the real star of Jhoome Jo Pathaan is the silver earcuff and dangle earring that they have given SRK along with his various necklaces, rings, arm taweez and glorious hair, taking no further statements at this time
#film: pathaan#pathaan#bollywood#srk#shah rukh khan#local gay watches Bollywood.txt#nevermind the fact that i am so f*cking early it's not even available on Spotify yet but#he's back in his piercing era and i am living#i think this is one of his chillest choreographies tho and i'm not too sure what to think about that?#like you can tell from the MV that the focus is very much him and Deepika-heavy and not so much dance-heavy#again a bisexual dream with the outfits and camera angles but the rest is just a bit underwhelming idk#still received the iconic T pose + there's a particular step in the chorus that has my hoe brain glitching so ig that makes up for it#along with the hundred other little classic SRK mannerisms that make us all weak in the knees#and Arijit sounds amazing as always even if the tune hasn't grown on me just yet#let me loop it a few more times to see if it's doing half as much as Besharam Rang did for me#edit: the Tamil version slaps harder than the Hindi and i think that might be what convinces me to put it on the playlist#extra edit: i can't believe i'm saying this but since it's out on Spotify now both versions slap harder without the MV#and there's a part in the instrumental that i did not notice until i listened to it over there that also has my hoe brain glitching#it's starting to redeem itself although it's no Jai Jai Shivshankar#more like a weirdly specific cross between Husn Parcham and Enu Naam Che Raees imo#with a little bit of Tattad Tattad lyrically#extra extra edit: i have given my heart twice over to this and if you got the lyrics reference have a cookie#and eat it off of the washboard that are SRK's abs#his smile did me in OK i am now actually fond of this

There are learnings that I would take from this year not a great year to be honest time flew it was just yesterday we were on a video call wishing each other happy new year and look where we are now, -"take responsibility of your actions you are not influenced by anyone it's always you who decides what is good for you and what not don't blame others if something went wrong it was your decision at last you took that call.
and never run away from the hardships of life i don't know running is not a good option atleast give it a fight maybe just maybe you were ment to win that fight that you never fought".

my two cents on Husn by Anuv Jain:
it starts right in the middle of the feels. you start by unwrapping all the packed sadness you've kept on the shelf. and as it progresses, you can feel that it stops being a song, it really brings you to this collective place we all go to when we're sad.
it's like my friend is telling me their story and i feel how they think they're okay and then they say "Lagta mujhe, mere naam ka, zikr kahi bhi hoga nahi" and the facade breaks. they realise they'll not even be remembered and it's not okay. they've been completely broken to the point of giving up but they can't.
"Meri aankho mein dekho" (😭) are the exact words we've felt and said to someone and desperately wished for. it's a cry for love, and if you haven't already started crying, you'll be bawling by now. this is where i broke. the sheer raw feels hit so bad. the amount of care i have inside me just floods out because he's broken all my nicely made dressing.
And then suddenly they just come out of it, "Dekho dekho kaise kheechi lakeere" and "Main iss daud mein nahi". Haha, right, the dissociation begins and you try to cover the wound until next time (which mostly is immediately afterwards because this song is on loop)
yes I'm a masochist

I read the translation of the song "husn by anuv jain" and now I'm crying about how it relates a lot
Look, look, what kind of things are here They are with me while not being with me Is it that easy? Look, look, as if my intentions Were the same as yours Yeah, how naive I am
Ask for my heart someday instead of my beauty Oh, I'll melt away in a moment, yeah Now don't do that, my heart won't be able to mend itself again Your words make me fall apart, yeah
I admit that the world is crazy for you Maybe that's why you didn't realize That I'm enough for you Look, look, tired of this world Why do you come here pretending to be innocent? What even am I to you?
