Hey hey hey, i wanna make a request! (this is literally gonna be my first one ever so forgive me if it sounds stupid lol)
I was thinking of a plot where Hobie has a younger sister and her best friend is Y/N who usually sleeps over cuz they have sm shit goin' on back at home so somewhat ¿close proximity? ─ it's basically a 'Sister's Bestfriend/Bestfriend's Brother' troupe and maybe a li'l bit of 'Enemies to Lovers' (optional😭) but yeah:P idk this sounded tempting to me sooo~ eep><
Thank you for requesting, bestie ❤️❤️❤️ (thank you for the help with their names!)
Pairing: Hobie Brown x fem! Reader/ Spider-Punk x fem! Reader
Tags: Use of Y/N sparsely, no specific physical description of the reader, Sister's best friend! Reader, Hobie has siblings, big brother! Hobie, Jas and Seb AU, big brother AU, FLUFF.

You wake up to Jasmine kicking your back, spine aching as she continues to slumber unbothered. The pain throbs on your lower back, you feel you're gonna need an ice pack for it or you're gonna wake up sore. Huffing and slinking away from the twin bed, the mattress squeaks as you leave her side. In the darkness of the pink room, you blindly feel your way out of it.
Bumping into Jas’ study table, the corner hits your hip making you hold your breath from the stinging pain. That's injury number two just from your best friend’s room. Said woman snorts in her sleep, kicking the heavy duvet off her form. You wonder what she's dreaming about amidst your aching pains. Whatever it is, you're already preparing something to tease her with as revenge for kicking you awake.
Hands reaching up, you finally make it to the door without getting injured from a stray slipper or worse, a lego piece from the set you two were building just before bed. Sliding your hands on the wood, you feel the cool metal of the doorknob, quietly twisting it open, you peek through the gap. Finding the dimly lit hallway, you trudge towards the light of the kitchen.
Your socked feet hit the cool tile, and it's too late to turn around. Hobie— your best friend’s brother spots you, his legs criss crossed, hand warmed by a mug of hot tea. He smirks on the countertop, checkered pajama pants on his waist. An ancient band shirt on his torso that has turned into a crop top makes you flick your eyes to his exposed abdomen. Quickly looking away, he hides the knowing smile behind his mug.
“Can't sleep? Jas snorin’ too much?”
You cross your arms on your chest. “She almost kicked me off the bed.” You say hoarsely, sleep clinging on your lashes.
“You wanna sleep in mine then?” His grin gets wider when your eyes widen. Shushing him, he chuckles at your flustered reaction.
“Your siblings are asleep.” You whisper yell, heart pounding in your chest, glaring at his smiling (handsome) face.
Hobie lets his legs dangle off the counter top, arms reaching out for you. “Exactly, they're asleep.” You can hear the amusement in his voice. “C’mon, love, I've been waitin’ for this the whole day.”
“You've been waiting for a hug?” You tease him back, slowly crossing the distance. “You're smitten, Hobie Brown.” Your own smirk begs to be kissed off your pretty lips.
Lightning quick, he grabs you by your elbow, pulling you in his arms, embracing you. You squeak as your head hits his chest. Looking up, heart thumping loudly near his own heart, he has the audacity to pucker up his pierced lips towards you.
You scoff, “we're in the kitchen? Where they could just walk in and see us locking lips, really?”
He frowns deeply, eyes downturned, dramatically showing you his displeasure. Pinching his waist, he drops the act with a deep laugh that makes you weak in the knees.
“Fine, let's pretend you didn't want it.” He shrugs, pulling you closer, embracing your waist. “Where'd she hit you?”
“Lower back. I hit my thigh against the table too.” You say like the table intentionally smacked against you.
“My poor baby,” his hand slides down to your lower back, raising your shirt, warm hands kneading gently. The pain subsides with every massage from his fingers. “Better?”
Humming, cheek pressed on his well worn shirt, “Well I want it too.” You shyly say, hand picking at the loose threads of his shirt. “The kiss, I mean. It's just—what if they see us?”
“You're the one who wanted to keep it a secret, love.” Hobie says softly, poking your side. “‘sides, it's been a year, I'm sure they figured it out by now.”
“What? How would you know?”
“They're my siblings.” He says matter of factly. “Jas is practically my twin, and Seb, well Seb just knows everything, that little weirdo.”
“So mean to your little brother.”
He chuckles into your hair, nosing the top of your head. “They won't even care at this point. According to Seb, we should just get together before he shoves us both in the wardrobe.”
“What if they do though?” You look up again, chin resting on his chest. “What if they react…badly and I ruin my friendship with Jas?”
Hobie cradles your cheek, “it'll hurt her more if we hide it from her. ‘sides, isn't she the one who keeps trying to get us together?”
“Yeah, as a joke! but everytime someone asks us if we're together she goes ‘eww!’” you copy her tone perfectly, to which Hobie chortles at your impression.
“She's a big girl, she can handle it. What'll she do? Keep us apart like Romeo and Juliet?”
“They die at the end, Hobie.”
“Yeah, they do. I don't think Jas would do that. Y’know, true love and shit.” He uncharacteristically turns away from your gaze.
“And shit.” You lovingly say. Hands on his chin, his stubble rough against your fingers, you move his head to face you. “Do you want to tell them?” You ask, balling his shirt in your hands from your nerves. His eyes are tender, the pads of his fingers are slowly dancing along your back. “Because I really want to tell them. I think I'm ready.” Smiling, Hobie nods, heart full.
“Tell us what?” Sebastian appears out of nowhere, making you jump away from Hobie. He reluctantly lets you go as Seb gives you two numerous nods, smirking the entire time.
“What are you doin' up?” Hobie asks his brother who comedically shrugs. If he didn't know before then he definitely knows now.
“I was thirsty, but it looks like I found two people who are thirstier than me.” He Laughs like a bond villain. His minecraft shirt doesn't make him as intimidating as he thought he was.
“Just go get your water, Seb.” Hobie gestures towards the fridge while you debate whether or not to tell him.
“Alright, let me have ‘em then.” Seb exclaims, hands confidently on his hips. “Give me your best negotiation.”
“Have what?” You knit your eyebrows. Hobie pulls you in closer, he looks his brother up and down with a face like he was stabbed in the back.
“Really? Blackmail? Thought I taught you better than that, Sebby.”
“You did, but you also taught me to take the opportunity when presented to me.” Seb leans casually on the kitchen island, a picture of someone who thinks he has won. “I want a puppy.” He says with his whole chest. “Actually, make that a puppy and a cat. A cat that isn't a symbiote this time.”
You and Hobie share a look. With your nod and bashful smile, he hooks his arm around your shoulder, pulling you close, pecking your temple before he confesses. It's now or never.
“Y/N and I have been together for a year.” He says proudly. “We actually just decided to tell Jasmine, so holster your blackmail because it's useless.”
Sebastian looks at you for confirmation.
“I love your brother, I really do.” You smile softly, “and we're gonna tell Jas tomorrow.”
Seb frowns, “you never let me have fun.”
Hobie waves him away. “Go get your water and go back to bed or you'll see something that will be burned into your retinas forever.”
His teenage brother points an accusing finger at you both. “Gross. You're both very gross, and I called it the second you two started flirting with each other.” He takes a bottle of water from the fridge whilst you and Hobie laugh in your own corner. “Happy for you two by the way.” He flips his brother off, “seriously, love that for you two but fuck you, Hobie, for not letting me get a proper pet.”
“The kids are alright.” Hobie mumbles.
“Were you like that when you were younger?” You ask, watching Sebastian walk away, still flipping the bird.
“Worse, where did you think he got it?” Hobie chuckles, rubbing your back. You can hear Seb’s bedroom door close.
“I figured.” You turn to face him, a giddy grin spreads across your face. “We just told him,” you happily say as he holds your face in his hands like he's holding the most precious jewel in the world. “And he didn't get mad. Not at what we told him at least.”
“And we'll tell Jas tomorrow?” Hobie whispers against your waiting lips whilst you nod. “Proud of you. Does this mean I can snog you in my kitchen?”
“Yes, you can snog me in your kitchen.” You say breathlessly as he presses his lips against yours.
“What the fuck?!” Jas yells.
The cat's out of the bag. There goes all the planning you've been preparing since you said yes to Hobie.

Hellooo <3
can I request a dad!Jude fic where him and the reader invite his family over for dinner but your son is just restless , the kids don't stop screaming and hitting everybody looking for attention, trying to throw plates on the floor even Mark Jobe's games that usually keeps him busy don't work anymore.
-also the reader is like heavily pregnant with her second child so she can't do much to help
I WANNA SEE SOME STRICT DAD JUDE
thank you😻
Attention (Jude Bellingham)
A/N: daddy jude in this 😜 (literally. he is a father.)
Y/N’s POV:
“Noah, please put that down.” I tell my very rowdy 5 year old who is insisting on playing with our crystal bowl. I smell something burning and quickly leave the pot on the stove to open the oven. My meatloaf is slightly burned on the top, but I can just cut it off. I grab my oven mitts and take the dish out of the oven. I place it on the stove top and look up after hearing a crash followed by crying. “I didn’t do anything!” Noah says, throwing his hands up. I see his twin sister on the floor, crying. I walk over to her and crouch down. “What happened, Nora?” I ask her. “Noah pushed me!” She screams in between sniffles, pointing at her brother. “I did not! She tripped over the couch! I didn’t do anything!” Noah screams, defending himself. “Stop yelling. Mama’s very tired.” I say, shushing them both. I finally got myself situated after a fit of nausea came over me. I’m just about to be 8 months pregnant. Jude and I never expected to have a baby so young, let alone twins. We decided to get married two years ago, and eventually we wanted another baby. We knew having another baby would be hard, but I never thought it would be this hard. Jude not being around as much is only adding to how hard it is.
Jude’s parents have decided to pay us a visit, so I’m attempting to prepare dinner. “Noah, please. I’m not blaming you. It’s okay, just stop screaming.” After Nora blamed him for pushing her, he fell into hysterics, trying to prove that he’s not to blame. He’s been screaming how it’s not his fault for what feels like hours. Nora has already got up and started playing again after some ice was put on her hurt knee. I grab Noah and pull him into my chest to give him a hug. I assure him that I’m not angry and that it’s not his fault. Just as he starts to calm down, I hear Nora fall once more. She was always the clumsy one.
I finally got dinner ready, and I’ve started on dessert. Nora has decided to help me bake a carrot cake while her brother watches some cartoons in the living room. (its one of those american style kitchens that look into the living room with an island and shit. My dream kitchen. Were not leaving a 5 year old unattended) “Okay, now we put 3 eggs.” I turn around to where Nora should be sitting peacefully. “Oh my god.” I say, covering my face. There she sits, covered in flour. I stutter some sounds of frustration before she says that she’ll go so in the living room with her brother to watch with him. “NO! No, don’t do that.” I say, grabbing her. “Just sit her for 5 minutes, honey.” I tell her, handing her my phone to play games on.
I wipe my hands on my apron after closing the oven door and putting a 45 minute timer for my cake. I lift Nora off the kitchen counter and place her on the floor. I take my phone out of her hand. “Bath time!” I say to the twins. “No!!” Nora yells, her game being interrupted. I hear some grunts of disapproval from her brother. “Please? I have one bath bomb for you guys.” I attempt to compromise with them. They love the way the colors fill the bathtub. They immediately race up the stairs to the bathroom, knowing there’s only one available. In reality, I had 2, but the second one was very fancy and expensive and I was saving it for some moment Jude and I get some time alone.
I walk into the bathroom to see the twins fighting over who get to use the bath bomb. I remove their clothes as they continue to bicker. I wrap them in their hooded towels and have them sit on the edge of the tub as it fills up with warm water. Once it’s filled, I take off their towels and put them both in the tub together. They eventually stop fighting and start playfully splashing each other with water. I giggle, happy to see them not trying to rip each other’s vocal chords out. I open the drawer under the sink and unwrap the bath bomb from its plastic. “Mama, I want to put it in!” Noah yells! “No! I want to!” Nora replies. I keep quiet, in an attempt to stay calm. They start splashing each other and end up wetting me in the process. They shut their mouths and look at me, covered in bath water. “I’m putting it in!” I say putting a stop to their argument. I drop it into the tub. The kids are in awe of the colors and glitter floating around in the water.
Once they finally exited the tub, I got them both dressed. I took them downstairs and turned on the T.V. just in time to take out my cake from the oven. I leave it on the stove for it to cool down when I hear jingling at the door. I look up to see my husband walking through the door. The kids  jump up from the couch to greet their father at the door. Jude’s legs are attacked by two little kids hugging him. He crouches down and gives his two kids two hugs with his two arms. He leaves a few kisses and their faces before getting up. They walk back to the couch and continue watching their show. He walks over to me and pulls me into his side. I feel butterflies fly around in my stomach as he kisses my forehead. “Missed ya. How’s my baby?” He asks, rubbing my very pregnant belly. “Very active. Footballer’s genetics, for sure.” I say, referencing the very painful kicks to my ribs. “Whatever you made smells amazing.” He says. “Hmm. You, however, do not smell amazing. Please, go shower.” I tell him, kissing his lips and patting his chest. In my defense, ‘straight out of training in the summer’ is not the most appealing scent. He rushes upstairs to take a shower. Finally, I don’t have to deal with these kids alone.
“Mama, please!?” Nora begs. “Nora, please. You’re giving me a headache. We cannot get a dog, because I will be the one taking care of it.” I try to explain to my daughter, my head in my hands. Where is Jude when I need him? “Yeah, and you’re too useless to help.” Noah adds. “Hey!” Nora yells. “Noah! That is not nice!” I tell him. “It’s true!” He says, expecting me to agree with him. “Is not!” Nora screams. “Is too!” Noah yells back. Nora jumps off of her place on the couch, onto her brother on the floor. A full blown bar brawl breaks out on my living room floor between my 5 year olds. “Hey! Stop it!!” I yell, trying to pull them apart. “Jude!!!”
“Hey! Where were you!?” I scold my husband. “Hmm?” He groans, his face in a pillow. He looked so tired when he got in, so I assume he went to sleep. “I needed you!” I tell him. “Hmm… I’m sorry. Come cuddle with me.” I grumbles, grabbing my hand. “No!” I yell pulling my hand away. I look at the clock on the wall. It reads 6:00. Only an hour and a half until Jude’s family arrives. I make my way downstairs and finish icing my, now cooled, carrot cake with a cream cheese icing. I do some cleaning around the house before his family gets here.
“It’s so nice to see you guys! Jude’ll be down in a second. He’s just freshening up.” I say to my in-laws. I guide them to the table and sit them down. I have all the food laid out in a line in front of them. “Everything smells amazing, Y/N.” Denise says. “You really outdid yourself again.” Mark adds. “Uncle Jobe!” The twins come running into the room, and hug their uncle. “Well, what about us?” Their grandfather asks, holding his arms open for a hug. They run to their grandparents and hug them. “Sit down, kids.” I tell them. After a few arguments and a stern look from my side, they finally sit down.
“Mum, dad! It’s so nice to see you!” Jude says, coming down the stairs. He hugs his brother and father then kisses his mum’s forehead. He sits down at his designated spot at our dining table. I serve everyone their first plate of food. I grab the kid’s plastic plates and put some food on it for them. “Mum, I don’t want veggies!” Noah says. “Me neither!” Nora adds. I look up at Jude who is too busy in conversation with Jobe to parent his kids. After some convincing and the promise of cake, I get them to eat all their food. At this point, the kids have argued with everything I’ve told them. Anything they could make difficult, they made difficult. I can see that Jude has taken notice of his kids’ behaviors. He hasn’t said anything yet, but I can see it brewing.
“Y/N, this cake is amazing!” Jobe says with his mouth full. “Thank you. I had a little helper in the kitchen.” I say, poking Nora’s side. “I helped too!” Noah shouts. “I’m sure you did, Noah. Don’t yell.” Jude chimes in. “No, you didn’t!” Nora shouts louder. I let out a sigh. “Yes, I did!” The kids start bickering back and forth again. Jude looks at me then to his kids. Before he can say anything, I speak up. “You don’t have to argue, Nora. You both helped.” After a few stern looks from Jude, the twins quiet down.
“How’s the baby?” Denise asks me. “She’s been okay. Very active. Very painful.” I say. “Mama, can we go play??” Noah asks, itching to get away from the adult conversation. “Sure, honey. Just stay out of the kitchen and the garden.” I tell him. I don’t want them playing anywhere near glass or knives, and the garden is too far for us to monitor them. Jude and I get caught in conversation after eating my carrot cake before we hear a crash and break. Jude quickly stands up, much faster than me, and makes his way to where the sound came from. Mark puts his hand on my back for support while I stand up. I waddle to where now Jude and the kids stand. He’s ushering them away from where I see my favorite mug broken. It’s the mug that Jude got me when I gave birth to the twins. I feel tears well in my eyes, a mix of pregnancy hormones and sentiment hitting me. Jude’s family senses my sadness and Jude’s anger. “I think we’ve overstayed our welcome.” Denise jokes. Jude subtly agrees and hugs his family, indicating to them that they should leave. Mark gives me a tight hug to tell me that it’ll be okay and they leave.
Once they’re gone, I feel tears running down my face. Jude walks up to me and gives me a hug. He kisses my head. “So, who wants to explain WHY YOU WERE IN THE KITCHEN AFTER WE TOLD YOU NOT TO BE!?” Jude says loudly. He looks down at our kids who have their heads down. “You two have been nothing but trouble today. Am I right!?” He says. “Yes, dad…” The twins say in unison. “Your mum has been so tired lately, and you two have only contributed to that.” I look at Nora’s face to see her nearly breaking a tear. She’s not used to being yelled at by her daddy. “Jude-” I say, but am quickly interrupted. “No, these two need to face the consequences.” He says to me. He turns his attention back to his kids. “Go to your room. Now. And if we hear any fighting or bickering in there, you will NEVER hear the end of it. Now go.” He says, firmly. The kids stomp their way up the stairs and enter their shared bedroom.
“I’m so sorry, love. I haven’t been there for you lately. I can’t even imagine how much trouble these two have been giving you. I love you.” Jude says, sitting me down on the couch. He picks up the large pieces of glass and then pulls out the vacuum. He starts vacuuming the hazardous pieces of glass on the floor. Once it’s all clean he cleans up the table and does the dishes.
He comes back to the couch and sits down next to me. We discuss our kids' punishments and then he helps me up. He takes me up the stairs and into their bedroom. Both Nora and Noah are sitting on their respective beds quietly. “So, your mother and I have decided no T.V. for a week.” Jude breaks the news to our kids. “A week!?” “But that’s not fair!” The kids interject. “No ‘but’s. It’s not up for discussion.” I say. “Honey, go to bed. I’ll be there in a second.” Jude says. “I love you two.” I say, unable to resist. I waddle my way into my bedroom and sit on our bed. I swing my legs onto the bed. “I want you two to get up and apologize to mama.” I hear faintly before the door is swung open. The kids crawl up onto the bed and give me a hug. “We’re so sorry, mama.” Nora says. “We love you.” Noah adds. I pull both of them into a hug and kiss their foreheads. “I love you too. And it’s okay, honey. I forgive you. Now, go sleep. It’s late.” I tell them. They hug their dad on their way out and go to sleep.
Jude quickly grabs me and carries me bridal style. “Whoa! What are you doing?” I ask my husband. He carries me to our large and luxurious bathroom. He places me on the floor and starts removing both mine as his clothes. He takes my hand and helps me step into our hot tub, already filled with warm water, and turns on the jets. He opens our cabinet and takes out our expensive bath bomb and drops it into the water. I watch it fizz away as he gets in behind me. He places his hands on my baby bump and kisses my neck. “I haven’t been giving you much attention lately, have I?” I smirks as his hands move lower and lower.

