Jeonghan: Teasing him back. It makes him freeze up and stand/sit there in shock with his mouth half open. Tries to tease you again only for you to make another comeback. Turns away so you can’t see his cheeks turn pink only for you to plant an kiss on them

Joshua: Being an gentleman/women to him. like you would tell him to stay in the car and run to the other side and open the door for him. He would be caught off guard but laughs it off as if you don’t notice the heat rising to his cheeks smiling to yourself

Jun: Letting him ramble. Like he will be so focused on his topic then he starts paying attention to you. Seeing how your eyes lightly lit up looking like you have small stars on your eyes, and that soft smile he loves on your face. Hoshi: Being apart of his Horanghae gang. Like you were apart of it when y’all first started dating you had no choice. But just knowing you accept his for his tiger-I’m sorry my mind was in a goofy mood

Buying him tiger print things. Knowing how much he love tigers you need to buy him tiger related things. It gets him all warm and cozy and any positive thing you can think of inside

Wonwoo: Reading with him. It brings him so much comfort and being with you in comfortable silence makes him warm inside. He loves the feel of being with you at those type of moments any moment’s really but those moments and very special to him

Woozi: Being in his studio with him. It gives him so much more motivation and puts him to harder work. He also loves when you tell him things like he’s doing great or the beat hi made so sound awesome and amazing and that good stuff. Your what keeps him going

DK: Being weird and silly with him. He loves that you don’t think of him differently when he starts randomly doing the most outrageous things instead you join him. Mingyu: Not getting mad at him for his clumsyness. He has officially earned the nickname ‘clumsy’ from you(like the guy from Smurfs) not just because he’s clumsy but you find it cute. But he break something that he know would make you mad, would you tell right away but you can’t get mad not with how his eyes are starting to look like puddles of rain so you just kiss his nose and hug him and tell him it’s ok

Seungkwan: Gossiping with him. Like when you comeback from work you already you both have some boiling hot tea that’s ready to spill. Sometimes set up snacks and drinks because of how long it takes for you both to be done. Sometimes fall asleep talking without realizing you guys might talk in your sleep

Vernon: You randomly saying anything. Like you can be like “what if the sun just exploded right now” he would be like “we die” because he’s just so used you blurting anything out is the most randomness times. Sometimes it catches him very off guard he can’t think so you have to tap him a few times to make him come back to earth

Dino: letting him hold you in his arms. It makes him feel like he’s protecting you from anything out there even just thin air. He holds you so tight like he’s afraid if he let go you’ll just turn into dust and get blown away but the cool breeze. Loves to hold to hold you when y’all first wake up gives you little forehead kiss as time goes by

Cellbit & Baghera take priority over everything. But GOD is he not ready for the flashbacks when he gets to Egg Island to save them. He didn't know Etoiles left that scar on his back...

In very dad fashion, his sneezes and yawns are fucking atrocious. Unnecessarily loud.

(With the idea that Purg2 is canon): He can't help but think about all those new people going through the hell he did. What if he knew some of them? What if there were friends there he forgot about because the Federation meddled with his memory? It makes him sick.

The islanders closest to him + the kids are starting to think he's got some kinda sleep disorder. He sleeps for an awful long time sometimes... (when his hc streams get long :) )

After a while you come outside with a just toat or like a grocery bag idk just a bag of some sort and u walk to bills car getting in the passenger seat

Bill was basically rambling on and on about all the stuff u guys can do together while changing in the back u guys putting ur guys other clothes in the bag he had u bring out and then he kept talking all the way to the restaurant (fast food since its like 12:00 now) once u guys got there he opened his door and SPRINTED to your side before u could get out

Bill: "m'lady welcome to worlds best fast food!"

he took ur hand in his as you guys walked into the restaurant he also got the door for u with a "after u princess" and u chuckled walking in up to the counter it was really just you 2 in there so u got ur food fairly quickly and u guys stayed in the restaurant to eat ur food

Y/n: "okay bill I don't think we can do EVERYTHING u wanted but we definitely can stop at the gas station and grab some drinks and snacks and then go back to mine for a movie night how does that sounds love?"

Bill: "yeahh maybe we can do that other stuff a different time"

After a while u guys had finished ur food and gone to the gas stationand everything u guys went back to ur house and put on a random movie and got all cuddled up and eventually fell asleep together 💕

Random observations of the trophies in Super Smash Bros. Melee, because I thought they were interesting - Part 1

I have decided to contribute to this site by dragging over some random junk I've written before. I guess this is also my excuse to try and contribute to the site? Well, """contribute""" in more quotation marks than I let on. Anyway, I'm just gonna more or less repost something I made before, but now I don't have a godforsaken text limited forced upon me AND I can edit spelling errors, woo. This is also probably going to look like a mess, because I have never used Tumblr in my entire life, so uh... woops.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also to get something out of the way, I'm not covering every trophy from every series. I love this games' trophies, but I don't love 'em THAT much. I'm just going to talk about the ones that piqued my curiosity. To begin, let's start with Mario stuff, since that's the big name.

One thing I really like about these trophies is that the main player trophies you get from Classic Mode are based on their standard designs in their home series. For example, the Mario cast are based on their N64 appearances, such as Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, or Mario Party.

