himself before his expression softened. “I don’t regret it, protecting you, I mean. I would do it again, a million times over—as many times as it takes. I hope at least now you can believe me when I say I love you more than my own life, Erza Knightwalker.”
Erza’s cheeks grew hot, but she stumbled her way through a nod. “I do. Though I’m not sure I would have without you taking a stab wound for me earlier,” she admitted.
“I do appreciate your honesty.” His lips twitched, and there it was again—that secret smile. “I suppose it was worth it then, to be able to tell you that, at least once in my life.”
Something twisted in Erza’s stomach as an almost sickening sense of dread began to rise in her chest. “Once?” she repeated in an almost garbled voice. She stood from her seat and turned to rush out the door to fetch the doctor, but she stopped abruptly as His Majesty’s hand reached out to gently grab her wrist.
“No, please. I…I’m not on my deathbed, I can assure you—injured, yes, but I’ve been hurt much worse than this before, believe me.” He offered her a slight, reassuring smile that faded as he continued with the faintest pink tint in his cheeks, “I only meant that…if you don’t return my affections, I…I won’t express them again out of respect for you.”
Erza blushed, but she sighed. “It’s not me you should be worried about, Your Majesty. You should be thinking of your people—what they’ll say, how they’ll whisper and gossip about you if you try to pursue a woman who is merely a soldier, a bodyguard, and a criminal…”
“They don’t see you the way you see yourself,” he insisted with something so kind, so ardently devoted in his dark eyes that Erza could almost believe him. “And even if they did, I’m sure that when they got to know you they would see everything in you that I see and would know what an amazing person you are.”
“You have a very good heart, Your Majesty,” she replied, turning away from him with rosy cheeks and a bittersweet smile tugging at her mouth. “But you deserve someone worthy of you.”
“I can’t imagine anyone is more worthy than the person who has stayed by my side—fought by my side with an unshakable loyalty and who has always been willing to die to protect me.” King Jellal gently pressed his palm to her cheek, and as he whispered her name, “Erza…” her heart raced. “I love you, but I don’t expect anything from you. If you don’t love me, I understand. I will never mention this again and will hope you can learn to forgive my forwardness and remain my friend. But please only refuse because you don’t love me, not because you’re scared to.”
Scared. Erza Knightwalker had been called many things in her life, but scared was not one of them…and she was not about to take up that title now, no matter how apt it might be. She could only hope that the rapid beating of her heart wouldn’t betray her as she leaned forward, snaking her arms around his neck. Her warm breath brushed up against his skin as she hovered mere inches away from his face. “I’m not scared…” she whispered before she finally erased the space between them with a kiss.

Santu Claus is Coming to Town
Tumblr media
A collaboration by @mdelpin and @oryu404 @becausewritingshouldbefun January 2023 Challenge Prompt: New Beginnings Pairing(s): Gray x Natsu, Sting x Rogue, Lyon x Erza (mentioned) AO3 | Ch 1 | Next: Ch 2
Summary: It's the most wonderful time of the year... supposedly. Natsu, in his absence, has taken Gray's Christmas spirit with him, and an unfortunate event from Rogue's childhood has him dreading the holiday altogether. Needless to say, they're not particularly excited about attending their Aunt Ur's annual Christmas eve party. But the night turns out to be full of surprises, making it one they certainly won't be forgetting anytime soon.
Chapter 1: Santa Bring My Bastard Back to Me
Christmas had always been Gray’s favorite holiday. That often surprised people, given he wasn’t exactly the most cheerful person to be around, but there was just something in the air that never failed to lift his spirits.
But this year was different, and while he hadn’t yet reached ‘Bah, humbug’ levels of bitterness, he was skirting fairly close.
The reason was simple.
Natsu, his childhood best friend and boyfriend, had gotten himself stuck on another fucking continent with no chance of getting home before Christmas. And yeah, Gray knew all too well that he was being unreasonable for feeling this way. It wasn’t Natsu’s fault they’d canceled all flights out of Rivera because of a massive snowstorm.
But after five years of only being able to see each other on the occasional weekend and during school breaks, Gray had been looking forward to spending more time together now that he was back home. Instead, they both got swept up by work. Gray was lucky enough to have landed an entry level position at an architectural firm soon after he'd graduated, and while Natsu still worked for his dad, he’d gotten promoted last year. Now he traveled along with Igneel for work so often, it felt like Gray saw him even less than before.
Was spending Christmas together really too much to ask?
“Please tell me that’s not what you’re planning to wear to your aunt’s party.”
Gray looked up to find his mother frowning at him. It took a minute for her words to pierce through his self pity, but when they did, it just added to his misery.
He’d completely forgotten all about his aunt’s Christmas Eve party.
“I don’t suppose there’s any way I could just stay home?” he asked. The last thing he felt like doing was feigning cheer at a loud family party.
“If he’s not going, then I’m not either,” his younger brother Rogue said as he plopped down on the sofa next to him, destroying any chance Gray might have had of his mother taking pity on him. The smug look Rogue flashed him let him know the bastard knew it, too.
