The Buzz on Solar Panels for Sale
Since 2008, hundreds of manies thousand of sun boards have stood out up around the country as an improving number of Americans select to power their day-to-day lives with the sun’s energy. But photo voltaic business groups state that's mainly as a result of to the spread of electricity lorries, which are developed and delivered coming from California, and the price of putting up them in a solar-dominated garden. Photo voltaic panels are not simply expensive but additionally inefficient. Many thanks in component to Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) investments, the price of going photo voltaic goes down every year. This has actually to be a top concern for all business people, but because solar energy is even more expensive than coal and all-natural gas at a solitary cost point, it has actually to be prevented, or else the prices will proceed. Some providers are presently implementing Solar Energy System Optimization (SEO) through 2020, which centers on providing all brand new photo voltaic capacity and cost helpful capacity through 2018. You might be considering the choice of incorporating a photo voltaic power unit to your home’s roof covering or finding yet another method to take advantage of the sun’s power. The following are five useful reasons why you might wish all three: Illumination at evening. You may notice lessened comparison in some facets of your residence or it might lead to an result that you don't find on your windows (find the "Photo voltaic Impacts of Irradiated Roof Irradiation" listed below). While there’s no one-size-fits-all photovoltaic solution, below are some sources that can assist you think out what’s best for you. 1. Power coming from resources that assist you conserve power and cash. Power Sources¶ Power sources are not only renewable information but can give power to many communities: Electric power to power a great deal of your tools and house. Water and other gas that help plants develop. Water that helps you to consume well. Look at these questions before you go sun. Talk to yourself: how several of these options are going to you choose (some or all) in a solar energy property? Are the possible solar benefits you can easily expect for your assets? Would you take the threat? Tell us about your take in here. Your objective for the years ahead is to create the financial investment of hundreds of dollars, with a aim at of $500. In this series, I center on expenditures that work well for a given person's financial scenarios and objectives. There are two primary innovations that can use the sunshine’s energy and turn it right into electrical energy. The first is the process of helping make sunlight cells. A productive method is to make an individual cell in to two solar energy boards, all within a fraction of a second—but the majority of sun-absorbed tissues are made a lot less than eight nanometers lengthy and possess no other functions other than substituting existing gadgets such as electric batteries, solar energy tissues, and lithium cells. The very first is the one you’re likely very most familiar along with – photovoltaics, or PV. Right now in science and modern technology, and in a lot of nations, photovoltaics have come to be the requirement, not merely for scientific research, but for financial growth, power, and thus forth. There have been lots of developments and developments involving photovoltaic or pv units that have given a variety of advances for researchers and policymakers in today's world.

These are the boards you’ve observed on rooftops or in areas. These are the boards that you believe is significant. They possess a lot to carry out along with this graphic and look how these boards all look. In the situation of my workplace, these are the very most necessary doors. Some of these boards have crucial details. When the sun shines onto a sun board, photons from the sunshine are taken in through the cells in the board, which creates an electricity field across the levels and results in energy to move. The energy flows coming from the sun panel to various other photo voltaic tissues, which in turn generate the electrical power. All these power residential or commercial properties of the photovoltaic board supply an electric energy source, so they produce a great deal of heat. Sun doors and other photo voltaic bodies commonly possess much much smaller panels that produce more power than they generate themselves. Find out This Piece Covers It Well regarding how PV works. When Do We Do This? VEPs are generated throughout optimal opportunities of need on a network, and usually begin to be put up in overdue summer, or very early loss. A huge number of setups happen through late summer months and drop, and just a small amount of installation time develops through year end. PV applications are constructed through the end-of-month program, beginning at the end of April.

Nothing makes me angrier than someone who can look at the beautiful, grotesque, terrifying thing that is life on this planet and decide that actually we need to waste billions of dollars completely fucking up the foundations of every ecosystem because there's one thing they think is icky. And then still claim that they love nature.

eco worthy solar panel review
A solar system for house is a great way to reduce your utility bills. It is easy to install and it allows you to generate your own power. By doing so, you will eliminate your dependence on power plants. You will be able to sell your excess energy back to the power grid, which will reduce your bills. Not to mention the environmental benefits of using solar energy. By using solar energy to heat and power your house, you will not be forced to buy expensive gas or electricity, or worry about overcharging.
eco-worthy reviews If you're interested in installing a solar power system for your home, the first thing you need to consider is your electricity usage. A 5500kW solar system can provide 90 percent of your household's electricity needs. But this is not enough - you may not live in Kashmir, where the snowfall is severe. So what do you need to consider before purchasing a solar power system for your house? Here's a list of some of the leading solar system companies. The efficiency of a solar system depends on the number of panels and their location. The average American household consumes 10 649 kWh of electricity each year. You may need more or less than this amount of power for your appliances, so it's important to determine your energy needs. Depending on your location, you might need fewer or more than twenty solar panels. The efficiency of solar power systems varies greatly, so be sure to find out how much sun your house receives before making a decision.