The "Red Smash" and "Blue Smash" trophies are gained through clearing Adventure Mode and All Star, respectively. Red Smash trophies uses the characters' design in game while the Blue Smash trophies always uses an alt color. Both describe the character on how they play. Interestingly, while Brawl does not do this, Smash 4 does. Depending on the version of the game, the character will use a different alt color as seen here.

Going back to the Mario cast, I think it's really cool seeing how characters that would later have their designs tweaked later on in the GameCube's life be modeled with their original designs. Daisy, of course, is the most noteworthy one of these four.

A few personal favorites of mine for the Mario trophies is that this is the only game where they show off the power ups with Mario while later games would just show the item that gives you the power up.

Might be commonly known by this point, but here's a fun little fact; Metal Mario's reflection is the Yoshi's Island stage.

I'm also a fan of the trophies that are very odd "deep cuts" to the series, such as the Bucket and Plum.

Now for the Donkey Kong series. While Donkey Kong, Dixie Kong, and King K. Rool all get their own trophies, Diddy is strangely absent despite being mentioned. I'm not sure why that is.

Another thing I really like about these trophies is that there's some fun interpretation of these characters in 3D, such as DK Jr. and even Stanley of all characters.

Another fantastic example of the developers interpenetrating characters that were never in 3D by this point would be Marin of the Zelda series.

Something to note is that she is depicted as a blonde instead of a red head like her appearance in Hyrule Warriors.

I can only assume this may be based more on her sprite than her artwork? Her artwork seems to lean on her being a red head.

But then the remake goes with the blonde hair, so... Marin, you confuse me, you cute lil' lady you.

Welp, it appears I can't add more images to this, as much as I'd like to make this one cohesive post. So I'll probably make a Part 2 whenever I get the chance. To those that have gotten this far, thank you for giving this post the time out of your day/night to read my inane ramblings.

Dino and you meet at a coffee shop 

He’s rushing to grab a drink before he has a meeting with the other members and some of their managers 

Which is why he’s not paying a whole lot of attention to the orders being called out as he reads the texts Coups is sending him to hurry up

So when he hears an order that sounds close to his but not exactly

He just grabs it thinking they must have messed it up and he doesn’t have the time to deal with it

And he’s already gulping it down when he turns to leave and sees you!!!

And you were coming up to grab your drink

AKA the drink he is currently downing

When he realizes what is happening he turns so red

And starts stuttering

“I just- I was in a rush so- It was so similar to mine- I thought” 

You just laugh

“Hey honestly it’s fine, if you’re in a rush, go ahead and take it” 

“Oh wow, honestly you’re too kind, I don’t know how to make it up to you”

“I can just take your drink! And... you can give me your number”

Dino.exe has stopped working

“Right... right! My number!”

He grabs your phone and types it in

You take your phone back and look up

He’s just sitting there staring at you

“Don’t you have somewhere to be?”

“Oh right!” he panics and starts heading for the door. “Text me soon! I’ll buy you a replacement coffee!”

The whole time he’s in the meeting 

He’s in a daze

Just like trying not to grin as he thinks about you being so forward and catching him off guard and making his heart beat like crazy

It doesn’t actually take you long at all to text him

“Hey coffee boy, when am I getting my replacement drink?”

He reads the text twenty times in a row and every time he jumps back onto his bed and kicks his feet into the air

Hoshi walks into his room and walks back out immediately

“Umm guys, I think Dino is broken”

Dino realizes he actually has to reply and asks if you’re free to meet that weekend

You are!!!

When you get to the cafe, Dino is already there with both of your drinks

“You remembered my order?”

“Well it’s so close to mine”

He’s already red

There’s a moment of silence

“So, coffee boy, do you have a name?”

“Oh! It’s Chan, Lee Chan”

“Hello Lee Chan, I’m [Y/N]”

After finally introducing yourselves, you get to know each other

Dino really really really really likes talking to you so he asks you every little question he can think to

And he commits it all to memory

It doesn’t take him long to realize you are his ideal type that he didn’t even know he had

Like your humor, your interests, the way you speak

Every little gesture makes him feel comfortable and happy

You two talk for hours without even realizing it 

He doesn’t even know how late it is until Mingyu is calling him to ask why he’s not at practice

“Oh! I have to go!”

“Haha, you’re always in a rush, aren’t you Lee Chan”

He scratches the back of his head and blushes a bit

“I don’t want you to think I’m just running off, I really enjoyed spending time with you and-”

You grab his hand to stop his rambling 

“We’ll do this again” you affirm before sending him off 

And you do

You and Dino meet up for little dates more and more often

The other boys are having a heyday when they realize what’s happening 

“[Y/N] and Dino sittin in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G”

“Guys pls this is the third time you’ve sung that today”

“First comes love then comes marriage-”

“This is why I’m never introducing them to any of you”

But he still shyly asks them to help him come up with date ideas and how to dress when he meets up with you

Your whole relationship is so exciting for him bc honestly he had never really thought about dating until he met you so he’s feeling all this stuff for the first time and it’s just a great time for him tbh

Meaning he absolutely adores you

Get ready for random moments where you look up and he’s just looking at you like

But he acts like it’s such a big deal when you do the same????

Like one time you came to bring him lunch on a busy day

He looks like he’s gonna explode with joy

But then the other boys appear and he’s like 

“You gotta leave”

“Are you ashamed of me coffee boy?”

