Marine indeed has a Wailord XD And kinda has Kyogre, though it's only when they cross paths again. Kyogre is either sleeping or wandering the oceans normally, so this is one of those times they traveled together. Same with Suicune, who is enjoying the ride.

While Ampharos is all for giving Nuzleaf a second chance [he litterally wouldn't have let the dude help the Player get their partner back if he didn't], that's as far as the trust goes. For the relationship to work, it'd definitely have to work as a slow burn of sorts. Not only would they have to connect somehow, possibly by similar interests, Nuzleaf would have to work to earn his trust

As for Carracosta, that... would actually be easier to happen. They already knew each other for a while, even before Dark Matter got a hold of him, their kids are close, ample oppertunity to hang out, all that stuff.

Hi hello what is your FAVOURITE pokemon? mine is archen. also what pokemon do you wish got buffed for comp?

archen is SUCH a baby I love those guys... my favorite Pokémon right now are lurantis and wooloo! neither of them are viable in singles or VCG for lurantis and little cup for wooloo 😭 if I could buff them I'd do that because I'd love to use my favorite little guys in competitive play!

both of them are just fine in main series games (lurantis kicks ass actually) but even with contrary leaf storm and trick room support, lurantis just... doesn't have enough bulk, suffers from poor speed and defensive typing, and can't cover all the types that it would like. you just wouldn't have any reason to use it over another Pokémon that does the job better. wooloo is a normal type with low bulk in a metagame dominated by fighting types, and doesn't even have the potential that belly drum + extremespeed zigzagoon has to be a sweeper.

both of these are fatal and inherent flaws tbh so I don't think lurantis and wooloo CAN be buffed to be viable 😞 any other competitive Pokémon people want to chime in?

PSMD!Hero literally has to keep from falling asleep in the Serene Village school’s lessons. The reading level was nursery stories! They were in freaking middle-high school before coming here… I love there being a running theme where Hero doesn’t become friends with Partner because of the actual Pokémon running into them. Instead, they kinda cling to the Partner who’s one of the few actually interesting individuals in the school. Hero will literally help them prank anyone in the Village or burn the world if Partner asks them to.

And the Partner very quickly realizing the Hero as much starved for a friend, possibly even more than them. Hero who knows so much obscure knowledge about the Legendaries, egg moves, how to do high level math like Kecleon does, how to tell an interesting story—yet feels like everything and everyone in the village is too slow to understand how they work. Partner might be a enthusiast kid who gets in way over their head. But, even they can tell how terrifyingly brilliant the Hero is despite hardly saying anything.

Need a plan to take on a dungeon with Pokémon they are both weak too? The Hero prepares a bunch of ammunition to throw at enemy Pokémon. Partner gets frustrated over their Pops (Carracosta) scolding them for not getting along with Pancham? Hero will make up something about Partner and Pancham being rivals who just strike sparks with one another.

Partner needs someone to help pull them from a self-critical spiral where they wonder if their careless nature will prohibit them from actually being a decent explorer.

Hero’s one hundred percent right there explaining how their enthusiasm is a great quality since exploring is their passion and not just a job to them. For all that the Hero was a supposedly endless well of knowledge, they weren’t a know-it-all about it nor did they find it hard to admit when they were wrong.

(A PSMD!Hero who’s trying to keep it together in a completely new world, while also getting used to a new body and stuck in first grade.)

Kai & Julie in the Pokemon AU?

Thank you so much for the ask!

Starting of with Kai, i made her an archaeologist in this au instead of a xenologist. Her and Ben also never liked each other romantically, they would always fight (pokemon battles not physically) as kids when their grandpas would visit each other. Now they have become friends although still with a healthy rivalry and bickering :D!

Kai’s team: lycanroc (midnight form), cradily, carracosta, archeops, bastiodon and tyrantrum

(Didnt make her younger version yet, but i can tell u her first polemon is rockruff)

Julie time, she and Ben used to date, and it goes about the same as in cannon, however here Ben was to focused on pokemon traning/batteling ofc. They r pretty good friends still though and meet up at least once every month to talk :]

julie works as a professional tennis player, shes also a really good pokemon trainer and will occasionally help out in a gym as an extra trainer if shes needed and often competes in competitions for fun

Julies team: zigarde (10% form), alolan ninetails, persian, sawsbuck (spring form) furfrou (heart trim) and furret

- Bunnelby is secretly a bookworm, and by far the oldest in terms of age in the Society. He wears glasses, too. (the very thick ones)

- Ampharos and Mawile occasionally bicker like a married couple, which leads to others assuming they are (they are not. Mawiles a lesbian.)

