The two most iconic characters to ever conceivably end up as college roommates: Jazz Fenton and Annie Mack.

No one even remembers these characters exist, but the situations that could arise! Both of them have strange habits and paranoia because of their powered younger siblings, but neither of them actually recognize how strange some of it is. To each other, they both seem like normal and responsible straight A students in their respective fields. To the outside world, they are the weirdest duo on campus.

Accidental trauma dumping, where the other is like, mood. Accidentally affirming the idea that it's not trauma from being responsible for their younger siblings' very life for years.

And then one day, Alex calls while Annie is out, and Jazz answers the phone. "Help! Im on my way, but I got hit with something, and now my powers are on the fritz. Whoever is tailing me now. What should I do?"

The urgency and desensitizing to strange situations means that Jazz doesn't question her "brother's" voice. She immediately goes into older sister mode and directs Alex on how to lose them and get to the dorm. Queue the door opening and both of them being very shocked by who's on the other side.
