I thought I'd share how helpful I find colour therapy for my depression and anxiety. I've struggled this last week and couldn't really concentrate and be interested in my hobbies. But this completely washed my mind in calmness. I recommend anyone try it. Plus, it's fun as well as feeling achievement ❤️.

Hehe dinosaur colouring page complete! Lots of fun, have had artist's block for a while so was nice to not think so much, but still get to play with colours.

These guys are super cute! A group of them were fossilized together in what is now Big Bend National Park in Texas. We don't know what his real colours actually were, which makes me kind of sad.

They may have lived in herds and used their frills for display, so decided to give this guy more distinct light markings around edges of his frill and eyes, rather than just for counter-shading on his tummy + tail. Like to think distinct splotches would have let herd friends tell each other apart.

Idea is that twisting + moving his head would have helped attract attention and show off markings his eyes, cheeks and edges of his frill. Very fancy!

I wasn't really happy with how this was turning out until I started adding the oranges and then it was like the whole thing just snapped together. I wish I'd taken in-progress pics. This is from 50 Easy Patterns published by Jade Summer and was colored with Shuttle Art gel pens.

I've felt a bit blocked after all that work for art fight, so I thought I'd tkae it easy and just colour in a llama in a way I found calming! The base for this is by Sindonic on DA for a lil event I wanted to create something spacey and also a little me theme.I have my hair blue and pink split, and I love space and have a wall in my room covered in space wall paper lmao.

 so I went spacey with this, inspired also by the track andromada by gorillaz and the visualiser for it, it was really fun! I may do some designs for the other two llama poses, but not this design! I drew all the stars by hand because apparently I want carpal tunnel.

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.