EDIT: nvm they are too cute not to ship

- Nuzleaf, Carracosta and Espurr make contact with Archen every few nights for updates on Hero and Partner. Some other residents of Serene Village occasionally join in. Hero Partner never learn about this.

- Swirlix consumes whatever the alcohol equivalent in pokemon is. She also has a friend group outside the society where they would talk and critique about food.

- Buizel was actually a member of Wigglytuffs guild at some point, before he left due to him wanting to be closer to home (which was at the Water Continent). He and Jirachi were among the first members to join the Expedition Society.

- Jirachi here is the same as the one Bidoof met. He left simply bcz he was bored.

- Despite being a massive klutz, Ampharos has surprisingly great balance and sturdiness. You cannot knock that mon down.

- Mew was properly integrated into the Expedition Society after the post-game events, properly completing Hero and Partners team. They basically act like the little sibling of the grio, while simutaneously being the toughest among them.

- Dedenne is basically the mom friend of the society, making sure she keeps things in order. She likes to hang out at the cafe after work is done.

- Hero and Partner would occasionally ask other members of the Society about their adventures from time to time, with Archen, Ampharos and Buizel sharing their stories the most.

- Whilw Archen can't fly, that doesn't mean he won't try. Archen had been decommissioned several times in his quest to learn how to fly (should probably mention that this happens less frequently after hero partners arrival, being worried and all). He can be very stubborn.

- While Buizel is the tough guy (i think thats the correct term) of the society, he's actually quite nervous in social situations, like big groups and formal parties. As such, he does not talk much during these events.

We've been doing MewTube for about 3 years now, and married for 5! We work for an organization called The New Epoch Foundation as, you guessed it, paleontologists! The goal of the organization is to help further scientific research and runs mostly on donations! I might also end up as their head of social media because of the stuff we do on MewTube, we'll just have to see!

Of course, we can't forget about Baby Helix, we had them about a year ago and we love them so so much. We don't really post pictures of them, but maybe in the future? We aren't like. A family vlogging channel anyways (chills). We'll both sign off our posts!

A couple of ground rules:

1- I operate on DND and Improv rules: "yes and" and be respectful to other players.

That doesn't mean NO anon hate or whatever, it just means that if someone is playing a character in a way that makes me uncomfortable, I'm probably not going to interact with you. If the anon hate is egregious I'm going to stop responding to it, etc.

Typically I try to just go "yes and" to stuff, it's more fun to me that way and adds a layer of unpredictability to my stories- BUT- please DM me if you want to do BIG plot stuff (I don't bite!)

But if something makes me uncomfortable I won't do it, feel free to ask prior though if you want confirmation! If it's like. An overly dark subject matter I probably won't do it though.

2- No Magic anons or anon hate related to their identities please!

This is my one hard-stop! everything else like sentient pokemon, pelipper mail, regular anons, anon hate, is all fine right now!

4- I want to confirm this rq cause I know people will ask about it- Helix is their biological child, one of them is trans but no actual like. Pregnancy is gonna be shown or mentioned on this blog because they think it's funny to keep it up in the air on who had Helix or if Helix is adopted. Trans families (no matter what kind) and seahorse dads are just. Very important to me as I am a trans guy/trans masc who wants kids myself one day. I expect you all to be respectful and mature about this. People who make M///pr///eg jokes and/or comments will be blocked and deleted.

Literally it's only funny with people I'm close with so if I don't know you, don't do that. This is my one other hard stop

Blog Introduction!

So, for context, this is a fun idea I had to mix (at least for now) two of my biggest hyperfixations: Touhou and Pokemon! Every now and then I'll make one of these trainer cards for a touhou character or a character from something else I'm hyperfixating on. My other blogs are @warm-bread-posts and @lavendertownfreak! (I mean, also @alolantrashgoblin, but I haven't done much with that one lol.) My ask box is always open for both character requests (which no promises I'll take) or suggestions for pokemon replacements on teams! So yeah!

I thought I may as well start with the main character of the Touhou series Reimu for an introduction, so here!

Admittedly, I uh... had some trouble coming up with this team. I don't really have much of an eye for Reimu. I did my best, I guess, my remake this one later lol.

The carracosta was easy, that's Genji from the PC-98 era! Tirtouga is a better physical fit (as would a few other turtles honestly), but I feel carracosta has the right amount of old man energy to fit the role.

