Shout-out to the best kitten (I mean she's 4) there is. She's such a good emotional support kitty. She follows me to the bathroom to make sure I can get help if I fall in the shower (she alerts my wife), she comes and cuddles with me if I'm having a bad mental health or physical health day, and I'm never allowed to be alone in the bathroom. She always comes to keep me company and get her pets.

I want to get a cat so bad but I’m not going to really be in a living situation that will be good for a cat for at least another year, realistically probably not for at least 3 years.

Curse you university housing and your stupid no pets policy even in sublet apartments where the non-university sublet apartments in the same complex do allow pets. Let me get a cat.

#part of me is pretty sure that my anxiety is bad enough that I could probably get a note saying I need an emotional support animal #but I also used to train service dogs and so I have Opinions on that sort of thing and I don’t want to abuse the system #also I am allergic to cats. but like. not that allergic.

Tears of the Kingdom day more like tears I'll cry if something is actually wrong with Teo when we visit the vet tomorrow

#i'm a kind of anxious even if Teo has been like #behaving super normal and healthy outside of his stinky breath and drooling during sleep issue #hopefully it's only mouth/tooth problem that can be fixed with couple visits or meds #but my mind is currently blowing it out of proportion and i am scared lol #i'm not use to having sick cats because both teo and our old cat were always indoors with no major health issues #and last time I took Teo it was during a hard period in my life #i can't help but associate this with the memory #cept i'm not going alone this time both of my parents are coming (for my own emotional support lol) #actually hoping I don't start crying I am usually very emotional about animals and especially my guys #as mood has been all over the place for the past week
