Azuki Nagamitsu

Azuki is, by no doubt, a very caring young man. He is a dad figure of the citadel and this extends to you as well, his dear master. Even when you have first smithed him, he is there ready to bake you something sweet to enjoy or even make you tea. The perfect husband.

It honestly begins rather simple, perhaps the relationship between you two is already borderline on marriage anyway. You tend to his wounds and help him cook, he cooks for you and is also a shoulder for you to lean on. It’s a gentle circle of love.

Perhaps everyone around you assumes that you lot are already dating so when one of the lil tantous asks if you two are really a couple…he has to stop and think about it for like fifteen seconds before flushing, turning his face away as the realization settles into his mind. Are you two dating???????

Azuki begins to test the waters when he realizes he has a crush on you. Yes he already makes your favorite treats a lot, but he will do it more just to see that smile on your lips. Sometimes his hands will brush against yours when he’s handing the article of yumminess to you and it sends tingles down his spine. He doesn’t really avoid you, more so along the lines of trying to get closer and closer, just to gauge your reactions to see if you like him back.

At this point, you’ll never confess and it’s up to some tantou or other Osafune swords to scream, “JUST KISS ALREADY” while you two are chatting and eating on some kinda snacky. That, or lock you two into a room and not let you two out until you confess. It’s probably midare, he is an agent of chaos

To be honest, Azuki’s confession is lowkey a marriage proposal.

“I want to always see you smile, master, the way your eyes light up whenever I cook for you, it’s the most beautiful thing. I…I understand if you do not want to return my feelings, but please take your time to answer me. I will wait for you.”

Now how could you ever turn him down?

Azuki is a gentleman at heart, calling you his sweetheart or other delicacy related petnames. He adores hand kisses, will do so as he hands you something sweet. Along with cheek kisses, holy cow does he love them.

Speaking of PDA, I feel like Azuki does it at his own pace. If you even try to initiate it, he dies on the inside and his cheeks are this super cute pink; but then he wraps his hand around yours and squeezes it and man does it feel gOOD. If he initiates it, it’s mostly hand kisses, hand holding, or a simple peck on the cheek. The other stuff comes later, the kids are watching!

Speaking of the said tantous, they will find it cute that you do PDA but then there’s like others who are like: “EW GROSS” or “GET A ROOM” most likely Tsurumaru who screams the latter.

That being said, sooner or later, the tantous will start calling you whatever parental title you prefer along with calling Azuki ‘dad’. Azuki isn’t crying, he swears.

Call him your little red bean, he will die, it will be the most amazing thing.

Breakfast in bed? Breakfast in bed. All day, every day. You are never going to go hungry with him around. Sure he’s more of a baker than a chef like Shokudaikiri or Kasen but he will learn from them without a doubt. Start making regular dentist appointments though, he’s gonna load you up with sugar and sweets.

He’s also the kind of person who has candy on his person – to either give out to the little ones or you if you need a snack! He also carries an aid-kit, he’s just super prepared.

Will love it if you two cook together! Maybe get into a little food fight? Who knows.

Azuki is somewhat of a morning person, around you when you two are sleeping together? Oh man, he turns into putty. Sometimes he won’t want to wake up because you are so warm! But he will wake up on his own in the end, he does want to make you something to eat after all!

Matching aprons? Matching aprons.

The relationship you two have is almost marriage material, what every couple aspires to attain. You begin the day together and end it together on your own terms. All you two have to do now is to tie the knot.

Doudanuki Masakuni

·Doudanuki doesn’t really keep you at a distance per say? It’s respectable kind of distance, like a boss and an employee. He is a sword and he knows that he is here to be your blade, to cut down your enemies without hesitation. There is no doubt that he will protect you, and wants to be of use to you.

In fact, he doesn’t even realize the feelings he has for you are romantic in nature. You come around to watch him train yes, but most likely he won’t even notice that you are present unless he stops or you make yourself known. Hell, sometimes he’ll train you as well! Swordplay, how to throw a punch, sparring, anything man! But as time goes on, he will look forward to your little lessons together. It brings a small smile to his face whenever you appear at the edge of the door of the sparring hall, ready to face him yet again.

It has to be someone who has to tell him that he likes you. This will cause him to pause almost in horror at the thought, needing to go have some time to himself to think. That is when your daily lessons and training will stop for a while; he reschedules them or downright cancels them, making some kind of excuse. He doesn’t know how to deal with these emotions and the other swords had seen him pummel a punching bag until it was broken while he was in deep thought.

It’s not that he doesn’t want the emotions; Doudanuki doesn’t know how to feel about it. He is a weapon, not a piece of art. He lives to serve and to kill, why would you want to have a relationship with him?

Again, it’s probably someone midare or tsurumaru who needs to help. The distance between you two is unbearable and thus, you two are locked in a room. Doudanuki offers to destroy the door but it’s a good time for you to talk to him. He panics on the inside as you two sit in silence for a while before trying to speak.

“Look…I don’t what to do with these…emotions. It hurts whenever I’m around you, like I never want to let you go. It’s just…how do I say it…what do the others call it? Love?”

Hug him, immediately. He will melt into your embrace.

When you two become an official couple, daily morning training sessions are still a common thing. Except this time, Doudanuki is a lil bit more affectionate than before. Yes he smiles more, and sure he does help position your body with touches – but it feels much more…hm, wholesome now that your feelings are known to each other. You almost melt into his touch and he has to jokingly remind you that you two are training, cuddles can come later.

Doudanuki isn’t much into PDA, he feels a bit embarrassed by it. Again, he isn’t used to such affection and the least he will do in public is hold your hand in a loose grip – squeezing it every now and then – not because he doesn’t like you or anything, it’s because you two are going at a relationship at your own pace. In private? Cuddles are common. Again, loose grips in case you are uncomfy and want to move or body or something – but there are times when his bear hugs are just the thing you want and need.

He gives amazing massages and knows every inch of your muscles like the back of his hand – whether or not you two are truly intimate in a sexual sense. He knows how tense they can get so if he notices that you are hunched over your desk and your shoulders are tight, expect him to make himself known with a small, “I’m going to touch you, okay?” and then place his rough hands on your shoulders, smoothing out each and every kink you have.

If you massage him in turn, Doudanuki will turn into mush, leaning against you and almost purring.

Big spoon? Little spoon? Who cares? As long as he can hold you, he’s happy.

If he ever comes back all bloodied and bruised and you always take care of him with the most fond of care, there is a light blush to his cheeks as he leans into your touches. It’s super cute.

Also super dense, cannot understand how flirting works but easy to make blush if you manage to do so!

Over all, the relationship between you two is slow and patient, not at all in a rush to reach any kind of goal. It’s simple, awkward, full of ups and downs, but it’s a sweet one none the less.

Yamabushi Kunihiro

Bear hugs? Bear hugs. No matter if you two are dating or not, hugs all around. He will shout your name from across the yard and wave to you, and when he comes back from a sortie and isn’t too injured, he will find you and hug you! He’s just very affectionate!

Most often found in the mountains, probably running around and training but if you decide to come with him, he would be more than happy! He shows you around, tells you about nature and its gifts, and it’s more so of a hike than anything. Sure he may get ahead of you with his long ass legs and walk cycle, but he always waits for you to catch up. Or carry you if you ask. No hesitation there.

But when he starts falling for you, Yamabushi goes off to meditate on it a little bit. He will avoid you and ask that you do not disturb him during that time but it takes him at least a couple of hours before he settles on an answer. He meditates a lot whenever he has time to think, probably under a waterfall. In the end, he accepts those feelings of romance. He takes everything in stride after all.

After this meditation session, expect him to immediately go out to seek you and your attention. He may not confess right away, but simply become much more affectionate around you. But then again, he always is. Yamabushi’s hugs are softer, tighter, and he invites you out to the hikes much more often.

His confession will come outta nowhere, during a hike, enjoying the fresh air. Maybe it was the sunshine illuminating your form, but Yamabushi will suddenly speak.

“As gorgeous as ever, master! Kakaka! I wish I could forever capture your ethereal form!!”

You would think that he would want a camera but no, after explaining what he meant and his confession is something oh so earnest. He spills out his love for you in such a happy nonchalant manner you would think he was joking. But the minute you share his feelings, his eyes light up like a puppy and he screams into the mountain air that he is the happiest man alive.

Yeah don’t think that the physical affection doesn’t go away. You’re gonna be drowning in it, fam. Yamabushi lives for PDA. Random hugs outta nowhere, picking you up and spinning you around when you least expect it, cheek kisses, lips kisses; all of the works!

Cuddles are mandatory. That is it. You cannot escape cuddle time.

Very much a morning person. If he wakes up before you, Yamabushi will do his best to keep quiet and not wake you up. Instead, he might just lay there, watching you and how the sunlight hits your face. It’s there when he just…melts. Yamabushi falls almost into a lull state, enjoying your warmth and presence.

But if you two are indeed morning people, expect to be lying in bed for a while. Yamabushi cannot help but gaze upon your form. Then it’s time to get up and go into the mountains for training and hiking!

