This is my first post and it’s gonna be low effort because I swear I can’t get this off my mind—

Do people from twisted wonderland realize how much Azul Ashengrotto could potentially look up at Vil Schoenhiet??? ONLY @jxnebuggy ACKNOWLEDGES THIS IN HER fem!twst FANFICS AND IT DRIVES ME INSANE!!!

Vil is a successful, confident, drop dead gorgeous fashion icon. He has a whole business for cosmetics because he’s so gorgeous. He’s very skilled in potion making, so much so bro makes his OWN makeup. He has a strict diet he follows and it’s clearly gving him the results he wants. Vil Schoenheit is everything Azul wants to be!! On top of that, Vil is Azul’s bloody UPPERCLASSMAN.

And does everyone forget how Azul literally info dumped about the man in Book 5 Chapter 2?? Nobody talks about it. They’re too busy headcannoning Sebek or Riddle or Floyd to be neurodivergent af (jkjk)!! Such a shame Vil told him to stfu but in his own pretty, 3w4-coded ways😔😔

Azul has shown before he will invest inhumane amounts of time into things he thinks are important. An example of this is in his birthday jackect card, he talked in a fair amount of detail about the quality of the pillow Ace gave him. He could do this because he researched ON pillow qualities.

It’s likely when he was trying to step up his game with success or diet, he stumbled upon Vil, researched the frick out of this guy, and lo and behold became a fan of his.

Some honourable mentions are when he made a deal with Vil in his ceremonial robes. I haven’t seen it because I wanna save the feeling of raw happiness with these two characters interacting once I get the card. If we didn’t see Azul show any sort of fan behaviour when Vil made that deal then I firmly believe he was kicking, giggling, twirling his hair off camera behind closed doors over it. Then I do hear in the second Camp Vargas event, Azul and Vil had some more interactions! I thiiiiiiink they were getting competitive with each other??? That changes nothing from my ignorant eye. It’s NRC. Everyone is really competitive and will turn on each other’s backs faster than Leona can fall asleep (bro’s actually depressed, I swear).

Anyway, I think it’s only right I list my headcanons now for them:

Azul gobbles up any dietary/beauty tips Vil has

Azul uses Vil’s makeup brand that’s probably vegan

He also collects Vil’s magazines and puts them all in a box hidden away in his closet or under his bed

Vil probably finds him annoying💀💀💀 (what can I say? he has a reputation for not stfu around higher class people)

Elaborating on that, Vil does respect his success but I bet he can see the unhealthy greed that lies under it all. Thus, that’s prolly a reason why he would try to distance himself away from Azul.

BADLY wants to collaborate with Vil because Mostro Lounge profits would soar if they did. Knowing his bold arse he probably made the request at least thrice and Vil shut him down each time. He’s obviously not gonna stop because we all know him. (never back down never what—)

Yes, I know he canonically looks up to Ursula, but I think he would like someone… yknow… alive to look up to.

Keep in mind I’m only on Book 5 Chapter 29 as of this moment so it’s totally possible I missed some things! Leave your opinions, headcanons, or anything else in the comments, I’d love to see them! Do leave spolier warnings though. That way I can decide whether I wanna spoil things first myself or not.

Sexuality Headcanon: Uranic if we're remembering that right like. MLM and MLNB essentially. As well as ace-spec. We cannot imagine Commie with a woman in any capacity don't know why but that's just how it is. And also he seems like the type who would not seek out sex nor have any desire to but if his partner were to want it then he would be unbothered and he'd be okay doing it for them when asked.

Gender Headcanon: Just seems like a cis guy to us. Very cis guy.

A ship I have with said character: Tbh we don't like explicitly ship things within Centricide we just sort of go with the flow but we guess both Leftunity and Authunity lets us vibe. We vibe with Leftunity just because you know it's The Ship and we don't have any gripes with it and we like Authunity because we like reading the Authunity fics. Smiling bigly and widely and hoping you understand.

A BROTP I have with said character: Authright would also just be a cool BROTP because you know they vibe well with the whole bootcrushing thing and they can bond over being pieces of shit. We like how they interact in Centricide in that way you know? Bros. Homies.