“No I just don’t want them to scare you away”

Too late

Mingyu has spotted you and now all twelve of them are introducing themselves simultaneously and asking you a billion questions

And Dino’s like “pls leave them alone”

But you think it’s so funny and you’re having the time of your life talking to them 

And it’s really fun to see how much Dino takes after them

But he’s also a nervous wreck, hoping that no one says anything to offend anyone else

But of course that doesn’t happen

They all like you and you like all of them

So Dino starts inviting you over more often bc you knowing the other boys and getting along with them and feeling comfortable spending time with them is really important to him

But he also somewhat regrets it when you and Seungkwan occasionally gang up on him to tease him (harmlessly, of course) 

But the fact that you get along with them so well still makes him so so happy

Then one day Coups gets you a ticket to their concert

And of course Dino wants you to be interested in what he does and get to see it

But he’s never been so nervous for a show before

What if you don’t like it?

What if you think he’s no good?

He puts his whole heart and soul into his performance that night

When they exit the dressing rooms he’s a nervous wreck

He sees you standing down the hall, lightstick hanging from your wrist, looking worn out from attending the concert

As soon as you see him you rush to greet him and jump into his arms

“Did you like it?” he whispers quietly into your ear

“Channie are you kidding me??? I loved it!!!”

He squeezes you so tight you think you’re gonna pop

And as if your words didn’t make him happy enough, he can hear that your voice is scratchy so you must’ve been cheering pretty loud

“C’mon babe, let’s get you a warm drink”

“But I’m already so hoooooot” 

“Yeah but you’ll thank me tomorrow when you actually have your voice”

After that you attend your concerts all the time 

Dino is beaming whenever you come

Accept that one time Seungkwan paid you to hold a sign with his name on it just to see Dino’s reaction

And he’s so excited whenever you ask him about his career and his dancing and music 

He rambles on and on and on and on about it

He’s just so excited to get to share that part of his life with you

And you love seeing how passionate he is about it

Another thing tho

You like never call him Dino

Since he introduced himself as Chan and that’s what you called him before you knew his stage name

And he’s fine with it

But it’s also weird bc sometimes he’s so used to everyone calling him Dino 24/7

Sometimes you’ll be like “Chan, baby, can you pass me the salt?”

*no response*

“Hey Chan?”

*still no response*

“Hey! Lee Chan, I’m talking to you”

“Oh sorry, I forgot that was my name for a second”

You start quoting Seventeen’s song lyrics to him to embarrass him sometimes 

But he gets to turn around and make fun of you bc 

“Last time I checked, [Y/N], you asked me to sing you to sleep with those same lyrics just last night”

There’s definitely a very fun, teasing aspect to your relationship bc Chan doesn’t like to take things too seriously and wants you two to have a lot of fun

But he doesn’t shy away from the more serious parts of being in a relationship and is actually incredibly mature and responsible in facing any issues you two have head on and solving it all in the best way possible

Dino is generally a really level headed person so he always tries to look at things from your perspective and is really great at coming up with solutions and compromises that satisfy you both

He buys y’all matching stuffed animals so that you both have something to cuddle when he’s away on tour

Such a softie honestly

I would just like to clear, I don't hate the BBC Dracula 2020 Show. In fact, I actually like the idea of Dracula being set in modern times like in the show, but I would like it a lot better if it wasn't written like a fucking reader insert fanfiction.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some reader inserts every once in a while but they're meant to be on Wattpad. Sometimes, you can find really fucking good fanfictions that could genuinly be movies, but this really just feels like someone wrote an erotic fanfiction for Dracula. It almost reminds me of a worse version of 50 Shades of Grey with less kinky sex.

First and foremost Agatha Van Hesling. I actually kinda liked her personality, how driven she was and determined to never give up, but she was literally created for a love interest. In Dracula by Bram Stocker, Sister Agatha is a nun that nurses Jonathan back to health, claiming he was 'sick in the head' as he ranted of what he had seen and warning others of Dracula. She doesn't even have a last name.

However there is a Dr. Van Hesling in the book, hes dutch(???) Professor that mentors and taught(????) Jack Seward who was in love with Lucy, who was fed off of and eventually killed and eventually undead by the means of the one and only Dracula. Dr Van Hesling plays a large role in the plot of the book. He has an open mind and was able to draw connections between things that some others couldn't, as he had access to more sources and could speak to most off the charecters involved. He's the first person to present the idea of a vampire, and Lucy turning into one. Thanks to Jonathan he was able to identify the vampire feeding on Lucy as Dracula and finds out how to kill the vampires.

So basically Agatha was literally fabricataed for the sole perpose of being there, to fall in love with Dracula or something.

I know we all are horny for Dracula. I'm horny for Dracula. Vampires are fucking hot but the sexiest part of vampires is that they ya know. Kill you and are mercily and heartless. The show does show that in a lot of parts and even decapiates a nun and yeets it into a gaggle of nuns which i fucking died at. But it also, humanizes him way to much, hes literally a monster. The scene in the boat with lord whats his name really portrayed that. It was really,,,, weird cause me being a kinky fucker I don't find the particular phrases of "you're going to need to be quiet now," and " youre doing so well" that creepy and if anything a little hot but looking at the circumstance and the look on that kids face, it was like r e a l y fucked up. Which is why i liked that scene. It showed just how fucked up Dracula is.

