wada sez: Reader, I have truly failed you. I clicked on every single Micromaster on the wiki and was still unable to conclusively identify several of the indistinct cameos in the background. I hope you can one day find it in your heart to forgive me. The second of Villa’s Lovecraft-inspired strips, this one is titled from the opening of “The Festival”, which together with “The Shadow Over Innsmouth” informs the plot. As noted at the bottom of the strip, it continues from Furman’s Revelation miniseries (though with the asterisk that this is Dreamwave-amalgamated Seeds of Deception continuity), expanding on the Gorlam Prime subplot begun with Spotlight: Nightbeat. Villa also notes some Beast Machines influence on this one! Preview and Italian translation below.

'Das Haus am See' steht dabei wiederholt unter besonders intensiver Beobachtung! Gemeint sind aber nicht die Bootflüchtlinge damit! Über sie denkt keiner, sie seien ähnlich böse wie der weiße Mann Europas es ist ganz oft oder dass er es zumindest sein soll, weswegen er auch ausgetauscht gehört! Die Bereitschaft anderen bereitwillig Hilfe zu gewähren sie wird gänzlich falsch verstanden! Während der einen Seite jede Menge Vorteile daraus erwachsen, hat die andere nur Nachteile! Es ist der den man für besonders böse hält! Der Rest der Familie so die dann erneute Annahme ist es dann nicht viel weniger immer auch! So etwas wird vererbt! Das Böse es springt regelmäßig über dabei auf sogar nachfolgende Generationen!

'Warum kam es überhaupt wieder dazu oder musste es erneut dazu erst kommen? Dass ihr ihn ein weiteres Mal sogar körperlich aufnahmt den Sohn, nachdem ihr ihm zuvor schon von euch trinken ließtet! Als Böser!

böse : dabei wird der Versuch unternommen vom Po des anderen erneut 'herunterzuessen' (= hineinbeißen), und das Log-in wie auch die jeweils erneut dann stattfindende und dazugehörige Logistik, und sogar Welt-Logistik, mittels ihr hofft man euch in der Straße wiederzufinden. had a brilliant few days birding down in county cork!!!

got two lifers - pied flycatcher & the unusual western bonelli's warbler! also saw my first HOOPOE in ireland!! a fucking hoopoe!! so excited about my new lifers too!!!!

saw whinchats for the second time, a peregrine, 2 arctic skuas, 21 choughs, a male gadwall & my favourite passerine, the spotted flycatcher!! also had a wonderful experience of 4 ravens soaring right above me for about 5 minutes!

what an amazing few days is all i can say 🥺 i definitely want to go back

it's so funny to me how when they burned Merry & the crew started reminiscing & most except the hardened ones (Zoro, Sanji & Robin) started crying, Zoro's is shown first and what he remembers (ie what he cherishes the most about his time with Merry) first is when he slept on Luffy's fav seawatching spot on Merry's figurehead as Luffy is shouting at him for taking that spot XDD (even asleep Zoro knows... he's semi conscious but carries on snoozing lmaoo)

There's more of this underrated moments from Zoro in regards to Luffy (where he cheekily takes what's usually/meant for Luffy) similar to this but it's later in the series. I savor these a lot but it's not talked about much in comparison to his jealousy lol

250 years military maritime sea clocks 2023 marks the 330th anniversary of John Harrison's birth but also the 250th anniversary since the last bit of Longitude Prize money was awarded by British parliament. In 1773, 80 years old English clock maker John Harrsion was awarded the final amount of Prize money for his " seawatch n° 1 " H4 clock which solved the Longitude problem. Harrison had been working half a century to perfect his watches . Note the great details in these paintings, with Harrison holding John Jefferys watch and his own H4 clock on the table besides him. As Great Britain asserted its position with France and had to avoid these precious time keepers could be caught by Spanish or Dutch navy ships, copies of Harrison H4 were sent on sea trials. A time of sextants and clocks, while today's rise of technology has isolated us from the natural World, unfortunately much to our detriment. (National Maritime Museum - Greenwich GB)