He tends to laugh at his sorrows and that is all fine and dandy, but he will lean on you for troubles from time to time. He will also do the same for you, his advice is sweet and sometimes it may not help but he is trying his best!

The relationship between you two is rather seamless, passing from friendship to romantic; the barrier between those words was already thin, and it just took a little bit to tear it down. It’s a comfortable, rambunctious, and overall, full of affection.

yes, of course, lovebug 💕 I’ll be rewording the analyses from the asks about my ideal type and adding to them, so it might be a bit familiar! MARK :: oh, where do i start with mister absolutely fully capable? mark is the definition of adorkable. if you look up that word in the dictionary, you’re gonna see his picture pasted right under it. he’s endearing and awkward, and he tries his best in everything and puts his best foot forward, giving 110% in whatever he does. he’s a hard worker and a good boy. he laughs at that’s what she said jokes, and he’s the type of person to think of a funny joke from three days ago and start laughing at the most inappropriate time, like in the middle of standard testing. he’ll say things he thinks are funny, like “five guys hello guys” or that long sentence about possibilities and immediately look to you with those wide doe eyes, seeking a positive reaction from you and hoping you’ll laugh. he’ll try to wink at you randomly sometimes, but he always fails and just ends up blinking, which will make you laugh and call him cute and have him scrunching up his nose because that’s not what he intended to happen and he’ll be really flustered at the compliment. he’s really sweet, and I think taeil called him the most romantic? however, I feel like having a relationship isn’t a high priority for him right now. he seems to have workaholic tendencies, which could frustrate his s/o. he would need to have someone that understands his work and music is the most important to him, and he might unintentionally neglect checking up with his s/o at times. he’s a little shy and introverted, so it might be hard for him to make a first move if you aren’t friends at first. he’ll write dozens upon dozens of songs about you. that’s the way he’ll express his affection because he’s too shy to in the beginning and music is what he’s good at. there will be lots of late nights with him strumming his guitar and you sitting next to him, reading a book or playing a game on your phone, and he’ll call your name and you look up before he nervously starts to play a new song that he’s written for you. and at the end of the song, he’ll glance up at you really quickly before looking back down at his guitar, and you’re going to have to go over to him and take his face into your hands softly and tell him his song was amazing and you love it as much as you love him. and he’ll smile so big as his glasses slide down his nose before he quickly leans up and presses the softest kiss against your mouth to show you his appreciation before he loses courage to do so. sometimes you steal those round rimmed glasses of his and try them on yourself, and mark has to cover his face and look away and wring his hands and he makes those little oi mark noises because you look so cute and he doesn’t know what to do with himself. on the other hand, mark is also very stubborn. it may not look like that, but if you notice the relationship between him and hyuck, hyuck is always the one giving in at the end. mark will absolutely not do something if he doesn’t want to do it. I do think he will go after something if he wants it, but he will hesitate slightly at first. he follows the rules a bit too much. he doesn’t seem to be the most fun person to party with either unless you get him to drink a beer because he’s a lightweight, but that also means you have to take care of him afterwards. also, he said in an interview that he doesn’t like rollercoasters or fast rides, but he enjoys the cotton candy at amusement parks lol but he did go on those rides in the end, but his head was down the entire time rip. mark gets easily embarrassed. it’s like in that video where they read tweets aloud and mark got super embarrassed when jaehyun read this tweet that gushed about his laugh, and mark just curled up into himself and couldn’t lift his head up and awkwardly laughed. he’s adorkable. please tease him and hype him up in this very same way just to get this cute reaction out of him.

RENJUN :: renjun is the one you can call when you have a body to bury and he’ll show up with the shovel. he’ll call you a stupid idiot, but he’ll still show up to help you. he’s the type that would come over at 3 a.m. if there’s a bug in your apartment and squash it for you after much complaining and telling you that he won’t do it. he’s fiercely loyal and caring. he took care of chenle when chenle wasn’t as proficient with korean and made sure he was doing ok and was always ready to translate for him whenever. he puts up a tough, ready to fight front, but he’s a scaredy cat and if you pretend to be a ghost (read: jisung), he’ll be scared shitless. you can see him get scared and hide behind jeno and hug him so hard when the zombie jumped out in one of those save dream interactive videos. he’s the person you can banter with and he understands dry humor and sarcasm, and I think he’s best for e2l story plot lines because of this lmao but he also fits the best friend role well. he will roast anyone with no mercy with just a few words. he’s artistic. he’s super good at art and has shared several of his beautiful digital drawings before. he’s the person to go to when you want to have long, serious talks at 4 in the morning, and as seen through his radio show, he will try his best to give you advice, even if he may not be experienced enough, but he is trying his hardest to help. if you read some of the advice he gives on his radio show, you can get a better sense of who he is as a person. he’s really insightful and puts a lot of effort into giving the best answer he can. also, he really reminds me of a little brother or someone I want to be best friends with because we can roast people together or talk about paranormal stuff. he just seems really fun to mess around with because he gives funny reactions. he gives off that younger sibling vibe where only your big sister can make fun of you, but once she sees someone else doing it, it’s not ok and she’s gonna go after that person for making her lil bro cry. in a relationship, he wants someone he can trust with his thoughts and interests, such as aliens, and while his s/o may not believe in them, he wants them to genuinely listen to him and not just brush it off. however, he will still roast his s/o into oblivion. it’s how he shows his affection lol. he’ll call you an idiot and cute all in the same sentence. but he’s really a soft and sensitive boy underneath his snappy, sarcastic exterior. he cried when they won first place for the first time. i’m sure he cried when ridin’ reached number one on the charts. he’s attentive and likes affection even though he tries to say he doesn’t. in that one weekly idol dreamie episode, hyuck listed who hated affection, and he wasn’t one of them. he’s a good boy, and underneath all his snarky comments, he wants to be loved and cared for. you can see how he got a lil huffy when jisung chose chenle as his favorite hyung lol he doesn’t express his feelings outwardly as much, but if you’re his s/o, he will quietly adore you in his own way while outwardly being that one snarky couple who banters all the time. he’ll draw pictures of you, secretly have you as his homescreen, or have a secret photo album on his phone of just pictures of you. he’ll complain if you get him a couple item, like a bracelet, but he’ll wear it 24/7 and refuse to give it back to you. he will absolutely lose his shit if he misplaces it. he’ll cook for you if you ask, but he’ll make a big show about fake complaining about it beforehand. I think he’s okay with hand holding and kisses here and there, but he won’t do grand gestures of pda because he thinks those should be more private and between the two of you. he thinks pet names are sappy as heck, and he’ll get terribly embarrassed if you call him one but he’d be like “that’s so gross and corny... but call me that again.” honestly, just tell him ily and his cheeks will turn so red and he’ll bury his face in his hands but he’ll say it back in the quietest voice and he truly does mean it with his whole chest.

JENO :: jeno is someone who fits in so many roles. his character is versatile in a sense. you can make him into a bad boy, the boy next door, your best friend, anybody. his humor is underrated, and he makes funny puns. he’s good at sarcasm and wit, like when he asked jisung if he thought jaemin’s iq was single digits or when the instructor complimented him and said his rap sounded like mark and he was like “oh.... that’s not good.” he worries about being funny. he mentioned losing sleep over it in weekly idol, so please tell him he’s funny and laugh at his jokes ): he really is funny, and i love his humor. jeno is really smart. he managed to rank 4th or something I believe in his school after cram studying the day before. he’s really self-assured and confident in himself, but he doesn’t show off or act cocky, yet you can sense the quiet confidence in him. he’s humble and works hard and deserves more credit than he’s given. he possesses leadership qualities and is a source of strength for other members. i think they said he was one of the cleaner members and when he’s drunk, he cleans LMAO he is into sports and gymming, especially biking. hyuck said that jeno’s bedroom has his and jaemin’s bikes hanging on the walls lol he also is really competitive, but not a sore loser type. jeno doesn’t strike me as the type who needs his s/o around 24/7 and prefers to have hobbies and space separate from his s/o. he’s laid back, but at the same time, still energetic and fun to be around. he’s still weird, but not over the top weird. jeno is insightful and kind, and he has stated that he’s very shy and timid before. doyoung likes him the most because he’s kind and respectful and takes into account other people’s feelings and listens well. he’s a good boy. he’s also really playful and teasing and plays well with others, like jisung jokes around with him all the time. I feel like jisung jokes around with him the most out of all his hyungs aside from chenle because jeno doesn’t get mad. i believe the members say he’s the only one aside from chenle who doesn’t get mad when someone messes up in dance practices. he cries when he gets angry. jeno is also really affectionate. he enjoys cuddling and holding hands and back hugs and whatnot, but he doesn’t overdo it. it takes a long time for him to trust and open up to someone, and you’re a very lucky person if he lets you see this side of him. he won’t force you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. If something is bothering you, he won’t pry at first if you refuse to talk about it, but I do think he will eventually make you talk if he feels something is terribly wrong or if it’s affecting the relationship. jeno is driven and knows what he wants. he’ll give you space, but if you’re not what he’s looking for or if you don’t put the effort in as well and won’t open up to him, I do think he will move on. he might bottle up his emotions at first, but as the relationship progresses, he’ll be fully open to you and tell you everything. I don’t think he’ll be terribly affected if he’s rejected because he is confident in himself and able to brush it off. he knows his self-worth. oh, and he loves animals. obviously, jeno loves his cats because he has them even when he’s allergic. he’s the type of s/o who, if you mention you’re walking back to your dorm late at night after staying in the art building to finish your painting, he’ll show up with messy hair and his glasses in his sweats with a hoodie thrown on haphazardly and walk you back safely even without you asking. kiss him on his nose at random times just because you love him, and he’ll make that jeno trademark noise of confusion before giving you the prettiest eye smile that makes the moon dim in shame and nuzzling his face into your shoulder shyly. call him jeno darling or jeno love if you want to see the same reaction as before. it’s gonna be a total KO to his heart if you call him that and boop him on the nose with the softest kiss. anyway, jeno is the bestest boy in the entire universe, and give him all your love, please and thank you.