To be fair i did like Cleas Bangs acting and casting as Dracula. He had a certain charm that was ever so s l i g h t l y off. I heard people say he just 'made up an accent' but fuck you guys its a fucking danish accent you incolent twats anyways. He could be really funny at times and i actually apprecited it.

However the casting AND acting of the modern parts is absolute shit. Ep.3 is where i kinda gave up on the show and finsihed it for the sake of torturing myself. FIRST OF FUCKING ALL LUCY i cannot fathom how P I S S E D i am about Lucy. Why did they have to make her a phone obsessed basic asshole with no regards to anyones emotions besides her own and the extent of her personality is 'getting likes on socail media is all i care about because it makes me feel validated so im gonna wallo in self pity because i was obiously written by white man in his 50s that would have made me white if he wasnt forved to throw in diversity points" like shut the fuck up steven king.

Also lucy and mina never meet??? Theyre in different fucking time lines??? Theyre friendship and love for eachother was fucking golden how dare you rob that form me and give me a garbage bag full of shit with a shiny little bow on top in its place jesus f u ck.

The cemetary scene was o k ay i gues?? I liked the little nod to the book with the bloofer lady and the concept of random sprits being undead because of unfinished buisness. But this really just felt like it was slapped in the show for the sake of going on a date with Dracula in cemetary. I actually kinda apperacted it but it just felt awkward.

Also who the f u ck is Lucy's friend? The gay one??? Like,,,, is that supposed to Arthur???? His chatecter was so fu king weird and offset he just didnt feel like he should be in there. Hes literally just there for a-50-year-old-man's-interpretation-of-young-women-now-a-days verson of Lucy to have a gay best ffriend.

Ok i not even sure if i want to talk about Quincy. It just hurts. It physically hurts me to think about how d i r t y they did my baby. His charecter is the defination of american chivalry, just as great as regular chivarly but with a little extra cowboy vibe. Quincy is jist the biggest,,,, sweet haert,, like he asked lucy to marry him in his cool american cowboy voice cause he knew lucy loved it and it always made her laugh. And even when she turned him down becayse her heart belonged to arthur, he stayed. All he wanted was for lucy to be happy and all he requested was that they stay frirnds. Hes also invovled with taking fkwn dracula although hes not a main charecter percice ly as he doesnt have any entires in the book he still has an amaizing precence and sometimes while reading the book ill be readying one of dr sewards passanges and think "huh i wonder what quncys doin. I hope hes dooin good. Cowboy vibes n stuffs" amd boy dles he do that. Everh dracula film adaptataion robs us. R O B S U S of quincy morris best scene. In the middle of dr van helsing ranting about vampires( thats basically what half of the book is. I could write a 4p minute mono louge of his rambling jesus how does sweard take note of all this) quincy litterally just walks out. And nobodg really pays any notice beside glancing ag his leave and shrugging at one anouther and going back tl listneing tl van helsing explaining his vampire fan theories quincy moris , the quincy morris from texathe untited states of the amerkca the land and the free and also cowboys.stands outside of the bouilding and pints his gun up at. Dracula whos in the shape of a fucking bat eves ddopping outside the window and just fucking,,shoots it. Now he doesnt hit it cause thatt wouldnt be as fun as brutally stabbing the fucker witja wooden stake. But S T I L L. And the fucking bullet hits the window that everybodys in anprobably causes arthur to shit himself the ppoor boy. Can you belive that theh didnt fucking flim thatfor any dracul? Now i i under stands why not put in this adaptation because quincy is only mentionsed like three god damned times. And when theh DK mention him jesusnshit they literally jsut made him some popular jock from amwrica just to conter jacks white twinky ass and then they had him propose to lucy in the middle of a fucking night club and she says yes???? Lile ok jut throw Arthur out a window then cause cause fu c k him i guess. And then after lucy dies he jjsy fucking moves ?? The only thing thta makes this version of qincy quinccy is the fu king name and fact hes from america

Ok now jack fucking seward. He reminds me of when ylu forget you had a pb&j in your back pack so in the bos after school you pull it out cause yoyr hungry and yoyr mom put WAY to much jelly on it so now its like. All obsorbed into the bread and joggy and squished. Just sad and really white. They even had some kid call him whate bread and they werent fucking wrong. His obly personality traits were ' omg i love lucy but shes a hoe ;,,,((' and being connected to Zoe.

Now last and definately least the god forbaden ending. Just thinking about it gives me a fucking head ache. So , jesus, zoe, who is agathas great niece or someshit, a d looks exactly like her (its literally the same fucking actress) is a detective lile scitist reasearching dracula. So dracula is illedatly attracted to her becasue he thinks shes like agathas reincarnation or soenshit. So he tries tk drink her blood at one point and spits it all out and pukes and sjit cause her blood is poisonous bevaise she has fucking c an c e r. So later we find out that draculas weaknesses ( the sun crucifix) arnt actually real hes just afraid of dying so he has like irration fears or some shit so for some fucking reason. They deside. Its a good iea to end the show with this:

Dracula fucking drinks all of zoes blood killing her and himself because her blood poisonus. And ghe fucking emd scene is them like,,, in the sun???? Or soemt hi ng??? And theyre naked and like presumably fucked and dracula says some shit like " its doesnt have to hurt" and i almost tore my wrist open wiith my teeth because of how shitty this ending is.