Then why do you come here wanting to make me cry? If you have come, then please stay And don't even ask anything about my day Only your presence is enough for me, yeah
Yeah, if one day anyone Ever reads your story I don't think that my name Would be mentioned anywhere in it
Yeah, I'm here Look into my eyes, my eyes Look at how my heart is Even words can't describe it Look into my eyes, my eyes What kind of luck I have That you're here while not being with me Look into my eyes, my eyes Your incomplete loyalty Is all I ask for, I won't ask for anything else Look into my eyes, my eyes
Look, look, what kind of fate we have Still can't have you despite wanting you I'm not even part of this race Look, look, what kind of things are here I even look at the words around here I don't even belong here

Billboard USA Exclusion Zone Episode 21 (01/13/2024)
Tumblr media
Now that all the Christmas stuff is gone, what do we have to replace all of the Christmas songs? Well seems like we are still stuck with what 2023 had to offered. Regional Mexican, J-Pop, old songs that went viral on TikTok, and some legacy songs just debuted. And yet looking at the chart reset I think showed a bigger picture that I will get to on my blog, stay tuned. Enough stalling let's get into these meaty lists of new arrival
--------------------------------------------------------
49. "Goat" by Number_I
You know the year hasn't even started yet and we might have a contender for the worst song of the year. Like imagine if Fleeting Lullaby by Ado was remixed by a B-tier boyband and the productions sounded like the backwash of Gen 3 boyband group sound...you get this.
51. "Rompe La Dompe" by Peso Pluma, Junior H, Oscar Maydon
This is probably the most well produced Peso Pluma song in corridos scene. I love how chill the song is. Definitely needed after...that car crash the size of opening lap of Belgian GP in 1998 proportion.
64. "Wherever u r" by UMI ft. V from BTS
Seems like V beside making solid RnB album, also want to platform small RnB artist as well. And it's a great song to boot as well. I'm instantly hooked by UMI's voice with the melodic guitar, spacious production, and just immaculate atmosphere which is perfect for the sort of cut about long distance longing. I do think the percussion is a bit loud. But hey it's still a high recommendation
114. "Poco A Poco" by Xavi ft. Los Dareyes de La Sierra
Seems like the train of regional Mexican sound is still rolling because we have a newcomer by the name of Xavi. He's not Spanish by the way he's from Arizona. But, he has been going up on the chart with La Diabla which is a good song. And this one might be better due to the fact that there's a slap bass in it.
132. "Maria Mariah" by Silva MC, DJ F7, C NO BEAT & MC Meno Dani
10/10 would Brazilian funk again.
154. "Modo DND" by Xavi & Tony Aguirre
I feel like the reason why I've been positive with Xavi because in terms of corridos tumbados, his sounds are very full and competently produced for once. I love the horn lines here the most because it's kinda like all over the place.
161. "Murder On The Dancefloor" by Sophie Ellis-Bextor
TikTok strikes again and this time it might be their best find yet. Coming from the Saltburn ending where Barry Keoghan "dancing" to this song, we have quite possible the reason why Future Nostalgia existed in the first place. I'm glad that Americans are listening to this two decades later. The lush nu-disco production that didn't aged a day with the liquid guitar, tight bass, and the strings. Every seconds of this song is just tight and controlled which could be attributed to Gregg Alexander aka the bald guy with the bucket hat from New Radicals. The guitar solo is just an icing on the cake on otherwise fantastic tune.
162. "Husn" by Anuv Jain
Never thought I would hear a song from India like this to be honest. But hey it's a nice surprised to hear this type of sounds in other languages that I am not familiar with.
170. "Overdrive" by Ofenbach ft. Norma Jean Martine
It's kinda cool how dance genre has probably its stronger year in 2023. This is the first one I'm listening to this year and yeah the streak keep on going here. Never have I heard more beautiful piano house since...shit probably Hold My Hand.
172. "Alucin" by Eugenio Esquivel X Grupo Marca Registrada X Sebastian Esquivel
This is probably the best "Edm mixed with regional mexican" song I've heard. Though when your competition is a song by Fuerza Regida featuring Marshmello...yeah
186. "Let Me Love You" by DJ Snake ft. Justin Bieber
Not gonna lie, the sound of DJ Snake just didn't hold up so well with time. This song in 2024 sounds so empty and devoid of anything interesting.
