You know, a lot of things in the RoyalVerse seem downright crazy. Some of the things that are canon to the RoyalVerse include:

Nightmare Moon gave everypony only nightmares at night while she was banished to the moon.

The universe behaves like a computer simulation.

Artificial Alicorns created by Celestia shortly after Luna's banishment to help protect Equestria.

One of those artificial Alicorns deciding that the best way to protect Equestria is to stop anyone who could even become a threat before they do so and having to be sealed away because of this.

A character by the name of Half Note is implied to be Sunny Starscout stuck in the past.

Alicorns are basically magical nuclear reactors.

And the people in charge of running the universe manually died a few million years ago.

Welcome To The Royalverse!

Hello! Welcome to this new blog of mine! Here, I would like to document my fantasy world, whether that be through art, writings, Gacha Life 2 mockups and concepts, asks, and more! I don’t really have the motivation to draw too much, so some mediums may be more common than others. Anyways, onto the intro QnA!

What Is The Royalverse?

The Royalverse is a fantasy world project created by @l1ttles3am0th, and has been in development since April 2022! The Royalverse is just a working title, but it works for now. The world is sort of in an odd place continuity-wise right now, but the main gist of it is a world that’s risen from the ashes of an extreme societal collapse and near-extinction event that left most of the world in ecological ruin. My primary story with this universe follows two Celestial royals named Umbriel and Sol, however, there are a ton of neat stories to be explored with this world!

Who Am I, The Creator?

My name is Vee, but you can call me Moth if you so please. I’m some autistic rando on the internet who draws and is working on the very world you’re exploring today! I’m currently a minor as of November 2023, so please don’t be a weirdo! My main blog is @l1ttles3am0th!

What Are My Plans For This World?

I mainly plan on writing it all down for the ages, honestly. This has been buzzing endlessly in my head for over a year and a half, and I thought that it’s finally time to consistently build upon it! My main avenues will be through art, writing, and GL2 (I know, I know), but I may stretch into other avenues as well.

Who Can Interact?

Pretty much everyone, so long as you aren’t a bigot or a creep. You can find a comprehensive list of basic DNI criteria here. Otherwise, I couldn’t care less who enjoys this project!

Personality: With her permanent indifferent expression many ponies assume that Dream is unhappy with her lot in life. She is an alicorn unlike Honey Sunshine but the second born sister, the throne not being usurped and handed down to her upon her birth. However, the biggest challenge she faces is everypony's assumptions. Her talent and her sisters go hoof in hoof, yet sometimes listening to all the questions she gets she wonders if she comes off as though she’s ungrateful and bitter. Does her sister feel the same way as everypony else and is only hiding it for her own happiness? She’s still young and naive at the end of the day. Dream allows herself to get lost in fantasy very often, busying herself with the many suitors who wish to get their way into the royal family. She looks past this for a few moments and allows herself to be showered in attention and their beauty. 

Special Talent: Moving sunbeams so that every plant gets the sunlight it needs.

MONEY — MARINA x HENRY

M ─ Masturbation. Do they engage in it ?  Together or alone ?  Do they enjoy watching their partner masturbating ?  Do they use any toys, or just their hands ?

Henry doesn’t really masturbate often. It’s just not something he often finds himself doing as his sex drive isn’t that high and he always claims that he’s too busy with more important things. Henry much prefers being intimate with Marina. It brings him more pleasure than if he were to do it himself.

O ─ O’clock. What time do they usually have sex  ( mornings, late at night, during lunch break, etc… ) ?  Are they usually in a rush, or do they take their time ? How about on weekends / holidays ?

Most of the time, Marina and Henry have sex at night when he comes back home from work. Henry is usually busy during the day and doesn’t get to see her as much. They do sometimes have sex in the morning but these sessions are usually quick and brief. Henry really appreciates the time he spends with Marina on his days off or on holidays. He likes to take his time with her and worship her during sex and these are the days where he can do that.

N ─ Nudes. Do they send them to each other ?  Do they save them on their phones ?  Do they keep them to themselves, or do they show them to their friends ?  Have they ever sent one to a wrong number ?

Sending nudes isn’t really common between Marina and Henry. He’s a little bit awkward and isn’t exactly comfortable with sending nudes of himself. It’s just not something that they do. They tend to send each other cute selfies of themselves instead.

E ─ Experimenting. Are they willing to experiment new things ?  Is there something they’d like to try with their partner, but haven’t had the chance yet ?  Any experiments gone wrong ?

Marina and Henry aren’t really the type to experiment during sex. They’re both pretty vanilla and are quite satisfied with each other in bed. Henry is willing to experiment if Marina ever gets curious about something. Marina once discovered a new kink when Henry tied her hands up with one of his expensive silk ties.

Y ─ Yucky. Is there something they find particular disgusting or unpleasant in regards to sex ? Something they’d absolutely refuse to do, even if the other really wanted it ?  Have they already denied the other some kinks because of this ?