DP x DC fanfic prompt
Danny Phantom was never on the Justice Leagues radar, Amity was outside of all of their individual areas and never became a big enough threat or nuisance to catch the attention of the League.
That changes pretty quickly changes with the arrival of Undergrowth when a large chunk of the midwest is starting to get over run by an unnatural and quite powerful wave of vines the league was having a tough time just containing it from spreading, not to mention even attempt to stop it at it's source. Only for a seemingly magic ice to spread from said source and freeze all the vines in place.
After a couple weeks of reseach and investigative journalism the League was able to identify the person at the center of the take over attempt. One Sam Manson.
And whatever will Sam do now that she is under the investigation and observation of the Justice League. And while her friends are also note worthy, the eco protestor that worked with a supernatural plant monster is the most concerning indiviual in all of Amity in their opinion.

Chapter 7. Polluted Politics? Confronting Toxic Discourse, Sex Panic and Eco-Normativity by Giovanna Di Chiro
“Stereotypes and lies lodge in our bodies as surely as bullets. They live and fester there, stealing the body.”—Eli Clare
Queer ecology as defined by Mortimer-Sandilands (2005, 24) “both about seeing beauty in the wounds of the world and taking responsibility to care for the world as it is”. (200)
Environmental justice constructs an eco-politics that defines the environment as our communities: the places where ‘we live, work, play, and learn’ (200). Environmental justice activists embrace inhabited/built places---cities, villages, reservations, agricultural fields, workplaces, poor and low-income neighborhoods next to hazardous industrial facilities as environments worthy of recognition and protection (Di Chiro 1996)
There has been rising environmental anxiety that surrounds cultural fears of exposure to chemical and endocrine-disrupting toxins especially as it relates to the troubling and destabilizing of normal/natural gendered bodies of humans and other animal species aka the “chemical castration” or the “feminization of nature” (Cadbury 1998; Hayes 2002)--rising fears that we are “swimming in a sea of estrogen” (Raloff 1994b, 56; Sumpter and Jobling 1995 173) as a consequence of rising levels of estrogenic, synthetic chemical compounds emitted into our water, air and food known as estrogenic pollution (ova-pollution). (201)
Pop-science warning about the ‘instability of maleness’—warns that the rising incidences of male-to-female gender shifts and intersex conditions observed in the ‘lower’ species of animals, such as frogs, fish, and salamanders, represent the newest ‘canaries in the coalmine’ portending an uncertain fate for human maleness and for the future of ‘normal’ sexual reproduction (Robert 2003) (201) also anti-toxins discourse has concerns about estrogenic chemical toxins disrupting/preventing/disturbing ‘normal’ prenatal physiological development and natural reproductive processes, leading to rising cases of infertility and producing disabled, defective, and even monstrous bodies (201)…
Tumblr media
What can develop is a “sex panic” that resuscitates familiar heterosexist, queerphobic, and eugenics arguments classifying some bodies as not normal: mistakes, perversions, burdens (I would add ‘freaks’)…under the guise of laudable goal/progressive goals, a certain type of anti-toxics environmentalism mobilizes knowledge/power of normalcy and normativity and reinforces compulsory social-environmental order based on a dominant regime of what and who are constructed as normal and natural (Davis 1995; Garland-Thompson 1997; McRuer 2006).
Disability becomes an environmental problem and lgbtq people become disabled—the unintended consequences of a contaminated and impure environment, unjustly impaired by chemical trespass. (202) The true scope of the mortality and morbidity of POPs (persistent organic pollutants) becomes distorted by alarmist focus. This fixation ends up de-emphasizing and worse--naturalizing and normalizing other serious health problems associated with POPs that are on the rise: breast, ovarian, prostate and testicular cancers, neurological and neurobehavioral problems, immune system breakdown, heart disease, diabetes and obesity (202).
Tumblr media
There is good reason for alarm concerning the continued use and accumulation of toxic chemicals that are wreaking havoc on the health and reproductive possibilities of the living world. Our cumulative exposures to endocrine disruptors, carcinogens, neurotoxins, asthmagens, and mutagens in our normal, everyday lives from our daily contact with plastic water bottles, shampoos, and kitchen cleaners to insect repellents, food preservatives, and factory farmed meats, among others, are most certainly putting at risk the health of our own bodies and our earth. (210) But where should the critical attention lie?
The hyperfocus on the world turning into hermaphrodites participates in a sexual titillation strategy summoning the familiar ‘crimes against’ nature’ credo and inviting culturally sanctioned homophobia while at the same time sidelining and naturalizing ‘normal’ environmental diseases such as cancer (211).
