Another ゑ in the wild! Though it might be hard to recognize in this style..... You might remember that ゑ is an obsolete kana character pronounced うぇ. The calligraphy reads 楽べゑず (らくべゑず), which is the name of this restaurant. .

楽 means music, comfort, or ease. It shows up in common words like 音楽 (おんがく) music, 楽 (らく) easy or comfortable, 楽しい (たのしい) fun, and 楽しむ (たのしむ) to have fun, and 安楽死 (あんらくし) euthanasia. It can also be read この.む or ゴウ.

I do not know what べゑず means. Every Google result is just for this same restaurant, even when I exclude "楽" and "らく" from the search terms. Same if I treat it as the ず form of a verb and make it 楽べる or just 楽べ 🤷‍♀️ The red stamp says 琉球 Ryūkyū, the Okinawan word for Okinawa. And the English text says "Kariyushi Dining," with かりゆし being (as I have just learned) a Ryūkyū word meaning harmony, happiness, or auspiciousness.