Chimecho just reminded me of the charms Reimu uses to attack, so it got in here, and Growlithe is here as a stand in for Aunn/the statues Aunn is based on!

Bronzong is the one I'm most okay with cutting, as it's only really here for having a kinda... old sacred artifact vibe, but still.

Sinistea is just here for tea's sake (girl's gotta drink lol) and god knows it's just the common one.

Trubbish was actually a kinda funny idea I had. So, when not solving an incident, Reimu's job is kinda just shrine maintenance, right? So trubbish is here to help her clean up any mess by eating any garbage around the place! Basically she just has it to be a little lazy.

{Introductory Post}

{Hello! TJ from @enderpearlgurl13 here, and this is my Pokemon RP blog! I haven't been in the Tumblr RP scene for a while but I figured I would try it out again

This blog will work in the style of @/realpokemon, where I'll post from the perspective of my character named Lee (they/them). You'll get to learn more about them and their life through asking questions and interacting in-character!

Here's some basic information you'll get to start with: they're an adult native to Unova and live in Anville Town, working as a part-time clerk in the Gear Station shops. Despite working in a battle facility, they're not actually a trainer; that occupation didn't appeal to them, especially after going through a traumatic incident. Currently they're studying Pokemon for emotional support/disability aids and hope to become a breeder in that field!

They have a few Pokemon in their care that you can ask about-

Angel - Female Absol, PTSD service mon

Petey - Male Pidove, rescue (shiny but they don't know it)

Turtle - Male Carracosta, inherited from late uncle

Callie - Female Skitty, rescue

Two Fomantis and a Petilil - all female and unnamed, fosters

Male Gligar - Unnamed, foster

Really there's not many rules in place, though that's subject to change. Remember that Lee is just a CHARACTER, and their opinions and views may not reflect my own; I may not answer or reply to everything if I'm not comfortable taking the story in that direction; I do have a life offline so posts might be delayed due to work or other circumstances; don't abuse the anon or I can and will disable it; and most importantly, don't try to force anything on me or try to argue with me about how I run this. I want it to be fun for everyone, so as long as you're not maliciously going against my rules we should be fine!

What if My MC and Phoebe Met?

Phoebe isn't my oc, she's @phoenix-manga 's oc! This person is actually the reason I got to inspiration to make a twisted wonderland x pokemon crossover fanfic. I wanted to do something nice for them, because why not. I was going to draw Phoebe and my Mc, Iridia together, but artists block stopped that idea. Then I wanted to write a short story with them, but I couldn't get any ideas, so in the end I just stuck with a couple of headcanons thrown together in the middle of the night. I hope i didn't butcher Phoebe's personality. Enjoy!

How would these two even meet? Well, anything is possible in the Pokémon universe, considering how the og Archer and Maxie designs appeared in pkmn sun and moon (I think)

So yeah, these two are from alternate universes, and they just so happened to meet. Hey, with Arceus, anything is possible!

Iridia would just love Phoebe. She'd see her as a little sister, despite there (technically) only being a one year difference between them.

Iridia would tell Phoebe about the (very concerning) things that had happened to her. Like that time an Alpha Garchomp almost bit her head off.

"And then BAM! Before I knew it, there was an Alpha Garchomp's teeth around my neck!"

"What?! :0"

Speaking of Alpha pokemon, Iridia has an alpha drifblim named Cloud! Cloud is about 9 feet tall, so Iridia would take Phoebe on a ride. Phoebe was wary of Cloud, because of its size and Pokédex entries, but she warmed up to it rather quickly

Phoebe wondering how Iridia could have so many Pokémon. Like, she has a Steelix and multiple Alpha pokemon. How does she keep up with all of them?? But whenever she asks, Iridia gives her an awkward pat on her back and tells her not to worry about it

Iridia has a bag filled with everything she needs on her travels: a camp set up, her pc, a storage pocket for her berries, changes of clothes… if you can name it, she probably has it in her bag. She had this bag custom made for her so it could fit all that stuff. Iridia offered to get Phoebe one made, since she wanted her to have a little souvenir when she went back to her universe.