She never got to say sorry
CW: angst, major death, very short, breakups
Tumblr media
"Yes y/n! I don't love you anymore! I love Chad! Why can't you just leave my apartment now!" Tara yelled at her now ex girlfriend.
"What the fuck Tara! You can't fucking kick me out of the house like that!" Y/n screamed back. "Besides, you're the one who was cheating!" Y/n shouted with tears in her eyes.
"Whatever.  I'm leaving now." As y/n was leaving Tara decided to tell her one more thing just to add salt to the wound.
"Whatever! I didn't even love you anyway! I was just using you to get closer to Chad." Tara spat. Y/n could feel her heart shatter to pieces. "Tara-" Before she could say anything else Tara had already slammed the door.
She felt betrayed, angry, and hurt all at the same time. How could she? How could she just say she never had real feelings for me like that?  What is wrong with people these days!? She thought bitterly as she walked down the street. Her phone dinged signaling an incoming call.
Y/n sighed in frustration before answering the call right before hearing a familiar voice...
"What's your favorite scary movie?"
~
I pounded on Sam's door literally BEGGING to be let in Because ghostface is chasing me.  Luckily as soon as Sam heard the name ghostface she slammed the door open and let me in.  Bless her soul.
Sam locked the door and told me to go to the bathroom to hide . I nodded in thanks as I went into her bedroom. It had a large window facing the neighbors apartment and luckily Sam was good "friends" with the man.
I heard a blood curdling scream from the kitchen so I peeked my head out And saw ghostface on top of Sam trying to stab her but Sam was using all of her strength to push the knife away from her face.
I gathered all of my courage and hit ghostface in the back of his head with a potted plant which luckily gave me enough time to bring Sam and Tara into the bathroom with me to hide.
Ghostface started twisting the door handle trying to get it open But that only lasted for a couple seconds as the kind neighbor opened the window because somehow he KNEW ghostface was after us??
He signaled for us to open our window as well so we did and the man put a ladder in between the gap of the two windows.
Sam quickly made it across with no trouble and so did Tara but when it came to me... ghostface already bursted into the room and slashed my arm with his knife.
I quickly got onto the ladder but Ghostface grabbed one end of the ladder and started to aggressively move it while Sam, Tara and Sam's "friend" tried to hold the ladder still.
I let out a loud sob at the thought of death in such a cruel way and I stopped moving.  Ghostface tilted the ladder to the left as soon as my grip loosened  and I fell off.
I quickly tried grabbed onto the nearest surface but I failed.  My loud scream rang through the small alleyway and I felt a stinging pain when my face slammed against the side of a dumpster leaving a crisscross pattern on the right side of my face.
All of my friends had to watch this happen to me.  All of them except ghostface, apparently.  He didn't seem to care as he walked away from the gruesome scene.
As Tara looked down at my corpse laying on the sidewalk below her she Covered her mouth and ran to the nearest garbage bin to throw up into it.
As soon as she finished puking the trio walked downstairs and to the alleyway and Tara immediately ran up to my dead body laying on the concrete and she shook me trying to "wake me up" but deep down she knew I'm dead...
"Please Y/n! Fuck I'm so sorry! I'm sorry for everything I said please... please forgive me!" Tara cried as she clung to me, trying to listen for a heartbeat for some type of closure that I'm still alive but she found none...
"Come on Tara...we have to call the police." Sam pulled her sister away from my corpse while crying some tears of her own.
Tara reluctantly Let herself be separated from me  by her friends as she stared at my lifeless body until the paramedics arrived. She held back her tears all the way until they finally took away my body. Tara watched with bated breath, hoping it wasn't over yet until they placed me in the body bag and rolled me away to the ambulance.

Meeting the Abrams Family
(Gracie Abrams x Reader)
———————————————————
"What if they don't like me?" Y/n asks her girlfriend nervously as she gets ready to meet the brunettes family.
"They're gonna love you. I promise" Gracie replies, walking into the room.
"How do you know?" Y/n walks up to the girl and hides her face in her shoulder.
"I've known them my whole life. I just know" Gracie says as she wraps her arms around the shorter girl, holding her closer.
"You ready to go?" Gracie asks, slowly pulling away.
"Yeah" Y/n replies, voice muffled as she puts her face back in her girlfriend's shoulder before they go to the car.
When Gracie stops the car, she walks to the passenger side and opens the door.
"Aww, how cute" Y/n teases, pecking her girlfriend's cheek.
"Well, I try" Gracie replies as she takes her girlfriend's hand and guides her to the front door before knocking.
"You must be Y/n! Gracie's told us so much about you!" Gracie's mum exclaims when she opens the door, pulling the shorter girl in for a hug.
"It's so nice to meet you!" Y/n says, hugging the older woman back.
"Yeah, I'm here too, you know" Gracie mumbles as she walks inside her house.
"You literally live here. I see you every day" Her mother replies, guiding Y/n into the house. Gracie takes her hand and brings her to the living room where Henry is playing his video game and August is watching TV.
"Are you gonna look up from the screens anytime soon?" Gracie scolds, waiting for her brothers to turn their heads.
"I can hear you just fine this way" Henry replies, not moving.
"I want you to meet someone. This is my girlfriend, Y/n" Gracie says, getting annoyed with her brothers.
"Oh, it's nice to meet you. I can't believe Gracie actually got a girlfriend. Are you with her because of her dog?" Henry teases her sister, standing up and shaking the shorter girls hand.
"Well, he's a big part of it" Y/n joins the teasing.
"Are you gonna marry my sister?" The younger boy asks, walking up to the girls.
"Uh, I dunno. It's a bit early for that" Y/n stammers as the two girls faces turn red.
"I bet Gracie would love that, right?" Henry adds with a smirk.
"Dude, literally shut the fuck up"
"Gracie Madigan! Language!" Katie yells from the kitchen.
"They're egging me on!"
"Boys come help with dinner!" The boys sigh before walking to the kitchen to help their mom.
"Your middle names Madigan? That's so cute!" Y/n exclaims, reaching up to squish her girlfriend's cheeks.
"You're cuter" Gracie replies, pulling the girl closer as she wraps her arms around her waist. The taller girl leans down to place a kiss on her girlfriend's lips only to be stopped by a voice.
"Why are there people kissing in my living room?" A man's voice teases causing the girls to look up.
"Dad! This is Y/n, my girlfriend" Gracie replies as she pulls away to speak to her father.
"Hi, Y/n. I've heard a lot about you" JJ says as he shakes the girls hand.
"You too. It's nice to finally meet you" Y/n replies with a kind smile.
"Anyway, we're gonna go to my room while dinner cooks" Gracie says as she drags her girlfriend away from her father and to her room.
"Finally alone" Gracie sighs, closing her door as Y/n sits on her bed.
"Do you think they like me?"
"Babe, they love you. A lot more than your parents like me" Gracie replies as she sits next to her girlfriend, wrapping her arm around her shoulder.
"They do like you! They just didn't like all the jokes you made about sex.. or that you're with me" Y/n replies.
"Really?" Gracie asks, giving the girl a skeptical look.
"Well, I like you" Y/n pulls the taller girl down to connect their lips as Gracie slowly pushes the girl to lay on the bed as she gets on top of her.
"Jeez! At least close the door next time!" Y/n quickly pulls her hands out of her girlfriend's hair, pushing her away to see as she sees Henry standing by the door.
"I told you not to come near my room!" Gracie exclaims as she glares at her brother for interrupting her moment with her girlfriend.
"Mom wanted me to tell you dinners ready dumbass" Henry replies, walking out of the room as he rolls his eyes at his sister.
"Sorry about him, he's an asshole" Gracie apologises to her girlfriend as she guides her to the dining room.
"Have a good make out?" Henry asks when they get to the dining room.
"At least I can get some-" Gracie counters before she is cut off.
"Stop arguing. We have a guest" JJ speaks as August sets the table, everyone sitting down as he does so.
"So, Y/n, what's your major?" Katie asks as everyone begins eating.
"Oh, I'm a drama major. I've always been pushed towards acting so I didn't really get a choice" Y/n replies as she swallows down the corn on her plate.
"Yeah, well, it suits you well" Gracie teases as she softly rubs her girlfriend's thigh.
"And what's that supposed to mean?" Y/n playfully glares at the brunette.
"Nothing! Just that you're a tiny bit dramatic sometimes" The girls words only make Y/n glare harder.
"Uh oh, looks like Gracie's in the dog house tonight" Henry jokes as he watches the scene.
"Henry stop making inappropriate jokes. August is here" Katie scolds as she smiles at her daughter's silly banter.
"I'm kidding. You're not dramatic. Although before we met, Audrey did make a joke about that so you might wanna talk to her about it" Gracie says as eats her food.
The family makes small talk until Gracie has to drive Y/n back to her apartment.
"It was amazing meeting you all! Thank you so much for having me!" Y/n says as Gracie looks for her keys.
"Of course! You're welcome any time! You're part of our family now" Katie says, pulling the girl in for a hug.
"Alright, I found the keys.. aw, you're having a moment" Gracie says as she walks back into the room.
"I'll see you all next time!" They all say bye before   Y/n gets in the passenger seat of her girlfriend's car.
"You okay? You look a little pale. Babe, they definitely love you. I promise" Gracie asks as she drives.
"No, it's not that" Y/n replies, looking like she's about to puke.
"What is it? Oh, there was corn wasn't there. I'm sorry, I should've told them. Are you okay? Do I need to pull over?" Gracie apologises to her girlfriend.
"No, I'll be fine. Do you wanna stay the night? I want Gracie cuddles" Y/n asks with a grin.
"Obviously! I need morning kisses" Gracie replies as she puts her hand on Y/n's thigh, continuing the drive.

warnings: protective Niki
•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•
It was an early morning at the Park household. your older brother had decided to invite his friends over for breakfast before their shoot later in the day.
“Sunghoon hyung, where is Y/N?” Sunoo suddenly asked, causing all of the boys to stop eating and look up at him. Riki furrows his eyebrows slightly, causing Jake, who was sitting next to him to stifle a laugh.
“I think she’s still getting ready, why?” Sunghoon says, curious as to why Sunoo wants to talk to you. It’s not that you aren’t close to Sunoo, its just Sunoo rarely ever asks for you.
“our manager asked me to talk to her, you know that they’ve been scouting out Y/N for a while now. and it just so happens that theres been an opening in a new female modeling group and they want Y/N.” Sunoo explains, taking out his phone to show them a few messages between him and the manager. Riki’s eyes widen but he soon smiles at the thought of you becoming a model. you had once mentioned to him how you thought it was cool and even thought of becoming one someday, he obviously supported you and even encouraged you to talk to their managers about it.
“wait why’d they tell you and not me? Y/N is literally my sister!” Sunghoon says with furrowed brows while all the other boys laugh.
“should I go talk to her now or just wait?” Sunoo asks as he shoves his phone into his pocket.
“you can go ask, just make sure to knock.” Sunghoon replies as he looks away and continues eating. with that Sunoo exits the dining room and makes his way up the stairs towards your room.
*knock knock* “Y/N?? are you in there?” you hear a voice say from outside, you smile slightly at the voice before saying
“yeah Sunnie, I’m here! what do you need?” you yell back before putting down whatever you were doing and getting up to walk to the door, a smile on your face as you look up at Sunoo.
“can you come downstairs really quickly? I’ve got something to tell you.” he says, returning the smile as he gestures towards the stairs.
“sure??” you say, kinda skeptical as to why he wants you to go downstairs.
you two make your way down the stairs and into the kitchen while just talking about school, you mentioned how a bunch of people were getting on you for how all of Enhypen follows you on social media.
“so,, what’d you want to tell me?” you ask as the two of you enter the kitchen, Sunoo only smiles in response.
“okay why are you smiling like that?” you ask, making a weird face at him. you turn to the other boys to ask them, but all of them are smiling at you too.
“Y/N, you’re not going to believe this…” He starts off slowly, taking his phone out of his pocket.
“one of HYBE’s new branches is putting together a new female modeling group and they want you.” your jaw drops at this, you literally feel your heart stop. “earth to Y/N?” he says, waving his hand in front of your eyes. slowly, you turn around and look to all of the boys at the table your jaw still wide open.
“Is he serious?” you ask, still in shock. Sunghoon nods with a smile on his face which causes your eyes to go even wider before you turn around and look at Sunoo again.
“you’re being for real right now?” you ask, almost doubting him.
“I’m being so for real.” he says, assuring you.
“oh my god… oh my god..! oh my god!!” you yell, finally processing that HYBE, one of the biggest agencies in Korea wants you in their new group. you run up to ,Riki who was already standing up with his arms open for a hug and jump into his arms with a wide smile on his face. little did you know as the two of you were hugging, that all of the boys were giving Riki a thumbs up.
“alright alright thats enough you two.” Sunghoon says as the pushes the both of you apart, causing everyone to laugh.
“oh my god I have to text the girls!” you say, scrambling around find your phone.
“you’re going to have to text them later, we’ve got to go.” Sunghoon says, gathering all of the plates off of the table and placing them into the sink.
“come on Y/N, you can text them in the car.” Riki says as he grabs his jacket, handing it to you.
“fine…” you say as you all make your way to the door.

