Another request :) Also I accidently watched the wrong Three musketeers and only when I started writing/researching did I realise I watched the wrong one. But tbh I liked the rochefort in the 1993 one more. Anyways that’s why its late. Also, I do have a life and I do like to party;)

Summary: When Captain Rochefort enters the tavern you work at, he seems to take a liking to you.

The music is loud in your ears. Sweat drips from your forehead, you feel sticky from the heat. Bodies are pressing up against you as the band plays their heart out. The people are loving it, the songs seem to have brought some extra excitement to the tavern where you work.  

Though everything seems to fall quite when a stern pair of boots hit the floor. Everyone looks up and is met with only one eye, he has a scowl to him. The gang of people he’s with don’t look too friendly either.  

He seems to chuckle at the people’s reaction but lifts his hand, “No troubles here, continue as you were.” His voice is rough and seems to run shivers down your spine. He stomps down to the furthest corner in the bar and the music seems to return.  

“Who is he?” You ask the other girls working, you’re new in France and don’t know much about much. “That is Captain Rochefort, the commander of the Cardinal’s troops. The best swordfighter in all of France and the most dangerous man here.” They seem to smirk at you.  

The group seems to mutter under themselves. “Why don’t you serve him?” They ask giggling under each other. You grin back at them, a battle engages. “How dangerous can he be?” You shrug and make your way over to them.

“What can I get you, Captain?” His eyes seem to run you over, a smirk plays on his lips. “A whiskey, for the boys a beer.” His voice can be compared to the slow, smooth burn of a whiskey itself. Like nothing you’ve seen from other boys.  

Though, when you return, his gang seems to be gone and he sits alone, staring at you. “Where’d they go?” You ask, placing their beers on the table and slide the glass over to him. “Enjoy.” You give a smile and turn to leave.  

But Rochefort grabs your wrist and before you know it he’s pulled you into his lap. “Captain, please, this isn’t very appropriate.” You push against him, hoping to return to the bar. “No one cares, jolie fille, I’m the captain.”  

His hands begin to roam your body, groping your bottom and then you can feel his rod rub up against you. “Sir, please let me go,” You beg, you begin kicking his shins, whatever you can find you try to push away.  

“Stop it, jolie fille. You’re making this much harder than it must be.” He groans in your ear, his hands feel like sin on your waist. “No, no.” You mutter, your legs begging to be released. But his fingers dig into you.  

“If you keep fighting me, I’ll fuck you here and now.” That sure does get you to sit still. But it seems that he’s taken a liking to that idea. “Or perhaps I will anyways.” His hands push your skirt to the side, and you can feel his naked dick on your folds.  

“You seem to like that idea, all wet for the captain.” He grinds up against you, his lips attached to your neck. You’re begging that your big skirts are covering the most of this. That and that the people are enjoying themself to notice this man violating you.  

He shoves himself deep inside you, you can feel every vein pulsing in you. You’re tight, you don’t want this. “No, please sir, no!” You gasp out, grabbing on anything to keep your body from shaking from the fear.  

“If you keep screaming like that, the whole tavern will hear you.” He warns, grabbing your neck, restricting your airflow to ensure no more pleas come out of you. He shoves himself into you, repeatedly forcing himself so deep inside you.

His groans are loud in your ear, “You’re so hot and tight. All for me?” He seems to smirk; he’s toying with you. He knows you hate him now. He knows your mind is screaming at you to run. He knows, however, that your body just can’t say no.

You can feel his thrusts growing quicker, sloppier but his groans become more. He pulses into you, you can feel his hot sticky seed flow in and out of you as he rides out his high. Rochefort grabs your neck and pulls your head back.  

His lips attack yours, he’s aggressive and your certain not much discreet anymore. Though, when he’s done, you feel hot and sticky again. “Go, I’ll be back tomorrow.” He kisses your neck and pulls you off him.  

You feel yourself pulsate at the sudden release. You can feel his hot cum flow down your leg. And as you return to the bar you can feel his smirk follow you around.

