The hallways of PK Academy buzzed with life, students crowding the hallways as they made their way to their classes. Saiki was no exception, his friends surrounding him as they blabbed on and on about god knows what.

As Saiki absentmindedly walked through the hallway, he was caught off guard when someone suddenly knocked into his shoulder.

“Oh- sorry! I didn’t mean to bump into you”

Saiki stared at the person with wide eyes. How had he not noticed his presence sooner? Surely he would’ve sensed his thoughts or something - especially since he’s an unfamiliar presence.

“Huh? I’ve never seen you around before. Are you new?”

Kaido questioned, pausing his conversation with Nendou to start a new one with the unfamiliar person. The male nodded,

“I am. I’m looking for class 3 of the second year”

Kaido looked back at his friends,

“Hey, that’s our class!”

Nendou walked to the new student’s side, swinging an arm around his shoulder,

“We gotcha, buddy! Just follow us!”

The male was dragged through the hallway by his new classmates, meeting and befriending them in the process. Little did he know that he had gained a certain pink haired male’s interest.

With five minutes left until lunch, [Y/n] shifted uncomfortably in his seat. The male seated next to him hadn’t stopped blatantly staring at him since he entered the classroom.

His leg bouncing uncontrollably, [Y/n] eyed the clock, as if pleading for time to go faster. After what seemed like long, painful hours, the bell finally rang. As quickly as he could, [Y/n] packed his things and began to make his way to the calmest place he could think of: the school’s roof.

From experience with previous schools, no one even thought to eat on the roof. It was usually open, but left alone with nothing but a clear view of the sky and everything below.

[Y/n] stepped outside, taking a relieved breath as he closed the door behind him. Unfortunately, his peace didn’t last long as he found himself pinned against the wall, just beside the door he had came from.

[Y/n] found himself face-to-face with a certain pink haired male, his purple eyes glaring at him through the bright-green tint of his glasses.

“What are you?”

[Y/n] rolled his eyes,

“Oh, wow. I’m [Y/n], it’s a pleasure to meet you too. I’m doing great, thank you for-”

[Y/n] was cut off with a slam of his classmate’s fist against the wall, creating a dent in the concrete.

“I won’t ask you again. What are you?”

[Y/n] sighed,

“I’m assuming the reason you’re pissed off is because you can’t read my mind, and the reason for that is because of this”

The male held up his hand, revealing a dark ring around his finger.

“It’s made of Germanium, which stops people from reading my mind, and me from reading others’”

Within the blink of an eye, the male appeared in front of the door to the roof, smiling back at the stunned pink haired male.
