1. Why do you like or dislike this character?

Mikoto: Mikoto is just a guy. His design is cute, he's so silly, so clueless. Someone help him. As of now, it seems as though he really didn't have anything to do with his murder, so maybe he really is the only normal prisoner in milgram.

Kaiser: ...What do I even say about him. I think I have a thing for flamboyant blondes with a superiority complex. That was the archetype for my first anime crush haha 😀 His tattoo is great. His hair? Not so much. Especially his original haircut before Ness changed it. Also. Um. His method of thinking of a way to beat Isagi was...🧍🏻Man is not okay. I can't wait to see his tragic backstory.

Sae:🧍🏻🧍🏻🧍🏻 I like how in Rin's flashbacks, Sae isn't so outwardly affectionate or doting. Like, you can see his cold and aloof personality but still understand his love for Rin. He shows it in the little things! I don't care much for the sibling dynamics where the older sibling is so loud in their loving, so Sae was an older brother that I can relate to more. 😀 Also, his bangs when he was younger are oddly cute. His bad luck is so funny too. I'd like to see his relationship with Rin improve tho. Come on man, its not that hard.

Azul: I've said before that I don't actually like canon Azul that much. I can admire his tenacity, and his dramatic tendencies are funny in small doses. His relationship with the tweels is so... Why can't they show affection normally? 🥲 But hey, at least they're having fun. Azul's way of talking does sound to me like a sleazy salesman trying to scam you. But its okay, his Halloween card makes up for everything.

Aki: I only watched the anime and exposed myself to some manga spoilers about major events, so I don't have much to go off on. But! ...He's so malewife. Get me a man like him. His backstory was um. The part where his parents prioritized his brother and told him to entertain himself because he's the older brother got to me. Yeah, his little brother was sick, that's fair. But ahhh the elder sibling trauma is- Okay, now let's talk about his topknot. No. I hate it. Why does his hair stand up like that. He's so hot, why is his hair like that? 😭😭

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

Uh, I don't have headcanons for any other characters. I'll come across portrayals of them that differ from canon in fics that I like, but I don't actually have any headcanons of my own. Sorry, Lina. :(

Mikoto: The milgram shipping pool is so small hdsjkjsdksjs. 0909 compels me tho 👀 Whether platonic or romantic, its so angsty and complicated. They literally cannot communicate. Orekoto just wants to protect Bokukoto. He's trying his best and it isn't helping.

Kaiser: Kainess. Another toxic doomed yaoi ship, I'm quite predictable. I'm hoping that Kaiser will either start to treat Ness better or Ness will just up and leave Kaiser. Either way, I win. Or not, because Kaiser seems to be more likely to kill himself first.

Sae: Ryusae. Any ship with Ryusei in it will have chemistry because of his bombastic personality. Sae has been seen interacting with a grand total of 3 people during his time in the bl manga, and 1 of them is his brother. So my options here are literally just Aiku and Ryusei.

Azul: The octotrio hnggggg

Aki: I don't have any romantic ships for him. :0 The found family he had with Denji and Power was cute.

Domesticated!König Headcanons ✨

Some HCS I thought up of for funsies, take it with a grain of salt if you disagree with any of it. And let me know what you would think differently! If this gets any love, I have a couple of more headcanon ideas to post as well, so please support my delusions of grandeur!

Part 2 is out! StepDad!Konig

Adjusting to civilian lifestyle for König proved to be challenging. Thankfully, he had you to help him along the way.

If you're not from Austria, König will compromise with spending summers in Vienna in the vacation home and live full-time with you in your home county (or wherever the hell you decide to choose. As long as he's not a convicted war criminal there.)

König tends to keep his PTSD episodes in check for the most part, except when he has a few drinks. He opts to sleep in the guest room after scaring you one night from the terrors. The years away from his past life helps them fade, but he will always carry that shit with him.

You help him job hunt. Blue-collar work was for him, the less human interaction, the better.

With that being said, König insists on DIY-ing every problem in the house. He tried figuring it out with his own basic knowledge, but became unstoppable when you introduced him to the DIY side if YouTube. Some projects had him at his wits end, and when you hear him cuss up a storm in German, you have to hold your laughter back until you're out of earshot.

The grocery bill. That's all I gotta say.

Add a couple more bills on it if you got a kid(s).

Most days, König is careful with not trekking mud in from the job site, leaving his boots in the garage/on the front porch. If it slips his mind, you know he's tired. It took a couple of scoldings to figure it out, but he does his best to make it up to you.

König had been okay with living where you wanted to, but he doubled down on living somewhere secluded, or at least outside of the city. Meaning longer drives/day trips if you wanted to shop at outlets. Totally fine, you talk his ear off during the drive to catch up on what he's missed out on during his long week of work.

Tons of nature hikes. If you weren't used to the outdoors, König would get you shaped up. He was so damn proud of you when you stopped relying on GPS and used maps/surroundings/cardinal directions, etc.

Dog or cat family, but I also see him being a reptile dad, too.

WANTS KIDS. THE MORE, THE BETTER. He wants to age and be surrounded by his kids & grandkids every holiday.

When you would go out on dates/shopping trips, there was no avoiding the double takes and stares. You man was giant, it wasn't something he could help. It would grind on his nerves when it came from grown ass adults, but he had a soft spot for children. They didn't know better, so he'd flash a friendly smile or wave so they're not afraid. Those moments would bring back the baby fever for him.

Nothing made König more happy than coming back home to the home you two have made after an adventurous day, watching you saunter happily to the kitchen to grab drinks and snacks to settle down into the plush couch next to him to watch some movies. Your choice, always. And if that baby fever was raging, he would toss you over his shoulder to settle that urge in the bedroom 😏

re: convos about hazbin hotel's rating and kids being in the fandom.

i looked into what Amazon's Hazbin Hotel is rated and the confusing matter of the 16+ to 18+ rating. basically it's not uncommon for the (imo, broken) rating system to tag darker episodes with a higher rating than others, the intent is to let you know what the current episode will get into, but the fault is that it risks initially giving the impression the series is for a younger audience than it is.

& it *seems* the UI for the series page on Amazon defaults to the highest rated episode--bc it *was* 16+ before all episodes released, then bumped up to 18+ once episode 4 was there.

here's the rating on episode 4, which if it's the same as every other Prime episode i've watched, would've been briefly in the upper left corner in small text before fading away, easy to miss and lacks what would be more fitting verbage (i.e. sexual violence.)

and, here is what Hazbin Hotel's *official* certified ratings are, according to IMDb:

in relation to a shocking amount of kids being in the fandom, i tried to look into whether or not the Hazbin Hotel Pilot episode and/or Addict were age-restricted. y'know, bc everyone keeps saying it's an "adult show for adults." (which it is but ykwim.)

and it seems like there weren't/aren't. i checked in a logged-out browser if i'd get any sort of "this video is age restricted" or "sign-in to confirm age" YouTube filters. i didn't. i also tried playing them in Discord (bc usually if a YouTube video is age-restricted it'll stop you and make you view it on YouTube where it can confirm your age) both the pilot and Addict played without a problem.

