Serments d’Amour
Measuring 6mm, this micro book is one of the smallest in the collection. Serments d’Amour (roughly translating to ‘Love Oaths’), features the phrase “I Love You” in 8 different languages. The little book is bound in red leather with a stamped golden heart on the front cover, featuring golden gilded edges. The copy was issued in a cream case with a red velvet cushion and a small, magnified case to help see the finer details.
Je t'aime -- I love you -- Ich liebe Dich -- Ti voglio bene --我爱你-- Я тебя люблю-- أحبك --te amo --te quiero

3d Printed Micro Shrine
Here’s my micro shrine project that I printed with Hatchbox Wood PLA and adorned with red oak veneer.
It houses a #52toys Lucky Cat figurine and has moving doors. I based this project off the miniature Japanese shinto shrines and Chinese roadside shrines.

“Chinese artist Zhang Xiangxi builds elaborate miniature interiors inside old televisions and other discarded appliances. The interiors depict locations that have played a role in the artist’s life, from his art studio, to his parent’s sitting room, to a commuter train car.”