A NOTP I have with said character: It's so hard to come up woth NOTPs with Centricide characters because our viewpoint is that all Centricide ships are valid and it depends on how it's expressed but we guess if we had to pick one...? Maybe with Nazbol? Because it just seems those two wouldn't be able to romance. Nazbol doesn't seem like the type to be able to romance anyone tbf he's just a quirky lil guy.

A random headcanon: Used to be a scrawny little creature--!

General Opinion over said character: Decent character. Surprised we didn't like him more because generally he's our type of character but we just didn't feel that strong connection. No complaints though.

ANCOM

Sexuality Headcanon: Omnisexual tbh, pref for male-aligned but can go for literally anyone if quee vibes enough with them. Also definitely polyamorous.

Gender Headcanon: Anarchogender lol lmao

A ship I have with said character: Well Leftunity again like we said before. But also we really like the polycule and esp with Anqueer we think those two would TOTALLY vibe with each other romantically and honestly a little better than Leftunity because it seems a bit more balanced relationship-wise? The two just have more in common y'know.

A BROTP I have with said character: Honestly same with ships we still think the ships would still be awesome as friendships but we think Ancap is a good BROTP. Like the two kind of hate each other but they fuck with each other as well. Lil drug buddies. We like looking at art of the two of them getting absolutely fucking blasted with each other.

A NOTP I have with said character: We don't explicitly think the ship is bad (like we said we ain't a ship hater generally) but we don't really get Libunity that well. Maybe we just can't Understand it like we're cringe in that way but we just can't see how the two would get along in a relationship. We feel like Ancom is the type to kind of get turned away by excessive wealth so it'd be uncomfortable for Ancom you know?

A random headcanon: Catkin. Stfu

General Opinion over said character: Hot take we don't actually like Ancom that much like we aren't an Ancom hater but we don't really like. LIKE Ancom if that makes sense. Don't know why... Soz guys we know quee is like the Tumblr one but we just aren't Ancompilled enough.

ANCAP

Sexuality Headcanon: Definitely pansexual like so hard. This guy just fucks he doesn't care about gender or anything. But also aro. Aromantic pansexual. He just seems like he wouldn't be interested in people romantically but is definitely interested in them sexually and that's pretty based and cool. But also not self aware of it at all and people think he disregards people and only sees them as sex objects but he just genuinely can't form those sorts of attractions.

Gender Headcanon: We just see him as a cis guy but we like to see other interpretations of Ancap's gender. Just not really feeling strongly on anything ourselves.

A ship I have with said character: Not really a shipping guy with Ancap esp because of the aro interpretation but if we disregarded that then probably with Anpac. They seem cute together lol it's one of the few Centricide ships we've seen that we genuinely got really excited over.

A BROTP I have with said character: Ancom like we said before and also with the lib gang obvi!! Him and Libertarian are def little bestie businessmen guys they love exploiting people together. Just girly things...

A NOTP I have with said character: Once again no hate but we're not the most Commie and Ancap guy in town. Not really something that seems like it'd work out from our perspective.

A random headcanon: Owns this stupid fucking spoon we hate

General Opinion over said character: Pretty swag guy. Not really a fave but we chill. Also he was our favorite Centricide character when we first watched Centricide over a year ago but only because we were an unironic Ancap and we were like omg! He's just like us except rich xoxo We love it when Capitalism! (we no longer love it when capitalism)

AUTHRIGHT

Sexuality Headcanon: Gonna stay consistent with the art we just uploaded and go with bisexual. He definitely embodies that one meme that's like "guys will say they're fighting demons and the demons are bisexuality" or however it goes. Definitely a preference for women but that small little manloving part of him causes him to think that a little bit of gay thoughts is normal so he tries to use that to disprove other people's bisexuality.

Gender Headcanon: Cis man generally but we can and will drool over the idea of transmasc Authright.