(if someone else tries and finds they *did* hit an age-restriction block feel free to let us know.)

in addition, it seems a few redditors were discussing this very thing back when it came out, so they were either mistaken or it never had an actual age-restriction on it.

and the pilot's warning isn't even at the top or in caps or anything, it's a very casual "be warned this is aimed at older audiences hehe there are bad words and innuendos" line in the middle. not even "for" older audiences. "aimed" at them.

and as we know Addict has a proper warning at the start of the video that is as follows:

but, again, i was able to access Addict easily in a logged-out YouTube window which seems to indicate it had no age-restrictions on it.

i checked YouTube Kids itself and the good news is neither the pilot nor Addict show up in the search. the bad news is YouTube's content moderating is still lax enough that any dumbass can try and content-farm kids with whatever is recently popular, so a small handful of Hazbin-related videos like piano tutorials and silly crafts of the characters can be uploaded and labeled as "for kids" by those people. bc it's "just an innocent piano tutorial!" "just an innocent craft!"

but of course most of the "kids" we see in the fandom getting yelled at are generally 13-16 and up, just including the above for full context.

all-in-all i'm not trying to say that not age-restricting the pilot or Addict is some predatory action taken by viv, but to me it was/is a very poor ignorant or oblivious decision.

yes kids will always seek out content that isn't for them, but imo that's *why* the bear minimum is age-restricting and making it *clear* it's not for kids. it's for your own protection too.

if you put all the barriers up and kids still jump over them people can easily see it wasn't your fault. same goes for when construction sites or dangerous hills have warnings so they're not at fault if someone ignores the warnings and gets hurt.

but if those construction sites, hills, or videos made "for adults" don't have those warnings loud and clear, you're gonna get faulted, and you're gonna get kids running around even *more* confident that they belong there bc they were barely warned that they don't.

Thank you for laying it all out like this. This illustrates exactly what the problem is.

Seeing Cher and Gun in the Our Skyy 2 trailer wearing those dreaded Christmas colors reminded me of a few things,

like I didn't actually write about the colors in episode 6 of A Boss & A Babe because I got distracted by the . . . acting. Yeah. The acting and not that wild "Let them eat cake" version of Gun we saw.

With much resistance, I've come to the conclusion that we are dealing with warm vs cool colors (Cher x Gun & Zo x Three), which does not make a lick of sense because the opening and ending credits are blue and yellow and the OST gave us blue, yellow, and orange while Gun has yet to put purple on his body compared to Cher who had purple with blue on last episode, but Reon Saran Jantharakkha, the cinematographer, is playing color combat, so cool cool cool, but not cool colors since Gun DOESN'T HAVE PURPLE!

Whatever. I'm good. *shrugs in unbothered*

The episode begins where the previous episode ended - Gun in blue at Cher's front door.

Just in case you're struggling to see it, this is what the suit looks like during the day.

I'm not touching on how Gun's colors become darker as his mood shifts because after spending time with Cher, Gun quickly pops back up the next day in green winking and smirking his way through the office like he took a course in HR violations from GAP's Sam.

Thup shows up at Cher's place after work, because nobody respects this man's space, in orange demanding money for an avoidable car accident. His colors say he is Team Cher, but his attitude says he is Team Share-Your-Money-Now!

Cher transfers him the money, so he quickly exits, only for his other problem child to call him from the hospital.

Gun LIES stating that he was injured at a construction site, even though he told Cher earlier that he had a meeting at a hotel, and surprising nobody, Gun is missing his green. This mentiroso is in the black! *The Scooby Gang is displeased* But his lies get him a care giver, a hair washer, AND someone to cuddle with.

Gun LIES some more and tells Cher that the reason he was bothered the other day was because he met with Thyme and had to be tough, but the colors and timing are telling a different story. Thyme appears to be wearing green (which would align with Gun), but also Gun left that meeting smug in the flashback, yet showed up to the office so upset that only Porsche, his ex, was allowed to speak to him.

What's happening, narrative? Why is the math not mathing?

Because of Gun's LIES (or the plot holes), Cher sleeps with Gun, and the next day, Oi, the most accurate office worker ever portrayed in a series, calls Gun out on his change in personality while wearing blue pants. Gun is wearing whatever color this is. BlueBlack? No sé,

But Cher struggles with his color.

Is it because you slept with a liar, sir? Blink twice if it an actual part of the narrative. Blink once if it's merely plot holes.

Sidenote: Zo is fine. He was just tired. But not too tired to not wear his color, unlike Three who is taking a page out of Gun's color book and wearing green all of a sudden six episodes in.

But it's okay because Zo decides to support his boyfriend in his color shenanigans and wears PURPLE after Three blows up at the group for not taking the competitions seriously. Let it be known that Jack only stated facts. And also note everyone else will wear purple before Gun.

But next week, everyone seems to have their colors sorted out (I write that every week), after $ugar Daddy Gun suggests a beach trip for Cher and his friends.

Zo and Cher are showing their willingness to merge their colors and love with their love interests, while their guys stick to their colors.

Yet drunk Gun seems more inclined to the idea of opening his heart and his arms to Cher.

Because this is the face of a man in love. This is not the face of a liar.

Right?

A few minutes later. In a room of the mansion, the final checkpoint of the courage test.

Kohaku: I took a lil look around the mansion.

Still, no soul in sight... Checked some nearby houses too, but they were all empty.

And that feelin' I've been havin' for a while's gone, too. What the hell's goin' on here?

Hiiro: This is truly an abnormal situation.

Before we knew it, everyone in this Amagi Village vanished. While we were following the designated route, they all disappeared without a trace.

Just like the staff of the paranormal program we heard about in the ghost story, they've all gone missing.

Aira: W-What's going on? Seriously, what's happening?

Is it because I called this place a backward village and made fun of it? Did I trigger the wrath of the Amagi God(?) of the Amagi Village and cause them to be spirited away or cursed?!

Hiiro: Calm down, Aira. This should be another phenomenon that can be explained rationally, logically.

The universe is governed by the laws of physics. There are no such things as apparitions.

HiMERU: HiMERU agrees with you as well.

Hiiro: Umu, I think Nii-san would also agree. He's a logical person, after all.

HiMERU: Then allow HiMERU to retract his prior statement and say that he has a different opinion from you.

Hiiro: Wait, why though?

Kohaku: Hehe. Still, we got caught up in somethin' strange, didn't we...?

Of course, this is part of the scripted setup by the producers, but doesn't it feel like more than just a prank?

Aira: I just don't get it... Even if it's a prank, it's being dragged out too long, and I can't grasp the intention at all.

I seriously think we got caught up in some inexplicable phenomenon.

Hiiro: Even apparitions must have some logic. Ghosts may be impossible, but the ones described in ghost stories remain in this realm because they have some kind of lingering attachments.

What could ghosts, or rather, apparitions, stand to gain by pushing us into such circumstances?

Aira: Like I said, it's a curse! We probably angered some divine entity by accidentally breaking a taboo in this backward village!

That's why we're being put in this scary situation! That's how it is, isn't it?!

Hiiro: Umm. We don't really worship any particular deity in my hometown, and so far we haven't broken any taboos to warrant such severe punishment...

Well, I mean, by inviting strangers from outside into our secluded homeland, we've already broken a taboo.

But if that were the case, we would've all been cursed as soon as we set foot in this village.

Aira: So, what's the deal? Explain it so that even an idiot can understand!

Kohaku: Ahaha, Rabu-han's like Crazy:B's Niki-han, huh.

Aira: Chances are you're not complimenting me, are you, Kohakucchi?!

Hiiro: Basically, this situation is highly unnatural. There's no logical explanation, it's too nonsensical.

To put it bluntly, it's a mess.

HiMERU: —Well, HiMERU's viewpoint does differ slightly.

Hiiro: ? What do you mean, HiMERU-san?

HiMERU: HiMERU has long harbored a certain suspicion.

