Warning- Reader going through their monthly cycle, no detailed description and talk of the process so nobody gets uncomfortable, depiction of being in sever pain, fem bodied reader but no pronounces used, hurt/comfort in a different way

Kaeya Alberich

Your legs trembling like a leaf as you somehow kept yourself propped up against the kitchen counter, waiting for the water to get warm enough so you can make yourself a glass of chamomile tea, a natural and subtle pain killer for your condition every month. Your fragile figure inhaled sharp breaths as you poured the water into a glass mug, only for it to slip from your hands as a sudden wave of pain coursed through you, effectively making you dizzy and unaware of your surroundings as the door to your home simultaneously opened. The cavalry captain rushed into the kitchen, his senses on high alert only to find your figure gripping the counter edge with knuckle whitening grip with one hand, head against the counter, propped up on the floor, barefooted amongst the sharp glass shards. He was quick to move, his leather shoes stepping across the glass and scooping you in his arms in one swift motion. Your half lidded eyes looked up at him, seeing the worry etched on his eyebrows as he laid you down on the soft bed. "Kaeya.... " You breathed, only for him to place a kiss against your forehead and mumbling, "Let me bring you the beverage. Don't move. I'll be right back." Suffice to say, he didn't even go to angel's share that night.

Childe

Yet another 'archons' left your lips as you laid on the big fluffy couch, waiting for your boyfriend to get home from one of his success celebrations. The case wasn't that he left you in this state, no, it was you who didn't tell him, wanting for him to not kill his moments of joy and enjoy the celebration without having to stay behind because of you, and so you acted, and enough to say that it worked, leaving him with no clue of your current state. Half an hour passed when the door opened, none other than your partner chiming in with a bright grin on his face only for it to slowly vanish as he looked at you. His face held no expression as he made his way towards you, placing a small bag on the table, making you aware of his arrival. "You're back" you smiled weakly only for the silence to respond you as he disappeared down the hall, returning with a pillow and blanket. His actions were quite as you just looked at him quietly. You knew he was upset that you didn't tell him, and you also knew an apology wasn't enough, so you stayed silent, waiting for him to speak first. His hand slipped beneath you as he raised your lower back and waist, putting a pillow beneath you before gently placing you back down. Your middle portion was now warmed by a blanket as he took his seat where your form ended. He placed your feet on his lap, his hands massaging gently on your aching foot as he leaned back, closing his eyes.

"Just tell me next time. Events aren't worth anything when I have to see you like this. "

Xiao

It was rare for him to visit you at night, but something inside him told him to check up on you just once tonight, and so he did. His figure looked through the window, expecting to see you doing your work like you usually did in the quiet's of the night but all he saw was your figure curled up in itself, hands slightly shaky as you massaged and pressed against your own legs and feet, trying to find any comfort that you can to just make you fall asleep somehow. Only a few seconds and he was beside you, holding you close as he held you securely, rubbing your lower back with just the right amount of pressure. He knew he wasn't the best at these things and neither did he know what to do and what it was besides the process that was happening with you right now but all you did was nuzzled into him closer, silently making him believe that he was doing something right. Soon enough, his warmth from both him and his actions put you into a painless slumber.

"I know there's not much that I can do in this but I'll stay with you till you feel better. "

Scaramoche

The chances were almost next to none to not see your happy-go-lucky self in action and today was one of them. Scaramoche didn't even know how you two ended up together with your personalities being almost opposite but it made him feel strange, confused, almost sad as to what could have happened to dull your spirit than usual. You both had an important meeting with an individual today and you were silent. Whether it be while getting dressed or the ride to the destination. He was about to ask if something happened but before he could, people entered the room, pushing the conversation between you two further away. It was after the meeting ended and you both saw them to the door when he looked at you and went to speak but before he could, you were falling to the ground and he was barely in time to catch you. Worry was evident on his face and in his voice as his subordinates saw a new freaked out sight of him that day. Your eyes opened to the moon shining right before your eyes through the window as you felt a steady hand move across your abdomen. You looked at the owner of the hand, looking at him with soft eyes and breaking his trance, "Scara" and the next moment, his lips were on yours in a trembling kiss. He pulled away, placing his forehead against yours.