HAECHAN :: hyuck is so fucking talented. he’s good at everything: singing, dancing, rapping, variety shows, you name it. he was born to be an idol. he’s the golden one and excels at everything. he’s an ace, and he knows it. yeah, he’s cocky and brags about everything he does, but he actually has evidence and proof to back it up. plus, no one can stay mad at him for very long because have you seen how cute he is?? he’s a brat, but you still love him anyway. he’s good at sweet talking and getting what he wants. he plays a push and pull game, and you end up falling for him in the end. i know in fics on here, you often see jaemin in the playboy/fuckboy persona, but I think hyuck absolutely exudes this persona. he is able to read the room or a person and knows the exact way to act in order to get the reaction he wants. it’s hyuck’s world, and we’re all just living in it. he can have all of us eating out of the palm of his hand if he desires. i think he truly embodies the traits of a slytherin: ambitious and cunning. it’s every man for himself, and he’ll do whatever it takes to get what he believes he deserves and plays by his own rules. hyuck is so smart and intelligent, both in terms of brains and emotion. he’s absolutely brilliant, and he’s the type of person to ace an exam without even studying for it. I think he did very well in school, and he also beat doyoung in mental maths when they had a competition on weekly idol lol and he’s also street smart. there’s a reason why doyoung and taeil are scared of him and why they prefer to be on his team than against him lmao. I think hyuck is also a people pleaser though. he wants to be liked, and it’ll drive him crazy if someone calls him boring or shows no interest towards him. I think he’ll want a s/o who plays the push and pull game with him. he’ll playfully tease them a lot, and they’ll have to be interesting and able to dazzle him with their own wit and sarcasm. he, like renjun, is snarky and sarcastic. he likes to make people laugh and enjoys being the center of attention. he is super affectionate and rivals jaemin in this aspect. he thrives off of physical touches, hugs, cuddles, etc. he likes to cuddle when he sleeps, and I feel like he enjoys being the little spoon. he isn’t afraid of pda and will show off his s/o to the world with a loud kiss or back hug anywhere. he’s the type who would do that back pocket spin peter does to lara jean lmao. the two of you can laze around at home, while he plays video games on his computer and you can sit in his lap and he’ll do that thing where his arms are around you and his chin is on your shoulder. he’s a good cook, and he’ll cook for you, but he expects you to pay him back in kisses. his s/o might think he doesn’t pay attention to what they’re saying to him, but he does. he absolutely adores his s/o and remembers everything about them. he’s the type to surprise his s/o with their favorite flowers on a random day, and his s/o would’ve thought he wasn’t paying attention when they told him their favorite flower months ago. and please, please, please surprise him with flowers too because that will catch him off guard and you’ll see him blush and get flustered for once. it’s like when the dreamies first debuted, and chenle said hyuck was the best singer and he wanted to be like hyuck, and hyuck got really quiet and shy and flustered about it. however, he’d get really shy around his crush if they weren’t friends first. there’s that video of him returning something that twice’s mono dropped I think and he was so nervous before and afterwards. or there’s that time when he handed flowers to seungwoo and got so flustered as the dreamies teased him afterwards. also, I feel like sometimes people forget that so much hard work goes into what he does because he makes it look so effortless. hyuck works so hard in everything and puts his all into what he does. anyway, please appreciate hyuck and love him lots. he deserves to be showered in love and affection.

JAEMIN :: jaemin is like jeno in the sense that his character is also super versatile. you can make him fit any type of persona for your fic. jaemin is a sweetheart. his entire existence is love. hyuck said that he treats his members the same way he treats his fans in an episode of weekly idol before. he’s a really affectionate person as seen in the way he showers jisung with affection. he eats, sleeps, and breathes aegyo. you’re going to experience his aegyo a lot if you’re his s/o, so brace yourself. he even managed to make hyuck flustered when he kissed him in that recent reload era game video. he has a lot of love to give out, but he also wants the same amount of love in return. you can see how he craves for love from jisung in return and the way he gets a little upset when he doesn’t get it, like when jisung didn’t call him his favorite hyung. his s/o needs to be okay with being showered with affection and love, and they have to do the same for him. call him cute pet names, give him random kisses throughout the day, back hug him while he’s cooking, he will just absolutely glow and bask in your love. jaemin is good at cooking. he will cook for you, and if you cook, he’ll eat what you make with no complaints. it’s like that meme where person A gives person B a drink with salt in it, and person B drinks it all, and when person A asks why they did that even though it was salty, person B says it’s because they didn’t want to hurt person A’s feelings. jaemin is person B. he’ll also make you model for him and pose literally everywhere so he can take pictures of you because you’re the prettiest person in the entire world to him. he’ll make you his lockscreen, homescreen, hang up pictures of you in his room, all that jazz. he’s the one who buys couple items or outfits and makes you wear them with them. his entire Instagram account will be pictures of you or with you. however, he’s also petty af and nags a lot lmao. he complained to jeno when jisung said he wanted to eat bread at 3 a.m. and how he couldn’t go out to buy him any. he also nagged renjun in one of those dream vs dream videos for not having any questions about him, while all his questions were about renjun. or when he was sulking about jeno not knowing his favorite cartoon character. I believe he mentioned having extreme mood swings too where he’s either too quiet or too loud and out there, and as a s/o, you’d have to cater to both sides of him. jaemin is also an introvert. he’s very quiet and shy around strangers, but he’ll unleash his inner weirdness and loudness when he feels comfortable around you, and you’re in for a wild, fun ride. in that video where he and jeno were making cakes, he seems really hyper and wild. same goes for that video where they went out to eat, and jaemin was pouring soda into a glass dramatically. or when they played that dance game where you have to add onto the dance and copy the previous dances, and he added some random flailing motion and complained when someone did it wrong. or when he and renjun were paired up for that guessing game when they both had headphones on, and he started flailing everywhere and getting kinda frustrated at renjun for getting zero right. he’s a bit weird lmao. as his s/o, i hope you go along with his weird antics and have fun with him too! you also have to remind him to take care of himself. make sure he doesn’t drink that ungodly coffee drink of his or eat too much sugar. take care of him, love him, cherish him, and jaemin will be the best boyfriend ever. he might even set up a whole led light display for you at night declaring his love like he did for jeno. actually, no, he definitely will. he’ll do big grand gestures to show his love for you. he’ll fill your house with roses and press kisses to each of your fingertips with a different reason for why he loves you. he’ll continue to list the reasons for why he loves you for every star he sees until he runs out of stars, but he’ll never run out of reasons for loving you.