That kid was Joshua. And first year Joshua in his head was like “oh god they’re very cute and it’s only the first day and wOw oKAy i’M fINe it’S fINE”

He’s too scared to speak to you for like half the year because you make smol Josh nervous with your impressive dedication to learning and really pretty eyes and the way you try to tuck your hair behind your ear whenever it gets in your face from looking down while you’re writing, but you never try to pin it back or tie it up and he thinks it’s adorable and that you’re the cutest and yeah he could probably ramble about you forever.

He’s like “the year is almost over, you have to say something to them”

So the next day he gathers up all his courage, turns to you, and is like “Hi, I’m Joshua”

And you’re like “Yeah I know that, we’ve been sitting with each other for months”

He’s screaming on the inside for two reasons because 1.) you know his name and he didn’t even have to teLL yOu iT and 2.) Dear god he’s actually talking to you and you’re talking back.

Next Joshua is like “Haha, you’re right. I left my textbook in my dorm,,, aha whoops so could we share one?? For today??”

And you’re like “Oh I’ll go get you one of the classroom textbooks, don’t worry!”, and shoot him a smile before leaving to find him a book.

And Joshua’s thinking “my plan did not work but I don’t even care because look at the way they just smiled at me”

After this, Joshua thought about trying to talk to you more during class, but you always looked so focused and concentrated and he decided it would be rude to interrupt you all the time.

But on the last day of your first year, he leaves a hair bow and some hairpins on your desk with a note reading “Y/N, if your hair is always in your face, why not put it up? Remember to take care of yourself, and keep doing your best!”

He wrote and rewrote that about 793 times because he was like “AM I TOO CHEESY?? What if they don’t like it. Is it too obvious that it’s from me? Do I want them to know it’s from me???”

You found the hairbow and pins and the note and quietly put it in your bag. On the outside your face didn’t change at all but on the inside you were “!!! asdfghjkl who the heck did this nICE THING for mE”

The first day of your second year, when the first years were being sorted into their houses, Joshua glanced across the dining hall to see you. Wearing. That. Bow. The one he gave you.

It was from that moment that he knew he was whipped for you.

And he’s been trying to do sweet things for you ever since but sometimes you just don’t get that it’s directed at you.

But when most people would be disheartened, Joshua is always like “I’ll do something bigger and better next time!”, after you end up not noticing him.

So Joshua’s attempts at flirting/confessing become more and more obvious.

To everyone but you, rip.

But even the most dense people eventually notice that something's up, and you definitely do.

Some years have passed, and you’re cleaning out your dresser in your dorm, when you find the hair bow from your first year. You hold it with two hands, as if it’s the most precious thing in the world, when your roommate walks in.

They see you with this bow and are like “wow, by the way you’re looking at that, someone really special must’ve given it to you”

And you just sit there, dumbstruck. You knew that it meant a lot to you, but until your roommate pointed it out to you, you never realized how important it was.

Right then you decide, you’re going to figure out who the hell gave you this back then. You put it in your hair, so that if someone recognizes it, hopefully they’ll come talk to you about it.

You start by asking around, and first you ask Ravenclaw!DK, who is like “maybe you should ask some of the hufflepuffs… ;)”, but you’re like “why would the hufflepuffs know anything wth that’s not logical at all”, and you leave.

So next you go to Ravenclaw!Jeonghan and ask if he knows anything. It takes all of Jeonghan’s self control not to blurt out “IT’S JOSHUA, HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW”

Instead he says “Instead of just that hairbow, has anything else… special… happened around you?”

You take a moment to think about it and are like “well… someone left heart candies on my desk yesterday… and there was that one time that I found roses in my bag…. But I thought someone just mistook my bag for theirs and put them in the wrong one… but maybe…”

You: *GIANT GASP* “WERE THOSE FOR ME!?”

Jeonghan: “yes you idiot, oh my god”

You: “they weren’t… from you, were they?”

Jeonghan: “Nope, wasn’t me”

You: “oh thank goodness, I mean you’re pretty I guess but you’re not my type and you’re always going on about-”

Jeonghan: “doN’T yoU haVe soMe gUY to fiND”

The weight of all the romantic gestures over the years is pouring into your head, to the point where you’re just trudging through the halls aimlessly, not looking where you’re going or paying attention to anything at all.

You feel awful for not noticing all this time, and are thinking that whoever keeps doing these gestures must think you’ve rejected them time and time again.

You’re legit about to cry when you stumble a little bit, expecting to fall on your face, but you collide with someone’s chest.

Tears start to pour down your face, this person’s shirt in you grip from you bracing yourself to fall, when you hear them ask softly: “You still kept my bow?”

You head snaps up and you look up to see Joshua, looking at you like you’re the entire world.

And it clicks. It was him. Of course it was him, he was always there, whether you noticed fully or not. That’s why Seokmin wouldn’t ever shut up about Joshua and why Jeonghan would ask you weird questions about the relationship between the two of you.

“But... why are you crying?”, he asks gently, cupping your face with one hand and brushing a tear away.

At this point you just break, and spill out everything that’s on your mind

“Joshua, I’m so sorry that I haven’t been paying attention enough to see all you’ve done for me, and I’m sorry for accidentally not accepting your kind gestures, and I’m sor-”

He takes yours hands in his, lacing your fingers together, and cuts you off in the best way possible- a kiss on the lips.

He pulls away and grins at you in a way that makes you just know that he’s not mad.

