I don't mean to be rude but.
Someone needs to draw Steph and Pete in each other's homecoming outfits, and the fact that I haven't seen that yet is absolutely unacceptable.

The actor Lou Gossett Jr, who has died aged 87, is best known for his performance in An Officer and A Gentleman (1982) as Gunnery Sergeant Emil Foley, whose tough training transforms recruit Richard Gere into the man of the film’s title. He was the first black winner of an Academy Award for best supporting actor, and only the third black actor (after Hattie McDaniel and Sidney Poitier) to take home any Oscar.
The director, Taylor Hackford, said he cast Gossett in a role written for a white actor, following a familiar Hollywood trope played by John Wayne, Burt Lancaster, Victor McLaglen or R Lee Ermey, because while researching he realised the tension of “black enlisted men having make-or-break control over whether white college graduates would become officers”. Gossett had already won an Emmy award playing a different sort of mentor, the slave Fiddler who teaches Kunta Kinte the ropes in Roots (1977), but he was still a relatively unknown 46-year-old when he got his breakthrough role, despite a long history of success on stage and in music as well as on screen.
Born in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, Louis was the son of Helen (nee Wray), a nurse, and Louis Sr, a porter. As a child he suffered from polio, but became a high school athlete before a basketball injury led to his joining the drama club. His teacher encouraged him to audition professionally, and at 17 he was on Broadway playing a troubled child in Take a Giant Step, which won him a Donaldson award for best newcomer.
He won a drama scholarship to New York University, but continued working, in The Desk Set (1955), and made his television debut in two episodes of the NBC anthology show The Big Story. In 1959 he was cast with Poitier and Ruby Dee in Raisin in the Sun, and made his film debut reprising his role in 1961. On Broadway that year he played in Jean Genet’s The Blacks, in an all-star cast with James Earl Jones, Cicely Tyson, Roscoe Lee Brown, Godfrey Cambridge and a young Maya Angelou; it was the decade’s longest-running show.
Gossett was also active in the Greenwich Village folk music scene. He released his first single Hooka Dooka, Green Green in 1964, followed by See See Rider, and co-wrote the anti-war hit Handsome Johnny with Richie Havens. In 1967 he released another single, a drums and horns version of Pete Seeger’s anti-war hymn Where Have All the Flowers Gone. He was in the gospel musical Tambourines to Glory (1963) and in producer Mike Todd’s America, Be Seated at the 1964 New York World’s Fair.
His plays became more limited: The Zulu and the Zayda and My Sweet Charlie; the very short run of Carry Me Back to Morningside Heights, in which he played a black man owning a white slave; and a revival of Golden Boy (1964), with Sammy Davis Jr. His final Broadway part was as the murdered Congolese leader Patrice Lamumba, in Conor Cruise O’Brien’s Murderous Angels (1971). Gossett had played roles in New York-set TV series such as The Naked City, but he began to make a mark in Hollywood, despite LAPD officers having handcuffed him to a tree, on “suspicion”, in 1966.
On TV he starred in The Young Rebels (1970-71) set in the American revolution. In film, he was good as a desperate tenant in Hal Ashby’s Landlord (1970) and brilliant with James Garner in Skin Game (1971), taking part in a con trick in which Garner sells him repeatedly into slavery then helps him to escape.
In 1977, alongside Roots, he attracted attention as a memorable villain in Peter Yates’s hit The Deep, and got artistic revenge on the LAPD in Robert Aldrich’s The Choirboys. The TV movie of The Lazarus Syndrome (1979) became a series in which Gossett played a realistic hospital chief of staff set against an idealistic younger doctor. He played the black baseball star Satchel Paige in the TV movie Don’t Look Back (1981); years later he had a small part as another Negro League star, Cool Papa Bell, in The Perfect Game (2009).
After his Oscar, he played another assassinated African leader, in the TV mini-series Sadat, reportedly approved for the role by Anwar Sadat’s widow Jihan. Though he remained a busy working actor, good starring roles in major productions eluded him, as producers fell back on his drill sergeant image. He was Colonel “Chappy” Sinclair in Iron Eagle (1986) and its three dismal sequels.
But in 1989 he starred in Dick Wolf’s TV series Gideon Oliver, as an anthropology professor solving crimes in New York. And he won a best supporting actor Golden Globe for his role in the TV movie The Josephine Baker Story (1991). He revisited the stage in the film adaptation of Sam Shepard’s Curse of the Starving Class (1994).
Gossett twice received the NAACP’s Image Award, and another Emmy for producing a children’s special, In His Father’s Shoes (1997). In 2006 he founded the Eracism Foundation, providing programmes to foster “cultural diversity, historical enrichment and anti-violence initiatives”. Despite an illness eventually linked to toxic mould in his Santa Monica home, he kept working with a recurring part in Stargate SG-1 (2005-06). A diagnosis of prostate cancer in 2010 hardly slowed him down.
Most recently, he played Will “Hooded Justice” Reeves in the TV series Watchmen (2019), in the series Kingdom Business, about the gospel music industry, and in the 2023 musical remake of The Color Purple.
His first marriage, to Hattie Glascoe, in 1967, was annulled after five months; his second, to Christina Mangosing, lasted for two years from 1973; and his third, to Cyndi (Cynthia) James, from 1987 to 1992. He is survived by two sons, Satie, from his second marriage, and Sharron, from his third.