--
Environmental theory and politics in the US have historically mobilized ideas of the normal, to determine which  bodies and environments/landscapes embody the distinctly American values of productive work, rugged individualism, masculinity, independence, potency, and moral virtue upon which environmental advocacy movements should be based (Haraway 1989; Cronon 1991). Critical histories of U.S. environmentalism have revealed the capitalist, patriarchal, colonialist, heteronormative, eugenicist, and ableist histories underlying its “progressive” exterior (Boag 2003; Darnovky 1992; Evans 2002; Gaard 2004; Jaquette 2005; Sutter 2001).
Eco-normativity (or eco[hetero]normativity) appear in alarmist discourse in the anti-toxins arm of the environmental movement. Their alarm about contaminants effect on sex/gender appeals to preexisting cultural norms of gender balance, normal sexual reproduction and the balance of nature. The use of “anti-normal” “anti-natural” in antitoxins discourse is highly questionable and risks reinforcing the dominant social and economic order (the forces actually responsible for environmental destruction and toxic contamination of all our bodies and environments) by naturalizing the multiple injustices that shore it up”…and thus creates what the author terms, polluted politics.

I have something to tell to the people throwing soup at protection glasses of paintings
Tumblr media Tumblr media
First of, why do you attempt against art? Do you really think it's useless and doesn't make any difference? Do you have any idea of how much it costed materially, physically and psycologically to the artists, principally Monet and Van Gogh? For these artists, their artworks were literally their lives. If it wasn't about how art made them feel alive by expressing their most profound feelings, was about how with art, they literally won their daily bread. It was their salary. Art meant so much for them as a way to send a message, to open up minds and challenge an elitist society that found impressionism worthless. They were outcasts.
Mainly for Van Gogh, life was rough. He couldn't even afford food, he only sold one (1) of his many paintings while he was alive, and he had way worse phsycological problems that you could ever imagine to the point he had to be half of his life on a mental hospital. But art held him on the worst times, gave him courage to go on. Even more, he tried anything before art to please his parents, to feel worthy, to make him feel useful, but nothing except art made him feel like he was doing something self satisfactory. Art doesn't have more worth than life, but life without art is meaningless. Art is nothing more than the incarnated manifestation of life experiences.Twelve Sunflowers in a Vase isn't but part of a collection that Van Gogh painted to show how much life was worth living for because society wasn't paying attention to little details that form part of our daily lives and make life beautiful. He was a social activist, and it can be seen that portrayed in many of his paintings. That painting you're attempting to, is the ancestor of the camera your pal was holding. Art makes more concience than soup spilled on a canvas.
Your points are very valid, and I agree with you. The World is at war, hunger and poverty is everywhere and we're on a climate World change crisis. Even more, it's outrageously immoral the prices that these paintings cost today. I think it would be better that these museums were open to the public in general but in the end, there is maintenance staff that live from the salary that the money won generates. But how do you expect to end worldwide hunger when you're wasting food on a multimillion dollar painting? Why do you brag of being against oil when you dye your hair with chemicals and use new printed shirts made out of this oil? How much did it cost the ticket to enter these museums? Why don't you spend that money donating to organizations that urgently need it? If the cans of soup you're throwing at paintings were better donated to home shelters or feeding organizations, people would stop starving. If you're against something, reduce, don't waste, be congruent.
There are other things you can do to stop these problems. There's a peaceful economic sabotage that you can do, way more effective than you think:
Stop buying oil based products like plastic, hair dye, cosmetics, clothing. Go for naturally made things, for artisan made things. You can buy clothing on second hand stores, and you'll reduce the massive clothing production that wastes an amount of water litters and contaminates air, ground and water.
Buy to local sellers. Many products are transported by vehicles like cars, airplanes and ships that use oil fuel and generates high amount of co2. The closer you buy, the better you're helping to reduce oil use. Also, go for public transportation or, if your destination is near, you can walk or use other transportation like bicycles.
Reduce your electricity use and the time you spend online. In the present, the majority of electricity is powered by oil based power centers, and all of Internet data is stored on centers that have to be cooled down by electricity so, the less you stay on social media, the more you will prevent the massive production of unnecessary electricity.
Donate money if you can to organizations that search for other electricity generators that are eco-friendly. Donate old clothing to people that need it, and consume food responsibly so you don't leave leftovers. The food that you get left can be donated as well.
Stop blaming art, and start looking to what artists of the past have to tell you and teach you through their paintings instead. Art is World Culture Patrimony. Start living responsibly and take real action, change your lifestyle, and you'll see how change starts becoming true. If no one uses oil, governments will stop producing it.