“so Y/N, are you excited?” Heeseung asks you, looking at you through the mirror.
“yeah, I’m also a bit nervous though.” you laugh as you place your phone down in your lap.
“you’ve seen how we do things tons of times before, I’m sure you’ll do great!” Jake reassures you with a comforting smile on his face.
“yeah and you’ve been waiting for this for so long! you’re going to do amazing!” Riki says as he punches you in the arm softly, a soft smile on his face.
“I bet you and Sunghoon are gonna be like icons or something! like ‘the Park siblings of HYBE!’ it’d be so cool!” Jungwon says, imagining how much the agency would grow and how popular you and Sunghoon would become.
“oh Y/N, do you have anyone in mind who you’d want to be in a group alongside you? the mangers are really chill and if you have a recommendation or something they’ll definitely look into it.” Jay says, turning to look at you. your eyes light up when you hear that and a small smile grows on your face.
“yeah actually I do! you know my friends? Minji, Hanni, Haerin, Hyein and Danielle? I feel like they’d be really good models!” you said, to which Jay nods.
“I’ve met them before, I think they’d do well. you should definitely bring it up to our managers, they’ll look into it for sure.” Sunghoon says as he scrolls mindlessly on his phone.
•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•
a few hours passed, you finished taking your headshots and signed a contract so that you’re officially apart of the HYBE model agency. you were also sure to mention your friends as recommendations for the other members in the group and much to your liking, they said to let them now and have them come over right now. you immediately took out your phone and texted them before bowing to the managers and exiting the room.

“hi!” you said excitedly as you watched the five girls enter, quickly running up to hug them.
“y/nnie! how’ve you been?” hanni asks with a smile as he pulls away from the hug and places her arms on your shoulders.
“hanni what are you? my mom?” you say sarcastically as the girls laugh and hanni rolls her eyes playfully.
“oh shut up!” she says as she removes her arms from your shoulders and flicks your forehead.
“alright follow me, I’ve got take you to the managers so they can talk to you!” you say as you point over your shoulder.
“lets go!” Danielle says excitedly as she grabs onto your arm, causing you to stumble over a bit.
“yah be careful! don’t make her fall!” you hear Minji say which makes you laugh and danielle whine a bit.
“where’s your brother right now?” Hanni asks as she looks around the unfamiliar building.
“he’s getting his makeup done with the others. I can take you all to say hi later, if you’d like.” you offer, to which they all shake their heads as a no. the six of you continue to walk through the building until you make it to some sort of office room.
“alright so all you’re gonna do once your in there is hand them your headshots, which I already have in my bag—“ Hanni cuts you off, “why do you already have our headshots?” she says which causes the girls to laugh.
“I knew I had to come prepared! now let me finish, so you’re going to give them your headshots, as well as your names, ages and then they’ll have you sign a contract so that you’re officially under the HYBE model agency!” you say as you dig through your bag, taking out their headshots as well as papers with their clothing measurements.
“thank god we prepared these before hand, and thank god you brought them with you!” danielle says as she takes hers from you, flipping through it briefly.
“I know right! now you all go in there, we don’t have all day y’know!” you say sarcastically as you open the door and usher them all in.

Dot having a baby sister makes me so sad for teenage Dot. If she struggles with her brothers her sister must be worse. She definitely feels replace 🥺 I hope eventually Dot realizes how much Rooster loves her.
Warnings: under age drinking? Terms of Endearment Masterlist
Dot has two siblings. Riley Carole Bradshaw & Nickolas Jacob Bradshaw. But let's get into it, shall we?
Dots so rebellious in her teenage years. Especially around the time she’s sixteen boarding on twenty one. She’s dealing with an identity crisis, doesn’t know who she is or wants to be and that comes out in the form of her teenage angst. Where she believes everyone in the world is against her and that nobody understands what it’s like to be her.
“I wanna go see dad—“ Odette is barking at you one morning while you’re getting ready for work, making Nick his sandwich and packing his fruit snacks into his lunchbox.
“He’s literally out the back in the shed Dot—“ You don’t register what your oldest is saying to you until she metaphorically backhands Bradley Bradshaw so hard you know he feels the sting in his heart from the tool shed.
“Not Bradley—my real dad? The one in prison?” You’re freezing in your place, the knife covered in peanut butter in your hand nearly breaks the slice of bread in half as you feel every muscle in your body tense.
“No.” You answer sharply, shaking off the fear you felt radiating under your skin. Even after all these years Jaidyn Dolan still had a power over you. He scared the ever living Christ out of you. “End of story—no.”
“But why not? I mean, it’s not like you ever talk ab—“ Just as Bradley is making his way into the house via the back door, he hears you raise your voice to an octave he hardly ever hears you reach.
“I said no Odette!! For once will you just listen to me when I tell you no!!?” The whole house falls silent and Dot is just looking at you like she hardly knew you. “Christ! That man has never been a part of your life and he never will be! Do you hear what I’m telling you?” Bradley can see the pain in your eyes, he knows that even still to this day you can’t talk about it—any of it. He knows you and Odette have been on the rocks the past couple of months, to no fault of your own. It’s just teenage angst:
“Loud and clear Commander.” Odette sasses you as she grabs her lunch bag, rolls her eyes and walks right past Bradley who’s just standing in the archway that separates the kitchen and living room. “Bye—“ He watches her open and slam the front door with the force of a thousand suns. Flinching as the sound of the door hitting the frame echoes throughout the house.
“What the hell was that?” Roosters asks as he looks over his shoulder at Riley who’s just standing there bewildered at the way her mother had just yelled at her older sister. Frowning a weird expression at his middle child who shrugs her shoulders back at him. “Fe?”
“Dot wants to go see Jaidyn in jail—“ Is all you say without looking up at your husband. “She’s not going, end of story—“
Bradley doesn’t reply. He simply processes what you just said and sighs. He takes a few strides over to where you’re busy taking out your anger on the piece of white bread that’s now full of holes and covered in peanut butter. Bradley stands behind you, he slowly but surely reaches out to take the butter knife from your hand and kisses your cheek softly. Watching as you whisper out a sob and cup your hand over your mouth.
“I’m not telling you what to do here honey, but maybe if she knew—“
“I can’t tell her Rooster.” You turned around into Bradley’s chest, hiding your face in his shoulder. “I just can't.” Bradley understands, he still has nightmares from time to time about everything that happened. He’s woken up with sweat covering his entire body after tossing and turning, dreaming about what could have been if he didn't get to you. He understands.
“Alright, well, we’re just gonna have to keep managing this phase she's going through.”
Which you do. For about two days before you can't take the silent treatment any longer. You can't take the disgruntled looks Dot sends you from across the dinner table, the way she looks at Bradley like he didn't raise her since she was two, like he wasn't her father. Instead a stranger sitting across from her pretending to be someone to her that he wasn't.
“Odette honey will you come here please?” You call out from the living room, Dot just rolls her eyes when she hears you calling for her. She’d been grabbing a drink from the fridge.
“Yeah mum?”
“I want you to look at these two pieces of paper for me.” You don't even look at your daughter as she walks closer to the coffee table that has two pieces of paper sitting side by side on top of it. You're watching old reruns of Gilmore Girls and Dot thinks you're just being a bitch with the whole not being able to look her in the eyes bullshit. But what Odette doesn't know is that if you look at her, you’re gonna break down. So you don't bother. “One of those pieces of paper is termination of parental rights form.” You explain softly. “Signed by Jaidyn Dolan himself.”
Dot just stared at the document that had her biological dads signature on it, his name in print above it.
“The one next to it is an adoption form, a legal guardianship form that Bradley signed the day after Jaidyn signed all his rights away.” You tried so hard to hide your tears in the glow of the TV. Tried to silence the voices you heard inside you heard that you couldn't turn off. The screams, the pleading and the begging. “You want to go see the man who signed his rights away so be it sweetheart, but I need you to know he’ll never be your dad and he won't ever be your father and he never was to begin with.”
“Will you take me?” Is all Dot asks as she barely looks at the paperwork. “To see dad?” It kills you whenever she calls Jaidyn her dad, whatever identity you hope Odette finds you hope it's soon and hope it's quick because you can't take the pain of the knife she's slowly twisting into your heart.
“No baby I won't.” You finally turn to face your daughter, Dot sees the tears in your eyes and wonders why you're crying, but she doesn't bother to ask. “And don't bother asking your father because he’s not taking you either, and Uncle Jake said he’d rather be arrested again than take you anywhere near him.” Dot frowns at the work again in that sentence, like she missed the story about the first time uncle Jake was arrested. “But your aunt Amilia said she will.”
“Why won’t uncle Jake take me either?” Dot asked just above a whisper as she watched you wipe your tears away, collecting the documents you needed to keep safe incase of an emergency. Copied twice with one set being kept safely in Jake Seresin personal study as well as your own.
“Because he knows if he's let anywhere near him he’ll kill him, Dotty.” You explain, leaving it at that before your looking at your oldest daughter, hardly recognising her. “Look, I dont wanna have this conversation again, so if you must go see him, by all means do so, but don't tell me about it when you do, because me and your father dont wanna know about it.”
So Dot doesn't talk about it again. She never mentions it. She just keeps on keeping on with her bad attitude and her teenage angst. Until you get a message from Jake saying that Dots just left with Amelia to head up to the jail. Jake loved his wife to death but he hated that she’d offered to take Dot. he was seething.
“This just isn't gonna go well Fe.”
“I know.” You cried. Completely and utterly distressed while you sat on the floor in the shower in all your clothes, fighting off a full blown panic attack while the kids and Bradley were out. “I know but I can't not stop her from going.”
***~***~***~***~***~***~***~
It's about an hour's drive. And the entire Time Dots’ palms were sweating. She had so many questions that needed answering. She can't remember Jaidyn or what he looked like, but when she sees him being led out in his orange jump suit in handcuffs? Her heart sinks into her stomach. Maybe this was a bad idea after all. It just became glaring obvious that her father was a criminal.
“Odette Bradshaw.” Jaidyn is smiling ear to ear when he sits down across from his daughter for the first time since she was two. A total of forteen years had passed. “So, your mother did end up marrying him huh.” It made Jaidyn so mad to know he’d lost.
“Yeah, I guess she did, hi dad.” Dot had dreamed of this day, she’d always wondered what her real dad was like, what he’d done to end up in prison. Braldey always responded with ‘He’s just not a good man Dotty’ which never gave her much to work with.
“Hi baby, god look how much you've grown hey?” He wore a maniacal smile that for a second, creeped Dot out as she sat across from the man who had helped you create her. “I wish I was around to see you grow up, kid.” It was a lie, Jaidyn wished Odette was dead. But something inside him told him that you would have hated the fact she was here with him right now. “But your mother ran off with you when you were only two, took me ages to find you and when I did she’d already started dating–” Jaidyn pretended to forget Bradley's name. So Dot filled in the blanks. Falling into the trap so easily because she was so utterly desperate to find out who she was.
“Bradley, she’d already started seeing Bradley.”
“That's his name!” Jaidyn just smiled, overly ecstatic. “Yeah, wouldn't let me see you at all.” There's a silence between the pair of them as they sit in the monitored room with guards watching Jaidyn like a hawk, because they know what he tried to do to the little girl Dot used to be. But she's none the wiser thanks to you.
“Dad, why did you sign your rights away?” Odette asked, leaning in as she spoke a little quieter because it felt illegal to question it. “Did you not want me? Or–”
“I was made to, your mother made me sweetheart, she wanted a life with that Bradley fellow and she forced me to sign those papers. She didn't want me involved with your life and I regret not fighting harder for you.”
“But why are you in prison?”
“I was set up for something I didn't do sweetheart, but I think you should ask your mum about that. If you don't know why I'm here then I guess she hasn't told you the whole story.” But as Dot shook her head, Jaidyn knew he had her hook line and sinker–
And he had one final chance to fuck with you.
***~***~***~***~***~***~***~
It's quiet in the car ride back home between Odette and her aunty Amilia. Dots hit her boiling point, she feels so utterly betrayed. She's sitting in the passenger's seat with her arms crossed looking out the window to hide the fact her bottom lip is quivering.
She always knew you were hiding something but she never thought what you were hiding was that you’d set her dad up and forced him to sign his parental rights away.
“Can you please keep the car running please?” Dot asked under her breath as she undid her seatbelt. Amilia just puts the car in neutral as she nods silently, sending her niece a soft smile of sympathy. Waiting for her to get out and march up to the house she couldn't stand to be in for a second longer with parents who’d lied to her her entire life.
“Hey honey–” Amilia is greeting her husband over the phone. “I think Odette is coming back to stay with us tonight.”
“I'm gonna tear that little pipsqueak a new one if she doesn't pull her bloody head in with all this crap baby.” Jakes pacing up and down the back deck back at home. He’s got a folder in his hand that explains everything. Jaidyns case file. The one that exposed you as the one thing you wanted to keep a secret from your daughter.
That you were a victim of domestic abuse and attempted murder.
“I said this wouldn't go well.” Amilia is taken aback when she hears shouting coming from inside the Bradshaw household. It's so loud that even Jake hears it on the other end of the line. “Holy fuck was that Dot?”
“I think it was–but I can't be sure.” Amilia frowns. Deciding to stay in the car and wait for Odette to make her less than gracious return.
“Dotty! Hey can you braid my hair for school tomorro–'' Riley is asking as Dot bursts through the front door, Odette just shoves at her younger sister till she's stumbling back. Dropping the brush she held out for Dot.
“YOU LIED TO ME!! ABOUT EVERYTHING!” Odette is shouting at the top of her lungs. You just stare back at her with wide eyes as Nick, your eight year old, turns around to look at his older sister in complete shock from the spot on the floor in the living room he’d been playing his xbox at. YOU SAID HE DIDN'T WANT ME BUT HE DID!”
“Honey, let's talk okay?” You try to reason with Odette as you take a step towards her, but all she does is shake her head as tears stream down her cheeks, stepping away from you to keep the distance between you. “Dot–?”
“He told me that you took me from him, and when he finally found you after you ran away! That you'd already started dating Bradley!”
“Who'd you take Odette from mum?” Nick is asking as he stood from where he’d been sitting on the ground. Dot just scoffs at you, watching as your eyes begin to fill with tears. You're shaking, so afraid of losing your daughter because you’d been too afraid to just own up and tell her the truth about it all, about everything her father did to you.
“My real dad!” It's at this point Bradley is racing down the stairs after hearing Dot go off. He’s still putting a shirt over his head as he misses the last step. Slipping and stumbling before catching himself not so gracefully. “Because dad over here–” Dot spits in Bradley's direction as Riley and Nick look his way. “ISN'T MY REAL DAD!”
It's the first time Nick and Riley ever hear that Bradley isn't Odette's biological dad and in the heavy silence that follows, they both erupt into tears. Not understanding what's happening and it breaks your heart. Your little family is being torn apart by a man you hadnt been in over forteen fucking years.
“He’s a fake and a phoney and forced my real dad to sign his parental rights away because mum wanted to hurt him.”
“That's enough young lady–” Bradley is squaring his shoulders and pointing a finger Dot's way. “You don't know a single thing about any of this–” Bradley doesnt want to raise his voice, he doesn't want to scare his children but the way he wanted to storm out the front door right now, grab Jake and storm that prison just to get rid of that son of a bitch once and for all was consuming him entirely. “You don't get to speak to your mother that way, or me.”
“Dad told me what you did to him!” Dots laughing at Bradley and in that moment you swear you see Jaidyn all over her sixteen year old face. “That you almost killed him and yet he’s the one rotting in prison for the rest of his life!” Bradley doesnt know what to say when he looks over at you with panic in his eyes, watching his son hug his mama because you're crying, watching as Riley stands clear away from everyone because she doesn't understand what's going on. “I hate you and I hate mum and I know everything I need to know to understand that you both lied to me for sixteen years–!” Odette steps towards Braldey who's still standing in the way of the stairs. “I'm going to get my stuff, I'm going to Uncle Jakes.”
“Uncle Jake won’t put up with your attitude Odette.” Bradley hisses, stepping aside to watch his daughter stomp up the stairs.
“I dont care, at least he won’t fucking lie to me like you two did.”
***~***~***~***~***~***~***~
Jakes irate when his wife, Amilia Fisher-Seresin and his spawn of satan niece Odette Lillian Bradsahw are pulling up in the driveway. But, he's going to be the bigger person in all of this chaos. Jake knew why you didn't want to tell Dot about everything that happened–but he was going to because if he didnt? He was afraid that Dot would never quit this behaviour, this totally unreasonable moody teenage melodrama she’d been living in for the past two years.
Someone had to tell her to pull her fucking head in, and if she wasn’t about to listen to you or Bradley? like fuck was she about to not about to sit and listen to every word her dear old Uncle Jake had to say.
Jakes sitting on the front veranda when Dot steps out of his wifes black suzuki swift, Dot catches his gaze the second she's throwing her overnight bag over her slumped shoulders. He's got a six pack of Budweiser next to him, a bowl of salt and vinegar chips and a cream coloured folder that's full of all your deepest darkest secrets.
Dot trudges her way over to Jake as Amilia stops to give her husband a kiss before leaving him to be the person Odette needed right now. A friend, someone to loop her in on the situation.
“Before you yell at me for yelling at mum, just know, I don't care.” Dot mumbles as she drops her bag and plops down beside Jake. He doesn't say anything, but the corner of his lip turns upright into a barely there smirk. It vanishes seconds after when he realises what he's about to do. You might end up hating him for this, but then again, what are brothers for?
“Grab a beer.” Jake reaches down to grab his own, twisting the top off before taking a sip, sighing as his back hits the back of the cushiony lounge that sits perched on the veranda. “Go on–”
“I’m sixteen–” Dot’s still trying to pass herself off as the goody goody niece. But Jake cuts her off before she can get too far along with it.
“Shut the fuck up kid, Roosters told me you’ve smoked pot together on the roof, I’m not stupid, I know you drink–” Jakes trusting a sixteen year old girl to not throw his ass under the bus and tell the authorities on him for providing a minor with alcohol. He could lose his job for this if he was found out. But as he takes another sip, he watches as Dot leans forwards–grabs the beer bottle, and cracks the top off on the side of the small table that's holding the bowl of chips like a pro. She’d done this a million times before.
“Did Rooster also tell you that he almost killed my dad?” Dot mumbles as her lips press against the dark glass of the beer she holds up. That's Jake's cue. He sits up, picks up the cream folder and hands it over to Dot. “What's this?”
“Everything you’ll ever need to know about that dickhead you've been calling your real dad for the last couple of months when your dad’s been standing right in front of you.” Jake explains with a solemn tone. “You’re pissed because you think your mum hasn’t been telling you the truth, but that's not true–she hasn't been lying to you Dot, but she's too scared to tell you the whole truth because she thinks you’ll think she's weak.”
“Mums a lot of things but being weak isn’t one of them.” Dot snickers, taking a sip before she's putting her beer down on the table, sitting back and opening the folder. Her eyes scan the photos that fall out into her lap. There's pictures of you, battered and bruised. There's pictures of Bradley, beaten half to death. And there's a photo of Dot, being held in Jake's arms in a towel, soaking wet, it looks like she's screaming in the picture. “What are these?”
“Jaidyn Dolan is in jail for assault and battery, murder, attempted murder and commision of domestic violence in the presence of a child.” Jake Seresin had memorised those charges ever since he’d first heard them. It was like a lullaby to him nowadays. Those words soothed his soul to repeat, hell he wanted to engrave them on a plaque somewhere just to commemorate the momentous day that was Jaidyns sentencing. “Should be a lot more but that's just the charges they could get him on while he was in North Island, none of that accounts for the fact he used to be your mother black and blue when she was pregnant with you, the daughter he actually asked her to abort.”
“Why has mum not told me any of this?” Dot asked, completely stunned as she trailed her fingertips over the picture of your younger self, she hardly recognised you.
“Like I said honey–” Jake sighed, taking a sip of his beer as he pushed his hair from his face. “She didn't want you to feel sorry for her, she didn't want to and still doesn't want to be seen as weak.”
“He said Brad dad tried to kill him? Is that true?” Dot asked as she turned her attention to the report, reading bits and pieces of the faithful night that made her want to throw up.
“Dadliey did.” Jake confirmed. “But only after Jaidyn tried to kill you.”
Dot sat with her Uncle for about three hours, reading, listening, crying because she knew she broke your heart by even asking to go see that awful man who’d used her to get to you just one final time. The final twist in the metaphorical knife that would let you know he won. He was always going to win.
“Holy shit I need to go home and apologise–” Dot sobbed as she whipped her tears, she’d had three beers by the time her deep and meaningful with Uncle Jake was over. “I need to go ho-home.” When Odette went to stand, she stumbled forward, unable to use her legs to support the eight of the world that had come crashing down around her. God she’d been such a dick to you, to Bradley. All you ever did was love her, protect her, and she'd just been throwing all that back in your face.
Jake just sighed, watching as Odette cried her heart out on his veranda, crouching down beside her to rub small circles against her back.
“I think you should give your parents some space for the night Dot, post up in the spare room, think about how much crap you've given them over the last few months, and when you do go home tomorrow, you can hash it out with them with a clear head.”
“They’re gonna hate me forever.” Dot cried as she fell into her Uncle's chest. Jake just held her in his arms as she did, letting her let it all out in a safe environment. “Oh my god poor mum–!”
“Please for the love of god dont say poor mum to your mother kid she’ll have me castrated on site.” Jake chuckles as he kissed his niece's forehead. “And no darlin, they could never ever hate you.”
***~***~***~***~***~***~***~
When Dot does arrive home the next day, Jake is dropping her off with a hangover that makes him question his own morals. Odettes almost as bad as Jake, she's wearing sunglasses because the suns far too bright and her head is pounding like crazy.
“Hey Dot?” Jake's groaning, letting his head rest against the steering wheel of his wifes swift.
“Yeah?”
“Start pulling your head in before I shove my foot so far up your ass you’ll taste my shoe.”
“On it–” Dots groaning back, she feels like death. But the self pity drinking she’d done with her Uncle late into the night wasn't going to help her now when she had to face her parents. So, she's fronting a brave face, dragging her feet through the threshold of the front door and into an eerily silent home she wasn't used to. She spots Riley at the dining table doing her homework. “Where is everyone?”
“Nicks at soccer practice, it's Monday.” Riley doesn't even look up from what she's doing. “Not that you'd care anywhere, dad and I just got back from the beach because the swell was up.”
“What about mum?” Dot mumbles as she drops her stuff, heading in the direction of the stairs. Riley just sighs, she's still mad at her older sister for making you cry.
“Mums been in bed all day.” Guess Uncle Jake wasn't the only one who called in for a sick day. “Dad said she just needed a day to be by herself.”
“Seems fair enough—“ Is all Dot manages to mumble as Riley looks at her like she doesn’t know who her sister is anymore.
“Hey Odette?”
“Hmm?” Dot looked over her shoulder.
“Dad told me and Nick last night you have a different dad than us.” Riley confessed as she stood up from her spot at the dining table, collecting her work before she made her way over to the staircase that Dot had already started walking up. “And if you’re gonna keep treating him like he hasn’t been the best dad ever then I’m glad you aren’t really his.” Dot’s stunned to hear her twelve year old sister say something so confronting, but she knows she deserves it.
“Thanks Rils, I’m sorry—“
“Don’t say you're sorry to me.” Riley sighs, stomping up the stairs with her homework. “Say you’re sorry to mum and dad.”
Which is what Odette does. But it’s not an easy feat. She knocks on your bedroom door and there’s no answer. When she pushed the door open slowly? Odette is met with a darkness she’s never really seen your room shrouded in before. You and Bradley always seemed to have the curtains drawn—but right now? Dots stepping into your depression pit. Finding you still in your pyjamas, in the middle of the bed laying on your side, still teary eyed and full of sadness because this all could have been avoided if you’d just stuck to your guns and told her no. Or told her the truth for that matter.
“Mum?” Bradley’s in the bathroom trimming his moustache, he can hear Dot talking apprehensively before she shuts the door behind her. “Mum, can I talk to you for a minute?”
Bradley’s heart breaks a little more inside his chest when he doesn’t hear you answer, he hadn’t seen you like this since right after everything happened. The version of you who laid in the middle of the bed without speaking a peep all day was the same version of you Bradley Bradshaw first met when he came face to face with you in the threshold of Jake Seresin home when he’d come to check on him. The broken version.
“I spoke with Uncle Jake—“ Oh fuck this can’t be good. Bradley thought to himself as Dot crawled up the bed into your arms. Nuzzling into you as Bradley stepped out of the bathroom with a towel slung low on his hips and a half shaved moustache. “He told me everything, about what happened—“
And with that you're bursting into tears, Bradley dips a knee on the bed as he leans in to hold you, but all you do is hold onto Odette a little tight as she cries with you too, hiding her head in your chest.
“I’m so sorry—“ You sob, kissing her forehead. “I never wanted you to have to know.”
“No I’m glad I know, I’m so fucking sorry mum, dad—“
“You’re so grounded—“ You chuckle out through a whimper, still kissing Dot's cheek. “Like forever.” All Odette does is hug you tighter, accepting her punishment without a single complaint.
“I expected that.”