"How hard the words 'I don't feel good' Or 'I don't think I can go' can be to speak dumbass?"

Venti

It was often when you weren't able to get much sleep when your body went through it's struggle every month. Your chest rapidly rising and falling as sweat covered you. Your nails digged into the cushion deeper as you tried to ground yourself. Just when it was getting too much the door opened, revealing your boyfriend. He smiled weakly, not liking the situation you were currently in and his usually smug and cheeky voice almost nowhere to be found when he said,"I bought a few things that I think could help. " You just tapped your hand on the empty space beside you, finding no strength to speak as he abided, no teasing comments leaving his lips like usual at your action. His eyes held pain as he laid beside you, his hand coming up to caress your hair. "What can I do? " You gulped, collecting the strength to speak "Just help me fall asleep. Please. " And that night was the first time when you discovered that the God of freedom sung lullabies much more sweeter than the tales and songs. Maybe because it was you? No one knows the answer to that till now as your eyes drifted close.

Scaramouche would have never imagined that he would be here.

Then again, there were many aspects of Wanderer's life that Scaramouche would have never imagined. Like this moment now, bustling around the tiny kitchen of a cozy apartment and impatiently glancing at the clock every few seconds. He stirs away at a bubbling pot of pasta to ensure it doesn’t burn on the bottom but remains warm enough to serve when you finally arrive.

Speaking of which where the fuck are you, you promised you’d be home early today— he had made sure of it before you left this morning. But’s already half past six and you’re usually home by six fifteen so you probably forgot and now his plans are ruined and—

The obnoxiously familiar jingle of keys followed by the squeak of the front door interrupts Wanderer’s thoughts. His shoulders slightly droop with relief as he turns off the stove bringing the pot over to the neatly arranged dining room table to finally plate the meal.

“Took you long enough,” Wanderer says as if it were a proper greeting. And perhaps for him, it may as well be.

As usual, his sharp words fall off your back like water, much too used to his pissy attitudes by now, several years into knowing each other and nearly a year into a romantic relationship.

“Sorry,” you huff out as you finally shrug the heavy tote bag off your shoulder.

“I ran into Tigh on the way back from the market while I was picking up some new books,” you begin to explain as you shuffle into the dining area.

“He said he was looking for spices Collei requested for her new recipe. Oh, have you ever had her pita pockets before? I know you’re picky about food but they’re actually really good and I think you– whoa … what is this? ”

Your story is cut short as you finally seem to take in the setting before you. As your eyes dart across the table your mouth falls open, appearance akin to that of a goldfish. If he weren’t so uncharacteristically nervous, Wanderer might have laughed at you for how dumb you look.

But instead, he silently places the emptied pot in the sink, uncaring of the intimidatingly large pile of dirty dishes—he’ll get to those later.

With quick strides, he returns to the dining table, taking a seat in front of one of the two plates of steaming rosé pasta, violet eyes seeming to glow in the dim candlelight as he shoots you an expectant look.

“What does it look like, dumbass? It’s a candlelit dinner,” Wanderer sneers, “now hurry the fuck up and eat before it gets cold. I put a lot of effort in this shit, y’know.”

As Wanderer stabs a picks up a bundle of spaghetti noodles with his chopsticks you seem to finally regain your wits, forcing yourself to move and take a seat as you glance between the crystal vase at the center of the table, filled with deep red dendrobrium accented by thin branches of sakura bloom, the dancing flames of the osmanthus-scented candles placed strategically around the room, and the generous helping of what appeared to be cod roe pasta with rosé sauce plated on the finest china you two owned–a housewarming gift from Zhongli. It most certainly is the epitome of a candlelit dinner if anyone had ever seen one.

Wanderer tries to look unaffected as he digs into his own dinner but he finds himself tensing as you promptly take your first bite. You hardly even chew it before your eyes close in bliss and you moan out words of praise that make his chest burn with something akin to pride.

"Your cooking is always so amazing,” you proclaim.

"This is nothing special. Any fool could make a decent pasta," Wanderer shrugs off.