190. "Have You Ever Seen The Rain" by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Meanwhile this song is timeless and could be played at any time where you are feeling down or just sick of the bullshit get thrown at you.
191. "Livin On A Prayer" by Bon Jovi
Just listening to this one song and you will get why hair metal was at one point the biggest genre in the world in the mid 80s.
193. "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga
Meanwhile just listened to this song and you'll get why Lady Gaga is an icon and deserved her acolades.
197. "Be A Flower" by Ryokuoushoku Shakai
Wait so this is the song that became an opening for an anime about ancient China? Why does this bang so hard????
199. "One Dance" by Drake ft. Wizkid & Nyla
One Dance is a good song but this song marked the exact point where Drake stopped trying most of the times because his status as #1 hit makers has been sealed.
200. "Lean On" by Major Lazer ft. DJ Snake & MO
It's a good even great EDM song but it's pale in comparison to its competition at that time.
I highly recommend everyone listening to these songs

DUA FOR ODD NIGHTS - SEEKING LAYLATUL QADR 🙂
According to majority of the opinion we have to seek Laylatul qadr during the odd nights of last 10 days of Ramadan. And not just on 27th of Ramadan.
Ya Rahman, Ya Raheem, Ya Rabb al Alameen, I call upon You and I ask You by every Name that You have named Yourself with, revealed in Your Book, taught any one of Your creation or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You,
Allahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa nabiyyinaa Muhammad.
Ya Rabb, make me sincere in this dua.
Please grant me a death with the shahadah on my tongue. Grant me Husn al Dhan billah (good expectations from Allah)
Expand my grave for me and illuminate it with light.
Preserve my record in Illiyeen.
Lighten for me the questioning of the grave.
Grant me death in a state of Ibadah, that is most pleasing to You and resurrect me in the same state.
Keep me free from fear, anxiety and terror from the day of judgement.
Grant my book in my right hand.
Make me among those who show their books to others with happiness.
Make me successful in the Meezan.
Help me cross the Siraat like lightening.
Ya Allah, please do not give away my good deeds to others.
Reunite me with my family in Jannah.
Do not expose my faults in front of others on the day of judgement.
Ya Afu, Forgive the sins that I don't remember and the sins that I didn't even consider as sins.
Grant me a heart filled with tranquility and peace.
Cleanse my heart from malice, jealousy, hatred, self-admiration, show off, envy, arrogance and pride.
Grant me the ability to forgive others.
Grant me soft speech, protect my tongue from lying, backbiting and hurting others.
Grant me beautiful patience.
Grant me with the correct Aqeedah, excellent memory and understanding of the deen with daleel.
Bless my parents, forgive them, Grant them good health and make me a sadaqa jaariyah for them.
Bless my siblings in their marriages. Bind us together with love. Do not let shayaateen break our bond.
Grant all the single Muslims the coolness of their eyes.
Grant us righteous children and make them a sadaqa jariyah for us Oh Allah help me leave behind a legacy with humility, allow me to leave this dunya with the best legacies for our offsprings and for others.
Help me understand, write, speak and teach Arabic.
Help me maintain good ties with my relatives.
Help me see my faults and cover it from others.
Allow me to speak with wisdom just like the Prophet peace be upon him.
Bestow me with wealth to spend in your way.
Do not let others humiliate/oppress/mock/take advantage of me.
Help me be courageous, confident and a positive person who makes the correct decisions at the right time.
Grant me modesty in clothing and speech in front of non Mahrams.
Forgive the Muslim ummah -the living and the dead. Bless the Muslims with goodness and grant victory to the oppressed.
Fill our hearts with Emaan.
Oh Allah, accept my deeds.
Ya Allah, O my Allah, Ya Rahman, Ya Raheem, Ya Kareem, Ya Sattar, Ya Gaffar, Ya Qaadir, Ya Sami, Ya Aleem, Al Mujeeb, Ya Allah I turn to you in repentance, in submission. I beg you please fulfill my duas.