Joshua: “Who ever said it was me?”

You: “IT WASN’T?!”

Joshua: “Oh no, it definitely was me”

You playfully shove his shoulder because let’s be real how much more awkward would it be if it just wasn’t Joshua lmao

After this you two wander around the halls and catch up until it’s gotten so late that no one but the two of you are out of their dorms

You realize this and are like “frick what if Flich finds us”

So the two of you agree to meet up in the library tomorrow, but before you part ways, you’re like “so are we… dating?”

Joshua: “If I asked, would you say yes?”

You: “Well, of course”

Joshua: “Then yes. We’re dating”

You two walk to your respective dorms with the biggest grins on your faces.

You walk into you dorm looking like the happiest person in the world, and your roommate is like “smh maybe I should give someone a bow”

When you two are sitting together in the library the next day, Jeonghan walks up and says “Joshua you owe me, I’m the one who sparked all this”

And you’re like “um excuse you, I would’ve figured it out on my own eventually”

Jeonghan: “You’re right. It did only take you years to figure it out”

Joshua is trying so hard not to laugh but is desperately failing.

You: “Joshua who’s side are you on???”

Joshua: “yours!! Your side, I’m forever yours”

He gives you a quick peck on the cheek and you’re trying not to be flustered af.

But it’s okay, Joshua didn’t notice your cheeks turning a gradual pink because he was too distracted by Jeonghan making gagging noises and pointing at the two of you as he ran out of the library.

Neither of you care though, because even though you spent years apart, you’re both determined to make up for that lost time with each other.

description: when you moved in with the four girls, you didn’t expect them to be in a prank war with the boys in the apartment downstairs, and you didn’t expect to fall for one of them either.

PART ONE

Sticking your head out of the apartment door you looked left and right, they were good at hiding but one specific boy always had a way of fucking it all up whether it be with a sneeze or simply just not putting his ass in enough to fit behind the plant.

“Clear,” you say as you allow Eli to open the door fully.

“Good let’s do our washing quick, I have their schedule up and they should be all in lectures but you know – they’re boys,” she says picking up her washing basket. You frown at her as you pick up your washing basket, they’re boys? What does that mean? Did boys skip more than girls? In your old school you would always hear about how a group of girls got caught, but never a group of boys. Maybe they were just better at hiding, and not smoking in the toilets.

“Let’s go,” she says signaling you over to the staircase. You run after her and begin to daydream as she rambles on about her a poem she has to analyse for English. In the little over a month you had been living in the apartment you learnt tiny things about all of the girls – but more about Eli. She was like an open book, or maybe she wasn’t and she was just always too drunk to not talk absolute nonsense. You had learnt her first heartbreak was over a boy who told her that her eyeliner didn’t look good; the first time you were hit was just after that when she threw a pillow telling you that it was serious.

“You haven’t met all the boys yet,” Eli says changing the subject.

“I haven’t?” you question, “But there’s so many already.”

“You haven’t met Jun,” she says, “He doesn’t really partake in the prank war. He’s always working or... I don’t know what else he does.”

“Oh right.”

“You’ll have to meet him tonight.”

“Tonight?” you question.

“Yeah! There’s a party tonight,” she says, “Every year we have two or three parties with the boys.”

You stare at her with confusion as she throws her clothes in the washer, “Why?”

She looks at you and shrugs her shoulders, “Peace.”

“But then you just start all over again,” you say.

She looks at you, “Do we need a reason to party?”

“No.”

“There we go, now hurry up and wash your clothes they’ll be home soon,” she says.

 Hours later you watched awkwardly as the girls ran around the apartment hiding random objects,

“That’ll get broke!” Eli shouts.

“Yeah we know you broke it last year!” Dahyun shouts picking it up and putting it in a random cabinet in the kitchen.

“Can I do anything?” you ask. They all stop and look at you.

“How good are you at buying alcohol?” Sunny asks.

“I’m okay,” you reply.

“Then you go buy alcohol.”

“By myself?”

“We don’t need much!” Jihyo shouts from her room where she was finishing an essay.

“Okay,” you say grabbing your bag.

“Y/N!” Eli shouts.

“Yeah?”

“Only got alcohol with a high alcohol volume,” she says.

“Yeah do, one sip and she’ll be in the bathroom all night,” Dahyun says earning a cold glare from Eli.

“Okay,” you laugh sliding your shoes on and running down the stairs quickly.

“Where are you going?!” DK shouts as you pass his floor.

“To get alcohol,” you reply.

“By yourself?” Mingyu frowns.

“Yeah,” you say.

“No, we’ll go with you.”

You take a step back and stare at them, “How do I know this isn’t a prank?”

“This is a prank free day!” Mingyu shouts, “It’s the party tonight.”

You narrow your eyes as they smile at you, “I still don’t believe you.”

“Oh sh, come on let’s go get alcohol. Let’s not get high volume stuff though; Eli will be sick in the bathroom after one sip,” DK says making you laugh as you follow them down the stairs.

“Who helped you pick out the alcohol?” Jihyo asks.

“Mingyu and DK,” you reply.

“I was wondering how you knew what we liked,” Jihyo says, “That was nice of them; you probably owe them something now.”

“Owe them something?”

“A favour,” Jihyo says, “I owed them one once and they made me go to the lectures and take notes.”

“I don’t want to do that,” you whisper.