Took a very low-effort version of Rochefort to the local Renaissance Faire last weekend!

Thank you so much to my fellow artist and vendor and best kid in the world ( who is not a kid anymore but as parent I get to be an irritating sod forever, it's a tradition ) @aminojackal for taking photos and just dealing with me in general on an everyday basis!

Aminojackal and I were vendoring, so we could only sneak away for a couple of quick photos before things got rolling.

I was going on a wild amount of physical work, a long work week with lots of bike communting, and about two hours of sleep, so pardon the haggard look! XD

( I had to keep holding on to my hat because it was WINDY AF- I'm going to be attaching the hat to wig fully as my next step for this costume to help with that. It's always windy where I live so I don't know what I was really expecting, lmao! ) We're planning some cool, outdoors photoshoots of our various ren faire costumes- I deffo want some nice ones of Rochefort under more chill circumstances and we have some cool locations around here, so stay tuned I guess?

Don't worry, the mask was only down once we found a good extremely deserted spot! We were mask-conscious all weekend, as always!

Yes, that is @michael-wincott’s Captain Rochefort, from behind. I don’t care that it bears no resemblance to the novel, Disney’s 1993 The Three Musketeers is the definitive Musketeer movie for me and Michael Wincott did a fantastic job as the villainous #2 to Tim Curry’s Cardinal Richelieu. Rochefort is one of those villains you just love to hate, so of course Rochefort has to cross blades with my characters at some point.

Welcome to Christopher Lee: A Sinister Centenary! Over the course of May, I will be counting down My Top 31 Favorite Performances by my favorite actor, the late, great Sir Christopher Lee, in honor of his 100th Birthday. Although this fine actor left us a few years ago, his legacy endures, and this countdown is a tribute to said legacy! It's the final week of the countdown, guys and gals! Today’s Subject, My 7th Favorite Christopher Lee Performance: Captain Rochefort, from Richard Lester’s Three Musketeers Trilogy.

There have been numerous adaptations of Alexandre Dumas’ classic swashbuckling novel “The Three Musketeers,” some more well-known or popular than others. For many cinemagoers, however, if there is a definitive version of the story in film form, it is most likely the trilogy of films directed by Richard Lester. Lester’s movies were actually produced by the same company behind the Christopher Reeve Superman films; in fact, Lester’s first two movies were actually an inspiration for some behind-the-scenes techniques in the first two Superman movies, and Lester was the man who directed Superman II AND Superman III. Let’s get this straight…the team behind the classic Superman movies…working on a famous action-adventure classic…with CHRISTOPHER LEE as one of the main villains?! Honestly, is it any wonder these movies are considered the definitive takes on the Musketeer story? The first two films (“The Three Musketeers” and “The Four Musketeers”) are basically a straightforward adaptation of the novel, each movie taking approximately one half of the original story – think along the lines of two-part features such as “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” or “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns.” The third film, “Return of the Musketeers,” is an original piece, evidently produced by popular demand. Throughout these three pictures, there are, fittingly three key villains who bedevil our heroes: the main antagonist of the first two movies is Cardinal Richelieu, played by Charlton Heston. Milady De Winter, a former lover of Athos and one of the first femme fatales of fiction, is the secondary antagonist of the first two films, and takes the lead as the main villain in “Return.” Throughout all these movies, Christopher Lee appears as a supporting rogue: he is the evil nobleman and soldier Rochefort, a scoundrel who follows the orders of both of the other baddies. Despite being subservient to Richelieu and De Winter, Rochefort is by no means a minor character, nor a mere pawn. In fact, he has a rather substantial role, as he becomes the true nemesis of the main protagonist of the series, D’Artagnan. Throughout the series, they battle with each other, steel and wit matching constantly, and their story arc ends up being one of the most powerful and intense parts of the whole trilogy. In point of fact, the portrayal of Rochefort created by Lee and Lester has been highly influential: in the books, Rochefort is a somewhat more minor character, and also more sympathetic, as he ends up becoming a sort of friendly rival of D’Artagnan, rather than a true nemesis. Ever since these movies, however, Rochefort has become a much more prominent, as well as much more sinister, character: portrayals by actors such as Michael Wincott, Mads Mikkelsen, and Marc Warren often owe more to Lee’s version than the actual Dumas novel. The Lester Trilogy is noteworthy for its sense of tone, and how it changes, especially between the first two movies. The first movie is largely a comedic adventure film, but with a slight edge; in the second film, however, the stakes are raised significantly, and while there are still funny moments, we learn more about the characters and see them go through tougher trials, leading to a darker tone. Think of it as being along the lines of “A New Hope” versus “Empire Strikes Back”: one is more cut-and-dry in its approach, more superficial, and with a slightly lighter tone, while the other really gets into the proverbial nitty-gritty of these characters and puts them through Hell and back by the time its over. (If only “Return” could in any way be likened to Star Wars’ own third pillar, but that’s another story.) Lee does a brilliant job balancing these elements as the nasty Rochefort: he is a menacing opponent for D’Artagnan and the rest, but there’s a certain grandiosity to him at times that gives him some humorous moments, especially in the first movie. He actually reminds me a little bit of Captain Hook; sort of part-fop, part-true threat. Actually, come to think of it, Christopher Lee would have made an amazing Captain Hook…as far as I’m aware, though, that never happened…oh, the lost opportunities of history… Tomorrow, I present my choice for Number 6!