Iridia finds it funny how some of her and Phoebe's experiences in Twisted Wonderland were similar. Like how they were both the Prefect of Ramshackle, how Grim crashed the entrance ceremony… so on

Phoebe was absolutely shocked, gobsmacked, bamboozled, at how Iridia ate a tamato berry with little to no struggle. (She honestly should've seen it coming with how many spicy curry dishes she had in her Currydéx)

Iridia introduced Phoebe to this show called Teenage Mutant Ninja Carracosta and they both binged it at (Phoebe's) Ramshackle. The Adeuce duo and Grim were very shocked to see Iridia there, to say the least

Phoebe and Iridia's Rotomdéxes do not get along for whatever reason. When Iridia asked why they didn't get along, Dexter, Phoebe's Rotomdéx, said something along the lines of "They think they're smarter than me just because they're older…" He didn't elaborate and Iridia didn't ask again.

Iridia says that upon her entering twisted wonderland, her pc box broke, scattering her pokemon all across the island. Phoebe could only imagine what chaos ensued.

Like the time Iridia's Garboder was found in Pomefiore, eating the trash, and how her Chandelure was found on top of one of the chandeliers in the cafeteria, or how her 7 feet tall Octillery was found in Mostro Lounge's kitchen, eating some of the leftovers. Good times, good times.

Iridia's Miraidon really didn't like Ace for some reason. They seem to have this unseen rivalry.

Speaking of Miraidon, Iridia fell off it while Deuce was driving (it reminded him of a magical wheel so he wanted to drive) and Miraidon noticed she fell off but didn't bother stopping… what a menace

Iridia had challenged Pheobe to a Pokémon battle in Ramshackle's yard. The first years were super nosey and watched the battle go down. To put it short, Iridia was like Cynthia, but on steroids. Scary. After a solid hour and 30 max revives later, Phoebe didn't end up winning, but she did come dangerously close. The first years were floored at seeing a battle between their friend and a Champion.

Once it was time for Iridia to leave, she gave Phoebe a Champion badge (I know Champions don't give out badges but I like to think they do) even though she lost. Phoebe was shocked, but she kept the badge somewhere safe.

Phoebe wondered if she'd see Iridia again. With how weird the world is, most likely

It's a bit lazy, but I hope you like it. And part two? Uhhh, maybe??? And Merry Christmas to anyone who celebrates it

PMD Hero and Partner Week Day 4: Festival

Day 4 of Hero and Partner Week and the choices were festival, legend, and memories and I decided to go with the festival! I always liked the idea with how small it was. Serene Village, from Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, might’ve had their own small customs outside from Lively Town and thought hey why not do a festival theme for them. So this will be my Super Mystery Dungeon team, Team Sanctuary with Hero Jin the Froakie and Bella the Fennekin who at this point have become Frogadier and Braxien!

“Come on Jin or we’re gonna be late!”

“Relax Bell, it's not like it's going anywhere.” Jin followed his partner Bella down the familiar path to their home village of Serene. While he wasn't born there or properly raised there like Bella, Jin viewed the small village as his home and was happy to return there to see the villagers and his friends with Bella who was excited to show Carracosta her new evolved form.

“I still can't believe Serene Village had festivals.” Jin remarked.

“Well you weren't there long enough for some of them.” Bella smiled. “Besides this year's crops festival means great food and dancing!”

Jin smiled amused and then saw the village ahead of them making Bell squeal. “There it is! I’ll raise you!” Bella grinned, running ahead. Jin laughed, leaping forward, easily catching up with his partner as they ran down the familiar path finally reaching the village. Jin could see the decorations of bright colors and tables in the residential area with a large log cabin fire campfire structure at the center. Many of the villagers were moving about carrying berries and other materials bustling excitedly which Jin watched surprised.

“Wow it all looks amazing.” He remarked.

“And wait till you see tonight when the bonfire gets lit.” Bella grinned. “Hey everyone, me and Jin are home!”

At this all the villagers looked up surprised and Jin saw their old classmates who looked shocked.

“Jin, Bella?! Is that you?!” Goomy shrieked.

“Hehehe! Yup!” Bella giggled happily.

“You both evolved! That's amazing!” Deerling smiled.

“You guys evolved before us?!” Pancham gaped.

“No fair!” Shelmet groaned.

“Congratulations, the evolutions suit you.” Espurr smiled. “Glad you were also able to make it for the festival.”

“We wouldn't miss it!” Bella smiled. “Where’s pops?”

“Carracosta is with Nuzleaf to get more firewood.” Deerling explained.

“How’s Nuzleaf and the Beheeyem been since they started living here?” Jin asked.

“Quite well.” They all looked up seeing Principal Simipour walking to them with a kind smile.

