I made a ceramic plate based on one of the embroidered designs from Copia's skeleton stole!
(reference photos under the cut)
~
Figured this was a subtle yet cool way to incorporate my love of Ghost and Copia into my pottery :)

I'm obsessed with this stole and want one so bad (especially because I'm about to graduate college and will be wearing a boring university one 😪)

Teapot with Fossil Decoration British, Staffordshire, c. 1760–65 Salt-glazed stoneware with enamel decoration 4 1/4 × 7 1/4 in. (10.8 × 18.4 cm) The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York 37.22.6a,b
“Though it's got a surprisingly modern look, this teapot was made in the 18th-century in Staffordshire—the heart of Britain's pottery industry. The area’s limestone yielded prehistoric fossils, and potters often turned them into whimsical motifs for teapots.”

My box of pottery arrived and I'm so happy!!! I had ordered the original of this selkie mug last year but it didn't survive the shipping trip to socal 😢, however I reached out to @claypigeonpottery when it happened and she VERY kindly offered to remake it for me and try to send it again and I'm ELATED to report it made it here safely this time!
Also included are an array of lovely magnets! I adore the two pink skeleton bunnies, they remind me of me and my sister 🤍🩷

Blep artist cup! The notch often comes when a piece's rim is wobbly or imperfect (like when I bump it by accident). It's perfect to hold a brush. Instead of balancing it like a goblin.

she's fierce and beautiful and I am so pleased
the sheer fabric effect was tough, but so worth it
and the rim! 😍

Hold all your thumbs for me that these survive! I'm starting a bisque fire today 🙏🐸
A long while back I was sculpting a mushroom branch, and that thing broke apart in my hands in the greenware stage. But I saved the mushrooms and teamed them up with these toads instead. Lets seeee how they turn out.
PS, I have an email list - you can join that to be notified of my shop updates, and see previews. 🌿

“The town of Kütahya has been famous for its potteries since the Middle Ages. Tiles, vases, and plates are produced, often decorated with patterns, flowers, or religious inscriptions.”

Miniature Opossum Mug
This is one piece, not two, meaning that you get two toothy little opossums for the price of one. It's expensive because it's expensive to produce in terms of time, effort, resources. Not for sale at W*lm*rt, not available on Temu.