Thank you so much for your time!
I would absolutely love to! This idea is just *chef's kiss* but I hope you don't mind if I change and add a few things?

Peter couldn’t believe what he was hearing. After making it through a car chase, managing to stay hidden through the night, and getting Rose safely to the hotel, Farr wanted to add another agent to the detail protecting her—a personal agent in the hotel room while the Secret Service remained in the lobby.
“Think of it as a gaining a partner,” she said. “This agent is coming straight from the head office. She was top of her class and is one of the best criminal profilers on the Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico. POTUS was close friends with her mother, so she pulled a few strings to get her to come here on special assignment.”
As he considered it, Peter supposed it would be nice to have someone with Rose while he could go back to Night Action. If something were to happen, he would need to be there to answer the phone. Rose memorizing the phone number only proved how much she was freaked out by the situation she was in. He’d stayed on the line and talked to her through the night just to reassure her that everything would be alright.
“Here she is now,” Farr said, looking over Peter’s shoulder and calling out a familiar name, and the sound of it made his skin break out in gooseflesh.
At first, Peter thought it was just a coincidence, another agent having the same name as you. But when you stepped around the corner into the foyer of Farr’s office, Peter was spiraling backwards through time to his high school days, to a time of laughter and holding hands, to sweet kisses in the rain and feverish ones underneath the bleachers. Peter was brought back to a time before his life fell to pieces.
The two of you had grown up next door to one another, quickly becoming best friends. When Peter’s mother died, your own mother offered to help Peter’s father with taking Peter to school and basketball practices, to feed him dinner when he had to work late, to help keep order in their lives. Whenever Peter wasn’t in his own home, he would be at yours, and as you grew older, you and Peter would only grow closer.
It came as no surprise when the two of you had started dating. Your parents had even hoped it would happen. You and Peter had known each other the way no one else did. And through your relationship, you had been each other’s firsts. First kiss, first love, first everything. It was epic, but even epic things can come to an end.
When you both were sixteen, Peter’s father was arrested. The two of you had tried to get his name cleared, but then Pete Sr. died, and the rumors speculated that it was either a car accident or suicide. That had been Peter’s downfall. You had tried to be there for him, but he slowly pulled away from you. He would stay home and have cereal for dinner instead of coming to your house for a home-cooked meal. He would walk to basketball practice instead of getting a ride from you on your way to cheer practice. He would stop answering your phone calls and send you to voicemail. He even stood you up on the night of your senior prom.
Eventually, you’d had enough. You walked up to his front door and rang the bell, but he hadn’t even answered. You knew he was inside. You could see him sitting on the couch.
“Peter,” you had called out. “I know you’re struggling, but you need to talk to me. I can’t help you if you don’t.”You thought that might stir him to move, but Peter hadn’t budged.
“Look, Pete, I don’t know if I can continue waiting for you. I don’t—“ You choked on your tears, and a few had managed to escape. “I don’t think we can be together anymore. I’m sorry.”
That was the first thing Peter thought of when he saw you again, the sound of you crying. He’d kept up with how you’d been after graduating high school through your mom’s posts on Facebook. He saw the pictures of your college years, of Spring Break trips and summer vacations that he no doubt would’ve been on if the two of you had stayed together.
When your mother died in an accident during your sophomore year of college, the posts stopped, and Peter couldn’t bring himself to look at your profile or even contact you. He’d felt horrible after how he treated you when his father died, and he didn’t want to add salt to the wound when your mother passed.
Even after ten years, you still managed to look as beautiful as you did back then, only more professional and grown up. Your face had sharper features, but your eyes were still soft and kind, reminding Peter of lazy summer afternoons laying in the sun. Oh, how he had loved looking into your eyes.
And now, he still couldn’t seem to look away.
