You got invited to the SIDEMEN Tinder In Real Life youtube video. You are acutely aware to what the Sidemen are and you've seen their videos before. Now to be fair, the genres between your channel and their channels were pretty different. The Sidemen were known for football challenges, those 100$ vs 100,000$ challenges and other things with a similar vibe. You on the other hand, you did vlogs, lifestyle hack and tips, in your time you've achieved some disstracks and occasionally broke down some formula 1 grand prix weekend.

The moment you saw the instagram dm from the Sidemen official account you weren't sure how to react. Should you be excited? scared? worried? yeah.. all. It was the Sidemen, Logan Paul, Mike and George (idk who Mike and George but who cares).

Eventually you accepted the offer and waited till the day you had to be "picked up" by kinda random men for 5 minutes straight. The day came, you got dressed for the video shoot, they made you wait with the other girls until they called your name and then you walked in.

"Hi, I'm (your name). I'm 24 and i'm from Newark, New Jersey" (go devs go) You've practiced that line like 50 times before you left, not because you wanted to come out of this video with a new man but because you didn't want to embarrass yourself lmao.

"Hi, I'm Vikk. I'm 26 and are you from Tennessee, because you're the only ten i see"

Sure! Just letting everyone know I am not finished Naruto so I apologize if I get Itachi's character wrong in anyway. I watched a "The Life Of..." video and made the plot of this take place at any time.

A/N: UGH, Now I really want to see an interaction of Itachi's Daughter and Sasuke meeting!!! They'd probably be the Itachi hate club, ngl. "We collectively want this guy dead" kinda vibe.

Itachi had a feeling you wouldn't like him when he met you. He's a man who has done many hurtful things to those he loves in order to protect them. He really should've stayed at a distance and continued to observe others without interfering.

But your mother had driven him mad.

Itachi had once had a girlfriend before his many sins, yet when she passed he had found a new love. Your mother had managed to catch Itachi's heart. Even though he should've stayed away...

He couldn't.

He always wanted the best for her. He wanted to protect and love your mother. He wanted a family, to be her one and only.

He had even gotten close to the point of bedding her, a guilty pleasure he knew he shouldn't have indulged in. However, he and your mother were originally in love. He loved every second of it...

Then she learned the truth.

Your mother had learned he slaughtered his original clan. That he was a criminal. No matter how much he promised to protect her, to love her, she hated him.

But he kept her to himself no matter what.

Itachi felt bad deep down. It was a similar feeling to when he had to leave Sasuke to his own devices. Those he loved resented him... that was his curse.

He promised your mother the world. It was as though Itachi was searching for redemption within your mother. Unfortunately, while she loved him once...

She'd never love him again.

One day after a mission he came home to see her gone. His love had run from him, yet Itachi didn't give chase. He knew it was probably for the best. Even if his heart ached it was probably deserved.

Years pass by and Itachi feels his heart clench. He's stoic but he can't help it when he sees a mirror of his love in front of him. You have such angry eyes...

Your hate reminds him of Sasuke....

Itachi couldn't bring himself to fight you. Even after all of his sins he stays a pacifist. He just knows you're the daughter of his love.

Itachi wishes he knew his love was pregnant. He knows she never would've told him, yet he would want to help you the best he can to grow. However... without any of his help...

You stand in front of him, a strong Kunoichi, a dangerous hate burning in your eyes.

When you attack and he defends, Itachi can see your eyes clearly. At some point in your life you had even received your Sharingan. His heart throbbed for a moment, you really were his daughter...

Yet your mother was most likely deceased.

He stuck to the defensive when you attacked him. You had to have known you were related. Your mother must have told you about him....

He couldn't tell if you were attacking him because he was Akatsuki or because he was your father. It didn't seem to matter to you. He could tell from your rage you just wanted him gone.

It hurts... yet he's used to it.

He hates that you had to meet like this. Even when he wasn't around you, he still managed to harm someone he loved. For that reason... you don't deserve anymore pain.

Itachi was careful to only use Genjutsu when fighting you. He knew he should run from you, silence his emotions and leave. Although... you wouldn't let him leave...

He didn't want to leave you either.

Itachi whittled down your strength slowly. Even though you were his daughter, your power could not compare to his. He wondered if you ever met Sasuke... or what you both would do if you ever did....

When Itachi sensed your strength leave you, he made things quick. The older Uchiha is quicker than you, restraining you with a mix of tools and Genjutsu. He can see your eyes widen, trying your best to read him. You may even fear death.