CHENLE :: chenle was born to be a star. he is so incredibly talented and picks up skills so quickly. it’s evident because he managed to debut after two months of training and he became fluent in korean quickly. he’s humble and gracious, and he’s the embodiment of that miss universe song: he’s beauty, he’s grace. he doesn’t flaunt his wealth, in fact, it only ever comes up because others bring it up. or he accidentally shows it off when he asks what rent means or when he tries to innocently rectify the situation, like when jaemin was like “oh his parents held a concert for him for his bday” and chenle was like “noooo no it was just to make a memory” on idol room lmao. the way he expresses his love is through gift giving. it shows in the way he told mark he’ll buy him anything he wants for his bday or when he gave apple watches to the 00 liners or when he immediately agreed to buy jeno a plane ticket to china to show him around his home. but he’s not trying to flaunt his wealth. this is simply how he shows his love. chenle is laidback and easygoing. he doesn’t care about jisung using honorifics with him, and he’ll go along with whatever’s happening. there’s that one video during mfal era where hyuck and chenle won the prize and hyuck was like “hey I’ll take the prize ok?” and chenle just immediately agrees and doesn’t care at all. but don’t get me wrong, chenle is super competitive. he wants to win, but it’s more about that feeling you get when you’re the winner, rather than the actual prize for him. he’s really into sports, specifically basketball, so i feel like he’d enjoy it if his s/o expressed some sort of interest in it with him. they don’t have to play basketball with him, but he’d appreciate it greatly if they listened to him talk about stephen curry or cheer him on from the sidelines. he’s affectionate. if you read my renjun description, chenle is the other one that hyuck said doesn’t mind affection from the other members on weekly idol. I don’t see him showing affection blatantly as much like hyuck and jaemin, but I think he loves receiving it. chenle obviously receives so much love from his family and is super close to them. he will love his s/o with his whole heart, and I hope his s/o will love him back just as much. also, I’m pretty sure he’ll love his s/o acting cute because his heart rate spiked up when jisung did aegyo on idol room lmao. I think he’s the only other extrovert in the dreamies, besides hyuck. I believe someone asked jaemin or skz hyunjin if they got close after the collab stage, and they said that they were really awkward with each other. however, skz felix and chenle became good friends! chenle is friendly and a people person. he thrives in social settings, and he’s a social butterfly. he’ll help people out of their shells and make sure to include them in conversations. he’s the type of person who would clear his throat and be like “hey y/n has something to say” if you tried to say something in a group convo and weren’t heard. he’s fine with being the center of attention, but he doesn’t actively seek out that position, like hyuck does. unlike hyuck, he’s not a people pleaser. I think he’s confident in himself, and he’s self assured and satisfied with who he is, so he doesn’t really care what others think of him. chenle is really playful. he likes to tease the other members and wreak harmless havoc lol you can see how he plays around with the other members, like in nct life where he just throws snow at jisung or scares jisung with a rubber chicken when they went to an amusement park in shanghai. he’s a thrill seeker. he loves roller coasters, shooting games, laser tag, etc. he gets excited over the littlest things, and he’s a naturally cheerful person who lights up the room and just naturally has people gravitate towards him. however, he has his serious moments too, and I can see him sitting next to his s/o behind the piano and playing something for them. but then, he’ll probably ruin the soft moment by slamming his hands down on the keys and scaring them at the end.

JISUNG :: jisung reminds me of high school puppy love. he’s curious about the world and introspective. he asked the fans to send him pictures of the moon because he couldn’t see it himself. I think he has a lot of deep thoughts and keeps them to himself because he’s introverted and nervous about sharing them aloud in case he’s not taken seriously as the youngest. he’s inquisitive and sweet, and he’s the culmination of everything good in the universe. he’s the one whom renjun talks to about aliens and paranormal things, and I believe he’ll want a s/o who will take him seriously on these things and listens to his concerns without teasing or making fun of him for believing in them. jisung is shy and gets embarrassed when he’s given compliments. there’s this video where the dreamies read compliments from fans aloud, and you can see how flustered and shy he gets as he ducks his head, has to pause and cover his face before playing with his hair as he reads through the compliments with the biggest smile peeking on his face. I think this is the cutest thing ever, and at the beginning of the relationship, if his s/o compliments him or does something cute, he’s going to react exactly like that. tell him his dancing is amazing, watch his fancams around him, tell him his face is nice to look at, etc. and you’ll see him get reduced to a flustered, blushing mess. the first time he sees you wearing one of his sweaters with the sleeves covering your hands and giving you sweater paws, he will combust and stutter and not be able to look at you as his cheeks turn red. he might just suffer a heart attack if you decide to casually call him a cute pet name one day. additionally, jisung is at that age where he wants to know what others think of him and he wants to be liked. I think this is the reason why he’s more hesitant about speaking up or voicing himself in an unfamiliar environment because he doesn’t want to give off a negative image. he’s also painfully shy, but he wants to make friends, which he explains on dancing high. because of this, he truly cherishes any friendship or relationship he has because it’s seen as something incredibly special to him. as his s/o, you’re gonna mean the world to him and he will value your opinion greatly. once he’s comfortable around you, he’ll be loud and talkative. jeno says that jisung talks the most at the dorm and he’s never quiet. jisung is also a lil shit lol, and he knows how to get out of things, like cleaning up after dinner by locking himself in the bathroom. he’s also a little lazy and probably not the cleanest tbh. he sleeps in jaemin’s bed or in the living room because he’s too lazy to go to his top bunk. he doesn’t listen to his hyungs and talks down to them in a playful way because he knows they’re whipped for him lmao. when the relationship progresses, jisung is going to act in the same, exact way with you. he’s a savage, and he will roast you in the same way he roasts his hyungs, like when hyuck wanted to go to LA with him for why not the dancer and he was like “you have to be good at dancing to go” (which btw, fight me, jisung, hyuck is literally the best dancer). he’ll tease you, hide items on the tallest shelf just so that you’ll call him for help, and smush your cheeks and call you cute. he’ll ruffle your hair and run up behind you and sweep you off your feet princess style just to scare you before carefully placing you back down or tossing you into the pool lol he may have complained about carrying renjun in that reload era game video, but he’ll give you piggy backs when you’re tired or carry you around if you asked. he likes playing video games and those block breaker game apps and when he loses, he’ll sit there and pout without realizing it. he does that little nose scrunch unknowingly, and it’s the cutest. he’ll like dates at home the best. he sucks at cooking, but he’ll try to do it for you. but it’ll end up with you cooking while he back hugs you, and you have to walk around the kitchen with him being a koala attached to you as you feed him bits of the food being made.

A/N: i know i'm uploading this out of the blue, suddenly but i just wanted to. also 'universe' was one of the first stories i ever wrote, but it grew my love for writing and the story has a soft spot in my heart. it's gay (i mean what do you expect from me?) happy reading!

“Just b.s them,” Adrienne said smiling. Safeena couldn’t tell if she knew that Safeena would be okay with Adrienne swearing in front of her or if she let it slip by accident. It didn’t phase her either way.

“Sometimes it’s easier to b.s. people.” Safeena looked at her eyes, something about the undeniably chocolate brownness of them convinced her Adrienne wasn’t playing. Her eyes were gorgeous, they made you feel like you were falling into them, and right now Safeena didn’t feel like catching herself. Then Adrienne looked away. The moment ended and suddenly the situation snapped back into focus, Safeena could suddenly hear the bustle of other busy people all around them, living their other busy lives, focused on their separate busy universes. She could suddenly feel properly again. What she could feel she didn’t know, but it felt sharper and more painful than before, she shifted the backpack on her back, trying to relieve the uncomfortableness. And suddenly, Adrienne was talking again, her lips moving. God did she have pretty lips. “Do you want to meet up every week on Wednesdays here, or somewhere else?”

“Huhn?” Safeena stumbled around her brain trying to feel for words that made sense. She really wasn’t doing the best job. “I mean, sure”

Adrienne was still looking at her weirdly. Safeena cast around for a joke to stop the feeling of impending doom interfering with her functioning at the moment, but as usual, her mind felt like playing keep-away. Shit. Adrienne was saying stuff again. Safeena’s brain needed a break. It felt like she had been underwater for so long that she had forgotten how to breathe normally. And her body hurt. It all felt too much.

“Are you okay?” Adrienne was looking very concerned. Safeena shook her head and pushed away from the table, the bright yellow Forever 21 bag looking like a shiny, emergency kind of warning label as it dangled helplessly from her wrist.

“I just spaced out for a minute, but I’m fine now, what were you telling me, again?” Safeena said. Damn, she really needed to stop rushing her sentences. She could’ve been rapping. But it wasn’t her fault her head worked two times the speed that other people did. She hoped Adrienne didn’t realize that Safeena was b.s.-ing her.

“I-uh, It doesn’t matter,” Adrienne said scuffing her brand new Filas on the plain, white, mall ground and looking sheepish. Sheepish, man, sheepish was an underrated word.

“Okay then, next week, same place, same time?” Safeena inquired.

“Yup,” Adrienne confirmed. Bopping her head. Her afro jumped up and down with her head. It was too quiet. Safeena coughed. It seemed like the only suitable thing to do, they were both sitting at this table, this cheap, plastic table, with hundreds of people around them. There was nothing keeping them here. They had said goodbyes. But they were both still there, as bodies weaved in and out of their small universe, their own private little bubble. Then Safeena stood up, took the polished, red tray, dumped the uneaten food and the wrappers into the trash can, and put the tray on the rack above. Before she could turn around and check if Adrienne was still watching her, still sitting at that goddamned table, her feet carried her elsewhere, towards the nearest shop. She walked into a big, bustling Game Stop and ducked behind a display of little game figurines, a young mom with her young boy stared at her like she was doing something wrong. But Safeena didn’t care, she stooped down like she was picking something off the ground and scoped out their table, sure enough, Adrienne was still there. Still sitting. Still keeping their little universe alive. Safeena brushed that off as she stood up. She didn’t owe Adrienne anything. The world swam for a second and she faltered. She looked around. Nobody cared. Nobody even noticed her as they went about their eventful lives. Nobody spared a glance towards the girl and her own small universe.

