Sundays are for planning.
Here is my weekly spread. We are real basic around here. I need my bullet journal to be functional, quick to update and quick to put together.
I break it down to : to do lists (seperated into home, personal and university) for these I put a box to tick for each time I need to do it in the week, because who doesn't like a box to tick?
Also, your girl has the depression so I have an activity tracker to try and gage literally any activity that I do so I can see if my cold dead heart actually enjoys things and also to try and build literally any scrap of self esteem.
Finally on the right I put those to do's into a weekly spread. Again, we basic. Uni on the left, home/personal on the right and I try and leave some space to add things as they come up.
I'm still learning what works best for me with my planner, this is a spread I've developed in the last few months and I'm fairly happy with it!

Today has been a rough mental health day. The last couple of days actually. I had a panic attack at uni and had to leave half way through the day. But I'm proud that I made the choice to look after myself. My mental health has to come first.

It's been a really challenging few weeks. And this week is proving to be no less intense. One of the hardest things I find as an English student is exploring texts that make me confront my own personal traumas in ways I never expected. There's some burdens I carry that I've never really been able to tell anyone about but I'm working on getting stronger and one day I won't carry all this on my own. Until then I'm going to keep working hard to pursue the things I love and work even harder to prove to myself that I am more than my mental illness, more than my trauma and so much more than the sadness I've been carrying for so long. 2 research essays and an exam to go.
This is a note I wrote to myself today whilst reading a critical source that was making me feel and relive all sorts of things. It helped a lot.

starting to pack school supplies for the school year is making me realize how fast this year went by! it feels like I was dealing with the stress of finals last week, and now it’s time to face the stress of school again
