Yesterday marked a month since I got diagnosed with Covid and today I nearly collapsed because I dared to try to lightly exercise. My lungs felt like when you suck in a lungful of freezing cold air, like it hurts and burns all through your chest, and I could barely get my breath. So I guess I officially have Long Covid. Yaaaay <-wants to be dead

#like lmao. can’t even do basic things like sing or dance to music. one of the few little joys I have in this miserable life #I was so careful for 4 fucking years and then of course I go one day without my mask to do a little shopping and I get struck down with this #I burst into tears in the kitchen but then I had to force myself to stop because that made it even harder to breathe #this is awful it’s so awful I hate everything and everyone that made sure this virus was here to stay

#personal #there's so many steps that just look cooler in a wheelchair tbh #you can compete combi with one standing partner and one partner in a wheelchair #or duo. where both partners are in wheelchairs #really love seeing how you can do the style even without the footwork #have been having a really hard time this week with the fact that i might not be able to dance for much longer #currently i was dancing 6 days a week. 16 hours minimum a week #but i've fainted at every single practice so far #it's taking so much muscle strength to keep myself upright and stop shaking that it's hard to do proper technique #and idk. just always really important to me to see how adaptation and accessibility is not a tragedy #chronic illness tag