“Welcome home Jin, Bella, you both look well.” Simipour smiled. “And do not worry Nuzleaf and the Beheeyem were able to adapt to the village quite well after their return here.”

“I'm happy to hear it.” Jin smiled. “So, anything Bella and I can do to help for the festival?”

“Ah yes, for there is much to be done.” Simipour nodded with a smile.

“Great, then let's get to it!” Bella cheered. They then got to work rotating in helping each villager while talking and catching up with them. Jin even got to talk with the Beheeyem who all seemed very happy living in the village. Soon it was nightfall and Bella had the honor of lighting the bonfire with Carracosta’s guidance. With her branch she lit up the fire in beautiful flames making the villagers cheer happily. Jin smiled watching Bella happily hug Carracosta who lifted her in the air laughing.

“You know you can sit next to me.” Jin suddenly said, not looking at the pokemon behind him even though he knew who it was. “All is forgiven after all.”

There was a chuckle and Jin watched Nuzleaf sit next to him with a sheepish smile.

“Heh sorry, I wasn't sure how to approach you.” Nuzleaf admitted.

“You're overthinking things you know.” Jin chuckled. “We’re both here and alive and that's what matters, right? Pops?”

Nuzleaf grew wide eyed before smiling tearfully hiding his face and tears while Jin kindly smiled patting his back while watching everyone enjoy the festival.

If Nuzleaf ever got with Carracosta, what would you say would get him to realize that or when would they become official?

((Nuzleaf is pretty oblivious to romance. Like on paper, he sort of gets it, but in practice anything short of kissing goes right over his head, and he interprets it to be platonic gestures. So the only thing to get him to realize anyone has a thing for him is for that person to drop any and all subtlety and just tell him. So yeah, Carracosta would kind of have to say as much.

And while Carracosta is pretty to the point, romance is not exactly his specialty either. It's still a mystery to himself how he even managed to get married in the first place-

As for Nuzleaf realizing his own feelings, it won't occurr to him at first. It would just hit him one day that. Oh wait. He's feeling not so platonic things about someone. And then he'd internally scream, because he has no idea how to deal with that. Might seek advice about it.

It is only when both realize feelings are mutual that. Yeah. Gay dads time-))

If you're wondering why Red's got a scarf on, that's a bit of a headcanon thing—he's skilled with electronics, so a while after the events of my Pokemon Black file, he found himself teaching at Blueberry Academy as a Mechanical Engineering teacher! Man, I can't wait to share more about my personal PokeCanon... when I get the chance to, of course.

And as a bonus, here's the only two Unova team members that can actually be here in-game. Yes, I am miffed that, at a minimum, Victini wasn't included in the Indigo Disk update, why do you ask? I mean, at least we can get Meloetta, but still

I would love for a funny misunderstanding to be that Carracosta thinks his child Partner has simply been dragging Nuzleaf’s ward (kid) Hero into mystery dungeons. After all, Partner tends to be the one pushing others into exploring a dungeon or leading the charge themself solo. The terrapin knows Nuzleaf won’t show much worry about the two kids going into such dangerous places as a explorer himself…

Only for Carracosta to find out it’s Hero who leads the expeditions. Maybe the Team ask Carracosta to accompany them into a particularly tricky dungeon they both have a type weakness in. The older Pokémon certainly finds himself being pushed quite hard, but the two kids are doing an excellent job of covering themselves so he isn’t solely being targeted. Hero will snipe Pokémon with items while Partner’s the main attacker. They are always cautious of sleeping Pokemon, peaking around corners, and doing their floor sweep tactics.

Even if this is before the two become Junior Expedition Society members—they still occasionally find a wandering Pokémon, someone who was knocked out or stuck, or even a Pokémon who needs some sense knocked into them. Carracosta sees how Partner readies an attack just in case a clearly not-feral Pokemon has less than well intentions. By the end of the trek, he’s certainly exhausted. Mystery Dungeons demand a lot from a Pokémon even if it was less than ten floors.

…He’s too tired to lecture Partner about going into such dungeons until the next morning. Yet, well. Hero certainly has been a good influence on his kid and seems at ease in the dungeons.

They can keep dungeon crawling as long as they tell someone where they were going.

carracosta isn't a dungeon crawler, and he doesn't really approve of hero and partner going into them, but agrees to going with them to see how they do in dungeons and to help them out since they asked

and he's surprised! by a few things

he still doesn't totally approve, but he sees that they can handle themselves pretty well