He kept quiet until now, since he was warned in no uncertain terms by Rinne just before arriving here. Yes, HiMERU's nature is that of a person with a strong sense of duty who properly keeps his promises.

Kohaku: Settin' aside your usual self-praise, what's this suspicion about?

HiMERU: It's about that person called Akan.

Aira: Ahh, the producer in charge of Matrix?

I sorta sympathized, being an underachiever who got ridiculed by everyone.

HiMERU: Right. That AkanP is the organizer of this series of events, Matrix. The starting point of all the occurrences woven within this narrative.

And yet, for some reason, there's a bizarre lack of presence exhibited.

Like a ghost, hm?

Such incompetence is far too profound to allow for any meaningful actions—HiMERU thought that might be the reason.

Essentially, AkanP is no more than a mere faceless background character in this story.

Kohaku: Some brutal words ya got there... Well, HiMERU-han's been gettin' real irritated with that person, so I reckon his language's takin' a rough turn.

HiMERU: Yes. HiMERU hates incompetence. It's pointless to get involved, and therefore a waste of time.

"I've" spent my whole life discarding such worthless people without a second thought.

I thought that was the correct course of action. In fact, it's precisely because I carelessly reached out a helping hand to a completely useless fool that I—

Kohaku: Huh? HiMERU-han, talkin' in first person? That's rare.

HiMERU: —Pardon. Anyway, what HiMERU wanted to say is that AkanP is excessively incompetent.

Kohaku: Ain't that goin' too far? I guess Anzu-han's support was a factor, but Matrix seems to be gettin' a pretty good reception for what's been shown, right?

So, wouldn't ya call the project a success?

HiMERU: That's true. Perhaps that was unexpected for the mastermind behind this sequence of events—the culprit.

Kohaku: Culprit, ya say?

HiMERU: Originally, it was intended to be a much sloppier and utterly hopeless event. This Matrix, hardly anyone even took notice of it...

In other words, it didn't matter whether it succeeded or failed; it was meant to be an insignificant program.

Kohaku: Nah, ain't Matrix supposed to be a major event wrappin' up ES's first year? At least, that's the official story, right...?

HiMERU: What if that was just an excuse contrived retroactively?

The much-anticipated big event turned into a sucky project all because of the useless producer named Akan—

Kohaku: "Sucky"... Sometimes you talk real eccentric, HiMERU-han.

HiMERU: —And yet, contrary to that, was there not a fundamentally flawed plan to begin with?

However, with Anzu-san's involvement, that plan turned into something remarkably engaging.

As a result, ES took notice, and Matrix became a major event wrapping up the first year of ES.

Hiiro: In other words, according to HiMERU-san's conjecture, the order of events was reversed.

hi Monica! is it okay to ask for an little more (maybe indepth) explaining on how puentalay and tesstun switch back to the og universes? So tun dreamt of place and the location ended up been in his film site the next day. So did puen dream too or was their respective switch happen due to tun. And we saw that talay say he dreamt of a place as soon as he wake up but it wasn't some place near by or easy to to reach. Does this have some symbolism or meaning and do u think tess also dreamed the same night too. So did the switch happen cuz of talay and tun

of course that’s okay!!!! as a general rule, please feel free to ask me anything, im always up to help if i can or even just to chat a little!!! tho it might take me a while to reply, as you can see ;;;;;;;

before getting into this, however, i think i should point out that the show doesn't really give a full in depth  explanation on how the switching back to the original universe works (probably because the novel itself does not give much of an explanation either), and while i do think the show tried to make sense of it by giving us a few more hints to help us connect the dots (which is one of the many reasons why i think the show is far more superior than the novel btw), the truth is that a lot of it is still up to interpretation. so what i can do is give you my own personal view on the matter, which doesn't necessarily mean it's the right one. im aware i tend to read too much into things and that maybe i've come up with an explanation that it's more complicated than it actually is, but im still gonna try to illustrate it as best as i can and let you decide if it works or not!!!!!

SO. right from episode 1, dol and joob introduce us to the two main rules that are known about traveling back to your universe, which are:

"to return to the old universe, you must first find someone who has traveled between universes like us. there will be something of that person that matches you. once you find that person, you will dream.”

“it will be a place. when you dream about a place, you must go there as soon as you wake up. there's a chance for you to return home."

if we go by these, things seem to be fairly straightforward: talay met puen, he eventually dreamed about the secret island, he went there, he switched back; tun met tess, he eventually dreamed about the pool where they were filming a movie in, he went there, he switched back. simple, right?

however, the more you look at it, the more i think it’s natural to come up with a whole lot of questions like if you dream after you find your portkey, why didn't puen and talay dream right away? did they have to reach a certain level of connection to 'unlock' the ability of being each other's portkey? but then what caused talay and tun to finally dream? did puen and tess dream too? and if talay/puen and tess/tun are portkeys, why didn’t they switch together?

as i said before, all these questions remain unanswered in the novel, but the show adds a layer to the universal travelling that i personally think it helps explain a lot. in episode 6, joob says  

"i do believe universal traveling happens for a reason. maybe it's a lesson for us to learn something we're missing."

this idea is brought up again by talay at the end of episode 12, when during his voice over he says

"p'joobjang once told us we travel between universes to learn something. for me, i learned about love."

if we look at universal traveling under this point of view, i think a lot of things start to make more sense, and we can also answer a few of the questions we previously had. after you die, you travel between universes because you need to learn a lesson. for puen, it was about accepting himself and the life he was given. for talay, it was about love. only once you've learned your lesson you're gonna switch back. in this scenario, your portkey isn't what 'unlocks' your ability to go home, but rather it's the person that can help you learn said lesson. and if we look at it this way, puen and talay WANTING and CHOOSING to be each other's portkeys gets a whole new meaning too: puen loves talay, talay accepts puen for who he really is, and by wanting and choosing each other they also accept the lesson they were supposed to learn

here's when things get a little bit messy (and i probably read too much into things ;;;;;;). so you have to learn a lesson. but to go back to your original universe we know you also have to dream about a place and go there. so you learn your lesson, and once you do you finally dream about a place, you go there, you switch back. following these rules, it indeed seems like the switch has been due to talay and tun since they're the ones who dreamed, even if you don't know what tun's lesson was. i definitely think this is perfectly reasonable, and we could stop here and call it a day, however to me it's not so simple, mainly for two reasons: 1) the switch between puen and tun literally happens at the peak of puen's character development, once he's fully learned his lesson and shows it by finally being ready to tell talay his name, so it's hard for me to see it as a simple coincidence, and 2) maybe it's gonna sound harsh, but to simply put it, this is not tun's (and tess') story, it's puen's (and talay's), so on a narrative point of view it's just weird to have someone else be responsible for the switch

so here's what i think (hopefully i can explain it in a way that make sense ;;;;;;): usually, when you're taught a lesson, you will also have to take a test to show that you've really learned it. puen's test is to face his worst nightmare: being back in his original universe with no one waiting for him. talay's test is to be willing to give up everything for love: losing time and energy by having to wait day after day for the tide to get lower. and while i do think dreaming and going to a certain place is necessary to switch back after learning your lesson, the reason i think puen didn't dream is because that would have defeated the point of his test (if he had dreamed he would have known he was gonna go back and he could have prepared himself for it), so tun dreamed (and went to the designated place) for him

im aware it's a reach, but it makes sense to me, especially because of the place tun dreamed of: a pool. this is already long as hell so im not gonna into it as much as i could, but let's just say that in vice versa water is a recurring theme that carries a lot of different meanings. one of those is that it represents puen and talay's relationship as a whole (in episode 7, the tide at the secret island is low because they haven't cleared up their feelings for each other yet; in episode 9, the tide is getting higher because they confessed to each other but there are still things left unsaid; in episode 11, the tide is at its highest point because puen and talay fully love each other with no secrets left between them [and talay has to dive in the ocean, in their love, to get to the secret island and be able to go back]). but water also represents talay and puen separately, with natural bodies of water being related to talay and artificial man-made ones (like a swimming pool) to puen

ANYWAY. there are still some holes in this theory and there's so much more that i could say about it, especially about the water symbolism and how i personally think 'the Universe' is a sort of sentient force in vice versa, but we would be here for ages so im just gonna shut up. if you, anon, or anyone else, even got to this point after reading though this mess you honestly deserve a prize ;;;;;; (i can offer cookies and all my love?)