He hopes his ears don’t look as red as they feel as he hurriedly shovels more pasta in his mouth just to have something else to focus on. Praise was something he had always sought–whether from his creator or a nameless mass of devout followers. It made him feel powerful, above all others, like an archon .

And yet, somehow, praise from you felt completely different. Your praises sent a flutter through his chest cavity that he was sure should not be physically possible. Rather than feeling stronger than anyone else, your praises made him feel just strong enough . Just worthy enough to exist, to atone for his sins, to stand beside you. And he thinks the most disturbing part of it all is how satisfied he is with just that. A vengeful, artificial god who once dreamed of ruling all of Teyvat now equally happy just being by your side–what a strange joke.

"But," you hesitantly start, breaking Wanderer from his self-reflections, "what's all of this for?"

His reply is simple, "today is the day of that silly holiday mortals celebrated in your world, isn't it."

You nearly choke on a noodle at the implication.

“We're celebrating Valentine's Day ?"

Wanderer shoots you an annoyed glare at your incredulous tone before abruptly pulling away from the dining table and approaching your side instead. You’re still seated and gaping at him like an idiot with a pair of chopsticks in your hand, a clump of noodles limply hanging off of them.

"Of course,” he answers smoothly, “we're a couple now, aren't we? And you're quite lucky because my generosity today does not end with dinner."

Wanderer kneels down on one knee before you, a sight no one in Teyvat or even worlds beyond could have ever imagined possible for the egotistical puppet obsessed with the notion of reaching godhood.

But Wanderer was no longer that vengeful Balladeer anymore. He is merely a wanderer, living as a mortal alongside the person who was somehow able to capture his nonexistent heart and give his life a newfound meaning filled with simple joys he never thought possible. And now, he can only hope to return just a fraction of the happinesses you have given him in the form of a little black velvet box.

You audibly gasp when he pulls the small box out of his pants pocket, holding it out in front of you and opening it to reveal a silver ring. In the center of the thin metal band sits a decently sized diamond, accented with small amethyst gems that sparkle under the flickering candle light and remind you of the eyes of the man himself.

"Before you get the wrong idea–this isn't a proposal or anything," Wanderer grumbles, avoiding eye contact as his cheeks flush.

"it's just…a placeholder. I'll give you the real one in a few years."

The last part is mumbled in such a low tone you would have missed it had you not been seated right in front of him.

Slowly–just long enough to have Wanderer’s stomach churning with his anxiety and second-guessing his every decision–your brain catches up and a slow grin splits across your face.

"Thank you, Kuni... it's beautiful," you whisper, eyes watery.

The use of his original names seems to amplify the intimacy of the moment. Wordlessly, Wanderer stands from his kneeled position, plucking the small piece of jewelry from the box and taking your hand with an unexpected gentleness.

He slides the cool metal on your finger—the fourth finger of your left hand.

For a moment, you both admire it in awe. He can’t help the first thought that pops into his head, the thought that it suits you.

Like was always meant to be there.

Like how he was always meant to be here, with you.

"I love you," you murmur.

When he turns to look at you, he finds you already staring up at him, all soft smiles and twinkling eyes, as if he had personally hung the moon in the sky. As if he was the most important person in your world. As if his worth far exceeds anything he was created for and anything he imagined for himself thereafter.

Wanderer doesn't say anything but he firmly squeezes your hand and brushes his thumb against the new ring on your delicate finger.

Can someone please recommend or tell me a fic where Reader has this ✨“Business man”✨ aura and always serious but when they turn around they’re an absolute simp for the characters or a certain character?

Ngl. I thought of Azul when I typed that Business man aura thing..So maybe a serious looking Reader that’s a bit goofy like our dear octopus?