“They’ll probably be nicer to you, you know cause’ of the whole water balloon incident,” she smiles as the doorbell goes, “They’re here!”

You watch as she runs to the door and immediately reach for a drink that was sat on the kitchen counter; you really didn’t understand their relationship with the boys downstairs.

“Y/N! This is Jun!” Eli shouts pointing at a boy as he walked into the living room hours later.

You look at him and almost choke on the drink you had in your mouth, he was different to all of the other boys you had met. He seemed much more reserved, and you don’t know whether you got the impression purely based on the fact that when Eli shouted his name he stared at her like she had something horrible about him.

You didn’t know what to do, he was on the opposite side of the apartment, if you said hi he wouldn’t hear and if you shouted at him... well wouldn’t he just stare at you like he stared at Eli? You had been drinking - a lot because you had no idea what else to do – so would a wave suffice? Or would he think you were rude? Had you been thinking about it too long already? He already was staring at you with a slight frown on his face.

“Y/N!” Mingyu shouts running at you, “I have a favour to ask of you.”

“Already?” you ask turning your attention away from Jun.

He frowns, “Yeah! I’m cashing in my favour.”

“What is it?”

“You and I are going to play a shot game!”

“I’m not good with shots,” you say as he grabs your arm and a bottle of vodka.

“It’ll be fun!”

“I don’t know,” you say knowing your history with shots.

“Please!”

You stare at him as he stands by your bedroom door, “Let’s do shots.”

He cheers loudly and grabs your arm pulling you into the small room.

“I’m only locking the door because if they hear we’re doing shots everyone will come in,” Mingyu says.

“Okay,” you say sitting on the floor, “Hand me a shot.”

“I thought you weren’t good at shots,” he smiles putting the bottle behind his back.

“I’m not but I’ve already drunk a little bit and I think I embarrassed myself.”

“What did you do?” Mingyu asks sitting down in front of you and pouring you a shot.

“I just met your friend Jun for the first time and instead of saying hi like a normal person I just stared.”

Mingyu laughs, “I didn’t see Jun near you.”

“He was on the other side of the room!”

“Why didn’t you wave?”

“That would be weird!”

“No it wouldn’t! Staring is weird!” he says swallowing the shot without flinching. You follow suit and almost choke, the after taste being too strong.

“What do you normally drink?” Mingyu asks tapping your back.

“Not straight vodka.”

“It’s strong,” Mingyu laughs, “Like me.”

You shake your head at him, “Do you like tequila?”

“Why? Do you have it?” he asks looking around the room. You press your finger to your lips as you crawl towards your ‘empty’ suitcase and pull out a full bottle of tequila.

“In my old university,” you say crawling back to him, “One of the older years told me to always have a bottle of tequila nearby.”

“Why?” Mingyu asks.

“He said that as a creative writing major sometimes it’s best to get completely drunk so you can access your feelings more,” you reply.

Mingyu frowns, “Sounds like a problem.”

“Oh yeah he drank all the time, it was terrible advice but one night I couldn’t finish my piece,” you say taking a shot and gagging at the taste, “So I drank a few shots and then completed the whole thing and got an A!”

“Oh right,” Mingyu laughs as he takes a shot of tequila you had poured for him.

“Also!” you shout loudly, “Tequila is the best way to forget!”

“What do you need to forget?”

“Everything!” you shout, “I have a test next week and I don’t wanna do it Mingyu!”

“You’re drunk.”

“No, I’m not!”

“How did you get drunk off one shot of tequila?”

“I’ve drunk all night,” you say.

“Really?”

“Yeah! What else was I supposed to do! No one was talking to me!”

“You should speak to me,” Mingyu says.

You shake your head and take another shot of tequila, “I don’t understand this whole thing Mingyu.”

“What thing?”

“The prank war. It’s so confusing. Some days I can say hi to you and other days I get told not to look in your direction otherwise I get pranked! And now you’re all partying together!”

“You’ll catch on,” he laughs as you shakily pour another tequila shot.

“I shouldn’t drink tequila,” you mumble moving round to sit next to Mingyu as you hand him the two shot glasses full of tequila.

“Why?” he asks swallowing both and handing you the empty glasses.

You stare at him and smile widely before starting to giggle to yourself.

“Why are you laughing?” Mingyu laughs.

“Can I tell you something?”

“Go on,” he says turning to face you.

“I think you would look amazing with blonde hair.”

“You think?” Mingyu laughs.

You nod your head, “You’d get all the girls. Or boys, whatever your preference.”

“I like girls,” he says, “Or should I say this one girl.”

“You like someone!” you shout, “Tell me about her.”

“Okay.”

“Wait! Let me sit comfortably,” you say adjusting your position next to him and smiling at him, “Go on.”

“We should play a game.”

“I thought you were telling me about this girl you like!”

“How about I let you guess things about her and if you’re right I drink, but if you’re wrong you drink.”

“Deal.”

“Okay go.”

“She has hair.”

“Y/N,” he groans.

“I’m right though aren’t I!”

“Yes but that was an easy one!”

“Drink!” you shout shoving the shot towards hum.

“This is going to end badly,” he laughs.

Over an hour later you could hear the girls laughing and screaming with the boys outside but you lay next to Mingyu on the floor like a pair of giggling messes. You had both drank too much and had found yourselves pointing at random parts of the ceiling saying it resembled something.