Running a hand down his face, Nicholas waited for the audible click of the door closing before sighing, his eyes slipping shut as he rested against it. Returning from a late-night meeting, full of fake smiles, forced pleasantries, and having to soothe egos of men twice his age over the fact that his father had delegated these meetings to him, although last minute -- their thinly-hidden glares resting over him as if the Crown Prince title he carried meant nothing to them. “What a good load that meeting was anyways…” Nicholas muttered, pushing up from the door, “we didn’t get anywhere.”

Shaking his head, he couldn’t help the small smile pulling at his lips as he walked up the stairs and towards their bedroom; the remnants of still-held tension leaving his body with each step, loosening from being Crown Prince Nicholas and relaxing into just Nicholas - who had nothing to worry about other than being Catalina’s boyfriend and making her happy in their little bubble for the next two weeks.

Quietly opening the door, Nicholas stuck his head into the room, checking to see if Catalina was still sleeping, his eyebrows furrowing momentarily as he found the bed empty before an inelegant, but oh-so-fond snort was pulled from him. Stepping inside, Nicholas slipped his suit jacket off, placing it within the clothes hamper next to his wardrobe, “Hopefully you’ve fallen back asleep,” speaking to no-one in particular, the prince walked back out the door, setting his path for further within the duchy, already having a guess where Catalina had disappeared to.

The call from his father had come just shy of an hour after Catalina had retired for the night, having previously been resting in the armchair in the corner of the duchy’s office despite Nicholas’s best attempts to convince her to go to bed before him.

Reaching the last set of paperwork he needed to look over and sign off on, he stood, walking over to the armchair and kneeling beside it, “Darling, you should head to bed, your eyes are having trouble staying open,” smiling at his girlfriend, he grabbed the bookmark off the side table and placed it within the folds of the book, “your book can wait until the morning.” A low chuckle filled the space between the two of them as he took the book from her hands, “You, on the other hand, cannot.”

“But I don’t want to leave you here alone, Nick. I know you don’t like--” Catalina’s sentence cut off, a yawn overpowering her. Nicholas nodded his agreement, knowing what the rest of her sentence would’ve been.

“I know, love, and I appreciate that you want to stay down here with me, but I’ll be fine, it’s one more set of paperwork and then I’ll be up in bed with you, alright? Besides, despite how comfortable that armchair is to sit in, I can tell you from experience, it is not that comfortable to sleep in.” Grasping Catalina’s hands, he pulled her to her feet, his arms immediately wrapping around her waist as she rested against him.

Catalina moved her head, her chin resting on Nicholas’s chest, a grin covering her lips while she looked up at him, “Aw. If I woke up in any pain, I know you’d be there to help me out.”

Rolling his eyes fondly, Nicholas pressed his lips to hers, a sweet, soft kiss, just happy to be there in the moment with her, before pressing her somehow closer, ending the kiss with a little nip and a pull of her bottom lip. “You're right, I would. Now go, I won’t be far behind.” Opening the door for her, he stood in the doorway watching her with a smile until she disappeared around a corner.

‘That feels like hours ago.’ Nicholas mused, pausing outside the double doors that led to the library. Stifling a yawn, he moved his head closer to listen for telltale sounds of Catalina being awake; waiting for him, even though he had pressed a loving kiss to her lips with a soft apology and a quiet promise of “I’ll be back as soon as I can, go back to sleep, darling”, he heard nothing. Pressing a hand against the door, he pushed it open as quietly as he could. Nicholas’s tired gaze swept across the contents of the room, hoping that if Catalina was in here, he’d be successful in not waking her.

Feeling the last of his tension leaving as his eyes stopped on her blanketed body, amusedly noting the same book from earlier in the night held loosely in her hand as she slept on. Closing the door behind him, Nicholas’s smile turned softer, more genuine as he looked back to find Catalina blearily blinking over at him. “Hi, sleepy. Figured I’d find you here.”

“Hmmm…" She paused, stretching, "I didn’t mean to fall asleep,” pouting, she sat up, the blanket falling to lay across her lap, “but I’m happy it got you back to me sooner.” Reaching out, she intertwined her hands with his, bringing him closer to the chaise and closer to her.

“Trust me, if I had it my way, we’d have been curled up together in bed the whole night.” Sitting on the edge of the chaise, Nicholas brought one of her hands up to his lips, pressing a light kiss to the back of it, grinning happily in the wash of light blush appearing on Catalina’s cheeks. “But with that being said, why didn’t you stay in bed, hmm?” Brushing a few loose strands of hair behind her ear, Nicholas let his hand rest on her cheek, holding her gently as his thumb softly swiped along her cheekbone.

“I wanted to wait for you, and I figured I could read some more while I did.” She says, her voice low before leaning forward to rest against him, a pleased hum coming from her as he pressed a kiss to the side of her temple, “Bedtime?” Feeling, more than hearing the laugh from Nicholas, she wrapped her arms around his neck.

“You would be correct, Ms. Bartlett.” Putting his arms around her waist, he stood slowly, humming a random tune as Catalina wrapped her legs around him, his arms tightening into a more secure hold as she settled into place.

“How was the meeting?”