Kunikuzushi - i feel like he'd be clingy?? he js got abandoned by his creator. a sprinkle of abandonment issues. very very very sweet like this mf is one of the sweetest ppl u'll ever meet tbh. when he has to run errands he def brings sweets n snacks home for u, for example dango and mochi. very gentle w/u n has super soft hands. def praises u 24/7. he is a 100/10

Scaramouche - if kunikuzushi was THAT sweet, he'd surely be sweet too, right..? oh boy, you are so wrong. this mf is like the rudest bitch you'll ever meet, always cursing at you and shit. VERY BAD ABANDONMENT ISSUES he loves you, rlly. he js, doesnt know how to show it, yk? he'll always be insulting everyone around including u but he'd have a soft spot for u cause why not?? gets jealous easily like the most hot tempered man u have ever been w. most likely to be obsessed and possesive w you. 7/10 he js has some trauma

Wanderer - he has character development. hes like a mix of kunikuzushi and scaramouche. the neutral one out of those two. he'll make a comment then and there like idiot, dummy, ect but never overly. he'll praise you a lot and sometimes degrade you. when he gets jealous, he'll grab you by ur hip and show whats his. 10/10 hes neutrual

• When you get into a relationship with this man you have got to get used to he's sassy remarks about somethings and i imagine that you also sadly get affected by he's attitude.

• He's territorial but also very shy when it comes to you and gets flustered easily. If he's feeling possessive he marks you with he's scent and in other ways too...and when he's shy he just blushes around you alot.

• Your the only one who has the privileged of touching he's ears and tail and when you guys are alone he lets you run your fingers through he's fluffy tail and soft ears. He thinks its very relaxing and you help him groom he's tail and he LEAVES for it✨

• You know that scene in he's event i think(i forgor) where yae miko was talking about how he probably sleeps while hugging he's tail? Well he used to and now he just hugs you while wrapping he's tail around you. he sleeps as the little spoon he rarely becomes big spoon.

• He always remembers your scent and how you walk so when he instantly hears your footsteps or smells you from a mile away he's tail starts wagging and the soldiers who see it don't tell gorou since they know he would be embarrassed but they find it cute how head over heels is their general to you💖

• Kokomi and yae miko ALWAYS teases you both...sadly

• When you get hurt in battle poor baby blames himself for not being able to protect you...so please hold him and reassure him that your fine...

• Since he's basically a dog. I bet before you guys started dating he would talk about you to the other dogs in inazuma since he had no one to talk to about it. and the dogs would actually help him sometimes but always leading you to him, causing tiny accidents and more. So he actually feels grateful for he's furry friends.

• He honestly gets really upset when you go somewhere that he can't follow(Monstadt, liyue or sumeru)He can't help but miss you alot and when you get back he clings to you for the rest of the day.

• Kazuha often writes haiku’s about you...and tells them to you while you both are chilling, he's another one who won't go a day without completing you and at least hugging or kissing you on the cheek or forehead.

• The crew coos at how cute your relationship is and support you too very much💕 Although sometimes beidou will scold you both for slacking off at certain chores.

• You and kazuha have a room to yourselves since the crew wants to respect your boundaries as a couple and because beidou doesn't wanna see pda-

(Name) felt strange today, he kept staring at the door, enchanted, almost.

"Um... I'm sorry I asked for a Latte with fire resistance magic? This is-".

"Yeah sorry about that, I'll fix that right away".

(Name) worked at this small Alchemy/Coffee Cafe, why was this an idea? Ask the owner who is never here.

"(Name) please stop staring at the door, you're making me anxious" Kaveh whined.

"Sorry, i'm just makinh sure your mate doesn't come running in ag-". Kaveh put his hands on (Name)'s mouth, shushing the alpha.

"Hey I apologized! How was I supposed to know he took the threat seriously?".

(Name) rolled his eyes, "something is going to happen today, I can just... feel it... oozing from that door".

Kaveh looked at (name) with a deadpan facial expression, "Okay. I'm going to grab the rut supplements from the back".

A purple blast shot the counter, "I don't need a goddammit ALPHA to tell me what i need."

'Kaveh what the hell is taking so long, this guy is loosing it'.

The bags are lifted out of the blonde's hands, levitating towards Scaramoche.

The door slams open, magic blasting throughout the shop. Making (Name) and Kaveh take cover. "Was that fucking Al Haitham?!".

"I called him with the backroom phone!".

A blast hit the bar, making the potions from the bar explode.

A/N: I get cold quite easily so it wouldn't really be a lie.