“Rabbit!” you both shout pointing at the same spot. You look at each other and start to laugh loudly, when was the last time you felt this relaxed? When was the last time you felt this happy? When was the last time you felt this drunk?

“Tell me who the girl is!” you shout.

“Okay, okay,” Mingyu laughs hiccupping, “She’s in this room.”

You look around and start to laugh, “You like my teddy bear Mabel!”

“Mabel!” he laughs.

“It’s a classic name,” you smile.

“It’s not Mabel,” Mingyu says.

“Who is it then?”

“You’re the only other person in the room Y/N.”

You laugh and shake your head, “You don’t know me.”

“What I know, I like,” he says sitting up.

You shake your head, “No you’re too pretty.”

“What?”

“You’re too pretty for me. Jihyo is really pretty, you should like her!”

“Vernon likes her.”

“Wait really! Does she know?”

“Y/N,” Mingyu says leaning forward.

“Mingyu,” you whisper.

“You’re really special, anyone is lucky to have you,” he whispers, “Not everything is about looks.”

“Are you calling me ugly?” you whisper. Mingyu moves closer even more and shakes his head.

“No, I’m not,” he whispers closing the distance between the two of you. You didn’t know whether it was the blood rushing around your body or whether it was the tequila, but you found yourself leaning back so he could lean over the top of you.

“We shouldn’t,” he whispers.

“No, but do you want to?” you whisper.

“I do,” he whispers.

“I do too,” you say looking him in the eye. He takes a deep breath and stares at you, he must have been thinking about all the consequences that were pushed deep to the back of your mind. It was the tequila that stopped your common sense kicking in, it was a bad idea – you could feel that it was. But at that moment you wanted nothing more than to just be close to him.

He licks his lips before closing the space between the two of you again and you could feel the smile appearing on your face as his hands ran up and down your sides, he was treating you like a piece of art already and it was strange – unlike anything you had felt before.

“Are you sure?” he whispers.

You nod your head and stare at him, “Yeah, are you?”

“God yeah,” he says leaning down to kiss your neck harshly making you moan softly as you bucked your hips to feel something – anything – against your heat. He groans when he feels you rub up against his thigh,

“Already?” he whispers in your ear laughing, “I haven’t even done anything.”

You shake your head and run your hand up and down his chest, smirking as you feel his stomach tense at your touch, “I could say the same for you.”

He shakes his head and leans down to kiss you harshly on your lips as his hands move under your oversized jumper to squeeze your breasts. You moan into his lips at the feeling and begin to buck your hips again.

“I’ll stop if you keep doing that,” he whispers.

“If you don’t do something I will,” you say looking at him. His eyebrows rise upwards at your comment.

“Like what baby?” he asks.

“I think you know.... baby,” you reply.

He licks his lips and pulls your oversized jumper up to show your torso, “Then I guess I best do something.”

“Hm,” you hum watching as he kissed down your torso, the excitement filled in you as you watched him fiddle with the short button to pull them down. He looks up at you as he moves down and leaves kisses down your thighs. You stare at the ceiling with anticipation as you feel his lips move up further, but he simply ghosts your heat and moves across to the other thigh instead.

“Mingyu,” you groan.

You feel him chuckle against your leg, “What?”

“Please just do somethi-,” you begin before you gasp at the feeling of his tongue running up your heat slowly. You cover your mouth to cover the sound of your cries and moans as he begins to suck and run his tongue up and down. You hadn’t felt anything like it before, and you wished everyone would leave so that you could scream his name at the top of your voice.

“Th-there,” you stutter gripping his hair. He hums and you feel your legs tighten around his head as your high hits and the sounds you heard around you disappeared as you focused on the fact that Mingyu had brought his hands up to grip yours.

He sits up and runs his hand through his hair as he stared at you.

“What?” you whisper looking at him.

“You look amazing.”

“I thought it wasn’t about looks?” you joke sitting up to look at him. You reach forward but he grabs your hand and shakes his head.

“Next time,” he whispers leaning forward to kiss you.

“Next time?” you question.

He smirks, “I wanna do this again, do you?”

You nod your head and bite your lip, “But why can’t we do it tonight?”

“Because the boys will be going soon and I want to take my time,” he smiles kissing you once more and helping you stand up.

You pull your shorts up and smile at him with a blush on your cheeks, “Let’s go.”

“This was fun,” he smiles leaning down to kiss you once more.

“Shut up,” you say pushing him out of the door. You follow him down the corridor before you feel an arm drag you into the bathroom. Your back pushes up against the bathroom door and you groan at the pain.

“What?” you whisper looking up.

“What did you just do?” he asks.

“None of your business,” you frown, “I don’t even know you.”

“I’m Jun.”

“I know that,” you say.

“Some advice.”

“I don’t want any.”

“Avoid Mingyu,” he says ignoring you, “He wants one thing and when he gets it, we’ll then you have to start avoiding him.”

“And I should listen to you because?”

“Because I’m only trying to help.”

“I didn’t ask for your help,” you say.

He smirks, “I like you.”

“You don’t know me.”

“I want to get to know you,” he whispers with a smirk, “See you around.”

He pulls you forward and for a second you tense and he notices. A small laugh leaves his lips as he pulls open the door you were leaning against and walks out. You take a deep breath and place your hand over your heart, and you hated the fact that it was beating so fast for someone you didn’t know.