Great. Thanks a lot, half-pint.
“You're both going, and that’s final. Now, go change into something a little more festive,” Mika directed, putting her hands on her hips as she looked back and forth between Gray’s sweatpants and Rogue's all black getup. “How about those Christmas sweaters I bought you?”
Gray touched a hand to his forehead. “Will you look at that? I think I have a fever. I must be coming down with something.”
“Yeah, me too.” Rogue said, faking a cough.
“Oh come on guys, it’ll be fun,” their mother badgered as she paced to the kitchen and back, gathering all the food she was bringing to the party. “This is the first time in a long while the whole family will be together. Even Ultear made it.”
That touched a nerve. What was she talking about? The whole family would not be there.
Besides, what did Gray care if Ultear and her asshole husband had graced them with their presence when Natsu wasn’t around to make fun of them?
“Wow. Nice, mom.” Rogue rolled his eyes and sighed.
“What?” She paused, her eyes widening as she finally realized her mistake. “Oh honey, I’m sorry!”
“Don’t worry about it,” Gray grumbled, even though it did kind of hurt that she’d forgotten Natsu’s absence so easily. You’d think she’d notice. The guy had only been terrorizing their pantry since they were ten, and they’d been a couple since his freshman year of college.
He got up from the sofa and headed off to his room to change into something his mother wouldn’t give him a hard time over. Rogue followed, looking about as thrilled as he felt. Gray doubted either of them would be wearing those Christmas sweaters.
It took some searching, but he found a shirt that was ironed and wouldn't have him sweat to death. He’d just located a clean pair of pants when the doorbell rang, soon followed by the elated sounds of his mother greeting their visitor.
He knew it couldn’t be Natsu. He hadn’t rung their doorbell since he was twelve, just made his way in through whatever door was open. Even so, Gray couldn’t quite silence the part of him that desperately hoped his boyfriend had somehow made it home in time.
He quickly finished dressing and went back downstairs, skipping the last steps when he caught the sounds of someone rummaging through the fridge. For a second, he truly believed he’d find Natsu grabbing the makings of one of his monstrous sandwiches with whatever leftovers he could find, but his mother shattered that illusion before Gray could even come out to see for himself.
“For God’s sake Sting, get out of my fridge,” she complained, “I swear you’re as bad as Natsu!”
“Lay off him, Mika, he’s sixteen. You know better than anyone that teen boys are always hungry,” his father snickered, tossing Sting an apple from the fruit basket that sat on the counter.
“Thanks, Mr. F!” Sting inhaled the apple while peering into the multiple shopping bags full of food and drink Mika had lined up, no doubt studying their contents and making a mental list of what he was going to eat first.
“Are you sure you’re bringing enough?” Silver glanced at Mika as she packed a box with as many bottles of wine as she could safely fit.
Mika stopped what she was doing and gazed at Silver worriedly. “Do you think I should bring more?”
Gray had never figured out whether his mom was really oblivious to his father’s sarcasm or whether she just enjoyed playing dumb. Either way, he rarely got a rise out of her.
“I think we should go.”
“Not yet. We’re waiting for the boys.”
“Gray still moping around?”
“I am not moping, I’ll have you know,” Gray said, entering the kitchen before his parents got too comfortable talking about him. “Of course,” he sighed, taking in Rogue’s best friend and his ridiculous Christmas elf costume, complete with red suspenders, bells on his hat, and even bells on his bright green shoes. Of course he would, and of course it would have been Sting. Gray had been a fool to think otherwise. The guy practically lived at their house, hanging around his brother like the two couldn’t function without each other for longer than a day.
And speak of the devil, Gray heard his brother coming down the stairs. He turned to look, fully expecting some sort of passive aggressive move to protest having to change, but for once, it looked like Rogue had actually put in some effort.
While he was still wearing the black jeans, he’d found a clean white button-down shirt to go with them, and he’d even tied back half of his hair into a ponytail, revealing the side of his face Gray couldn't remember seeing in forever.
“Nice!” Silver complimented him. “And perfect timing! Why don’t you help me load the car? Gray and Sting, you too.”
"Sure thing," Sting said, jingling with each step as he grabbed a couple of bags, but he knocked one of them straight into the counter when Rogue walked into the kitchen. “Ow! Hi! Sorry!” “Hey,” Rogue briefly flashed him a smile before he nodded at the bag Sting had just savaged. “Careful with that. You don't want to mess with my mom when she's full of ‘Christmas spirit’.”
Gray snorted at that, and while his father shot them both a warning look, he didn’t disagree.
“I heard that!” Mika called out, already running around the house and turning off lights, but stopping to come at Rogue with a face that had Gray struggling to hold back his laughter.
“My, who’s this handsome young man?” She crooned, cupping Rogue’s cheeks, and fondly gazing into his eyes as if she'd never see them both at the same time again. “Are you done?” Rogue huffed, glaring and red-faced as he let her pluck at him, taming a few rebellious strands of hair and making sure his shirt was tucked in nicely from all angles.