Peter was surprised to see you, even more so as an FBI agent like him. You’d always had an interest in criminal justice, intending to become a lawyer after completing your undergrad, but Peter never would have guessed that you would turn to psychology and become a profiler. He supposed it might be useful for protecting Rose from the whackjobs who were after her.
“Peter,” you gaped, startled to be seeing him again.
He breathed your name, reminding you of the last time he sighed with your name on his lips, and the thought made you blush. You cleared your throat, your voice tightening. “How are you?”
He stared down at you, and it was frustrating that he was still freakishly tall. At least, compared to your height. “Um, I’m fine. You?”
“Fine.”
Diane Farr looked between the both of you with narrowed eyes. “Do you two know each other?”
You nodded.  “We grew up together.”
“And we dated,” Peter continued, and you shot him a glare. He should not be bringing up your personal history together at the workplace.
Farr raised a brow. “Is this going to be a problem?”
“No, ma’am. It won’t,” Peter assured, and he looked at you for confirmation.
You nodded. “No, ma’am.”
“Good. Why don’t you join Peter to see Rose at the hotel?”
You pressed your lips together and nodded again, trying to keep your words to a minimum, because if you were to speak, you were afraid that you would say a lot more than you intended.
Peter led you outside to the car. You started toward the driver’s side, so used to being the one who drove whenever you were in a car with Peter. However, Peter beat you to it, and you glared at him in frustration. “So you can drive now?”
The banter between you picked up as if you’d never spent any time apart, only with more anger and hostility. “Yes, I can drive.”
As you slid into the passenger seat, you studied him, seeing the change in him from the stubborn teenager to mature and suave adult he’d grown into. You also couldn’t help but notice that he’d bulked up a little, too.
You blinked, returning to your annoyed expression. “At least I don’t have to drive you around anymore.”
“You were the one who offered. You are older than me, so you got your license first.”
You glared at him. “By only four months. Besides, you kept failing, so I had to keep driving.”
“Are we really arguing about this right now?”
“You tell me.”
Peter sighed, a grin spreading across his lips. “Still as obstinate as ever.”
“You’re one to talk,” you retorted.
“And you still like to have the last word, good to know. I’m still wondering why you never followed through with becoming a lawyer.”
You swiveled your head to face him, your eyes narrowed and frightening. “Who said I didn’t?”
“So you’re a lawyer and an agent?”
“Double major in psychology and criminal justice, and I went to law school, so yes, I’m a lawyer and an agent.”
Peter shifted in his seat, his eyes checking the car’s mirrors every once in a while. He wasn’t sure what to say. You’d done more than he expected, and he couldn’t help but swell with pride over your accomplishments. After all this time, you were still amazing.
“What made you decide to become a profiler?” He asked, glancing in your direction before turning back to the road.
Your chest tightened, and your throat began to ache. “My mom.”
“You mean her accident?”
You clasped your hands together in your lap, head lowered. “It wasn’t an accident.”
“What?”
The car jerked as Peter spun to face you. You grabbed the ‘oh shit’ handle as you cried, “Watch it, Peter!”
“Sorry, sorry,” he said, correcting himself and the vehicle. “What do you mean it wasn’t an accident?”
You sighed, leaning back in your seat. “She was killed in a bank robbery. Two unsubs, a classic case of a dominant and submissive. She tried to talk one of them down, but he shot her instead. She talked to the submissive, who would’ve done anything for the dominant’s approval—“
You caught sight of Peter staring at you as he pulled up to the hotel and put the car into park. “I studied the security camera’s footage after I joined the BAU. I won’t go into the technical details to bother you, but my boss wasn’t happy that I was looking into cases without permission. He let it slide though, as long as I promised I wouldn’t do it again.”
Peter grinned at you, the same mischievous smile that would make your heart flutter when you were younger. “Still have that rebellious streak, huh?”
You refused to let the blush form on your cheeks, but you still bit your lip in embarrassment.
Peter noticed that little action, and it still drove him crazy. He cleared his throat, taking the keys out of the ignition. “Are you ready to meet Rose?”
You nodded. “What’s she like?”
Peter smiled again, and the butterflies filled you once again. “For as well as I know you, I have a feeling that the two of you would be nothing but twin pains in my ass.”
You quirked your lips in a smirk. “There is nothing I would enjoy more.”
Yeah, I rolled with this idea and didn't want to make it too long, so it's going to need a part two.