I just finished watching the season one finale of Doctor Whooves and Assistant and wooo boi, after 12,5 years we got a finale to one season I want to talk about it so much in fact that I went on this site just to rant First and foremost, rest in peace our dear boy Tick Tock 🙏 We will miss you. How am i going to organize my Miraculous' remakes: Part 1/2 - Redesigning the heroes outfits

*Remember, these are just my personal thougths. It's up to you if you agree with them or not.*

First of all, I want to make it clear that I actually LOVE the canon heroes designs. It's not a sudden thing though; It takes me a while to get used and process all the information on the outfit, but after that, I start to appreciate it. It's just that sometimes I miss some few extra details in the costumes, or I think something else could replace the original idea they decided to go with. So, instead of waiting for some random artist to magically know how to make a hero design that satisfies me, I decided to do it myself.

And let me say that I always found it interesting when someone describes and explains each choice and meaning behind a character's design and how they came to the conclusion that it made sense to them, so I'll try to reproduce the same here.

Below I'm leaving a bunch of listed basic and concrete information (at least for me) that I plan to use with Miraculous characters so I can proceed with the outfit redesigns. Wanted to share cause this may help some of you that also want to start your own redrawings:

1. Every superhero will have a jumpsuit as the base piece of clothing

Just so I don't freak out trying to decide what to do. I know that Thomas probably based himself in the classical comic-books heroes. And when a pattern is set, I avoid deviating from it. Even for aerodynamic reasons the best thing would be that the clothes didn't have a lot of weight, although the other way around might be more fun.

By the way, speaking of this, I would like to thank @officialfanbug (who, ironically, is not a fan of the ideia of everyone using jumpsuits) for inspiring me to start this Miraculous blog based on redesigns and rewriting in general. Your criative mind and thinking, especially for someone who wants to work with animation/design (even though I ain't sure about the specific area right now) is one of the reasons for me to think about exposing my drawings publicly on a site that I like

2. I try to be consistent with the character's style, behavior and wills

That's why I don't want to change any of the characters looks, both as civilians or akumatized villains; I rely on some of their forms as akumatized villains or simply in their everyday style attribute (for colors tones, custom extra garment). Even things that were shown or said in just one episode have an effect when designing the outfit. I will specify each of these things separately per post when addressing a particular holder.

3. Following the Miraculouses', Kwamis' and the animals which the Kwamis were based appearence is important to me

So I just have this ideia that the official miraculous' holders should portray all of their respective kwamis aspects, as they represent the kwami, the animal and the miraculous itself most of the time (THEY NEED TO BE THE BEST OUT OF THE BEST BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREEN TIME!!!!! MY EYES MUST BE PLEASED EVERYTIME THEY APPEAR) and yes even the smallest of the details such as the position of a mark in the kwami's body. That being, I prefer to be coherent with these 3 things. It's like a mix, in short.

I feel like this whole post is a bit disorganized and that I would like to add so many other things with another words, but for now, I'll leave it like this. Also I didn't check my english spelling, so this text might have a BUNCH of errors. But anyways, just ignore it

Mando season 3... sigh. Sadly, I'm beginning to lose interest. The story seems disjointed, and the production value feels like it's diminished in quality.

I'm having difficulty suspending my belief. For example, the location of the covert. It looks like they're in the middle of nowhere. There are dangerous beasts all over the place, so why are they still there? Why did they save those baby monsters if they're only going to turn into more dangerous predators? It looks like no one has a ship, so how are they getting supplies? Where are they getting gas to fire forge? Practicalities like these are knocking me out of the narrative.

Also, the fact that Favreau said there's no end in site concerns me because shows seem to lose quality over time when there isn't a plan. The words "jump the shark" come to mind.

I'll keep watching, but I miss being excited for a new episode to drop each week. In fact, I haven't watched the latest episode and am in no hurry to do so.

I’m sorry that you’re not enjoying this season as much as the previous ones. It seems like you’re not alone - I have seen quite a few people expressing less than favorable opinions on what’s going on with s3 - but that’s still unfortunate, and I hope that the remaining episodes give you and others more to enjoy about it!

That being said, I’m actually really liking this season so far, which probably (maybe?) isn’t what you were expecting me to say, but here we are. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But let’s talk about the things you brought up. Going under the cut to avoid spoilers for anyone who doesn’t want to see them:

I’m gonna start by saying that I do agree that the production value feels a little diminished. I’m wondering if it’s because of bigger budgets on other SW shows (I’m thinking Andor & Ahsoka- which I have HIGH hopes for), and them banking on the fact that the Mandalorian series already has a large fan base. It doesn’t feel (to me at least) as diminished as the production value of BOBF felt (that low speed chase on 50s era mopeds was … a choice), but I’ll agree that it feels like a half step down from seasons 1 & 2.

The only thing I personally have had a hard time with as far as the storytelling/disjointedness goes, was the way that the Pershing episode was structured. It was 5 minutes of Din/Bo/Grogu, and then a whole chunk of Pershing and the least trustworthy character in all of star wars, and then another 6 minutes of Din/Bo/Grogu. I didn't hate that we got some info on what was going on on that side of things - I have theories about where they're going with Elia Kane and all of that, and they were strengthened by some details in the latest episode - but I wish they had structured the storytelling differently by sort of breaking it up and sprinkling it into the rest of the episodes.

As far as the covert being in the middle of nowhere goes, it’s entirely possible that at least one other Mando has a ship, and it’s hidden. I always assumed that their tunnels and caves on Nevarro were more expansive than what we ever actually saw - Din at one point says he’s not familiar with a certain section of them, which made me think they were LARGE and possibly even connected to other tunnels where a ship (or ships) that belongs to the covert might be kept for emergencies or just to use when needed. I also recall a line (when the covert was on Nevarro) about how living in the shadows means only one can go out at a time for secrecy and safety, and that made me think that it’s not just Din who comes and goes off world, that others do, too if or when they need to. It’s also possible that they had a pre-arranged backup plan, so they didn't all need to leave Nevarro together, they just had to find a way there even if it wasn't right away. But again this is all just what my brain came up with throughout the series, so I have no idea if it’s canonically correct.

The fact that there are so many dangerous beasts on that planet was probably one of the things that made it a desirable hideout - because no one in their right mind would try to settle Dino World, but Mandalorians aren't in their right minds so I get why they chose it from that perspective.