Ya Allah Grant your perfect cure to those who are sick.
Ya Allah Protect my brothers & sisters across the warzones & from the persecution, rape, slaughter, humiliation.
Ya Allah Relieve their sufferings & elevate their ranks.
Ya Allah Bring the downfall of those (modern day pharaohs) oppressors &

Powerful Tips for the Last 10 Nights of Ramadan
1. Do not let your ‘performance’ until now affect your last 10 days. The moment of forgiveness could be today or anytime in the coming days! It is not all lost! If you sincerely wish it could have been better - Chin up and get ready to make it your best yet! Start with a positive, sincere intention!
2. Today, take a little time to read the Tafseer of Surah al-Qadr to understand what actually happens this night! You will feel its power & greatness so much more!
3. Do not wait for the 27th Night to give it your “all". The entire last 10 days should be your target. Stay up each night! Would you want to miss Laylatul Qadr even “by chance"?
4. Do not fall into any innovations/celebrations any masjid or culture might try to promote. Follow the Sunnah! The Prophet (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) guided us simply: “Whoever stays up and prays on Laylat al-Qadr out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven.”
5. Memorize and keep asking the dua’ taught by Rasulullah (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam): Allaahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibb al-‘afwa fa’affu ‘anni (O Allaah, You are forgiving and You love forgiveness, so forgive me).
6. Prepare a short dua’ list. Remember this is as awesome as it ever gets for a servant of Allah! The Night of Qadr, of Destiny! Consciously pick each and everything you crucially wish for in this dunya, in your deen, family, and in your aakhirah! Don’t forget to include the brothers and sisters around the world who are suffering and in grief!
7. Take brief naps during the day, if possible. Keep your stomach light and sleep as soon as you have prayed ‘isha. Do not delay! After a brief nap, refresh yourself and get ready for worship.
8. Don’t neglect your family! Rasulullah made it a point to wake up his wives throughout these nights! And yes, your children are not too young to stay up some part of the night - if they can be allowed to play video games or watch TV, they can be inspired to be up atleast for sometime! Prepare them, make them excited, plan some activities for them to do!
9. Look the Part: The way we dress and prepare has a big effect on our psychology. Wear your best, perfume yourself, and feel the energy!
10. Choose a spot, whether in the Masjid or in your home, where you can have peace and solitude. Keep your mushaf, praying mat, and water at hand so that you are not distracted by constantly getting up for this or that.
11. IMP: This is not the night to tweet pics or update FB statuses about how amazing the night is and how you are feeling & worshipping Allah! Let that be a secret between you & your Rabb! So switch off those phones, wifi, laptops and computers. Disconnect with the world, and connect with al-‘Afuww!
12. If you find yourself feeling sleepy, vary your acts of worship. Alternate between qiyaam, heartfelt dua’a, reading the Qur’an. Do not spend the night listening to lectures or recitations. Or do it only for a short while when you feel the sleep coming on!
13. Patience is the Key: The last 10 days might be tiring. You might still have work or school. This is the time to bear all that hardship, and keep firm sabr. Think how Allah has blessed you with this tremendous opportunity that might NEVER come again in your life again. If you knew for sure that this was your last day, if you knew certainly that Jannah was up for grabs, wouldn’t you sprint for it no matter what it takes?
14. This is most important: Keep husn adh-dhann bi Allah (good expectations from Allah). When you ask, remember you are asking the Most Generous King. If you hope for the best, He will give you the best. Don’t hold back. Trust in Him, pour out your heart in front of Him, and let no doubt, no barrier, no evil thoughts keep you away from ar-Rahman, ar-Raheem!

A/N: This may or may not be based on real events. I didn't know how to vent and then I wrote this. So I don't know if it makes any ounce of sense. Also I have linked all the songs so you can enjoy them as well. Enjoy!