Only for Itachi to find himself tugging the restraints to pull you closer.

He can see you freeze when he holds your face up, looking into your eyes. He observes your Sharingan, a thoughtful gaze in his eyes. Then... a ghost of a smile is on his face.

"I'm sorry we never properly met." He sighs, "Your hate for me is justified, In fact you'd get along with my brother just fine."

You stare at the older Uchiha, he can see your hate simmer for a moment. He sighs softly, releasing his grip on your chin to sit beside you. You're all he has to remember his love by....

"I never meant to harm you or your mother." Itachi admits, pain evident in his eyes. He's slowly dying yet life still managed to give him you. "I wish I could've been a father to you... I'd love you forever."

He finds himself tapping your forehead, amused at how tired and shocked you look.

"In fact..." He whispers, ignoring the ache in his heart. "I love you now. That will never change."

"You don't know me." You hiss, snake venom in your tone.

"I know..." Itachi murmurs. "But I loved your mother."

"I'm not her. She didn't love you." You respond back, Itachi going silent. He wasn't delusional. He knew you spoke the truth.

But he hugged you anyway, even if you hated it.

"I'm glad I met you." Itachi sighs, proud of you even if he only ever hurt you. "You're all I have to remember what I could've had."

You almost feel bad for him. Itachi didn't cry, but his tone was depressing. You could barely believe you were related....

Before you're able to say anything else, be that something spiteful or genuine... Itachi knocks you out. He makes it quick, carefully catching you when you slump against him in your restraints. Itachi is a man of many sins...

Yet he couldn't leave you... not when you brought up memories of more pleasant times.

"I'm sorry..." He apologizes to your limp body, holding you close. "Please allow me to stay like this a bit longer, my daughter."

It's then Itachi stays still, embracing you tightly...

If only things were different... if only he didn't hurt all those he loved.

If only he stayed away from your mother.

Listen, I don't think we have seen this excellent portrayal of the dynamics between a large group of friends in any BL before . Each and every character has so much individuality . It's so refreshing to watch the platonic relationships being given so much priority and so much space to develop.

Also, I LOVE to watch the flirting phase between Phum and Peem .The hesitations, the doubts, the absolute idiotic behaviour. Love all of it . Ngl, I kinda like the new guy too . Like the intro of the character seemed so natural to me for some reason? Bcz if I were Kluen and Peem had asked me to buy him a drink with that face, I'd also be crushing on him lol. Anyways, very excited to see how they play this out. Hope they don't ruin it ( I'm still very cynical of Gmm's ability to not ruin a series halfway through tbh)

Honorable mentions: Love to see the whipped line thrive (Tan) and suffer (Phum & Toey) lmfao .

Anyways, this series is doing a very good job in gmm tv standards imo . We are halfway there apparently, so just hoping for the wholesomeness to continue for the other half too .

It's been a little over a week since the airport 'cuddle session' happened, and neither of you really spoke about it. Which gave you the impression that it was just another platonic moment.

You didn't dare ask him about the kiss atop your head he had given you, even though it was the very first time he'd ever done something like that. Seungmin was always pretty affectionate towards you, but that had never happened before.

Maybe you could ask him soon, as you're on your way to one of his friends' place for a get together. You reread the text Seungmin had send you with the invitation; as cheerful as always and it included the purple heart emoji he often send to you. Nothing has changed so far, right?

It feels a bit weird ringing the doorbell of a house you'd never been before. But luckily your nerves disappear as soon as you see a familiar face open the door.

"Glad you could make it." The guy says, his long and wavy hair in a half ponytail.

"Thanks for letting me come over, Hyeongjun." You reply with a smile, stepping into his apartment.

As soon as you hear the other guys chat in the living room, your nerves come back. You haven't seen Seungmin in a week, as the both of you were very busy, and now you see him again with all his friends there? You kinda want to disappear right now.

"I'm so happy to see you." The voice makes you startle as you hang up your coat, and you turn around to face Seungmin.

"My goodness, you scared me." You say, letting out an awkward chuckle.

"Sorry." Seungmin smiles, and then adds; "also sorry about not being around much this week. I've been meaning to ask you out but-"

"Wait what?" You interrupt him, furrowing your eyebrows.

You see a slight blush on Seungmin's cheeks, and he then pulls you into a careful hug. He wraps his arms around your waist, as you put your arms around his shoulders, and the two of you just stay like that in silence for a few seconds.