(It's a little dumb, but I always liked it when a guy that had always thought of himself as straight gets attracted to another guy suddenly. xD Nothing what I ever played with my rp characters though. Some stuff only works in fanfics. xD)

28. what’s your favorite genre to write?

(Smut? Smut. xD I definitely love smut when the chemistry is given. In the end I even begun writing for the smut and the romance, there is barely anything I've written on my own without anything sexual or at least cheesy in it. What doesn't mean the in-and-out has to be described each time. Sometimes it's only about the tension before anything happens. Or about the foreplay. Or about BDSM that's not about the in-and-out in the first place. Smut can happen in so many ways when it clicks between muses...and mun knows that they don't need to hold themselves back. ;))

34. what’s the best part about being in the rpc on tumblr?

(I don't have any comparison because I don't rp on any other platform than tumblr and discord, but I have to say I like it here these days. It's much calmer than it had been just some years ago what makes it easier for me to give my rp partners the attention they deserve, and I make better experiences nowadays than I did when I begun to rp. The best part about tumblr rp is the amount of different ways to play here [sorry, my brain is a little mushy and I can't find better words xD]. You can send questions, you can play on dashboard but in private, too, there are starter memes for inspiration [even if those aren't very popular anymore these days]. The platform itself is one that makes it fun to rp here. And the roleplayers themselves whose muses became dear to me and who enjoy my muses, too, make it very joyful for me to be here.)

1. How long ago did you start reading fanfiction? Writing fanfiction? Started reading when I was 12, started writing it, when I was 14, so reading, 19 years ago, and writing 17 years ago.

2. How do you spend your time when it comes to fanfiction? Are you primarily a fic reader, writer, or a perfect 50/50 split of both? I’m a 33.3% reader, 33.3% WIP machine, a 33.4% writer, and 100% mess, I usually spend my time doing an absurd amount of WIP that comes out of thin air, like, I can be eating an apple, boom, Bori WIP, a cup of coffee? Boom, Roro WIP, breathing? Boom, Lucaya WIP (that last one happens the most)

3. Are there any fics that inspired you to write what you do? It’s called Unfaithful (EN), it’s on fanfiction.net, and honestly, it’s so well written, that I had nausea 3 times while reading it, the pain was so palpable that I felt ill from it.

6. How do you find a new fic to read? Where do you primarily read fanfiction? Fanfiction or AO3, and have an excel doc with my favorite ships, then I go to the random number generator, putting 1 as the minimum and maximum the number of the last ship I added to the list, then hit random, and read about that ship, keep things fresh.

7. Do you prefer to read short fics or long fics? Both.

11. How do you come up with your fic titles? Coffee, food, and usually, Spotify, all that, sometimes, make my brain work into having titles about the things I want to write.

13. Do you outline your fics? How much of a headache would someone get if they just looked at an outline of yours without reading the fic? I do outlines, in 5 stages, so a pretty big one. 1 - I write in my notebook, what I want to write, like a general idea. 2 - Post it on my walls and door, to give the story some structure. 3 - Notebook outline the arch of the story. 4 - Outline every chapter on word. 5 - Reduce that chapter into mini arches to write faster.

14. Do you have a personal word minimum that you hold yourself too? Why or why not? I do (now), I usually don’t post anything that is less than 2900 words, Why? because we must not forget that writers not only write for people in the fandom, they mainly write for themselves, and I love to read something among that word count because that’s long enough to keep me on the hook.

16. Do you research for your fics? If so, how deep of a rabbit hole have you gone down by accident when researching? I do research for my fics, how deep? I can give indications for divorce paperwork in the state of New York, even if you want or not to go scorch the earth with the “fault” rule, I can give an appropriate value to an apartment or a house in New York, Texas, Nashville, and San Francisco, and I can do taxes on those states too, and I know more about how high school classes work in the US than in my country, even when I went to those classes, and I’m from Santiago, Chile, you know, in South America, like, the last country of South America

17. How obsessively do you sit and stare at your fic after you’ve just posted and wait for feedback? I don’t, once I finish writing something, I run away, and watch anime for a few hours, or work (Yeah, sometimes I write on my lunch hour)

18. Do you have a WIP that you keep telling yourself you’ll eventually get back to, but deep down you know that’s probably a lie? I do apologize to “The Games we Play” I have no idea how I outlined your 26 chapters, but I’m still on chapter 2, and I’m sorry.

19. Do you edit your fics after you write them, or do you prefer to just hit post and run (because it’s someone else’s problem now)? Sometimes I do because sometimes, I write things wrong.

20. What’s your favorite part about the fanfiction writing process? That happiness I get when I’m in the Zone, and I write something that makes me say “Fuck, that was good”

21. What’s your least favorite part about the fanfiction writing process? I call it “The Deep White”, also known as writer’s block.

23. What’s your absolute favorite trope to write? I don’t write it anymore, because I was banned from a forum for writing it, but I love to write a bad ending, like “Killing the main character that I make you love for 30 chapters in the end” ending. I’m evil, I know, sue me.

24. What’s a trope that you’d like to never hear about as long as you live, let alone write? The “Good girl trying to change the bad boy,” I hate, apologies, I DESPISE that trope, it’s not cool, first, to be with someone abusive, and second, to try to change someone because you think you’re so almighty that you will change him (or her) because of love, bs, I SAID BS.

25. Do you listen to music as you write? If possible, link your writing playlist. I do, and of course, it’s named “Writing Shiet” because my brain can only process decent titles for fics (Says the guy who once named a fic “No Title”) Here’s the link

26. What’s your biggest distraction when writing? Anime and Manga.

27. Do you like to give your readers some warning of what might be coming or just slap them in the face with content at random? I don’t usually do it, but when I do it, I do it cryptic, like “You might be surprised, but this, I called in the beginning.”

28. How do you deal with writing pressure (ie: pressure to update, negative comments, deadlines, etc)? I ignore it, If I can ignore good advice, ignore something that gives me more stress it’s an easy cake.

29. Have you ever written for an exchange or event of some kind? Which one(s)? Did you enjoy it? I did but didn’t submit, I wrote for 2019 fictoberfest on Tumblr, but never send a shit, I did enjoy it tho

"Ok, first of all, I'm not that, second, my mother is not that, and third, I'm not gonna put that there, that's fucking gross, and probably deadly if you consider the size of my hands." he defends himself. 2 - Ten Duel Commandments CH2 Maya smiles at him, "Since you're all Texan cowboy goody-good boy, I imagine you would relate more with the honorable Lord Stark," she teases him. "Says the woman who read three books in a row and texts me at four in the morning," he replies before pulling out his phone, "R+L=J," he teases her, reading her text. "That's private, asshole," Maya recriminates him. 3 - The One Who Stayed CH18 "Then, I have less... GET OFF ME FUCKER!" Maya screamed, punching the person who grabbed her arm, "Holy shit, Lucas." she says, looking at the person she just hit. "Noted, never approach to you by surprise." Lucas says on the floor, "Well, this makes me feel more confident about you being here alone." he says before start laughing.

33. What do you like writing better: one-shots or multi-chapter stuff? Multi-chapter, unless, it’s wedding fics because I love weddings.

34. How much of yourself and your life experiences do you put into your writing? What do you think your readers’ image of you is? None.

It’s the first episode of the series to spend the entirety of its runtime outside of the TVA offices, the first where we get to spend a substantial amount of time with the mysterious Sylvie, and the coolest visit to an extraterrestrial location we’ve had in the MCU since Avengers: Endgame.

It’s a big one, and there’s lots of cool MCU things you might have missed, or might not know about from the pages of Marvel Comics…and more!

Here’s what we found in Marvel’s Loki episode 3.

Lamentis

The planet Lamentis was introduced in the pages of Annihilation: Conquest Prologue (the very story that established the modern incarnation of the Guardians of the Galaxy). It exists on the outer rim of the Kree empire and is filled with scavengers trying to gather scarce resources via force. The Phyla-Vell version of Quasar and Moondragon were there to help keep the peace, mainly protecting a sect of pacifist priests from those who would take their stuff.

But to be clear, the events of Loki episode 3 take place on Lamentis-1, a moon of Lamentis, and it’s the planet itself that is breaking up and crashing into the moon, not the other way around.

Interestingly, while the lighting choices for this episode were most definitely a very specific story choice (more on that in a minute), it’s also in keeping with the way Lamentis was colored in its only comic book appearance.

Sylvie, Lady Loki, The Enchantress

We don’t get a TON of clarity on the nature of Sophia Di Martino’s Loki variant, but despite her “Sylvie” name, the balance is tipping further in the direction of her being a true “Lady Loki” and not strictly the Sylvie Lushton version of Enchantress from Marvel Comics (we wrote more about this confusing distinction here).

That being said, she’s not NOT Sylvie/Enchantress, either! It seems that Sylvie is indeed a variant Loki (recent merchandise reveals have officially shown that she is “Sylvie Laufeydottir” (as opposed to “Loki Laufeyson”) so that’s another sign that she’s truly a variant of our Loki. For some reason (probably a good one) she doesn’t want to be known as a Loki anymore, hence “Sylvie,” and she does use enchantments as a primary power, hence “Enchantress.”