I will end this post quoting the russian author Fyodor Dostoievsky: "Beauty will save the World"
And this section of one of the many letters Vincent wrote to his brother Theo:
“What am I in the eyes of most people — a nonentity, an eccentric, or an unpleasant person — somebody who has no position in society and will never have; in short, the lowest of the low. All right, then — even if that were absolutely true, then I should one day like to show by my work what such an eccentric, such a nobody, has in his heart. That is my ambition, based less on resentment than on love in spite of everything, based more on a feeling of serenity than on passion. Though I am often in the depths of misery, there is still calmness, pure harmony and music inside me. I see paintings or drawings in the poorest cottages, in the dirtiest corners. And my mind is driven towards these things with an irresistible momentum.”

Hello! Something I see a lot of in climate discussions is how important it is that we do not let climate anxiety prevent us from taking environmental action. Now, I do suffer from a lot of eco anxiety, but I dont let it stop me; I do a lot to try and help the planet, from volunteering to pursuing an ecology degree. I can see that my actions have made a small impact, but no matter what I do, it never seems enough! Especially considering how many harmful actions I undertake just by living. I always feel I should be doing more, but I dont know what more I *can* do, and I drive myself crazy trying to find more ways to help. I've never heard anyone discussing this particular flavour of anxiety. A lot of the discussion seems to end at "take action". Do you have any thoughts on this?
Hi Jesse! Thanks for the ask—this is a great question.
First, thank you so much for the work that you are already doing. Remember that the impact you actually see from your actions is rarely the full scope of what you have accomplished—there are very likely positive ripple effects you will never know about.
Two other important things to remember:
No one individual is responsible for solving the climate crisis—or even just solving a large chunk of the climate crisis—on their own. I think Western individualism can sometimes convince us that if we, as individuals, cannot make a huge, measurable dent in a problem then we aren't doing enough and it will never be solved. But that is not true—we are not in this alone, we share the fight with billions of other humans, and we are most effective when we join our efforts together in community.
The fight against climate change is not a battle that can be finally and conclusively won, at least not in our lifetimes. There will always be new challenges to address as we seek to repair and live on this changing world. Pacing yourself and contributing a sustainable amount for a long period of time is more effective (and healthier for you) than going full throttle doing everything you possibly can for a few years and then burning out.
Right now I'm slowly working through the book A Field Guide to Climate Anxiety by Sarah Jaquette Ray. This passage made me think of your ask:
“[S]ome people thrive in “the struggle” and feel like there’s something wrong if they start to feel happy and well adjusted, as if this shows that they do not care enough about the cause. Many of us feel were are complicit in causing harm if we do not suffer alongside those who suffer the most
“Although this tendency comes from a generous place of wanting to be present with those who suffer, our perception that the crisis is urgent and requires immediate and intense engagement can lead to burnout. If we really care about a cause, our priority should be to avoid martyrdom. Despite what some of us have internalized from the environmental movement, our presence on the planet does not have to mean eternal damnation. We are all worthy of living on Earth, and we do not need to spend our lives repenting for the sin of being human.”
I hope this helps you in the same way it helped me.

A Shining Example
This is a fill for today’s  @flashfictionfridayofficial  prompt: [#FFF243 Glitter and Blues]  as well as my @thehawkeyesbingo  square  C3 - "I've never been so humiliated in my life."
Fandom:  MCU/Marvel Pairing:  Clint Barton/Bucky Barnes Rating: General Tags:  Avenger Tower,  Avengers as Family,  Mistake, Hurt Feelings Summary: When a live-streamed demonstration goes wrong,  Clint has to reassure Bucky things aren’t as bad as they seem.
"I've never been so humiliated in my life."  Bucky groaned,  shaking his head vigorously to send a shower of shiny particles flying every which way.    “No one’s ever going to take me seriously again.”
“I said I was sorry!” Clint apologized, backing slowly away.   “I swear that was supposed to be a grappling arrow!”   It had been Kate’s idea to live-stream an Avengers training session,  which meant that instead of seeing a demonstration of how to use a line to scale the side of a building, thousands of people watched as a blast of rainbow   sparkles covered the former Hydra’s Fist head to toe.
“Now you’re the Glitter Soldier!”  Yelena crowed,  nearly bent double with laughter.    “So much for fading into the shadows!”
Bucky muttered something in Russian that Clint was thankful most of their audience wouldn’t understand before  stalking out the door.   Clint bit back a curse of his own.  “Okay you two - your turn.   Give our audience their money’s worth.” Kate started to explain that the livestream was free, but Clint was already out the door in search of his boyfriend.
Bucky wouldn't be that hard to find; after all, he was leaving a twinkling trail behind him.   The fleet of cleaning ‘bots in residence at the Tower were going to have their work cut out for them.
Clint finally tracked Bucky down to one of their favorite hideouts - the ledge behind the giant Avengers symbol that shone out across the city.   He sat down beside Bucky who was staring out at the skyline.   “Sweetheart?”
“Go ‘way,”  Bucky mumbled in reply,  “before you get covered in these damn sparkles, too.”