"You didn't think I would give you a little kiss and then forget about it, did you?" He then speaks softly. "I've been meaning to talk to you about it. If you want to."

He's wearing the same perfume as last week, and it makes you feel safe with him. You wrap your arms around him a little tighter, which makes him chuckle. And you both know the talking will be postponed for just a few more minutes.

Hey! Figured I'd send in an ask since you had indicated you wanted some. With the company now defunct, it seems like a good time to reflect on RWBY and examine it more closely. As such, I wanted to ask what are your top three most favourite and least favourite parts of the show? It can be a character, a specific scene, a particular detail, anything you want. More importantly, why do you like/dislike those parts respectively?

things I liked

The Yang and Weiss reunion in VOL.5

"Your MOM kidnapped me! YOU KIDNAPPED HER" is still one of the (intentionally) funnest things in the show. The hug is just really cute and beautiful, I love how the home leitmotif is playing and it's main reason both me and many other people like freezerburn. (even if there is a platonic explanation if you're not a coward)

Ruby's character post VOL. 8

You can tell she's a good character because even when the writing is really bad she's still at least KINDA compelling, I genuinely enjoy her arc in VOL.9 despite how bad it makes her team look, before they stumble at the end at least (I don't blame that on it being rushed, ascension is just that fundamentally bad of a plot point)

even in shit like the JL movies she's still one of the characters I like having on my screen the most, I'm really glad she has officially left her era of barely doing anything important in her own show. she's one of my blorbos now because I relate to the whole not liking yourself thing

The vibes and world

the world of RWBY is such a unique setting, not quite fantasy, not quite sci fi, even a tiny bit superhero. No one else in fiction who looks and fights exactly like Ruby Rose or Weiss Schee or Pyrrha Nikos. The world felt so unique especially in the OG trailers

OH MY GOD I LOVER HER SO MUCH AUTISTIC QUEEN HXHXAJHSA (that's it that's the whole entry)

Things I really didn't like

Jaune Arc

You know all that stuff I said about how unique the setting and character's are, yeah like ignore all of that. here's a generic white guy swordsman with a regular sword and shield who's is incompetent and has no powers in first 3 volumes and only exists to make unfunny jokes and get explained at by a character who's 5x more interesting than him, he's only here because they couldn't find a way to naturally drop exposition even though they literally in a school. He might as well have dropped in here from the real world after getting hit by a truck.

Then his (almost) GF dies and he's the only one allowed to morn her except Ruby like once, and then Jaune is given so much important screen time that he feels more like the main character then Ruby ever did and becomes a bully because angst. he finally becomes a character I can enjoy in VOL.7 and most of 8, before he kills Penny and my faith in his character along with it, he immediately gets like 5 other things to get traumatized by in the ever after and gets explained OFF SCREEN so you don't even get conflict from it. god that wasn't even everything, I'll stop now.

The white fang (or Fannus in general)

You can point out literally anything to do with this subplot and it would be offensive in some way. From animal people being race allegory by itself being sketchy at best to even Blake's mom's name being a slur in some contexts. People still try do defend it even though the WRITERS THEMSELVES admitting it was bad.

I think we should just stop trying to make truly divergent species direct race allegories, it's never worked

that one "Maybe you lost some brain cells along with that arm" scene

started with a good Yang scene, ending on a bad one. Oobleck is here (YIPPY) and Port too (god damn it) and they are joking about how funny that one time they put Qrow in a dress was because man in dress funny (ugh). So Yang gets some mediocre advice and gets insulted by the "maybe you lost some brain cells along with that arm" line and finds it funny. yes disabled people are allowed to make jokes about their own disability but there's a big difference between that and able bodied writers having an able bodied character make a joke at a disabled character's expense and saying the disabled person is fine with it. maybe I should be happy that they cut down on Yang's recovery arc if we were gonna get more of this, no matter how stupid that was.

Bonus: Coco

They really based one of their few gay characters on an IRL nazi and then made her predatory and sadistic in the not fun way...

Ya know- I got to thinking about how one sided the love Solomon has for the MC is in OBN. (I mean in OB in general but still.) I'm not caught up so im just working off of the last chapter I did. Where Solomon explains how he came to be, his parents and in general how the MC should pick humans over the demon brothers.

But I really got to thinking about how Solomon really cares for the MC. An how while yes you can romance him. You can agree with him as the player. But the MC core belief will always be kinda agiasnt him.