Diluc knows that's not true, he would never let the temperature in the house drop low enough for you to get cold. But what's he gonna do? Tell you no when all you want is cuddles? No, he's gonna get the biggest, warmest blanket he's got and wrap you both in it until you're sweating so much you take your clothes off.

Scaramouche points out that you're not telling the truth. You're dressed in more layers of clothing then him, therefore you can't be cold. The only thing that you are is touch-starved and in need of cuddles. You should be more honest with him you know, he is dating you and would very much like to know what your needs are.

Zhongli doesn't care if you're not actually cold he will warm you up all the same. His dragon nature comes with a temperature difference as well so he knows you'll get warmed up as soon as he pulls you close with his dragon tail. No need to kiss him as a thank you. He's more than happy to do this for his mate.

The sweetheart's cradle

The type to have your head on his chest. His goal is to make you feel safe and protected at all times. He doesn't really need to sleep but his views on fitting in the human world better just makes it all the more enchanting that he wants to hold you at night knowing that you are right there beside him.

Diluc Ragnvindr

He likes to hold you close to him while sleeping. Most of the times it's you with your head nuzzled in his chest as he holds you close with utmost care as you both lay sideways, sharing your day's events as he runs his fingers through your hair before eventually falling into a dreamless fantasy.

Scaramoche

Spooning

He doesn't cuddle you when you sleep. At first anyway. But as soon as he sees that you've fallen into a slumbr, he comes up behind you, wrapping his arms around your sleeping form from behind before pulling your back close against his chest. He might never admit it but the rhythmic rise and fall of your chest against his arm puts him at ease.

Kaeya Alberich

Most of the nights, it's a constant process. You lay down normally as anyone would before Kaeya comes to bed, laying down and pulling your form to lay on top of his. One hand beneath his head while the other rubs your back till you eventually go to sleep. There had been numerous times when you asked him why he does that but each time he deflects it with a 'You look good on top of me' but it just makes him feel at ease every time he wakes up from something unpleasant that you are right there by his side and he just holds you all the more tighter.

Xiao

The adepti doesn't sleep, he doesn't need to, but he tries his best for you. On occasions when he joins you at night, it's mosty him with his face buried in your neck. The feel of your breath against his skin somehow puts him at enough ease to fall asleep.

Ayato Kamisato

It's never a certain type with Ayato. One night it's your head on his chest and the other, you on top of him. He might not show it but he has his fair share of burdens, and when they start weighing on him too much, all he wants to do is lay his head down on your chest and listen to you talking about anything or just simply listening to your heartbeat as you run your fingers through his hair, chasing away the fleeting feelings as you place a kiss against his forehead before he falls in a dreamless slumber.

Childe

It depends. When it's just him and his usual self he lays with any position he could touch you in. Whether it be spooning, your head on his chest, doesn't matter. While on the other days he lays down with his head on your tummy, arms encircling your waist or hips as he finds his solace, somehow falling asleep extremely fast, even more so if you talk or gently rub his hair.

And, suddenly, your phone starts shaking and gloving. Immediately, you summon the power of Anemo. Winds lift you up. Your hat, that you kept on the top of one of the wardrobes, soar towards you and froze behind your back.

The atmosphere compressed under your foot in a singular vacuum. You were ready to attack.

"Please, don't be afraid, young man, we are... HOW?!" you scared Chief Taneda. And Ango. And Mori. And Kunikida. And everyone.

All of you just froze, staring at each other. You lower your feet, still floating in a midair.

You just kept staring at each other. The silence became awkward.

Dazai take a carious step forward and pocked skin of your ankle. You still were floating.

You hear the rice cooker's signal. Your dinner was ready.

You broke the silence.

"Who wants chazuke?"

🐾 After learning about Dottore's role in your past and his treatment of you, BSD Gang was ready to travel to Teyvat and tear him apart. You quickly assured them, that Dottore already paid for what he did.

🐾 They were nervous, when you and memories about you disappeared.

🐾 Thought, that you were adorable, before you gain your memories back. They won't say it out loud.

🐾 Were cheering, when you got your vision. To entertain them, you float around the room.