So the answer here is still “yes” to any of these questions, but we’re leaning on the simplest explanation being the correct one: she’s a Loki variant, and in true MCU fashion they’re just mashing up other elements of mythology from the comics to make a cool new character.

There’s also some serious Moonlighting energy between the hedonistic Loki and the more serious and on-mission Sylvie all through this episode, but we’re wondering how many of you are even old enough to remember Moonlighting, and that is depressing.

The Loki/Enchantress-appropriate green tie-dye that Sylvie is rocking in the bar “flashback” is pretty cool, but not an Easter egg. But maybe we should bring tie-dye back this summer.

Loki is Bisexual

The “bisexual lighting” that Lamentis is bathed in throughout the entirety of the episode is no accident, as it’s revealed that both Loki and Sylvie are bisexual. Loki director Kate Herron spoke briefly about this reveal on Twitter, as well:

As far as we can tell, in terms of the comics, Loki’s bisexuality first came up in Young Avengers #15. After saving the world and getting a bit of a pep talk from Prodigy, a late-teen incarnation of Loki hit on his teammate for the sake of celebration, but was ultimately turned down.

“My culture doesn’t really share your concept of sexual identity,” Loki said in that issue. “There are sexual acts, that’s it. I’m actually the patron god of certain popular ones, believe it or not.” (some very cursory research fails to confirm that last point, which would really be perfectly in keeping for Loki to lie about)

“Another!”

When partying up on the train, Loki smashes his empty glass and excitedly asks for another. This is exactly what his brother does in the first Thor movie after enjoying a cup of coffee at a diner. It’s an Asgardian custom!

The Songs

The song that opens the episode is “Demons” by Hayley Kiyoko, which also includes some potentially Loki-specific lines as “Please forgive me, I’ve got demons in my head, tryin’ to eat me, tryin’ to feed me lies until I’m dead.”

The song that closes the episode is “Dark Moon,” a 1957 country hit by Bonnie Guitar (there are other versions, including a rare one by Elvis Presley and a really cool one by Chris Isaak for the soundtrack of the very cool and underrated A Perfect World, but the version here is Bonnie’s). It’s a little on-the-nose with the events happening on Lamentis, but also features haunting lyrics that may hint at something more: “Mortals have dreams of love’s perfect schemes, but they don’t realize that love will sometimes bring a…Dark Moon.”

The TVA

The mobile devices that TVA agents use to navigate through timelines are given a name in this episode: TemPads.

We get a couple more bits of important TVA context this episode. The first is that apparently the Time Keepers reside at the top floor accessible by a golden elevator in the TVA offices. When Hunter C-20 said she “gave up the location” of the Time Keepers last week, who could have expected the answer to be so simple?

Additionally, Sylvie reveals at episode’s end that all TVA employees had a life prior to joining the TVA. In fact, every TVA worker was at some point a Variant just like Loki and Sylvie. This directly contradicts Miss Minutes’ claim that the TVA employees were created by the Time Keepers to police the Sacred Timeline. This may mean that Mobius was also lying to Loki about the nature of TVA agents…UNLESS…in the comics, Mobius was one of many Mobiuses, because the TVA engaged in “managerial cloning” for their best representatives, while employing “freelancers” for other work. Perhaps Mobius was telling Loki his truth, while Sylvie’s theory about the Variants being conscripted into service as Minutemen is ALSO true.

During the end credits, there’s a collection of TVA file photos on a desk, showing Loki and Sylvie together. Apparently, they’re getting their images from their exploits from Lamentis-1, as one photo is specifically Loki as a train guard. Looks like these two aren’t as hidden from the authorities as they realized.

Miscellaneous Time Variants

Funny enough, the shot of Loki landing after being thrown out of the train is framed to look exactly like when Loki fell out of Doctor Strange’s portal in Thor: Ragnarok.

The two soldiers at the entrance to the train are called Corporal Hicks and Private Hudson which is a neat nod to Michael Biehn and Bill Paxton’s characters in Aliens!

The guards on Lamentis look kind of like they’re wearing Cobra uniforms, don’t they?

There’s a serious Snowpiercer vibe to that “rich folks getting on a train to escape a natural disaster/apocalypse while the poor are left to suffer and die.” Wait, that is actually a real life vibe, too.

If episode 2 was a police procedural, this episode is very much “peak TV,” right down to its use of an obscure needledrop to end the episode coming out of an elaborate “one take” action sequence. Daredevil no longer has a monopoly on those in Marvel TV, it would seem.

Taeil is such a strong man. He has worked his ass off to get here and is still underrated. It is for these reasons I think that he would be so so so good for you. He would be able to appreciate your smarts and your efforts for success. He can handle you both when you’re crazy and off the walls, but also when you are just wanting to relax and read a book. You two would also have the best support system for one another. You are both always wanting to help and seemingly quite easy to look up to. You will teach him just as many new things as he teaches you and he will always work hard to make you happy. Also be warned, your clinginess will fluster him for a bit in the beginning, but once he is used to it?? He is a force to be reckoned with and will be in constant need of your attention and love.

SF9′s Youngbin -

Youngbin is like Taeil except he is better at dancing, skinship/clinginess will always fluster him, and he is only so smart because he has to deal with the fools in SF9 (seriously Rowoon and Dawon must be on crack). Youngbin is a hard worker and always wants to succeed. Everyone in SF9 says he is the smartest, but what I think they mean is that he has the most common sense. This isn’t to say he is intellectually dumb by any means!! It is just to say that the judges of his intellect are all crackhead lmao. Youngbin is pretty mature and as a significant other, though he may be kinda stiff, his heart is always in the right place. Youngbin will do awful art with you and then he’ll teach you how to dance. This mans passion is dance and he fully believes in the whole “my life is your life” and vice versa cliche relationship stuff, so tell him about your passions, tell him about how you strive to make others happy so that you can watch him fumble over his words when he tries to tell you that you already make him happy. Work hard when he teaches you dances, make sure he knows you care, and make him smile often. Youngbin is very focused and often needs a break, be. that. break.

Stray Kids’ Hyunjin -

Hyunjin is Youngbin but if Youngbin were goofy as fuck. Hyunjin loves when you’re clingy, you probably aren’t clingy enough lmao. This boy loves abstract art, so create it with him. He wants you happy and you want him happy, match made in heaven. He loves to be taken care of and will probably end up asking you 24/7 to read him books. He enjoys learning already, but when you’re the teacher, god, it’s like he never wants to stop. He loves that you’re smart and will brag about it all the time. Hyunjin is a show off and that means you are the prettiest trophy he has ever received, not trying to objectify you at all, but what I really mean is that all he wants is for the whole entire planet to know you are his girlfriend. Also, Hyunjin will happily teach you dances and give you private shows ( ;) ) he wants to help fuel you passions, so let him take the lead sometimes. He is the perfect guy to show you that sometimes being laid back and following along can be pretty nice too.

What inspired you to rp your muse? — sonic colors!!! i watched chuggaconroy’s lp of it bc my brother said he thought i would like it and i LOVED sonic. so much. i love how he was so jokey and fun and dorky but also cool and how he protected tails above all else and how he got angry at the injustice the wisps were facing and how he just acted so Chill while out running a black hole and then just being? again so chill and confident when he gets brought back to earth. the ending of colors is one of my FAV things and i couldnt pinpoint to exactly why but i so specifically love the bit where he rubs under his nose and says all determined ‘a hedgehogs gotta do whata hedgehogs gotta do’ like!! i love him. he’s so cool but also talks to robots that cant hear him

What keeps your inspiration going? — the plots i have planned mostly EDFVGBH but also i just. love sonic? so much as a character. he means a lot to me so just by default my affection for him gives me motivation and its ultimately what brought me back to the rpc, i just. really missed him!

How strictly do you follow canon? — In general I keep my Kenpachi close to canon, but I’m not very strict about it. I like to fill up the holes left in canon story with headcanons, and I’m open for plots that are canon-divergent as long as they simply make sense, logic-wise. I’m also willing to deviate from canon when comes to shipping -- for me it’s about chemistry and chemistry only; I have a few ships I like when comes to dynamics and such, but I wouldn’t turn down a character my Kenpachi grew to like/love only because it’s not on my ship list. Of course all the canon relationships are relevant and you can totally jump straight to the kind of interactions your character used to have with mine in the manga, but anything more than that needs to be developed first. Also, I acknowledge the relation between Kenpachi and Unohana as canon, but I see it more as a mother-child relationship; even if there’s some twisted kind of affection in it, it’s hard for me to imagine them living together as a happy little family. I know, the idea is cute, but personally I think there’s far too much bitter feelings between them so it could ever work this way.

