Chia & psyllium husk pudding (1 serving) 1.5 tbsp chia seeds 3/4 tbsp psyllium husk 200 ml water 200 g coconut yogurt sweetener of choice . Mix chia seeds & psyllium husk with water and shake thoroughly, using a jar with a lid. Allow to soak for 1 hour. Mix with coconut yogurt & sweetener of choice. Full recipe is all here." --therawberry ____ Makes two jars: 60g fine rolled oats 170g freshly boiled water 100g hazelnut milk 2 tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste) 2 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp hazelnut butter 1/2 tsp vanilla powder 300g plain coconut yogurt 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (more for decoration) 2 tsp vanilla powder ____ Add the oats and the water into a small saucepan. Let this sit for about 10 minutes. This will ensure that the oats will be super creamy. Then add the hazelnut milk, hazelnut butter, maple syrup and vanilla powder. Cook at medium heat while stirring. Once the texture starts to thicken turn off heat and set aside. Crush the pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Add the coconut yogurt and vanilla powder. Mix well and arrange with the porridge in two jars. Top with more pomegranate seeds and more fresh fruits of your choice. Sweet Chili Chickpeas
1 cup cooked Chickpeas, rinsed and drained 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp hot sauce 1 handful of spinach 2 mini bell peppers thinly sliced into rings 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced 🌱 . In a small bowl combine soy sauce, minced garlic, sweet chili sauce and sesame seeds. Set sauce aside. In a pan add in mushrooms and cook until most of water has evaporated. Add in Chickpeas and allow to heat through for 2 minutes before adding sauce. Stir to combine then add in spinach and bell pepper strips. Once spinach wilts you can remove from heat and serve.

You need just a few ingredients that you probably already have at home and you'll be set with a delicious & nutritious breakfast 😊. Happy Wednesday, guys! ❤ Credits @andreeasbreakfast . . BLENDER PANCAKES (this recipe makes about 10 small pancakes) ♡ 240 ml coconut milk ♡ 150 g GF oats (regular oats work too) ♡ 2 ripe bananas ♡ 1 tbsp chia seeds ♡ 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used vanilla flavour drops) ♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract ♡ a pinch of salt ♡ 1+1/2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods Beauty blend (optional, but I love its taste) . Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend them for a minute or so until they combine and the batter is frothy. Heat up a nonstick pan and brush it with a little bit of oil (I used sunflower oil). Cook your pancakes for about 1 minute per side.
