I’ve just been thinking that I want a service that connects you to people with varying mental illnesses, and by telling them about your activities, person, and difficulties, they, as not a therapist looking to check boxes, but a person who actually HAS that mental illness, could helpfully and kindly explain to you whether you do or do not have that mental illness, and how to proceed from there.
