my local chinese place has options to specify how spicy you want your general tsos chicken and i swear it makes no difference which option you pick. i default to the "very spicy" option but it tastes the same as the "mild" option. my Funny explanation is that the mild option is only there to act as a placebo for people who don't like spicy food lol

Rosemary Pork Chop
Fragrant and juicy, this Rosemary Pork Chop makes a simple and delicious lunch! Happy Tuesday!
Ingredients (serves 1):
half a fluffy sprig fresh rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoon Chili and Herb Oil
a beautiful pork chop
fleur de sel and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Remove rosemary leaves from the sprig, and chop them finely. Add chopped rosemary -you should have about half a tablespoon- to a plate. Drizzle with Chili and Herb Oil, mixing together.
Add pork chop to the plate and rub generously with oil and herb mixture. Cover with cling film, and allow to marinate, 30 minutes, at room temperature.
Heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add marinated pork chop, and cook, about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and well-grilled.
Season, to taste, with fleur de sel and black pepper, just before serving.
Enjoy Rosemary Pork Chop hot, with a side of Cilantro Creamed Cucumbers and a glass of chilled dry white wine.
