jokes aside, i've come a long way in terms of improving my relationship with myself. choosing to no longer self-deprecate was the first step in healing my relationship with myself. accepting and embracing the things i'm unable to change about myself was the following step. still working on that one actually. i still struggle on occasion, but overall i like myself a lot more than i have in an extremely long time.