“No!” she said, pulling her phone out from her jacket pocket. “You have a face. We need to take pictures.”
“What are you talking about? I always have a face.”
Now, normally Gray wasn’t a big fan of pictures, but Rogue’s hatred of them was legendary. And given how he was stuck going to this party because Rogue had opened his big mouth, he felt a little payback was in order.
“I think pictures are a great idea!” he said, mustering up as much enthusiasm as he was able, just to piss him off. “How about by the tree?”
“That’s a lovely idea, Gray!”
“How about by the tree?” Rogue mocked in what sounded absolutely nothing like Gray's voice at all, and stuck out his tongue.
“Rogue!” Mika scolded as she ushered them all out of the kitchen. “It’ll just take a minute. Besides, I have so few pictures of you.”
“Oh, right. My bad,” Rogue said, pointedly looking at the walls, which were covered in family pictures, and at the digital frame that displayed a constant slideshow of shots.
Gray wasted no time in standing in front of their Christmas tree, a huge Isvan pine that stretched all the way to the ceiling and took up a sizable chunk of the living room, but his smile froze as soon as a picture of him and Natsu grinning like idiots as they tried to shove a s’more into the other’s mouth popped up on the digital frame.
He could remember that day clearly. The two of them had spent the afternoon building a firepit in the backyard for his mom. They’d broken it in that evening, roasting s’mores from their deck chairs with the rest of the family. Then, after everyone else had gone inside, they’d stayed by the fire, kissing until–
“You know he’d be here if he could,” his father said, patting him on the shoulder and offering him a smile.
“Yeah,” he said, still wrapped up in his boyfriend’s face and the memories of that night until the picture switched to one of him, Rogue, Ultear and Lyon on Lyon and Erza’s wedding day.
“And Rogue, can we please get this over with? I’d like to leave soon.”
Rogue sighed long and deep–the closest to a yes that most would get from him these days–and followed their mother's instructions for the pictures she wanted.
Seeing the discontent on Rogue’s face as he struggled to pose and smile to please their mom made it worth having to do the same thing, as well as keeping his mouth shut when he had to sit through the round of pics his mom shot of Rogue and Sting together.
Look at that, the little bastard could actually smile after all.
Rogue bolted as soon as she'd uttered the word “Alright,” grabbing Sting's hand and the car keys from the table.
“We’ll start loading the food.”
“Can someone please grab the presents?” Mika called out as she went to get more bags from the kitchen.
Gray figured he might as well do that, so he quickly sorted through the tower of presents, grabbing the ones meant for his aunt’s house and placing them into boxes which he set in the entryway to be loaded along with everything else. Then he got to work arranging the remaining presents underneath the tree.
He paused when he got to his present for Natsu. He’d bought him the usual ridiculous amount of candy and snacks, and he’d found a plush red dragon that he knew his boyfriend would go bonkers over. But the envelope the dragon was holding in its arms was his big present, and Gray couldn’t wait to see Natsu’s reaction when he opened it.
When he’d heard of a new resort opening up on Mt. Hakobe, Gray had taken advantage of their introductory specials to book them a four-night stay. Then he’d gone a little crazy with the extras: tickets to their onsen, a one-hour couple's massage, lift tickets and equipment rentals, and passes to their indoor water park.
Yet for as much fun as all those sounded, it was the thought of having Natsu to himself for those four nights that thrilled him the most. They’d finally get to try out all the things they never got to do because they both lived with their parents.
He put the present down along with the others, trying very hard not to think about how much he’d wanted to give it to him tonight.
“Oh good, you’re still here,” his mom said as she entered the room, dragging a box behind her. “Can you please take this to the car for me? I can finish up here.”
“Yeah, sure.” Gray peered at the contents before picking the box up carefully to keep from breaking any of the bottles. “That’s a lot of liquor.”
“Tis the season,” Mika smiled, grabbing presents and rearranging them to her liking.
Fair point. He was definitely planning on having more than a few drinks. He left her to it and carried the precious cargo to the car.
It wasn’t long before they’d filled up the trunk completely and were strapped into their seatbelts, each of them carrying something on their lap that didn’t fit in the back.
“Will your father be joining us later?” Mika asked Sting once they’d backed out of their driveway.
“Yeah, he just sent me ahead cause he said I was driving him nuts.”
“Wow, shocker,” Gray muttered under his breath, earning himself a glare from both Rogue and his mother. Sting, however, gave no sign he’d heard him.
His Aunt Ur’s house was visible from a distance. She’d always put up lots of decorations, but it looked like she’d kicked things up a notch this year. Huge inflatables and dancing animatronics covered every inch of her front yard, and how she wasn’t causing a town-wide power outage with the amount of lights strung about basically everywhere was a mystery.
Ahead of them, cars slowed down as they passed the house, while others parked and got out to examine the display up close. The whole spectacle caused them to have to park further than expected, which wasn't helping Gray’s mood in the slightest, seeing as his mother had laden him down with boxes to take inside.