See the thing with OB and OBN i believe each love interest is broken up into different camps.

True love: Character who firmly love the MC and does not cause them harm. Wants what is best for them.

Love with conditions: This is for character that are slow to start. In the narrative the MC had to prove themsleves before said character even likes you.

Platonic: This is for characters whole while you as the player can Romance. In the story it doesnt really give ROMANCE. They give very supprotive platonic love.

Belphegor (i fucking hate him so this one is biased as all hell)

Solomom cares and I mean really care. He wants you to be indpendent. An have as much control over the brothers as they do over you. He is the balancing factor, and i find it sad that his true love can't be given back in the narrative. Because to do so is to make the MC an enemy of the brothers.

OKAY. Am I the only one fascinated by how much Alastor in s1 has interacted with other demons and built a potential for considerable amount of different, broad and unique relationships? With All of them being non-romantic/sexual?

I really don't wanna dive into the discourse of shipping coz honestly, I do think that erasing Al's aroaceness is not cool at all. Personally, I don't see him wishing any romance/sex at all, and well. Considering how platonic he actually is throughout the season, it kinda seems like people forget that friendship (or basically anything non rom-sex) exists in the first place.

Coz, like, let's see what we got::

Vox -- probably one-sided (psychosexual) crush from Vox with possible past friendship between them, them hating on each other yet having (used to have) some respect as well. The ANGST, the drama (for both of sides). Insert aroace troubles (possible aphobia from Vox? Or not? He may be biggest ally as well!) and Vox's petty feelings that are insanely interesting to explore (and laugh at).

Lucifer -- immediate hate that (with a course of events) can turn into forced bonding. The potential of queerplatonic parenting of Charlie is HUGE here. Insecurities from Al? Forced care? Banters? SHENANIGANS? Luci patching up Al after battle, prolly discovering his deal and them slowly bonding on shared interests? Hey.

Rosie -- literal established queerplatonic partners, married for tax benefits, spending their evenings gossiping, hating on Susan and Al rolling his eyes on another romance-rel drama Rosie was trying to help sb with. Rosie can have insane influence on him whether it is understanding modern things or just being with him when he needs it. It also gives off mom/son to me.

Husk -- fucked up master-pet not-friendship with probable care rooted since they were closer in past. Is it toxic? Yes. Is it giving off some problematic dynamic? Sure. Yet it's fucking complex on its core considering pilot, bits and pieces of their interaction and how easily Husk used to insult Al until he overstepped. Them two are quite similar if you think about it and if Al got over his ego it could benefit him a lot.

Niffty -- daugther/father dynamic with them sharing one sadistic-psycho braincell and genuinely enjoying each other's quirks. Protective Al? I just need more Niff and them two being partners in the most outrageous crimes.

Mimzy -- friendship going since they were humans, with them having an amazing (potential) backstory of sharing evenings on two. Al enjoying her company as well as being protective and helpful to her with nothing in return.

Charlie -- manipulated into trusting you as a dad figure? Don't tell me there is nothing below Al's creepy plans or that he wouldn't grow to care for her. He already is proud of her and finds amusement in her inspiration-skills (also, performance is his thing for a reason)

Angel -- I was honestly kinda upset we didn't see any interactions between them except one sex joke, coz my past era of Hunicasts was a fuel to their duo. Them bonding over how different they are is the best description of their dynamic. Also banters and body-puns.

You can't just erase Alastor from interacting with people, but putting him inside boxes of allonormative relationships while he has such a fucking huge potential for everything beyond just that - is quite.. disappointing. People turning a blind eye to a wide variety of relationships he can have (potential to which is set in canon) for the sake of just romance/sex is low key sad.

It's AWESOME to see ppl actually understanding it and.. damn THANKS to everyone who explores Al's relationship with others without it involving final wish to stick tongues into places. Dynamics can be interesting and exciting without it.

I really don't wanna project my romance-aversion onto Al, but when romance and sex is one thing you see everywhere.. it's hard to just let it slip.

You are allowed to do whatever you want, exploring physical intimacy is fun as well, and having Al, well, there are bunch of ways to show it with respecting his orientation and the fact that IT AFFECTS RELATIONSHIPS/ATTRACTIONS but please just don't make it the center of your attention, the one thing relationship revolves around, coz sadly it's just exactly how it looks like from some folks.

I kinda hate the need to specify something as non-romantic.