A ship I have with said character: Authunity again because of the fics but UGHHH the international union of nationalists... Okay we like it with Homonat because it's just so quirky like homosexual thoughts in denial vs homosexual thoughts front and center like that's a little bit quirky n stuff... also Conservative we don'ttt really see it as well as would like Homonat x Conservative but we also think Authright x Conservative is interesting because two dudes who don't like the gays being gay with one another? Very fun very cool because you have to have like TWO STEPS of denial abolishment to get there. And Moderate is cute because big scary guy and little guy aahahaha... we feel like we sound so weird right now like maybe a little bit creepy and shit but we just very much enjoy nationalist pairings.

A BROTP I have with said character: Once again we pretty much think ships can translate well to BROTPs but also Libright could potentially be a bromie with Authright depending on how it goes.

Not to be an ace attorney fan or anything but Ive been watching murder mystery shows and it makes me appreciate mystery video games more. Video games are genuinely one of the best mediums for a classic whodunnit and its a shame that we dont get more of them. Let me explain.

In a video game, you are active in the story. You have to follow the logic of the mystery. You have to know what's going on. What the player character knows, you know, so you can't just have a talk offscreen and come into the big reveal with a new fact no one had ever heard.

Now, I've been watching a lot of Elementary lately. It's pretty good, I enjoy it, but inherently, Sherlock knows things that the viewer does not. The camera can cut away from him while he's questioning someone. He has knowledge of the in-show universe that we do not, but sometimes that knowledge gets brought up too late. We can't follow the process, so we just have to trust that what he's saying is true and right. Like, they'll introduce some random guy we haven't heard of or met most of the way through an episode and then say "This is a famous serial killer and the crime fits his MO perfectly" and we just kinda have to go with it.

Meanwhile, with Ace Attorney, you see everything Phoenix or Apollo or anyone sees. If there was a thing that happened that's relevant to the case, it will either be internally monologued about, explained aloud to someone else, or told to you directly. You Know what the character knows (with a few notable exceptions like whatever the fuck was going on in DD but thats mostly because of the timeline, how Phoenix knows Edgeworth in game 1 before the class trial explanation in 1-3, Nahyuta and Apollo being siblings, etc). Anything you DONT know that the character knows is irrelevant to the case. There can be twists, but they're things that turn your preconceived notions about a case around, not just grabbing some random guy in the last 5 minutes and saying "it was him!"

Wait, are characters like Mushroom, Lyonel Strong and Eustace really absent in redacted show??? These significant characters are literally absent???? I have never watched any of it and avoid anything related to redacted show as much as I can. And what do you mean Daemon "never married [Mysaria]"? Did they really show Daemon marrying her???🤨 It's just if these are really the case, I struggle to understand how any book reader can think anything in redacted show is book canon.

As far as I was told (against my will - not watching that sh:t show either), Mushroom and Eustace are absent. You know the two people who give the detailed account of the Dance :)) how f_cking convenient. I mean both of them are being ignored so let’s just cut them like the good leg on a gangrenous body.

We are approaching... idfk what year because this timeline is more over the place than s08 but Renada is currently about to be married off but at the same time Matt is returning (which in canon happened in very different years 114 AC and 111 AC respectively but TF am I still trying to find logic in this sh:tty fanfiction) and Otto is still the Hand :)

No idea whatLyonel and you know his son HARWIN who courted Rhaenyra in 112-113 AC are doing. I know what they should be doing around this time, but what they are actually doing who knows. Maybe they were ushers at Matt and Liesaria’s wedding. Ot they were probably giving their plot away to other characters, which is a constant on redacted. You just give this plot to this character and that plot to another one and all of a sudden you have Rogar Baratheon on steroids walking around yet they are calling him Viserys :D (please tell me you know what he does to Anemia on the show), and you have someone walking around with daddy issues, who wants to be a knight (lol stfu you are no Lyanna and no Arya) who gave 0.1 f_cks when her mother was opened like a pig :)) because what’s important is that daddy - who is a psychopath at this point - loves us.

Have I said I am TeamSunfyre in redacted? I want Sunfyre to team up with the Night King and end them all. I am sure this was Aegon’s vision.