As he got closer, he discovered the animatronics played music, too. It literally looked like someone had thrown up Christmas on his aunt’s lawn. And was that a dragon?
God, if Natsu were here, he’d fucking love this. Gray could almost hear his excited cries as he oohed and aahed over every little thing. Come to think of it, shouldn’t Sting be doing the same thing right about now? He glanced over to see Sting was indeed taking in the spectacle, but he wasn’t bouncing on his feet with excitement like Gray expected him to. He was just sort of gaping at it, not a thought behind those blue eyes. “I might lose you in there,” Rogue joked, flicking the bauble replacing Sting’s regular stud earring. “You blend right in.” Gray watched Sting nearly jump out of his skin, trip over his own feet and almost drop the box of presents he was holding. Thank God it wasn’t the liquor. “Stupid shoes,” Sting laughed nervously.
Yeah, the shoes… real smooth, Sting. Gray peered over at his brother to see what he thought of this bullshit, but the idiot looked none the wiser. As he followed his father to the front door, he could only hope that he and Natsu hadn’t been this lame.
“Uncle Silver, Gray!” Ultear opened the door before they could ring the doorbell. “Come in. We’ve been waiting for you guys.”
“Yeah, sorry about that. We had to park kind of far.”
They filed in, moving out of the way so the others could come inside. Ultear greeted them all with enthusiasm.
“Isn’t it wild?! It’s been like that all day. Someone even left a donation earlier,” she laughed.
Gray was happy to see his cousin, but he was more interested in putting the boxes down somewhere, so he made his way into the kitchen, following the sound of laughter set to a backdrop of Christmas music.
He counted no less than three fully decorated trees on his way there, and even though he still wished Natsu was by his side, he could feel the Christmas spell start to grab hold of him.

A/N: Well we're back with a new story and our first official collaboration for the year! This one, like most of our stories, started out as a drabble and now looks absolutely nothing like the original idea. 🤣
We had a lot of fun creating a world for them to inhabit (and we wonder why things grow outside of our control) and might revisit it at some point. You never know.
If you like it, let us know! If you have any questions about this world, ask us. You have no idea how much background we create for even the simplest story. Seriously, it's a problem!
Anyhow we hope you enjoy this first chapter, and know that the following three are already written. We'll upload them as we edit them and we plan to start on the last one in the next day or two. So bright side, we hopefully won't leave you hanging for the conclusion!

Do you have any pantherlily headcanons? I really enjoy how you write him
You got it boss😎👍
Had to constantly remind everyone in the first few months of his time at the guild that despite his appearance he is quite literally a grown ass man, older than a good chunk of the guild members who keep babying him.
It took a while for it to sink in properly. Mirajane especially had a hard time remembering. She refused to serve him drinks at the bar for the longest time, thinking he was the same age as Happy n co.
Despite sticking with Erza due to her being a familiar face initially (lookin like Kinghtwalker) , he does eventually build up a genuine friendship with her. They spar and go on missions fairly often, and Erza also expands his horizons by introducing him different types of magical weapons and armours.
Apart from swords, he has good proficiency with knives and halberds. He has good hand to hand combat skills but largely stuck with weapons most of his life. It wasn't until afterwards when he came to the guild that he started to appreciate it more into how he fights. No one can resist a good brawl :]
Loves Happy, really he does, and he knows that customs on earthland are wildly different from back in Extalia, but he's still so fucking horrified that Happy doesnt wear clothes. He just wants him to put on some pants, please, he's not asking much.
Refused to spar with Gajeel until would accept a few pointers from him on how to use the iron dragon sword like an actual sword instead of just swinging it around.
Won't visibly show it but is deeply fascinated by the fact that magic is naturally occuring in people on earthland. He studies up on history and the different types of magic whenever he encounters a new one.
He's sorta a big deal still with the exceeds. Hailed as a hero for his efforts all those years. If he's out traveling and encounters another exceed they usually treat with deep respect or just straight up awe. Happy and Carla dont get it. It's just Lily? Yeah he's cool but again. It's just Lily.
Has relaxed considerably since coming to earthland. In his mind he's retired from his old life and was given a chance to start fresh, so allows himself to take it easy as much as possible.
Realized that it jumpscares new people when he talks in his small form. No one looks at a 3ft tall cat and expect a deep grown ass mans voice to come out of it. Its super funny to him to throw people off like that and he tries to do it as much as possible when he gets the chance.
If he was human he'd be black what

Hey, requesting a ramble; given the chance what singular thing would you change about Fairy Tale as a show?
What would you change about the fandom?
Blessed with the ability to ramble I'm gonna answer these out of order because one I want to actually go off about and the other I'm trying so hard not to be too negative with.
The fandom itself, I'm surprised to find, is still alive. Mostly for the manga, 100 Year Quest, and the Gajeel spin off apparently. Super cool love that for y'all.
But I think the general Fairy Tail fandom is very... Boring?
I don't want to be mean! Everyone has the right to enjoy fandom however they want of course! This is an attack on no one! Live your life! I love and respect you so much!!