“Would it help if I said the glitter is water soluble?  Kate’s very eco-conscious.”    That got a snort in reply, which Clint took as a good sign.    “I’m sorry I screwed up and embarrassed you.”
“Not your fault.  Well, mostly not. It’s just…”  Bucky sighed heavily. “I’ve spent so long being seen as a villain. I was hoping these videos would let people see who I really am.  How I’m trying to make up for all the terrible things I did. And instead, I looked like a fool.”
“Welcome to my world,” Clint replied.   “Remember the photos of me climbing out of a dumpster?  And all the memes they generated?”
“Yeah - Natasha sent me a couple - still got them saved on my phone.  What’s your point?”
“That we’re not perfect.  Not any of us.  Ask Tony about the birthday party where he and Rhodes trashed his mansion.  Then there’s the cringe-worthy Captain America PSAs  and Darcy’s stories about Thor’s first few days on Earth.” Clint paused for a moment.    “But when push comes to shove, everyone knows that we’ll step up and be the heroes the world needs.  And you’ll be right there with us.”
Bucky nodded thoughtfully.  “You go around giving everyone pep talks like this?”
“Only people I care about.”  Clint leaned over and pressed a kiss against Bucky’s glitter-sprinkled cheek.

DRDW draft 2 update 12/5 (IT'S DONE)
yes, draft 2 of Dead Roots, Dark Water is DONE. all those scattered documents and pictures of handwritten scenes (why did i do that, i should have just typed them out right after writing it, uggghhh) are finally in one, edited, cohesive document.
Tumblr media
[image id: a screenshot from a word processor. it reads: "Words: 176,697. Characters: 982,176. Page: 292 of 292. end image id.]
one absurdly long, edited, cohesive document. i didn't mean for it to get this bad i swear, this is fanfic, why did i do this.
and now we're on to draft 3! i'm planning on taking a week or so to work on the plot revision for The Art of Empty Space (and to not stare at this draft for a minute) and then i'll be working on draft 3 for the rest of december. after that, who knows? i want to start redrafting AES in january, but we'll see how badly this sinks its claws into me ;)
short excerpt because... end of the story, basically everything is spoilers. but this part isn't so bad
"And what? You think I could still be a sage?" "Sure, why not? Hey, maybe you could be a dark sage, too. You're probably better with that stuff than anyone else alive, at this point. Is that even a thing? Dark sage?" Jak snorted. "Yeah, I'm sure Samos would be happy about that. His own apprentice, a sage of chaos and entropy." "Fuck yeah, who wouldn't be? I can see it now: Jak Sabo, the first dark eco sage. Samos'll swear you in, teach you the secret handshake and everything. You'll go off and make your home in a shack in Boggy Swamp—" "I have to live in the swamp?" "Uh, yeah? Swamps are hotbeds of chaos and entropy, babe. Keep up. You'll live in the swamp, where only the worthy will find you and seek your teaching. You'll cultivate all these weird, awesome plants. You'll mutate a bunch of swamp rats to do your bidding. We'll never have to sweep the floors, 'cause they'll do it with their little rat-sized brooms—" "You'll be there?" Warmth bloomed in his chest. "Obviously. How else am I supposed to live in your attic?"

For months Molly had the same daily routine: wake up, ride bike to the dump, dumpster dive for breakfast, dig through trash for furniture or appliances, recycle unusable items, repair and clean anything still in decent shape and sell it.
She and Ruby slowly built up enough money to contract with a sustainable green builder who specialized in tiny homes! He was able to turn their shipping container into a lovely small home for them. They even had some materials leftover and were able to build a small greenhouse! They didn't have much to put inside and everything was pretty mismatched (they were determined to only furnish their home with what they could find or create); but they knew, with hard work, they could be the change they wanted to see in the world. (So much of this gen has been idle grinding at the dumpsters and not really story or post worthy, but I'm trying!)
☑ Buy a lot in Evergreen Harbor's Port Promise and bulldoze it ☑ Set funds to zero ☐ Complete master maker aspiration ☑ Clean up the neighborhood ☑ Live in a tiny home ☐ Fall in love and marry a sim with the "green fiend" trait ☐ Have spouse complete eco innovator aspiration ☐ Have spouse max civic planner career ☐ Have twins or triplets ☐ Buy the "fertile" trait with aspiration points ☑ Fabricate and/or dumpster dive for all the furniture in your home (some categories exempt) ☐ Buy the carefree trait with your aspiration points ☐ Have a fruit and vegetable garden and get all plants to excellent ☑ Do not hire any additional help ☐ Max fabrication skill ☐ Max juice fizzing skill

Revealing the hottest Travel
Adventures of the Today!
Attention thrill-seekers and trendsetters! Generation Z is storming the travel scene, and the quest for the most electrifying experiences is on. Brace yourselves for the juiciest details on what’s hot in Gen Z’s travel playbook, because these jet-setters are rewriting the rules and turning wanderlust into a full-blown adventure!