Pest Eddie x pest reader :)
Eddie is obviously a pest, like we’ve talked about before
But y/n on the other hand
Well, basically Eddie’s twin
Poking at his ass while he lays next to her, making little jokes about pegging him and he just turns to look at her with wide eyes “stay away from my ass”
But he of course does appreciate a little slap to his ass though
Slow motion punching him in the face when he does something stupid
Barging in on him when he’s peeing and walking up to him “can I hold it?”
“Get out?!”
Y/n calls him in the middle of the night, wakes him up in a panic “Eddie! Eddie! Oh my god!”
“What?! are you dying?!”
“I can’t sleep.”
“Jesus Christ, Y/n! I was sleeping! I was sleeping good, too!”
“I don’t care.”
“What do you want?”
“I said I couldn’t sleep! Are you not coming over?!”
“No!”
“Why?!”
“Because it’s late!”
“Whatever. Don’t bother coming over this weekend then.”
“Oh fine but I fucking hate you.”
He will just walk into her room absolutely uninvited and start jumping on her bed “come on! I’m bored! Come out with me! We can rent a movie or something? Come smoke a joint with me.”
And when they are smoking together y/n blows the smoke in his face just to annoy him since he’s playing his guitar
And if he annoys her too much he will take the joint away from her and not pass it back to her
Omg
Anytime her head is even close to his lap he’s instantly moaning loudly and extremely dramatically
He’ll do it randomly when they are having a movie night and she gets sleep so she rests her head in his lap but all of a sudden he’s moaning
Then she grabs a newspaper and swats him in the head with it
And sometimes she babies him, and he actually hates it, because she can hardly ever be serious about it
Cradling his head to her chest “my little baby you’re so cute.” Kissing his head and pinching his cheeks “I’m literally older than you you’re so stupid leave me alone 🙄”
“Well, if you would’ve graduated on time!”
“What does that have to do with anything?!”
“Well, we would’ve never met and I wouldn’t have to deal with you.”
And she steals his clothes 24/7
He calls her anytime anything is missing because he knows Y/n had to have taken it
“Do you have my pair of boxers?”
“Be more specific shitface. What pair?”
“My green and blue plaid ones, idiot. Why are you taking my damn boxers?”
“Cause they are comfortable.”
“Give then back”
“No”
“Give then back!”
“You can go commando.”
“You go commando”
“Don’t ever say that to a lady”
“Come on y/n give me my boxers”
“Fine! I won’t wash them either so you can sniff them or whatever you do in your free time you creep”
And sometimes when she comes back home from a shift at work or school bc Eddie skipped that day she walks in to see him nosing in all of her clothes, one of her shirt on, one of her pairs of nice panties over his jeans, putting some of her hair products in his while he lathers on her lotions and such
She just stands there so confused “how the fuck did you even get in my room Eddie?”
“I climbed through your kitchen window”
He calls her kid just to annoy her
“I’m two years younger than you don’t act like in your little sister or something”
“I wouldn’t be sleeping with my sister”
“Why would you even say that…”
And when they are all lovey dovey of course one of them has to get annoying
If they are cuddling Eddie has to slip his ice cold hands down her bra to hear her shriek
And if they are kissing y/n bites his tongue and he pulls away with a yelp “what the fuck would you do that for?!”
“My thoughts took over and I couldn’t stop it. It all happened so fast!”
And when y/n is riding him sometimes he just lets out a very long yell
Like it’s obviously forced and nothing that sounds pretty
It’s just “ahhhhhh!” And then he’s back into it like nothing happened
“Don’t ever do that again or we’re never having sex ever again”
He of course does it again
Or some stupid shit “yeah! Get it baby!” absolutely so unserious
When y/n gives him blowjobs she always jokingly fake bites his dick just to make him nervous
And he will come out of his room where she is sat on the couch just to be wearing her panties on his head as if it was some fashionable headband
Or if he needs to tie his hair up he used her panties
Before he eats her out he grabs her panties from the floor and ties up his hair with it “got to make sure it doesn’t get in the way”
Or before he eats her out he grabs one of the random fast food napkins from a leftover bag he had sitting on the floor, tucks it in the collar of his shirt and mumble “dinner is served”
Eddie would act like he’s going to press a kiss to her cheek or nibble at her ear and he just opens his mouth and puts her whole ear in his mouth
He does the same with her nose
She does that with his fingers, acting like she’s going to suck his fingers
And of course he gets a little excited because he’s thinking it will lead to something else but she just bites down on them
“Oh my god?! Are you fucking hungry or something?! There’s cereal in the kitchen.”
And they fake fight allllll the time
Either fake fighting each other with softly punching each other
Or just arguing
Saying the most random stupid shit
“Oh shut up your the reason I haven’t graduated”
“Well this is like your tenth try!”
“I’m going to kill you, asshole”
“I’d like to see you try idiot. You can’t even walk five feet without tripping over your on big ass feet”
“Well you know what they say about big feet!”
But when they aren’t annoying the shit out of each other they are disgusting
It doesn’t matter who they are with if they are in a group they are in the corner of the room sucking face
So that couple that has to sit on the same side of the booth just so they can cuddle into each other
If they are talking to each other and someone tires to talk to both of them or either of them they are too sucked in to each other to hear anyone else
Okay my brain is kind of mush so that’s all the thoughts I have
Let me know yours

