James walked to the hospital wing with his notes from class in hand, ready to give to Remus. If he was awake, anyway. He always thought it was a bit stupid for Remus to go through everything while he was still there, but he insisted, and who was James to say no?

Flicking through them absentmindedly as he walked, he shoved the door to the wing open with one hand and froze.

Remus wasn't just awake, he was... laughing.

Sirius was sat in a chair beside the bed, talking animatedly, as Remus looked on with an expression that James could only describe as smitten. He was completely, absolutely, 100% gone for him. He couldn't help but bite back a smile as he watched the two of them for a moment, mind going back to those countless conversations with Sirius where all he did was talk about Remus.

Maybe they didn't realise it yet, maybe they did, but they were well and truly in love.

this could be a bit dark, but i've been having this weird daydream about a whumpee being kidnapped, bound and gagged and thrown in the back of someone's car. the combination of carsickness and panic makes them really nauseous.

now it varies between a nice (?) kidnapper helping whumpee through it, stopping the car for them to rest, taking whumpee's gag off as long they promise not to scream, giving them a sick bag as long as they behave, even letting them leave the car to vomit as long they are not stupid enough to try and escape. kidnapper, who is only doing it for reasons other than hurting whumpee – maybe they are a Merc and need the money? maybe they believe kidnapping whumpee will help them? or that the actual whumpers are going to help them? – could eventually let whumpee run off, or stand by whumpee to make sure the whumpers are only there to have a talk or something tame like that.

or we could go the darker route, and kidnapper is cold and unfeeling, not willing to show whumpee any sympathy, no matter how much they need it. they remove whumpee's gag, kicks them off the car and lets them vomit out in the road. berate them if they make a mess, threatens them. doesn't untie them, or console them in any way. degrading them all the way through for being so weak and pathetic.

I love how Jayce just smoothly fell into husband/dad life. The rolls suite him so well it's as if they were tailor made for him. All the way down to beer in the evenings and how he looks at his wife as though they have been married a whole lifetime already. It's almost like they are the new Jackson and Mercy. Especially since they didn't come with all the emotional traumas. It's beautiful and I'm so here for it. But as we already know with this saga things eventually fall apart. 😈

A job has come up at my old workplace, and I am going to apply for it because my current job is just making me miserable. I have never had to deal with such an extensive level of bullying from an admin department before.

I am just lucky that I have such lovely midwives who have seen and recorded everything that has gone on and are on my side. Otherwise, without them I'd probably break sooner.