SELL YOUR MUSE! Aka try to list everything, which makes your muse interesting in your opinion to make them spicy for your mutuals. — Uh, I’m not sure what makes Kenpachi interesting for other people as a character, so I’ll just say a few words about what could make my version of Kenpachi possibly interesting to interact with, I guess. Kenpachi is a guy not only of great power, but of great experience as well. People tend to see him as a bloodthirsty berserk with all brawn and no brains, but there’s so much more to him than meets the eye -- he’s more clever than he likes to show, and while his kind of wisdom might be not so obvious and ‘classical’ kind, he has it and he uses it both in his fights and in interactions with others. Although he might make an impression that his own strength is all he cares about, it’s only partially true. Kenpachi likes to help others become stronger and watch them grow just as much as he likes to improve his own power; he hates to see wasted potential, and he often provokes or challenges people into situations that, in his opinion, will help them to discover their strength or improve as a person. He’s not a touchy-feely guy and he hardly lets it show, but he cares about the ones who are close to him and would risk own life without a second thought to protect them -- however, this other, more private and more vulnerable side of him usually stays hidden from the world, as he’s not willing to show it to anyone except those who worked hard to gain his trust.

He has little patience for those who whine and do nothing to improve their life, so instead of support they get as much as disdainful look from him. He’s hardly interested in interacting with anyone who can’t offer him either a good fight or a good challenge of some other kind -- or a way to kill boredom at least -- and can be pretty unresponsive if the way other character approaches him doesn’t pick up his curiosity. On top of that, he can be a bit of a handful at times -- he gets annoyed pretty easily, tends to be restless and snappy when bored, he speaks before he thinks and since he’s pretty foulmouthed and pulls no punches he often hurts others even while it was not his intention.

What inspired you to rp your muse? — My muse himself. Kenpachi was my favorite character from the first time I’ve seen him (around 2008 or so), and when I discovered Bleach rp on tumblr (by accident while hunting for pics lmao) I decided to give it a shot.

What keeps your inspiration going? — I don’t really need inspiration to write him. I can do it at pretty much any time given, likely because we’re similar character-wise and it takes me like zero effort to get in his skin. The only thing I need is a rough idea for some plot and BOOM here we go. Unless it’s a chat rp, then I don’t need even this.

Do you accept criticism well about your portrayal? — I don’t have any problem with criticism in general. If something about my character or the way I write him bothers you, feel free to tell me. I can’t promise I’m gonna care though -- Kenpachi is a very personal muse for me, and the way I portray him sometimes can differ from other portrayals or from what’s ‘canon’ simply because he shares a lot of qualities with me as his writer. Fact that you criticized my portrayal doesn’t mean I will change a single thing about it, but sure I won’t get offended or stop interacting with you only cause you said a word or two. The only criticism I never publish/respond to is shit aimed at stirring up drama, as people who write such are not worth my time.

Do you like questions, which help you explore your character? — FUCK YEAH. Some of them really force me to think about stuff I wouldn’t have thought about otherwise, and make me discover my character anew in some places I thought I already know him ins and outs. I like all the questions, no matter the topic, and I do my best to answer them with details.

If someone disagrees to a headcanon of yours, do you want to know why? — Sure I’d be curious about what their reasoning is, like, what makes them think things aren’t the way I see them? What is their headcanon on this particular topic? Do they disagree completely, or just some part of it doesn’t lie well with them?

If someone disagrees with your portrayal, how would you take it? — Depends how they carry it out. If it’s like ‘okay i don’t think so but it’s cool, everyone can have own opinion’ it’s totally fine, i’m far too old to bang heads over such silly shit (there’s no ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ portrayal btw -- everyone does it their own way and there’s nothing to whine about). If they come to my askbox solely with the purpose to pester me about it, and do it in a way that makes me question their age and/or mental health, I’m gonna block their ass out of existence.

If someone really hates your character, how do you take it? — I don’t care and it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever notice they do unless they make effort to bring it to my inbox. In the end it’s their problem, not mine; I’m just gonna continue doing my thing while they’ll be wasting time and energy on writing shit nobody cares about.

Are you okay with people pointing out your grammatical errors? — Sure. English ain’t my native so if I write something that makes no sense just lemme know -- it’s a way to learn, too, and if you tell me there’s a chance I don’t make the same mistake again.

Do you think you are easy going as a mun? — Yeah, I’m pretty laidback and I don’t give a flying fuck about 99% of things that tend to raise a lot of hackles. It’s nearly impossible to offend me, and I have a lot of understanding for the fact other people have their own lives, likes, problems, ideas, families, health issues, work routines and whatnot, so I never pester anyone for replies or anything rp related. However, I’m a confirmed extrovert in this kingdom of introverts which is tumblr, so I tend to hang out on Discord/chats a lot and then think I must be a fucking pain in the rear for my more introverted friends cause I’m always the one to message them first, and it makes me want to melt into a sad pool of shame for being such a needy fucktard.

Music is my savior (Part 22)

Author note : Hello my beauties !! This week has been particularly demanding and trying for me. But, I said I would not give up. So Part 22 is here for you !!! I hope you like it. Your feedback truly helps me to carry on, as we slowly approach towards the end of MIMS. But this is not for today. Enjoy, like, note, give me feedback, anything you want !! Summary : Reader had been chosen to be bassist on the Bohemian Rhapsody set. Reader’s journey carries on as she get to actually work on the set with everyone, and she gets more responsibilities. After a little trouble with a colleague, some entertainment with friends, the accomplishment of a special project, reader’s having fun.... But for how long? Feelings are coming reader’s way.... Yet, the adventure continues....

Part 22 : Dreamer’s ball

Being part of the filming of the movie about the life of lead singer Freddie Mercury and legendary band Queen had been nothing but thrilling to you. On the set of Bohemian Rhapsody and at the time more precisely in the recording studios with the post production staff, you could not help but feeling blessed for being part of the incredible adventure. The actors portraying the main cast were now your friends. You had the opportunity to play along with guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor. You thought you were unbelievably lucky and sometimes wondered what you had done, in this life or a previous one, to have such a privilege. A young woman like you coming from nowhere.

Yet, you were once again blessed by some Gods it seems as you had met your idol in a way, the man who almost brought you here on the very first place. John Richard Deacon. You still could not believe it. You were preparing your stuff in studio 39, getting ready to go to the final recording session and you dreamily looked at the couch where the man, with his son, had sat a few days earlier.

When you had signed your contract to be bass player and teacher for the filming of the movie, it was quite obvious for you that Queen bass guitarist would not be there. For a long time now, you had figured out Deaky was now like any other ordinary man, merely wishing to spend time with his family and willing to have his life private. Yet, you secretly had always dreamed you could eventually get to him, meeting him or writing to him, merely to let him know how inspiring he still was. And just like an unexpected gift, he had appeared in your temporary house and you had it seemed the time of your life.

Talking with the actors was always enjoyable. Having a nice chat with the musicians on the set was also very appreciable. Having a conversation with Brian May or Roger Taylor was absolutely divine. Yet, all of this, even combined together, was nothing compared to the few hours you had spend this afternoon with Luke and John. Speaking with the two men was nothing but pure happiness. The two of them knew bass guitars so well. It was like talking to your masters, even if none of them, at any given moment, had underrated your value regarding your instrument. You felt as if you had been touched by the heavens. At last, you had been able to thank John Deacon for what he had brought you in your life. And now you had another bass fellow, in the person of Luke Deacon. The latter had given you his phone number, but you knew he, too, was certainly too often asked about his father. You had decided you would wait for Luke to come to you, just to make sure you would not annoy him.

You were smiling again in the corridors of the filming set, greeting everyone on your way. The great thing about smile was it was contagious. People were smiling back at you and the atmosphere on the set could not be more friendly it seemed. You arrived at the recording studio with your bass and happily saw the guitarist and the drummer were talking with Joe. The latter was showing them his phone screen, and he seemed to be really glad. Kevin was near them as well, looking a little bitter.

“I still can’t believe this. I’m so proud.”, Joe said, widely smiling at the two musicians. When he noticed your presence he rushed towards you to show you his mobile.

“Look at this, my love. It was in my inbox this morning !!”, he informed you. You put your bass on a chair and took his phone to read.

‘Dear Mister Mazzello,

I asked for you personal email address because I wanted to send you a message. I have taken a moment to come on the filming set of the movie about my dear friend Freddie Mercury, Bohemian Rhapsody. I have seen excepts of the film thanks to the post production staff, but also thanks to my band mates Roger and Brian. I just wanted to let you know that I approve all of this and I’m glad the production decided to pick you to portray the bass guitarist, that is to say me. I take this opportunity to thank you for this great job you have done, hoping the audience will understand how great instrument the bass guitar is. Also, thanks for understanding my decision not to take part of this adventure. But I’m quite sure you now know what we mean when we say Queen is family.

You took time to appreciate every word Deaky had taken time to write and send Joe. You looked up to meet his eyes and you could tell the actor was really proud.

“See? He’s sent me an email.”, he repeated as you gave him his phone back, and he put his eyes on the screen again.

“This is wonderful, Joe, I’m really glad for you.”, you replied.