non-idol!ahn yujin x kim!reader
WARNINGS ; n/a
Tumblr media
yujin was pretty sure she had been in love with you since she had met you back in the summer before eighth grade.
she was friends with a lot of older girls when she was younger. most of them babied her like she was their own child, some of them even integrating her into their family due to how often they would see each other because of their activities.
that's how she met you.
you were chaewon's little sister, and it had been the middle of august. she had just gotten back from her soccer practice when chaewon had told her the girls were sleeping over at her house, and that yujin should come despite being 'a literal child who has yet to form thoughts'.
yujin glared at the shorter girl.
still, yujin agreed, not wanting to pass on the opportunity to hang out with her (basically) older sisters (plus wonyoung).
chaewon and yujin had gotten to their house first, and when yujin entered, part of her was sure she had met an angel.
you turned around to hear when the door open, your eyes immediately meeting yujin's. you sent her a curious look. she had been the one on the field that usually got scolded for tripping her members as they walked on. you remembered it clearly.
besides, her face was hard to forget.
"she's my little sister." chaewon pointed at you. "say hi, y/n."
you frowned and shook your head. "no."
chaewon glared at you, turning back to yujin with a smile. "sorry, she's going through puberty."
you scoffed, your eyes tearing away from yujin's as you turned your head to the kitchen.
"mom!" you yelled as loud as you could, your voice echoing throughout the house. "unnie said she wanted me to die!"
"you bit–"
"chaewon!"
"i didn't!" she whined, throwing the soccer ball in her hand at the back of your head. "i seriously hate you."
you stuck your tongue out.
yujin felt herself getting dragged away as her eyes locked onto your figure. she didn't know who you were back then, but she would do everything in her power to get closer to you.
Tumblr media
yujin saw you at every single club game the following year.
the shift was noticable. she had found herself becoming more serious on the field, no longer having the playful energy that she once carried. instead, she found herself wanting to be the star of the show, at least for the shows that you watched. even their assistant coach, kwon eunbi, had commended yujin for her drastic change.
still, she didn't talk to you until she found you waiting outside of the changing room in one of their many games during spring break, waiting for chaewon.
she didn't notice you, not until you called out to her.
"oh." she heard from beside her, her heart nearly stopping. "your unnie's friend."
she frowned, upset at the fact that you didn't know her name. "my name's yujin."
"you look young." you observed, looking her up and down. yujin was sure her heart was beating faster than it had ever had. "aren't you prehistoric like unnie?"
her face twitched into a smile. "i was born in 2003."
"you're only a year older than me?" you looked at her, shocked. "why are you hanging out with unnie then? shouldn't you be hanging out with people your age?"
"i don't really have friends my age." she explained, slightly blushing at her confession. "besides, we're on the same team."
"ew." yujin watched as your nose scrunched up. "sports."
the older girl found herself walking towards you. "you don't like sports?"
she stood beside you, leaning on the wall as you looked at her with curious eyes. she brushed her hair out of her face, hoping that she didn't seem to nervous.
yujin was sure that was when you smiled at her for the first time.
"no." you shook your head, your smile still intact as she watched you closely. a light blush dusted your face. "i like acting, like plays on broadway."
"oh." yujin nodded, not really sure what that was. "what's your favourite?"
"i really like hamilton but that's basic." you shrugged, turning to her. "probably phantom of the opera. i really like that one too."
she blinked. "oh."
yujin heard you laugh, and she swore she would do whatever it took to hear it again.
"you should come over and watch it with me sometime." you whispered, fiddling with the hem of your shirt. "unnie would be distracted with yena-unnie anyways."
yujin nodded. "okay."
you smiled at her once more. your sister's friends never really cared about your interests, not in the way they cared about chaewon's.
so when yujin had agreed to hang out with you, you had nearly combusted right then and there. you didn't know why, but it made you happy.
you looked at yujin, watching as she took a sip from her green gatorade bottle.
you smiled.
Tumblr media
you and yujin had gotten close, closer than the both of you expected.
you had spent the entirety of your junior high experience either in school, sleeping, eating or hanging out with yujin, so much so that the older girl had her own drawer in you room filled with clothes just incase she had stayed there for the night.
at first, chaewon was irritated that you had stolen her friend away from her, but after realizing (i.e. out right telling her) that you saw yujin as more than 'just a friend' she calmed down.
she just went to teasing you.
now, here you were standing at the front of your house, waiting for yujin as chaewon smothered you with hugs.
"look at you." chaewon felt tears in her eyes. "you're in high school now. my baby sister is so old."
you rolled your eyes. sometimes you wondered if she was the one with the professional acting classes.
you pulled away. "shut up, you skeleton."
chaewon glared up at you, crossing her arms over her 'SNU' sweater.
"i'm still older." she threatened, shaking a balled fist in the air. "one strong punch and i'll have you bleeding from your nose like a water fountain."
you leaned your face down at your now shorter sister (by only a single inch!). "can you reach it?"
she scoffed, slapping your shoulder as hard as she could. you patted her head in response.
"y/nnie!" you heard a shout from behind you.
before you could turn around, yujin's arms wrapped around your shoulder. your face turned a bright red as chaewon laughed.
"unnie!" you smiled brightly at her.
"yujin." chaewon smiled at the sophomore. "i expect you to watch over my sister."
yujin nodded, saluting as she heard you laugh beside her. "i will."
"make sure no one goes close to her." chaewon continued.
your eyes widened. "wait–"
yujin nodded, the thought of someone approaching you making her sick to her stomach. "okay."
chaewon glared at the taller girl. "i'm serious."
"guys," you tried to but in. "what about–"
"i am too."
"guys!" you shouted, a frown on your face. "i have a friend there already."
yujin and chaewon turned to you, your sister raising an eyebrow as yujin frowned. she didn't like how she didn't know who you were talking about.
"who?"
"huh yunjin." you replied, not missing your sister's face fall. you glanced at her. "do you know her unnie? she goes to my acting classes."
"the tall blonde one in drama club?" she said nonchalantly. "i know of her."
you looked at her, knowing her uncomfortable face after seeing it multiple times (especially after her break up with choi yena in your seventh grade). she was hiding something, but yujin didn't seem to know either.
"she's a senior." you watched her closely, seeing her eye twitch.
"okay?" chaewon rolled her eyes. "and i haven't met her."
"you will." you smiled, looking between the two. "she's driving me to school for the rest of the year."
"what?"
as if on cue, a revving of an engine could be heard coming up your street. the three of you turned, finding a blonde-haired girl pulling up in what seemed to be a luxurious sports car.
you turned and smiled at yujin, almost as if you were bragging about your friend.
yunjin pulled up to your driveway and rolled down her window, flashing a charming smile as she looked through her shades.
"hey baby!" she called out cheerfully, making yujin frown. she looked beside you, your sister crossing her arms. "kim chaewon?"
chaewon rolled her eyes. "yunjin."
she looked over to you, her smile now a frown. "you didn't tell me she was your sister."
you adjusted your school bag. "i didn't think to."
"okay." yunjin licked her lips. "are you sure she's fine with this?"
yujin rolled her eyes with chaewon. she didn't know why but she didn't like this yunjin girl. she had never heard of her until today, and suddenly she pulls up in a rich sports car calling you 'baby'?
it was a big no for the soccer player.
you shrugged, going around to yunjin's passenger side.
yujin frowned. she knew how people like yunjin could be like when it came to that type of stuff. she's met plenty of older people with cars like were made of money and smiles like diamonds.
yujin felt a nudge on her waist,
"yujin's going with you." chaewon smiled down at yunjin, who frowned in return. the blonde girl nodded and turned to you.
yujin looked at chaewon. "i am?"
"you are." chaewon clenched her jaw, whispering at yujin. "keep an eye on them."
yujin watched as you laughed at one of yunjin's horrible jokes. her eyes hardened. "okay."
she didn't like this huh yunjin.
Tumblr media
it turns out that yunjin was a hard person to hate.
throughout the school year, the older girl would not only go out of her way for you, but for yujin as well. she would make sure that the two of you were caught up on your homework and even offered her old notes in case either of you needed it.
yunjin was also on the lookout for potential suitors that came your way. she would scare any single person away that simply looked at you, even threatening to beat up any student that asked you out in front of her.
and as much as yujin appreciated it, she hated it even more.
it was her job to protect you, her job to make sure that you weren't approached by some greasy super senior that made passes on girls that were barely fourteen.
she was supposed to be the knight in shining armor that you fell in love with, not huh yunjin.
at least she knew that you and yunjin weren't dating.
until today on valentines day.
you, yunjin, and yujin were sitting at your usual table, eating as the three of you discussed some topic that none of you really cared about.
but yujin had gotten there late, making her sit across from you and yunjin as the two of you giggled away. yujin swears she even saw yunjin whisper in your ear, making you blush a bright red.
yujin shook her head. that didn't mean anything. you weren't dating huh yunjin, you couldn't be.
suddenly, you felt a presence sit beside you.
you turned around, coming face to face with a familiar person that you haven't seen since summer at one of chaewon's many soccer games.
"y/n-ssi."
"minju-unnie?"
minju's face twitched into a smile, gripping the note in her hands. "your kim chaewon's younger sister, right?"
you looked over at yujin, trying to figure out why her teammate was here beside you.
the older girl shrugged.
"yeah?"
the three of you watched as minju blushed. with both hands, she offered you a pink envelope that a heart sticker covering it. her hands shook slightly, making yujin's eyes widen.
she had always known that you had gotten a fair amount of attention from other students in the school (unfortunately), but she would have never expected her own teammate to give you a confession letter.
yujin felt her stomach drop as she watched yunjin fume beside you.
minju swallowed. "i was wondering if you could g–"
"back off, minju." yunjin snapped, cutting the other girl off. putting a hand on the envelope, she pushed it away. "she isn't interested."
yujin looked between you and the blonde-haired girl, feeling dread spread across her chest.
"but she hasn't even–"
yunjin glared at her. "not. interested."
you grabbed the older girl's hand lightly, pulling it away and putting it on the table.
yujin felt her hand twitch, wishing that it was her instead of yunjin.
"unnie, it's fine." you smiled calmly at her. you turned back to minju. "i'm sorry unnie, but i can't accept this."
"yeah." yunjin scoffed. "throw it away or something."
"unnie!" you slapped her shoulder. "i'm sorry."
you turned to yunjin, glaring at her to calm down.
"it was worth a try." minju muttered, turning to leave. her eyes widened, sending her former teammate a smile. "oh, hey yujin."
"unnie." yujin nodded, glaring at the girl. "hey."
minju smiled awkwardly, leaving as quickly as she could as she sensed the tension that was forming in the group.
she knew she shouldn't have asked when yunjin was around.
yunjin stabbed her food aggressively, glaring at the back of minju's head. "who does she think she is?"
yujin took a bit of her food.
you shook your head. "unnie."
"like seriously?" the older girl raised her voice. "asking you in front of me."
yujin felt her grip tighten around her fork, chewing harshly as she listened to the conversation in front of her.
you put a hand on her shoulder. "she meant well."
yujin scoffed under her breath, trying her best not to roll her eyes.
"so you would've said yes?" yunjin asked, hurt laced in her eyes.
there was no way that the two of you were dating, right? there was no reason for yunjin to act this protective for any reason.
you couldn't be dating huh yunjin... right?
"of course not." yujin watched as you gave the senior a squeeze on her shoulder. "you know i only like you f–"
yujin stabbed her food hard, making her plastic fork break in half with a snap. you and yunjin looked over, watching as the usually smiley girl had a haunting frown etched upon her face.
you were dating huh yunjin.
"unnie?" you asked softly. "are you okay?"
yujin wanted to be angry at you, but she knew that it was her fault for not saying anything.
"yeah." she muttered, glaring at the food she had just murdered. "i'm just not hungry anymore."
yunjin frowned. "are you sure?"
"i'm sure." yujin looked up, sending a deadly gaze at the older girl. "are you?"
you sent yujin a confused look as the senior scratched her head, not entirely sure what she did.
but yujin wasn't mad at her for what she did. she was mad at herself for what she didn't do.
Tumblr media
yujin knew she shouldn't meddle in relationships that weren't hers, but she couldn't let it slide anymore.
it had been two weeks since you had basically confirmed your undying love for huh yunjin and it had been haunting her ever since.
everything finally made sense. the glares she would give the people who would try to hit on you, and the odd looks she would send yujin's way whenever the soccer player would wrap her arm around your shoulder.
but like her, yujin hated every single time yunjin would just look your way. she hated the sense of adoration you felt for the older girl, and how the two of you would hang out together, usually without her because of her practices.
it had even plagued her dreams, seeing the smug smirk yunjin would give her as you professed your love to the older girl.
yujin just couldn't take it anymore.
"unnie." she pulled chaewon aside as you and yunjin raced upstairs, trying to see who was faster.
chaewon glared at the blonde girl's fading figure before turning to yujin. "yujinnie."
yujin swallowed, wondering if she should tell the older girl.
she didn't want to break your heart, but she just couldn't see you with yunjin anymore.
she couldn't see you with someone that wasn't her.
"i think y/n's dating yunjin-unnie."
yujin watched as chaewon's face contorted into something she's never seen before.
"what?"
yujin looked away from chaewon's eyes, not sure if the anger burning in them was towards her or the senior upstairs. "i'm sorr–"
chaewon pushed yujin aside, stomping upstairs as the taller girl followed closely behind her. yujin swore she could see stray tears falling from the older girl's face, but she didn't understand why.
chaewon burst through your bedroom door, finding you sitting on the bed, yunjin resting happily on your lap.
yujin could feel herself starting to fume.
"yunjin."
you looked at her curiously as yunjin shot up, a blush dusting her face. "unnie?"
chaewon looked between the both of you. "you're dating my sister?"
your eyes widened along with yunjin's. the blonde girl was taken aback, not sure where chaewon got such information.
"what are you on?" she asked.
chaewon rolled her eyes. "yes or no?"
"no!" yunjin stood up, her eyebrows furrowed in anger. "why would i?"
yujin looked between the two, feeling like she was missing something vital.
chaewon clenched her jaw. "stop lying."
yunjin let out a chuckle, glaring at the university student. "i'm not!"
you pulled yunjin's arm, and yujin saw as a rage burned in chaewon.
"what?" she took a step towards the senior, her eyes accusing the older girl. "first me then my sister? is that what you're trying to do here?"
yujin's mouth dropped. huh yunjin, the sports car driving drama kid, was kim chaewon's, the university-bound scholarship student, ex?
she looked over to you, finding you shaking your head at the whole ordeal.
"no!" yunjin whined. "i don't like her like that."
"sure." the university student shook her head. "whatever you say, yunjin."
yujin watched as yunjin's face streamed down with tears, suddenly feeling guilty about causing the entire situation in the first place. she knew she should've thought things through, but it was so hard when it came to you.
chaewon went to turn, trying her hardest not to cry.
"i'm still in love with you!"
chaewon stopped.
yujin's eyes widened. you hadn't been dating huh yunjin. she had hurt the older girl for nothing except for her misplaced anger.
yujin felt like she was going to throw up.
yunjin wiped her tears aggressively, feeling as if her entire world had collapsed on top of her. "and you're a fucking asshole for thinking i'm only friends with your sister because i want to 'round the bases'."
yunjin grabbed her keys on your bed as chaewon went to turn back around. tears fell freely on the blonde's face, roughly retracting her hand as the shorter girl tried to grab for her.
the three of you watched as yunjin left your room, hearing an aggressive slam downstairs.
yujin winced.
you shook your head, looking at your sister as she began to tear up.
"i was trying to help her get back with you." you whispered lightly. yujin felt like shit. "i didn't know that you two dated until she picked me up on the first day of school. she told me what happened."
yujin looked away, biting her tongue as she heard chaewon sniffle.
"you deserve to be happy too, unnie." you smiled as chaewon nodded, lightly wiping her tears. "yunjin-unnie is probably in her car. when she gets frustrated, she–"
"has a hard time starting it." chaewon laughed. she sent you a warm smile. "i'll talk to you later, okay?"
you nodded, hoping that everything would turn out well for your older sister. "good luck."
yujin watched as chaewon left, closing the door gently. sighing, she walked over to you, feeling your exhausted body rest against her shoulder.
you rubbed your eyes. "i wonder why unnie thought that me and yunjin-unnie were dating."
yujin gulped, looking outside your window as she watched yunjin and chaewon argue in her car. "me too."
"i don't even like unnie like that," you whispered.
"that's good." yujin hated that her chest got lighter. "i think chaewon-unnie would have a heart attack if you did."
she felt you shake your head against her shoulder. "well, she didn't so..."
yujin frowned, turning her head to you.
"you like someone?"
"seriously?" you sat up straight, your eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "you don't know who it is?"
"no." yujin shook her head, her stomach gnawing away in nervousness. "i never see you around anyone except me and yunjin-unnie."
you chuckled lightly, shaking your head. "yeah, i guess so."
the two of you fell in silence as you watched chaewon continue to reason yunjin from her car.
"the person you like is really lucky." yujin whispered.
she wouldn't be selfish. not this time. not after she had caused such pain for the people she cared about.
she would let you go if she had to.
"yeah." you smiled at her, watching as she winced at the two older girls kissing outside. "chaewon-unnie thinks you are, too."
"of course she would." yujin chuckled.
you raised an eyebrow.
"wait..." yujin was sure she needed to get her ears cleaned. she turned to you "what?"
you shrug sheepishly, feeling your entire face light up in a blush. "surprise?"
oh.
"you like me?"
"no, not really." you swallowed, watching as her face dropped. "i think i've been in love with you since we watched phantom of the opera together in eighth grade. do you remember?"
of course yujin remembered. that had been the first day you two had properly hung out without chaewon around. you had explained every little detail, up to the mask they had used and the actors they had chosen.
yujin didn't know anything, but she knew she loved listening to you.
"weird, huh?" you looked at the ground. "to have your best friend's little sister be in love with you?"
yujin could feel her heart burst in two.
"can i kiss you?"
"what?!"
you turned to her, finding her staring at you with glassy eyes. "i mean, yes. of course. but wh–"
she grabbed the side of your face and leaned in gently, wanting to cherish the feeling of you as she closed her eyes.
oh, she thought as soon as your lips connected, the taste of your bubblegum lip-gloss painting her lips. so this is heaven.
she pulled away, watching as your eyes fluttered open, a small but growing smile covering your face.
"i've been in love with you ever since i met you."
you stared at her with wide eyes.
"oh." you cleared your throat, trying not to feel flustered. "really?"
yujin chuckled, "yeah."
you nodded, trying your best not to smile as she looked at you fondly.
in a small voice, you whispered. "can you kiss me again?"
yujin grinned, pulling you in for another kiss, this one slightly more aggressive.
her brain wandered as she felt you against her mouth, smiling as if you had won the lottery when in reality, she was sure that she has.
the door slammed open, but it was too late for you to pull apart.
yujin heard a gasp as she pulled away.
"why are you kissing my baby?!"
chaewon laughed as yujin fell to her knees, begging for yunjin not to beat the living hell out of her.
"wait, yunjin-unnie!"