Hermione is the name of the French frigate with which the Marquis de La Fayette returned to Boston in 1780 to support the American colonists in their fight for independence. The ship was completed in 1779 in the naval arsenal of Rochefort in a construction period of just eleven months, based on plans by Henri Chevillard and identical in construction to three other ships (la Courageuse, la Concorde, la Fée). These new light frigates were characterised by their manoeuvrability and speed. The Hermione was equipped with 26 cannons that could fire projectiles weighing 12 French pounds "poid de marc" (489.5 g). This is where the name "twelve-gun frigate" comes from. She also carried six or eight six-pounder guns. The empty weight was 1166 tonnes, the hull length 44.2 m, the overall length 65 m, the width 11.55 m and the depth 5.78 m. A sail area of more than 1500 m² was spread over three masts.

She experienced several battles and when the First Coalition War broke out on 20 April 1792, the Hermione returned to active service under Captain Martin. From 7 May 1793, she escorted convoys between Bayonne and Brest. In September 1793, she was tasked with escorting a convoy between the Loire estuary and the streets of Brest. On 20 September 1793, she ran aground off Le Croisic. The Hermione had a serious leak in the hull and could not be refloated in the receding tide. The crew threw 12 cannons and anchors overboard to stabilise the ship. The rising sea lifted the Hermione for a while, but she was so damaged that she could no longer pump water and sank to the bottom, where her hull began to disintegrate. At 1000 hours the next morning, Martin evacuated his crew in several fishing boats that had come to the rescue, salvaging as much equipment as possible, and was the last to leave the frigate.

The court martial that followed the wreck found the frigate's pilot, Guillaume Guillemin du Conquet, responsible for the frigate's loss; its commander, Captain Martin, was honourably acquitted.

A replica of the frigate has been under construction in a dry dock at the former Rochefort naval arsenal since 1997. As the original construction plans had been burnt for safety reasons, new plans had to be drawn up. The plans of a sister ship from the British Naval Museum, the Concorde, served as a model. The reconstruction of the Hermione was financed in part by the proceeds from the survey, grants from the French government and the EU as well as donations.

After its completion, the Hermione was launched in 2014. She left her building dock in early September 2014 for initial sea trials off the French Atlantic coast and sailed to North America in 2015, where she stayed for four months before sailing back. From 2 February 2018, the Hermione undertook a second major sea voyage from Rochefort to the Mediterranean via Tangier, Sète, Marseille and Toulon.