Just like. 90% of the active fandom are infatuated with Natsu/Lucy exclusively, which I don't get at all. Coming from My Hero Academia, I saw how big the cast of this program was and really expected everyone to have their little Blorbo guy with their own niche content. Blurry screen caps and low quality images with "There he is the scrimblo!!" kind of nonsense.
Instead the entire place only cares about the Main Guys Smooching. There's no crack ships, there's no Tono Rabbits Stan accounts, there's no Some Gremlin Blorbo from my shows background character lovers and it's Really jarring?? And boring. Y'all boring.
If I could change anything about the fandom, I'd ask y'all to pick A Guy (gender neutral) and go rabid for them. There's so many guys of so many types in this program. Please fawn over someone other than the main 7.
Okay I'm worried about this post being annoying and too long so what I'd change about the show itself is going under a Read More
Really I want to change a LOT about the program itself. The execution, the treatment of most female characters, everything with Lisanna, the lore behind Magic, the Morals behind Magic. There's a lot to unpack here.
But if I absolutely had to pick one thing to change it's be the character's ages.
I found out recently that Mirajane is 19 in canon. Cana is 18. The oldest woman in the Guild before the 7 year time skip was Evergreen at 20. TWENTY. That's how old Bisca is when she gives birth to Asuka!! (roughly. Asuka doesn't have a canon age but she's somewhere between 5-6 based on how she acts)
I'm twirling this show's timeline on a fork like Spaghetti these girls are going to be 20+ and you're going to like it.
Here's my rough concept so far (this is for the beginning of the series, the wiki list their ending ages, after the two different 1 year time skips and the 7 year stasis)
I want to make Natsu the oldest of the dragon raised dragon slayers, but still roughly the same age as Grey. I'm thinking 23 or 24 for the both of them, with Gajeel close behind at 22, and Laxus just ahead at 25 or 26.
Lucy I want to be the youngest current member, so she can stay at 17-18, but I also want Erza to be young compared to the Raised By The Guild squad, so she's 19, maybe? Levy's 20-21, Cana's 23, and Juvia is 19-20, like Erza.
Mira gets the most change because I just think she should be pushing 30, maybe 27 or 28. Elfman about 3 or 4 years younger at 24 or 25, to keep him Grey/Natsu aged. Lisanna has about the same age gap, 3 or 4 years, making her somewhere between 20 and 22.
I really jangled up the Thunder Legion because apparently Bickslow is the oldest at 22 in canon. He's still 22 in this version but now he's the Thunder Baby. I wanted to keep Freed around the same age as Laxus, so 25, and Evergreen the same age as Mira, maybe a tad younger at 26-27. I like the idea of Bickslow being the youngest anyway, he's big but young and it fits with his personality. I'm tempted to make him 18, but your 20's are age of being dumb anyway so it's fine.
Macao and Wakaba are in their mid 30's at the beginning of the series, Reedus in his early 30's on par with Mira maybe older, with Warren, Max, and Mest all near mid 20's I think. I don't have exact numbers for them because I don't really know if they're meant to be Natsu's peers or not, but they all seem pretty young and stupid. Jet and Droy are the same-ish age as Levy, 20-22, with Jet being a year younger than them.
Wendy's hard because apparently she's 12 when we meet her, but she doesn't change at all in the next 2 years, which simply isn't how being on the cusp of puberty works. But I don't have as much wiggle room as I do with everyone else sense she's at the stage where she should be growing a lot so I'll just keep her 12-13.
Unrelated but Sting and Rouge being the same age as Wendy is the reason I hate the 7 year stasis thing. We deserve more age diversity in dragon slayers, I say. They can't all be a brisk 18, that's boring. Also how old is Erik??? Genuine question I cannot get a read on him.
The exceeds are also hard but it bothers me that supposedly they all hatched at the same time when they were supposed to be an entire lost generation (which for humans is about 20 years, cats about 2 years). Unfortunately I don't have a scale for how long they are expected to live, what their incubation period is like, how long their infancy to adulthood is, if Happy and Carla are even considered child bearing aged adults in their society at their canon age of 6, etc.
Still I think there should be a few years or so between them, so in order oldest to youngest of Earthland born Exceeds it's goes; Carla, Samuel, Lector, Happy, and Frosch. Also I wanna add right here unrelated to anything, Nadi is my second favorite Exceed, right behind Samuel. I love them.
I realize this causes a collection of problems with how the timeline reads, but considering the constant usage of 7 years never really came up in a meaningful way I am more than happy to tear that consistency apart.

TW: Cursing, Slandering Blue Pegasus
Blue Pegasus. What's your reason for even existing? Like I don't mind. Well yes I do, sorry for advance but your Guild contains f*ckboys, who can't get women for shit, and women who are just plot devices and it wasn't good enough for you.
