I love how Papa Trotter keeps telling Nell she can stay conditionally, but keeps changing the terms. First it's a night in the barn with the donkey, then she can stay indefinitely provided she wears a dress, and then we see her back to her normal clothes just before she leaves again. This is a man who cannot set boundaries for his daughters and I love it.

Nell Jackson was doing it all at the end of episode 6. She avoids getting poisoned, delivers a baby, and then gets kissed by some rich girl who she robbed once. What a day.

learning that the beginning of ep 7 is historically accurate just blew my mind. i was like « musical number alright, random, but it’s also disney. » no babes, that’s how they delivered the news at times it’s not just random

Renegade Nell is amazing. The showrunners had the balls to put the men in era appropriate massive wigs and cunty makeup

Polly is so enamored with Nell.
And Nell, she doesn't seem to be hating it.
She might be a bit confused, but not hating it.
And Roxy isn't exactly disapproving.