Nalae's pov
My birthday is today. I am finally 17 years old. We are planning on throwing a party. My parents aren't going to stay because they have to work. I'm not upset because I understand how difficult their jobs are. My mom is a lawyer, and my dad is a doctor. They can't be home all the time, but they try to make time to spend with us.

I wasn't planning on throwing a big party, but a lot of my school friends were coming. And my cousins were coming to visit, all the way from Brooklyn. School was about to be out for the summer, so they were going to be staying with us.

I was getting ready in my room. I had just finished my hair and was checking myself; I thought I looked pretty damn good. This boy named Michael that goes to my school asked me on a date, and I said yes. He was also going to be at my party tonight.

I left my room and went downstairs. I went into the living room and double-checked everything. There's going to be food, drinks, and music for everyone. Tisha also brought some alcohol; she sometimes lets me turn up and gives me alcohol as long as I drink responsibly.

I get up, hearing a knock on the door. I squealed as I opened the door to see my cousins April and Aaliya. I hugged them both tightly and told them how much I missed them.

"How y'all been?" I asked them. I let them in and took their gifts, which I placed on the kitchen counter. "We've been good. Happy school, finna be out! My classes be kicking my ass." Aaliya said.

"Same, where your bags?" I asked them. Aaliya walked back to the door. I shook my head. "Nah, Ant can get them for y'all." I said. I walked towards the steps to yell for him. "ANT! COME GET THEIR BAGS." I returned to the kitchen and poured them a drink. Our options were Henny, Tequila, Ciroq, and Blue MD, because apparently my sister and brother don't like the other ones. And we also had a whole bunch of hounds.

"Damn, you getting fucked up, ain't you?" April said, laughing. I chuckled, dapping them up and nodding. Tisha walked into the kitchen along with Ant, who had just come back from upstairs. They hugged April and Aaliya and asked them how they were.

I scrunched up my face, confused as to where Mar was. "Where's Mar?" Ant rolled his eyes and clenched his jaw. "Where do you think his ass at?" Tisha grumbled at me. She was walking around the counter, fixing herself a drink. I rolled my eyes and huffed.

He was hanging with them, niggas, again. We don't know how he met them, but he needs to leave them alone. Me and Mar are going to have to talk, hanging around a bunch of disrespectful little boys; they ain't nothing but trouble. Tisha side-eyed me, still looking pissed. And I looked away, feeling guilty.

Tisha and Ant were angry when I told them I went to get Mar at the party. They mostly yelled at Mar, but they were disappointed in me because I could have put myself in 'harms way'. But I know how to take care of myself, but saying that would probably have made the argument worse.

April and Aaliya must have noticed the tension because they looked for someone to say something. "Uh, oh, what's going on with him?" April asked.
Ant told her about how Mar had been hanging around boys who were selling drugs and other things. I kind of tuned him out.

I'm not sure what's going on with Mar, but he's been missing classes, and his grades are dropping. This isn't like him, who is literally the smartest kid I know; he makes straight A's in all his classes. We are both the youngest, so we tell each other everything—at least we used to. But lately, he's been avoiding me, and it's making me feel like I've done something. It's my birthday, and he's not even here.

I lowered my gaze to the counter, swirling the ice in my drink. "You can't be sad! It's your birthday, boo. Let's turn the fuck up and get drunk!" Aaliya said, raising her cup, and I smiled, raising mine. "YES, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY, BITCHES."

-Time Skip-
Going in two hours, and this party was FAT! People were planning party games, smoking, drinking, and having a good time. It was nothing wild, just people chilling.

I bobbed my head while sitting next to Aaliya and my friend Miranda.

"Because I will be a freak until the day
Until the dawn
And we can (pump, pump).
All through the night 'til the early morning'
Come on, and I will take you around the 'hood.
On a gangsta lean
'Cause we can (pump, pump).
Any time of day, it's all good for  me."

The song blasted through the speakers. This was my favorite song. Ain't nothing like the 90s, man. I stubbed out the remaining blunt and picked up my cup, motioning for my cousin to follow me to my room so I could get some more green. Don't anybody know I have it except for Mar? I can't believe he hasn't even shown up, which hurts my feelings because it's honestly starting to feel personal. But I ain't letting it stress me; we'll talk later.

I walked past Tisha; she looked good. Tisha and Ant are tall. Leaving me and Mar the shorties of the group. Tisha was 5'9, pretty much a stallion, and I was 5'4, pretty much a midget. But I ain't worried about it because I'm a pretty bitch with a fat ass. And this personality is one of a kind.
Tisha's outfit

Tisha grabbed my arm, asking me where we were going. "Imma go grab something from upstairs real quick." She nodded, talking to this tall, dark-skinned boy. 'Ok, Tisha, get yo mack on girl.'

Me and Aaliya walked into my room; she was sitting at my desk, checking herself out. I rapped to Eve. Can't anybody say I don't have good taste in music because I always play bangers.

"If I had to give you more, it's only been a year.
Now I've got my foot through the door, and I ain't going nowhere.
It took a while to get me here, and I'm going to take my time.
Don't fight that good shit in your ear; now let me blow your mind."

I was rolling up the blunts and putting them into the bag when I heard a knock on the door. I thought it was just April or Tisha, so I said, Come in.

And it just happens to be light skin. He slowly walks into my room, looking at Aaliya and me but mainly staring at me. I squinted my eyes at him, crossing my arms. "What the fuck are you doing here? And how do you know where I live?" I said, looking him up and down.

Aaliya passes the lit blunt to me, and I take a big puff out of it. I glared at the light-skinned boy smirking at me. Who told his ass he could come up the steps? As if he lived here—disrespectful! He takes some steps forward, giving a boyish grin. "Can I sit down?" He asked.

I continued to glare at him. I looked at Aaliya to see if she felt comfortable with him staying. She shrugged, taking the blunt from me again. I slowly nodded, sitting at my desk beside Aaliya. He sat down on my bed, continuing to stare at me with that same dopey smile on his face. "How long have you been up here?" He asked.

I scrunched up my brow, looking at him questionably. Why did he need to know? He doesn't live here; he's a little too nosey for my liking. "I don't think that's your business." I remarked back. He chuckled, going back to smirking at me. His eyes were raking up and down my body.

"What's your name, baby?" He asked. Leaning back on his elbows, he took a squig out of his cup. His eyes hovered over the rim, staring back at mine.

"Nalae. Why you want to know?" I asked, inhaling the smoke and blowing it out of my nose. My eyes started to feel heavy. I was feeling really good at the moment.

I finally got a good look at him. He was muscularly built, but not over the top. His skin was a very light caramel color. The definition of a high-yella nigga He had a little stubble, but not too much; he still had a baby face. To say he was fine was an understatement. I usually don't try to find light-skinned niggas attractive because the ones I've had a crush on made it very clear they don't like dark-skinned girls. So I became only interested in brown and dark-skinned boys.

"Your brother wouldn't tell me your name for sh*t. I'm Marcus, but you can call me Lucious." He said that, giving me a big smile. He motioned for me to sit down beside him, and I lifted my brow at him. Looking at him like hell, Naw Then suddenly Aaliya got up and smirked at me, grabbing her drink and one of the blunts. "Ight, imma go downstairs. See you later, boo." She said, walking towards the door. I glared at her, watching her slowly close the door before she stuck her tongue out at me.
He patted the bed, motioning for me to sit beside him again. I bit the side of my cheek, slowly standing up and moving towards him. I sat down beside him, blowing out rings of smoke. I turned to see him staring dead into my eyes. It's like I couldn't look away. This nigga had the prettiest eyes I've ever seen. He was truly sex on legs.

I put the blunt in my mouth, going to take another puff, when he reached over, taking the blunt from my hand and taking a puff from it. "How old are you?" I asked him. He laid on his back, looking at the ceiling, blowing out the smoke. "19. How about you?" I smiled, getting up from the bed and walking towards the desk, grabbing the blunts. I sat back down and laid down, looking at him. "17. But I'm pretty sure you knew that already, considering today is my birthday." I said it smartly.

45 minutes later...

"So rich girl, how you liking Philly?" He asked, playing with my hand. I rolled my eyes and looked at him. "I'm not rich. Just middle class." I said, staring at him blankly. He sucked his teeth, sitting up, leaning on his side, looking down on me.

"You live in this fancy ass house. In this nice ass neighborhood, filled with white folk." He said, smirking down at me. I smiled at him and sat up, copying his position. "I recognize I have it better than anyone else who's less fortunate. But just because I live comfortably doesn't mean I haven't struggled. Everybody has a story. And just because I have nice things don't mean I treat people like they are below me." I said, softly. Leaning over, my nose touching his, I grabbed the blunt from out of his hand, sitting straight up.

He chuckled, sitting up and looking at me, licking his lips and looking at mine. "I like you. You hold your own. I also like how you came down to my crib a couple days ago. You slapped the fuck outta my boy." He said, laughing, at the glare I was giving him.
"Well, your boy ought to watch his mouth." I said, with a playful attitude. He slid closer to me, pulling my hair behind my ear. "Let me take you out on a date. You know, show you around a little bit." He said, pulling my face closer to his. I grabbed his wrist, pulling it away from my face. "Ion know. You seem like a fuck nigga." He looked back, pressing his hand against his chest. "Damn mama. That shit hurt my feelings." I cackled. Getting up, I walked towards the door with him close behind me.

I was about to answer again when the door swung open, hitting the wall. "LUCIOUS! FUCK YOU DOING IN HERE?" My brother, Mar, asked him. I crossed my arms, glaring at him. Oh,  so now all of a sudden he cares who's in my room? Mf couldn't even stay home for my birthday. Gon show up hours late, fuck he get off at?

"Nothing, little nigga. Just talking to you, sis." He said, not taking his eyes off me. Mar walked closer to Lucious, grabbing his shirt. "Didn't I tell you to leave her alone? Come on, we have to go." And after he said "go", my heart dropped, and it made me more irritated.

"I'll see you later." He said. Kissing my cheek. "COME TF ON, MAN!" Mar yelled at him. Lucious glared at Mar before smiling at me one last time and walking out. I went and grabbed Mar's arm, and his eyes softened when he saw the tears in my eyes. I might have been acting dramatic, but I need to know if he was mad at me.

"What's wrong, NaNa?" He asked me softly. "What's going on with you, Mar? You've been ignoring me, missing school, and hanging around people I've never seen you hang around. You don't even talk to us anymore, and I understand that you are upset with Tish and Ant, but never with me. Our relationship has always been tight, and it's making me feel like I've done something to make you hate me. You weren't even here when my party started, so it made me feel like you wouldn't come. I just don't know. I feel like we are drifting apart." I said, with tears rolling down my face. I'm pretty sure my makeup is ruined.

Mar lifted his hands up to my face, wiping my tears. I hugged him tightly, crying into his shoulder. "I don't mean to hurt you, Nae. I'm just going through something. But I promise I'll talk to all of you, okay? And I wasn't here earlier because I was out buying you a gift. I've been missing school because I've been working." I pulled away from him, looking at him shocked. He chuckled, "Nothing illegal. I got a real job. So I can be more responsible. But I promise Imma to bring my grades back up so we can be the smartest out of Ant and Tisha again." I giggled and was awed at the gift he pulled out of his coat. I opened the long velvet box, and it was a name plate with engraving that said,"my twin forever" on it. I smiled, giving him another hug and kissing his cheek.

"Come on, we still have some time before Ma and Dad get here." He grabbed my hand, leading me out of my room and walking towards the step. "Oh, and Lucious ain't bad people. He is a good person; I just don't want you dating his ass. He a fuck nigga." I laughed as we walked through the crowd, looking for my people. "HERE'S TO 17 BITCHES." I yelled, raising my cup in the air. Having the people cheer with me

(Killer x Reader) That One Friend
My sister (who refuses to get a tumblr) put in a request. For a Killer x reader. Where the reader is a random hilarious Kid Pirate who gets together with Killer.
There is a fun little back story to this. My sister, who is not a huge one piece fan, loves Killer (her favorite boy), Kid, and Bepo (her overall favorite). We were talking one day about what rules we would be in One Piece on a crew. I’d be a swordswoman (obviously). She would be that random Pirate that is somehow alive and there to make sarcastic and random comments. Thus, we created the random Kid Pirate. So I thought I’d make the reader that random Pirate. I might make a little series out of this.
Warning: so much fluff. It’s so fluffy I’m going to die
Word count: 622
Everyone has that one friend.  That one friend who you don’t understand why or how they entered your life.  Killer had those thoughts about you A LOT.  The Kid Pirates met  you up on Sabaody Archipelago.  You were merely stopping on the island before you took your “solo show” into the new world.  Kid saw you, said you seemed cool and asked you to join.  You said yes obviously.  You were now a member, who seemed to be there anytime a joke or sarcastic comment was needed.  You were so notorious for this that the name on your wanted poster literally said “That Random Kid Pirate Y/N”. That’s what made Killer so intrigued, how did someone who seemed to suck at being a pirate get this far without drowning or pissing off the wrong person.  He called you cockroach because no matter what happened, you somehow came out alive.
His thoughts were interrupted when you walked in, “What’s up Killer?  Don’t think too hard.  You don’t want to fry your brain like Kid.”  In the background, Killer could hear his beloved captain yelling shut up.  “No one asked you Kid,” you yelled back at the captain.  Killer couldn’t help but chuckle a little.
“Anyways Killer, can you help clean the dishes?  You idiots eat way too much and if I do it by myself I’ll be cleaning till I’m at least 600.”
“I’ll help, don't worry cockroach.”
“Yay.  This is why you’re my favorite!”
If Killer didn’t have his mask on, you’d see he was blushing.  He had started to like you after you had drawn on Kid’s face after he got blackout drunk celebrating your birthday.  He loved how brave you were and how weird you were. He loved everything about you.
The two of you walked into the kitchen and finished the dishes after about 3 hours (I know but these guys are huge).  The whole time he watched you as you carefully set down each plate after drying them making sure your clumsiness didn’t cause you to drop or knock any over.
You two walked out of the kitchen and onto the main deck.  It was night time.  The sky was beautiful, it was a dark blue and covered in stars that reflected on the calm ocean.
“The sky is so beautiful tonight,” you said staring at the sky.
“You sure are,” Killer said looking at you.  He could see the reflection of the sky in your E/C orbs.
“Is that the best line you got Killer?  I know you like meee but you could do so much better.”
Killer was shocked.  How did you know?  Was he that obvious?  Did Kid tell you?
“How long have you known?” he asked.
“2 years, 5 months, 2 days, and 22 hours. For a guy who wears a mask to hide his face, you aren’t good at hiding emotions apparently.”
Killer laughed.  That was the person he loved.  Still as weird and random as ever.
You walked up to him and kissed the spot on the mask where his mouth would be.  Again he blushed under the mask and you laughed a little.
“I like you too Killer,” you told him as you walked away heading to your room, “just to let you know now that we are dating, I expect a nice gift on my birthday.”
Killer was officially on cloud nine.  Until someone burst his bubble, “Took you two long enough,” Kid said from the crows nest, “I've been betting on this for months.  I thought I was going to lose money to Heat and Wire on this.”
Killer smiled.  At least there were three of you happy about this newfound relationship.  And two who probably weren’t.