“Insta-Worthy Escapades” – Gen Z isn’t just traveling; they’re curating their social media feed with experiences that scream “like and share.” From sunrise yoga on breathtaking cliffs to dining in immersive pop-up restaurants, the demand for Instagrammable moments is at an all-time high. It’s not just about the destination; it’s about creating content that becomes the envy of virtual voyagers worldwide.
Gen Z is looking for the "Immersive Thrill Ride," so forget about the typical sightseeing; instead, they want experiences that push them beyond their comfort zones. It's not just pixels and filters, though. Imagine zip-lining through verdant rainforests, exploring underwater tunnels, or skydiving into a secret paradise. This isn't a holiday; rather, it's an exhilarating journey that leaves them with heart palpitations and tales to share.
The catchphrase for Generation Z's ideal trip? "Local Love Affairs": This generation longs for genuine interactions that allow them to fully experience the pulse of their communities. Gen Z wants to shatter the preconceptions associated with tourism and create real, cross-border connections, whether it's through cooking with locals, learning traditional dance styles, or getting involved in community-driven projects.
Not to be overlooked is the "Eco-Chic Expedition." For Gen Z tourists, sustainability is a must. They are searching for eco-friendly lodging, environmentally conscious activities, and travel locations that put an emphasis on conservation. Not only is it important to travel, but it's also important to do so properly and leave a lasting impact on the environment.
Overall, Generation Z's travel fantasies involve thrilling rollercoasters filled with photo-worthy moments, immersive experiences, small-town romances, and eco-chic excursions. Travel writing must encapsulate these encounters and provide a glimpse into the restlessness that is pulsating through Generation Z. The travel environment is about to undergo a radical upheaval, so buckle up for an exciting journey!

Hey hon, for the ask: 2,4,18,20,27 and 29? 😊
Hey hon, sorry it took so long to answer this - it's been a difficult week.
Right FYI for folks reading this - I'm not tagging it and I'm not getting into a debate esp re the first answer given that it's an emotive topic. With that said - let's begin!
2) Thoughts on veg@nism?
I have mixed feelings that are hard to articulate esp on here and given how fraught the topic is, is why I'm hesitant to answer the question. In short, I have a huge deal of respect for veg@ns but I'd struggle to be one. I do want to try to bring in more of it when I can, mainly because I find the industrialisation of food/farming so repellent. I hate the idea of animals suffering so I try when I can to avoid meat or to get things that are well sourced. My feelings on this subject have changed and developed across the years and it's complex so I think it's always worth thinking about. For example, although I hate the thought of killing something for food, I don't necessarily think that it's wrong. What I think is wrong is lack of compassion. Animals should be treated with respect, care and not as a product without feelings. I respect Indigenous communities for example that don't sentimentalise animals but respect and care for them and the world as part of a whole with themselves as a part of it. I also admit that I love meat and some of my favourite foods are dairy. Food is one of the few pleasures in my life so I don't want to be dictated to or guilt-tripped about that especially by people who haven't thought the topic through and just want to evangelise and gatekeep others (however understandable and worthy the cause.)
Also there's the tension with the fact that veg@n products aren't always environmentally friendly - mass deforestation for mono-crops like soya (although this happens for cattle grazing too) and toxic plastic for leather. There's another Indigenous perspective (I'm thinking of certain Plant Shamans in the Amazon for example) that view plants as having their own souls and awareness and if you think that sounds weird there are scientific studies revealing the sensitivity and intelligence of plants (look into rhizome forests for example.) Movements like Animism, Post-Animism, Post-Humanism incorporate the Non and More-than Human worlds and this includes plant-life. Are we and animals more important than them? How did we decide that just because we can't see their pain? Or is that just anthropomorphising them? It's another perspective for sure.
I don't think there's any easy answers but thinking in that way is the main reason I decided to get a forest burial if I can, instead of getting cremated. If I take from the earth as part of the circle of life well I should give back and there's no better way I think than to become a tree and give back when I die (yep this post just got weird lol, but seriously this is what I'm talking about - circle of life!) This way I get to be something that I adored in life - a blossom tree - as well as a whole eco-system supporting lichen, insects, birds, people etc. And I think that is pretty awesome. But that doesn't get round the central dilemma so I'm still working on it and doing the best I can in difficult times.
4)Mythical Creature you believe/think is real?
As a Brit I have a weird hope that the Loch Ness monster is real because I loved learning about it as a kid and it's too awesome to think that a prehistoric monster still lives in the modern age. I think the folkloric White Hart (Arthurian/British symbol of Kingship/Sovereignty) is real in terms of the Universe throwing up symbols sometimes. There was a really bad omen for my country in recent years when one was shot running through Manchester and that tells you everything you need to know about our government and current state of the country even if it was allegedly for health and safety reasons.