Jenny's machina soul, would be cool if her curves weren't the main attraction, hasn't she ever heard of being, "Pretty and Powerful." Pre-Minerva could give her a tip or two. I feel bad for her like imagine being put in a fight that you planned and then get your ass beat, damn💀 (Jenny's emoji)
Ichiya, stay dead. I wouldn't mind if you were just some comedic character who was plainly stronger than most, I wouldn't have mind but like shut the hell up about Erza being your, "sweetie." Kill me. Erza wants nothing to do with you, ong, you should have stayed in that rift you b—
The trio, hate you bitches. You have no real meaning, Ren is a blackfisher, Hibiki is irrelevant, and Eve is useless, wishing he can be Gray.
I just needed to blow steam, this guild has no real meaning only to feed Mashima's fanservice but even without it there still would be fanservice, huh.
Do all the guilds have meaning or all they to have the Fairy Tail effect, y'know goofy people but it makes no sense considering the characters personality as a whole.
I think I'm done for now, Sabertooth or Lamia Scale might be next... hope this didn't disturb you.
Kind of adorable that you thought I would find any of this valid criticism disturbing. Honestly, I wouldn't even consider it slander cause you're right.
Like ok, you wanna have a guild that's basically just a host club? alright i don't honestly care, this series has made worse decisions, but at least give them something that will make me like them?? Actually from the trimen I think Hibiki is the one that has a bit more going for him? At least from how we saw him helping lucy and the gang in the nirvana arc, I felt he had slightly more personality to stand out from the rest but that still isn't enough to be a full-on character.
Eve is just a twink and Ren has no personality or relevance outside of his relationship with Sherry, which no one cares about and has no importance on any plot so yeah useless, and his "tan"....was a terrible design choice but considering Mashima's obvious racism it isn't surprising.
Jenny is a character I rarely think about because unfortunately she's just one of many female characters that fit into very particular stereotypes which are the only thing mashima knows how to do in fairy tail. I DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER HER MAGIC AND HAD TO GOOGLE IT. It sounds cool and could've been such a great battle with Mira but noooo we gotta have a fanservice fight that no one asked for.
And Ichiya.....oh how I hate and become disgusted by Ichiya. He's like the "perverted old man" anime character except that I think he harrases Erza in less explicitly sexual ways yet he manages to disturb me even more and I feel people tend to forget that this motherfucker is thirty or close to turning thirty since his first appearance and Erza is only FUCKING 19 AND IT IS IMPLIED THAT HE HAS BEEN HARASSING HER FOR A WHILE NOW???? Society never had a need for him to exist and I wish he had died in the Alvarez war.
Also you didn't mention it but every time I look at master Bob I feel his design and how he's portrayed counts as a hate crime, of course flamboyant and gnc characters aren't necessarily always mocking of queer people but in this case I'm certain mashima just added him to be like "haha 'ugly' man in a dress speaking with an effeminate voice, so funny" and it sucks cause aside from that Bob isn't a terrible person and is actually as rounded in terms of personality as an incidental side character can be.
Please return to my inbox with more guild/character criticism, I particularly want to hear the sabertooth one because although I do love them they don't that much of a chance to shine neither the guildmembers not their collectivity itself and it's a real detriment.

This was requested on AO3 by Fairyzilla.
I really, really like Millianna. I think she's cute, funny, and just generally enjoyable to watch. She's amusing. I also quite like Millianna x Lucy. It's an intriguing and cute ship, methinks. However, this should not be a surprise. I tried to find some fics about this ship, but couldn't find any. If you by any chance know of any, then please tell me. I refuse to accept that I am the only person that is writing a piece of fanfiction about Millianna x Lucy.
Also, I got an internship! I will be helping girls from Afghanistan learn. I'm not sure how this will effect my upload schedule, but hopefully it won't have too much of an effect.
I hope you enjoy!
The Cat Caught the Fairy (Millianna x Lucy ft. Mirajane, Erza, Cana, and Levy)
Mira watched with a soft smile as Lucy laughed at something she had said. The barmaid polished a glass before observing that the blonde across from her at the bar had finished her strawberry milkshake. She walked away briefly to bring back a refill. The celestial wizard smiled and thanked Mira, causing the white-haired woman to blush and look down at her hands that were polishing another glass, her heart slightly picking up speed.
Lucy then continued to talk about a recent job with her team, failing to notice the lovestruck gaze that was directed toward her. Mira had developed romantic feelings for the blonde in front of her shortly after she joined the guild. She's tried several times to confess her feelings, but either wasn't able to keep the courage that she had built up or couldn't get Lucy alone long enough.
The white-haired woman was frustrated beyond belief. She deemed herself lucky that Lucy hadn't already gotten into a relationship. If she was being honest, she had both feared and expected Lucy to eventually start dating Natsu, however, she was proven wrong when Lisanna and Natsu had gotten together.
The take-over mage was so happy that the main contender for Lucy's heart wasn't a concern that she felt a rush of courage to confess her feelings. However, before she could, she realized that she didn't know for sure if Lucy was interested in women. She had decided to wait for the appropriate moment she could ask the celestial wizard what her sexuality was.
Deciding that this current moment was the right one, she waited for Lucy to finish her story and begin sipping on her cold beverage. The white-haired woman sat the polished glass in her hands to the side and leaned forward to rest her chin in her palm as she propped her elbow on the bar. She asked, a smirk on her pretty face, "so, Lucy, are you into men or women?"