THE BABY MONSTERS!!!! Can I tell you that as soon as the mama went down I gasped and said "but the babies will die now!" And then as soon as they turned up back at the covert I was filled with relief like "oh, nevermind, they're going to be loved and cared for!" I love that they were "adopted" by the Mandalorians. For one, raising them from hatchlings will allow them to bond with the lil beasts and possibly even rely on them for battle backup like Boba did with the Rancor. Also? I just love the reiteration of how important adoption is to Mandalorians. It's a part of their belief system that they take care of any children that need taking care of, no matter who or what their parents were. "Mandalorian isn't a race, it's a Creed" extends even to beasties and I just think that's very sweet coming from a group of tin cans. (idk what the beasts are called. I've been calling them pterodactyls to fit the Dino World theme - I've seen articles and posts where people are calling them shriek hawks, but I'm pretty sure shriek hawks are smaller and have feeyethers. I could be wrong about that, though!)

The "no end in sight" is admittedly concerning, but I'm choosing to believe they won't let it go beyond where it needs to. Depending on where this season ends, I think it could probably go one more. With all the tie-ins from the Clone Wars & Rebels series (which honestly, I know animation isn't everyone's jam, but Rebels was truly great, and there is a LOT of Mandalorian lore and history in that show, including stuff pertaining to the Darksaber, Bo-Katan, and Clan Vizsla, so if you're ever looking for something to watch I recommend it, or at least the episodes that concern Mandalore) that have been popping up, I'm hoping that Filoni will take good care of the rest of this story. My fingers are crossed.

I hope that you do keep watching, and I hope that you do find things to enjoy about it as it continues! I'm very much looking forward to the next episode.

Hey everyone, guess what’s on the internet? It’s the Daniel Kitson archive 2.0!

This first appeared on the internet a few months ago, and by "appeared", I mean I did a small amount of work and someone who isn't me did a large amount of work, and that put it online. My contributions were mainly listening to too many hours of radio files so I could work out what each one was, digging through things like old message board threads to match dates and radio stations and other metadata to those files, and cutting up some of the older ones to make song-free versions but saving titles and artists of those songs to make tracklists. Most of the files where I did the editing were from the older years when Kitson was not so diligent about back announcing and on some occasions told us that even he didn't know what the song was, so this involved a fair bit of Googling lyrics to indie music. That was my main contribution, really. I Googled a lot of lyrics to indie music. Those were my contributions, unless Daniel Kitson ever breaks his promise that he doesn't Google himself anymore and finds that website, in which case, my contributions were nothing and I have never heard of Daniel Kitson.

Seriously, though, someone else who has been amazingly helpful to me for the past year did all of the actual work of designing and creating the website, amassing the collection of audio files over many years, and quite a lot of the editing too, and I am very grateful for that, and all other comedy fans should be as well, and everyone should check out this beautiful bit of archiving.

A few updates have been made to the site since I first posted it months ago, and this weekend, a whole bunch more updates were made, which is how I justify the 2.0 designation. I re-listened to Kitson’s 2019 run last week to complete the last few tracklists that we were missing – so now every file that has songs also has a text-based tracklist as well as a music-free version. And for the 2019 run specifically, may I recommend the music-free version? Going back over that one really reminded me of how bad the music was in that year specifically – I didn’t love it in 2018/2020/2023 either, but I think 2019 was the worst. Anyway. Daniel Kitson has put some great music on his radio shows over the years and has introduced me to lots of music I now really like. But most of that is stuff he played before he got really into LCD SoundSystem in 2012.

 Anyway. There are other significant updates, as compared to when it was first posted, in the misc. radio section. A bunch of files that I haven’t seen floating around anywhere else, and I have looked quite hard. The BBC Loose Ends clip from 2003 that he famously told a long story about in one of his early shows, and it is fascinating to get to hear the actual episode and compare it to the story (he is, of course, spot on). Just this weekend, a radio interview from 2002 was added that was fantastic Classic Kitson. And a bunch of guest spots on Australian radio from various years between 2006 and now. It’s good stuff.

The biggest update is that there’s now a whole new tab for writing. We avoided including reviews of specific Kitson shows, but it includes all kinds of other stuff, like interviews with him and profiles about him and even a few things written by Kitson. It’s heavy on stuff from early in his career, before he stopped agreeing to do interviews or be profiled. But there’s some recent stuff, from people who have profiled him whether he wants them to or not. A lot of those PDFs back up my theory that there are like five people in the world who are capable of sounding like a normal person while talking or writing about Daniel Kitson, and none of those people work for any major arts-reviewing publications (to be fair, none of them write this blog either).

I highly recommend going through this thing, even if you're not hugely into Daniel Kitson, because this is a great way to start. For specifics of what's contained in each section of the archive, I'll just link to the post I made when it first went up in May, since the information is basically the same now as it was then. But there's more of it now. A whole bunch more and it's all enormous fun.

Hello! I saw on your YouTube you said that there are a lot of videos you haven’t posted because they got taken down. You could try using Vimeo to post those videos because they aren’t strict with copyright and things like that. I would love to see some videos I haven’t seen before on there!

I started to do that last year with a couple videos, but then I took them down because I'm nervous about the legality of that... like if it gets straight up removed from youtube during the uploading process then I don't think I should post the full thing anywhere else. I've tried to add very short clips of the best moments from some of those videos into my longer edits, though! but in some cases even a few seconds of just the audio from an interview gets the whole edit blocked. And that seems silly because all of this content used to be available to download on fan sites like nbd... and I especially don't get why the SNL performance gets blocked when the rest of that episode seems to be on youtube just fine.

But it's not like I'm over here sitting on hundreds of videos that aren't online, sorry. There are only maybe 10-20 that haven't worked to upload. I'm missing a tragic amount of content. I really regret not saving more... I never planned to have an account like this where I'd be trying to recap stuff, and I didn't realize things back then were so temporary either. Blame Viacom. Here’s a list of some of the content I think I’m missing so far.

side tangent that’s slightly relevant:

Youtube wasn't that widely used in 2005 when P!ATD started touring. I remember using it more by spring 2006 (and then it was huge by that summer), but for a while fans were most likely to upload their videos from shows to sites that no longer exist, like buzznet. That's why there are only scraps of random videos from fall 2005 left on youtube... and those were often uploaded later from someone who didn't film them. For example, there are a lot of GroveStBrent's videos from a Chain Reaction show in December 2005 left on youtube because that person lost their original files around the end of the Fever era and asked if anyone had saved their videos. Those got collected, put into a zip file, passed around, and then someone put them on youtube. So the fact that there are way more youtube videos from that one show at Chain Reaction than anything else in late 2005 doesn't mean it had any special significance... those videos were just shared at a point when youtube was more commonly used. I think this is important to point out because it seems like some teens these days are under the impression that P!ATD wasn’t very big yet in fall 2005 since there are barely any videos from that season on youtube. The reality is that P!ATD was already quite popular in fall 2005… but youtube wasn’t. 

Anyways, people starting using youtube more as 2006 progressed and there was SO much content shared from shows & interviews during the last half of the Fever era. The problem was that apparently MTV owned a ridiculous amount of the shows/channels that P!ATD was featured on (even stuff like Razer). Viacom sued youtube around the end of the Fever era, which meant a good chunk of the Panic fandom's videos were deleted and some channels were removed for repeatedly trying to re-upload banned content. That's why so many of the Fever-era interviews that are left have an upload date of 2007 or later. And that's why we're left with scraps like that pathetically blurry short clip of Brendon holding Ryan's hand instead of the whole series of those T-Minus Rock episodes. 

Basically, I'm trying to share some basic content that the fandom had in 2006-2008, but I'm also trying to not do anything sketchy. The majority of the videos that I'm missing or just can't upload are tied to Viacom in some way... and it's so sad because what is any company even doing with that footage at this point.