18) Your Boba/Tea order?
I'm ashamed to say I've never tried these. Sorry but they just look weird. As a English Breakfast tea-drinking cliché I don't trust cold tea or weird balls that look like rabbit droppings. Hehe sorry. I should give it go sometime. If we are talking actual tea then what we Brits call 'Builders tea' aka black tea with a little milk and one sweetener x 3 a day. Can't function without it.
20) Favourite Disney Princess Movie?
Ooh, good question! I love the Golden Age - Little Mermaid (I pretended to be Ariel as a kid for ages, drew her, had a whole toy cave set and dolls etc), Aladdin(first movie I saw in the cinema, had posters, toys etc) and Beauty and the Beast. Special shout out to Hunchback of Notredame as well even though that's not a Princess movie, it's awesome and I love Esmeralda. However the prize has to go to B & B. I was and still am obsessed with that movie, I think I can still recite it line for line. My friend and I spent one sleepover casting our school year group as the cast in our heads and then singing (badly) all the songs on a walk. I also have Belle's colouring (can't claim I look exactly like her, can I?) and more importantly can do a mean impression of many of the characters esp the Narrator and the bookstore owner (minor characters for the win!) Did I mention I was obsessed?
27) What’s your favourite or go-to outfit?
Difficult one...I'm (again) living out of a suitcase and carrying more weight than I want to so I don't have all the clothing options I'd like rn. Ideal world my favourite piece of clothing is this little black dress I have that you can wear for the office or for a night out - it makes me look great and I used to match it with different accessories including this beautiful pink and gold belt. Both are in storage now cos mama's too chubby to fit them! At present it's my chunky white grandma cardigan over black trousers with a different colour top and jewellery - pastels or vivids like bright red.
29) Preferred pasta noodle?
The phrasing of this question upsets me - is it fave pasta or fave noodle? I know them as two different things. So I'll cheat and answer for both! Haha.
Fave pasta...I...don't really have one. I like all of them - twists, shells, linguine (my internet is playing up so I can't check all the italian names.)
Favourite noodle - love a lot of them but Naruto and I share a love for ramen so ramen noodles!!
Thanks and hope that wasn't too much information overload!

Why isn't Cloud a Soldier Class Sin-ra Militant?
There's a theory that despite being the only [Test Subject] to avoid absorption into the [Sephiroth Collective] that he didn't make Soldier because he was [Weak of Will].
This couldn't be further from the truth. In reality; Cloud was recognized by several Soldier Class fighters as being worthy of going up in the ranks. The reason he didn't is because of what happened before he ever had a chance to promote.
Our last known contact and assignment given to Cloud, he is assigned to shadow one of the strongest known Soldier (and Cloud's childhood hero) Sephiroth. Part of this assignment was to keep his identity secret from the people in his home town. Unbeknownst to Cloud; he is being put through the paces of adversity to see exactly how he would respond when put through challenging scenarios that challenge not only himself physically, but mentally and spiritually.
A kind of training that every [Soldier Class] fighter has had up to this point. And Cloud, he passed with flying colors. Despite believing that the organization had passed him up for this [Great Honor].
So much so that he gives his life for his home town, and Shinra from the domestic terrorist that Shinra accidentally created in Sephiroth. This is unknown to Shinra as a whole, because Chief Scientist [Hojo] had been performing secret experiments that went unchecked. Because of Hojo's track record in achieving results in the [Soldier] program, the rest of the directors thought little of it.
And because Hojo viewed [Sephiroth] as his own son AND crowning achievement, he sought to copy that success. Shinra Directors, not as well versed in the actual science assumed that this would be good for the company as a whole. Despite it taking an [Extreme] mental toll on our top [Security Forces].
In hindsight; this was an obvious flaw in our [National Security].
Hojo was able to take advantage of the chaos at [Nibelheim] to fake the deaths of several [Security Officers] including [Soldier Class] Sephiroth, Zack, and [Candidate] Cloud. He subsequently held them captive at one of Shinra's underground testing facilities, against theirs (and official Shinra orders) will.
Director Rufus didn't believe that Sephiroth or Cloud was still alive until he recognized both of them when his father [Late Former Director Shinra] was killed. He had a hunch that Cloud {Claiming to be Soldier} was a part of this, but upon seeing the murder weapon a [Masamune Replica] could not tell if this was a dead man framing another dead man for murder; or something else entirely.
Director Rufus, being entirely capable of fighting on a similar level to a [Soldier Class] fighter ascertained that this was in fact, most-likely, Former [Soldier Candidate] Cloud.
He seemed fairly certain that Cloud was not responsible for his father's death. However; that could be because Rufus did not care that his father had passed. Director Rufus Shinra had this to say about his engagement with the terrorist Cloud;
"Our combat was more like a game. Kind of like we were both in each other's way of something far more important. To be honest; I think that both of us were relieved to have this {talking about the combat} to do instead of the more important thing."