And yes :) Matt marries Liesaria and she never loses (or has) the baby. Don't you just love *sigh* canon Fire and Blood content? Ah no wait, I got this one, maybe that was a *narrows eyes* lie in the books and the show got it all right. Bonus points: Renada goes there to confront him about it.

Just taking a moment to imagine canon Rhaenyra who was 8 at the time going down to Dragonstone to confront Daemon about taking a second wife.

Okay so I figure you have some idea about this, read your profile and you’re aroace? It sounds like you engage in physical intimacy that most people would assume is sexual and/or romantic, from the post. Mind taking a sec to explain?

I find I’ve got close friends I want to hold hands, cuddle, be physically close to and lay with and hold/be held by. I’ll do nice things like buy sweets or random small things for them on the spot. One of us calls and we’ll talk for hours, and I love her hair or voice or the way she sings a lyric of a song. I struggle to say I’m aro bc I want this *with them* and not others; esp the thought of being physically close to anyone else is scary. If anything, I feel like romantic ace. But I wonder if I’m conceptualizing romance right. Your recent ”stfu” post reads like my experience but you’re identifying opposite. Are physically intimate gestures romantic, or sexual, or just something that doesn’t need to be either? Like, maybe it’s just nice to be that close to someone.Sorry, wish my ask was better formed but I’m feeling general confusion

i’m actually aroallo, so aromantic and allosexual. but yeah, there are no universally romantic gestures. the actions only have the meaning you give them. for example, me? i like sex, cuddling, kissing, holding hands, all that, they just aren’t romantic to me. they have no romantic value, cause i don’t feel like they’re romantic.

that’s what i meant with my post as well, you can’t point at a specific action and say ‘that’s always romantic’, because that’s only true when the people doing it intent it to be. some people could be doing the exact same thing with zero romantic meaning behind.

physically and/or emotionally intimate gestures don’t always have something romantic or sexual behind them. it definitely can be just nice to be close someone like that. remember all these ‘romantic gestures’ are just a concept created by society.

Reconciliation and Late-Stage Tayliz (September 2014 - Present)

Despite not seeing each other for a while, Taylor and Liz clearly still hold a soft spot in each other’s hearts.

During the Secret Sessions for 1989 in Nashville, fans took pictures in Taylor’s home, and you can clearly see she has photos from Charleston displayed:

When it came time to mend the fences between Taylor and Liz, Claire Callaway was the one who ended up doing it:

2 October 2014 - Claire tweets a TBT to the Charleston trip. Liz responds to it:

This MV has a LOT of parallels to the IKYWT video. The lyrics talk about “staring with a bang” (”took off faster than a green light go”?), and reckless abandon (”this path is reckless”). MV parallels are as follows (thank you @mercuryonparklane for all the help finding this):

So, either Liz is lowkey ripping off Taylor’s work or she’s trying to signal that she was the muse for IKYWT. However, considering Liz is deliberately trying to keep her image separate from Taylor, it doesn’t make any sense that she would try and rip her off. Of course, it could just be a big coincidence...

30 September 2017 - In an interview with The Young Folks, Liz says that STFU and Hold Me is about “getting to that point in a relationship where you’re sick of going around and around talking about the same issue with your partner and it’s time to wave the white flag,” Huett says. “We’ve all been there.”

Of the lyrics “I’m coming from a line of problems / I was born and I became a product” Liz says “I’m not exactly the most polished person. I’d rather be real than perfect and sometimes that means I say things that make people uncomfortable or act out in relationships and test limits, etc… I’m an honest mess but I believe I can and should be loved in light of that. :)”

I still think this song was written about the end of her relationship with Bryan, but it’s still interesting to see how Liz describes herself in relationships.

27 October 2017 - Liz releases H8U

This is another song that I think was written about Bryan. The lyrics reference taking another woman to a Tom Petty concert (Liz LOVES Tom Petty) and generally moving on quickly with another woman, which seems apt for the Bryan/Jillian situation going on.

HOWEVER, the lyrics also reference “our first date two years ago,” which doesn’t make any sense, since Liz and Bryan didn’t break up until 2016 and were together since early 2013. So it could maybe be lyrically about Taylor.