i loved it, it’s literally exactly what i was envisioning with mark and ming being interrupted and teased. i’m very interested to see how it would play out, her ignoring joshua, him giving her a talk about being protective and stuff, and them making up or however you see fit, if it’s possible i would really love it see what happens after.
I'm delighted that it was how you envisioned it and that you enjoyed it! I want to thank you so much for the request and I hope this one lives up to your expectations! I love hearing your request and thoughts, so if you have more, you can always send them to me <3
Big Brother Duties | Ming Chapter
Tumblr media
July, 2022
Yerim put in the code and opened the door to Mingyu and Wonwoo's dorm.
"Who is it?" She heard Mingyu yell from the kitchen. She took off her shoes and put her bag down. "It's me!" She yelled back. "Yerim-ah!" Mingyu's excited tone made her smile and even gave her a sense of comfort.
She walked into the kitchen seeing Mingyu cooking some ramen. "You want some?" He asked, motioning for her to come over to where he was standing.
"Yeah, I haven't eaten dinner," she smells the food, "oooh~ that smells good!" She complimented him.
"Hehe, thank you."
She sat on one of the chairs nearby. "Where's the bitter one?"
"Bathroom."
She nodded. "Can I ask you something?"
Mingyu turned around upon hearing her question. "Of course, Ming-ah."
"Can I stay with you two tonight?"
Mingyu tilted his head, quizzically. "You don't have to ask that, you know that."
"Hey, Yerim-ah." Wonwoo greeted her upon entering the kitchen, he took the chair next to hers. She smiled at him.
"We have a new roomie for tonight." Mingyu reveals to the older one.
Wonwoo nodded. "Everything okay?" The girl's energy seemed a bit off.
"Yeah, it's just that uh, you know Minhyung came over earlier," she took a pause as the two guys made 'ooh' noises, "but Joshua just barged into my room in the middle of it and at first it was fine, but he made these comments that just kind of rubbed me the wrong way I guess and he kept inviting people into my room. I don't know, it was just really annoying." She finished her explanation.
Mingyu and Wonwoo glanced at each other throughout her explanation. "What did he say?" Mingyu asked her.
"Like when Minhyung stood up to leave and I offered to walk him to the door, Joshua just stopped me and said that he could do that himself. And when I confronted him about it, he pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about,"
"it's not that I'm upset about the fact that he interrupted us. It's just the way he did it that really frustrated me and he could see how frustrated I was, yet he kept going."
During her rambling, the ramen was ready and Mingyu silently filled their bowls, while Yerim continued talking. "And what about Seungcheol and Myungho?" Wonwoo asked her.
She sarcastically laughed. "Cheol just kept defending Joshua and Myungho said he wasn't going to interfere and advised me to just do some fucking meditation." She rolled her eyes while mentioning the meditation part.
Mingyu put their bowls on the table in front of them. "Yerim, you want something to drink?"
"A coke for me, please."
He picked it out of the fridge and placed it by her bowl. "Thank you." Mingyu joined them and the three started eating.
"Although I do think Shua was being annoying, I don't think he had any bad intentions." Mingyu commented on the situation.
Wonwoo agreed. "Yeah, you're like a younger sister to him, big brothers tease and annoy their sisters." He reasoned.
Yerim nodded, understanding their point. "I know and I understand, but just put yourself in my shoes. I don't want Minhyung to think it's always going to be like that. He said the members were giving him dead stares from behind my back. Like I get the whole protective older brother act, but at the end of the day what I do in my love life, is none of their business." She started getting a bit worked up again.
"We understand you, Yerim. It must not have been fun to be in that situation." Mingyu didn't like seeing her so upset, but he also didn't want to get completely involved with the situation.
She shook her head. "It wasn't fun, especially when I asked what his deal was and he just denied it, like he didn't do anything. And what made it worse is that none of the other members who were there had my back or understood my frustration, not even Cheol, he always has my back." The more she talked about it, the more upset she was starting to get.
Wonwoo rubbed her back."It's okay, Ming-ah, just stay here for the night, okay?" She nodded, happy she could stay over.
"Yeah, Wonwoo-hyung has a new game, he can show it to you." Mingyu suggested.
Wonwoo nodded his head. "It's a nice game, not scary."
"Alright."
The three of them continued their dinner, talking about the upcoming tour, their friends, their family, etc. Afterwards, Mingyu sent Yerim away with Wonwoo, to start their game.
-
This dance practice had been going on for way too long in Yerim's opinion. There was an obvious tension going on between her and Joshua, other members were stressed since the tour was coming up and others were just very tired from all the schedules. Joshua kept trying to talk to her, but she kept brushing him off, not in the mood to talk.
While the vocal team were rehearsing their songs and performance, Chan joined his best friend on the ground.
"You're still not talking to him?" He went straight to it. She shrugged her shoulders. "I'm just not in the talking mood, you know."
"I understand, just don't let this drag out for a long time, okay?" None of the members liked conflict within the group, but they're a family, so there are times when people bud heads.
She shook her head. "No, but he really pissed me off yesterday. Minhyung even texted me asking if he had done anything wrong." She felt bad for Mark when she had seen his text and she felt also more upset with Joshua.
"I would have been pissed off as well and I'm not just saying that because it's you." Chan always has her back, they're the youngest of the group, so they got to stick together.
Yerim laid her head on his shoulder. "You should have been there yesterday, at least someone would have helped me."
"Against Scary Coups? I love you, but no way." He laughed. "Oh, shut up." She lightly pushed him, making him almost fully fall on the ground.
"Alright, let's do the full group dance one last time!" Soonyoung announced, loud enough for everyone to hear.
A sudden hand appeared in front of Yerim and looking up she was met with Joshua. She ignored him and got herself up and walked away to her spot, not making eye contact with him once. Now, she knew she was being petty, but at that moment she honestly didn't care.
After a few more run-throughs of the choreography, their dance practice was done. Yerim grabbed her stuff and before she had the chance to leave, Coups made an announcement.
"Joshua and Yerim, you two clean it up!" Normally, they used rock-paper-scissors to decide who would clean the practice room, so this came as a surprise.
She shook her head, giving him an unimpressed look. "No, I'm not doing that." She just wanted to go home and sleep, not spend her extra time cleaning.
"Don't give me attitude, besides you haven't done it in years." Coups' normal soft smile towards her had changed into a stern gaze.
After a staring contest that only lasted a few seconds, Yerim defeatedly put her bag on the ground again.
Their leader pointed to the vacuum cleaner, before mouthing "talk to him" and leaving the room with the other members. She made her way over to the vacuum cleaner, while Joshua grabbed the cloth to clean the mirrors.
''Do you want to talk about yesterday?'' Joshua looked at her through the mirror.
She briefly looked at him, but turned her head right away. ''I think I should ask you that question.''
''I'm sorry, Ming-ah. I just wanted to tease you, but I went a bit too far.'' He apologised, turning around so they were face-to-face.
She sighed. ''Why did you do that yesterday?'' The disappointment in her voice hurt him, especially knowing that he had caused it.
''I don't know, I just shouldn't have done it.'' Yerim got the feeling there was more to what he was saying.
A look of puzzlement crossed her face. ''So you just entered my room without knocking, started inviting people into my room, made my guest uncomfortable and then acted like nothing happened without any clear reason?''
''I just wanted to tease you and I went too far, that's it.'' Instead of focusing on her, his focus was on the floor, his eyes not meeting hers.
''Joshua,'' she wanted his attention, ''just tell me what's going on, I don't like this.'' If there's one thing she hates, it's people stalling what they have to say, or in other words, exactly what Joshua was doing right now.
''Let's sit down for this.'' He put the cloth down and walked over to the couch, waiting for her to join him. After some hesitation, she sat next to him.
''Can I hold your hand?'' He put out his hand, despite still being upset with him, she let him hold her hand.
He took a deep breath. ''First, I want you to know that I care about you a lot, you're family to me, you know that right?'' She nodded her head. ''Of course, I know that.''
Both of his hands were holding her hand, showing her how serious he was. ''I think Mark is a nice guy and he's a very talented idol, I just..'' He hesitated continuing.
''You just.. what?''
''I don't trust him.''
Well, that's certainly not what she was expecting. Yerim thought for a moment, being taken aback by Joshua's answer.
''Let me explain that.''
''Yeah, you should do that.''
''I don't have anything personal against the kid, I really don't. It's just that everything that you two are doing now kinda reminds me of your time with Jihyun.''
Yerim looked down at the mention of her, she was still quite a sensitive subject.
''Jihyun was an awful person for stringing you along like that, knowing she didn't want a relationship with you. She knew you were going to be heartbroken, yet she didn't stop acting like she loved you. I know that you don't blame her for anything, but I do, we do. Someone who truly loves you wouldn't do something like that.''
She moved her head back up hearing that it's not just him, but others as well. ''What do you mean 'we'?''
''I don't want to speak for everyone else, but it's not just me who feels this way.'' He reveals to her, hating that he had to bring the other members into it.
''It was awful seeing you like that, we lost you for a while then, we don't want that to happen again.''
Yerim felt like she was a small child being scolded by one of her parents. ''I understand what you're saying, but it's confusing to me when one half of you are saying that I should go for it and the other half says I need to stay away from him basically.''
''I'm not saying that you have to stay away from him, all I'm saying is that he's a very busy man and you're a busy woman, I just don't want you to get hurt again. You're barely going to see each other with a schedule like yours and his, you can't really blame us for having doubts.''
Yerim's silence worried him, but what he was saying was his, and some of the members, opinion. He cares a lot about her, she's truly his little sister, why would he want her to get hurt again?
''Yerim, please say something.''
She scoffed. ''What do you want me to say to that?''
''I would love if you understand our concern.'' He said in all honesty.
She showed him a sad smile. ''I do understand and I'm happy you all care about me, it's just a lot to take in, you know.''
He stood up from the couch and opened his arms. ''Come here, honey.'' Yerim didn't hesitate this time and put her arms around his waist, laying her head against shoulder.
''I want to go home.'' She told him, in a sad tone.
''Let's go home then.''

Yes I would like to hear you speak about your paranormal nooty experiences
well fren, given i've talked about the gilfach ddu & quarry hospital ones, i shall tell you about the ones i've experienced in other places >.>
conwy castle:
felt like i was being watched in the chapel tower. literally just me in there.
had my costume's belt purse yanked twice in the great hall area.
had my belt purse come undone entirely in the kitchen tower's steps (inaccessible to anyone else because our tents and such were in the way).
had my brychan forcefully pulled off me in another section, i thought it was my sister, she was still coming up the stairs.
chirk castle:
in king charles ii's bedroom i could feel someone's hand on my shoulder and squeeze it - it was me, my sister, and my dad + tourists in the room and i was stood quite far away from anyone else.
heard the blocked off, inaccessible harpsichord play five notes.
heard someone drop something in the same room as the harpsichord and it breaking - the room is viewed from above and wasn't accessible.
all the paintings in one area were fine except for one of charles ii that had its eyes on me and wouldn't let up and idk why.
during the second day of a three-day vist - and the day after i'd seen the pet cemetery in the gardens, where i'd expressed how sweet it was for the castle's owners to have done that for their pets to my dad - i was in charles ii's bedroom again where i heard a dog barking (no dogs allowed) and a man say 'i appreciate your kindness' when it was only me, my sister, my mum, and the tour guide lady in there.
beaumaris castle:
i heard someone in the chapel yelling, i was right outside it so i went in, nobody there.
staying overnight, i went to run around to get some energy out after a dinner cooked the traditional medieval way on our open campfire, i was playing hide & seek with my sister and two other kids in the group, we were all in civvies by that time - i went up one end and decided to go around and i saw a bloke and a kid in medieval gear heading toward me and, thinking they were in the group, asked if they'd seen my sister or the two kids, the bloke said 'try the watchtower'... where i found the three of them. asked the adults who the other bloke and the kid were before going to bed, none of them had heard of either.
sitting by the moat by myself the next morning, i put my feet in the water and looked up to see this figure stood in the middle of the path, i shouted for mam, looked back, and it was gone.
caernarfon castle:
welsh fusiliers museum, i kept having stuff be pulled - my backpack, my coat, my shoes being undone, my hair.
edward's tower/queen's balcony bit, i was given this pure sense of dread and when i spoke welsh in one area i heard a Loud snarling sound and one time i got smacked on the back of the head by a fair-sized rock.
eagle tower, i always feel like i need to free someone or run away/be freed and i often smell fire. i never ever know why.
these are just some of them, btw, i've been to all sorts of castles/palaces over the years and it's always different.

I can’t stand you! Pt: 10

I feel the sun on my face. I see the shining rays coming from it. I see the field of flowers of all colors and trees. I hear the sounds of the branches cracking under my feet. Of birds chirping and the wind blowing. I smell the sweet scent the flowers give off.
But most of all, I am running. I see a mirror in my view. And my unconscious takes over. I can feel the flowers hitting my body, but my eyes are suddenly blurry. My hearing has gone out. I can still smell the scent.
Finally, I'm met with the mirror. It was gorgeous. It stood tall and proud, and was surrounded by these beautiful gold vines with detailed flowers and plants.
But as I look closer, I start to notice something - the flowers disappeared. The sweet scent gone. The field of beautiful flowers has now decayed, the sky was gray, and I hear the sounds of pained yelling. But most of all, I see the mirror was now turn to snakes. "Everyone has a bad side my dear, if you don't, are you alive?
I bolt awake, sitting in a more upright position now as I'm heavily breathing and hyperventilating. I have sweat on my face and my hands feel clammy.
But I mustn't make any sound. I remember falling asleep right after Joseph; the sound of raining and criminal minds on in the background. And I definitely remember the dream.
But nonetheless, I'm the big sister. I have to make sure Joseph knows there’s nothing wrong. Nothing at all. “Y/n?” I hear him say as he stirs awake and his eyes flutter.
I smile. Joseph was a kind kid. And I loved him. Regardless whether he was my biological brother or not. Right now, he was the only brother I had. “What’s wrong?” He slurs, his eyes now shut, but somehow he’s still awake.
I shake my head, “Nothing. Just a bad dream, that’s all.” I say. He nods his head and flips onto his side. “Hey,” I say gently, patting his side, “How about I order us pizza?” I ask him. He only nods again.
He was asleep by now. He must’ve been very tired from school today. I got up from my place on the bed, shutting the curtains in my room and tucking him in. I kissed his forehead and left his - my - room.
I walked downstairs, approaching the kitchen and picking up my phone, which I thought I left in the living room. I dialed the number to my one and only favorite pizza place, or I was about to, when suddenly the doorbell rang.
“I swear to god if this isn’t Rosalie coming home...” I mutter under my breath. As soon as I see the front door I stop, hearing the muttering voices coming from the outside. I step quietly and carefully, trying to eavesdrop on whoever is outside my door.
“We couldn’t find her. I’m just saying, this is the least you could do after scaring her away. I’d be surprised if she’d ever talk to me again!” I heard a certain Stiles Stilinski’s voice. “I still think she’s suspicious.” I heard Lydia’s voice say, rolling my eyes.
Are they really this dumb that they don’t know I can literally hear them?
I make my way closer to the door, finally mucking up the courage to just open the door and straight up lie to my old friends. “Can I help you?” I asked, pretending I just woke up when technically I did.
“O-oh h-hi y/n.” Stiles stuttered, making me smile. “Hello Stiles. And Stiles’ friends.” I said, acknowledging the others that were there. We all just stood there for a good minute or two before a small voice came from behind me.
“Y/n?” I heard Joseph ask. I turn around and smile at him, seeing that he finally woke up. “Well, good morning Joseph.” I did in a mocking voice to make him smile. I turned back around to see the shocked faces on my friends.
“This is Joseph, my little brother. Joseph,” I reached my hand at to him to signal him to come here, which he did. “This is Stiles, Lydia, Allison, and Scott. And they must be missing Isaac today?” I noted.
Joseph was being socially awkward, much like I am, so he decided to hide behind me and peek just a bit to wave his hand. “Hi.” He muttered softly. Joseph was starting a new school as well. So it was all a bit different for him. He never mentioned anything about new friends.
And he never really talked about school. And when I was younger, it meant that I was getting bullied. Maybe his situation’s different, and if it is, I’m proud of him. But I want him to be able to come to me if he has problems like these at school. Joseph was always the shy type at first. But when you got to know him, he was fairly different.
He was loud, and opinionated. And much like me.
So you can see why he’s like this around other people my age.
“Well, hi there Joseph.” I heard Scott say as he leans down to his height. “My name is Scott, although, I guess I didn’t need to introduce myself, huh?”
Joseph giggled. “No silly,” I heard him say, “My sister already did that for you.”
“Well then, I guess I’m just awkward, huh?” He acted like he was shy but, Scott wasn’t shy. “And so is Stiles. But don’t tell him I told you that.” He said whispering the last part in which case Joseph giggled again and Stiles said “Hey!”
“It’s okay, I’m awkward to!” He exclaimed, jumping from his hiding spot behind me. “Maybe you can come inside?” He said, looking up to me as I looked down to him.
“Well, I don’t know Joseph. They might be busy.” Scott cut me off, “It’s okay. We’re not really busy. If you’ll have us, of course.” I smiled and nodded, gesturing them to come inside.
I made my way towards the kitchen faster than the rest of them. I used my gift and made some snacks before any one of them could see. And just in time because I heard Joseph’s voice, louder than before, talking to all of them about his collection.
“Wow!” He said in echo of the others, “I didn’t know you were making snacks!” He said. “Yeah, well I have to! I did order pizza that’s gonna take forever to get here!”
He detached his hand from Scott’s, which I was surprised about, and ran over to give me a big hug. He hugged my legs because of how small he was but, it was okay.
“I ordered pizza if you guys want to stay. And obviously, we have plenty of snacks and drinks so... please, help yourselves.” I said to them as Joseph already began taking some.
I turned to the t.v that I didn’t even notice until now was in the kitchen and flipped it on. I looked to Joseph and looked to Scott who was already looking at me; like he was observing me or something. “I have to call Rosalie, uh, would you mind...”
He nodded to me and smiled, “Go ahead.”
I ushered a quick thank you to him before going into the other room and calling her.
One ring
two rings
three rings
Until it went through. “Rosalie!” I exclaimed. “Thank God! Where are you, why weren’t you home-”
“Hello Y/N” I heard a familiar voice come through. It shocked me to my core and made me shiver. “It can’t be...”