We believe that [Former Soldier Candidate] Cloud, because of his ties with the eco-terrorist group Avalanche has cut all ties with Shinra, and should be approached with extreme caution. We can reasonably gauge that Cloud is somewhere between Class 3 and Class 1 Soldier after reports from some of our top field agents. But we cannot precisely ascertain exactly how strong of a combatant he is.
Reports collected from interviews with people known to have encountered Cloud suggest that he is no more than a Mercenary who is currently being used by the [Avalanche] terror-cell. With many reliable sources explaining that Cloud had many other odd-jobs, and was repeatedly spoken ill-of by known Avalanche Agents, both publicly and privately.
This suggests that there is a reasonable certainty to re-recruit cloud in the future after the current chaos is concluded and a restructuring has taken place. Doing so could prove extremely beneficial for the future [Soldier] training regiments, and Midgar as a whole; seeing as how Cloud has become a kind of [Hometown Legend] in his own right; despite probably not knowing it himself.

Sims tag
Thank you @kalux-sims and @mrs-mquve for tagging me! Answers below the cut.
1. What’s your favourite sims death?
Old age on platinum aspiration. It’s always sweet to see your sim move on peacefully.
2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match?
More on the Maxis match side (TS2 match that is, not TS4 match). In hindsight and on seeing other people’s answers, “semi-realistic” probably fits best.
3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight?
Haha wtf no.
4. Do you use move objects?
Yes.
5. Favorite mod?
Hard to choose. I’ll just say Simler90 and @midgethetree are my favorite modders.
6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got?
Nightlife. I never played the TS2 base game only, I started after Nightlife’s release, when my grandmother gifted my cousin and me the Deluxe Edition. I’m so thankful that she did.
7. Do you pronounce “live mode” like aLIVE or LIVing?
Like living.
8. Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made?
There isn’t a single one but I have many favorites among the sims I use for CC modeling.
9. Have you made a simself?
Sort of, recently. That would be one of the TF sims I use for CC modeling, the nearly bald one with skin 1 and dark eyes. Their face features are not a match to mine really, I’m not good at recreating faces, but that would be the closest I’ve made (and also my first time actually using some of the facial asymmetry sliders I have in my folder). The sim I use as an avatar on my socials doesn’t look like me at all.
10. What sim traits do you give yourself?
Loner, brooding, clumsy, shy, vegetarian, eco-friendly, frugal.
11. Which is your favorite EA hair color?
The mohawks have pretty good custom gradients.
12. Favorite EA hair?
Maybe getfabulous? The name is swaying me for sure. I gave that hair to the deceased founder of my custom neighborhood Oaken Valley, so it does have a special place in my heart.
13. Favorite life stage?
I like them all and how different they feel to one another. I like the slightly crouched posture of elders, the young adult walk, or how kids materialize a stool to step on when something is out of their reach. And toddlers and babies are adorable.
14. Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay?
I do both, depending on what I feel like in the moment.
15. Are you a CC creator?
Yes.
16. Do you have any simblr friends/a sim squad?
I have positive interactions with people from the community but I don’t have a definite circle.
17. What’s your favorite game? (1, 2, 3, or 4)
2.
18. Do you have any sims merch?
No.
19. Do you have a YouTube for sims?
Yes: https://www.youtube.com/@letomills. I said I would upload more and I fail at that every day 😅 I have a 2/3 completed script in my Google Docs that I need to get back to.
20. How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing?
I started playing TS2 when I was like 9, and for the longest time I didn’t know that CC was a thing. I was partial to faces 1 and 2 and all of my sims kind of looked the same. I even gave cosmetic surgery to some of the premades with the career reward station once I learned the “unlockcareerrewards” cheat. I remember giving Goneril Capp face 1 (one of the most contempt-worthy decisions I’ve ever made, to be sure). I am now appalled by this and my game has become more diverse, although there is still much work to be done. These days I’m in the process of making plenty of CC for custom body shapes so I can overhaul my CC folder once again and make a custom neighborhood with the best sims ever, it’s gonna be great.
21. What’s your Origin ID?
N/A
22. Who’s your favorite CC creator?
So many great creators out there. My favorites are the ones whose work I tend to use for my own CC endeavors.
23. How long have you had a simblr?
Since April 2022.
24. How do you edit your pictures?
I don’t except for cropping.
25. What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next?
N/A (I assume this question is for TS4 players. Can’t believe they’re doing a whole expansion pack on horses btw.)
26. What expansion/game/stuff pack is your favorite so far?
Hard to choose between FT and OFB.
~
I tag @profesionalpartyguest, @spell-bloom, @mourky, @potentialfate-sims, @mrs-mquve (looks like we cross-tagged each other) and anyone else who wants to participate. (Feel free to ignore of course.)