Eso es todo lo que importa
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Amazing Spider-Man #500 J. Michael Straczynski (Escritor), John Romita Jr., John Romita Sr. (Dibujantes)
— Mary Jane Watson: ¿Ha sido todo como te esperabas? — Peter Parker: Ha sido genial, MJ. El mejor cumpleaños de mi vida. Aunque las zapatillas de conejitos no me convencen… — Mary Jane Watson: ¿Qué has dicho, Peter? — Peter Parker: Nada. Creo que voy a tomar el aire. ¿Te importa recoger? — Mary Jane Watson: Claro… disfruta del aire nocturno. La noche está preciosa.
(Tienes 5 minutos. Pásalos como desees.)
— Ben Parker: Hola, Peter. ¿Has hecho eso? — Peter Parker: No, no lo he hecho. — Ben Parker: Entonces te he enseñado bien, y tu vida tiene sentido.
— Peter Parker: Pero la cuestión es… Que he hecho cosas, Ben, tengo… ahora tengo habilidades, puedo hacer cosas asombrosas.
¿A ti no? — Peter Parker: Sí, esta vez desde luego. Te quiero, MJ. Dios, te quiero tanto. Quiero que lo sepas. Todas las noches. Todas las mañanas. — Mary Jane Watson: Yo también te quiero, Peter. Mi amor, mi marido, mi mejor amigo. Buenas noches, cumpleañero. Feliz cumpleaños…

Sr Peters, tech Twitter's king of Rick and Morty knock-off NFTs, has returned with a new collection: THNFTees. These are more subtle than other releases, but the characters with the "Pete" hairstyle are clearly bargain-bin Ricks:

Weirdly, I've seen a couple of blatant Rick versions floating around. I'm not sure if they're AI generated or custom made.

If you can't kiss work alongside Rick Sanchez in real life, I guess trading pixelated images of him is the next best thing. Admittedly, I don't think he'd be above selling pictures of himself for fake currency.

I'm the lengthy anon from yesterday. I'm so glad you didn't mind me rambling in your inbox. I have no one to talk to about this show. There is no real fandom, and my friends haven't watched it yet. :/
But yeah, if I think too much about Peter's and Jim's relationship, I want to cry. Obviously, from Peter's point of view, Jim writing the article was utter betrayal. Peter idolized his dad, and Jim was so right when he said Peter hasn't even gotten to know his dad or see his flaws. I would personally also cut ends with him. He was the only adult figure left in Peter's life, and just like his dad, he betrayed him, not even privately, but he dragged his family in public.
But I can't fault Jim too much for it, his best friend did something terrible and he tried to cope with that in the only way he knew, by writing this article. I don't think he regretted it in the beginning. He probably thought Peter would come around later, but after years passed by, I do believe he would have done it differently. I think he also reached out to Peter after the Metro Bombing. He wouldn't have his number, but he would have sent a card at least.
What I find the saddest part is that both of them believe Peter Sr dying in a car crash that could have been a suicide attempt. I don't doubt Jim was angry at his best friend taking the easy way out. He was already convinced Pete was guilty. And now his best friend's son was all alone. They only had each other in that time, and then bam, the rift happened because both of them are too stubborn to see the situation from the other's perspective.
When Travers revealed that it was an assassination, you could see it on Peter's face that he had a moment where he was relieved, I guess. Despite strongly believing in his fathers innocence, there was probably doubt in his mind, and that doubt got louder and louder over the years. Him getting the closure his dad didn't just leave him alone because he was guilty. It must have been such a relief. I know Travers told him that the fate of his father will never reach the public, but with Jim back in his life, sorta, I want to believe he told him about it. Jim deserves this closure as well, despite him telling Peter his father's actions don't matter when it comes to Peter, but that was his best friend.
I also think Peter's blind idolization is the reason he became a night agent in the end, despite not really wanting to. After getting the confirmation his dad wasn't the bad guy, Peter felt like he had to continue his legacy. Making his dad proud, continue what he started. His dad was the reason he joined the FBI, and he's the reason he's a night agent. I just hope he won't face the same fate as him. (Sorry, this was even longer than yesterday)
OH MY GOD! I love you and all these night agent thoughts anon!!! I feel the exact same way about not having anyone to nerd out about this show with. Please, either keep the anon messages coming or reach out in DMs. I'd love to discuss more.
You are so right about Jim having a lot to process. I'd need to go back in the show, but it sounds like Jim became Peter's guardian after his father died. And if the article came out when Peter was about to go off to college, that would put them at 2-3 years of having lived together when Jim published that article. Like, yeah, I'd be a pretty pissed at Pete too, especially if he suspected it was a suicide. Not only is your best friend gone but now you're solely responsible for taking care of this teenager who had already lost his mom. I'm sure Jim started off investigating with the desperate hope that he would find proof that Pete was innocent, as much for Peter as for himself. But then he found the exact opposite and felt duty bound to report it. Like, hello Peter, you're both so honor/duty bound to your profession or your own idea of justice and don't even realize it!
(oh god, oh god, super sad, random thought but...no one was there to see Peter graduate college...I mean, Jim probably went and watched from afar but for all Peter knew, he was all alone that day).
I agree that Peter must have felt a little relief knowing it at least wasn't a suicide. Even knowing that it wasn't a random chance accident. Like there's a clear bad guy in this story now. Someone Peter can channel all his anger towards and take down.
I know the show will probably go down the patriotic, propaganda line of "no, it's just a few corrupt people. The institution is great. USA rules!" But, realistically imo, being a full night agent would just bring Peter face to face with more of the US's shady business and inhumane actions across the world. I really hope at the least S2 makes Peter confront his instinct to obey orders blindly with his need to do good and be good.