At what point in their life was your muse at their worst? Be it in terms of mental or physical health, emotional stability, general mindset? How do they look back on this era nowadays?

Bonus: what put them in this state and how did they get out of it again? What kind of lasting effects or habits still stick with them?

To no one's surprise, losing Mary and, soon after, Mirjam was when Seven was at her worst in just about every sense of the word. For weeks, even a few months after the breach that killed Mary, the responsible units were searching through the wreck that used to be Site-11 [new lore: where it happened lmao] to look for potential survivors and, after a while, bodies and body parts. Because of this, Seven/Clara did not get closure over what actually happened to Mary for quite a while, as the higher-ups refused to declare her dead without evidence. Because of this, the Foundation also didn't pay for a grave, which became an even bigger issue when no body was found and Mary was (and still is) declares missing in action instead. Clara ended up financing the grave mentioned in one memory herself because of this.

This alone was already insult to injury - she was heartbroken on an entirely new level, having never truly lost anyone before, while also trying to get used to the thought of having to raise her baby by herself. And then things got worse, of course.

I won't go into much detail towards the loss of Mirjam since I think I've already described this as best as I can here, but the aftermath.. didn't make things any better, to say the least. The miscarriage (or stillbirth, rather) happened fairly late into the pregnancy at approximately twenty-eight weeks, with no direct rhyme or reason behind it - other than that Clara's mother herself had faced similar struggles, meaning it was, without Clara's knowledge, a genetic risk. Life kind of just went "fuck you" at her. :/

Seven absolutely hates to look back at this time of her life, for obvious and understandable reasons and does her best not to think about these events. As for lasting effects, she developed PTSD from these events, which she only managed to deal with better around the 90s. She is still incredibly scared of losing the people she is close to to the point of occasional paranoia, and even more scared of falling in love again for the same reason. Even, or maybe especially now that she's finding herself slowly falling for Four, these fears are back, stronger than ever - after all, a relationship between them is forbidden and would very likely cost Four, as the newbie, his position.

Eight:

Eight was at his worst in a rather different way between approximately 1945 and 1953 - so including the downfall of The Lesser and Eight's own promotion to his current position. During this time, he was more under Ten's/the Foundation's control than ever before or since; and he came closest to being an actual monster as he has to this date.

It was mentioned once or twice in the past, but in the mid-40s, SCP-3000 and, with it, amnestics were first discovered in 565, with Two/Stefan being one of the main researchers to work on the project from then on. And Eight, relatively early on, took a dose against recommendation because he had been experiencing much greater distress (including nightmares) than before from his past, namely his childhood and the early years with the Foundation in which he was pretty greatly manipulated by Ten. The main cause of this episode was, ironically, that he was starting to realize how bad things actually were - the even greater irony is that Ten nudged him to pressure Stefan into giving him the amnestics.

Fast forward to the aftermath, it was.. not ideal. Due to how new amnestics were at the time, the dosage was higher than it should have been, and erased a very large majority of Eight's memories, including things he wanted to keep. This, of course, made far heavier manipulation on Ten's side (disguised as him 'reminding' Eight) very easy. He was somewhat kept away from Two as well to further help with this, too, and ended up becoming far, far colder than he was before, as well as straight-up cruel at some points. For a good few years, he didn't question a single order from Ten and even found a certain kind of joy in his position as one of the Foundation's henchmen.

Only after his promotion, after he finally became close with Two again, did Eight find back to his 'true self', so to say. While the worst was over by about '53, he was never the same, and a lot of the aftereffects of this time still linger to this day. This namely includes his heavy idealization of Two as his savior, pretty much, but also the way Eight views himself. He knows how he behaved back then was entirely inexcusable (which only gets made worse by the fact that he still struggles to realize just how badly Ten manipulated him) and he will see himself as a monster for the rest of his life because of it.

He also has, on multiple occasions, snapped at people who were close to him for a while and used this part of his past to scare them off from coming too close to him, out of pure fear that he could hurt them since he 'clearly' has this monster hidden inside him. This is why so few of his friendships last longer than a year or two.

The vacation

So, well, I'm 50.

I'm back from my two week birthday I threw for myself, inviting myself and family to Europe to visit Rome, London, and Paris, seeing most of the major tourist sites, staying in hostels, eating lots of good food.

I had a great time.

I am also sick and jet-lagged now. Tired. I drank some caffeine while out so I'm going to have to detox out of that. Our cat missed us. My house was nice to return to. I have a laptop now with a keyboard instead of typing everything tediously onto my phone.

I have to go to work tomorrow.

My fridge is empty. (But my pantry shelves and freezer is full so it's not like I'm struggling here. Also, my mother will be bringing by ham and beans around lunch and she's an excellent cook. My son should be heading out to get groceries very soon.)

My boyfriend was difficult to travel with.

Managing finances was surprisingly hard. 1) I make a lot more than my bf (or, obviously, my kids) so I'd expected to shoulder most of the cost. But we didn't have a firm idea of what that would be, or how we'd split it (actually, we had an idea, which was I'd cover everything but meals and then we'd split every other meal, but that's not how it worked out due to whoever was doing the buying of whatever using their card so now it's all tangled up and I think I'm just going to pay it all and count it as settled). There was supposed to be a point 2.

I did a lot of writing, a surprising 15,000 words of rough draft. It's all Skulk/MB stuff. It was something to pass the time with, jotting down two or three lines at a time. It really added up.

We saw all the sights I'd planned to see except the Catacombs of Paris. The Louvre is really impressive. OMG is it ever. Also, the Mona Lisa is overrated. The scale of everything, but especially the Roman ruins, was impressive. I loved the mass transit system(s).

I also loved caffe viennese and pain chocolat.

I finished an audiobook, Autonomy by Annalee Newitz. It's like the world of Murderbot, but without Murderbot. And maybe set a few hundred years before MB. It's good. Not great, but good. Maybe just okay. The good part are the core questions of what constitutes autonomy. Several characters struggle with it in different ways, either as a human enslaved at a young age and eventually freed, or a bot realizing how much of its desire to serve is due to programming. About that last, I'm glad the story chose to embrace that! At one point, one character asks a bot, 'Do you really want to do that, or are you just programmed to want to do it?' and the bot answers (basically), 'Yes.' Then elaborates that anyone who wants something is 'programmed' to want it, albeit programmed in different ways. But there's no reason to shit on bot desires because of it. The book also touches interestingly on gender issues for bots.

I watched Northman on the plane. I hated it.

I watched Yellowstone on the plane. I loved it. I only saw two episodes, so I'll be on the lookout for how to get the rest.

I watched Fraggle Rock on the plane. I was neutral about it.

I read several books of the Murderbot series to my daughter. She's started reading MB fanfic on AO3, mentioning some of the names of authors to me. Some of them I've read and/or know from the discord. Which she's not on so far. Someday soon we will be sharing fandom spaces. Since I don't know her alias, I'm not sure I'll know when it happens. :D

Also, this takes place after Charlie and Vaggie forgave each other. I am a little confused about the actual episode's timeline on when the extermination day happened but I like to think it was a few weeks before the extermination.

“What the fuck...?” Angel muttered, his eyes narrowing as he noticed a bright shooting star coming down from the skies of hell. Since when did shooting stars appear in hell?

The pornstar just wanted to hangout by his balcony after a long night of filming, he didn't expect to see something literally crash from the skies down to the fiery grounds of hell.

A large explosion could be heard in the distance, if he squinted he could literally see a crater.