She chuckled as Lucy flew into a coughing fit, having choked on her milkshake upon hearing that question. Once she regained her composure, the blonde looked at Mira with wide, surprised brown eyes. Chocolaty brown eyes that Mira felt as though she could just melt into. The celestial wizard stuttered, "w-what?"
Mira chuckled some more and repeated, "are you into men or women?"
Lucy raised an eyebrow as she straightened on the stool she sat on, questioning, "are you asking what my sexuality is?" Mira nodded with a smile, silently hoping that she was into women. Lucy blushed and looked down at the bar, visibly flustered. She stammered, "I-I well...I guess I'm...um...interested in both...though, I think I lean more t-towards women."
Mira suppressed the grin that was trying to fight its way onto her face. Instead, she maintained a soft smile. She was ecstatic with that knowledge. Now that she knew the woman she loved was interested in women, she just had to find the perfect opportunity to confess.
Erza and Lucy walked through a marketplace, looking at the food, clothes, and other items that were being sold in a line of stalls. The two women were on a job together in Lilly Town, enjoying the peace they were able to get from Natsu and Gray.
As Lucy gazed around at the stalls, Erza watched her with a smile and a faint blush dusting her cheeks. She had asked Lucy to go on this job with her with the goal of spending more time with the celestial wizard.
For some time now, the red-haired mage had been in love with the celestial wizard next to her. She's been debating with herself about if she should confess or not. She knew that Lucy was more interested in women than she was in men, and that Natsu and Gray weren't problems since they were with Lisanna and Juvia respectively. The problem that Erza was having was that she didn't know if Lucy was interested in her in the same way.
Fortunately, she hadn't noticed any indication that the blonde was interested in anybody at all, so that meant Erza had a chance of getting Lucy to fall for her. She just had to figure out how to do so.
The requip mage was brought out of her thoughts when Lucy grabbed her arm and pulled her toward a stall that sold clothing, exclaiming, "Erza, look at that shirt!" Once they reached the stall, they observed a cropped halter top that had a galaxy design, something that Lucy would clearly love.
Erza watched the celestial wizard gaze lovingly at the top. Erza chuckled, taking out some money to buy the piece of clothing for her, when a brunette man slid up next to Lucy, a playboy-esque smirk on his face. He asked smoothly, "you like that shirt? How about I buy it for you, and in exchange, you can accompany me on a date?"
Erza watched as Lucy began trying to come up with an excuse to shoot down his offer, clearly uncomfortable. The man wrapped an arm around Lucy and prompted, "come on, what's the harm in one date?"
The requip mage felt her stomach turn in jealousy and disgust as she clenched her hands into fists and gritted her teeth. She didn't like seeing this guy flirting with Lucy and trying to get a date with her. Erza quickly requiped into her Clear Heart Clothing before she grabbed Lucy's arm and pulled her away from the man. Pointing the tip of her katana against the scared man's throat, the red-haired woman growled, "Lucy clearly isn't interested! Leave her alone or I will make you regret coming here!"
The man yelped in response and ran away. As she requiped back into her normal clothing, Erza heard Lucy's laughter from behind her. Turning around, she watched with a blush and eyes that reflected her awe of how beautiful the blonde was when she laughed. The older mage then turned to the merchant on the other side of the clothing stall and slammed down some jewel, requesting, "that halter top, please."
The pair of mages soon began walking to the train station to make their way back to Magnolia, Lucy holding the top with an appreciative smile and Erza wrapping her arm around the blonde's shoulders, bringing her in closer. Hopefully, soon she would be able to confess her feelings to the celestial wizard that was beaming at her with a lovely smile.
Cana gulped down a mug of alcohol, watching as Lucy worked on her novel next to her. She smiled softly. She enjoyed seeing Lucy so wrapped up in her written work. The celestial wizard was pretty as a picture and intelligent, two things that the brunette next to her loved in a romantic partner. Cana felt her cheeks warm when the blonde looked over at her and smiled before turning her attention back to her novel.
The card mage had loved Lucy since the S-Class Trials. She had considered the blonde to be one of her closest friends, possibly even her closest friend, but it was when Lucy helped her during the S-Class Trials that the brunette woman realized her growing feelings that went beyond platonic for the celestial wizard.
Cana was hesitant to admit her feelings to Lucy. She had always been open about her attraction toward women, and enjoyed teasing others about their sex lives, however, when it came to the feelings she held toward someone else, she wasn't so confident and vulgar.
She down another mug of alcohol and continued to observe the younger woman next to her. She was planning to confess soon. She just had to get Lucy alone. The celestial wizard was busy, now more than ever. She was always either on a job, working on her novel, or preoccupied with something else.
It frustrated Cana. She wanted to confess her feelings, but never got the chance. She was going to ask Lucy to go on a job with her, but didn't get the chance to as Erza had decided to drag the celestial wizard out on a job.