I do think the MV makes a deliberate Taylor reference, though, with the interrupting the wedding scene. Taylor famously had Liz dress as the Bridezilla on the Speak Now album art:

And, at the end of the H8U MV, Liz DOES kiss the blonde bride on the mouth after interrupting her wedding... which is... INTERESTING (especially since Liz is dressed in full RED the whole MV):

I don’t think it’s a stretch to presume Liz could’ve reversed their roles here. IDK.

Based on the “two years and counting” line, as well as the line about a washer and dryer of guitar picks, I’m inclined to believe this is another song about Bryan.

However, it is a really similar sentiment to that Civil Wars song Liz posted back when her and Taylor first ended things, and the line about running to get friends on a side when fighting is very similar to the “you go talk to your friends, talk to my friends talk to me” in WANEGBT and the image in Battle/Let’s Go of all their friends standing around watching them fight. Could go either way.

9 April 2018 - Liz reposts a Facebook post announcing Dammit that implies it was written a while ago. But we already knew that.

19 May 2018 - Reputation in Pasadena. Liz attends. Surprise Song: All Too Well. Camila Cabello is the opening act.

27 May 2018 - Liz gives an interview at Bottlerock festival where she says that Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus is a song she used to get over someone (likely Bryan). She also says Havana was the song she last had stuck in her head -- probably because Camila performed it at Taylor’s show the previous week.

This feels like DIRECT BRYAN SHADE, since she released it right after his wedding. However, you definitely could also read it as being about being let go from The Agency.

14 August 2019 - Liz posts on IG a video of an unreleased song called “I Wanted It to Be You” with the caption “I really did” and a red rose emoji. Lyrics:

22 November 2019 - Liz releases That’s What You Get. This is the one late-stage Liz song that I FULLY BELIEVE is about TayLiz due to a few very specific lyric parallels:

“That’s what you get for keeping your armor up” >> “You come around and the armor falls” from State of Grace >> “I would put my armor down if you said you’d rather love than fight” from Story of Us.

“And all your friends are lining up to hate me” >> “You go talk to your friends talk to my friends talk to me” from WANEGBT >> “First shot’s fired everybody’s gathered around” from Battle >> “I can't run to your friends anymore / To get them on my side when we fight anymore” from Don’t LV U Anymore.

It also, just from an outside perspective, doesn’t make any sense for Liz to write a breakup song about Bryan blaming herself when it seems very clear to me that they broke up because Bryan wanted to be with Jillian instead. That’s not her fault. So either this is about another breakup (I’d guess Taylor, based on the lyric parallels), or she’s just very very self-loathing and won’t let herself think it’s Bryan’s fault (which both H8U and Nothing Personal don’t suggest to me).

25 November 2016 - Liz posts a video on her IG story about Taylor at the VMAs.

6 December 2019 - Liz talks about That’s What You get with Earmilk and gives an interesting quote:

Huett explains, “This song is about facing myself after a brutal season of running from it... I made a self-destructive choice that hurt someone I really value. The angle of the chorus is really sort of a letter to me after that first long look in the mirror. It SUCKED. However, in owning my shit (and sharing this song) my hope is that listeners might apply the sad lesson without having to learn the hard way, or, if they’ve ever found themselves in the regretful position I was once in, I hope this song can at least make them feel less alone."

This is SO DIFFERENT fro mhow her relationship with Bryan ended, but matches up so well with Liz getting help and owning her shit after spiraling in 2012.

24 July 2020 - Folklore drops. Two of the songs are written by the mysterious William Bowery. One of those songs is Betty -- a popular nickname for Elizabeth. Liz tweets at Taylor about the 1 because all of Taylor’s exes wanna think that song is about them.

So, IN CONCLUSION: Liz got help and worked through her shit and they’re on good terms now. They were possibly working on something together in 2015, although that never saw the light of day as far as we know. Liz seems to maybe be referencing Taylor in her music and MVs, but there’s no way to know for sure. Better Than Revenge on the Speak Now Tour was an iconic moment of sapphic energy, and maybe, just maybe, when Taylor re-records her masters, Liz will sing backup for her again.