“Holy shit. Gotta tell the others.” Angel groaned before eventually running out of his room. He doesn't know why it's a big deal, usually he wouldn't care if something crashed into hell's ground as it could be another sinner but something in his gut told him to tell the others.

Angel's feet tapped into the hotel floors, quickly running down the stairs, the arachnid finally arriving at the lobby, hunched up and heaving.

Coincidentally, the others seem to notice the sound of something exploding from the distance outside the hotel.

“Guys!” Angel started, catching the others attention, stopping as he had to breathe. “Something just crashed a few distance away from the hotel...” Angel wheezes out.

“It's probably just another sinner who ended up here in hell.” Husk says, his voice bored as he continues to wipe some glasses clean.

“Maybe but my gut is telling me otherwise, I think you guys should check it out.” Angel says with a deadpan making both Vaggie and Charlie to sigh.

“I think we should check it out, it might be something or someone interesting.” Alastor grins and Vaggie turns to look at Angel.

“Fine, but you're coming with us as we don't know where the thing or person crashed.” Vaggie says making Angel whine, “Yeah, yeah.”

“Come on, let's go. This should be an opportunity to have another guest for the hotel!” Charlie says excitedly. She's excited to help another poor lost soul to redemption.

Charlie didn't expect this, her face horrified. Angel took them to the crash site that was just a few distance away from the hotel—a rather remote area of the city.

She expected a sinner, what she didn't expect to see was the kind angel that helped her and Vaggie in heaven... Now passed out and bleeding profusely. Gold liquid painting her broken form.

“Now, this is interesting.” Alastor smirked but Charlie had to cover her mouth to prevent any screams coming out of her throat. Vaggie looked just as horrified beside her while Angel just looked in shock, worry, and confusion.

Charlie looked at Alastor, panic evident in her eyes, “Just don't stand there, please help her!”

With a snap of his fingers, Alastor summoned some of his shadow entities to gently lift the fallen angel and brought out of the crater that she created from her fall. Vaggie ushered the shadow entities, “Hold her steady and gentle...”

“Fuck... [Y/n] what happened? I got to call dad...” Charlie mutters as she quickly takes her phone from her pocket, freezing as she heard the fallen angel groaned in pain.

“Charlie?” [y/n] calls out softly, the princess of hell flinching slightly before eventually going to the woman's side.

“[y/n] I'm here... I'm glad you're alive... Just hold on a minute, I'm going to call da—” Charlie says in a panicked voice but was quickly cut off by [y/n].

“Don't... Please... I don't want him to see me like this...” [y/n] pleaded, pain evident in her voice. Eyes closed but tears streaming down her cut cheek.

“But [y/n]... You need help...” Charlie says in a worried tone.

“I don't want our reunion to be like this... Trust me please? I can heal on my own... I am not ready to see him yet, not like this...” [y/n] whispers, groaning slightly as one of the shadows began to treat her wounds. Alastor and Angel remained quiet, unsure what to say. The men can tell that the fallen angel was acquainted with both Vaggie and Charlie. Though, Alastor had a mischievous grin on his face.

“Alright... Though, I do think it's a bad idea...” Charlie sighs as Vaggie places a hand on her shoulder.

“Thank you, Charlie and friends... I'm glad it was you guys who found me...” [y/n] smiles as she once more passes out.

“Hurry, let's take her back to the hotel!” Vaggie orders and Alastor once more uses his powers to gently bring the broken angel back to the hotel while the others followed.

Charlie sat on the chair beside the bed where [y/n] is sleeping on, currently the said woman is still asleep and healing. [Y/n] has been in a coma for three days now, most of her broken bones and along with her wounds were patched up from the help of Alastor. [Y/n]'s healing powers are working but it's incredibly slow because of the lack of energy.

Charlie remained true to her words, despite having the temptation to call her dad. She did not.

She did not want to break [y/n]'s trust nor she wants her dad to be heartbroken once he sees [y/n]'s broken state.

Charlie had a lot of questions. Why is she here? What did she do to cause her to fall from grace?

Charlie sighs to herself, gently holding the unmoving hand of [y/n] and squeezed it gently.

“Please wake up soon, I am sure you want to see my dad right? And I want to hear stories from you on what you did in heaven after the meeting.” Charlie says softly before letting go of the older woman's hand before eventually leaving the room.

Unknown to the princess that [y/n]'s hand twitched ever so slightly after she left.

[Y/n] groaned softly, eyes slowly blinking as she took in her new environment. Unfamiliar ceiling, very red... Apple design on the tinted windows?

She winced as she felt the soreness of her bones, eyes widening as she realizes that her body is patched up. She then remembers what happened, the argument with Sera, the trial, the fall.

She quickly shot up from her bed, wincing as pain shot over her body. “Ow...”

“You should be careful...” a voice says, [y/n] looked around to see no one but her eyes finally landed on the floor to see... An egg? A talking egg?

“Hi?” [y/n] hesitantly greeted and the egg boy jumped happily and waved his hand. “Hello pretty angel lady! I am glad you're awake. Charlie has been very worried about you.” the egg boy says making [y/n]'s eyes widen.

“Charlie? Do you know where she is?” [y/n] asked softly, coughing slightly from the slight irritation of her throat.

“Um... She's downstairs.. Do you want me to call her for you?” the egg boy asked and [y/n] nodded, “That would be much appreciated... Err what's your name?” [y/n] asked, tilting her head slightly.

“My name's Frank and you are...?” Frank, the egg boy said excitedly making the fallen angel giggle slightly.

“My name is [y/n]... It is nice to meet you, Frank.” she says making the egg boy blush a little and smile widely.

“It is nice to meet you pretty angel lady! I'm going to call Charlie now!” Frank says before comically running out of the room making [y/n] chuckle slightly.

She turns to look at the window, mind and heart racing.

She's in hell. She's in Lucifer's territory. In the hotel owned by Lucifer's daughter.

Charlie was just talking with the others in the lobby, discussing plans that they should do when one of Sir Pentious' egg boys came running into the room.

“Pretty angel lady is now awake!” the egg boy says.

Charlie's eyes widened along with Vaggie's, the two girls quickly excusing themselves to go to the guestroom where [y/n] was resting.

After finally arriving at the room, they saw [y/n] sitting on her bed staring outside the window. Seemingly lost in thought.

“[y/n]... You're finally awake...” Charlie says, tears streaming down her cheeks. [Y/n] turned to look at the source of the voice and to see Charlie and Vaggie standing by the door.

[y/n] smiled widely at them, “Charlie, Vaggie... It's been awhile.” [y/n] says softly before letting out a small 'oof' as Charlie quickly hugged her. [Y/n] winces slightly while Vaggie panicked.

“Babe... Take it easy... She's still injured...” Vaggie says worriedly as Charlie slowly lets go of the poor woman.

“Oops, sorry, sorry... I'm glad you're awake...” Charlie says with a small smile and [y/n] nodded and gave the two girls a gentle smile in return. “Thank you for taking care of me... I am sorry for crashing like that...” [y/n] says shyly and Charlie shook her head.

“No,no... You shouldn't apologize... If you don't mind me asking, what happened? How did you end up here?” Charlie asked and [y/n] avoided her gaze.

“I... I questioned them... Their ideals and rules and I finally crossed the line and it got me here.” [y/n] says softly and looks at Charlie with an apologetic look in her eyes.

“I am truly sorry Charlie, I tried to change their minds but heaven didn't listen.” [y/n] says softly, placing her face against the palm of her hands as she cried a little. Charlie panicked a little.

