polydads (glenn/darryl/henry)

glenn really likes other people wearing his clothes, and henry will put on anything within grasping distance, so henry ends up wearing glenns clothes a lot. darryls a much different size, since hes taller and bigger than them, so he felt left out a lil bit at first, but then glenn started wearing his shirts like theyre nightgowns and darryls obsessed with it

related in the line of clothing sharing: glenn likes to give henry and darryl his jewelry to wear :] darryl was never the jewelry type, but he likes glenns silver necklaces a lot

in the forgotten realms, henry and glenn liked to sing and play guitar together in the morning. darryl found it really annoying since it would wake him up, but after escaping the realms, he ended up really missing it :')

they never start talking alike or becoming more similar personality-wise, really, but after a few years together, they start picking up on each other's physical habits badly. biggest example: darryl starts talking with his hands in big over-exaggerated gestures because both glenn and henry do

glenn tries really hard to get henry and darryl into video games because he wants to play fighting games with them, but for some reason, henry and darryl both only can get into farming simulator and it makes glenn want to put his head through a wall (he showed them it as a joke because he thought theyd be bored. theyre both obsessed with it instead)

polywagon (taylor/lincoln/normal/scary)

after this Semester From Hell (s2 takes place in such a short span of time oh my god-), all of the teens do everything within their power to take basically every single class together. they are CLINGY

theyre very prone to cuddle piles. usually it starts with taylor sitting down to rest for a moment, then normal sits next to him so hes not alone, and then somehow it always ends in all four of them just laying in a jumbled mess

mandatory polycule movie night every friday. it ends in a disaster every single time

this is usually a normscary thing for me, but i think it applies to any scary ship really- shes very prone to breaking into their homes to sleep in their beds since she gets pretty bad insomnia post-s2. she sleeps better with another person there

in a situation where theyre all like, adults and living together, they absolutely go to war over their pet cat. taylor adopted it so he considers the cat "his". scary considers the cat belonging to all of them, which should be the compromise answer but taylor hates it. normal is convinced he's the cat's favorite and therefore its his. lincoln just doesnt like pets and doesnt want anything to do with it but he is the cat's favorite

i think for season one it's gotta be grant talking to darryl about how he's been dissociating (but saying that it was yeet experiencing all these things) cuz i'm such a softie for the wilsons argh and grant is my fave ever forever hufbshbfbf i also really like his confession seen with yeet it hurt me so bad but in such a good way ykwim HDUCIIDNT LIKE IT WAS SO AAAAHHHGHUHHH god. he opened up about how he was feeling and then he confessed and then he got rejected so he ran away oh my fukcing god i'm gonna cry just thinking about it hfifjahidjfd

for season two mmmm... i really liked all of finding tori. i think one of my favourites is when norm was doing his stand up and he started spiralling during it i was like ough man...... and also. oh my god. when hermie was telling normal he doesnt actually like him and he just sees someone give him the smallest amount of affection and he thinks he's in love OUGH. GOD. AND HERMIE WANTING TO KILL HIS DAD. god. i love that whole episode tbh.

and um.. as for things that absolutely broke me.... everythung about grant and link.....

like. in episode 7(?) of s2 when grant tells link not to love him because that's bad and he shouldn't do that because grant is broken and a villain and he loves killing people and he's going to die and that's great! because marco is wayyyy better than him and link will be better off without him . oh my fucking god cal knows how distraught i was when i listened to that one

and then. everything link said to grant in the latest episode. do i even need to elaborate.

Hi Sand! 🥰❤️ I can’t remember where (or whether) I’ve mentioned this before, but I have an idea bouncing around my head of Mae Hailes actually being evil, or at least aligned with Willy somehow. It’s not super fleshed out, but I’ve had some ideas about things she could do to hinder the kids in their missions, and possible reasons she might choose Willy over them, but every time we don’t hear from Mae Hailes in the show for episodes at a time a little flag pops up in my head that says “she’s plottin’” 😂 fun fact: I did write a short handful of paragraphs where she killed Terry Jr, which I wrote less than a month before episode 36 lmao

Wooo finally did the scarys for the challange. Theres literally 18 of them this took so long. It was fun to see them finished tho. I'm having such a hard time getting thoughts together to summarize but here goes. Normal is the wild card, and he stumbled into the metaverse one day and found Dood and decided to help them out, because they don't really remember anything about themself or where they came from. The Palace rulers are the Doodlerized people from the first monster-of-the-week segment of the podcast, and the Palaces act somewhat as anchors for mementos(which, this time around, is a prison created specifically to hold the Doodler).

Special note for Hermie who joins the team specifically because he's trying to cause as much chaos as possible in order to get his dad's(scam's) attention. It... sort of works. Sort of doesn't. You know how the game goes presumably

I think his unique magic would be jumping related? something to cast on himself or an ally Also explanation for the Rook nickname: le bond = jump/spring in french and bond in english  = connection [since they’re friends]) Elliot looks a bit grumpier then he acts, not much of an early morning person, but is open to conversation otherwise. He's always listening for gossip around campus and will spread rumors himself on occasion (of course feigning innocence later). When taking shifts at the lounge, often works in the kitchen

Lark and Grant have this bonding activity they do called “Fight Club.”

None of the other kiddads know about it because if they did they’d put a stop to it.

Every so often, the two will get together for drinks at this one specific dive bar, then they break into a Planet Fitness three blocks over, and then they spar but in a No Rules Bare Knuckles Anything Goes type of way.

After this, they patch each other up and delete the security footage.

The two care about each other but tend to spiral together too. After the doodler is stopped, they need to actively put work into finding new healthier activities to bond over.

Nicky and hobbies!

He really likes to watch shitty demon movies like, really low quality ones about hell, he thinks they’re funny, the cheesier the better.