Part of the reason for this declaration was the finality of it. No longer a secret admirer; no whisper of adoration to publicly deny. And no crawling through a window in the dead of night.
Pentex wasn’t a dream. His existence was real, and his reason for existence was real. And yet despite the terror trembling in his hands, he endured. This was everything he hated for a man he couldn’t despise.
Fletcher was by no means a professional, but his performance barely stuttered when he realized Peter’s tears. He would only draw attention by etching his concern on his brow. He focused on his guitar, and with as little flare as possible, ended the number gently, muttered his gratitude, and unplugged his guitar.
He couldn’t last another night of this. Peter was in tears and he was going insane with anticipation. What was said was said. He could say the rest in person.
But it was another night of rain, and once more he hesitated at the door.
As well as it spoke of Fletcher’s professionalism, even if he didn’t draw attention to Pete’s tears, they were noticed anyway by those in the pub who had caught on to what had been happening all week. Everything about this confession was being seen; the performance, its reception by the person it was given to, and the reaction to the reception of the giver.
Pete managed to stay until Fletcher finished the song but the second it was over he practically bolted through the door behind the bar, bypassing the safety of the storage room and the stairs that led to his office in favor of the back door.
The alley was quiet and empty; a perfect place for him to lean against the wall and let himself get all his emotion out in private. Rain be damned.
“Go on, Cal,” Pete, Sr. said to Callum as he slid off his barstool. “You go after Petey.”
As for him? He was catching up with Fletcher at door and patting his shoulder.
“Sure you wanna go out in that?” he asked softly. “A lot drier in the back.”