-----
Y/N stared outside the window observing the occasional cars speeding past their own. She let out a sigh and took a drag out of her cigarette as the song playing on the stereo of the car changed. It was a beautiful playlist, she would give it that, if only a little unfamiliar. And sad.
She should’ve called dibs on the aux cord as soon as she entered the car but she was too occupied with other, much more important things back then.
That had led to this moment, here, sitting inside a car, pulled over on the side of this road that led to nowhere, surrounded by trees as she blew out clouds of smoke, listening to songs that made her feel things she decidedly did not want to feel.
She turned her head around a little to look at him and found that he was already looking at her, a strange look on his face.
She lifted her eyebrows- Kya dekh raha hai? What are you looking at?
He shrugged in response- Tujhe nahi dikh raha? Figure it out for yourself.
She rolled her eyes.
He started humming along to the song.
Jaane woh kaise log the jinke pyaar ko pyaar mila
Humne toh jab kaliyan maangi kaaton ka haar mila.
(I wonder at the people who find their love reciprocated
When I prayed for flowers, I was dealt a garland of thorns.)
She scoffed, he stopped singing and closed his eyes. She took another drag just to quell the little twinge of guilt that pricked her heart.
“This is peaceful, pehle kabhi kyu nahi kiya humne ye?” He turned towards her, questioning why they hadn’t done this before. His eyes were still closed, coward and stretched his fingers, asking for the cigarette.
She wanted to scream.
She handed him the cigarette regardless.
‘Pehle kab? When in the past should we have done this? When you were busy being an arse? Or when you were being a bitch? Or when you were out there making stupid decisions even after I warned you about them? Or was it when you were breaking my heart?’ she wanted to say.
But she didn’t. She closed her eyes as well. They were stinging.
‘Must be the smoke’, she thought. Smoke. Yeah, it has to be.
Hothon se chhu lo tum, mera geet amar kar do
Ban jao meet mere, mera preet amar kar do
(Let my song touch your lips and immortalise it
Please become my lover and immortalise my love)
They sat there silently, music washing over them accompanied by the chirping of birds overhead. It all made her feel drowsy. She did not want to sleep. Really.
“I am sorry.” He said suddenly, his tone held the intensity of a thousand suns.
‘Yeah that’ll do it’, she thought before opening her eyes.
He was looking at her again, the same weird expression from before adorned his face, maybe mixed in with a little bit of pain and something. She didn't want to dissect it. It won’t do her any good.
“Don’t. Just-” she sighed.
He looked like he was about to cry.
She leaned over the console, closer to him and placed her hand on his arm in hopes of comforting him somehow.
“Purani baat hai woh, it's in the past, I have forgiven you, isliye idhar tere saath car mai baithi hu. Wouldn't be in the car with you if I hadn't.”
“I miss you. I miss us.”
She had nothing to say to this. Just rubbed her hand down his arm. She hoped he understood that she couldn't give him more even if she wanted to.
They sat there for god knows how long, just him looking at her from his place in the driver’s seat and her staring out of the windshield at nothing.
Dhanak ghata kaliyan aur tare sab hain tera roop
Ghazalen hon ya geet hon mere sub mein tera roop
Yunhi chamakti rahe hamesha tere husn ki dhoop
(All these lush valleys, colourful flowers and the twinkling stars are comparable to your looks
Whether it be my poems or my songs, they are meant to pay ode to your beauty
May the sun of your beauty be everlasting.)
“We should get going now.” She broke the silence this time round.
The sun was about to set and it was getting slightly darker.
He nodded, shook himself out of his stupor and turned the key in the ignition. His eyes always aimed at the street as he drove through them.
It was her turn to look at him now. And look at him, she did. She stared at how the sun hit the curves and edges of his face, how effortlessly the wind swept his hair upwards in the front, how carelessly his glasses sat on the bridge of his face.
She looked at the lines of his arm and how his muscles rippled under the skin as his hands moved over the steering wheel. How his watch, the one he inherited from his grandfather, the one which was according to her slightly too big for him but ‘it is exactly how it is supposed to be, Y/N’ according to a very annoyed him dangled from his wrist.
