Had a great idea because I'm a genius and also so sick im basically on drugs

Imagine a big event for cosplayers, lasting maybe a few weeks or a month, and taking place in a space where nobody not participating can access. An area with rooms to stay in, stores, etc, like a little town for cosplayers.

And for the event there's a list to ensure each cosplay only has 1 person for it. So no double cosplays. And the main rules would be

1) no exiting the event space unless it's for an emergency

2) you gotta do your best to stay near other cosplays from whatever show/movie/book/musical/whatever

3) Do your best to stay in character when on camera & just for funny stories

The event would be recorded both by participant and host, but there would of course be certain areas nobody could record in for people who need a break.

All complex cosplays that get uncomfortable or dangerous to be in for prolonged periods of time have to have secondary "simple" cosplays like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo to change into for their own safety when needed. Nobody would be expected to sleep in cosplays or spend time in them in areas where recording is banned, this event would circle firstly around a bunch of cosplayers showing off and having fun together on a cool vacation & secondly around viewers entertainment/content opportunities.

#gbf #belifaa #did you get triple zero (summon)? the sanfaa scissoring summon? SSS? i sierotixed it. It was awesome. Everythung in gbf is going right for #e except for the fact that i had to sieroticket it but its alright. just the notion of so much lucilius is just enough to put me back on my #feet again it’s almsot unreal how much lucilius-centric stuff theyve pushed out the past few months. his GBVSR debut. his summon.#Omg when I saw the gbfes fashion show i was a few seconds behind zen and she told me “You wont believe this” and I was like “WHAT? BELIEVE #WHAT? WHAT? WHAYT DO YOU MEAN” and the official lucilius cosplayer walked out in his robes it felt unreal unreal like it was seeing my onl #dreams come true after years and years of being like Theres no way they’d do that. There’s no way they’d make a cosplay for lucilius in his #robes because hes in his void outfit forever. BUT THEY DID…..AND THERE WAS BLOOD UNDER HIS SKIN….AND HIS LIPS WERE GLOSSED…AND HE HAD A LIT #LE BIT OF TAREME AND TSURIME (TARIME) ACTION ON HIS EYES AND EVERYTIME HE WALKED HIS ROBES KIND OF FLUTTERED AS HE SHUFFLED ALONG I HAD TO #SIT ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR lay down on the bathroom floor and I almpst puked from how nauseous it made me i was OVERJOYED BEYOND MY PHYSICAL #LIMITATIONS OF HAPPINESS . I WAS SO HAPPY. THIS YEAR HAS BEEN UTTERLY MISERABLE FOR ME AND I HAVE NOT BEEN THIS DEPRESSED SINCE HIGH SCHOOL #BUT SEEING LUCILIUS like this genuinely blew me off my socks . I don’t know if i should be 100% thankful because I’ve been trying to figure #out how to balance my emotional state with the media i consume but #I think i really needed it. thank you lucilius for ending my 2023

(Aragorn has a very good fashion sense, if he was a Noldorin ambassador living in Numenor during the Late Elros Era. Arwen is also very stylish for early Doriathrim royalty. The rest of Gondor got used to it eventually.)

finally got my pics back from the lil shoot i did at the japanese gardens earlier this month c: i honestly didnt know what other pose to do but other than that i think these look super cool! it’s my very first cosplay as well so i’m still figuring out how to be photographed and stuff

Speaking of capes, the amount of times I closelined myself today with my cape WAS TO FUCKING MANY. I don't know how my neck doesn't just have a red line across it. Like, putting on a bag, sitting down, trying to roll in an office chair and the cape is too long so it gets stuck under a wheel and strangles you until you can untangle yourself. Capes are impractical is what I've learned. Or maybe I just need something to pin it too