The brunette woman waved to Mira to bring her another mug of alcohol. As she downed the bitter drink, she decided that she would ask Lucy to go on a job with her. Once the blonde was no longer too busy and agreed to go on a job with her close friend, Cana would confess her feelings. She just hoped that Lucy felt the same way.
Levy laughed along with her best friend, enjoying the sight of the laughing blonde across from her. She felt her heart pick up speed and her stomach flip as her cheeks warmed into a light blush. The pair had been laughing at a joke that the blue-haired woman had said. She watched as Lucy pushed her newest chapter toward her and said with a sly smile, "I think that this chapter will be your favorite."
The bookworm accepted the chapter with a gentle smile. She was about to begin reading it when her best friend lamented, "I had to write it three times because my team kept destroying the chapter."
Levy gave her an almost pained smile. She knew that it was typical Team Natsu, but she still didn't like that Natsu, Gray, and Erza had made it a habit of breaking into Lucy's apartment and damaging it, even destroying the chapters of her novel. Levy wished that her best friend would put her foot down with her team, but Lucy loved Team Natsu, so she put up with their antics.
The blue-haired mage waved her hand dismissively, saying with a smile, "maybe you could keep them in a safe. That might save them."
Lucy nodded thoughtfully, responding, "maybe."
Levy then set the chapter aside, deciding that she wanted to talk to Lucy for a bit longer before she delved into the chapter that she had been waiting weeks for. She asked, "anybody you have your eye on?" She raised an eyebrow suggestively to drive in her point. She chuckled as she watched Lucy blush heavily and frantically deny that she was interested in anybody.
Levy was in love with her best friend. She had long accepted that fact. She knew that many of her guildmates would swear up and down that she was interested in Gajeel, however, that wasn't true. The dragon slayer was simply a very close friend. The letter mage would admit to herself that she loved Lucy, but she was unable to confess her feelings to the woman of her affections.
She had lamented to Gajeel, who was surprisingly supportive and encouraged her to take that bold step. The Iron Dragon Slayer would very often advise his small friend to simply confess to Lucy while they were talking about the latter's novel. It was an unspoken rule within the guild that the two women weren't to be interrupted when they were talking about literature. Levy knew that this was a good piece of advice. Nobody would bother them so she would be able to confess her love to her best friend with no interruptions.
However, this was easier said than done. Levy watched as Lucy calmed herself, playfully demanded for her to start reading the chapter, and walk away to get a strawberry milkshake. The letter mage picked up the chapter. She would confess eventually. She knew that she would.
Mira sat a mug of alcohol in front of Cana and turned to Levy, who sat one stool away from the brunette as she read a book, asking with a smile, "do you want anything, Levy?" The blue-haired woman shook her head, eyes still locked on the book in her hands. Mira nodded and looked back at Cana, inquiring, "are you planning to go on a job soon, Cana?"
The brunette sat down her mug before she could take a sip, giving a large smirk as she answered, "I'm planning to take Lucy on a job!" This statement got the attention of Mira, Levy, and Erza, the third woman having been in the middle of walking by to ascend the staircase that lead to the second floor of the guildhall so she could get an S-Class job.
Levy turned and remarked to Cana, feeling an inkling of jealousy settle in her stomach and begin growing, "really? You and Lucy must be awfully close then."
The card mage raised an eyebrow, saying with a slight laugh in her tone, "I sure hope so. I plan on telling her that I love her on the job."
This reveal caused Levy to snap her book closed, Erza to jump toward the bar and stare down at Cana, and Mira to slam her hands down on the bar. All three women had fixed a glare onto the card mage. Cana questioned as she crossed her arms over her chest, already understanding the reason behind the glares of the three other women, "is there a problem?" It was clear from her tone of voice that her question was a rhetorical one.
Mira gritted her teeth and sneered, "you are not going to do that!"
Cana glared at the white-haired woman. "Why not? I thought you loved when guildmates got together." Her tone was calm in an almost eerie way.
Mira bit back, "not when one of those guildmates is Lucy! You aren't going to ask her out because I am!"
Before Cana could say anything else, Erza snapped, "neither of you have a chance with Lucy! I'm her closest female friend, so naturally, I have a better chance with her!"
The three women snapped their attention toward the red-haired mage. Levy almost growled, "you are not her closest female friend! I am! I'm her best friend!"
The four mages then began arguing about which of them had a better chance with Lucy, and which of them would be better for her. They hadn't gotten far into their argument until Natsu yelled to them, "Erza! Your cat-crazy friend is here!"
The four mages turned to look at Natsu, who sat with Lucy and Gray at their table, pointing toward the guild's doors where a person in a black cloak stood. Confused, Erza walked around and had only taken a few steps toward the figure when they took off the hood of their cloak, revealing Millianna.
The requip mage gasped and was about to bound over to her childhood friend to engulf her in a hug when a squeal broke through the guildhall. Everyone, Erza, Mira, Levy, and Cana included, watched as an elated Lucy run to Millianna, jumped into her open arms, and slammed her lips onto the other woman's in a passionate kiss.