She missed him too. She really did, whether she wants to accept it or not is an argument she’ll have with herself later.
He turned to look at her and oh. Hopefully she didn't have the same look on her face that he had had earlier in the day.
He lifted his eyebrows- Kya dekh rahi hai? What are you looking at?
She shrugged in response- Tujhe nahi dikh raha? Figure it out for yourself.
He smiled.
Abhi na jao chhod kar ke dil abhi bhara nahi
Abhi abhi to aayi ho, abhi abhi to
Abhi abhi to aayi ho, bahar banke chhayi ho
Hawa zara mehak to le, nazar zara behak to le
Yeh shaam dhal to le zara
Yeh shaam dhal to le zara
Yeh dil sambhal to le zara
(Please don’t leave just yet, my heart hasn’t had its fill.
You have just arrived, have just bloomed in like spring.
At least let the air gain your fragrance, at least let my eyes take you in.
At least let the evening set in
At least let my heart have its fill.)
“We are here.” he said and reached across the stereo to turn the music down.
“That was eerily poetic, wasn’t it.” He looked at her, a weird glint in his eyes.
She chuckled. It really was creepily perfect.
“Wait for a couple more minutes? Dil abhi bhara nahi.” He asked, dramatically grabbing her hands.
She couldn’t bring herself to deny him this, she had already been too rude to him. So she leaned back in the seat again and turned to look at him while he did the same, her hand closest to him still held in his hand. They just sat there looking at each other and for those couple of moments, everything apart from them and the present faded away.
He brought her hand to his lips and kissed it, almost too reverently for her to bear. She closed her eyes and sighed.
“I should leave now.”
He let out a shaky sigh.
“Yeah. Yeah.”
He moved to open his side of the door and she stopped him. She got out of the car on her own and came round to his side.
“We should do this again sometime.” he said, tentatively, a little hopefully.
“Yeah, maybe. Our little sutta escapade.”
“You should bring chai in a little thermos next time. Then it can be a chai-sutta escapade.”
“Okay.”
“Okay.”
She stood there for a moment more.
“Bye.” she said and turned around to walk home. Bye and not her usual see ya.
“Bye,” he hollered. “See ya” he whispered into the car as he reignited the engine.

Anuv Jain - Husn Lyrics
Anuv Jain - Husn Lyrics
Intro Yeah, yeah Verse 1 Look, look, what kind of things are here They are with me while not being with me Is it that easy? Look, look, as if my intentions Were the same as yours Yeah, how naive I am Chorus Ask for my heart someday instead of my beauty Oh, I'll melt away in a moment, yeah Now don't do that, my heart won't be able to mend itself again Your words make me fall apart, yeah Verse 2 I admit that the world is crazy for you Maybe that's why you didn't realise That I'm enough for you Look, look, tired of this world Why do you come here pretending to be innocent? What even am I to you? (Yeah) Chorus Then why do you come here wanting to make me cry? If you have come, then please stay And don't even ask anything about my day Only your presence is enough for me, yeah Post-Chorus Yeah, if one day anyone Ever reads your story I don't think that my name Would be mentioned anywhere in it Bridge Yeah, I'm here Look into my eyes, my eyes Look at how my heart is Even words can't describe it Look into my eyes, my eyes What kind of luck I have That you're here while not being with me Look into my eyes, my eyes Your incomplete loyalty Is all I ask for, I won't ask for anything else Look into my eyes, my eyes Outro Look, look, what kind of fate we have Still can't have you despite wanting you I'm not even part of this race Look, look, what kind of things are here I even look at the words around here I don't even belong here Read the full article

Husn
Evening! What a year it has been 2023. And to be honest i was very happy by the end of it. i achieved a lot in the end. Moving away, working, making new friends, ohh the highlight for which i came here today after a long time because i do not want to forget this. I made a boyfriend, not on my terms. i just met a amazingly loving person, who made my days and although we kissed and it was not my wish. i wanted to kiss him more, everyday. i wanted to hug him. He became a person who i would want to see everyday, and we got together. he called me his girlfriend. i accepted it. i felt as if i dont feel it that way yet, but i wanted to go with the flow. i spent time with