I did some design sheets for the non-OC toon characters + their OC family members in the Tooniverse and decided to post them :) a few liberties are taken (ie most characters not wearing gloves or shoes because i hate drawing them) but their designs are generally adapted from canon appearances! They’re mostly actors in the Tooniverse, so I’ve also written out what their personalities are like off-screen under the cut :)
Here’s Mortimer, Pete, and Fanny! Fanny’s here because I didn’t know what other characters to stick her with, no other reason.
Mortimer Slicker - Took his last name from the “Mr. Slicker” character in the old old Mickey comics, who was likely Mortimer’s predecessor in terms of character design. Didn’t want him to have the same last name as Mickey and Minnie. Mortimer is still kind of smarmy, but he’s not the sexist sleezeball he is in the shorts he appears in. If you look at his appearance in the “Maybe I’m a Maze” Mickey Mouse Funhouse episode, you can actually get a pretty good idea of how he acts off screen in the Tooniverse. He’s actually Mickey’s brother in law (his sister married Mickey’s sister) and that’s how they met in the first place- Mickey then offered him the spot on the upcoming “Mickey’s Rival” short they were gonna be filming. In the Tooniverse he’s actually a horse-mouse hybrid to explain his long nose and ears, since rat toons don’t exist.
Peter Percival Jr. - Peter Percival Sr. is actually the “Pete” that would appear in Oswald’s old shorts, his father. Yoinked “Percival” from the comics. Like his dad, he was born without his left foot, but that’s never stopped him. Toon tech is advanced enough he could probably get a more realistic prosthetic, but he likes his peg. Off camera he behaves a lot like Buford from Phineas and Ferb- weird and still maybe kind of aggressive, but not an out right jackass. Him and Mortimer are best friends, (And later they get together as a couple) and they’re both inspired by their appearance in the modern Mickey Mouse shorts.
Francine “Fanny” Cottontail - Oswald’s former love interest on his show- not his ex. She was simply an actor trying to get into the industry so she could be a director. I didn’t want to entirely erase her, but I like my Ostensias and didn’t want to mess with that in any way, so this seemed like a good solution! She’s actually the one that encouraged Ortensia to replace her on the show, and then she took up the role of director when the one they had threw a hissy fit about the idea of Oswald suddenly switching love interests. Sassy, kind of crude, honest, but loyal, she’s one of Oswald and Ortensia’s closest friends, having helped them sneak around the unapproving J.P. Whiskers many a time. She’s still a director over at Disney now, and usually works on House of Mouse (which runs for much longer in the Tooniverse) and the modern Mickey shorts. She loves to play match maker.

Angsty peter x reader like enemies to lovers
I have nothing to say for how long this got besides I just like angst lol
Pairing: Peter Parker x Reader
Words: 2,542
Warnings: Angst, mentions of a sprained ankle, mention of blood and a scraped knee, fluff
Tumblr media
Back in high school, you and Peter were really good friends, practically inseparable. You shared a lot of similar interests and you both balanced each other out really well. There was never really a time that you and Peter were ever even angry with each other. Not a fight had ever happened until one night. The night you found out he was Spider-Man.
Peter had bailed on you again and it wasn’t sitting right with you. Despite being a good friend, Peter did have quite the habit of canceling last minute which got a little annoying but you always let it go. But not this time because it was your birthday. He missed it and you were pissed so as any other completely rational teenager would do, you stormed over to Peter’s apartment after your party.

Pairing: Boxer!Tom Holland x Fem!Reader
Words: 754
Warnings: Mentions of blood, mentions of bruises, fluff
You’re sitting ringside, a place you’ve become all too familiar with. No matter what, you never miss one of Tom’s fights. Something in you, can’t. It doesn’t matter what’s going on but you’re right there, ringside, cheering him with the roaring crowd around you. Some people don’t get it and think you’re a little crazy for wanting to always watch because what if he gets hurt? They couldn’t watch the person they love getting punched repeatedly but for you? For you, it’s easier because at least if he does get hurt, you’re here. Always.
But, tonight is not the night where you have to deal with him being hurt because his hand is being raised above his head while the announcer says he’s won by unanimous decision. There’s a gleaming and cocky smirk right across his face that’s also decorated with bits of his blood and a few bruises. He finds you, in your normal spot of this venue and he gives you a quick wink making you scrunch your nose at him.

☀️- peter being protective of reader
Pairing: Peter Parker x Read
Words: 514
Warnings: Mentions of a past robbery
Tumblr media
Peter is quick on your heels, keeping on with your fast pace as you reach the door to leave his apartment buildings.
“I’ll be fine, Pete.” You groan, pushing the door open, Peter’s hand replacing yours to hold it open for himself.
“What if something happens?” Peter asks in a rush, now walking side-by-side with you.
It’s ten at night and you decided you were going to walk home. It’s less than a fifteen minute walk and it’s a walk you’ve made a hundred times now. Peter usually walks you home but he's a hard night patrolling and he had work in the morning. You really don't want to trouble him by walking you home.
"Nothing's going to happen." You let out a sigh as you come to halt, Peter walking a few steps ahead you not expecting you to suddenly stop. "I'm fine, Peter." You plead with him as you face him.

Pairing: Peter Parker x Reader
Words: 531
Warnings: Fluff
“As much as I don’t like the Star Wars prequels,” Peter starts, your undivided attention on the boy with innocent eyes and cheery voice. “It is kind of interesting watching them in that order just for Anakin’s story. We get to watch the rise and fall of him which is just kind of interesting.” Peter continues as Revenge Of The Sith plays on the living room TV.