The two musicians looked at you, sweetly smiling. You winked at them and they understood. They had known their band mate for such a long time now. They knew Deaky had come to you and had spent a moment with you. Yet, the bass guitarist never mentioned it should be some kind of secret. However, it had seemed quite obvious to you not to tell anyone. Maybe it was some kind of a secret bassist thing, you thought to yourself. You also considered that if the musician wanted to share this with anyone, the information would come from him. You did not like the fact to hide something from Joe, for whom you had now very strong feelings, but it seemed to you it was necessary.

“Weird isn’t it?”, Kevin whispered to you.

“What do you mean?”, you replied, slightly puzzled by his question.

“Well, Joe is great and so on, but he is no musician. Why didn’t Deacon come to us instead?”, he asked you.

“Deaky certainly has many reasons. And I consider none of them is our business. He is a free man and does whatever he wants.”, you replied, trying not to sound to harsh in your tone.

“Yeah, yeah sure, but....I wish I could met him.”, he carried on.

“And many of us wished Freddie was still alive, but there we are.”, you sighed, also thinking about Joe’s father.

“Yeah, this is true, but....”, he tried to begin, but you interrupted him.

“Kev, consider one thing. Imagine John had decided not to retire. He would still be performing I guess. If the filming was indeed produced, do you think you would be here to set the amps. Do you think I would be here to teach and play? I guess Deaky would be able to handle both our jobs and by far. He studied electrical engineering and built his own amps. He has been a bass player for longer than both your ages combined. Wake up, Kev, we would not be here if John was not retired. And he has done so for some reasons. His reasons. His decision. Just respect that, okay?”, you told him, trying to make him get your point.

“Gosh, you’re right. I did not think of it this way. You know what? I’m going to apologize to Joe, I guess I’ve been a little bitter with him, while it’s not his fault.”, he admitted as he headed towards the actor who was still showing everyone around his mobile.

“You know Princess, we are never going to find another one like you....”, Roger said as he came closer to you.

“Deaky trusted us to pick the right person for this job, but I’m sure now he was not disappointed.... Was he?”, Brian asked you.

“I don’t know. John Richard Deacon is a very secret person. Maybe we will never know.”, you replied, shrugging your shoulders and winking at them.

The two men did not answer but smiled at you, getting your point. This conversation you had with Deaky and his son was private and you were certainly not the one who was going to gossip about it nor being disrespectful towards the father and his son.

That morning, Jack seemed happy, almost relieved. He was looking at his notes, and every one was expecting him to have a word about the schedule and various delays. You knew the other day in the recording studio was your last. The post production staff was supposed to have everything they needed to complete the film. To create a masterpiece to your point of view.

“Okay, everyone. This is it. The filming is complete.”, Jack announced, his words followed by applause in his audience. “I’m not going to lie, I’m really proud of what we’ve done here.”, he carried on. “The post prod is completing the finals steps and we will be able to see it all together in a couple of days.”, he nodded. You could see he was really moved as tears were now coming to his eyes. “So I propose we all gather to watch this... well, our production really, and then we all celebrate together !!”, he suggested, and once again, everyone applauded. You looked at the main cast and they seemed really enthusiastic. You had to admit you could not wait either to see the final production, as you had only seen excepts so far.

A couple of days later then, as promised, Jack had organized a huge screening and had invited everyone who had participated to this production to join. The projection of the movie would happen outside, on the very fake Live Aid stage, in order for everyone to be able to enjoy it properly. The production canteen had created a huge buffet with salads, sandwiches and snacks, as well as many beverages. You had never seen something like this before. It was like a huge picnic, but the audience was going to watch a movie in the open air.

When the screening began and after a short applause, everyone went quiet. You looked at Joe and he took your hand. You smiled at him and felt Ben on the other side was taking your hand as well. As you were seated with the main cast, you looked at them and tears went to your eyes when you noticed they were all holding hands. During the screening, you could hear people around you singing along to the band performances and you were stunned by the sound the technicians had created, and you felt once again proud you had participated to all of this. As the movie was carrying on, you heard the audience laugh or being emotional in front of some sad scenes. You looked around you and again a wide smile came to your lips. This was all for Freddie Mercury. All for Queen. At the end of the movie, you could not help but cry. Joe hold your hand a little tighter and smiled at you. The ending credits were now passing on the screen, while Freddie was singing ‘Don’t stop me now’, playing along on the piano with Deaky, Roger and Brian. What a wonderful conclusion, you thought to yourself.

Jack arrived on the fake stage, under thunder of applause. He gave the audience a little bow and then asked for silence.

“I’m not going to lie, those months have been exhausting. I’ve been stressed, almost reaching a heart attack sometimes. But we did it. I have no words to express my gratitude. To each and every one of you. A huge thank you !!”, he said, once again as the audience was applauding, some of them even whistling as if they were facing a worldwide famous rock star. “And now it’s time to celebrate!”, he announced.

Lucy was with you in studio 39, both of you getting ready for the party. You were looking at her as she was putting some make up, painting her lips and adding mascaras on her eyelashes, certainly wanting to look her best for her friends, but more particularly for Rami. The two of them were now officially together and you felt really glad for her. She was wearing a simple pastel yet beautiful dress and she was, as usual, absolutely amazingly looking. After she was satisfied with her make up, she turned to you.

“Okay, your turn now....”, she announced, as she came closer to you to apply make up on your face.

“I’m already wearing make up Lucy....”, you replied.

“Yeah, and we all cried like babies during the screening. Please let me do it....”, she almost begged you.

“Okay, but something simple then....”, you warned her, as she widely smiled.

You closed your eyes and you could feel the brushes slightly pressing on your face as she was applying the powders.

“Let’s see....”, she said as she was picking some lipstick. “We’ve got to be beautiful for our lovers...”, she carried on.

“Our lovers?”, you questioned her as you opened your eyes.

“Oh, come on. Don’t you want Joe to notice your eyes with glitters when you’ll be together on a slow dance?”, she asked you in return.

“He’s been with me when I had a pneumonia, I think he’s seen me at my worse....”, you confessed, grimacing a little.

“And I don’t hear this is a no, so close your eyes and let me make you even more gorgeous than you are already.”, she proudly affirmed.

You looked at her, a faint smile at the corner of your lips. She was subtle and full of finesse. You felt very lucky you could now count her as one of your friends.

Lucy and you arrived at the party together then. There was already a lot of people, all known faces, many of them already dancing to Queen music. Rami, dressed with nice black pants and a white shirt arrived directly towards you and greeted you with a kiss on your cheek and another one on Lucy’s lips, and you realized you smiled like an idiot in front of this simple mark of love. Rami apologized to you as he took her hand to lead her on the dance floor. Gwilym was there already dancing with his girlfriend. They were wearing the same colors, him in a light blue suit, her a dress matching his clothes.

You felt a pinch on your hips and turned to see Allen, widely smiling his burgundy shirt and simple jeans.

“Let’s see if you know the real Allen now !!”, he said as he took your hand to lead you to the dance floor as well. You laughed as you remembered him telling you about being professional while they were still filming. You realized he had not lied to you, as he was almost furiously dancing around you, making you giggle. Joe and Ben arrived together on the dance floor as well, dancing in each other arms. Ben was wearing a navy blue shirt and matching pants, making his green eyes standing out even more. Joe had brown pants, a white shirt and a vest as well. Surrounded by your friends, you were dancing as well, swaping partners as the songs were changing.

You looked on the little stage where the DJ was playing music and noticed guitarist Brian May was there as well, whispering something in his ear. The song ‘Love of my life’ came next and he came back to meet his wife Anita and the two of them danced together slowly to the music, and you saw Roger Taylor with his partner Sarina dancing as well. The dance floor went suddenly much less crowded and as only couples were there, you thought it was a great moment to have a drink. But you felt someone holding your hand. It was Joe leading you back. He put your arms around his neck and put his on your hips. He was looking directly in your eyes and you began to feel your heart beat faster, like in ‘Good old fashioned lover boy’, you thought to yourself. None of you said a word, merely moving together as Joe was guiding your steps, and you wished this moment could last forever. At the end of the song, he merely took your hand and kissed it. Then, people came back on the dance floor as ‘We will rock you’ was now playing.

At the end of the party, Rami and Joe had come on the little stage and were singing, even screaming on ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, off key obviously, making everyone laugh. After this amazing performance, Jack announced the party was over, so everyone left.

Joe walked you back in studio 39. As usual now, he came in with you. You took your shoes off and headed to the kitchen to make tea. But again, Joe took your hand and led you to the open space. He placed your hands again on him and his on you. He started to dance on no music but whispered :

“Las palabras de amor

Despacito, mi amor

Let me know this night and evermore

This room is bare

This night is cold

We're far apart, and I'm growing old

But while we live

We'll meet again

So then, my love

We may whisper once more

It's you I adore”

You smiled at him and he suddenly kissed you. Stepping back, he looked at you with a weird face and stumbled a little.

“Joe. You’re drunk....”, you told him.

“I am.... May I sleep on your couch?”, he asked you.

“Of course, you may.”