Nicholas sighed, rolling his eyes as he stepped back out into the hallway, “Useless. If I’m not the King, I might as well be useless, so Father dearest will still have to be the one to have the meeting with them. Another score to my failures as a prince, I’m sure," he sighed, "but I did call him on the ride back, and told him not to contact me for the duration of us being here, and given everything that happened beforehand,” he paused, voice suddenly stuck in his throat as he recalled the last meeting he had with his parents, days before the academy closed for winter break, “I needed time, and as my parents, the least they could do was this for me.”

Ignoring the sudden burn in his eyes, Nicholas gave Catalina a small wobbly smile. “It’s okay though, I’ve got you and that’s all I currently need.” Closing his eyes to fight back the beginning of tears, Nicholas felt Catalina press multiple kisses to his lips and cheeks, pulling a quiet laugh from him as he opened his eyes to look at her. “Let’s go to bed, darling. I think we both need it.”

Entering their bedroom, he walked straight into the bathroom, putting Catalina on the counter before leaning in to press a kiss to the crown of her head, reaching for his toothbrush and quickly brushing his teeth. Humming a song he’d heard Catalina sing along to earlier in the day, he started to move his hands to the top of his shirt, intending to start unbuttoning, but paused, already finding Catalina’s slender fingers already there, making quick work of the buttons. With a quiet murmur of thanks, he slipped his shirt off as he stepped back, giving her room to hop down and followed behind her back into the bedroom, thanking her again as she dropped it into the hamper.

Yawning, Nicholas lifted the blankets slipping under, immediately turning towards Catalina, one of his arms resting against her pillows, his free arm up, wordlessly inviting her to lay against him, holding her close as she did. Placing his hand under her chin, he gently tilted her face upwards, placing a featherlight kiss on her cheeks, “Sleep well, sweetheart. I love you.” Huffing a laugh at the slight beginnings of a pout, he kissed her, instantly smiling into the kiss as Catalina kissed him back.

“Sleep well, darling, I love you too."

I have made several adjustments to the RoyalVerse (my MLP next gen AU). First of all, it's now a crossover with Moon Dreamers. Secondly, it mainly follows the adventures of what I call the Equestrian Royal Family, a large extended family made up of several of my ships and headcanons, and is not too convoluted (Twilight is now cousins with her human world counterpart though). The motto of this is "Welcome to Equestria, where world threatening events are a monthly occurrence"

Since I'm starting to establish things regarding Serena from Pokémon and Legends Z-A, I should reveal my version of her. Because Ash didn't encounter Serena in childhood in my headcanon, she's different from how the anime depicts her in terms of character.

Serena's personality draws from aspects of Chloe and Liko in that she is quiet and introspective. While not aloof, she starts out distant and doesn't smile often. Her first partner is a Fennekin who began her time with Serena as a go-getter. Due to learning from her father, she's a bookworm and not as fashion-loving as her counterparts.

Her childhood friend is Calem in my headcanon. She's also friends with Ash, Clemont, Tierno, Trevor, Chloe, and May. She's a member of the idol duo "Fairy Drop" with Lisia. Although Bisexual, she leans toward girls, so her first love is Shauna. She has sisterly relationships with Bonnie and Molly. She develops friendships with Misty, Brock, and Dawn later in life. Her friendly rivals are Miette, Nini, and Aria. Her mean rival is Amelia. She took a bodyguard role to Mairin.

Her father and mother want what's best for Serena, but they initially argue over what she should do in life pre-Royalverse. Serena initially feared a divorce, but they have since reconciled when Grace saw that Serena faced her fear of riding Rhyhorn.

Aside from her initial fear of riding Pokémon, she also had Iophobia, which is a fear of poison. She conquered that when she met Pokémon like Shauna's Ivysaur.

Her favorite types are Psychic and Fairy. Her least favorite type is Poison due to her initial Iophobia.

GENERAL

7 — who takes the lead in social situations?

it honestly depends on the social situation itself. henry is usually the one who takes the lead when they’re attending public events. his inner ceo likes to come out during those situations and he’s the one who gets to answer all the dumb questions his parents’ business partners like to ask. however, when they’re in social situations with close friends and family, it’s usually marina who takes the lead. henry is a lot more quiet during these situations since he’s a little bit awkward and doesn’t know what to say most of the time.

LOVE

2 — what are their primary love languages?

henry’s primary love language is definitely gift giving. he’s the type of person who will buy marina something just because it reminded him of her. he once spontaneously brought her a really expensive necklace just because he thought she would like it. henry is also big on acts of service. he will literally drop whatever he’s doing for marina. he’s the type who will carry her to bed when she’s passed out on the couch, make her breakfast at the start of the day, and help her relax whenever she’s feeling stressed.

DOMESTIC LIFE

9 — who’s more likely to convince the other to come back to sleep in the morning?

marina is definitely the one who convinces henry to come back to bed in the morning. henry is very conscious about his schedule and never likes to be late to any meetings that he might have for the day. he likes to set an example for his employees so sleeping in is never an option. he finally broke his impressive streak of never being late when he started a relationship with marina. she was just too good at convincing him to stay in bed that he caved in and eventually turned up to work an hour late.