him, eating, sleeping, walking, working. We would steal glances at each other, would steal kisses where we would be caught if not careful. called each other names. he said he found his peace, someone to look for when he is distressed. and maybe i became his stress. because after all that beautiful time, he left me. As he had claimed me his without asking me, he left me the same way. I didnt want to replace his ex, i told him i dont want to be what he wants me to be, he will have to love me as i am, and he left. he said he likes me as a person and he used me to move on from his past, but he doesnt want to anymore. he says he wants to face it, and he cant forget his ex, he cant do relationships anymore, and cant go through the feelings and pain again. he wants to run away. why do we girls want to fix something we didnt break and when it cuts us we regret but still try to feel bad about both the broken glass and our fingers. I hope i am making some sense. therefore, in short im confused, am i heartbroken? am i angry or annoyed? something i thought i didnt want and went with it thinking okay maybe i can deal with leaving him. But now that hes told me to leave, i cant bare the news. im missing him, i am being the clingy type i dont want to be. because i know i cant do life with him , but i still want him. hes a big red flag but i cant make out if he just behaves like that or is it really him. he wanted to build a dream where he has me and a house and kids. but i got scared although i didnt show him, because i wanted to be with him and not run away for once. and now that he is doing the same, leaving me because he cant do this shit, i feel bad. Goddd i dnt know if hes right for me or not, i dont know if i should let it go or hold on to him, maybe try harder. i want to try harder and hold on to him , maybe tell him to be with me and forget the world. but i also understand that he is exactly like me. he doesnt talk, he doesnt know how to let go of the past. can he and me be really a match? or we were just two souls who just interacted with each other for a brief point? I Am Confused. and i dont like it at all. because i feel this can either be my signal to try harder to hold on to things, or this can be a sign to let go of this person. maybe he is not right for me. and right now that i am typing this i feel the later is right. maybe hes a danger zone and he knows it, and is preventing me from it himself. but then isnt he a nice person? but only nice is not the solution right! I do not know. god help me.... Xoxo, Love-made.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, MY LOVE
My love for you has only grown in the last year, more than I could ever imagine. Thank you for making me love you the way you do. Just when I think it’s not humanly possible for me to love you any more, you give me a new reason… you stretch my boundaries.
I haven’t seen you in a while now… I can only pray that this year brings you all the joy, peace and success in the world.
I feel butterflies thinking about your happiness… so please be happy, love.
I really wish I could tell you that you have an ardent supporter, cheering you on in all situations, at all times…

I think all of Anuv Jain’s songs are about us
they have always been,
starting from the blooming romance
where we thought that the title image of ocean was us,
a cosy home and a cat,
let’s go and build a house, big enough to fit us two,
to falling in love in Montreal
and feeling the softest yet often scariest I ever have
Na hona chahun mein
no ho sakun kabhi
riha 🌸
to the most difficult and grief struck December of my life
ab tere bina yahan meri saansain
jaisay bina nindiyon kay raatain
to Gul which became my heartbreak song
long before you fully broke my heart
It became my song the very day
I saw in you a man who was capable of breaking my heart,
and i saw in you a man i still loved, regardless,
ayay nahi
jinke thay waaday waqt uljha hua,
To finding resonance in gul all over again after you broke my heart and i found some relief
tu dekhlena jab unki raatain yun na mehfooz hongi
Teri kami tab unko mehsoos hogi
to finally finding some climax in Husn
Dekho dekho zamanay say thak kar
Aatay ho Kyun masoom ban kar
Tere liay main Kya he hun,
Teri adhoori si wafa
Mangun mein na magun aur na
Meri in ankhon mein
Ankhon mein tou dekho
My eyes, the same pair that watered endlessly just at the glimpsing thought of you,
remain so dry now even when I remember the most intimate moment.