FIGHT
Tumblr media
Fandom: Stranger Things
Pairings: NONE
Words: 1032
Description: Billy’s perspective of the Billy/Steve fight scene.
“Am I dreaming or is that you Harrington?” Billy asked, walking towards the other boy.
“Yeah it’s me don’t cream your pants.” The other boy said.
“What are you doing here amigo?” Billy took out a cigarette, placing it in his mouth, lighting it and holding it with his lips while taking off his jacket, glancing at the living room window.
“I could say the same... amigo.” Steve replied awkwardly.
“Looking for my stepsister, little bird told me she was here.” Stealing another glance behind his rival Billy could see a tuft of red hair appear behind the clear glass.
“That’s weird I haven’t seen her.” Beside Max he could see a few other figures beside her, older boys.
“Small, redhead, bit of a bitch.”
“Doesn’t ring a bell, sorry.” Billy walked forward, pulled his cigarette from his lips, holding it limply in his hand as he got face to face with king Steve.
His little sister, only thirteen, all alone in a house full of older boys. Including the school’s playboy, Steve Harrington, who’s not only eighteen, but who had the nerve to lie to him.
“Y’a know, I don’t know this whole situation Harrington, I don’t know it’s giving me the heebie jeebies.” Billy shook his hand wildly.
“Oh yeah, why’s that?” He took another drag of his cigarette before speaking.
“My thirteen year old sister goes missing all day and then I find her with you, in a strangers house and you lie to me about it.”
“Man were you dropped to much as a child or what? I don’t know what you don’t understand about what I just said, she’s not here.”
Billy got as close as possible and pointed over Steve’s shoulder with his cigarette.
“Then who is that?”
“Oh shit. Listen-.” Billy pushed him onto the ground and stormed forward.
“I thought I told you to plant your feet?” He kicked Steve to the ground where he tried to stand.
Thoughts started to swim around in his head, so fast he could barely get ahold of them.
She’s thirteen. Max is a thirteen year old girl who snuck out of her house in the middle of the night to go to a strangers house, filled with older boys. Billy isn’t stupid, he knows what could happen to a thirteen year old girl in a strange house with strange boys.
When Billy finally got inside the asshole who’d made his sister cry was there, looking at him as if Billy were the bad guy. The edges of his vision started started to turn black.
“Well, well, well, Lucas Sinclair, what a surprise. I thought I told you to say away from him Max?”
“Billy go away.”
“You disobeyed me, you know what happens when you disobey me, I break things.”
Fighting was second nature, muscle memory, Billy didn’t have to think about it. Grabbing onto Sinclair’s shirt collar he picked him up gently and slammed him against the kitchen wall.
Snarling, he pushed his face closer to the young boy’s.
“Since Maxine won’t listen to me, maybe you will, stay away from her.” He tried before, to get him to stay away.
If Neil found out she was dating him, a black boy, he’d lose his shit. Neil would flip his lid and Billy would be on the receiving end of it. Billy would be the one getting hit, Billy would be the one getting punished, Billy would be the one who didn’t ‘protect’ his sister.
“Stay away from her! You hear me?” He yelled, pushing the boy harder against the wall.
“I said get off of me!” Lucas yelled, kneeing Billy in the crotch.
“You are so dead Sinclair! You’re dead!”
“No you are.” Steve came out of no where, flipping him around and landing a cheep shot right in the middle of Billy’s face.
“Looks like you got some fire in you after all! I’ve been waiting to meet this king Steve people have been telling me so much about.”
“Get out.” That was the last straw, he was literally being pushed into a corner. Billy couldn’t leave without his sister and he could leave while this angry too. He needed an outlet, so he swung.
The boy let Harrington get in a few good swings, cheap shots. He smiled at the familiar sensation, it grounded him.
Billy grabbed a plate and swung it at Steve’s head, it shattered and he staggered back in pain. Stalking after the boy he hit him, over and over and over, until it all blurred together.
Instead of Steve he saw Neil, instead of Max he saw his mother. Poor, sweet and gentle, an angel on earth. Who his father had destroyed, who he’d destroyed.
It was all interrupted by a sharp stabbing pain in his neck. Billy launched an arm up and felt what seemed to be a needle in his neck. He stared at his sister in shock and confusion, what had she just done to him?
Trying to step forward he carefully ripped the needle from his skin, approaching his sister in confusion.
“The hell is this?” Billy’s throat stuttered and his body went limp. Vision blurred and swirled around him, a loud crash startled him.
“Shit, what did you do?” He asked before Falling back and hitting the floor with a loud thump. His ears rang sharply.
“From here on out you- do you understand? Do you understand!” The soft feminine voice slipped away to reveal that of his father screaming down at him.
His head jolted up, a baseball bat full of nails rested between his legs.
“Do you understand!” His fathers voice screamed.
“Screw you.” He managed to let out from his drug addled mind.
Tears fell from his eyes, he couldn’t move away, all he could do was watch. His body frozen in time.
“Tell me you understand! Say it!”
“What did we talk about!”
“I understand. I’m sorry, I’m sorry Neil. I tried I’m sorry. Please don’t hurt her, I tried I did, I really did. I tried!” His words were slurred as started screaming and sobbing, everything fell around him.
He was being swallowed up by a deep dark cloud.

I don't believe in ghosts but I grew up in an old victorian house in the north east of england (this sounds so made up I wouldn't blame you if you don't believe me) and tbh there were some Times.
My dad doesn't believe in ghosts, but this one time apparently he was in his study, which is at the very top of the house, and only has one set of stairs leading to and from it. He was home alone, but he swears a woman in a big dress walked right past him as he was picking papers off the floor. She was behind him, but he could hear the fabric, and she just walked down the stairs. He didn't get a proper look at her, but he asked if I'd skived school that day to play a joke on him. He genuinely absolutely believed it had been me but I'd been at school literally all day so he was just like 'oh'.
He was especially surprised because I'd been telling him about some weird happenings in the last few years and he'd always joked 'well I've never seen anyone in this house who wasn't supposed to be.' Now he kinda had.
When I had been 15 or 16, it was around midnight one night and I'd just been drifting off to sleep in the bedroom I used to share with my sister. As with any old house, we have kinda creaky floorboards, so every night when my parents came up to go to bed, I could hear them walk past. I'd just been nodding off when I heard dad clomp past my room to his bedroom, which woke me up a bit, much to my chagrin. I was just drifting off again when I heard more mens' footsteps come up to my door, and then the door opened. I realised that these footsteps were heavier than my dad's, that the man was taller than my dad and wearing boots. I was instantly fully awake.
The man stormed into my room, which was pitch black, and I couldn't see anyway because I keep my head under the covers, and he stood next to my bed and I could hear him breathing, looking at me 'sleeping' on the top bunk. I was panicking. I knew I had to turn over and turn on my bedside light with my right hand and punch him with my left, but it took me a few seconds, just listening to him breathing right next to me, before I built up the courage. I flicked on the light and socked him with my left hand and there was literally nothing, so I thought he'd sat down on the bottom bunk.
I just looked around the room for a few seconds, started swearing at the man and told him to fucking show himself or something but I sounded like a scared kid. I tried to descend the ladder whilst kicking around in case he grabbed my feet, jumping the last three rungs. He wasn't there. And the door was still closed. I had distinctly heard it open all the way. I ran out of my room and went to dad's room and asked him if he'd gone into my room, and he was like 'no?' and I yelled 'there's a man in there. I heard a man.'
So dad dashed to my room with me to check and we couldn't find anything. The window was still closed and it can only be locked from the inside. There was nobody hiding in there, we checked like three times. Mum was also in the house but she was still downstairs. That's the only time I've been scared by what went on. Other than that, I've never had a scary incident there.
I did once also have a massive blow-out argument with my mum in the kitchen, go upstairs to the bathroom to cry about it, and hear a woman's voice right next to me, singing a lullabye. I asked 'who's there' and she just laughed and continued the lullabye for a few more rounds and then went away. I was standing next to a pretty thin wall where you can hear the neighbours pretty well through it, but she was right next to me. I didn't know the lullabye, it wasn't familiar, and nobody in our house or next door had a voice that register. It was slightly deep for a woman, but still a young woman.
I believe that these were both because of fatigue and mental stress, but they were just so vivid. There were other incidents too but honestly if anything were to convince me, this would be it.
Sorry 4 the essay but u asked
Please never apologize for the essay these literally all sound like Classic™️ ghost examples.
Love the diversity of ghosts from “creepy annoying threatening men” to “comforting woman figure”.
If you were to believe in ghosts do you think the woman your dad saw and the woman who sang to you were the same person?

I smiled my thanks to the Amazon delivery girl as she handed me a package.
“Thanks!” I called out as I shut the door and carried the package inside. “Sammi, delivery!” I returned to getting ready for my shift at the Copper Penny as my baby sister left her room and wandered out to open her package.
“MC, did you look at the label?” she yelled. “It’s for you!”
I exited the bathroom once more, my comb in hand as I worked the teeth through my tangled curls. I joined her in the kitchen, where she had the package and a pair of scissors at the ready.
“Can you open it for me, please?” I asked her with a smile. “I just cannot get this one knot out!” I laughed as Sammi brutally stabbed the box, slicing it open. She took out a slip of paper and read it to herself first.
“Sweetheart, I had enlisted the help of my sisters in hunting for a pump- they thought you were carrying my child and were up at arms, planning a shotgun wedding. Yes, they’re THAT kind of family.”
I frowned as Sammi pulled out some bubble wrapping before removing another box. What on earth had Peter ordered me?
“Another milk pump!” Sammi’s eyes brightened as she placed the pump on the kitchen island. “Oh look, it’s a high tech one, too!”
I frowned as I looked at it before taking out my phone and texting Peter.
Did you order a milk pump for me from Amazon?
My phone buzzed barely a second after I sent the message.
I didn’t know what you needed, so I may’ve gone a little crazy
I looked inside the box and pulled out milk bags and spare pieces to the pump. I lay everything out on the counter as I was shaking my head.
“He really loves you,” whistled Sammi as she began to unknot my curls for me. “You’re lucky, sister. I wish I had someone who loved me the same way Peter does to you.”
“Sammi, your prince charming is out there somewhere,” I sighed, opening the box and pulled out the instructions. I was eager to try out my new pump before my shift in three hours. “He’s just probably stuck up in a tree somewhere because he refused to pull over and ask for directions.”
I scanned through the instructions and quickly fitted the machine together before moving over to the living room couch. I sank down and situated myself quickly before switching the pump on.
The only clue that it was working was a gentle hum and the bag slowly filling with breast milk. I sighed in blissful relief as the uncomfortable swelling began to die down. I sighed happily and tossed my head back.
“This feels wonderful,” I sighed happily.
“But not as wonderful as Peter’s mouth, am I right?” Sammi asked me, placing the comb next to me and running her fingers through my curls, fluffing them up.
“SAMMI!” I screamed, pinned in place by the machine, milking me into comfort. “I swear, what is it with you and sex?”
“He is HUGE,” Sammi pulled up her phone and began to bring up Google. “Like a solid foot!”
“Oh, for Fucks sake!” I groaned. “Sammi, I swear, this perverse obsession with his penis is starting to worry me.”
“What?” she asked as my phone buzzed again. “It’s true!”
“Keep your eyes on your giant ass dildo and off of my Peter,” I grumbled as I answered the phone. “MC here.”
 “Hi there, sweetheart.”
I bit back a smile at Peter’s voice.
“Hi yourself,” I greeted him with a sigh of content. “Thanks again, so much. It’s really quiet- now the entirety of faire won’t be bitching at me to do my pumping at Fairy Creek Meadow.” I held up the phone to the pump, letting him hear how quiet it was.
“I did good.” I could hear the smile on his face.
“Yeah, you did good,” I smiled. “Thanks.”
“Are you doing anything tonight?” he asked me. I could practically picture him- tight green shirt hugging his muscular chest, black hair tossed back into a messy bun, large manly frame making whatever room he was in seem crowded.
“I was asked to work tonight, last minute thing,” I said. “I don’t mind- even though I asked for the next several Mondays off to get back into the modern world.”
“Where do you work?” he asked.
“The Copper Penny,” I said. “It’s a neat place.”
“The Copper Penny?” he asked. “Where’s that?”
“It’s a biker bar,” I explained. “The regulars are really sweet. It’s a fifteen minute walk from my apartment-”
“No, that’s inexcusable,” he growled. “I’ll be your ride for tonight.”
I opened my mouth to protest only to have the milk pump buzz before turning off, the bag full and ready to switch out.
“Peter,” I sighed. “Peter, I’m a big girl and I’ve been taking care of not only myself by my little sisters for many years, I appreciate the fact that you’re my soulmate and that you want to take care of me, but please, let me take care of myself.”
“Sweetheart, please, humor me,” he begged me. “Let me scope out the Copper Penny and see that it’s safe for you. I don’t doubt you, but please. I need to see.”
I sighed as I started up the machine again, having swapped the full bag for an empty one. Sammi sealed the milk filled bag and stuck it in the fridge for me.
“Okay, I have work from six to two tonight,” I grumbled.
“You need your sleep,” was he said. I could picture him with a raised eyebrow as he leaned his side against the wall.
“So do you,” I shot back. “You must be exhausted, being a professional rock star and shit.”
“I’ll pick you up in an hour, we can go and grab a quick bite to eat before your shift,” he grunted.
 “I- well, okay,” I said.