“No,no, no... Don't apologize... It wasn't beyond your control and to hear and see you try to help me and the rest of the sinners... I appreciate it a lot...” Charlie says and Vaggie nodded. [Y/n] quickly wiped her face with her sleeves. Finally noticing that she was changed out of her old clothes and now wearing a comfortable dress.

“Thank you Charlie and thank you to everyone who helped take care of me.” [y/n] says softly and Charlie nodded with a small grin, “Anytime.”

It has been a few days since [y/n] woke up, she's been healing splendidly well. She also got along with the others inside the hotel, forming bonds with the demons.

[y/n] can truly see these souls can be redeemed.

Time has finally come and she's now fully healed. She's now ready to face Lucifer. It has been so long since she's last seen him.

“Are you really ready to see him?” Charlie asked, watching the older woman prepare herself for her trip. [Y/n] stood by the mirror, adjusting the dress she's wearing that Charlie gave her. It's a light blue collared dress that reaches by her knees, puffy sleeves and she's also wore some short black heels.

“I think it's time, our reunion was long overdue. I am healed enough to walk and fend for myself.” [y/n] says with a smile, her eyes landing on the bandages wrapped around her arms, the major wounds still in the process of healing but she's fine now.

“I know... I'm just worried...” Charlie says with a sigh, concerned for the woman's overall being.

“Would he be happy to see me though?” [y/n] asked, her voice above a whisper as she brushed her hair and styled it the way she wants.

Charlie's voice hitched. He will, he will be so happy. Oh, he's going to love you.

Is what Charlie thought, a smile on her face.

“Absolutely! So don't overthink it too much.” Charlie says and [y/n] sighs.

“But what if? What if he hates me? How should I act around him? It's been so longgg!” [y/n] panicked and Charlie had a close eyed smile on her face.

Well... A perfect pair... A fallen angel with anxiety and the other fallen angel has depression. A true chemistry for real.

“[y/n]. Look at me.” Charlie says sternly, placing her hands on both sides of [y/n]'s shoulders. [Y/n] looking at her hesitantly.

“You'll be fine, my father misses you just as much as you miss him. So woman up and tell yourself you can do this okay?” Charlie says sternly.

“Okay... I can do this...” [y/n] says with a deep breath, patting her dress to ease up the creases.

“Tell me if you're ready, I'll teleport you to the palace.” Charlie says softly and [y/n] nodded, taking deep breaths to calm herself down.

“I think I am now ready.” [y/n] says surely but inside she's still nervous.

Charlie smiled and looked at her, “Goodluck [y/n]. Take care of him for me okay?” Charlie giggled and [y/n] looked at her with slight confusion. Confused what the girl meant at the last part. She wanted to ask but the girl flicked her fingers and red smoke surrounded her and she was brought to the front door of the palace.

[y/n] took a deep breath, her hand moving towards the heart necklace on her neck, clutching the pendant slightly. The very necklace Lucifer gave her eons ago. She kept it, it was a gift from him after all.

Finally letting go of the pendant, closing her fingers and letting her knuckle finally knocked on the door.

This morning I had a sleep paralysis episode. It's probably been five years since I've had one. This one was very different from the others I've had. I wasn't able to open my eyes. (While that has happened before, it's rare for me.) I felt pressure on my throat instead of my chest. I know it can be either or both, but 90% of the time the pressure is in my chest only. This time, no chest pain. Also thankfully, this time there felt like there was zero presence of an entity. No intense fear or feeling of death. It felt like it was 100% a medical thing. So yay! But that did make me think of the times that did involve shadow people. It's almost halloween, so why not share some spooky stories lol.

So from ages 8-23 I would regularly have visits from shadow people and sleep paralysis. One day it just stopped. (For reference I'm 31 now) Since I've had a few more visits but they weren't very often. They also were different than the "attacks."

The first time I saw a shadow person I was four years old. I had fell asleep on the couch waiting for my mom to get home from work. My dad was in his bedroom. When I woke up I wasn't paralyzed. I sat up and watched tv for a few minutes, I was very awake. I suddenly felt sick to my stomach and an intesne fear out of nowhere. My eyes were drawn to the hallway and it moved so fast, had I not looked at that second I would have missed it. This seven foot tall, thin, black, semi-solid thing with bright green eyes darts from my bedroom to my dad's. I made eye contact with the thing and I couldn't breathe. After it was gone I was shaking and wanted to throw up.

It was a month later when I told my mom, who saw the same thing many years prior. She had 3 encounters, twice it had glowing green eyes, once just a solid shadow, once it had a hood/robe sort of thing. This was in the 90s, we didn't have internet, people didn't talk about stuff like this. There weren't movies and books on the subject like how there are now. My mom was fine with never telling me her experiences but after I told her mine, to reassure me I wasn't crazy she shared her's. Two of the times it tried to choke her, one time it just stood there watching. All of them were tall, thin and impossibly fast.

It was years between I had any other encounters. I had a few that tried to choke me, but most of them would just stand there. Their presence alone is enough to add pressure to my chest without them sitting on top of me. Some did sit on top of me and it seemed like they were breaking my ribs and squeezing my heart. (Obviously they weren't really, but the pressure felt like it and I do think that was their intention.) I've had ones with green eyes, ones with red eyes, and some with nothing/featureless. I've had some in robes though most with no impression of clothes. Never had 'the hat man.' But I had something with either big ears or horns, something protruding out of its head one time. Some of them had teeth that reminded me of a shark, that wasn't too often though. They all were subtle differences and I knew they were the same type of entity. My mom and I didn't know what to make of it.

When I was 14 I found a site that had a message board and all these people said they had the same things happen to them! My mom and I were both relieved to know it wasn't just in our heads and it wasn't that something just attached to us. Since then I've been trying to research and am a little more open about my experiences to others. I know there's a lot of possible scientic explainations and now a days it's out there so much that it could influence others perception of things. But I question why is it everyone is seeing the same thing and having almost idential experiences? Why is it people (self included) see these shadow people also outside of sleep paralysis? I think there's a lot out there that is beyond our human understanding.

After 23 or so all visits had stopped, something I did not mind haha. Around 25/26 I had two encouters that were bizarre to say the least. I was on my side and facing the wall so I couldn't see the entity, but I felt the dread and I couldn't move. The bed dipped, at this point I am by myself in a house, this was full sized person sitting on the bed kind of dip. This thing then like spooned me??? One hand was around my throat squeezing but not hard and the arms did this kind of crushing hug sort of thing. It lasted a good five minutes and it disappeared. I bolted out of the room so fast! I couldn't fall back asleep after that. The second time it happened was even weirder, I'm not going to talk about it. All I'll say is I had to write something to cope and try to laugh it off. I've been trying to figure out if this huggy dude is a shadow entity or not because both times I couldn't see it. Both times I was paralyzed for a very long time. It also was gentler? I don't know it was weird! I don't believe he's shown up again.

There was one other time I saw a shadowy being. (I think I was close to 27 at this point?) This one I believe was not one of these beings. He was average adult male sized, not chunky but solid, very masculine energy, I didn't feel fear. If anything it seemed that he was standing on guard. He was in the middle of the hallway just standing around. While I took note of everything just in case, after a bit I figured it was really my dad being weird or sleep walking and fell back asleep. A few days later my dad asked me why I was standing in the hallway in the middle of the night. So he saw the same thing I did! I honestly think that one might have been my cousin, who passed a couple years prior checking in on us.

I haven't had another siting in years.
