Sparrow Oak Garcia Cosplay Part 12

So after dedicating my creative juices to directing a high school play, and then a smidge of burnout, getting tickets to the live tour kicked me into gear to get back on working on this, but now with a deadline that isn't self-imposed. But in the spirit of deadlines, I recognize that letting myself bounce between different tasks instead of hyperfocusing and just letting myself finish a thing is maybe not the best idea. So I spent the last two weeks conquering patchwork purgatory.

So here's my third panel:

I was getting really tired of pinning these tiny squares together by this point, so I decided to just knuckle through it and safe the longer seams for later instead of putting it together as I went.

Not sure if I'd say it was worth it, but I did learn that having to press this many seams does mean your iron will automatically turn off part way through because it doesn't want to stay on the high setting for that long.

We finally hit our third bobbin of thread, so I feel like my feelings of being in a never ending patchwork landscape are justified.

And then boop and boop! and all four panels are done. THANK FUCK!
